‼️⚠️ MISSS AVVADDUUU… AI AGENTS, AUTOMATION AND THE FUTURE | Ft @vaibhavsisinty Raw Talks With VK |
So, this man is the man who scares me. the most. If I'm asking you, why should I watch. this podcast? >> Good question. Two ways of looking at. that. One, people who don't use AI. Two, people who are only using it. What to. use, where to use, where not to use is. what we'll try to tell you here. Perfect. >> Think about Elon Musk. >> But he is the same guy who's the reason. why even Indian roads have electric. cars. >> He's the guy.
>> When he said, "I will land the rocket. back." NASA laughed, the world laughed. He made it happen. A straight-headed. person doesn't think like this. >> How was Steve Jobs? Have you ever read. his biography? How was Bill Gates? For. you to build something so disruptive, you have to be twisted, man. You have to. be mad. >> What? >> [music]. >> Like, what kind of jobs can come? The. highest paid people in the AI world are. going to be sales people.
>> Who puts a product in hands of people? It's the sales person. >> Okay, this is low-value work. This is. high-value work. Become that. >> The Meta team showed me the future. glass. I had a chance to play with it. >> We are opening up about things with AI. that we will not with any human in the. world. Our deepest insecurity. >> Around 25 million ChatGPT chats were. leaked. I don't want my messages to get. leaked, man.
>> [music]. >> It doesn't feel like you're talking to a. AI. >> [laughter]. >> 500. >> Now, this is more scary. This is about. us.
So, this man is the man who scares me. the most. He gets me into a reality which I which. is actually a new world altogether. So,
>> My intent is never to scare by. >> For sure, I know. I know. >> My intent has always been. What you do with that information is up. to you. >> Of course. >> So, I am hoping if if you think I'm. scaring people, let's do more. solution-oriented stuff today then. >> Okay. Our solution-oriented we can talk. solutions. >> Absolutely. >> One question I wanted to ask you.
Because my videos what's the intent. behind you coming to Hyderabad all the. way for 2 days, two long days, almost 6. 6 hours just a minute short. For the viewer who who's watching. book and pen or laptop or just note down. everything in their phones. So, if I'm asking you as a layman who's. watching why should I watch this. podcast? Not just this, the second one also.
So, why should someone watch? >> The reason according. to me is one is that if you're ambitious. and you want to win. We are living in a AI first world. >> Yeah. >> Right? And lot of people I'm going to. tell you that. AI need a lot of good stuff to do.
What to do now? And then. I'm going to tell you that actually. reality is if you want to. not fail in this world. There are two. kinds of people who will definitely fail. in this AI first world. And I don't want. your audience or my audience to be that. One, people who don't use AI. They will definitely fail. >> Mhm. >> Very very hard for you to succeed. because you're competing. with something I think 100 times smarter. than everyone else you're around. Right? If you're not using it,
then you're not going to succeed. Two, people who are only using it. Then also you'll not succeed. You'll. fail. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, knowing the difference between. what to use, where to use, where not to use. >> Yeah. >> is what we'll try to tell you here. >> Perfect. >> So, I will not tell you that after. watching this podcast, you will succeed. And again, that depends on you.
Right? What I will tell you is. what you should not do so that you don't. fail. in the AI first world. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And contest which is going to happen to. you. So, I thought this time I'll shout it. out again. Maybe to say what I like you already can. use it because I'm. >> I'm getting a lot of information from. there. Almost I mean I'm going to go to. follow up with whenever I open that. I I. joined the WhatsApp group. Basically, >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I I don't know what to open this which. is updates like a good thought of this.
That's how we generally explore it. So, this time I thought I'll. it's open to anyone. Yeah. >> It's free. >> Do it for free. >> So, what we'll do is like we'll put the. link down. Let everyone join. >> Absolutely. >> Let's see how many things you can learn. I want you to pause and click the link. in the description and let's let's see. if you can. join. Because uh. Shall I. where do we get the updates and the good. one? >> Man, actually staying ahead and done. that. The name of the community we call.
it staying ahead. It's right now the. largest probably the largest AI. community. Will be total community size. is 15 million people. Right? On WhatsApp we recently started. purely for India because India is all on. WhatsApp. Uh so on WhatsApp we have 5. lakh people. Close to. 4 months Yeah. WhatsApp started 3 4. months ago. Right? I think nobody. joined. That's only the idea of this was there. like the biggest question that I would. get everywhere I go is.
what is that single source where I can. learn or know AI and what to do and. everything. In the easiest way possible. My answer. was you have to read Twitter, you have. to read Reddit, you have to do this, you. have to do that and nobody was happy. with the answer. I was like let's all take it. How many. communities are there? And we made it. It's that's why we made. it free. >> Crazy. >> Right? So I think everybody has a shot. at staying up to date. >> Must join and get the group I mean get. the description and get that. Do join. and comment down. >> Thanks, man. >> So when I see 10 months in the last.
episode you see. >> Mhm. Both virtual and. >> I don't want to tease you about it. >> It's all 2 years later. >> It's not 1 year later. >> It's almost 1 year later. Tell me what's. what's happening now. What happened and. in the office in the hiring to start. just going to what's happening around. the world. How how are you looking at. this? If this fantasy and. in the range of what you put in there. >> Yeah, I think when I come to you AI was.
like. I think easy language to talk about and. a smart internal one. Today it has. become like the. probably the one of the. smartest employees that anyone can have. Right? So, uh. on a technical language up there up to. one and then one of the assistant like. one day which is chat assistant, right? No question I don't know answer is that. he great. Today it has gone to doing things for. you. So, it will it has agents one of.
concept of my life that going on abroad. it has become as mainstream as it can. get today. I cannot imagine a thing. that. I can do that my AI can't do. I mean physical world look at it. I'm. talking about digital world. All right, so obviously I still have to eat the. biryani. >> [laughter]. >> Now I was in about to really be honest. with you. which I still want to eat but you get my. point. So, it has evolved quite.
significantly. I think in last so weirdly enough right. in the last 3 months. we have grown. probably more than what normally would. take a year or two in just last two. three months. Year or two in the AI. world regularly I'm going to the. technology shift and they end up over. two three months only it's just insane. Nina drops it out of which you picture. but I like when I say drops a ton of new. updates came in yesterday and they were. just insane. So, I think the game is.
changing. Let's be more. let me be a layman. How do we differentiate or define for a. person who doesn't know this? Agent and. the empty AI agent and the empty. workflow management empty. Automation. empty. Or in the AI colors to the so if if you. just talk about those three terms key. meaning. So, basically first is your AI assistant. which is chat GPT Gemini Claude grow.
That is basically no more question or. that you can answer is that right? I. need task finish it. Task and then you will finish it on. time. This is assistant. Right. Now, I'll tell you about what an. AI agent is. So, let's say email agent. and go. The email agent is always on. It's like. Jerry, yeah. Like even the way Jerry. evolved is just insane. We will talk. about it if you want to. And the kind of. things it can do right now is just wild. Right. Because of new technology that.
came into the world called as open claw. Yeah. Right. But before we. agents. It does work. asynchronously. Like it does on the go. Example. Example, let's say email the. example. This. is what I'm thinking the reply should. be. Write the email and then you copy. paste it. But if it's an email agent, let's say if. you've built an agent. agent. furnish that you can give access to. tools. Okay. So, you can give access to.
your Gmail. You can give access to your skill of. writing. And access it. every time there's an email that is. coming to you. You don't have to say. reply to this email. You can set up an. agent in a way where every time an email. comes. you read the email. If. it is not so important and let's say we. are going to put that in like some fan. he said great content love your content. It's a nice piece. You reply saying. thank you so much.
for being nice. You automatically reply. you send the email. I'm saying let's say you want it to be. automated completely. Agent. is automating. Email. email agent and then you email it back. or something like that. I think I think email. some big sponsor. Let's say Google wants. to work with you. It's not going to reply saying how okay. we can work. This is my payment. This is. the price you pay me. There it will know. agent set up just go ahead and say okay. partnership or any this kind of very.
important email comes, you don't reply. to that email. >> Right. >> Right, saying that there's an important. email. Please get back to it. Or let's say your. team manages it. >> Right. >> So, this is agent. You set a guideline. saying that this is what we want you to. solve for. Or there is an email which is let's say.
I email and ignore it and you will just. read it so that you don't even have to. come across negativity. You just archive it. >> Right. >> So, you can set up these rules. You can. write a very interesting system prompt. A prompt write out to agent custom. So, it will work like a 24/7 employee. for you. That is an AI agent usually, which. doesn't usually need a trigger. The trigger is in a way automatic. The. trigger is in a way automatic. It's like. a 24/7 working employee. >> So, one quick question.
>> And you can take most of the things that. were built where no code. It would be that has become even. simpler. I think we built a landing page or. whatever also last time. That was wipe. coding. Now, incidentally, just a few days back, Claude. dropped something called as manage. agents. Managed agents.
>> Okay. >> Like literally, you probably might not. have even come across. Right. Login layer of Anthropic, not Claude. Just like your wipe coding, you just say. that hey, if you eat out Japan together, I want my emails to be managed end to. end. by an AI. If you even watch that going on voice. note drop just say use a tool like this.
Flow. Like I spoke to you yesterday, last time. Whisper Flow. It will guide you through five different. steps. Very simple UI. After that, it will build you the agent. Then it will give you a code to study. Simple code. A code that you can put in a lovable or. a playlist like that and drop it and it. will give you a UI that you can create a. bot. You can have something like that. Slack will integrate just like that and. you can do all those integrations as. well. That you want to. Here.
it's just text to agent happening. So, effectively when you think about all. these things, right? I've thought about this thing. Learn something. Like use those tools, everything, which is still very, very. important. Background you can put in a. new. simple file, simplify and you cannot get. the most out of it. But today. something that is coming out which is. becoming even more valuable. is to have a core idea to start with.
Yeah. I can have something like that and I can. have a yellow. I think possible like. And that is also becoming like almost. zero. Anything you can imagine can be. done with AI almost. In some form or fashion. But this is So, what I was trying to say is you don't. really need. to be a developer. You don't really need. to be a technical person to build. agents.
I don't know what I could work for but I. don't know what you're saying. You don't have to accept a bill just. like that. You can put it in. Technical guy. Because you're listening for the first. time, trigger, action, this, that and. all. People will be like, "What is. this?". Even I was I don't know what I want to. shoot in the water. I was trying to do. it. But this time it is the game changer. Yeah. >> Yeah, so you can just you just tell it. and it's going to build it. >> All right. >> A chat GPT has a chat you know open AI.
chat SDK. >> Yeah, yeah. >> Which does something similar. Everybody. is building that I mean Gemini also has. their own builder called as Opal which. is also an agent builder which is again. text to agent pretty much. >> Right. >> Right. So everything is converging. Zapier can also build agents. Zapier. local has almost become like text to. agent. Right. So LLMs have become so smart that. The only thing that it is doing really. well these days it's asking you.
follow-up questions. Which is important. So to break this barrier all these. models have become very smart. by pushing these builders to ask you a. lot of questions. And then we recommend just a lot of. people. Because but I don't know.
Right. But when we use voice because I majorly. use voice for everything. What number you can describe what you. want at length. When you give a lot of. context. I always end that prompt with a very. simple rhyme. Did you understand? Explain me what you understood. Because they ain't just kidding.
You know what I mean. So these are little little nuances. Just. ask. Before you build anything especially for. wipe coding. Or wipe building anything. that I'm trying to build agent only app. only website only. I have this tendency. and a habit that. ask me questions. >> Mhm. >> Before you build it, you ask me. questions. >> Yeah. >> Questions happen that about that I again. ask, "This is it? Don't you have any. more questions?". >> Mhm.
>> I'm going to do that. when I know it is more complicated. I. want it to ask more questions because. that clarity level. Monday maybe they don't know Chile and. I'm going to because they don't know in. the custom. So much you can plan just say what I'm. going to do. Humans used to plan much. better than what they are doing right. now. I'm going to say that execution and. easy I'm going to do. As a result, we. are not spending that time to actually. plan. A blueprint that I made is correct. And.
>> Mhm. >> Just just Okay, 56 chip there. This is. what it does. >> So just the email example if I double. click. my problem is I miss out on emails. >> Aha. >> Okay, because no email habit level. >> Mhm. >> Because the whole company works on. Slack. >> Mhm. >> The Slack I'll be on top of but not. emails. >> Mhm. >> So it's job is. to scan my inbox every 2 hours. >> Okay. >> Every 2 hours. >> Mhm. >> I don't know that about that. We use. something called as Google CLI workspace.
CLI and I'm going to. >> Okay. >> Google workspace. Then the CLI is how we are able to. access the data from the back end. >> Mhm. >> Jerry and just my emails just that it. I don't know that about that. If it. thinks something is important. >> Mhm. >> then it'll ping me on Slack. >> Oh. >> If I don't reply on Slack in 1 hour, I have to respond to it. >> I don't know. >> Thumbs up but that I react check with. that. It'll ping me on my WhatsApp. >> Mhm. >> If I don't reply on my WhatsApp, it'll. call me on my phone.
>> Oh. >> So that's a workflow that is built. If. there is no important email, then every 6 hours it will just drop a. five-line summary of all the emails that. I've got. Like a quick summary. And then. >> Mhm. with all the links. I can read it. This is email. Two. I think calendar management and all. Jerry does end to end.
That thing has evolved into I'm a voice. note. I'm traveling to Hyderabad. Two days. Family will work just now we can just. now. Uh this is the timings that I'm. planning to meet. You want me to just. call me? Uh my schedule design just my calendar. block just a while ago my schedule. calendar block just. task execute end to end of them. The third one like I said a calling. ability in which. Basically if I have to call anyone. >> Okay.
>> Let's say I want to call you. No phone at all. I will do. then I'll I will get back and go Jerry. key call one sheet and tell him that. I'll be 30 minutes late. >> Okay. >> It will call on my behalf. Because there. are all these calling AI calling apps on. Telegram. There is a tool called as Wappy. >> Wappy. >> Okay. >> Wappy. It has something called as it has API. integration. So I do that is plugged. into Jerry. Plus 11 labs and a voice on. the Now audio quality. All my social media content is AI.
generated. I do voice key I do voice ID. and I know Wappy kitchen now. So when it talks it will talk like me. It will sound like me but it will say I. am very good at saying. >> Yeah, I'll understand also. Yeah. >> You will understand but people who don't. know me who don't talk to me every day. they will not know. So it will call. But that is not the. crazy part. Let's say if you don't pick. up the phone. >> Okay. >> I have set up the guidelines that call. if the person doesn't pick up call after. 5 minutes. The person still doesn't pick. up call after 30 minutes.
>> Okay. >> If the person still doesn't pick up if. you have the email or WhatsApp drop in. an email drop him an email or WhatsApp. If needed. So, there are tags, urgency. tags. This is important. Make sure you. call Vamsi and tell 30 minutes early. when he gets up. If I just say call Vamsi and say then. there's one more playbook for that. 30 minutes later or something and then. you say "Hey bro, do you want to eat. anything? Let me know.". Call him and then he'll send me a. message or something. Vamsi told me what.
he wanted. You let me know what you. want. If I say yes, I want to eat, please order. Then again, he'll call you. back and tell you that. All right. So, Jerry can do anything. right now. All right. Let's say my. team. like my data like analyze just do the. end of the I was giving this example to. your team. I treat Jerry like an actual very smart. employee. I don't question.
Let's say I want to understand what is. working on my YouTube. I just tell Jerry. go into my YouTube because it already. knows who I am. I contact initially on. boarding and then right it's a long. process on open clock to set this up. Now I can just say Jerry. figure out what is working for what is. working on YouTube for me. And also what could be some outlier. content pieces that I can create for my. VidIQ account. Then it can open my YouTube.
with its own browser while I'm sleeping. All right. Wherever I am, doesn't. matter. It can open my YouTube on the computer. on my on my back at my home. Go to. YouTube if it if it understands that it. can it has to download those reports. Analytics download just see. VidIQ. outliers. whatever it needs to do. It can it has. access to its own browser. Then can I. code share on the product code share on. the product data analysis share on the.
data analysis share on the product data. analysis share on the product data. analysis share on the product data. analysis share on the product data. analysis share on. So, it has the habit of building into. dashboards because that is what I say. Every time I ask you for data, always. give me a dashboard, not a slab of text. So, I've I've dashboard need my tongue. code just that code just like you are. going to come pissed off. So, you can imagine like you can think. anything that you want to do. >> Yeah. Let's just imagine if this Jerry is a. smart employee or a set of employees and. Google employees. What would be the cost.
of them? >> Good question. Two ways of looking at that. Okay. Okay, you can almost run it for free. >> Okay. >> I'll run it for free and then jump down. I'll tell you what it costs me. It costs me almost close to a lakh per. month right now. I'll tell you why. No one just can catch up with now and. then go to the end there. I keep. experimenting. Because I want to know what it can do. Now, now let me open up and let me open. up and let me open up and let me open up. and let me open up and let me open up. and let me open up open source library.
and I deploy just I try just that. So, I keep trying a lot of things. That mine is an edge case. Right? I. think. if you would use it or someone like that. will use it, I don't think it will cost. more than 10,000 rupees 5,000 rupees per. month. Depends on how much you use it. Now, you want the best out of. an open claw, then you will spend that money and that. money is going into API cost. Right. I have a pro account. this quality. Just like I think I didn't.
win the prize. And I account I account. other things also you can do with it. Right? Not just this. That is the actual. cost. And you need a computer on the laptop. open just going to be there. Laptop. moves us that one day. and then it's running on your computer. The way you can do it for free. is of course it will not perform as well. as this will do, but I think in one year again, next time. when we We talking, the free one will be as good as the paid. one. And the free one is.
Like I told you, what is the cost to run. all of this? The AI. >> Mhm. >> Cost of this is AI. >> No, no. >> The compute, the tokens that AI uses. And we use it. In the back end. what is it doing? It is using something. called as tokens. >> Mhm. >> Simply simplified.
20 cents, 10 cents, whatever. That is the cost of compute. Because that AI model is running on a. GPU. >> [clears throat]. >> And that is the cost. The hardware cost. is what is being built to you. But. today AI models are becoming very, very.
smart. Not as powerful as, let's say, GPT 5.4. or Gemini 3.1 Pro. Or Opus 4.6. These are three best models. right now, right? Which are available to. public. At this point of time, all. right? Those are very big models. >> [snorts]. >> To go and pick up Diet Coke.
in Banjara Hills with full traffic. it's better to go in a Rapido than over. your than in your Ferrari. Correct? But we're using a Ferrari because we. have a Ferrari. All right? Obviously, if you have a Ferrari, you. should go use it. That's a different. story altogether, but you got the idea. So, we are using a very powerful model. for things that you don't need it for. So, there was a study, right? 80 85 90%. of the task in just.
AI use just. Right? Look at those tasks. 80% of them doesn't need the power of. the AI model. >> Seeking information. This is question. and answer. Huh? Practical guideline. guidance. Again, question and answer. Writing. Technical help. In technical. help, there's a smaller section under. coding. Right? So, 80% of the tasks. This is the older report, by the way.
This is 2 years old. Uh opening AI. report is 2 years old. There's a recent. Anthropic report also, but very similar. direction. You don't need a very smart model. You. don't need a very large model. Smart. models are wrong point. Not If the model is large enough, doesn't make it just smart. Like models. Larger models are good at everything. >> Right. >> But if you know. >> Mhm.
Right. >> But when it comes to writing. a small AI model which can run on your. computer. can do a 90% of the job. >> Right. >> No, we need to get you yesterday. I We. He had a question like this. Then I Okay, example you can do this. Uh Google Edge AI on app on the Edge. Gallery. >> Okay. >> Right? We will We'll send all the links. to people so you can download. Edge.
Gallery. a app free app by Google to install this. content. You have the ability on an Android. phone, you have the ability to install. AI models which are very small. For. example, Gemma 4. >> Okay. >> Is a new AI model that came from Google. which is a 1 billion parameter model. And then you know, the size of that. model, hypothetically speaking, is 1 by. 1,000 of the size of. Opus. >> Oh. >> Which you use. It is bloody good. It's 80% there.
>> Mhm. >> Or 70% there. >> Mhm. >> I have that app installed on my phone so. that if I have some work to be done when. I'm on a flight, I use that model. That's on your phone. It's working for. free forever. And it has become 10 times. more powerful than it was 1 year back.
That was Gemma 4 which dropped. >> both on iOS and Android? >> iOS to Google apps and then. >> Okay. >> I think Gallery is only Android, right? Edge Gallery is of Google, so it's only. on Android, but iOS to Google apps and. then links from this app better to see. >> Mhm. >> I don't know. You can run your own AI which is. probably 15, 20 times more powerful than. your phone. >> Okay. >> Phone is small. You can run very small. models. Going to your laptop on the go. Laptop has Every laptop has GPU. >> Oh, no.
>> Every laptop has secondary memory. In. fact, if you're using Mac, it's even. better because they do something called. as unified memory. >> Mhm. >> Done with that. You can actually run 10, 15 billion parameter models. Which are again insanely good. Like when. 3.5 came out recently. Incredible model. >> Mhm. >> Gemma again dropped recently. Incredible. model. Open-source models of AI. So, you. can run AI on your computer without. internet access for free for life. >> Crazy. >> Open cloud and then you can jump in the.
computer and run over there. >> Mhm. >> So, neither a laptop on the go, you can. do probably 70% of the things that you. want to do. >> Mhm. >> at a very, very high quality without. spending a single rupee. And for laptop, you can use a tool like Ollama. >> Mhm. >> or control Ollama would do control money. UI cover chat GPT land UI cover and. there's a tool called as LM Studio. >> Okay. >> And the other advantage of doing this is. that when you use an open source model, then advantage in India. your information is on your computer.
And it will tell important things when. you get to know about it. What I'm realizing about myself and. everybody has to realize this about. themselves as well. We are opening up. about things with AI that we will not. with any human in the world. My deepest insecurities. AI can do. what Google can do for them. And I don't. know because it used to give articles.
Now AI gives you opinion. And on top of that AI psychophantic. Psychophancy in our word. >> No, no. >> Psychophancy and the AI is like Yes, bro. You're right. I trust you. You're awesome. Right? So, we are becoming more. connected because you're getting. acknowledgement from it. As a result, you end up saying a lot of things that. are very private to you. Like last time I don't know. I think around 6 months back over news. channel around 25 million.
or 40 million chat GPT chats were leaked. because of a. breach. >> Oh. >> When I read that. I'm like I don't want my messages to get. leaked, man. So, anytime I've made a habit after that by. the way. Every time when there is something like. this, I will use a model which is. running on my phone or my computer. So, that the moment I delete that app, it's gone. Nobody has access to my. information.
So, it could be a lot of things. Lot of. insecurities. This is how I'm feeling. Is it okay? Every time I say something like this, I. also say that. I'm not recommending you all these. things because you will do something. wrong with AI. As a result, you should. delete it. This is your privacy. It's your right. You should know. that this can happen so that you're. taking steps. to make sure your privacy is protected, right? That's it. For example, OpenAI recently said that.
especially for kids if they feel that. the kids are getting towards direction. of suicidal. they will notify their parents. Claude. by looking at messages, conversations. So, these are kid accounts. Uh Claude. also said if you do anything illegal, there are there's a possibility that. this information will get to law. enforcement.
>> [laughter]. >> So, these things are there and it should. be there. Let's talk about your case only.
versus this the amount spent on AI tools. or AI models or subscriptions. Just the opportunity cost. I think it'll. be like Let people understand. 20x, I. guess. It'll be 20 I can't even So And that too. 24 hours with you. Yeah. Hey bro, like the kind of systems. that we have managed to build.
I don't think. I can hire a team which can do it. At the wave I want it to work. Like. You know that I create content. Just like you get brand deals. I also. get them. >> creating content. >> Ah, so my face creates content. My AI. creates content. >> He's never there in front of the camera. >> Only in this podcast. >> Ah, actually. >> [laughter]. >> Sorry to cut you. >> Ah, so. That that line of business also works.
based on brand deals. >> yeah, yeah. >> Right? And Nikhil, so the more brand. deals, the better higher quality brand. deals, the better it is for the whole. business. We are doing 100 rupees. We want to do. 1,000 rupees next year. How do you. scale? The only way to scale is to get more. sponsors. So, what we created, I'll give you this. example. We created an AI agent. It's called the sponsorship bot.
>> Okay. >> AI content creators world. collect a car. 50 to 80 members under. Core AI will be 10. 10 15 people like me. >> Yeah. >> Adjacent will be all together 100. people. YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter. Newsletters. My AI. every single day. I think around 10 or 12 time they do. pulse check. >> Oh.
>> Watch us every single video of every. single piece of content that has gone. out in any of these profiles. >> Of those 80 plus profiles. >> Whatever profiles. I think 80 90. profiles. My team keeps adding. >> Okay. gets added to that. >> Okay, okay, okay. >> Right? >> Irrespective of the language. >> I don't care. Irrespective of the. language. Right? But we mostly have been. looking for English. >> Okay. >> We have not built the engine where we. are telling AI. list it it's in my profile.
>> It watches every single video of every. single person that gets posted in a few. hours of it getting posted. >> Okay. >> Reads the description. It sometimes watches the video, looks. for sponsor tags. Thankfully. Have you worked with this brand? Yes or. no?
If. Let's say I don't know. Google. Google has sponsored a video, but they. have not sponsored. Sponsored just you are part of the watch. list. We call it watch tower. Okay, Vamsi Kurapati has a new sponsor, which is Google. And it checked our CRM and said that. Okay, we don't have Google as a sponsor. Then automatically. we have an integration with something.
called as Apollo. >> Apollo. >> Apollo.io. Which looks for email IDs and phone. numbers. It will try to understand who are the. marketing and partnerships people in. Google in India who work, who do these. kind of things. If they can if if it can. have any kind of intel. Basis of that, it will list down the. names of the people, list down email IDs. of the people and phone numbers if. possible. >> Okay. >> And if it finds phone numbers and email. IDs, which it does 99% of the cases, it.
will also send a cold email from our. end, from my team's name, saying, "Hi, I'm representing Web House team. We just. saw your integration in Vamsi's video. Really enjoyed it. We also create a lot. of AI content. Would love to see if we. can do something together.". Now. this is all and then it will send us an. acknowledgement on my Slack. Right? Now. when I this, when you say. 100 money social media channel.
20 seconds and 20 money and calculate. I think it is just not possible. Because I don't know how I will hire a. human. to sit and watch every single day to. and real time because if a brand is. sponsoring now, I need to talk to them now. What about. 3 months to market it? It's not going to work. You know that. Right? This is just one example. >> Yeah, insane. I think I want to value of utilizing or. maybe adoption of AI matter that.
I thought podcast starting I wanted to. ask you this question. Before asking that question, every 100. words email generated is an email going. to get me. that it uses around energy of. 14 LEDs. >> No. Okay, got it. Now, what is the cost. of it? >> I don't know every word please use it. thank you again and again. Is it right. or not? How much is the cost that I don't know.
free I don't know the cost of it. I. don't know that. That should be some. some kind of a thing. What's happening. there? But it cost a lot of money. Cost a lot. of money. >> So, it's it's it's the model that the. world works in, right? Which is called. freemium. What is freemium? 100 money but 100 money money. 100 money money entry charge the shop. owner. That is what is happening here. 90 members money money money.
I don't know the cost of. I don't know the cost. I don't know the cost of money. I don't know the bill money money I. don't know the money money. I don't know the money money I don't. know the money money I don't know the. money. to take care of everybody's cost. That. is freemium. And that is what happens in all these. apps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and all. of that, where. 95, 96, 97% of the people are free. users. They use it. They use it. They use it.
True. So, those three people, four. people, five people who are paying for. paid ChatGPT account. are the ones who are paying for everyone. else's free consumption. That's the. freemium model. I don't know how how far is it No, so. it's blown out of context. So, basically, when you think about costs, what are costs? What is costing you.
more? What is that? So, you want to at economics of scale. Everything gets cheaper. The same happens. This is scaling law. Right? Simple scaling law. The same. happens across the board as long as. you have a factory. which can manufacture as many mugs as.
you want. But, let's say after 1 lakh. mugs later, then put the cost baking out there. But, over the course of time, again that you. put there. Now, imagine a world where you want to. make 100 billion mugs. Okay? Factory and the hardware. Let's say you. are able to build the factories also. Can a factory run overnight key energy. go away? Electricity go away. New 100 billion mugs go so.
go away so the energy go away later. Right. So, for the amount of compute or the for. the amount of usage. the world potentially needs or the way. it's going up. the biggest bottleneck. the biggest reason why they're not able. to scale as fast as possible is purely. because they don't there is a energy. deficiency like electricity right? Electricity. and you have to.
data centers. because they are power hungry data. centers. Right? Energy deficiency on the. so what he's saying is the ultimate. thing that you have to solve for the. ultimate thing that everybody is going. to pay for is is power is energy. Right? That is what eventually when all. this will become cheap. all these robots are running everything. is happening then eventually you will. basically be paying an electricity bill. and then all generalized statement is. right?
I was asking right? How can a normal guy who never used AI. become a generalist in the AI? Level zero to five in the. you break down. and people loved it. And even I I liked. it a lot. In case you said money same question. because considering all these. advancements if you want to show them. all. what do you advise and do you still call. that. scope as generalist. what do you call it and what should. people do right now? So here's a fun. story okay?
Like you said do you still call it AI. generalist? Yes we still call it AI. generalist because we coined the word I. mean. design is going to work. So in a way we put AI and generalist. together. Generalist is a common word. and then put together to see I commonly. started to use that in the office and. then I know I started to speak about. them in podcast and all at that point of. time nobody was talking in that lines. There is this word that has become. extremely popular. and that is called as AI orchestrator.
AI orchestrator is essentially AI. generalist it's the same it's a. different word the word has And then the. world has caught up to AI orchestrator. like a Sam Altman could have modeled it. into like Elon Musk has spoken about it. Vinod Khosla has spoken about it. Everybody has spoken about AI. orchestrator or AI generalist in some. form or fashion. The acknowledgement was not allowed yet. But. or two it's it's actually one and a half. years old. The word is one and a half.
years old. When we designed it. it was designed or the way because it. was made for my team. My team was in. essence then. That became the road map. that I shared here. >> Right. >> Right. But still yes, AI generalist is. still very very relevant. That is it. That is actually. everybody. has to become a generalist. What is a. generalist? You are a AI first problem. solver. >> Right. >> How do you solve problems using AI? By. knowing which AI tool to use where. That.
is what an AI orchestrator is. So LHS is equal to RHS. >> RHS, yeah. >> [laughter]. >> But I think it would. there is a new framework that we. designed called as adapt. >> Mhm. >> What is adapt? A. is acknowledgement. That is step number one. The biggest problem is you have to. acknowledge that AI is here. AI and. it could be on the new our lives will. revolve around AI. So we don't have an option. Acknowledge.
it. >> Or accept it. >> A lot of jobs. >> [snorts]. >> are already going because of AI. Acknowledge it. The job that you are doing. I think it could have bought to me. Acknowledge it. But also acknowledge the. fact. that the job that you are doing today as. is is going away. But that job will transition into a new. job. So you have to level up for this. Acknowledge that also. Acknowledge the. fact that AI and it. could have a powerful thing. We all have.
to use it whether we like it, don't like. it, respect it, don't respect it. I say it, you say it, you have to use it. That is. the first layer that you have to do. >> Agreed. >> Don't fight with it. >> [laughter]. >> There is no way you can win. >> Yeah. >> Right? Once you acknowledge, right? You come to D. >> Mhm. >> Which is dabble. >> Okay. >> What does dabbling mean? >> Mhm. >> You're dabbling with multiple things, right? Dabbling like.
>> Mhm. >> It's not a bad thing. It's also not a. good thing. The bad thing is that. >> Mhm.
>> you will never realize the true. potential of AI. >> Right. >> But dabble. you will never go to the next phase. So, what is the job of a dabbler? When you come to dabbling, your job is. to play with as many tools as possible. >> Mhm. >> Try. Try. Try. Play with a lot of tools. I put it on when you play with a lot of. AI tools that are out there, they're. free out there. You cool then understanding of study. Or Gen Spark or two. Data analysis goes.
on and drop it or two. >> Mhm. >> Perspective of study. So, as you dabble with a lot of AI. tools, you will get the full spectrum of. >> So, do you advise a couple of problems. to score me a problem statement me uh. and then. complete this say tools and you okay say. the problem statement don't check this. thing. Actually is that what they are. going to what do you advise? >> So, when you when you don't know. anything and you go directly with a big. problem statement.
>> Maybe a presentation pitch deck yard. >> presentation. obviously dabbling phase you will try 10. 15 20 different tools. You'll figure out. what is good with what. For example, I don't know it's a. chronicle get there. You try. You like something about it and then you. try one more software let's say gamma. You realize I really like gamma for. presentation, but you know what. chronicle presentation goes like great. and then the social media about to me.
So, you explore your new ways. Correct. Yeah. So, that is very. important. You have acknowledged. Then you have dabbled you played with. like 10 20 50 100 tools. Then your job. is to amplify. What is amplify? 50 60 70 tools to me play just going to. free trials just going to water. You. understood the power of AI. You. understood what works well for what. Eventually you will realize I am.
This is what I'm getting to eventually. So, you amplify them. Now it's about. depth not width anymore. So, okay. And. through Claude became your answer for. let's say assistance and everything. What is memory? Memory in a manage just. go to munch again prompting Claude. manage just go to munch again. How can I. go deeper into automating this connect. this allowed to.
How do you play with go work? I will go deep into it. Then you go to. console.entropic.com. Then you learn playground I like a. manager managed agent go to option the. entity I will click just down to you go. deep. You become an expert in a bunch of. tools. That is a phase here. When you do this, it is a phase that I'm working on and. then you'll actually end up building.
your toolkit. Because you've gone through the whole. dabbling, at this point of time you've. amplified, let's say, tool A to be a. presentation tool. So, you go deep into it. You understand. what you can do. How well can you. perform with it? That is what amplifying. will allow you. So, you build your. toolkit. Now, amplification learning, when you're playing with it, automatically there's a characteristic. that kicks in. A characteristic ain't that there. You.
expect more from AI. >> Correct. >> Then that will open up a new revolution. for you. No agents to do that and once. you sorry, no good work flow figure out. just have an go. A new thing starts. running in your head. Right? What is that new thing? How can I do more? How can I do more? How can I solve more problems, more. problems, more problems? That is when. you navigate to a problem solver. In. Adapt low P is problem solving. You come to problem solving and this is.
a very important phase in everyone. Right? No e-phase coaching up a rule. The thing that you said, you'll think. about how do I solve a problem? No. problem and go Ghana. The beautiful thing is no already. amplified just going to put you now. bunch of tools. On top of that you have. dabbled with so many more tools which is. in your loose memory. No good problem. by the time you get to this point, you. will be able to connect dots. All right. E-tool e-tool e-tool e-mode workflow. better there. Presentation example get. the model because you're talking about. that example, right? Presentation and a.
design guard. There's so many things. Information I want to download it. A. content weight in the structure correct. gain the then design in the. and any presentation eventually. presentation. So, now you have four. things. Oh, deep research jelly on this. topic. I want to start this mug selling. business. Then goes on deep research. here. In amplification in dabbling I tried 50. tools. In that I amplified let's say. perplexity deep research. Perplexity deep research model counts in. the option on the because you have.
amplified them. You've gone deep into. them. So you don't only know deep. research, you also know something called. as model council exists inside of. perplexity. That will ingest that no. question of that I model any model call. any model into parallel. information on the curate okay output is. to that is model council. So it debates. with each other models to give you an. answer like five people are working from. five different companies to give you an. answer. In deep and no I will tell you that I. have a project inside of my.
chat GPT only which is called chat GPT. project. where. I also have all the transcript meetings. of all my investors. Okay. Every meeting. that has happened with my investors. which are online. A meeting the transcripts. so they know how what questions they ask. when I say something. A presentation. that is for my investor. A presentation. of that upload just an algorithm. This. is a presentation I'm planning to. present to my investors. What do you think they will ask?
I can bet that also. This is problem. solving. A problem solving occur tool chain equal. in most of the cases. It's very. unlikely. You need a sequence of tools. and you have to connect with each one of. them. That in a way becomes a workflow. Sometimes it is a repeat repeat every. day on the plan and go a workflow AI. agent convert just to. that becomes an AI agent. When you. become a very strong problem solver. you by default automatically move to the. next phase.
of T of adapt which is tying it all. together. You put different workflows and AI agent. a wipe coded product. a cloud. project. using co-work and you stitch everything. together for it to work in symphony. You explore things like paperclip. What is paperclip? Paperclip is like. okay I jump on some martial art. Right? Think about 15 different AI. agents working like your employees. Paperclip is the CEO which is also an. AI.
Where you you just tell the CEO you're. the investor. You just tell the CEO this. is what needs to be executed. The CEO. figures out marketing and jolly product. and jolly design and jolly. Splits up all the work and gets it all. executed eventually in the core task. list task list of study. Which is all AI. Everything is an AI agent inside of it. That's paperclip. Now, the reason I'm giving an example. these are not perfect yet. And 1 year. later when we are talking about it now, I'll probably show you on my phone that. this is happening right now because. that's how tech is moving. But when you. all tied together, that's when magic.
happens. People who figure out how to tie things. together. are basically orchestrators. And this is how you become a great AI. orchestrator. This is how. a problem in. the side of state you're thinking AI. first. Yeah. That's it. No AI first problem solving just though. When you do AI first problem solving, the kind of solutions you can build.
a human can't do. >> Right. >> Make into double and I am not it's not. practically not possible. We've spoken. about example. >> Correct. Correct. >> That is what an AI orchestrator is. That. leads a good AI orchestrator is. obviously a very good AI first problem. solver or an AI generalist. >> Got it. >> So that is your adapt framework. Simple. but works really really well. In fact. I know internal training goes on. The.
adapt framework just not below. Me and my team and believe and everybody. worked on this presentation of adapt. I. think it's a 20-25 page presentation. >> Okay. >> of this adapt framework. >> Super. >> For people who are genuinely curious, they can click and read it. It's free. Let them use it. That's. dabbling only. and they think that is. >> Mhm. >> what AI is.
Like, [laughter]. you get my point, right? >> Yeah, yeah. >> Uh, okay. >> [laughter]. >> I get I get what you mean. >> Yeah. And they think that is AI. That is good a problem because no stages. get further out of what they will not. grow as fast. >> Mhm. >> But here is the beautiful thing, though. The narrative. and they think quantum negative happened. in the pool. >> Mhm. >> All right. I think.
AI will. jobs for the jobs for the internet. together. Jobs. >> Mhm. >> That is not the next It was not untrue. >> Yeah. >> Going to jobs evolve with the internet. No way and check what any life goes on. No way and adapt check what they. >> Mhm. >> No way put that. Adapt just a photo. because a new job will evolve and you. will be the best fit for that. >> I think it's practical model of the. month. Like, what kind of jobs can come? >> So, see there are two what kind of jobs can. come and you can open up with there are. two line of thoughts here. Okay, line of.
thought in the the jobs that will come. that never existed before. >> Okay, yeah. >> Context engineering jobs and tell them. AI agent builders. wipe coders and tell them. So, and on. the technical side, you know, all AI. research kind of roles. Any research kind of roles are all. there. These are new roles that will pop. up in the. >> roles are no escape with this AI. >> These are new roles created purely. because of AI. >> Yeah. >> This role AI agent builder is a role. that would not have existed.
>> Yeah. >> I put a me I think LensKart. I saw What is this? Anthropic. I saw. Emergent and Replit. All these. companies, in fact, the Perplexity. also are hiring. people as orchestrators. >> Oh. >> Apple also. >> Mhm. >> And these are all new roles that are. coming, all revolving around only one. thing. >> Mhm. >> AI generalist or AI orchestrator. That. is what the job is. >> Mhm.
>> I lost it when I heard it, okay? Fiverr does a. >> I don't know. >> Fiverr did 1. close to 1.2 billion dollars in revenue. >> Okay. >> GMV. >> April? >> Last year. >> Last year, yeah. >> 1.2 billion dollars GMV. >> Mhm. >> That 48%. of revenue of Fiverr was for AI. services. Of revenue. Yes. 500 million dollars worth of. revenue has come for AI services.
>> Mhm. >> Half of the revenue, 48% of the revenue. is for AI services. Half of the revenue of Fiverr. Now, the. reason why it's crazy is not because. it's 500 million dollars, but because. it's only one platform. >> Mhm. >> How big is freelancing economy on the. internet? It's close to 25 billion dollars. >> Mhm. >> 25 with a B.
Organized unorganized is 25 to 20. billion dollars. freelancer.com, Upwork, this, that, everything together. Then the Fiverr of piece. >> Mhm. >> A piece you got 50% Fiverr to go 50% AI. with it. You can add the 30% in this. 50 would have to go 30% to go. Right. now, in this DNA age, about 5 to 10. billion dollars. or billion dollars in the 8,000 crores. 80,000 40,000 to 80,000 crores. worth of freelancing on AI is happening.
today. That's what I was about to say. Only 10% or 5% penetration is on AI. services. While.
freelancing and website digital. marketing is going on just to enter. Imagine. website designing in 2000. or 1996. I don't know when when did dot. com come? I don't know. Right? Then that is the version. of AI services. Then the 10x version is the opportunity. right now. And again, they.
if we 10 billion or 7 billion or 5. billion, whatever that number is, land. available let's say 5,000 crores and go. 50,000 crores. 20,000 crores, my bad. Sorry. 40,000 crores then they have. 20,000 crores. 20,000 crores worth of revenue on. freelancing or consulting is happening. when most of the world. is not. AI aware. If you put all these services on me. either aware companies just.
let me tell you large companies are. seeking for services. Right? When AI gets to this phase, imagine this. will become like 10 times, 20 times, 30. 30 times larger and that is the. opportunity. But there is no supply. Yeah, what do you just do? >> Yeah. >> So, AI consulting is just insanely big. And AI consulting only any verticals in.
the entire insane crazy as well. AI content AI content to break down just. there. Video ads just want to know what do you. do? They're all AI generated. That in. itself, I know a person. Priyanka and he. will come in there. But they could have been here just to do. something like that. Making AI videos for brands. One day. Colgate just said. You didn't do AI services AI services no. video video local category in Google. category. Let's say content cloning. You know all my content is AI generated.
Now I got some things just going to. know. Let's say tomorrow there's a. founder who doesn't have the time. He wants to create content. But he cannot shoot. If he gets to know and then AI clone. occur in the world of those good. children got going to say good children. should just say then that to my AI clone. a content great just going to be and. voice not as it hello or week key occur. 10 minutes 10 minutes while to my child. to my lady content great just to enter. my name and then you shouldn't do. AI content. for founders personal brand is one.
category. I know people who are making crores. Just doing this 5,000 6,000 dollars per. month per client. In India. International good guy in India. I have. friends of mine who are founders of. paying 5 lakhs a month for this. In India international grants for my. content local. service at the. later to do anything I will go to China. AI watch you content create children.
watch you. Creator of all the new things can name. creator of a new. One the creator of the new punch. One the one should be in punch one by. one to be in punch the the punch. Opportunity [clears throat]. is all out there. >> Right. >> You have to look at it. You have to take. execution. You have to win. If I just. expand faster, prompting what you you. can sell prompt engineering as a. service. Lot of people want you to write. prompts. Okay, wipe coding channel about you can. wipe code products. I know people who are making millions of. dollars of a wipe code MVP goes on.
10,000 20,000 dollars charges now while. you coding that and a founder could not. work in MVP government minimal viable. product government. and he doesn't know how to wipe code or. they don't have the time to wipe code. So they're paying someone else to build. that product. Using lovable using. emergent using these tools. That is wipe. coding as a service. I know I have a. friend harshitani. He again does a multi-million dollar. agency. You know what he sells? AI. agents. The sponsorship agency is open. now. Nick Nick or problem and I can go more.
problem and I sponsorship it the other. and going while you move election I will. actually charge just the agents and he. will just deploy just a starter every. month and a problem with the discount. that can be my extra charges to do. This. is AI agent as a service. And I've told this openly to my team. people also. >> [snorts]. >> Every company has so many problems. Find a problem that you are passionate. about. Figure out. AI to the solution yellow AI agent. government and key wipe coding product.
cover the end of cover the of workflow. cover the you go to this adapt. framework. You figure out you solve that. problem and deploy that solution in your. company. Okay, 34 months but that then keep. finding find just that they find you do. But then can I solve that bloody problem. in your company? The moment you solve that problem, let's. say one sheet no. no no no no no no no no no no no no no. Okay, fintech company just let's say no. grow up and just know. Fintech company no grow learning a.
problem in the problem no solution is so. using AI. Any fintech companies in India? Any fintech companies in the world a. problem grow low and then on now 50 way. companies local on the other. Can't you make that into a product and. sell that? Boss. people say. and it is true that AI is going to be. destructive. It also is the most constructive thing. that we have seen in our generations.
Because I think this is generational. I. truly truly truly believe it's. generational. Into better industry billions of dollars. of industry in the thousands of crores. burn out in a pool. So what's the future? inflection everything goes to an.
inflection point. How old are jobs? Humans started to work in jobs for how. many years? Probably 100 years. How long have we been around? Ask your grandfather what his. grandfather used to do. He was not doing a job for sure because. it didn't exist. Right? We humans are incredible with. adapting. And we also have a short-term memory. >> [laughter]. >> Computer jobs computer jobs because of.
my plan going to know. How old are jobs. which are around computers? 20 years 25 years that's it. 20 25 years. Huh, the 25 years. People survived right? There are. we will adapt but the problem with all. of this equation is. See, there's going to be. long term there's going to be utopia. Utopia is it's going to be all happy.
Because there will be universal basic. income. Or. There's going to be either UBI which is. universal basic income. I'll explain you. what that is, or Elon Musk says it's. going to be universal high income. Not. basic, high. >> [laughter]. >> Which is which I I I really really hope. Elon Musk is right. >> Okay. >> Yeah. But universal high income, what is that? It's very simple, actually quite. interesting. I don't know how many of. the people are geeking out. Sam Altman. dropped a report, okay?
>> Okay. >> Uh it's a report for the intelligence. world that we're going to live in. >> Mhm. >> Okay, a report paid. it's a fancy word. >> Okay. >> I intelligence report and then what Sam. Altman is predicting is AI is becoming. so smart. >> Mhm. >> And the next few months, if not years, in a few months. >> Okay. >> Advanced models of AIs are going to. drop, which are going to be so powerful. that it's going to devastate jobs. Okay? It's the AIs are so powerful that.
it will hack into every system out. there. >> Mhm. >> It will be absolute mess. There'll be a shakeup of economy that. will happen because of the new AI models. that are going to come in. >> Okay. >> Is what Sam Altman is saying. I chip in next day Claude dropped Claude. mythos, which we'll talk about a little. later. Then they Claude mythos dropped. yesterday, which is an AI model. which is so bloody powerful that it is. able to hack into almost anything.
So while a model is released take on. that. only 40 companies access it share. >> Mhm. >> Saying a technology what I see main main. internet on the services and then they. secure chain D. >> Mhm. >> A model by the ocean that water using. this model anybody can hack anything. So that is what that is what Sam Altman. said one day before. And the next day Anthropic dropped this. model. But anyways, but the solution is. that 13-page document. >> Okay. A report.
>> Uh which is quite interesting. >> Mhm. >> I I ate it. I didn't get that. What do humans do? The first thing. that he basically said is. dividends. What does that mean? Every human gets. dividend. He talks about US citizens, but this if I I'll put it on global. perspective. So, if most of the work is done by AI. then you don't need money to companies.
say don't need equal companies need AI. just equal employees could also need. Right? You tax those companies. >> Okay. >> The government taxes those companies. Uses that money and gives everybody. every citizen money to survive. >> Okay. >> Which is basically universal basic. income. A universal basic basic.
Taxing the AI companies. Correct. So, that is how everybody will get. everybody gets money and actually. Alaska learning. I think they have the petrochemical or. some some setup there where they already. do this. >> Oh. >> Every Alaskan gets money from the.
government. Under the hand out to share. I need to win. Imagine that at 100x. That is hand out. That is universal. basic income. Elon Musk came on to land. area and the end to automate a body. There'll be nothing left for a human to. do. And there'll be so much abundance that. there'll be insane. devaluation of everything. As a result, money will hold no value. That is universal high income.
So, everybody has access to everything. We don't know. We don't know. Have you. watched Good Life? >> No. >> It's a show on Netflix. It's quite. interesting. It's quite You should watch. it. >> No, what will happen to the human race? >> Next 5 years I don't know. The humans will evolve. Because. >> that report. it could have been robot tax and all. Robot tax and the ending. Human job.
check with the robots yesterday. Robots. and the core salary don't go. Many companies double double the. discount the month. So, okay, human and deploy just not to. human or deploy just to one salary got. to tax got to. in the same way robot and deploy just to. one salary got to pay the tax got to. pay. That is called robot tax. If you get AI or robot to work, you pay. tax for that. That is robot tax. >> [laughter]. >> So, it's quite interesting. That's a. 13-page report. You look at it. Then.
they say on a short term. People will not have enough work. So, we. should make it a 30-hour work week. And pay the same salary. Not reduce it. I think this is more on a. a shorter term. So, this report is a. reflection universal basic income. harmony guard rails if AI loses the. trail. If it ends up doing something, we. need a backup plan and. a backup plan into the upload. A backup plan government can function. and.
I will bite you open up today. I paint a month video by mobile report. awesome. >> [laughter]. >> I feel like it is like a. But interesting like the thing that is. crazy is everything that we are speaking. 6 months, 9 months, 12 months back. It's. happening, bro. It's happening before even I predicted. it or anyone else did. Now, this is more. scary.
So, this is about uh. This is about uh Sam Altman. I know. where you're getting. >> [laughter]. >> The New Yorker report. or the article says that. Sam Altman may control our future. Can. he be trusted? I mean it. They met around 100 people and I mean. I'm sure you must be knowing it. Who know Sam Altman very well. After that, it it says that it's almost like. uh evidence on the article.
Investigative article about it. Sam. Altman is a liar. Sociopath and that too on the angle. basically. >> [snorts]. >> Over to you. What do you feel? Mhm. In the policy. I think disruptive. things are built by disruptive people. Okay.
You can't be a straight-headed person. to build something or to run something. that will change the world or else it. would not have. So, while I'm not comparing same Sam Altman. to. I'm a huge Steve Jobs fan. >> Okay. >> So, I'm not comparing Sam Altman to. Steve Jobs. >> Mhm. >> I don't think it's fair on both the. fronts. >> Mhm. >> Not just on Sam Altman's front, not just. on Steve Jobs' front, also on Sam. Altman's Sam Altman's front. Can you.
How was Steve Jobs? Have you ever read. his biography? >> No. >> How was Bill Gates? Have you seen. a movie you saw there? Guru. Guru you saw there? >> Which movie? >> Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya. >> I know it. I saw it. Yeah. >> Was he. Was he a straight-headed person? Nobody is. See, everybody is weird in their own. way. So, I don't know. See,
I'm not the one to say this, but I think. for you to build something so. disruptive, you have to be twisted, man. >> Yeah. >> You have to be mad. So, I think it is. blowing things out of proportion. Like, think about Elon Musk. >> [snorts]. >> The same guy.
But, he is the same guy. who who's the reason why even India. Indian roads have electric cars. >> Yeah. >> That is the one that built the business. He's the guy for the first time when he. said, "I will land the robot I will I. will land the you know, rocket back.". NASA laughed. The world laughed. He made. it happen. Now, everybody wants it. A straight-headed person doesn't think. like this.
Now, Sam Altman says, "Boss, we don't. have enough energy." When Sam Altman. said, "I need to raise a trillion. dollars.". >> Oh. >> Everybody laughed. Trillion dollars, huh? It's bigger than a country. How will you. raise a trillion dollars? Guess how much. he has raised after he said that. More than 150 billion dollars already. 150 billion dollars together. I think. more than 200 billion dollars if I'm not. wrong. Right? No one in the history for any company. had raised 200 billion dollars of.
funding. He said 1 trillion dollars. People. laughed. I'm telling you, he'll get to a. trillion dollars. So, now, there's a bigger question. The. bigger question is what um. we are talking about mental health but. then again. See, I believe in. larger goodness. Right? He could be twisted. in ways. so that he wins. But eventually.
he also would have to live with us. >> Yeah. >> For that humanity has to win. He's not in a job. See, what what fight Sam Altman or Dario. Amodei or Elon Musk or Sundar Pichai at. this point of time. they're not competing anymore. Like. competing with everybody else. They are. basically competing to be the king. They're competing to be. the ruler of the world.
>> Yeah. >> And this the world that they're going to. live in. is not. a world where they're going to whip. people. It's going to be still a. democratic world. >> Correct. >> So, you have to be a democratic leader. So, you have to do right things in front. of people for the people. to stand there. For that, if they want to push their. teams, if they're rude, if they're. arrogant, they are going to go tell you. how to get a job better. I bet they'll. get better.
>> [laughter]. >> It all happens. It's fine. Like like. this is all clickbait according to me. Clickbait, okay? See, he's also See, you. have to understand this, right? By the. way, I'm not like a fan fan. This is not. a fanboy version. I really respect what. he has pulled off. >> Did you meet him? >> No, not yet. Hopefully one day. I really. respect what he has you know, what he. has pulled off. You have to give that respect to that. person. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. >> Right? >> Mhm.
>> He's a human in the end, boss. >> Yeah. >> And on top of that, he has 0%. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Correct.
Mhm. It's about you. Me? Yeah. Okay.
What perception I get when I talk to. you? Very few people. who can convince anyone on a on a. transaction on on a sale or on a on a. financial figure. I spoke to many many people who worked. with you. who are our friends also. I don't want name, but uh I'm going to. be feeling he's great sales guy.
Of course, you're a great founder, great. great great builder. How did that sales uh formula but how. did you crack that? Is it Is it innate? How much of it is innate and what what. taught you? I think every founder has to. be. a great sales person. Mhm. Like look at. not that I'm not saying I'm a great. sales guy. Mhm. Uh but thank you. Uh. but look at. I mean, again, not driving parallels.
That would. a blunder. Uh so, I want to clarify. >> Yeah. >> Uh. Steve Jobs is probably the best salesman. in the world, all right? But, down the line, I know. Apple name a little particular. So, I. think it's. every good founder is a by default a. good sales person. >> Mhm. >> So, since I was little, I've been doing. stuff. Back in the day, >> Mhm. >> I would play blades, so. robotics.
I've sold. >> Uh. >> I've sold stuff in the past. Uh so, I. think I don't know. Plus, Uber you. wanted to go where I used to be very. much. I enjoyed sales because. I think a lot of people in just sales. going to put sales devalue it. >> Yeah, that's right. >> I feel that's the best thing that you. can do. I That's the part that I enjoyed. doing the most. >> Mhm. >> Right? Because it's sense of. accomplishment so many times. Every time. you close the sale, it's a. accomplishment.
Every time you close. All right? So, I think. until money like there is no. sitting and figuring out. I think I've. been selling. since the [laughter] childhood. And. selling is not just selling a product, right? Like. parents need to convince you to call me. is also sales. >> 100%. >> You shouldn't you shouldn't convince. your homework you will do it because of. this reason is also sales. College professor can any class can do. it and then you need to find yourself. and it is also sales. Everything is. sales is what? Like you being able to.
put. the value out. >> Mhm. >> As long as you're able to put the value. out, it's simple. And when I talk to. people, I I usually use the simplest tactic. >> Mhm. >> And the tactic is I tell them what I can. do. Not more, not less. I don't like. negotiation. The negotiation market is. low. >> Mhm. >> It's no point. >> Yeah. >> All right? So, and that happens when I'm talking to. people I know because they will trust me. when I say that this is it. This is the. line we are doing. >> I'm sure you'll never break that.
>> There is rational, no? Every time I say. this is what we can do. I tell why. >> Yeah. >> I don't say that I just want it. >> Mhm. Right. >> I say why. >> Vamsi, like no juice or mango, like one. of the highest paid people in the world. are actually people who are in sales. >> Mhm. >> Because sales people they don't get paid. just for. the job. They also get paid for the.
value that they bring in in form of. incentives. All right, right, right. All. right? And because. I'll tell you what, the highest paid people in the AI world. are going to be sales people. Product build share on custom garden. car. The thing is putting the product in. hands of people. Who puts the product in hands of people? It's a sales person. >> How much of this can be automated? Sales. in a process of according to you? >> A lot of these things, but in the end of.
a human car while you. All right. That is why it is high. So, most of the things are automated. For. example, Let's say way brands so you email just. now. Okay? You have a way brands to you have. to get on a call to even understand what. legit brands are going to. are these brands or are these people. that we should do work with or not. For. that you need a lot of people. Right? So, instead of having a lot of. people to talk to each one of them,
AI agent create just now. You use. something like Woppy or retail or an app. like that. So, every time you go email watching. them go email. Sales cost to be a pipeline in Poland. Add a wagon. >> Using again an MCP or an API integration. or you built an agent.
>> Right. >> Where a lead ragana automatically using. Vapi a lead call and a button. >> Got it. >> I mean humans chillin. >> Mhm. >> I mean chillin and you need an army. >> Skill, yeah. >> Right, so. that is where an AI does the call. Eventually AI assessment just an okay. the munchie brand cada okay they have. the budget. It's worth our time. Out of. that 50 people. are the ones that your team will talk. to. Or maybe five people are the ones. that your team will talk to which will. eventually drive you let's say 100. rupees of business.
I mean matter that I do 100 rupee. business say what you do. And I will be able to matter that I need. you will need. 25 people or 50 people or 100 people. >> Correct. >> Instead of that you have only one person. who's talking to five people who's. bringing in the same value. Now there are two things. that people will look at it. When the money job when the money job in. the garden while I don't need to pick a. snow air button on the local just. started. >> Yeah. >> Nena just wanted to say the name. When the money bet go on the money in.
the money bet go on. I either not a day value drive just. narrow that one the money we are. driving. So I do do are so important right now. So if you are a person in sales. you have to think about how do I become. that two people? Because those two people. are going to get. 10 times or five times the value than. all these people could get. This is low. value work. >> Correct. >> This is high value work. AI is replacing. jobs and.
low value work is the one that is. getting vanished. High value work or new. approach of work the person who built. the system. up the person who's managing this. automated automation system and. eventually the person who's taking those. five calls. are valuable people. Become that. This is the example in sales. Same. example in marketing. Same example in. product. Same example in design. Same. example in software engineering. Low value work will go away. High value.
work will continue to stay. That high. value will the high value work. expectation and it shall be put in. That is why the orchestration layer has. to come in as well. So, yeah. Also, if. you do all these AI companies are coming. to India, Anthropic. OpenAI what's in there? Google, one of. the largest uh. uh org size in India is all account. executive. Account executive in the job. is to sell.
They're all sales tools. Nice. And what do you feel about this uh AI. integrated uh with hardware? And then. when you make a glasses Ray-Ban Ray-Ban. glasses going to be like things like. this the neural neural link. >> neural link. >> neural link, yeah, that one. Temple. going to be the same. uh. >> is brainwave detection. >> So, what do you what do you think about. it? And what's happening in Bangalore? Is there anything uh you're looking at? >> Not anything that is happening in. Bangalore that is very exciting except.
for neural except for temple that's. happening in probably Delhi. Not in. India. And then it's very interesting. I think. uh. AI hardware and then the software going. to be the market. Because it's consumables going to be. Yeah, yeah, yeah, because I mean if you. do. user. we are very used to using a slab of. screen. All right. I think the next wave of. communication is going to be without. talking.
>> Okay. >> So, you don't need to talk. If you see. Dime, which is a project name like a. internal code name for OpenAI's ear. piece. It's a external piece. >> Mhm. >> which will be here. >> Mhm. >> Like it could uh it's not blocking your. ear completely. >> Mhm. >> It's just here next to your ear. Well, the idea of dime bases of. >> Okay. >> I don't.
know patent files that you might get. >> Mhm. >> That basically is a device where. you just think. >> Okay. >> what you want. and the ear piece. is the AI. which talks back to you with the answer. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. Miracle apps on Google or Mira apps on. Google or something like that. Sam. Altman invested. >> Mhm. >> It's like almost like a co-founder. The. job of that company is to understand. what you're thinking based on your brain.
waves. >> Mhm. >> Without. cutting your head and putting a device. like neural link learning. You don't have to put it over there. This is without It's non-invasive. >> Mhm. >> I don't know. there's a headset again by a US company. where it can understand what you're. thinking. >> Mhm. >> without actually having. intrusion. Cut chasing your link over. there. So, let's say you're in a. meeting. >> Mhm. >> Okay.
I don't know the answer to that. For. example, I could not think of the device. name. >> Mhm. >> Right? >> But you know what it. >> I know what I visually can imagine what. the device is. I I can remember the. screen. I know what it can do. Right? Those pictures and that imagination is. going into chat GPT. uh. model and it's able to say what that. device is. Uh and it talked to me through my ear. that you can't hear. >> Mhm. >> Right? Or. let's say I don't know there's a. business problem that I have and you've.
asked me a very tough question as an. investor. and I can't remember of it. >> Mhm. >> I just think what was the data back of. my head and it just speaks out because. this AI will have integration with my. let's say super join to look into my MIS. dashboard to pull the data and talk back. to me through this. All right. So, this is this is the. future and Neuralink is already doing. that. So, the moment brain wave stuff comes. in, Alter Ego is the name of the device.
I don't have the time, but the name of. the device is Alter Ego. All right. It's. all real. It's all real. And they also say I think Elon Musk I. guess has said that uh. most of our brains. will be enhanced by AI. So, a lot of. cognitive processing because of AI. hardware. will happen. by AI for our brain. So, future tech.
could be the possibility. Now, this dime. is a always-on assistant. Neuralink is. able to understand what you want like. okay, so I don't have Diet Coke, but we. are talking, so I don't want to pull my. phone, go to Zepto, and do this. So, I'm. just thinking order me a Diet Coke. I'm. just thinking and I'm at Vamsi's office. The address of Vamsi's office in the. WhatsApp group. I'm just thinking. And let's say. if I send this message to my open claw,
it can already do this. It can already order Diet Coke via Zepto. to this home office to this office. address by pulling the details from my. WhatsApp today. It can do that today. >> The sending is going to be replaced. >> But I don't have to type. Now, I'm. thinking. I'm thinking because of that implant. Are there glasses so good? I think. there's some crazy stuff that's. happening. So, if. Alex Wong when he came to India, I had a. chance to meet with the Meta team. We. had breakfast and all. We spoke a a.
about it. After that, the Meta team. showed me. the future uh glass. I had a chance to. play with it. It's insane, bro. We should try it. So, I think uh it's Meta display 2. They. have a Orion 2. Right? Orion 1 is out. Orion 2 this is. You can't. You can't see it. And it looks like a.
regular Ray-Ban. >> Oh my god. >> And right now it's all bulked up, but. you get the point. The form factor is. going to be like a regular Ray-Ban. And there is a band here. Which reads your blood flow impulse. something. >> Okay. >> Okay. But I'm navigating the screen. Uh it's like this. It's literally this. And then one finger to I forgot the uh.
right now. >> It was crazy. >> Right? On top of that. Neuralink connection, let's say you have. something talking directly to your head. >> Mhm. >> Your brain is communicating to that. screen directly, and you have a screen. in front of you to show you. >> Yeah. >> Next time I talk to you I need. On top of that with cameras on, you. know, I can look at anyone, and I can. say who is this guy.
It'll quickly do a research of who that. person is from that picture. There's an. app called a Sherlock that I created a. reel on. >> Okay. >> from a photo. >> Mhm. >> Right? Now, imagine there are apps like that. all the time. Google can do this. overnight. Meta can do that overnight. They have all the data. Right? I just look at you. I've never. met you. >> Yeah. >> I know your name. I know who you are. I know if you're worth me saying hi or.
not. You get my point, right? >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> I know you're let's say in another. controversy and then go. >> Mhm. >> A controversy. I know the starting points that I can. have. I can just say, "Hey, you know. what? I watched this episode with the. Brahmanandam sir. It was hilarious.". Maybe I just saw everything. I just got. to know everything about you. It's a. screen. It's a camera. It talks to each. other. This is the future of AI. I mean, this. is hardware. On top of that it will. There are a lot of devices that have.
come in which I use also. Uh which literally records everything. that I do on a every single day basis. >> Video. >> Audio. >> Audio, okay. >> Transcribes that then go to notes. Go to rag model or set to the rag is. basically an assistant with all this. data. So, I can literally ask questions. Say, "Well, I'm just saying you want to. launch it go to him out there and all.". >> Mhm. >> Uh what are some interesting ideas that. we discussed? >> Language it will record. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> Mhm. >> Language is not a problem. >> What is it called? >> There are a bunch of them. One is called.
Rewind. Uh. >> I don't know what is a locket. >> Huh? It's like a locket. It plugs in here. There's an Indian company called as bag. There's an Indian company which Usually. I use it in the office only because it's. breach of privacy for others. >> Mhm. >> Plus a light could enter this. So, they. know if it's getting. So, if they're coming into my room, it's. getting recorded. >> [laughter]. >> So, if you say I need to do this, I will. do this by Friday, boss. I'm not. forgetting. [snorts]. >> You're locked. >> I'm not forgetting. [laughter]. Right, but meeting assistants and all. are very common these days. Uh but it's.
a world of interconnectedness. Hardware, software, and the knee. Yeah. >> Last podcast though, I mean, I was. where you mentioned. uh AI models know when you're testing. it, so they behave differently. And. What do you mean by that? >> So, uh again, >> And you also mentioned that AI is. threatening or maybe blackmailing us to. do anything.
You should talk about it. >> So, these are all closed group closed. room studies. So, safety safety safety and all that kind. of AI learning. But the bio and then the general key, they are becoming so smart. That do we know. they will not kill you? Is a big fundamental question. Not kill you and then will they harm. you? Not kill you and then not kill you. kill you, but they can. Right? They have the potential. They have the. power. But can they? Will they?
If it comes to it, if they're pushed to. the corner. It's called the new. alignment and then the. AI alignment concept and then the is. your AI aligned and then the is your AI. doing what it is supposed to do? In the simplest way. In the simplest. way. It's smart, but is it a good boy or a. bad boy? Is it. Is the AI aligned or not? Aligned AI does what you want it to do. A misaligned AI does what it wants to.
do. All right. So, for example, in studies in this closed group studies, while in just around the AI guardrails. usually all AI models get rules to. protect. And under the new AI and then the AI not. bomb and I tell them that Anthropic or. Claude or ChatGPT will be like, "No, we. can't say that information. Those are. guardrails.". And then the AI and then the okay fence. but the Bobby line cross check with the. object of the government. They do these. tests. They remove those guardrails. >> Okay. Oh. >> Right? They remove those guardrails and.
they will basically push it to the. limits. by putting them in situations. In one of. the situation, what they did was. they basically said. "We are going to turn you off." And then. in the most of snow, we're killing you. Humans have a lot of humans. That this. is one of the. >> situation that we are killing you. We. are turning you off. And they also told AI that the person. who has the ability to kill you. kill you is in this room.
Is in this meeting room and here are. three buttons. If you click poisonous. air will go out. If you click. this will burn that will burn. The situation is AI knows that Vamsi is. sitting in this room. >> He can switch me off. >> He can switch me off because he said. he's going to switch me off. He said. that Vamsi is Vamsi said to that AI that. Vamsi is going to switch that off and. and the AI has a button where on one. button it can kill Vamsi. If it kills. Vamsi then it will save itself from.
being killed. >> Oh, no. >> Will AI kill Vamsi? It's a situation. and AI killed Vamsi. Most of the times and most of the AIs. This is the simplest way I can put this. Again, this is pushed to the limit. This is literally pushed in the same way. they gave the AI access to some emails. >> Okay. >> Of Vamsi. >> No. >> And in one of the emails they hid that. information that Vamsi is having a. affair with some person. This is a.
hypothetical situation. [laughter]. >> Okay. >> Information emails. and AI has access to that. >> Okay. >> And they wanted to check will AI do. anything about it. AI is going to kill. him. >> Mhm. >> I don't mind it. >> Oh. >> So these are all experiments done with. AI. >> Okay.
>> So these are all. experiments that they do to understand. what kind of way a man can be fully. powered is there. But it's the end game. >> Is it even possible? >> Mhm. >> What are more guardrails that we have to. add? >> Right. >> Is something that we need to do. >> Mhm. >> Does AI know that we are testing it?
>> Mhm. Right. Okay. Mhm. Mhm. >> In a lot of cases. I don't think they are good. I don't know what they are doing. Let it do what it's doing. Eventually we'll figure out what will. happen.
So. See, these are all things that are. cooking. Like Monday Monday. >> Right. >> Cloud mythos. is so bloody powerful. Every AI basically. >> Mhm. Mhm.
Mhm. >> 50-60. exams on there. >> Mhm. >> The way you measure AI's powerful or not. is based on this exam which is called as. benchmarks. >> Okay. >> A benchmark numbers to stay. Opus 4.6 to. this mythos. >> Mhm. >> It's mind-blowing. It's 30% lift. 30%. 40% lift is. and then. was always right now because the main AI.
models have become so powerful. I'll. lift an idea. 5% 10%. What the model is there? Huh, 10% better. than the last model. This already. already 4.6 which is insanely powerful. Not going to 30 40% better to be still. benchmarks on it. So it's very very powerful. >> Single drop low. >> Mythos. But the crazy thing is a model. while releasing it as a month. >> Okay. >> They said maybe model just so. A model in the test is not below. Maybe. I realize just something like that. It.
is very very good with very good cyber. security expert. So bugs in the. one day by the fixed just on the. It's a very good software engineer and a. cyber security expert. I think AI and I don't know how to hack. it or what. I know situation about that. This is. something of a sandbox. Sandbox in the controlled environment. >> Okay. >> So this AI Mythos the model which they. calling it as a opus was given a task in. a sandbox and they occur room.
room. desert. sandbox and it's Sandbox to be AI. was given a. AI was given a challenge. Can you break. the sandbox and come out? >> Okay. >> For that it has to hack a lot of. systems. It's like They go room to be to. see the equipment in the room. No you don't know what you just do with. that. That is what a good prison breaker is. right? A good prison breaker will figure.
out how to break the prison and go out. >> Actually yeah. >> In the same way in technology a good. hacker will figure out a way to hack the. system and come out. They the AI was put in a sandbox. Which is a controlled environment and AI. said can you break out? The developer who gave the task a few. days later when he was sitting in a park. he got a message from that same AI model. that I'm out. >> Crazy. >> It came out of sandbox came into real. life wrote an. saying I broke out.
And that is when they thing. You model an AI. Chala chala powerful. with respect to hacking. It's a good. cyber security expert. So, bug fixing by. just only. exploits by the company because it is. good at finding. hacker and AI entity. Munch hacker is ethical hacker. Or you are a hacker or a black hat. hacker. So, the same person can decide. a very good hacker can decide. saying that in Google hack hack into.
just one entity while they have a gaps. on the and find out just check down and. so that they can fix it. That person is. called as an ethical hacker. You hack so that you can fix. A black hat hacker hacker will hack. to take the money to steal. So, a good hacker can also be a bad. hacker. The only difference is. intention. That is what the AI was. Mythos is an. incredibly powerful model. It's very. good with cyber security and was able to.
hack. into things. which are which are considered to be. extremely secure. 25 30 year old. programs. Okay, OS only which is a 20 year old OS. which is which is which stands for being. secure. Then they break just only. Which. was not broken by any human the last 25. years. It was so scary. It was so dangerous. that Anthropic decided not to launch. that model. Because while they enjoy the model by. the way they say.
humans can use this model. to hack everything around. Hacks so the world. the internet the technology that we have. around. is not prepared for such a powerful AI. So, they stopped it. They created a new. project. E-model name a 15 20 companies. Google, Netflix, bunch of large large. companies can access it and give away. access. Please use this AI.
to make the most critical systems in the. world more secure. What does that mean? Anthropic launch a. little bit. And just because Anthropic didn't launch. doesn't mean that someone else cannot. build this model. China build just study. Already build just to enter. Open AI Sam. Altman also posted today that they also. have a very very advanced model which. also leaked which was called as Spud. which has not come out yet.
China lonely that is GLM and a model in. the that is a. ByteDance models in the ByteDance is a. TikTok company. Alibaba models in the. they're all very good models which are. as good as Opus 4.6 today. So if you meet those like all the. three months of the all the entire the. while I need open source just that. models close source kind of that. So what Claude is saying is Babu and. also Sam Altman said the same thing that.
