much that I went into psychosis. >> from hitting that pen. >> for a over a month. And I was It was. bad. I was checked into a multiple. hospital. I was in a psych ward for um. over a month and while I was how I got. >> Did you get 5150 or whatever? >> Did you get 5150 it's called or. something? >> 51. >> You're in a sec going. >> Oh, sorry. Um and before I got there, I. was I was looking I was working at Home. Depot. That was my first like real job.

And I felt like people were following. me. Like I was ringing up the same four. customers all day. I was hearing voices. in my head. And then I get in my car and. I I'm like, "Dad, like people are. following me." Like I would say like I. would say red car like I want a red car. Like a red car would drive by. It was. all like weird little coincidences that. were happening. But that's what happens. when you're in psychosis. Like these. coincidence happened. [ __ ] seemed so. real. So I ended up getting home. I. thought my dad was recording me. We had.

like a [ __ ] fist fight. Like it was. bad, dude. But they. >> Oh, you accused him of recording you. No, I thought cameras were recording me, but they weren't. I thought my whole. life was being broadcasted. >> Where did you think that your dad was. hiding the cameras. >> on his phone? Cuz every time he was on. the phone, like the camera looked like. it was recording me. >> Oh, you thought it was recording you? >> Yeah. So, I ran to my neighbor's house. >> What' you tell the neighbors? You knock. on the door or you just go. >> said I said my parents are trying to do. some [ __ ] like and they're like, "Oh, you're good. You're good. Trust me.". Like, oh. Oh, no. I was I was playing.

GTA [clears throat]. and in the game there was like things. happening in the game like I was getting. pulled over in the game and like I. thought like all this stuff was. happening because of like what like I. did something wrong. They they. were telling me either you take the. medicine or we check you into a psych. ward and the psych ward I was in was all. of younger people. >> when I was there. >> Did you have a sport? You have like a. volleyball team. Do you have a sports. league or anything in there? No,

>> like a psych sports unit. >> or Yeah, like a um. >> No, they had basketball court. And I'll. tell you, >> I was shooting full court shots like it. was like nothing cuz the drugs they had. you on in that hospital. >> were like limit Limitless the movie. It. was like a pill that it it unlocked all. of my brain and I was I was doing [ __ ]. I learned how to freestyle. I learned. how to rap. I learned how to do all this. different stuff because of the. medication. It was terrible. >> Serotonin's down, but these buckets are.

up. You feel me? That's all I'm saying, bro. That's crazy. >> So now, while I'm there, like it was all. these different coincidence happening. There was a lot of weird people in. there. Like they had their own problems. >> in the psych ward. I had this big. African-American guy in my room. >> Black guy. >> Yeah. Big big black guy in my room. And.

uh in the middle of the night, he woke. me up like hovering over me. >> Oh yeah. >> He's like, "You got any snacks?". >> Really? >> Like I got some gummies in my chips in. my bag. Get them. He's like, "I need. [laughter] them. >> now.". >> He said he needed them. I. >> was like, "Holy shit.". >> Probably smelled them. >> Probably. >> If you're that big, dude, you can smell. food better than we can. >> Yeah, dude. There was so much [ __ ]. that's happened in my life and like so. the craziest part of all this is that. um two things. One, when I was at Home.

Depot, I work with this kid. >> and he was training to become a doctor. and when I was in one of the hospital. that I was admitted to, I saw him. walking around the hospital. I'm like, "Dad, that's one of the guys that's. following me. He works with me. He's. spying on me." And he's like, "He's not. he's just a regular doctor." A couple. years later, I called him like, "Yo, did. you ever work at this hospital at this. time?" time. He's like, "That was me. >> You're lying.". >> He's like, "That was me." So, he's like, "Now you could rest easy.". >> Was it really him? >> It was really him. >> So, he worked at Home Depot and at the. hospital.

>> Yeah. Training. So, and then the second. training for what? >> What? >> Like, what training would a doctor need. at Home Depot? So, I thought I was the main character. of the book that was being filmed. liveaction in the hospital and around. the world. I thought they were like. doing a 24-hour live stream of me being. a real character of that book. >> G-shock. >> I swear to God.

>> Would you ever leave like messages for. yourself to find later like, "Hey, I'm. going to write myself this note." So, >> I had a whole notebook of it. I wrote. songs in it. I wrote little things of. >> Cuz Were you trying to. >> of the girls I liked? I remember I got a. I got a boner. It was like. >> Tell us about that boner. >> That boner there was this nurse and like. at the time like my body wasn't working. right. Like my brain nothing was like. working but the stuff they were putting. me on was making me feel different. things. And I remember one day I was. like, "Oh, I forgot what a I forgot what. a boner felt like." And this girl came.

up to me. We were talking. I was riing. the [ __ ] out. I thought I was going to. bang this nurse. >> Oh, it's hospital RZ, dude. >> And that thing was jumping. Oh, >> like having a great time talking to. everyone. >> I just can't explain to you. You would. have to be in my head to really know. what it felt like. But. >> how did the psychosis come to an end? >> It just they My parents saved me. They. really did. Like they got me out of. there. They're like, "You can't give. them any more medication." Cuz they try. to keep you in there, Theo. >> Oh, yeah.

>> They try to keep That's how they make. money. >> It's like the zoo. They want the. animals. >> Yeah. >> Go Imagine you go to a zoo and there's. no animals. Or they're like, "Hey, this. animal got better. We let him go." both. are like, "What? [laughter]. This animal's back happy with his. family?" You never see any of that. They're always like, "This animal, yeah, he's having he's got bad lungs or. whatever. We're keeping him or. something." That's always the prognosis. when you're at the zoo, dude. It's. [ __ ] [ __ ] Or this animal, yeah, he's still, you know what I'm saying? We're put we're doing physical therapy. with him for like 11 years or whatever. You know, >> he's good now. [laughter].

But yeah, I got out and I just I never. smoked weed again. >> Do you think that something about that? Do you do you think that something about. that psychosis, the idea of like seeing. yourself outside of yourself? Did that. lead you into streaming? Like, you know what I'm talking about? Because. >> it led me into being creative. I'll say. that. I was always creative, but like it. kind of like it was like an epiphany.

almost like. >> how. >> well I was doing music at the time. I. produced music. So again, like this. another example of why I was of how. psychosis worked. I thought I was a. producer for Jay-Z in the hospital. I. was playing piano and I thought they. were recording what I was playing on the. piano and sending it to Jay-Z and like I. was hearing it on the speakers cuz. everything when you're in psychosis, you. feel like everything is happening for. you. So the one of the guys, the music. therapy guy, he would come in and he.

would play music for us. >> and he would play the radio and I would. hear I would hear like in the song in. the lyrics, Jay- Shock made a beat. >> J Shock is on the like I would hear my. name in the song but it really wasn't. there. Got it. >> It was just my mind tricking me. Got it. >> [ __ ] crazy, dude. Crazy. >> But um. >> So you made it through all of that? >> I made it through all that. And like. where you said like how it led to that I. I produce music at the time and I. thought I was making hits. I was like. calling my friends on the phone. I would.

remember every phone number that my. friends have. We didn't have our cell. phones so I would remember all the names. and I thought for the show or whatever. live broadcast was on. I thought I would. have to remember the phone number. >> for the thing. I thought I called Riley. Reed. >> I thought I called like supermodels. >> Riley Reed the porn star. >> Yeah. I thought I called I got a phone. call and I'm like, "Who is this?" And. she's like, "It's Riley." I'm like, "What's up, Riley? I just got out of the hospital and he. man hit me so hard. So I I I slap him. back like that and he's like I could do. whatever I want to. Had to. get another job. My dad was like you got. to get a job. You got to get a job. I.

didn't want to work for the post office. >> Why? What do you have? What do you have. against him? >> I didn't just didn't want it's not what. I wanted to do. I wanted to make music. at the time. I want that's all I wanted. to do is make music. Be a music. producer. >> That's my passion, my dream. >> Okay. He was a Navy Seal and he trained me to. like, you know, throw the the bail out. I had to have my magazines here, my. letters here. You had to balance this. [ __ ] You have to have a a bag over your. head with newspaper. It's called your uh. your I don't know, your day ones or. something, whatever they're called, your. I don't remember what they're called. And you have to fill parcels like. packages if you have a stop. Then you. have to put all your magazines are. called your flats. And then you got your. letters. So the whole and they're in. rubber bands. So if you if you miss a.

rubber band because everything is in. order, that [ __ ] drops. I would drop the. mail like crazy. I remember one time I. went to the back of the mail truck to to. organize it. I'm like, I got to pee and. I I had a cup I brought me. I [ __ ]. pissed all [laughter] over the mail. >> You did, dude. What the heck? What were. you What you What? [laughter] You. [ __ ] just peed on the mail. >> I felt so bad, but I like I couldn't. control. I just peed. I [laughter] mean, >> go to a park.

of our house and then drive off. He. would floor it. We had a guy who souped. up his mail card. So. basically what what what I learned is. like I have to be able to make content,

stream, and also be happy at the same. time. That's the hardest thing is you. can't ever really find happiness, but. you could try to find peace. Cuz if you. if you if you're happy, there's also. sadness. But when you're at peace, you're even with everything. >> You know, that's what I want to find. eventually. Peace. But through all of. this, um, I want to I want to get so big. that I could have like a inspiration. medically on people. Like I want to I.

want to be able to send out a tweet. like, "Hey, are there any good doctors. out there that could help [gasps] give. kids better eyesight or better hearing?". And I want to bring them all together. and come up with cures for that. Like I. want to have that because an influencer. has an influence like you could have an. influence, but a lot of influencers talk. about like cars and money and [ __ ] like. that. I want to have an influence. medically on people and help save lives. and help come up with cures and. medicines and really expand on that. cuz. I struggled seeing and hearing my whole.

life and kids deal with the same thing. So, let's let's try to do that. Let's. get to that point. >> Well, look, man. I see you. I hear you.
