Day 1 was a Flop anta 🤯| Telugu Movie Podcast |Tollywood, Bahubali & more| Raw Talks With VK Ep -66
B first day. Los so 3:00:00. whole day was terrible what happened on. that man. behind Indian no no world map. [Music].
longest running and first serial we. started. with it was a remake of. shant how is trp. [Music]. calculated. tax. okay second third.
my00 can influencer make a movie hit. or they produced curiosity they produced. hype they produced B yeah if Marvel can.
be seen in t why can't our film be seen. in Hindi at. least 10 ticket. [Music].
[Music]. 900k sub huge thanks to you. all we a team of 15. members of the people are not. subscribing and every single subscriber. increase will motivate our team to get. better episodes please do. subscribe hi sir hello. finally first. thought like I'll ask you a personal.
question how. so very. positive how is. it and uh I think by Nature I'm I'm a. little more relaxed right.
okay there for some startup investment. okay how is he maintaining all this this. kind of thought.
typing of the producer but there are uh. I think all kinds of people in the. industry yeah and. me started. from so these many wi range. of yeah sure and.
naturally B is something which is which. cannot be removed from. your. sure. experience serial industry. serial as an. industry how are they actually capturing.
I was just Jing. down okay.
years back if I'm not wrong.
[Music]. indry what are the sources of revenue. that channels make or serial producers. make because you also produce serials. yeah 2001.
but we started with television and first. serial we started. with Hindi Serial forv it was a remake. of. shanaj REM. into that's how we started and even. now. and um and then.
we did Cals we had longest running oral. [Music]. for and Bali we did shows TV shows. reality game shows game shows so um so. the so this is 2001 we started right and. we continue to so 20 years almost 20.
plus years we have been in this business. right um so. mainly as a producer it is only cost. plus. model cost per episode. cost then they give us a 10% margin okay. while taking the episode yeah while. taking so for the production cost so the. 10% is our margin.
from the proder proder production that. is how we make. money but slot half an hour slot to.
30,000 rupees or something like that uh. every day 30,000 rupees will be the slot. cost for the for that I'm just saying. exact. amount. andu so total cost. is then we get so many ad. slots and every I think four minutes add. slots okay so then you Market that to. your based on your.
it. was we could get good good uh they could. make money right right uh so that was. one model that was there for some time. but I don't think that.
is. but their marketing team will sell the. sell the ad every slot 10 second slot or. 4 second slot slot how many slots they. sell the slot based and the price based. on the trps they get the price right so. sponsorship um slot cost based on the. trps right right so every week every.
Wednesday. okay we keep changing the tracks. so 10 episodes Eight Episodes banking. okay. so sometimes so banking optimiz.
that's how it. work how is trp calculated so trp there. is an agency on it um neon NE okay uh so. they are a national agency private. agency so they have.
met. the okay it's random sampling and. certain segment there are rural urban. demographics various demogra soci. economic. demographics. different so that it records.
possible. viewers accurate it just a it is just a. projection projected number it is a. estimate. right you have to subscribe on the. channel subcribe for the reports from.
this company. so it's a multinational company all over. the. world there are serials where almost. thousand episodes 1200. episodes 2000 epis I think longest. running. 2000. something okay so.
I thought like I'll talk about okay. apart from this we have many more yeah. extension yeah thought process. aspect to correction cor 77% of the. people are. actually. inferior so.
and and character.
so perception.
we can talk about that as well and that. is different sub that is more interact. [Music].
where we can choose different Pathways. plots. plots so if I. choose series series it's a I think it's. it's not a series it's just a one film. that came in which you could multiple. plots on so. um he.
can I'll come. okay so. then you. can multiple. Parts interesting so then it then. endings will change differently okay. okay.
concept there are two. types there is gaming which Mobile. gaming or console gaming which is very. uh interactive you are involved and. you're doing something you're very. active uh as. a as an audience you're you're very. active involved in doing something and. controlling the game uh television is a. passive passive media you're not doing. anything.
so television and any of these Netflix. or these are passive. mediums so passive medium. interactivity most people don't like. right and are not liking it at least and. they not caught on to that right um. Gamers will like to gaming that's too. fast Dynamic very Dynamic and very very. active is very.
passive. hasn't it hasn't CAU on caught on too. much got. it from. this. sorry. so not in that. aspect but generally you can you can. skip the question also movies.
all kinds of ACC Li right so and. [Music]. contained and outside interaction okay. because so source of information is cut. off uh and your contain till. basically manipulation data dat.
man all the. locations it is news gets. exaggerated butall process is the same. simultaneous three four locations or.
whatever number of locations. simultaneous because they surprise. factor and and they don't let anybody go. in or out and cut off all communication. till they get certain. Clarity keep. it actually teams they come from outside. outside the state so local teams on any. raid anywhere is comes from outside the. so they.
complet. soak. leak how do they. behave. ini they to Main.
information department is it. like by and. large lot of computer analysis dat. Anis okay okay sampling that. yeah out.
ofac not transactions are. [Music]. not linking to to what the what they're. showing it reports there is some. descript you. know that is one way. of. information because they incentivize.
they get a certain. [Music]. okay percentage or some. amount. [Music]. reward information.
then if it justifies. right like. example like huge. project like starting from.
so how do you actually accommodate. M you can tell. me how do you actually sour money. because 100. almost one and B so so actually step.
back one and. two from is not from day. one story and Bug we felt two part film. both budget wise and it will be this.
and off topic. [Music]. but so. it was a big discussion. two second. part three months noral common questions.
Sor because 3 months or six months four. months understanding right um.
so. [Music]. mons so. shooting. twoes we. understood Okay so so first step we did.
was second. part because to cut down the. budget don't. know so that was one thing we did first. part first. part. second there is. there are three.
things director hero. producer mainly director and. producer going. Market. streaming part one part two there was no. streaming okay some Market on. yes.
so so satellite. satellite. Market financing there two kinds um we. start with our own money but there is a. financ. right. fin fin.
[Music]. [Music]. can. of okay Finance. so Finance.
right is a direct. right so before the release of the.
film we have to repay the financer. release isas right.
problems we had. to there was a deficit on we spent more. than the market. market. become depend on how the film does. Market.
risk that entire amount becomes a. risk in the market where the financer. says you go ahead and release and. release we see one situation that is. very rare right um. mostly they don't.
finan whether you're pledging a property. or something else or something else you. pledge and then put that. money that is the that is the. whole financers and ra film City F. financ okay and private finan amazing. fin we had so they were in my our Cas. they rolled it over they said they this.
thing and luckily it all went well so. that's what he. said very risk.
[Music]. previous fantastic talk actually. Netflix. discussing. Fant morning midnight show.
3:00. 4:00 audience. audience talk audience. talk mainly fans.
expectation so so whole day was terrible. next. Saturday audience regular audience. family. audience turned around reason.
many. especially was different. from regular pattern. so second part. fan based.
[Music]. audience what happened on that discuss. I was like like I was I was quite.
relaxed Raj was. calculating but. got it so partwise and part one movie.
wise it's not in the losses if I'm not. wrong no yeah it was not after release. it was before release it was a deficit. after release it made got it got it got. it ra. M okay got.
dou times the money. giving. indry reg fin. okay and it's a standard I think.
it's funds structured funds. [Music]. bsiv we can take. odra based on the good and all goodwi. ands interest rate will be lower but you. need to put pledge collateral. regular financers around 2 rupees 24%.
24% but 24% it's simple interest R it's. not it's compounded compounded every. year okay but typically one year it's. simple so but standard prod standard. financers for standard for all the. regular producers right right got it. also B. context I was watching multiple. interviews and. all about the budget.
contr. people to cut the. cost like do they have this kind. of so if we can talk about those budget. control so budget especially.
[Music]. right. [Music]. Vision main that span and that Vision.
that is. [Music]. thing it is much much more.
whole. story producers andaj this thing. Creator conscious we have to be. conscious we we have to translate Raj's. Vision to screen oh no uh but how do we.
do it at the lowest cost. possible was the agenda without. compromising on the vision uh we how do. we get his vision onto the uh thing at. the lowest cost one thing is. clear so one is of course how do. we hotels flights bus.
everybody compromised okay almost um. what scale if if you can ask and scale. everybody and most except for the ACT. main leads everybody traveled economy. where Reed everybody. TR. as and family producers and some of the. key technicians.
instead of staying in inste of staying. in this thing the whole. house. monthly everybody was there um so. example like mahabaleswar we stay in.
lodges small lodges just basic LOD in. [Music]. rooms and not not just onset. [Music].
was like. b000 people 800,000 people only Artisans. of different skill. sets Tor costumers. makers everything was realistic real so.
uniform everybody we made it vegetarian. okay and cut down on the so everywhere. wherever possible uh from small to big. if it if it doesn't show on. screen we cut it down. okay oh okay.
he asked. me we got this discussion this is how. they used to manage complet everywhere. wherever wherever possible whichever is. not required which is not distin um and. everybody. cooperated like they understood what we. were trying to do and they got the. technicians senior level technicians.
they know when they are involved in a. project. authenticity. genuinity the the passion with which we. we everybody's working and uh something. we're doing something for the first time. uh we trying to prove ourselves they. become more than the actual numbers fin. our. situation for. techicians techicians techicians actors. so.
everyone it it becomes like a challenge. right and money becomes a money and. these things when that that. takes only secondary only secondary. right so our fulfillment is more for all. of them everyone then. right if something is fulfilling for you. you will not look at money true true so. that was the. case sequence daily 25.
lsim take stock of the. situation this is I'm talking 10 years. back situation 2. just to present the we should take stock.
of. it very should be very clear and there. should be transparency right filmmaker. as a Creator as a me as a producer and. director should know what is happening. [Music].
is not. correct we had a very open this.
it's getting the. vision this.
it was an open. discussion. okay oh yeah you.
Rani and everybody else all the VFX VFX. supervisor Kamal Kanan main Sab right. right only.
difference. release op okay especially. even full hype in the April 17th and. then April 24th sorry April 24th was the. we announced the release date. four.
five it's a clean window because already. announced six. weeks four four to six weeks six weeks. six to eight. weeks which is corrects. 200 shots 300. shots 150000.
shots back. and studos across the world. India Raj.
we promoting to that. [Music]. thing we will release it on that day. we'll have to release it we will release.
it. whatever. and. he could. [Music]. apprciate there's lot more at stake than. just this thing so he mentally decided. we're doing it so complete. and.
night almost daily followup every. day going so our finally we able but.
that. is. almost. days. weeks that is so otherwise we never had. any differences difference it was just. intentional.
like that's for sure then you'll have to. go with the other. states they produced. curiosity they produced curiosity they. produced hype they produced. Bali wanted to and naturally larger.
than mention that India's biggest motion. pict there was some. change bus. is he a distributor there or is he just.
a shareholder there. business is very straightforward we. wanted to obviously expand the market oh. go beyond uh this thing one one was. social media social media is very new. and we deaged it between YouTube Twitter. Twitter Facebook Twitter then Instagram. uh okay so and uh we were also actually. used quite a bit of data also data.
analytics so Google Trends on a simple. level but social. media analytic tools sentiment. analis making video. releas viewership audience. SE search.
volum so beginning only one blue do in. Hyderabad day one. of my goal was those blue dot should be. all over India all over India yeah oh. and how do you how do you sample for you.
to understand yeah uh so. 2012 sometime 2013 we started shooting. and the day we start shooting start we. started uh all social media Pages all. social media activity activation from. day one we started right uh and uh. everything so the idea was that this. film has to. travel the intent was there from day one. and not an. afterthought uh this film has this thing.
if Marvel can be seen in t why can't our. film be seen in Hindi at least that was. the whole clear so that was there uh and. uh how is what is the best way to take. it to Hindi. [Music].
small. level but on a large scale like this in. m. so so how do. we just taking a step. back TR release Mak Hindi it was didn't. do well it was in Hindi theatrically it. was not a success mhm Reliance our.
Reliance old Reliance released it and it. didn't this. thing it was not and satellite law it. did very well Hindi satellite e did very. well streaming satellite did very. wellp and everybody was aware of it um.
release was. not effective right one way ofing the. marketing Maj marketing and release and. platforming how you put the position the. film was not done is the learning from. that this thing so how do we overcome. that is the next question so we felt I. felt we needed somebody in Hindi to hold. that space for usas.
[Music].
[Music]. [Music]. everybody uh.
TR he can talk. well we went to Kar right so Kar finally. he liked this thing he Raj. any he agreed to immediately come.
on SO relationship basically there's no. very. straightforward just a. presenter as. AER marketing team they have all. structure all production all the films. releas.
Mar. support uh we uh was for a uh small. percentage of this thing okay how much. you make there there yeah was this thing.
so. distribution. film. okay whatever terms finate. he knows P.
market. so was a distributor. and got. so it's like distributor gets a certain. percentage like presenter certain.
percentage that was at least. understanding was. right second part. 1900. 180000 that is the that a gross number.
so ENT. tax second part entertainment tax so. depending on the state it is varied. anywhere. [Music]. from something. like States. 78% tax. tax entertainment tax ENT tax.
entertainment tax 780 Hindi States 7. 80% 30 40%. 25%. minimum. to% so. basically first. on average 20.
25%. 25%. [Music]. okay exhib distribution exhibitors theat. theat Multiplex CH multip. 50% okay. [Music]. opening. week.
502 so 50 average. 50 so. 75 50%.
37 75. 37 expens marketing publicity promotion. prints and. publicity distrib. distrib depending on the. arrangement different. distribut 3500 35 20 20 7 5%.
30 okay. 30. okay satell. extra those are.
separate so you cannot decide your. margins thousand of scre if I'm not. that's the. first 89,000. screens and. we 1800 1900 only gross box office.
worldwide um India India. only but if you look. at admission number of tickets sold. ticket price 100 R 125 R we. we B two. H 10 CR. tickets 10.
tickets including latest R kgf2 which. are super super duper. Blockbusters half 50% of that number. they'll touch and but they might touch. the value because ticket price is now. 200 R 300es but in terms of actual. admissions after cholle cholle I think. uh is about uh 13 cres to 14 crores. total tickets sold total ticket sold but. that was across two three.
years and put screen count that was only. form of. entertainment after sh I think B is the. highest. already he changed the. industry and. like and in the same.
movie so admissions that was coming. after part one. hype. and across age. groups 80y old. from villages to cities everyone and.
wanted to see the film right. and July April of the following year so. almost two years one. year there was no different actually it. was wrong the orig assumtion that months. M actually was. wrong it was not needed but.
actually one and half years waiting. time right more. thanp mple screen tv YouTube.
but number of people who actually. watched it kept increasing so that it. soaked in that. up it was like it added one and a half. years just added to the anticipation. curiosity more people watching uh and. word of mouth so part one multiple times. question built up to that second part.
Hy. yeah SC. the. second we have. to meet the beat the expectations. expectations also very high right so we. have to so.
and second half first part second second. half first part second part first half. okay second part part two film first. half part two B part two first half is. my favorite okay up to the interval got. it is is my favorite M and. uh first part second half I like okay. okay so the. actual the got it okay otot as a Medi.
is this kind. ofen because. judg basically what you're saying is and. uh uh the attention span is reducing. right all right so. mov you need to attention I need to keep.
the audience engaged for the 2 hours or. 2 and a half hours uh it's that is the. this um. because but the thing is film film. intendent there. are there are certain mirr Ed spoke. about the advantages of watching at home. I can go to another content I can go.
to multiple. times it's a group experience it's a. collective. experience. whatever more one to one or intimate. personal experience so it is like. watching cricket match at home versus. watching in the stadium right so that. energy of a large. audience is different so.
[Music]. spectacle thear FM or or. R. audience what you. feel is that Collective is different. from you won't feel that same. energy at home at home yeah so so that. is what a film has to do if it has to. work in a theater it has to. [Music].
be. to enjoy it more right because we get. influenced by the everybody laughing. collectively we laugh more so so. personal opion like this W factor in the. films beautiful huge scale W shots. fantastic shots lar than. life we want to feel that energy M uh. and uh live energy right I think that is.
the kind of films that will work uh that. will work in theat theat. Intimate drama emotional very inter. personal drama High emotion. um it doesn't matter it's more for me it. is more personal one to one right so. I'll get. engrossed the drama work you'll get true. in is still fine butall whether at home.
or there you have to keep them. engaged that and. that. cont and lots of options. memes immediate instant. gratification right right so on overload. of content keeping an audience engaged. is very. [Music].
[Music]. true a. good generally you do that and.
[Music]. can now it is. allal what is happening and.
body. langage can. see easily. right okay.
okay how are they allowed to do. that okay.
you funny story. but. FM as. a line.
produc but my. own two. films okay. [Music]. and. okay experience Bally. just. footage Raj.
[Music]. [Music]. father so it's very difficult. to uh judging. right unless you have lot of. experience.
experience they. can creators they. [Music]. understand um. experience ESP.
beginning. right we so attached to the. fil we want it. to. andity. right. and it's all about hope it's all about. hope so I'm. judging is very difficult right judging. a film before release even after it.
fully done. [Music]. also lot. [Music]. of one two years. we. living but um but good.
editors um and good directors can get. will can see it and judge a combination. Mountain yeah again. theot Prim hot they acquiring the rights. of this movie. their producer gets their money is what. I I.
know they get the rights but the. other I always had a. doubt but if you can actually explain. and it's a very simple and very. simple there are two two types one is uh. subscription based so their the money. has to come from subscribers right so. Netflix Amazon they all subscriber based.
so. subscribe um subscription amount has to. pay for that content uh and because. every. mon subcribers will. keep sometimes additional. subscribers keep adding right so between. films and series. content. cont people subscribe so.
[Music]. success in that period in that period. for that for that film uh is a is a. measure then they have lot of data. to understand. they can.
understand so the intent is mostly. because you wanted to watch you. subscribed so Allah there lot. of data analysis that they can do and. very complex data that uh so but the. subscription subscription is there. Revenue source and every content has to. bring them additional subscribers that.
is the primary this thing the other is. of course m is AD based which is how. much ads is it is a Content gener so. these are the these are the two. models big movies like Larger than Life. Land movies.
mov because of this new movies big. movies people got used to that. mass like if you make it more easier. Audi.
also if they feel we need to make more. changes and make it more easier to watch. more interesting to. watch how do how do you. react yeah definitely if it is very. similar script script seen with. similar. definitely you don't want the same same.
this. thing. similarties. similar. character many times. same SC the. same.
story. [Music]. same okay English.
almost but definely few scenes few. characterizations few.
different role in. startups but generally do you believe in. this valuation game the. starts yeah yeah I invest in I'm an. angel investor that's what how do you.
consider those valuations. valuations valuations are necessary and. finally come to. that who are the people behind it. and and first uh and I'll mentality the. temperament.
and that basic mentality team team then. problemu. sometimes but. not no. right is it something that is.
then is it scalable of. course it can be lifestyle business. it'll be making money it will be. am uh. or so these are the factors okay what is.
it that I want to put. in okay got it that is the but I like to. invest and I like. to like to mentor and. support how far do you. travel right the and some some are very. straightforward some. money component is good enough to. kickart and for seed.
investment seed investment and not so SE. because. the that is where I can next rounds it. will be big amounts and I don't I don't. want to and I'm not. that. profession risk is but I like to and. also that is. where main support most people is at.
that level. next somebody else will pick it up once. get so I like to this thing so I like to. one is very some I where I just invested. and they use that as. a as catalst to then uh this thing the. other is where I spend quite a bit of. time talking to them understanding the. problem what can be done.
and at least in. States the scale number of. startups like 100. something 9 999 98 was my first start. okay.
yeah. 2001 but that was my very early. days there was quite a few people trying. to do a lot of things. but the kind. of problems. the problems diversity of problems.
starts from agriculture to technology to. Media to Ai and uh huge range of. uh topics right took that AO it was more. narrower got it got it Al uh just a. hypothetical. situation if you need to restart your. journey or negative. you need to.
restart okay I'll change the. question I. would. related okay. because we have many.
plans no definitely I listen to. you yeah mediate Tech space is where. that is where I right right and the. convergence of media and Technology. right. [Music]. is actually paid off well sectors. but main is. intersection of media technology. something that I'm.
interested if I ask. Youk. valid if all if I ask you. and if you can talk.
about uh one is one is depending on the. sector again but background one is of. course naturally how they coming across. and that is keep what is their. background is he F or not. but you can study something been doing.
something and then now want to do. something there should be something but. consistency and what is the background. so but easiest is I'm saying you from. I'm just saying you you're IIT you you. worked in one tech company okay now. you're coming and starting coming in. starting when tech product comany right. that is a very straightforward simple uh. you can comp you can.
understand I want to. solve. seen or a spectator I'm seeing the movie. industry and you feel you can solve some. problem. right so I want to I want to provide a. solution for that that is a very.
difficult. one Mak sense that's but broadly that's. what I look at where are they coming. from EX background experience they have. faced that pain.
point that is right you think early. stage startups Founders age matter do. you think like. that that's a tricky. question conventional sense it matters. the anger. from I'm sorry to. 18 so 189 is too early my opinion 1819.
is too early um mid 20s and later is a. is a sweet spot right uh and certain. exposure certain experience certain pain. points you have to face to thing and. there are not to write there are. geniuses there are. born so not the right and there are. super talented Super Genius kids but. exceptions broadly uh and uh and also.
they have the energy and the thing but. more and. more age is. not many. times not suited. for am ofy amount of Drive commitment. when. when up the fire in your belly and you. want to prove yourself 20 years you have. done for so many things now you want to. do something.
so but I putting aside all that I don't. think that is a criteria got it got. it again advisory. cont creation though it's a part time. thing for me. IND whenever I personally feel this. Whenever there is a new innovation or. new pattern of.
content studies.
to or maybe. inspiration if you can give some certain. adves and. then we should be doing something that. we. feel we want to say something we want to. world world to know something through us. right right in in the context of. YouTuber or as.
filmmaker this is a story that I feel. proud of that I want to make I like the. story personal value or or a judgment. you should first believe in that first. believe in that then. economics too expensive. but e story or E concept or. E this thing uh do I personally believe.
or. not what happens is now my my thing when. you do it from that conviction over a. period of time that will show on right. where you will have a certain focus and. a certain. thing same commitment. and.
disappointment because they came like. this Unfortunately they feel that it is. a. pivoting but the people who are really. there who are there will continue to be. there and ultimately they. will be the only people standing again. you have to see this ma it looks like. suddenly everybody is doing the same. thing we and nobody we don't have thing. but. you the the people shouldn't lose focus.
there and keep continuing. right I'm. sure if you can adise two three books. for the youngsters who are watching the. podcast fil anything in. general. BS but like top of the Mind Alchemist PO. is my one of my favorite fables right as. a just as a thing it's got a lot of. depth very simple story to read but it's.
got lot of a lot of depth okay got it. and uh a lot of meaning uh in that story. uh so. I I really like that book um in terms of. um business books. beginning um some very early in my thing. autobiographies um made in Japan. OK Morita was a founder of Sony one of. the early Founders so he was uh for me a.
that time I remember I reading it and so. the auto business autobiographies have. been uh very. uh impactful uh then good to great. books good to great and build to last um. author name just blanking out but uh. they're fantastic books on how why. businesses last right right and sustain. across this thing and why some. businesses fail and so and.
philosophic just it's a controversial. topic okay but. Robert and uh it's a book it's he's it's. called DET pre determined okay. predetermined or determined PR pre uh. determin I think the book's name is. determin uh uh life without Free Will is. the thing basically the theory is that. you really don't have a free Willer in. life okay okay everything is PR so.
that's thing um so read a spectrum. of since we started. podcasting. cont keep exploring different.
so what do you feel about that and what. kind of content do you consume. so I consume podcast I listen to some. podcast some podcasters uh I read some. books. and I watch some TV some different phes. I do different things preference.
[Music]. is read some books um audible books uh I. didn't catch on to that but uh books I. like to read books got it and podcast. got. it influencers the content creation.
can influencer make a movie hit. or I don't. think I'll tell you. uh the the biggest impact m is a teaser. trailer teaser work trailer work.
right word of General audience word. of and these are the three things.
they. influenc to new set of audience. before I give the teaser and before I. give the trailer uh if uh if I can. spread the word of the.
movie. mov influenc right right it take it to a. deeper influen will take it to the then. so I'm prepping the audience. prepping includes even mem pages also. anything anything. anything I uh or even after trailer.
a they'll help right but. decision they'll open up a new window. other but decision making is again based. on. trailer AI definitely. influenc awareness decision.
cre right got it yeah so. you they can be a key role in spreading. in creating that. awareness teasers are generally to tease. and trailers are giving a trial of the. movie teas.
different different filmers. differentes. ANP just teasing the audience.
exactly but thing. is Extreme. just saying.
[Music]. very full action shots full heavy.
[Music]. action. basically the. expect audio function pre-release. function a function was all centered. around the theme of the.
film. SOI so that is one way. of right. but typically it is better to prepare. the audience. this is what it. is right.
right. 350 pattern. do you.
support but do you support this. so. actually South States. uh. St AP and and ticket price.
contr. mostly States there's no price control. mm it's a there is no government control. on. any so that is one.
it is a free. commodity it is a like any product it's. a free market it is not an essential the. essential commodity it is a free market. commodity uh so. producer should. have.
prod is. flexible Monday. morning Monday evening show. if I have that. then everybody benefit.
right. okay regular. ticket prices controll prices with low. PR marke 100% so.
marke. open everybody gets a it's in the money. system it comes back into the system. right it's much moreing so that's got it. like uh I ask you movie. revie if you need to give some advice. because I've been listening.
multiple and they can anybody can review. and give an opinion and see and say what. is and Nano as an audience if I believe. in that reviewer and if I trust that you. your review will suit. my I'll trust you and I'll based on that.
I might make a decision go so that is. not first. line by line tweet review first for.
show. writing thoughtful. and genuine and thoughtful review is. absolutely. um three word two line one.
word. against but if you take as a reviewer. job. serious this is like.
to grab the attention okay got. it as a movie the kind of. paging you were engaging the audience. like the way it was projected Journey.
making naturally throughout the two. parts what I. person after this. experience people Market this is. something you can learn if you can. just keeps. changing was very social Med Facebook.
and YouTube were. very. and. is but. basic how do you. who is this. is not just film any product or anything.
audience right of course these are the. three. things. then. Pockets. groups communities it's easier to to. attack them or reach.
them so large sections large. groups and how do we reach those large. groups. [Music]. first that is the basic. right how do we reach them it. [Music].
is multiple.
right it's a huge success right. same so. perception uh. so that is one thing main cost cost. overall.
equalent am right so then.
%.
as a new. producer release is not easier.
[Music]. [Laughter]. so got it. that's a flag or.
maybe these are the things you need to. check very. difficult you know upcoming filmmaker. I'm very passionate about film making uh. passionate and passionate is one thing. can can that passion translate to a. certain skill of making.
movies. [Music]. [Music]. right we can that is it's very. lame but is passionate then you should.
be learning certain skills film Mak. interest I want to be a director. thenm. Mak. different uh or YouTube books um if you. can't there is a uh depending on your. time and resources and what you can you. um you should spend time learning the.
art craft of film Mak film making is. also a science in right it is an it is a. as much as an art it is also a science. there is a structure there's a way to. write there's a there's a structure to. write there's a screenplay process there. are different types of structures. different types of shots different types. of why you use which shot when how you. use it what is more effective it's there. is one there is one structure and. science to.
it or you have to work under one or few. directors. so then then you get then you write. something or you want to shoot. then what I suggest is. you start making short. films films 4 minutes 3 minutes 10. minutes put it up on YouTube see what.
happens. right and then see what we are. [Music]. thinking then then go to the next build. it step by step right. what I that is my this thing.
right but in. general viewers in case if you need to. give some advice youngsters almost AG. but. major so any ADV. in patience it's it is the single. most thing.
course and there's no. hurry I think you need. to from just film. persp before he made his first film uhh. not even forget B student number yeah M. almost 15 years he worked as a different. 10 to 15 years he worked in different uh.
capacities okay including TV serials uh. assistant director assistant story. writer. editor there's a 15year. journey if not more or less around that. time uh including TV serials ad films. government. ads finally he got a. break so uh and not that everybody has. to this thing but prepare right in life.
not just film we don't know when that. break will come true yeah and and we. need. to what. is I'll do that work to the best of my. ability right. Direction job I want to be a director if. in the same route in the. samee I'll adise them to take up.
that I'm giving an exact or if you have. to do an assistant director for five. years for different people there's. there's you should be doing that and you. shouldn't hesitate that is for me doing. any work that comes up your way picking.
up not lose without losing sight of your. vision today what is in front of you you. should be able to do right sir it's not. justone definely it help a lot yeah need. to be ready to then something will open. up somewhere true. amazing also like last question what is. your. inspiration anything if I ask that I.
don't have any specific. Inspirations uh lot of people lot of. books lot of uh uh situations right uh. that have uh moved me around but and. then what I have now really come to Bel. okay it is finally man. completely I completely believe now that. we are being moved by somebody else. right and our situations will open.
up we don't know I don't know how it. happened why it happened if I have to. recreate that I won't be able to it uh. in that situation just things started. happening going with the floor and then. babbly happened right and and it's not. like trying to be spiritual but I. genuinely feel I was just a a in that. thing and I was I was a instrument in. the whole thing so and I think that's. what. I what I believe.
amazing thank you very much for your. time you're welcome thank you.
