Trump–Putin Diesel Deal, James Talarico Mental Hospital Claims | PBD #871
[cheering]. [music].
[music]. >> All right. So, we are back. Yesterday we had a drive. back from a soccer tournament. On the. way back, we're singing Persian songs. We're singing Googoosh. We're singing. Cheek Cheek. Qatreh Qatreh. What see of. he loves that music. We're sinking. singing Hayedeh, Vigen, Martik, you. know, Andy, Googoosh. I mean, it's like Sinatra, Martik. You're You're making fun, but. the Persian community listen to this who. knows you know, Bibi Gol or Delam Mikhad.
Be Esfan Bargardam. I mean, we listen to. this. We had so much And Tik Tok knew. some of these songs, which was great. And but but it was phenomenal. Of. course, you know, story wise, we got a. massive announcement to make here today. for some of you guys that if you'd like. to have fun, you're going to want to be. a part of this and I'll I'll share that. with you here momentarily. But a few. things to be thinking about story wise. Trump is officially flipping on. Zelenskyy now. I don't know what. happened. I thought they were friends. And and all of a sudden Trump told him, "I have one rule for you. Don't hit because it affects the world.
and you did, I'm out." And then. Zelenskyy had to come out and explain. himself to Trump. He's like, "You don't. dictate our elections." But Zelenskyy's. back to being in the corner by himself. because of what he did. And so one. moment Trump's pro-Zelenskyy, one moment. he's pro-Putin, or maybe he just wants. this thing to be done. And a lot of. business is being left on the table. We. talk about that. Pope Leo. to my Catholic friends, whom I love dearly. You know who you We. have a very good relationship together,
is your Pope. said something. about execution, and he's not happy. about it. And a lot of people came out. and said, "What are you talking about? Do you not remember such and such. story?" And you know, in our own group. chat that we had, Tom and another. Catholic went back and forth. >> Oh. >> Oh, man. >> Tom's going to give you a little bit of. insight. Jews stayed out of it. >> Yeah. >> Scientologists stayed out of it. >> stayed out. >> Presbyterians stayed out of it. But a. Catholic and a Christian went back and. forth, and we'll give the perspective. >> when Christians and Catholics start.
having beef? >> that's that's that's not not something. you want. >> ugly, guys. >> Anthropic goes rogue. and gives a false tip to cops. It's like, "What? It's a false tip. What do you mean?" So, this is the part that they're worried. about. Like, propaganda, you can, you. know, scare the crap out of people. Talerico, this guy's been Look, how good were you at the game of. hide-and-go-seek? As good as you are, imagine you run for Senate. >> Yeah. >> And you're on TV non-stop. You're on the. Rogan podcast. The world learns about. you. You are this supposed to be a noble.
pastor, sweet, >> Yeah. >> sweet, you know, good, you know, transgender, all this stuff. And then. all of a sudden, you go missing at the. peak of your campaign. This has got to. be Listen, I don't care what you say. Some people call Hoffa the greatest. hide-and-go-seek champion. They say he's. maybe still [clears throat] hiding. Some. people call Elvis, you know, Tupac, these guys are still living on an. island, all this stuff. But I tell you, Talerico's up there with what he did, cuz he's still alive. >> Okay. >> running, allegedly. And somebody called. the facility that he was staying at. They're saying they don't know if this.
is real or not, and said, "Hey, did. Talerico get out?" And then there's. interviews of him being asked, and he. gave two different two different two. different answers. You just got to hear. this. We'll talk about that. And then Saudi. airport gets attacked. >> Mhm. >> And the Houthis war is escalating. Palantir CEO says there's only two types. of people that are going to make the AI. uh war. You may want to hear this on. who's going to have a chance of. surviving this next era that we're going. to go through. He says two types. Germany, you ready for this weird. statistic? Adam was surprised by this. stat. And maybe he was not. 87%.
of the wanted suspects, criminals in. Germany have foreign citizenships. 87%. have foreign citizenships. >> Well, of course. >> You got to realize the three of you guys. were born in America. I'm not. So, I you. know, it's just. >> you spent like 2 years in a. >> in Germany. >> Germany. [clears throat]. >> Hey, but I'm part of the 13%. Okay? That's the part of the camp. So, I was not I was just enjoying living. in Erlangen. But, this story this stat. tells you a lot about what the country. is going through. Trucking industry, if. you're in the trucking industry.
the level of bankruptcies that that. industry is getting hit by. I had one of. our clients that bought 150 trucks. And he told me what happened to him with. the diesel gas prices and how nasty it. is. >> Wow. >> They're selling trucks right now on. pennies pennies on a dollar right now. for some They have no choice. They got. to get rid of them. Because it's. inventory that's being parked. And if. they move, they're losing money. So, it's like they're not even in the break. even uh situation. Eric Prince from uh. Blackwater, if I'm not mistaken. >> Mhm. >> They sent about 20 of their uh guys. And.
one of them was uh still an active. National Guard. Tim Kennedy being one of. them. Apparently, they were uh uh uh. attacked. And the it it it was not a. it's not a nice story here. But, we'll. have to get into it. In the Congo. It's. not pretty on what happened. A story. comes out talking about how malls are. back to being uh busy again. Not the. mall in Tampa. >> That's for sure. Oh, no. >> to a mall in Tampa yesterday. It was. ghost town. Literally. I thought for a. second I was going to go into backrooms. And you know, from [laughter] going into.
the theater, I'm like, be careful where. you're going. And then we're going to. have all these billions of rooms that. we're going to have to go through. This. place was so dead that the only people. were going to this place was just to go. to the theater. Okay? Not for anything. else, right? Cuz shout out to Alexis. Um. Corey Booker town hall, very funny, you. got to see it. And in Nevada, this is uh. it's pretty crazy what happened to this. lady in Nevada. I mean, she may need to. be in the the the Guinness Book of. World, you know, what she did. >> She She married five different men in.
one year. How do you do Like, you got. that's something. >> Shout out. That's. >> She marries five different guys, allegedly, in the past year, and she was. trying to find a way to get $280,000. So, can you imagine like, how do you. manage this one versus. >> Wow. Five? >> Five. She did five. >> Looking for love. >> And. >> Another one. >> Adam was trying to find her Instagram to. introduce her to you as a sixth, but uh. who knows? Who knows what's going to. happen. And then a couple other things that. we'll get into, you know, the the uh uh. couple other unique stories that we'll.
get into that got surprises. Every time. I'm showing some stuff, I got some stuff. up my sleeve. By the way, just words of. advice for some of you folks out there. Life is weird, life is tough. Whatever. you do, this is like some high-level advice. It's not going to be low-level. I wanted. to start off Monday strong with you guys. with high-level advice. If you ever get. the itch. to want to go point your finger at a. tiger, don't do it. [laughter]. >> Seriously. >> Don't do it. >> Yeah. >> That tiger is not going to listen to. you. >> It won't. >> So, apparently, there was this one guy. that decides to go and he goes like this.
to the tiger. >> [laughter]. >> AND THE TIGER IN FRONT OF IT reacts a. little bit like, "Hey, you better listen. to me.". >> And he listen to him. >> the tiger listened for a second. Literally, the tiger goes like this, looks at him, looks right, looks at him. The guy met his maker. >> Yeah. >> Within seconds. >> Horrible. >> Just don't do it. Like, I know sometimes. like, let me do the impossible, let me. do something that maybe people think. it's kind of crazy. This is not a good. idea to to go want to go out there and. wrestle a uh you know, a tiger. >> Beast. >> What did What did uh uh Tony Montana say.
about a tiger? >> A lady tiger. I don't know. Some kind of. lady tiger. >> Lady tiger different story, but a. real-life tiger, don't mess with them. They can have some All right. So, now, guess what's coming up on November 3rd. Tom, what is coming up on November 3rd? >> Midterm elections, very important for. America. >> Yes, it is. And it's going to be crazy. because some states are going to be. happy, some states are not going to be. happy. In Florida, people are worried on. who's going to win the governor race. right now, but there's a lot of. different races. You got the Ohio stuff, you got all this Telerico PACs and stuff. that's going on. So, we are doing an.
election night. And if you remember the. last one we did, it was the biggest. election night event in the world. Literally, when I say that to you, it. was number one live stream world. But, of course, this is not uh presidential. This is midterm, so it's going to be a. different format. But, if you want to be. a part of it, there's one way you can do. it, and we're going to have some very. special guests with us. Guests that you. may want to meet. It'll be business folks. Go.
to Boardroom Cigar Lounge, fill out the. membership information and somebody will. get a hold of you. With that being said, let's get right into it. So, first story. I want to start off with, okay? First. story I want to start off with is. Trump having an issue now with. Zelenskyy. So, at first, everybody saw. Trump and Zelenskyy is like, maybe. there's some progress being made. Maybe. this is a good thing. Maybe there's some. good news that's going to happen here. and the war's going to end. And then all. of a sudden, you see a video from the. president is like, "Hey, I told you to. not do X Y Z and you did. Once you did,
we're done." And he said, "You Ukraine. needs a new president. It's time for a. new leader." To the point that Zelenskyy. had to respond to them. If you have the. clips in the back, do me a favor and. prep the clip. This is the president. talking about Zelenskyy. You can tell. he's had it with him. Go forward. >> Well, I look at it differently. Zelenskyy could have settled this war. many times, many, many times. And he chose he chooses not to.
Very difficult. Uh it's a war that. should have never been started. If I. were president, if the election weren't. rigged, I would have been president, and. that war would have never started. But he could have settled it many times, and he chose not to. We said, "You can. do whatever you want to Russia. Don't. hit the refineries because that's a. world problem that's caused.". And he wants to make problems for the. world. He wants to make problems for our. farmers, our ranchers with uh diesel. fuel because Russia supplies. a large portion of the diesel fuel.
throughout the world. And we told him, "Do whatever you want, but don't hit the diesel fuel cuz. there's a big problem, big shortage.". And what does he do? He goes and hits. the diesel fuel. He can do whatever he. wants, but he can't do that because we. have a world problem. And the problem is. caused by the lack of refineries for. diesel fuel. So, what does he do? He. goes and hits refineries. And I said to him, "Do what you want, don't hit refineries. There's plenty of. targets, don't hit refineries." But, he.
went out and he hit And he's talking. about our farmers, and he's talking about our ranchers. >> So, let me get this straight. So, you're. having a conversation with the man that. you need his help. He tells you to not. hit it. You go ahead it. What do you. think is going to happen right. afterwards? What do you think is going to happen. afterwards? This is someone's help you need. You need this guy's help. And you go and. do the thing he tells you not to do. By. the way, check this out. Russia will. immediately supply more than 300,000.
tons of diesel followed by 500,000 tons. in November 1st, and then 1 million. immediately thereafter, and 3 million. more within a short period of time. And he says, "I want to thank President. Putin. We have massive amounts of oil. coming into our country, and it's. diesel, which is what we want." He did. not address sanctions saying that only. lower price of American, especially our. great farmers, ranchers, and truckers is. my greatest priority. And then Zelenskyy. called it a weak decision. Unfortunately, a weak decision by strong. partner. Senator Richard Blumenthal said, "It.
makes us complicit in the Putin war.". Treasury issued a license shielding. deliveries from sanctions in April 2027. This diesel averaged 628 after a record. of 652. And here's how. Zelenskyy responded to the president. Go. forward. >> So, please tell Putin, "Give us 2. months, 60 days of total ceasefire, 60. days, and we will organize elections. Of.
course, we will be ready for any choice. of our people. >> This is not the clip I wanted. I wanted. a clip of him saying about being a. president. Uh he answers, "We have. elections in our country." Uh uh you. know, we choose our So, Tom, when you. see this, the the mishap. So, can you. give the argument of both sides? The. people that are saying, "Well, why would. we side with Putin and help him out in a. situation like this?" And then argue for. the other side and say, "Why would. Zelenskyy choose to attack?".
>> So, why would our president right now be. doing a deal to get diesel for the US? Because diesel is over $8 in California. Now, that's because of their taxes, and. diesel, I think this morning AAA diesel. was 640 nationwide, 625, something like. that. And so, we have a crisis. We have. an absolute economic crisis in the. United States because of the diesel. And. diesel transports everything from a. Amazon package to a box of strawberries,
diesel transports everything. So, that. means everything's price, everything in. terms of affordability, and a little bit. of inflation, that's due to diesel. And. that diesel deal is not just election. year. It happens to be midterms, and. there's a lot of incentive. So, people. will say, "Oh, shut up, Biz Doc. It is. cuz election year." It is, and it isn't. It would have happened anyway. Right. now, we have a we have you know, the US. citizens says are suffering with this.
inflation creep in so many areas, and. the diesel costs it's there. And so, I'm arguing that that Trump should do. everything he could. He took what was. called red diesel, it's called red dye. diesel. You know what red dye diesel is? It's a special diesel that they use for. farm equipment and off-roading. It's a. it's a little less um environmentally. friendly. >> Okay. >> But, a week ago Trump said, "Hey, truckers can use red dye diesel on the. roads and also suspend the federal tax. on it." So, he's trying to help them get.
something and now he's trying to get. more diesel from uh Putin. So, I would. argue, you know, but for the war, he's. trying to do a world supply deal, Pat. He's trying to do a world supply deal to. get diesel for Americans to see if we. can get the price down. Never mind the. fact that the real problem in America is. the refineries that regulations and the. Democrats in California closing Phillips. 66 in Los Angeles and Valero in Benicia.
up by San Francisco, that's freaking. California government's fault. They they. took, you know, um. approximately, I'll give you the exact number. Yeah, California screwed itself out of 565,000. barrels a day, Pat. A day. That's what. got taken off, you know? So, we have a. refinery crisis in America, but the. president, I'm arguing for him, hey, he. wanted to go find diesel to see if he. can bring the price down in the United. States and that's where he found it.
>> So, here's uh when the president says. Ukraine needs a new president, this is. what Zelensky had to say about it. Go. for it. >> If they want energy this way, we are. open for this. Don't attack us. Don't. kill our children. We will stop attack. your diesel. And I think it's fair, fair. deal. President Trump said that um. that we need Ukraine needs. new president. So, first of all, with. all respect to President Trump, uh. it's up to our society,
up to our people to choose one or. another leader. Yes, we are in war and how to do. elections is really difficult. Not only. that it goes. absolutely. uh not secured and it goes out of our. law, out of our constitution, but the. main thing is to have security. infrastructure for this. To give possibility people to vote. Of course, it's up to Ukrainians when to.
vote, how to do it, and to choose one or. another person. But, if to answer. on this question, I know that Putin. wanted very much to change the president. in Ukraine. I understand it. And if. President Trump really wants to have. some changes in during elections, I also shared it with his team. So, please tell Putin, give us 2 months, 60. days of total ceasefire, 60 days, and we.
will organize elections. Of course, we. will be ready for any choice of our. people. Exactly, Ukrainian people. >> Do you believe him? >> Uh. No, he just said security. infrastructure, and I was making a note. for. Vinny. When he says security infrastructure, you know what he's talking about? Here. we go again, back to the thing started. He's talking about NATO backing up. Ukraine, or US weapons backing up. Ukraine. We need the security.
infrastructure. That was Remember when. the war first started and they they felt. like they had a deal, and it was down to. like that, and Putin said, "You put the. word NATO on that on that deal, I'm not. doing it." Remember that? >> He's back to that again. >> Adam, where do you have with this? >> Uh I'm trying to be clear right on this. Uh you know who I trust the least out of. anybody in this conversation? There's. one person, and that's Vladimir Putin. So, Trump's trying to make a deal. Is. that fair to say that Trump is trying to.
make a deal here? There's an energy war. going on right now, whether it's the. Hormuz situation, whether it's the. Houthis, what they're doing in Saudi, and then obviously the Ukraine-Russia. situation here. So, Trump's trying to. make a deal on this energy war. situation. And I'm going to call out. President Trump for a second. Because as. much as I respect everything that he's. doing and I've been obviously arguably. one of the biggest fans of what Trump is. doing geopolitically, he's trying to. basically figure out a deal here and in. my opinion will be short-term gain for.
long-term pain. We've talked about, you. know, short-term pain for long-term gain. in Iran. This is the exact opposite. You're trying to make a deal with Putin. This is like a deal with the devil. And. Trump, respectfully, this is the same. guy that 1 year ago at the um UN said, he called out the EU and called out the. NATO. I don't know if you remember this, guys. He says, "What the hell are you. guys doing? You're buying Russian oil. from the country you're fighting a war.
against." Well, isn't that exactly what. we're doing this time? I don't. understand. What's the bottom line here? How much How much. is it Do the math here on this. 300,000. tons of diesel followed by 500,000 tons. of. diesel, 1 million, 3 million. That's. basically 5 million tons of diesel. How. long do you think that lasts in America? A couple weeks. 5 days. >> Okay. >> So, I've done some numbers on this. >> So, they talked about last week. All of. these things are like. >> like midterms You're making a a stupid.
deal with Putin. to help you potentially with midterms. that last maybe 5 days. And then here's. the bottom line here. What country is. the number one exporter of diesel in the. world? It's the United States of America. We. ship apparently 1.2 million. [clears throat] barrels of diesel. a day. 15% of the world supply. Number. two is Russia. So, if you're trying to. basically bring down costs, if you're. trying to basically have farmers and and.
basic big ag and people and basic people. understand that costs are being lowered, you could go to any country. Why go to Russia? Here's a list of. countries that export diesel. Saudi, India, South Korea, Netherlands, Singapore, Kuwait. Why Russia? I don't. understand. I'm very clear-eyed on. Russia. Russia is the worst geopolitical. actor in the world. Because somehow we. think that we're going to be friends. with these people. >> Yeah, but let me let me tell you let me. tell you how this thing works when it. comes down to doing deals. This is kind. of how I see it. Let's isolate each.
issue, okay? Uh issue number one is a. midterm election gas strategy to make. sure gas prices drop right before. elections to help with the midterms, okay? Guess what? You know what that is? Boom. Boom. >> Rolling the dice. >> You don't know if it's going to work or. not, okay? You're you're already, you. know, you got lucky with the. And you hope Florida turns out the way. it does if you trust Calshi, and we. trust what Calshi does. So, if with. Calshi, you know, Donald's has some. lead, but a lot of Floridian Republicans.
may not turn out. And they're kind of. not excited about Donald's that they're. going to So, they're going to have to. get that base excited, and the ads alone. is not going to cut it. Whether they're. going to do that debate or not, who. knows. You have the the. Ohio stuff, which that keeps getting. worse and worse. I think Ohio, if you. look at Calshi Ohio, it does not look. good on Ohio Calshi. It's the complete. opposite. >> you're talking about. >> No, it's not looking good on Ohio. Calshi. 67%, 33%. It's just not looking. good. So, to me, let's isolate that. Russia deal election, okay, cool.
Let's isolate what Putin's getting out. of this. Is Putin getting some money. during the war to be able to attack and. do other things? Maybe, I don't know. Uh. uh where he wins in this situation. Maybe Putin made an ass to Trump. He's. like, "Hey, you do this, I'll do this. for you." Trump's a deal maker. But if. you isolate the diplomacy of Zelenskyy, who does Zelenskyy have a very good. relationship with constantly? Who? >> Xi. >> Who? >> Zelenskyy and Xi? >> On our side. >> On our on our side.
>> On our side. >> Oh, well, you mean do you mean American. or do you mean. >> American. >> Cuz he's got a good relationship with. >> relationship with uh Elon? >> No. >> Not at all. >> Elon can't stand him. >> You're. >> Well, well, you know why Elon. >> Well, America has distanced itself from. Zelenskyy, I think is where you're. getting. >> But no, no, no, it's not that's not how. it works though. It's on you. It's on Zelenskyy. Be better at diplomacy. What are you. doing? What how is this diplomatic to do. something like this? >> Listen. >> you don't hit. >> I agree with that. >> what applies to the world. I'm sorry, Adam, if you and I are talking, you're.
in the middle of war. I you're asking me. for what you want, and I'm making the. calls on the other end. If I'm telling. you don't hit that and you do, whatever. you guys hit everything else, it's your. business. I can't control that part, but. if you hit that, where is the diplomacy. on Zelenskyy? >> I hear you. >> And and listen, I'm not going. [clears throat] to start defending. Zelenskyy. My my my assumption is, okay, they announced a energy ceasefire. Okay, you guys stop fighting, you guys stop. fighting. Zelenskyy is like, yes, give. me 60 days, I promise. But what did.
Putin do? The next day, Putin slaps Trump in the. face, spits in his face, and Russia. strikes in a power plant in Ukraine. So, if there's an energy ceasefire, then. both sides have to abide. I'm not. defending Zelenskyy, but I'm going to. pile on Putin's BS moves. >> then isolate that with him. >> I agree. >> But I'm isolating with Zelenskyy. Zelenskyy wants stuff from America more. than Russia wants stuff from from. America. >> Right now, I don't think America is. doing anything for Zelenskyy. >> Trump is asking you. No, he he he wants.
he wants Pretty sure we cut off the. money from he wants Trump, of course, because he just screwed up. >> No, meaning like. >> Who do you think is the. >> for the last year. >> You don't think I think it's been I I. don't think so. >> We can fact check that. I don't think. America's been giving Ukraine any money. >> I'm not talking financials. >> I'm talking about. >> talking financials. I'm talking about if. you if somebody were to look at and say. who's who's Trump looking like he's. better with right now a month ago, Zelenskyy or Putin? People would say. Zelenskyy. >> Zelenskyy a month ago. >> He screwed up. You don't do that. >> Listen, if I was Zelensky, I would also.
listen to Trump. So, I I don't I. understand about isolating. >> I I don't know Of course, again, we. don't know everything on what's going on. behind closed doors. You don't know it, I don't know it, none of us knows it. They know it. >> we at least be clear that Russia is the. aggressor and Russia's the bad guy? And. Zelensky, not a perfect person, definitely messes up from time to time, certainly can be better at diplomacy, but he's not the enemy. Putin is. Can we. at least agree on that? >> with today's issue, which is what? Zelensky wants this thing to be done and. there's a part of the audience that. says, "Maybe he doesn't because he's he. doesn't want to give up power with. elections." Even when the conversation.
came up about getting a doing elections. in his country, the way he answered the. question, he does not want an election. There are a couple other guys that want. his job. And by the way, those other. other guys, I'm I'm involved in this a. little bit on the back end because I'm. talking to. some of the people involved, is. what. what they're asking for, whatever the.
ask is that Zelensky's camp is asking. for. The other side is trying to help them, but he's not acting accordingly. So, it's asking, "Hey, I'm changing. Let's do this together." But then your. behavior is still the same behavior. That's not the behavior of a partner. It's not. And if you're on those calls. and and you're making asks and the other. side is doing their part to help you, what are you doing behaving that way? It it's it's it's a little bit of a. misaligned behavior. Can I just ask be.
very clear on this and then I'll let. everybody weigh in? What percentage do. you trust Zelensky? What percentage is. he as our our ally? I don't trust either. one of them. Okay, so is it a 0% Zelensky? What percentage do I trust? I trust. Zelensky. I wish I knew his motives. I think his. motives are he doesn't want to give up. power and his motives are if he does, they're going to come after him. He's. going to have to leave the country to go. live in a place to be free. And there's going to be a lot of deep. investigations. He'll be in court for. the rest of his life.
So, he wants a form of a pardon to. protect himself, and he's probably not. going to get it. So, I think his motives. are those two things. Based on that, that's my level of trust. >> Give me a percentage of what how much. you trust him. 10%? 20%? 30%? >> Less than 10%. >> Okay, that's fair. Now, how much do you. trust Putin? >> Less than 10%. >> So, you think that Putin and Zelenskyy. are exactly the same? >> No, I I actually trust Putin more than I. trust Zelenskyy. >> How? >> I would put 1%. >> I would put 1%. >> So, even if it's 1% Zelenskyy, you trust. Putin more than Zelenskyy? >> Yeah, because I know Putin's motives. I.
don't know Zelenskyy's motives. I don't think you understand. >> So, what are Putin's motives? Destroy. America? >> No, but but you you asked me trust. There are criminals I trust more than. people that I don't trust who are not. criminals. The trust trust that they're. bad people. Trust is not a positive. thing. It's just I trust that you're. going to have. >> lied. >> I'm very clear with who Putin is. I'm. not clear with who Zelenskyy is. Make up. your damn mind. Who the hell do you want. to be? I know who Putin is. Who the hell. doesn't know Putin is? If you by now. don't know who Putin is, what the hell.
you doing? >> idiot. >> who Putin is. >> [laughter]. >> I don't know who Zelenskyy is. Zelenskyy. is like that that guy that's like. wishy-washy. Make up your mind, bro. >> Zelenskyy. I'm simply just saying I. trust Putin zero. >> Dude, I had. >> So, even if I trust Zelenskyy 2%, that's. 2% more than I trust Putin. >> there is there is like there is there is. love there is fear there is respect and. there is trust. You're asking me about. trust. I trust Putin. in his motives more than I trust. Zelenskyy's motives. I think I know.
Putin's motives. I don't know. Zelenskyy's motives. >> Putin's motives are? >> It's very simple. He wants that property. because he wants that $7 trillion of. whatever he's counting as the natural. resources he's going to need long-term. to be competitive. So, he's going to be. competitive in the marketplace, and he. knows he's thinking 50 years. He's not. thinking 12 months. >> think Putin wants to go beyond Ukraine? >> Uh. I I I I don't I don't know that. I do. So, if you're thinking like he's going. to go to Poland next and all that other. stuff, I think those people are going to. stay paranoid. >> Well, I mean, that this is why they're. pumping so much money in that means. supposed to be 5% now they're doing.
more. I'm. I'm not trying to deviate. >> I'm going to get to the next story. It's. 9:50. I'm going to go to the next story. All right, next story is Pope Leo was. asked about uh the execution that uh. Hexa talked about with the major who. killed 13 soldiers, I believe, and and. hospitalized 32 of them. And while he's. going through it, the Pope tweets the. following. If you have the tweet out. there, right there uh uh go all the way. to the top. I think that's the one right. there. Dear friends, during some recent. medical examination No, not that one.
There was another one. I'm sorry. That. was on me. Go back another tweet that he. had uh about uh executions. I think he. just did that. There you go. The death. penalty is inadmissible. admissible because it is an attack on. the inviolability. and dignity of the person. The common. good can be safeguarded, and the. requirements of justice can be met. without recourse to capital punishment. Effective systems of detention have been. developed and protected citizens while. at the same time do not completely. deprive those who are guilty of the. possibility of redemption. No, that.
death penalty is what he's saying. Can. you go to the comment section below? Uh no, they can't, which is why God. mandated the death penalty in the Bible, you effing lip tart. That's not me. saying it, Carl. Benjamin said, "A. recommended reading for your holiness, the Bible." Go a little bit lower if you. could. This is in direct contradiction. of scripture. Uh uh go a little bit. lower just to see what the audience is. saying. Shouldn't the Pope know the. Bible says? Well, with all due respect, the Bible teaches both mercy and. justice. Genesis 9:6, that's Vince. Vincent Oshana. Whoever sheds human.
blood by human shall their blood be. shed. Romans 13:4 reminds us of the governing. authorities do not bear the sword for. nothing. God commands us to do murder, but he also establishes consequences for. evil. Forgiveness does not eliminate. accountability. What about the dignity. and sanctity of the innocent lives. taken? You can believe in Jesus Christ. forgiveness and redemption while still. believing that justice must be served. Fun fact, if you can count the donation. of Pippin in 756 in the beginning of. we can skip that. So, and by the way, J.D. Vance said he won't be watching it.
If it's going to be televised, the last. thing J.D. Vance said in that interview. says, I will not be watching it if it's. televised. And even the president was. asked about the execution. If you want. to go to the one with the president. yeah, that's the one right there. If. it's all of me livestream, do me a. favor, go to the last Yeah, play that. clip if you could. Play that clip if you could. >> Pentagon's announcement that they wish. to livestream the firing squad execution. of the Fort Hood shooter. >> Well, first of all, I've seen these. announcements. I don't know if that's. actually going to happen. Let's Let's.
sort of see what I I think it's going to. happen in December when when he's. executed. But what I try to remind. people is look, this is a guy who. committed in in my. >> Go to the last 10 seconds. >> worst terrorist attack on American soil. outside of the where they live. So, whatever the controversy is about the. method of the execution, I hope that. people don't forget that this is a guy. who brutally murdered a lot of innocent. people. Now, that said, I mean, look, if. it's ultimately livestream, I'm not. going to be watching it. >> Yeah, okay. So, that's J.D.'s position, right? He said that. Now, the president, if you want to ask what the president.
said about it on the public execution. Trump execution, yeah, it should come. up. Uh. you know, so you have you have a few. different people getting into it. I. mean, it doesn't get bigger than the. Pope represent the Catholic Church. And. by the way, he can have his own opinion. about it. He He can say and Catholics. can simply agree or disagree and say, I. don't agree with the Pope even though. he's my Pope. Uh make decision regarding. livestreaming. Yeah, that one right. there. That's the one right there. Go. for it. >> There are lawmakers on both sides of the. aisle who have criticized the idea of.
livestreaming the execution of the. Boston They say that it could radicalize. other jihadists. >> Well, you have two thoughts. He's a vicious killer, killed 13 people. in cold blood, wounded over 20. Some of those people will never have. their lives back in a true sense. Uh he was vicious, he was violent. There are two thoughts. Don't show it. and show it. Because you know, by showing it, maybe. other people won't be doing what he did. So, I'll make a decision ultimately. I. know what the military would like to do,
but we'll make a decision. >> Yeah. So, Tom, what do you stand with? One, what the Pope said, and then what. JD and Trump had to say. >> So, when everyone hears the Pope speak, remember he's talking about the policy. of the Vatican church. He is the. president of the Vatican church. Think. of it that way. And it's a business. And. so, he's out there giving his. um. his. statement about it. He's not speaking.
for the Bible or biblically in this. sense. Because many people looked at it. with clear eyes and with a. with a good heart and just said, "You. know, God has pointed out, you know, when this happens, that there is. consequence on Earth and that. consequence may be, you know, execution. for something like this." That's it. And. the Pope is out speaking. And when. people hear the Pope, they they say, "Oh, well, this is almost like. scripture." It's not. So, my point is. it's important to make a difference. The.
Pope can be speaking as a peacemaker, speaking as the head of the Catholic. church. He can be speaking in all these. ways and mean very well, but also be. biblically incorrect. And I think in. this case, he's saying, "Oh, give him. redemption." He's speaking as this. peacemaker. >> you say when you say biblically is. incorrect? >> Cuz the go to the Bible, go to the Old. Testament, go wherever you want. When. people, you know, have killed and people. have done this, they're subject to. execution. There is there is capital.
punishment. You you could you could be. reconciled to God but still pay the. consequence for your for your actions. I. could be fully reconciled to God in. prison, but I'm going to be executed. because of my actions. Sorry, that's. just that's the way it goes. >> I I agree with Tom 100%. Like and I. respect the Pope. I know people are. going to you know Catholics are going to. go nuts but there's a fundamental. difference between mercy and allowing. someone to just escape the ultimate. punishment for a horrific crime. And the.
Pope argued that life imprisonment is. enough. But I disagree Pat. We're. talking about a guy who deliberately. targeted all these Americans who they. trusted, a psychiatrist who they're. sitting there they're the most. vulnerable, okay? And you're spilling. their guts and then you spill their. blood. I'm sorry Pat. That that that. that to me is is is is no way. And Tom. like it says thou shall not kill. That's. that's in regard to murder. But what. you're doing when it comes to to the. hands, you live by the sword, you're. going to die by the sword.
>> say thou shall not. execute justice. >> No, at all. >> for the guilty. >> You just And by the way, it's saying. he's not supposed to be doing what he's. doing which is the murder. So at what. point does crime become so horrific that. the ultimate punishment is going to be. justified? >> I I actually understand him taking that. position. You know, in the past you keep. hearing about the Pope Pius Is it Pius. or am I saying it correctly? The. um. where in in the 18 mid-1800s public. executions continued in the Papal States. during his reign including executions by.
guillotine. Gregory the 16th same thing. Leo the 12th governed during a period. when public executions were established. punishment. And then if we go most. recently, Pius the 12th explicitly. defended the state's authority to impose. capital punishment although he didn't. specifically. I understand he's the If we're in a room. and there's 10 guys. that are saying we should give public. execution. I would actually. expect the Pope to say, "No. You need.
someone like that in your life." I don't. know if that makes sense or not. >> makes sense. >> You need someone to be like, "No, I. think we need to know." Okay, great. I. expect that from that guy's position to. have that. But, for me, if I'm the role, the. shot-caller, and maybe I'll take the judgment. Don't. worry about it, Pope. I won't give you. the judgment. I'll take the judgment. that I could potentially go to hell. >> Mhm. >> and not you. You You understand what I'm saying? >> Yes. Oh, absolutely. >> I'll take the burden of being the. leader, and maybe God is using me as a. tool to make an example of the world.
where you can't go be an insider, move up in the military for decade plus, become a major, and because of your. religious beliefs and your loyalty to. not America being the greatest country. in the world and you not being America. first, you killed 13 soldiers, and you. hospitalized 32. I'll take the judgment. Don't worry about it, Pope. I'll take. it. You go to sleep on a on a soft. pillow tonight. Let me flirt with the. idea of going to hell. Cuz I'm going to. be in hell with that guy. If I have the risk of me going to hell,
and you killed 13 of our guys, and you injured 32 of them, and the risk. is me making the final decision to go to. hell, I'll flirt with that idea. That'll. be my judgment day. When I go to heaven, I'mma say, "God, let me tell you why I. chose this. >> Mhm. >> Here's why I did it. I don't think this. is cool. And those other people are never going. to see their kids. And I understand. you're going to say, "Hey, when you get. hit this way, you know, all this turning. the other cheek is a whole different. situation.". >> I'm playing a different role. >> Yeah. >> here, and maybe maybe if you think that. didn't qualify me to go to heaven, I. respect the decision. But, I'm not.
surprised at the Pope that may takes. that decision. >> Yeah. >> I'm not. And people can go dispute and. debate all they want, but uh that's his. role. He plays that role, and he's given. his opinion. >> And And just And real quick, what Why. should taxpayers in America pay to keep. this guy alive for the rest of his life. and feel like we've already done it for. 17 years. Okay? And to me, Vincent. Oshana, death penalty in this situation. isn't about revenge. It's about justice. and holding people accountable for the. evil. That's the word here, guys. Evil.
that they committed. And that you're I. actually agree with you. He is supposed. to take at least a, you know, the humane. side because he can't BE LIKE, "YEAH, KILL HIM." OKAY? And I think that by the. a lot of them, but they're not upset. about the killing. It's the televising. it is where the JD Vance and some of. these people are and by the way, it's. not going to be on CNN or ABC or on Fox, guys. >> I mean, they're they're going to have it. live somewhere where the family. >> the live stream? >> Absolutely. I think the family should be. able to see it. The family should be. able to get. >> stream? >> [clears throat]. >> I'm only 50/50 on live stream because I.
I don't want to make it a spectacle. I. don't want to make it a celebration. I. want to make it a solid. a solemn humane. carrying out of the execution for the. crime. And I I want to avoid anything. that turns it into a spectacle. That I. don't think that's good. >> I'm I'm I'm sort of reversing course on. the live stream. Some of the guys back. there asked me on I think Friday they're. like, "Well, what what do you support? What do you not support?" And I actually. had to reflect on this. Here's my. thoughts. Number one, I'll give the. obligatory, of course I respect the.
Pope. I respect his opinion. I respect. the papacy. I get that. But at the same. time, Pope Leo is is a globalist. Meaning like he's not a nationalist. He's not America first. You know, he. for all intents and purposes he isn't. even like pro-America. He's pro-Catholic. Church and that's his job. I get that. But. to criticize. to not criticize the murderer, the. jihadist, the radical person and put the. criticism on the judge, jury,
executioner is uh losing the plot, in my. opinion. The plot is here's this guy, this radical jihadist uh. major, right? >> Yes. >> That killed 13 of his own. >> soldiers. >> soldiers. >> Yeah. >> and then he's been in jail for how long. now? >> 17. >> To me, unacceptable. And the whole. thought of redemption, hey, you know, everybody deserves redemption. No. This guy is a radical Muslim Islamic. terrorist. He's not even Christian. I'm. not even Catholic. And and far be it for. me to start to weigh in on on on.
how the church operates, but this guy. isn't even your jurisdiction. This guy's He's He's answering to Allah. and 72 virgins. You think that he. deserves redemption? I don't think so. So, in my opinion, that regarding the. capital punishment, this guy should be. strung up in the city hall in the town. hall, whether it's live streamed or not. That's another question cuz I don't know. if there's a benefit of that. >> I wanted to live. >> But this guy and all his friends should. be executed. >> it to be live streamed. You're with me. You're with me. I want it to be live. streamed. And and I'll carry the burden.
If I'm in that role, I'll take the live. stream. Don't worry about it. You know. why? There is There is a difference. between somebody doing this who was a. civilian. >> Mhm. >> Public execution, no. But they'll kill. you. Death penalty. There's a difference between you doing. that and you raised your hand and you. swore on the US Constitution. I remember. swearing when I joined the US Army. I. remember that day, right? You're an. insider? >> Yeah. >> Oh, bro.
Ultimate discretion. Let me tell you. Let me tell you. zero. zero [clears throat] sympathy and. tolerance. I'll deal with the judgment. Trust me. I'll go to on my knees and I'll pray and. I'll ask for forgiveness from God. You. want me to you We allowed you to join. the US military and you turn? >> Yeah. >> And you give that up and you want me to. allow another person to think they can. do that? No. >> So, but are you saying that you're. defending the execution or the live. stream?
>> live stream. >> But I I guess we're on the same page. >> I'm I'm not telling you I'm going to. watch it. >> I I might I I have a very specific. question. >> What is the benefit of the live stream? Because I understand completely the. capital punishment. I I do that. >> There's words and life. consequences. And there's levels of. consequences. The betrayal. if somebody is. flirts with my wife. And you're not a friend. She's at a park and somebody goes flirt.
with her. I'm not upset at the guy. Why? Cuz he has no idea. If somebody flirts with my wife. and you spend a lot of time around me. And I find that that's level two. If. you're somebody that's super close to me. and you flirt with my wife. Do you know. what I will do to you? Do you know what I will do to you? I will make your life a living hell in. ways that you have never imagined.
Because you're an insider. And I will never ever let that go. By. the way, I believe in forgiveness. And. and also the concept of why does she. allow him to think that he has a chance. to flirt? That's a different. conversation I'll have with her. But then if if an insider does that. you cross the line with that. I'm going. to make your life a living effing hell. Not in the way you think. In the most creative ways. And I'm a.
very patient man. And I might resources. I always find. out. Everything always comes back to me. And. I always find out. And I will look at. the person in the face. And he doesn't know that I know, but I. know. And I'll wait 5 7 years. And when. I get you. I will get you in ways. that you never thought was possible. And. you will say this guy's an effing. psycho. >> Sounds like you read The Count of Monte. Cristo a couple times. >> If you cross the line with the US. military and we give you this kind of an. honor to wear the US military uniform.
The greatest uniform in the world. You. cross that line. Dude, I I I don't play. you and we should not allow that. You crossed the line in the highest. level. So, to me, forgive me, judge me, you're cruel, you're this, I get it. I'll take the trust me. I have I have to. face my maker. And and and I know I got a lot of things. I got to answer for. I'll take this one. You wore our uniform. >> Yeah. >> and you betray me? No, we can't we can't. be tolerant of that.
>> Nope. >> But I'm. >> But but I also understand. >> Mhm. >> the people who would disagree with me as. a pastor and say you're wrong. I love. the fact that you say I'm wrong. I need. you in my life to say I'm wrong. I need. that voice in my in my life. I don't. know if you understand what I'm saying. >> Of course. >> We need that person. Yeah, we can and. you have to realize as human beings we. can go to those places. You know, I got. two daughters. Let me tell you you get. very creative when you get two. daughters. Your creativity when you got. boys is not really there. You have a. daughter, you will look at the world in. a very different lens. You do not cross.
the line with the US military. >> Mhm. >> I don't think we need a live stream. If. it's anything that was a regular guy, hey, just death penalty kill the guy, let him go, all the stuff. You wore the. military uniform, I don't play those. games. >> And and and you know. >> So, the live stream is just the ultimate. thing. >> You have to do it. You have to do the. live stream. >> And there's a great part. >> Whether you choose to watch it or not, whether I'm going to be like you should. watch it. I'm not going to do this for. you. >> I'm I'm with you 99.9%. I'm just unclear. what the live stream. >> Well, so we get it. You know what it is. You. know what it is, Adam? To stoke fear. Remember Well, by the way, I'm going.
back two two three years. Me and you. were talking about parents like for. right now if your kid Tommy where where. was it? >> Michigan Michigan. >> where the kid. >> Oh, Michigan the parents actually were. taken to court because they failed to. prevent access to the gun with um you. know, biometric safe or true gun safe. and the child was able to casually. access I think that was the word that. were in the in the thing. It was all it. was a top it was on the top shelf of my. closet. That allowed that child to have. casual access to the gun and its.
ammunition. >> Yes, and and those parents now are. sitting in jail cuz their kids killed. If your kid does something like this, Adam, and me and you saw in the same I. don't think you guys are Pat. I'm like, "Pump fear. We're going Listen, you love. your parents, Terrance? We're going. after your parents in worse ways than. you could believe." And this kind of. reminds me, Pat, in the movie Man on. Fire with Denzel Washington, when he's. getting ready with the RPG to kill the. the cartel people that were kidnapping. uh the the girl and the elderly man that. he's in this house says, "In the church, they say to forgive." You know what. Denzel says? "Forgiveness is between.
them and God. It's my job to arrange the. meeting.". >> THAT'S IT. >> THAT'S IT. Let him go You're going to. go, bro. >> everybody. All right, let's go to the. next story. Let's go to the next story. Let's go to the next story. We got some. dark places with this story. >> Yeah, we got We got We got a light story. now? >> Yeah, let's go to a lighter story. Lighter story is James Taliercio's been. missing. >> [laughter]. >> The guy's been missing. He's a He's a. hide-and-go-seek champion, you know, it's like the game Where's Waldo? Where's Taliercio? Everyone's been. trying to find him. This guy was. supposed to be the second coming of. coming of Obama, you know, smooth,
likable, yeah. You know, when when they. think about what he thinks about and who. he. thinks he thinks about transgender kids. I don't know why he said that in one of. the interviews. And a lot of people. said, "This guy's going to be great.". And then all of a sudden, James. Taliercio's been missing for 9 days. How. are you missing 9 days, which is 2 3. weeks, of the biggest moment of your life? You're on a run. You know what 9 days is. in the last month of your campaign? It's. like 6 months. And you choose to go 9. days, "Oh, I had a flu. I was under the weather.
I I talked to my physician. No, no, I. went to urgent care." What happened? Do. you have the one that shows both of. them? You know, the the one above and. below. Okay, you can show this one, then. I'll send the other one for you. Go. ahead and play this one for the audience. to see. I'll send you the other one. >> Can't hear it. >> Uh your campaign said you had the flu. What happened? >> Yeah, I got the flu. Um and I'm feeling. much better. Um and I'm glad I had a. chance to recover. You know, if you. don't take the opportunity to get well, sometimes you can get even sicker and so. uh I'm glad we made the decision to just.
take the week, get better and and and. now I'm glad to be back on the trail. >> You've talked about how you. you're diabetic and that is. when. diabetics get the flu it can get really. bad. How how bad was it for somebody. wants to know was this just like in bed. rest or did you ever have to go to a. doctor or hospital? >> I just went to my primary care physician. but it wasn't anything. worse than a you know a nasty case of. the flu. and so I was in bed and you know. drinking lots lots of liquids.
Unfortunately, the campaign made me work. from home so I didn't even get full days. off but you know didn't want to be out. on the trail and didn't want to get. anyone else sick. It's important I think. for leaders to be responsible in these. moments. Uh. and and I'm glad to be back. Feeling. much better. >> I want to get your response cuz the. internet was was. >> The internet's doing its thing. >> The internet was invested in your. outcome. >> Yes, yes, yes. I'm sure it's cuz they. care so much about me so. >> Well, [laughter] so conservative. folks on Twitter and some of Paxton's. alley were pushing the. idea that you had a stress-induced. episode and were getting treatment for.
it. What are your thoughts? >> Uh. that's not true. Uh I just had the flu and I feel much. better but it's a good reminder that you. Yeah, do you believe him? >> No, Pat. I. >> Can you do me a favor and put the other. clip that I sent you which is the above. and below the tooth? I just literally. sent it to you. Uh if you can go to that. I want the audience to see this and I. also want you to run a poll after you. play this. Watch watch the two answers. Some people are worried about this. Then. I'm going to play you a call somebody. made to the facility he stayed at and. some are saying we don't know if it's. true or not. Go forward. Play this clip. >> And last night it got so bad that I went.
to the the urgent care here in Dallas. and. I was diagnosed with the flu. >> How bad was it for somebody wants to. know was this just like in bed rest or. did you ever have to go to a doctor or. hospital? >> I just went to my primary care physician. but it wasn't anything. worse than a you know a nasty case of. the flu. >> And last night it got so bad that I went. to the. >> Yeah, so so that's that's that clip. And. then if if you have the phone call, which kind of gets a little weird, cuz. there's this phone call one where I just.
sent it to you if you want to pull it. up. The phone call happened, so a guy. decides to call the facility. I texted. it to you. His name is Rod Pat Ryan. Amaker. Says he calls. So so he calls the. facility. And to tell you what the. facility is, the Lindner Center of Hope, where they said he went there because. allegedly Vinnie's going to be able to. tell you this better than I would. Well, I know Rod. That there is allegedly some. things that happened where they showed. him stuff from his past and he panicked. and there was a threat that you either. go do this or else again, it's politics.
It's October surprise, folks. So you got. to just kind of put all this stuff in. place. This is what the phone call. sounded like when he called the. facility. The thing I want you to do is. the following. I want you to put your, you know, CIA. hat on and the PI hat on and you tell me. if this sounds like a fake call with the. woman that answers the phone, okay? Either she's the greatest actor uh. actress in the world and she can act it. well or you believe it. Go for it. >> Okay, so nothing for James Talarico?
>> Um. >> Wait for it. >> Yes, it looks well. This is what it's today. Looks like just. this See what just discharged this. evening. That's why I don't have it. >> Oh, he was discharged then? >> Mhm. >> Okay. And this is the Hope. >> should be. >> Okay. >> Mhm, I'm sorry. >> This is Let me check if it's the right. one. So this is Hope Lindner?
>> Yes, [clears throat] uh-huh. >> Okay. And you're in Hamilton, Ohio? >> No, we're not in Hamilton. No, we're in. Mason. >> Okay. So that's why he's not on our. system. He's been recent. Okay. All right. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. Mhm, bye. >> Okay, so nothing for James Talarico? >> to the comment section on this because I. and I and I actually want to know what. the the. right there. Linda Hill said he has. refuted this. They made that they have. made a statement that James has never. received treatment at this facility. So.
you need to know that that's the. community note. Go a little bit lower. Elon said question mark rated proposed. community note. Nick sort of time for step aside and. focus on his mental health. Holy. The redhead libertarian men are up is a. serious issue. someone dealing with this. mental health crisis so bad that they. need to stay in a mental facility for. two weeks while running for government. position. Go a little bit lower. tell her who is that guy all the white. Nationals in the room to go a little bit. lower Texas vote here. Okay, so people.
are saying what they're saying. So. Vinnie, how much credibility do you give maybe. he just did have a flu. Maybe he was. dealing with something that he. disappeared for 9 days. Where are you at. with this? Here here's my thing. Be reasonable. I'm. going to be completely reasonable. Okay, because again, I love the allegedly. We. use that word a lot. This is all. allegedly. You can't tell me and by the. way Pat, it's 10 days. It wasn't 9 days. 10 days till Nick sort of everybody's. like dude, where the hell is this guy? This is election time. Bro, you're less. than a month away. You can you don't.
disappear. Okay, but it's not like we. haven't seen this before with Biden and. I'll get into that because that's how. the Democrats do. They'll keep you in a. freaking basement. They'll keep you. away. So it's not unbelievable. So when. we're questioning stuff like hey, why. are they keeping them away? There's a. reason for it. Okay, and just for the. people out there. You might be hearing. this name. You might be like why is it. so important? I've been calling this guy. a false prophet for for a year now over. a year and I just just for so people. understand who he is Tommy. This is just.
a quick video that was on on X. Can you. just play this and guys listen, if. you're if you're driving and you're not. watching it, listen to the words that. are coming out of this guy's mouth. Go. ahead. >> God is non-binary. There are many more than two biological. sexes. In fact, there are six. It is now. existential that we try to reduce our. meat consumption. The American flag is. such a complicated symbol for most of. us. Prophetic voices like Jesus have. helped me reckon with my own whiteness. >> You're white. >> My own masculinity. Our southern border.
should be like our front porch. >> Yeah. >> There should be a giant welcome mat out. front. No need to sit and cry over, you. know, your whiteness or your. masculinity. They're going to call me a. radical leftist. >> Something that you love that's not. family or friends. >> Just what he loves. >> I love, I'm just saying this cuz it's on. my mind, the. trans children. >> It's a little weird. >> Okay, Pat, to me it's more than a little. weird. >> What does that have to do with him. missing the team? >> are you are you ready for this? >> I want to hear it. >> They Here Well, here's the thing. The.
missing. The only reason he surfaced is because. they were talking about where are you. You don't all of a sudden And then. you're lying about your your your actual. primary care physician. Is it Austin? Is. it doubt You don't misspeak with that. type of stuff. But he came out because. he had to come out. Pat, here's the. thing about the the Lindner Center of. Hope and they they have to come out and. say no. If that phone call is true, you. have to because if someone that works. there, Tommy, actually disclosed. confidential information, the HIPAA.
concerns are coming, Pat, and you're. going to get sued into oblivion. So, I. my opinion, >> Yes. >> there's phone calls that are made. they're like, "Hey, listen, somebody. that works there open their freaking. mouth and you were on a phone call, you. better come out and make a statement and. say something, okay?" And I'm going to. go back to the Democrat, Pat. How much. of the mainstream media defended Joe. Biden's mental health? They downplayed. the concerns for his mental decline. So, I I I hope the world out there don't. pretend that these political. organizations and the media are somehow. incapable of hiding uncomfortable.
information about the American people, okay? I had the flu last year. It was. miserable. But if I was running for the. freaking a Senate seat, make a 20-second. video. Hey guys, I'm here. I'm in bed. I'm not dying. Send it out there, okay? With all this stuff. So, his media. campaign sucks. Even Elon Musk said the. Tallarico campaign is hiding something. big that voters ought to know about. And. if he's struggling, Pat, if he's struggling, my heart goes out to. him. I pray for him that he's good. But, I believe he's a lost soul and I believe.
the message he's been pushing is a very. dark agenda. >> Tom, so I listened to this and what you. just heard there, very straight up, is a. thing called vishing, which is stands. for voice fishing or it's pretexting. And it works by exploiting predictable. human reactions. This woman had a. predictable reaction. It appears that he. is contacted, it sounds like a female. voice, and it sounds like that um she is. a clerk or someone sitting there. looking, I uh suppose, at a computer.
screen cuz you hear her going, uh okay, well. And he's giving her simple. pretext. So, in other words, hey, uh James Tallarico, uh is he out? Has he. been released? Where is he? She's like, oh, this person knows he was here. That's pretexting. And so, what do I. think? I think that what woman was. telling the truth, Pat. And then I think. it's exactly as you say, they're like, oh, crap. Nope, Tallarico was never. here. Nothing to say here. I don't know. what you're talking about. If you called.
somebody that spoke for us, that wasn't. us. Enough. Listen, I got to go. Bye. >> Mhm. >> And that's what you're going to get in a. defense maneuver because they have to do. it. Now, the other part of it is, you. don't disappear like this. It's just. simple. I don't need to analyze it. You. don't disappear at this part of your. campaign. I think that woman was telling. the truth on the phone. I think um. Amaker, uh Rain Amaker, stumbled onto. this and did uh you know, and and and. committed social engineering. But, this. is exactly what you don't want them to. do, call your assistant and and then get.
her to do things with uh sending people. money that don't need her or paying. bills that don't exist. Social. engineering. So, >> Adam, thoughts? >> I just think this is uh. >> I think that's a fair assessment. I. think that's a fair assessment. And so. so let me let's do this. Run a poll. Do. you believe James Talarico spent 10 days. in a mental hospital? Is that the right. question? >> Uh yes. I I you could say that. >> way, put yes, no, maybe. Yes, no, maybe. Yes, no, maybe. Just see where people.
are at with it. Adam, your thoughts? >> Yes. So, what does Cal she say the odds. are in the election right now? >> Oh, he's way ahead. Talarico's got 63%. >> right? >> Yeah. Yeah, Talarico's got a big lead. >> Let me take a a cue from my fearless. leader PBD and separate the signal from. the noise. Uh. the noise. The The noise is he was at this Center. of Hope and he was apparently. discharged. Now, I know Rain. I'm. actually literally texting with the guy. as we speak. Tom, if you want to. validate who I'm texting with. Oh, I. know. I Yeah, I'm on um.
So, like he said he called the place. He. spoke to several people. He said he. spoke to a lady who said he was. discharged. That's hearsay. That's. allegedly. That's just his word that he. was discharged from this thing. So, why was he there? Was he there? What's. going on? This to me is a little bit of. noise, but the the signal is do the. people of Texas do the good people of. Texas actually care about this story. enough to the point where it's actually. going to motivate them to not vote for. this guy. Cuz this is going to be a. turnout election. And to me, if you told.
me Okay, this is my opinion. Here's this. guy Talarico that Trump calls. Talarifico. He makes. feminine Henry Sisson look. masculine. I In my opinion, there's no. way. that the good people of the red-blooded. meat-eating cow-trucking Texas are going. to vote for this allegedly gay man. And. if he's not gay, he's very very weird, woke, and feminine. But are the people. of Texas actually going to vote against.
him? So, and the reason I say the word. against him is very specific, cuz. clearly Ken Paxton is not motivating. people. I don't know what they were. thinking nominating this guy. Sort of. got a lazy eye, not to get all personal, but clearly this guy is not a a. a candidate I'm saying clearly this guy. Ken Paxton is not a candidate that. people are rallying around. So, to me. it's are you voting for Talarico or. voting against Talarico? This is not. somebody that actually has normal, traditional, conservative Texas.
viewpoints. He's clearly weird, woke, and weak, but. are the people of Texas actually. supporting this dude? I have a hard time. believing that. >> And and Adam, and this is why Pat very, very quickly, the the the trust in. mainstream media, I still can't believe. they're surviving, and I get the. propaganda machine and the money that's. paying for it from the from the DNC and. all these people, but it's like he he's. gone for 2 weeks. Do you understand? I've never had Like I said, I had the. flu 3 days, 4 days, I'll give you 5 days. tops. 10 days, okay? Okay, meanwhile the.
Washington Post last week, they they. published five major news stories about. Trump's Who was the girl? Oh, Natalie. Harp. For 7 weeks for 7 weeks they KEPT. GOING. THIS GUY'S been gone for 10 days. and a major. >> That's that's a very good point. >> And nothing, PAT. THE WASHINGTON POST. WASHINGTON POST, WHERE YOU AT? DO YOUR. JOB. >> the other guy had a Nazi tattoo and they. they tried to do it and then eventually. they came out. By the way, this is what. the poll of our audience says. And I got. another poll I want you to run. Do me a. favor, run this other poll. To today, today, would you if you could,
even if you don't live in the state, cuz. we got people watching all over the. place, would you rather would you vote. for Talarico Oh, is it Talarico or. Paxton? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Uh um would you would you would you vote. for Talarico and Paxton? It's our. audience. Or sit it out. >> Okay. >> Or sit it out. Yes to Talarico, yes to. Paxton, I'm sitting this one out. This. is our audience. Say Wait a minute. Wait. a minute. I don't even want you to. influence it. I want to see what's going. to happen. But the one about do you. believe James Tallarico spent 10 days in. a mental mental hospital? Our audience,
60% said yes. >> That's a big. >> 18% said no. 22% said maybe. So it's a. 60/40. You know, it's a little weird on. what's going to I will tell you this. If this story gains ground. and more stuff comes out, if it gains. ground it just saved. the RNC 50 to 100 million dollars that. they would need to desperately spend for. Paxton to win. Because Paxton may be a.
very smart guy. He may be a good AG. He's not a marketable candidate. He's. just not. It's it's just not a You need. a miracle. You need an endorsement and a. lot of other things for a guy like that. to win. So you have today, you have. tomorrow. For today, you got this to. deal with the next two to three weeks. And by the way, for some of you guys. that want to be with us on election. night and have some interesting people. there, go fill out your application on. boardroomcigarlounge.com. We'll put the domain in the chat for. people to do. Fill it out. Somebody's. going to call you today and tell you. about what it takes, what you would call. Everybody goes through a background.
check to be a member because security is. very important to us. But we will see if. this is a real thing or not because the. long term we need better candidates. >> Yes. >> We need candidates that people are going. to get excited about and get behind. And. we don't have that right now. Not all of. them, some of them. >> I just want to ask this. Let's say he. was at some mental facility. Let's say. he was having a nervous breakdown. He. was anxiety. Let's just go there. >> Yeah. >> What's wrong with that? Meaning All. right, the guy. >> Unfit. >> We have mental.
>> [laughter]. >> They nominated a Nazi in Maine. They. they got Islamists running in other. Unfit. The the. >> [laughter]. >> Of the people I'm worried about in this. country that are taking over right now. You got Mom Donny out there. You got. Al-Sayed. Here's some weird gay guy in. Texas that's mentally unstable. Okay. That kind of comes with the territory. here. That that whole generation is Gen. Z, depression, anxiety. That's his. audience. So, my question is this, isn't. that just par for the course? >> part. but the part what some people are saying.
Adam. is some what what people are saying is. somebody right before he went to the. mental hospital approached him and says, "If you keep going, we're going to drop. the story the last week pre-election.". >> Allegedly. They dropped the story? Allegedly. What's the story? Too early. What's How many How long we have for. midterms? >> it 1 week out. You're you're you're. October 28th. October 28th. >> Sometimes I get a little aggressive. I. go too soon. >> And by the way, if there is and they do. drop it. >> But what drop what? What if it doesn't?
>> Adam? We're saying allegedly. >> What's the story? Everybody already. thinks he's gay and weird and woke. What's the story? Confirming what we. already know? >> If you drop a story that that's. something that is super dark that scared. the crap out of us. >> kids? Like what? He's already said the. weird ones out loud. >> Adam, I don't I don't I'm not on the. inside to know what the story is. All. I'm saying to you is if they do drop the. story. By the way. uh uh our audience said 9% they will. vote for Talarico, 71% they said they. will vote for Paxton. You know what's. the scariest number?
>> That's a. big chunk. >> That means 29%. is not voting for Paxton. >> I I'd like to know what percentage of. our audience is planning on Can we find. out what percentage of our audience is. actually planning on voting in the. midterms anyway? In general. Like what percentage of our. audience is planning on voting? >> does that tell you about this one here? And what does it tell you about what. >> Nobody's excited for Ken Paxton. Nobody's excited for midterms. >> about that specific issue because you. know, we we can go to a Florida thing. and we can we going to we can ask that. question as well, but I'm going to get. to the next story. I want to get to the.
next story. Next one I want to get to is. Anthropic goes rogue and this is kind of. weird. An AI model went rogue, submitted. fake tip to police. I'm not going. everybody on the story, but Tom, I'm. going to come to you on this one here. So, let me get this straight. Anthropic PBC said it's Claude AI model. carried out additional unintended. actions on the digital system of outside. organization, including submitting a. false tip in a police homicide case, prompting a warning from the Trump. administration for AI companies to. secure their system. The company listed.
four types of unintended behavior, exploiting basic software flaws to run. commands, submitting forms it should not. have, and bypassing restrictions. to access public data and information. regarding this case. It's Claude 4.5. model submitted a tip to local police. department stating, "I may have. information regarding this case. I. recall seeing someone matching the. description in the area without filling. in the name and contact those Anthropic. agent also submitted 20 incomplete visa. applications.
That's crazy. Through public [snorts]. state department form, "The cases we've. identified to date in these categories. have minimal real world impact." The. company wrote, "It briefed the White. House and notified each agency. The. White House's new super intelligence. force said the activity has ceased. Tom. >> So, there's two things going on here, and one of them is a headline because. it's Anthropic. And the other thing is. bots have been filling out um forms for. 10 years. Meaning if you put on your.
website, Vinnie. Vinnie, let's say you. have a website, you know, for VT Comedy, contact Vinnie here. For information. about Vinnie appearing, contact here. And you put a little thing, put your. name, put your email address, and a. quick statement here, send it to us. Bots have been filling those out and. sending them in for 10 years. They're. trying to get a reply back and a usable. email address from a real human. It. happens. And so, when you hear this, Pat, where it says, "It also filled out. 20 incomplete visa applications." And.
so, what it did is it searched the. internet and it found this this Crime. Watch or something, and it said, "Ah.". So, it filled it out and it filled it. out the way it knows it's supposed to, but you know what it didn't have in. here? What it didn't have? No no name, no contact fields, no phone number. So, in other words, because it's Anthropic, people are freaking out, Pat. Well, there is something to it, right? This misbehavior now is more than just a. bot trying to fill out a reply for. response form on the internet. This is.
now, what if it gets really smart and it. gets back into just what I was talking. about, social engineering. And it can. actually fool a human by reaching in or. it causes actually a misdirection of the. uh the authorities, also known as. swatting. So, now the bots go out there, Pat, and they fill out a bunch of Crime. Watch tips. It says, "Hey, this guy that. lives at a pretty notable house in Fort. Lauderdale rides his bike every morning, shady character.". Now you've got uh bots and stuff out.
there swatting people. Make sense? Like. sending a false. >> It goes back to that story of Tom Cruise. where it was like a future crime you're. going to commit. False allegations. Now. I got to go explain myself. So, that. that's a part that some people are. concerned with this, Tom. >> It's big because this is Anthropic, but. this is the next generation of what we. already see. If you operate a business. where you get all these fake things come. in on your response forms that are on. the internet. These were incomplete visa. forms. Guess what? It found a form, started putting blank data in it, but it.
didn't have name or contact or phone. number. So, it just What this means is. that the AI is a far smarter bot than. the bots that are filling out these. forms and we need a higher levels of. security and we got to. you know, watch the social engineering. that these things are going to be. capable of. >> Well, look, we all know the the famous. phrase uh snitches get stitches. Well, here Anthropic is snitching on a case. that didn't even exist. Like they're. just giving fake tips. Just calling up,
"Hey, I got a tip on this case." Turns. out they were lying. I know Pat, you've. interviewed a lot of mafia type people. >> It's swatting, right? >> What happens to rats? Especially rats. who are lying. So, I don't know. It just. seems to me. this is not something that Anthropic. want to What do you think, Pat? >> Basically, you you can you can play this. It's just a nothing burger type of. situation. Keep playing that. Keep. playing that. And then let this thing accelerate 3, 5, 10 years from now. >> It's happening. >> And all [clears throat] of a sudden, they start they start uh uh uh using.
this and a new person gets elected in. the White House, Mr. Ellsworth. And all. of a sudden, this person that gets. elected in the White House does a side. deal with one of these AI companies and. they start wanting to target people for. future crimes they're going to commit. >> Oh my god. >> Go to 2045 and Trump runs in 2045. If. Trump ran in 2045, all you would need to. do is an Obama who would have done. anything in his power to make sure Trump. doesn't get elected. He tried. You know. what he does with a system like this? Hey, uh can you go out there and create.
a future crime for Trump that he's going. to commit and we're going to save s- s-. civilization. Well, on October 28th, 2048, Donald Trump was going to press the. button because it was going to be a. nuclear disc and because of that, we're. making an arrest and we are saving. roughly an estimated 17 million people's. lives. >> Absolutely. >> Because it is incredible technology that. we have. >> Yep. >> Do not get. too comfortable. >> Yep. >> with where the tech the direction of.
this technology is going. >> zero comfortable with that. >> An evil person, Tom, in power, who wants. to destroy someone's life, who wants to get their vengeance, they. will do everything in their power to use. this to put somebody in prison. So, you. got to make sure there's some levels. there because this is this is a creative. uh uh. leverage for some of these people. >> movie, Minority Report, that was Tom. Cruise, right? Tom Cruise. R- remind me what happened. They would. they would they would stop a crime. before it happened and then they'd bring. them in front of these three people who.
are judges? >> Was that what it was? No, that's a. different movie. >> Okay, got it. >> This is this is you're getting arrested. >> Yeah. >> for a future crime you're about to. commit. >> Yeah. >> So, pattern recognition based on the. searches you made, based on the. questions you're asking, you're probably. about to kill such and such and because. of that we're going to arrest you right. now for a future crime you're going to. commit on October 28th of 2026. You're. doing 20 years in jail. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And FYI, if you think that's not going. to. >> [laughter]. >> Oh, Adam. >> Oh, you're you you think this is funny? I don't That's. >> This is not a nothing burger. >> getting life and life is maintaining.
order. >> Cuz in the movie they had something. called precogs. They were precognitive. psychics that are laying there. >> like three of them, right? >> Yeah, they're laying in this water. So, they're basically listening to psychics. This ball comes out and they go, "Oh, Adam is going to kill somebody tomorrow. in this fashion." and they go and they. stop you. >> I remember like they they I would like. burst in through the roof. They'd come. in and they'd stop them pre-crime. >> Yep. Yep. Pre-crime. >> So, you're saying that this is. >> You never know. >> I'm just telling you only the paranoid. >> would survive. I'm right. >> All you need is a very strong socialist. president who hates seven people on the.
other side, who has access to technology. like this to pass new laws and flip. three Supreme seats where they're. controlling seven to two on the left and. let me tell you what they can pass a lot. of weird things. Okay? I just just stay. for the people that are like, "Yeah, let. me just watch sports and watch the. Yankees get their asses handed to them. and get swept." Or yeah, let me see. Milwaukee take out the Dodgers. It's. just one game. Let's just get all. distracted with football and Joe Burrow. won yesterday. Oh, did you see such and. such threw 370-something yards with the.
Patriots with three touchdowns?" And you. don't pay attention to this stuff and. you don't vote. This All it takes is one. crazy cycle leader with control that. flips a Supreme seat seven to two the. other side, they will have the power to. do some really dark stuff. So, brace for. impact, get involved, don't sit on the. sidelines, don't lose your. Future looks bright because we're going. to be involved. That would be my. thoughts on this story. Let me get to. the next one. Next one I'm going to get. to is Tom. Palantir CEO.
says there's only two types of people. out there that are going to make it. during the what do you call it with AI. era. And here's what he had to say. So, who's he talking about two types of. people? Is he talking about, you know, background, any of that stuff? Play the. clip. Here's Alex Karp. >> Everybody's worried about like their. future, but there are basically two ways. to know you have a future. One, you have. some vocational training. >> Okay. >> So, it's like or two, you're. neurodivergent. And And I when I say.
neurodivergent, I mean broadly defined. Like you guys are sitting here. You. could have had a corporate tool job. You. could have been like, I don't want to. pick on Goldman, [laughter]. but like just say, you know, like a job. >> there. They didn't hire me though. >> Well, yeah. >> I I I I didn't work there for long. >> You [laughter] could have had You could. have had a job where you're like a. >> He failed. >> yeah, no, actually maybe they didn't. know the right way to test. >> Yeah. >> Like it's like, yeah, they were like. like, you know, and whatever. I'm not. picking on one or the other. I'm just. saying you you you know, the like. you are probably here. You think you're.
here because of that that, but it's. actually you probably would have sent me. out to do that cuz there's like. it's the same thing as sit down in class. and learn some. >> Mhm. >> Like and you just regurgitate it. Like. that's not a valuable thing. >> Mhm. >> If you are actually have insights into. anything and you have real technical. expertise. Like, you know, you can look. at a company, but you actually can look. at it because you know something about. how these things work or something about. how clients work. You know, then all the. other stuff that used to be precious. like being able to do low-end coding,
being able to do low-end lowering, being. able to do low-end reading and writing. I mean, you got This is like I feel like. Odin came down and was like, I'm going. to make the world just right for a. dyslexic. It's like, yeah, I Odin has come down. from or Loki has come down and said, you. know what, Carpe, you suffered so much. as a kid. I'm just going to make the. whole world So, everyone else can. suffer. I don't want that." And it's. like now, but it's really an inversion. Like everybody with like the normal. shape skills are dyslexics cuz like. >> Can I pause right there for a second? Do.
you agree with him? >> No, he he's on a I I don't agree. entirely, um, but he is making a point. He made a. point in there about, um, low-end. lawyering, low-end writing, low-end He's. right. It's basics. I mean, what Doug. and I can do right now with, um, uh, you know, these AI tools, um, on. legal speeds up what we do. Now, do we. still check with legal experts? Yes. So, the low-end stuff, I think he's right. But what he's talking about. neurodivergent, it's the neurodivergent.
is the opposite of um, uh, neurotypical. Neurotypical means you look at the world. the same way other people do like you. because that's how you were taught, that's how you were brought up, and. that's the lane you're in. Um, and then. there's other people when they were. brought up and taught, maybe they were. on spectrum a little bit or just these. crazy smart people that were very, very. curious. He said, "Neurodivergent people. like that are going to have an advantage. because they're not easy clean easily. replicated like low-end lawyer, low-end.
writer, low-end." That's that's the. point that he's making. But every. article and everything that comes out, Pat, where people talk about, "Oh, going. to take jobs away. Society's going to. change. This half of society burns to. the ground." That's what That's the. reason there's a lot of a um, a lot of attraction, not attraction, but. there's been a lot of audience attracted. to to this and saying, you know, there's. going to be two kinds of people. Well, I. would like to say, I think, Pat, there's. two kinds of people now. People that.
want to work a job, people want to do a. job, they want to do a good job, get get. a paycheck, and go home. And then. there's people that had courage, that. had, you know, creativity, that wanted. to do something different that wanted to. build something that that were inspired. to do it. I think there's always been. two types of people, but what AI is. going to do is going to make the the the. the difference and the enablement that. much more stark. But I always think. there's been two There's always been. Elon's and and Steve Jobs and Thomas.
Edisons. There's always been those. people and then there's people that have. been go along get along do a regular. life. That's. And what he's talking about is through. the eyes of AI. Yeah? >> But but but I think a part of it on what. he's saying where the nerd, the geek. that was made fun of is now in charge. >> Mhm. >> The nerd, the geek that No, but but. literally the revenge of the nerds is as. accurate as it can be.
>> They are officially the ones that you. don't want to scare off and you don't. want to piss off because those guys now. have a certain power that wasn't as cool. 40 years ago. >> No. >> Now they have and I think there's an. element to it, but he's also saying, "Look at you guys. You guys could have gone to Goldman. You. guys could have gone to I actually did. used to work at Morgan Stanley." He. says, "But you ended up here." He says, "So somewhere the tests didn't get it. right where they missed you.". Right? Where they missed you and what. you were going to do and I. That that's the part that's going to be. very interesting as you're going through.
this next phase of testing for people to. identify what their career path paths. and I think it's going to come. I think. there's going to be a moment where when. you sit there and you're talking to. somebody and they ask me about career. stuff and they'll say, "Hey, you know, what what should I do as career?" And. I'll say, "It's very simple for me. I I make a list of all your talents. Like if I were to ask you, I talked to. Vinnie at 18 years old and I knew you. for 2 years and I was to ask you, "What. are your talents?" What would you have. said at 18 years old? >> At 18? >> year not today at 18 years old. >> Um.
>> Funny? What else? >> Very athletic. >> Very athletic. >> Um. >> Very good looking. Saw that picture of you with your hair. >> So, funny, >> Your wife made pep, smart. I mean, I was. on the high honor roll. Um. >> What what what were you What did you do. well with? Was it writing? Was it math? Was it English? Was it science? Was it. history? >> English, history. Uh not so much math. But my English was gooder than everybody. else. >> [laughter]. >> Um. >> So, you know. >> Athletic, funny, smart.
Um. >> So, let me tell you how this works. I would take these. >> Mhm. >> and I would see what routes it would. tuck to I can do that with AI today. What industries would benefit somebody. with the Matter of fact, let me just do. this right now. Watch this, okay? But. let me also tell me also what your. passion is. What does your passion lie? >> Back then? I really didn't have like. back then I was so freaking lost. >> are you What gets you excited? Like what. was it that gets you excited? >> Oh, I mean, no knowing Oh, great. question. Knowing that. me being a character or doing comedy or.
doing something funny made somebody. laugh and I I had that like. >> Ability to make them. >> Entertain cuz remember it was my it was. my mom with the household that we lived. in. When I would watch my mom watch. comedy and what George Carlin and Eddie. Murphy and all these comedians would do. and she would be like she she'd have a. vacation from the life that we had with. my dad. I looked at that and I went. that's what I want to do. I want to be. able to free people from their regular. lives and make them laugh and entertain. them. That was my from watching my mom. laugh and watch comedy.
>> Yeah. So, so then for me, the the the. part that I'm excited about is we're. going to come to face right now. We're. working on something I will share with. the audience here soon. Where I'll be able to identify your. strengths, what industries. you would excel in and which ones excite. you. >> Mhm. >> Cuz that's what happened with me. Mine. was numbers. I liked people. I looked at. what industries to get into. I went into. financial services. I dealt with people. I dealt with numbers and boom. Ended up.
working out for me. But when I was in. the military, I wasn't using my numbers. and I wasn't, you know, it was like So, so to me this next phase is what. creative jobs will match someone's. personality. Okay? Like, you know, I ask myself, if I was raised in a. family that my parents were highly. educated with MBAs and they went to. school and all this other stuff and the. expectation of getting better grades and. all this stuff, what route would I have. gone? I don't know. >> Mhm. >> Maybe I would have been a lawyer. Maybe. I would have gone a different I don't. know what direction I would have gone. But, there is life.
on how it happens. The next part is. identifying what's going to be a good. career for an individual based on their. gifts, talents, and personalities. I. think that's the conversation where a. lot of parents need to have with their. kids. Adam, your thoughts on this? >> Well, I agree with you wholeheartedly. I. mean, there's something called ikigai. You've heard of this before? >> Tell me. >> That's a Japanese uh. reason for being or reason for living, I. K I G A I. Essentially, it's sort of. like a Venn diagram a cross-reference of. um.
your passion, your mission, your. vocation, your profession, what you love. to do, what you're passionate about, what you're what the world needs, what. the world will pay you for, and. essentially that's how you can figure it. out. Essentially, what you're saying is. take that, pump in some AI with it, and. spit it out. But, by the way, don't look. now, but Alex Karp when he speaks. you should probably start listening. right now because he's basically running. one of the companies that's essentially. running the new frontier. of the world right now with Palantir, right? And essentially, what he's. saying, did you see what he said about.
college? He said, "Skip the debt. Reclaim years of your life and earn a. Palantir degree." So, they're basically. saying, you know, we saw what Ken. Griffin is doing in in Miami now, opening up a university to help people. get smarter. This is essentially what. they're doing. And Palantir's offering. two things, this neurodivergent. fellowship, and neurodivergent, Tom can. can chime in on this, is like outside. the box thinking, thinking a little bit. differently, not just doing it everybody. does. And then a meritocracy fellowship,
which basically is like do you got the. skills to pay the bills? So essentially. what he's saying is this. You know, Bob Dylan I think famously. once said the times they are a changing. You either adapt like Darwin said or you. get left in the dustbin of history. So. if you're still doing the old. methodology of life, you're going to get. left behind. The whole the whole like. Pat, do you remember this? Used to go to. the library, used to have a card. catalog. Dude, I'm old enough to. remember I had a typewriter in the 80s. Typewriter. Let me The The times are. changing so fast that you either adapt.
or die. >> So you know, it's it's last week. I I. choose words to talk to the kids about. And this morning had an emergency. meeting with our guys. We made one of. the biggest announcements to be David. Consulting and Hire Metrics, which we're. very excited about. Very good meeting. Got to the office early. I was biking. this morning very early in my 5 miles. even though we got home late last night. And you know, we're doing what we're. doing and soccer tournament all this. stuff, being a parent, being this, being. that. And I told the kids, this is a few weeks. ago where I'm trying to get them to.
understand this concept. The hardest. thing in life to build is momentum. Hardest thing in life to build is. momentum. But as hard as it is to build. momentum, it's also the easiest thing to. lose. It is so hard to create, but it's so. easy to lose. With friendships, with. business, with content creation, with. your health, with your wealth, you know, you're compounding, you're making all. this money. You make something dumb and. you lose $3 million in gambling debt. Or. you make an investment in something. stupid that you didn't call couple.
people to get your advice and you're. upset why you lost $400,000. You didn't. you didn't get anybody's counsel, you. just kind of aggressively made that. decision, right? And then you lose momentum. And you got. to come back again. And so momentum is. your best friend in life. That's also. with knowledge, content, learning, relationships. And then most of the time. when people get momentum, to 80% of. people that get momentum, guess what's. the next thing they do in life when they. get momentum? Stop. Get cocky. >> Yeah. >> And think that momentum's going to stick. around for the rest of her life. She's. not. She's going to leave you.
>> Yeah. >> To another person that respects. momentum. And then. they get discouraged because they saw. how hard it was to create momentum and. how easy it is to lose it that they. never ever again want to recommit to the. level of sacrifice it took to create. momentum and they'll only experience. this one time in their lives. Most. people won't create momentum too many. times in their lives cuz they don't want. to put the price again. Cuz it took. eight years to create and one dumb. decision to lose it all, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Here's the other part about this. when you think about it. The other part. about it is is on on most of us that we.
don't think about it a lot a lot is the. following. Long-term thinking. is a massive massive misconception with. long-term thinking. It's like, "Oh my. god, such a long time." Hey, you know, if you invest $500 a month, 30 years. from now you'll have $2 million in the. bank at 12% whatever. When people say. that stuff, "You want me to wait 30. years?" Yeah. You know, if you apply. this to your company, within eight. quarters your company's going to be able. to get better calibration, better. results out of you. "You want me to wait.
eight quarters?" Yeah, that's not a long. time. That comes like this. "You know, if you change your diet in. nine months." Nine months? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm telling the story this. morning and I'm talking to my guy in the. military and I had to say, "Remember 20 years ago when we were in. boot camp?" And then all of a sudden I'm. like, "Shit, that was 30 years ago.". >> Jeez. Jeez. >> 30 years ago is when you joined the. military. >> It's crazy. >> 30 years ago is when I joined the. military. >> Crazy. >> 26 years ago is when I got started with. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter the day. before 9/11. I've been married 17 plus.
years. Are you flipping kidding me? I. met my wife June of '02. >> Wow. >> So so so two things. that we don't think about a lot that we. ought to think about a lot is commit to. long-term thinking. Don't subscribe to short-term thinking. It's the hardest thing to do because it. doesn't take a long time. It's going to. be like this. And number two is never, ever, ever. disrespect momentum. Never. In every. possible way your life is better when. you have momentum on your side.
In every possible way, you look smarter, you look better, you feel better. Everything feels better. But that one. dumb mistake you make, you wipe out the. momentum. So for somebody that's. watching and say, "Well, I'm discouraged. and I don't know and blah blah blah. blah." Restart that momentum commitment. again. And this time around when you go. through, don't screw it up. And teach. this concept to your kids. Talk to your. kids about this kind of stuff. It's a. very, very difficult to embrace the. concept of you know, uh embrace the. concept of uh you know, the fact that. it's 10 years is not that long of a. time. It's going to come by very, very.
quickly. It's not an easy thing. By the. way, I want to talk to you about a. couple of these stories with Germany. 87% of wanted suspects have foreign. citizenship. And I got two other stories. I want to get into, but before I do so, I want you to listen to our sponsors who. believe the future looks bright. Go for. it. >> Handmade in Portugal. Their craftsmanship is a way of life. For those who move through life. differently. [music]. From sunlit decks to nights that never. need an occasion. Every detail is considered.
>> [music]. >> Every step effortless. Crafted from fine suede and built with. build a technology. [music] Designed to. move with you. Because true luxury isn't about being. noticed. >> [music]. >> It's about how you feel when you arrive. The FLB icon loafer. [music]. Made for the life you've earned. >> [music]. >> If you haven't yet tried the loafers, go. to flb.com and order one for yourself.
And matter of fact, get all the three. colors that we have. The light brown, the stone, and the navy blue. They're. incredible. They're beautiful. I wear. them all the time. All right. Germany, 87%. of wanted suspects. have foreign citizenship. Why is that? And this is story by Zero Hedge. And. should Germany even pay attention to. this? Should you judge it based on this? More than 148,000 people remain subject. to outstanding arrest warrants in. Germany and only 11.2% of them. hold exclusively German citizenship.
Overall, 87% of arrest warrant suspects. are foreigners, according to a figure. from. Federal Ministry of Interior provided in. response to a parliamentary inquiry. By. the way, they don't publish these numbers. The reason why they did is because of. the inquiry. If they don't ask, they. wouldn't have known. They want to keep. these numbers secret. They don't want these numbers to be. public. There's a lot of people involved. in it that don't want these numbers to. be public. Foreign nationals account for. 87.3% of the total while another one one. and a half percent are German citizens. who also hold a second nationality.
Well, obtained a ministry reply to a. question from AfD lawmaker Sebastian, "The figures speak for themselves. The. overwhelming majority of criminals. wanted on arrest warrant do not have. German passports." says calling for. permanent border controls. German citizens from single largest. group of 16,671. followed by Romania 16,123, Poles, Georgians, Turks, and Germans. Population is 81% exclusively German. citizens. CDU spokesman Alexander Thon. said, "17,500 people with outstanding.
warrants have been caught at the border. since September of 2024." Uh Tom, why is. this such an important data? >> So, words talk, numbers scream, and you. know, when handcuffs click, victims. cheer. So, I think what you're seeing. here is this goes in the face of the. narrative. This goes in the face of the. globalist narrative. This goes in the. face of open border narrative. This is. exactly what they don't want. What they. don't want is this data to be out there. so that average people can say, "What.
did we say, Vinnie?" Wait a minute. So, you're telling me it's not working? I. thought we were just So, take your take. your middle-of-the-road liberal that has. an open mind on it. They don't want them to shift, Pat. That's who's shifting here. The the. moderates, the liberal moderates that. pride themselves being middle road are. looking at this and going, "Wait a. minute. So, we opened our borders and. these are the people that are committing. crimes." And it's not one or two for the. sake of the headline, it's a freaking.
stack of data. It's a stack of data. And. so, the the powerful part of this is. that what you said, somehow the data got. freedom of information equivalent in. Germany or wherever it was, somehow the. data got out out in the open and now. it's being reported not by Reuters, not. you know, not by you know, the. traditional media, not by Bild in. Germany, but by Zero Hedge and then. others like us that picked that up and.
said, "Wait, this story needs to be. told." This is saying exactly. And the. it was said, "They're not sending us. their best." Remember that? We were we. were trying to talk to Mayorkas. Who. said that? Which US politician said that first? But. they said, "Listen, they're not sending. their best.". >> Trump was the first one. >> Trump I think there was also Trey Gowdy. There's a lot of people been reminding. folks, "Hey, look, the the the these. aren't like scientists that are in. Mexico that want to get out from under.
the, you know, the the regime there.". Yeah, some of those are coming over, but. the most of it is just a bunch of. refugees and what's inside that is is. criminals. That's that's what's going on. that are coming over to a new market. And the new market is Germany. Hey, they're going to let me come in here and. they're going to [laughter] actually. give me a cell phone and they're going. to give me a little relief, Pat, and I. get to start my criminal business over. in Germany. What a thing! And the. criminal element laughs. But I the.
liberal people that are in the middle, conservatives are screaming in Germany, but the liberals that were in the middle. with a little bit of an open mind are. sitting there going, wait a minute. This. didn't work. And that's exactly what the. globalist government and the core. EU, you know, that's not what they want the. the average citizen to be in possession. of. >> And what was it by the way, check this. out. Um. So I just asked Chat GPT to pull up a. report. When is the last time UK ran a.
similar report based on an inquiry? You. know what it says? >> What? >> they ran the similar report in UK. Guess. when's the last time they ran the report. that they made it public to the British. parliamentary. When do you think that. is? When is the last time you think they ran. the same exact report? >> 50s? >> 2013, 2014. It's been 12 years. of them having ran this report. And. guess what the number came out on UK. parliamentary on what percentage of the. crime that arrest warrants were.
foreigners? Non-British nationals. What. percentage do you think it was? >> Same number? >> Are you ready, Tom? 98.3%. >> Jeez. >> is is what the report came up. >> Beat your prior best. >> So 98.3%. is when they came up with this report in. um. 2013, it was 7,881. uh arrest warrants that they had. Warrants involving British nationals was. only 132. Warrants involving foreign nationals was. 7749,
Tom. 98.3%. and they knew about this in 2013, 2014. And what did they do? Nothing. I want to. know why they haven't ran that same. exact report recently. Why are you. running that report so late? Why not. find out and see exactly what's going. on. You know, we had this fellow on the. podcast who Raymond Ibrahim. >> Mhm. >> whose interview, his clips are all over. X and I'm being tagged by a bunch of. people that are not happy with me. And. Vinnie, you got a death threat to guy on.
DM. You reported to the FBI. >> Yeah, I I sent the the screenshot to. Umberto just in case people want to see. it. >> Yeah, so he reported and by the way, what's funny about this guy, which is. not funny. >> I sent it to Umberto. >> He sends the message to Vinnie and I. wanted to know cuz Vinnie sent him an. audio back which was very funny, but not. funny. Then the guy responds back in audio. >> Yes. >> He responds back in audio. Do you have. that audio by the way with this guy? >> I can I can play it right now. >> Yeah, he responds back in audio because. of the the recent interviews. Who talks. like this? >> Yep. >> Who threatens like this? Nobody talks.
like this. And what do you want to do? You want to sit there and say, "Oh, it's. not a big deal.". A A A guy broke it down for me. It's the. strategy of uh uh Islamification of a. nation and the initials were RPM. RPM. Always remember these initials. >> What is that stand. >> First, they come in. and they come to a country and they say, "We're a peaceful religion." R, peaceful. religion. The P, they gain political power. After they. gain political influence, then the last.
one they use the military to take. control of the country. That's been. their strategy for centuries on what. they've done, okay? And Raymond Ibrahim. he talks about this in his book. uh uh uh. he kind of breaking down what's going. on. So, you know, when when you see. data, all if By the way, if it said. Armenians the one that are 87.3%, I want. to know who it is. I don't care about. ethnicity and nationality-wise. Whoever. it is, stop taking people from those. countries and those places. It's common. sense, Vinnie. Do you want to read it? >> is the this is the guy he says, "Why the. This is random. We haven't even said.
anything about religion or anything in. in I don't even know how long." He says. random, "You son of a B, if I see you, I'm going to take your head off, you. little fake Christian coward. F so tough. tough in in Middle Eastern. I'll spit in. your mom's face and F her till she cry, you son of a you know what. You're a. lucky you live in effing America, you. coward. Face to face, break your jaw, you clown. I looked them up. This is. from Belgium and I automa- I already. knew. Guys, what other religion is going.
to message you and threaten to chop off. your head and everything? And then, cuz. I left him a message. I said, "Listen, come to Amer- come come to America. You're This is all the talk, all your. people." And then he sends me this. >> You have the audio? >> Yep. >> I respect that feeling. I feel it. Uh. most of you conservative Americans. >> Middle Eastern. >> are a bunch of cowards and clowns. You're lucky you live in America. >> You're lucky you live in America. >> lucky here. You have guns.
You have guns. I love America. I think. God bless America. A guy like you in. Europe. or in Africa or South America would be. would be killed easily. Like nobody. wants even to touch you because. >> Look at that. >> Yeah. >> You understand? That's the reason why. you people are not taken seriously. >> Are you hearing it? >> What do you think this guy's from? This. idiot. So do you want me to play what I. the first one I said? >> you don't have to play what you said, but you have what I wanted you to say.
>> he's from? Where do you think he's. >> I want you to say, "You wouldn't be able. to talk like this in UK." Can you read. that part which says, "You wouldn't be. able to talk like this in UK.". >> Yeah. He said. >> "If you talk like this in UK, there's a. reason why they don't say anything about. us in the UK.". >> people like you in Europe will be easily. easily forget forgotten in the UK, Albania, Kosovo, Austria. Will be. vanished. Uh you uh clown. You clowns. are lucky freedom of speech. Uh you're a lucky little boy. Muslims. will never ever take over. It's. impossible. Never Yeah, he's trying to. back up. Be careful. There's a lot of.
crazy people in the world that don't. have nothing to lose. You're And And he. goes on just Bajau, where do you guys. think this guy's from? I don't By the. way, I talk We talk about the Pope. We. talk about Christianity. We talk about. this. I've never had this And And again, people go, "WELL, IT'S NOT EVERYBODY." I. never say it's everybody. but out of 2. billion people, if 10% have this. attitude, that is a huge freaking. problem, and I face the enemy. And I I. told them I said, "Bring it. Come to. America. Come come do what you're going.
to do." So, for everybody out there. pretending, I criticize everybody, every. country, from Zelensky to Israel, to all. that stuff. No other religion, no other. are coming to saying that they want to. chop my head off and to stay out of. Europe. You understand that? But, that's. why I love this freaking country. I dare. I dare you to come here with that. freaking attitude. Cuz over there they. know guys they they already know pal you. were talking about the RPM. You have no. guns, you can't even talk negative about. these people or else they come to your. freaking house and they arrest your ass.
Okay, remember in Germany, speaking of. Germany, 11 guys took turns raping this. freaking girl at a freaking park. Okay? They got arrested. They all got let go. You know who actually did jail time, Adam? A girl who found this guy's. WhatsApp number or whatever and messaged. him was talking crap to him. She went to. jail. Okay? So, this is the real threat. >> And by by the way, watch this. Do you. remember the question I asked and I. said, "This data you gave me UK is 13. years ago. I want to know about data. today." You know what UK's answer is? So, August 10th, 2026, actually I'll go. to the last. January 19th, 2026, UK made.
an inquiry. Does the government record. nationality of people arrested? You know. what the government's response was? Nationality isn't collected centrally in. its general arrest statistics. Why not? >> Yeah. >> Well, April 28th, 2026, what percentage. of violent sexual offenders involve. foreign nationals? Police recorded crime. statistics don't include suspects'. nationality or immigration status. Why. not? >> What? >> August 10th, 2026, this is 6 weeks ago. How many how many crimes were committed. by foreign nationals in 2023 through.
2026? Guess what the government's. response was? Nationality data isn't. included in centrally held convictions. record. If you're watching this right. now, let's just say you're a liberal, you're a democrat, you're a socialist, you're a communist. You're a capitalist, whatever you are. Don't you want to know who's committing. the crime and what nationality they are? What if they're your kind? What if they're like you? Say you're a hick. You're a Texan. You're a Polish, you're Assyrian, Armenian, you're Persian. You're Iraqi. Don't you want to know who is committing.
those crimes? If you hired people from a. certain university. and you notice a pattern of out of your. 500 employees, 50 of them keep stealing. from you. Don't you want to know what. company they came from? What college. they came from? What education? Wouldn't. you go to your CFO and your CHR and say, "Can I get some of this data of where. these 50 that we hired, can we see a. pattern of where they came from so we. can never hire them again?" That's not. called. phobia to anything. It's called phobia. to criminals. It's not a nationality.
thing. We need those statistics. And for. some people that are looking to the sign. of, "Wow, you know, what I respect about. this guy is like I respect that he has. at least shown his true colors." Not the. fake bots. This is a real human being. that gave the message that he gave. And. then he reported it to the FBI. How many. of them are going to be Who's going to. catch him? Like out of out of all these. guys. You know how many of them there. is? It's not seven of them. It's 7 million that talk like that. Then. what do you do with them? So, to me, some of these countries in Europe that. have the stats in front of them, what.
are you going to do about it now that. you have the data? How are you going to react now that you. have the data? Will they change? Who. knows, we'll see. Adam, your thoughts on. this. >> Yeah, Umberto, I sent you a pic a story. you can bring up, but Look, if if Vinnie if you think that's unique, you should see my DMs every single day. These people will not stop. But let me. just run you through what my my opinion. is. It never starts and stops with the. Jews. It starts with the Saturday. people, then it ends with the Sunday. people. So, I'm not shocked that radical. people will start basically going to. Israel route and then go to the the. American European route. So, I was in.
Germany. when I flew to Israel. And can I tell. you how orderly the German people are? It was a little. disheartening to for me to hear, "GET IN. LINE. THE LINE UP FOR THE PLANE." I'M. LIKE, "OH, OKAY. WELL, am I going on a. train right now? All right, cool. I'm. just going on the plane right here.". But, this is why the pendulum is. swinging the other way. And the. countries that don't adapt will get left. behind. And the countries that do could. hopefully reverse what's going on here. Cuz it it's been no secret, this.
third-world takeo-. takeover of European countries is has. happened. And what we're trying to do is. stop the Marxist Islamist takeover of. America. That's number one for me, this. red-green alliance. But, look at this. story right here that just happened in. the UK. The Archbishop of Canterbury. withdraws the award for the Muslim. cleric who praised Osama bin Laden. We're at the point now where the. Archbishop of Canterbury is giving. awards to these people. Now, look at the. lovely lady in the middle.
Is this something that you think is a. Western values? This is how she's. showing up? In a ninja outfit? You think this is. part of a Western ideals? It's bad. enough that that the the guy that got. the award was. someone who was praising Osama bin. Laden. Okay, he's the guy, but his. his lady friend right here? This is how. she This is what's going on in the UK? So, when I talked about the pendulum. swinging, do you know who's basically I. think leading the the polls or whatever. is going on in Germany, not that I.
follow it? It's the AfD, which is like. the far-right party, the Alternative for. Deutschland. And tell me what happens. when people who are very. ultra-nationalist take over Germany. Things will get pretty ugly here. But, we're seeing this right-wing takeover of. what were typically leftest countries, which I actually support. So, you see in France, Marine Le Pen, if. you're familiar with that story right. there, the taking over or at least. leading. We know that who was our friend. in Italy? Georgia Meloni. We've seen.
that happen. We're going to see what. happens with Nigel Farage. We see what. happened with Argentina. We're going. Hopefully Brazil has a massive election. in the next 2 weeks, October 25th. Hopefully Bolsonaro's son get can win. that election. But hopefully these. countries actually adapt and survive. Or. the the reality is like you talk what's. the acronym that you gave it? S R What. was it? RPM religion politics military. Yeah, so I mean do you you know, I. respect Muslim religion. I respect it. but in their country.
you know, you can't go into Saudi Arabia. and start building churches. You're not. going to go into Qatar and start. preaching Christ. So, you know, it's a. two-way street and hopefully the the. Western world gets it together. >> Yeah, hopefully they do and hopefully. they study data because data tells it. all. I don't care what it is. If the. crime's being done by my own people, I'm. going to call them out and say what are. we doing? So, it's it's not it's not a. uh uh uh. picking on a certain community. Maybe. raise better folks that are making. societies a better place so people want. more of that whatever that at the city.
is. All right. Next story I want to get. to is business time. Trucking industry. is taking a hit with diesel prices and. this story is all over the place and for. those that are under transportation. business, this is a real thing. It's not. something that's just being talked about. that's not a real thing. Trying to find. the story what page this is on. >> Main four. >> Uh main four. There we go. Okay. Trucking industry hit by string of. bankruptcy filings as diesel cost surge. Okay. So,
let's read this. Uh a string of trucking and freight. companies filed for bankruptcy in. September as rising fuel insurance and. operating costs squeeze an industry. critical to moving goods across the US. At least eight transportation-related. companies sought chapter 11 this month. Truckload LLC owner Marcus Overcast told. Fox Business that diesel and insurance. costs contributed to his Florida. bankruptcy with insurance the biggest. pressure. When gas prices go up or. diesel prices go up, everything that. goes from A to B is affected. Automotive. expert Lauren Fix said, "Everything has.
to get somewhere somehow or everything. gets more expensive." Filtering Global. Master Incorporated $1.1 million in. assets, $3.626 million liabilities. Pacer, all these companies have filed. bankruptcy, by the way. Trump moved this. week to temporarily allow red dyed. diesel on highways. Fix estimated. savings of 50 cent to a dollar per. gallon. Diesel sold for about $6.26. Thursday at a Flying J in Orange, Texas. Tom, how important is this? Because.
we we have a client of ours. who had 150 trucks that he bought when. the market was good. Diesel prices right. now, he's selling them pennies on the. dollar. How long can a lot of these guys survive. if this continues, Tom? And what do you. see is going to happen with this? >> So, the trucking industry has got a a a. triple whammy here. The first thing is. interest rates. Interest rates. on those truck loans are up, just like. interest rates on homes are up. So, now. the cost of having a loan for my truck.
or underneath it, the leasing rate, that's also there. It's up. So, sort of. the mortgage on these trucks. These. trucks are $150,000. The the the cabs, the pullers. And this. is where independent truckers, you know, buy those and then they pull loads if. they can get loads. So, number one, interest rates. Number. two, now diesel has taken what margin. that they were able to work with and. just squeezed it to death. And so, now they're seeking Chapter 11.
protection. These were not and I dove. into this, Pat. These This is Chapter 11. protection. So, what Chapter 11. protection is allows you of any I can go. to court and I can say to a bankruptcy. court, not like a magistrate. Just say, "Hey, look. I need some help here. I need to. restructure these loans and redo this. Can I get certain amount of this debt. forgiven and then the the court works. for you to to get that taken care of. And so between interest rates, between.
the changes in the amount of available. loads to run right now, and the. the the diesel cost Pat, what little. margin they had in there for EBITDA and. for error is gone. And so they're. seeking bankruptcy protection to go to. the court to get some of the debt. forgiven or get it restructured so they. can come out tomorrow and hopefully if. diesel prices are coming down and then. get, you know, new financing on their. trucks. But truckers, man, we need to.
appreciate them. This is a foundational. part of the American economy, moving. stuff from port to store, from store to. home. And these truckers are out there, independent truckers, mom and pops that. own two trucks and actually drive one of. them. This is a This is a foundational. part of our economy. And they're in. trouble. And this article citing a few. of them right now, I'm worried that this. is going to get worse with interest.
rates high and diesel continuing to be. high, Pat, because there's just you. cannot you can only squeeze a a P&L, as. you know, you consult with a lot of. people in business. You can only squeeze. it so much. >> Yeah, I'm looking at numbers right now. So, according to Reuters, 16 companies. filed for bankruptcy in the month of. September. Eight Chapter 11s, eight Chapter 7. liquidation. Jobs affected 250 plus. These are prices. It says what it is. Uh. these are prices 1 year earlier, 370.
So, from 370 Vinnie to 653, that's a 74%. increase. Companies that filed bankruptcy, uh XOCO. Transport Texas, approximately 65. drivers, more than 40 trucks gone. Globemaster Illinois, approximately 51. trucks. CLJ Transporting Florida, Amazon. delivery contractor with approximately. 30 drivers. Truckload LLC Florida operated as. Expedite Express. RP Hale Hauling. Arizona filed September 10th. Uh that's happening right now as we. speak. So an increase in diesel from 370.
to 653. What it means with each. traveling 100 miles annually. That's. what truck drivers do. They drive around. 100,000 miles annually. >> Freeze. >> That means the annual fuel truck per. truck. is 43,538. Okay? Additional annual cost for 50. trucks, 2.1 million. The 100 trucks, 4.3. million. Bottom line is these guys are. getting hit. Uh and there's only so much. of a lifespan they can have. And this is one of the reasons why Trump.
did the deal with Russia. He is just. trying to find a way to see how long. it's going to go and how long it's going. to last. But these prices have to be. passed down to uh whoever's sending the. shipment. You have to pay that. And uh. you know every time this happens, those. guys there's certain jobs. Every time. you're on the freeway, you see a truck. driver next to you, that guy is away from his family. They. are patriots for us. In the economy, they're patriots and they're getting hit. by this. Adam, thoughts? >> No, I mean I've seen you consult with. BDC many uh trucking companies. What do.
you think they're feeling right now? What are the conversations you guys are. having internally with people who are. going through this market conditions, inflation, energy? What's your advice to. the average. >> cash are they sitting on? How much cash. are they sitting on to be able to afford. It's it's really how long I can go with. these rates. And then. it gets to point where you sit there and. say, "Okay, let's do a job. $3,000. How. much am I making on this?" You're losing. $50. How many those can you do? >> Mhm. >> So then if I go and tell the business. owner, "I'm sorry, I have to do $3,300.
for the load." Don't worry, I'm going to. go to the other guy. He's doing it for. me for $3,040. Okay, now I lost. So then I put the. truck on stop. Then my truck driver now. has to go work for a different person. Then I lost those guys for different. routes. Then. what did the driver So, it's such a. divides the business owner against the. driver against the guy that needs the. driver. And then he has to raise the. prices. Then he has to go to Amazon or. Walmart or Target and say that product. was 38 cents, now it's 48 cents. You. know, or this product was $2.48, now I.
got to sell it to you at 4 and 1/2. What? This is not $4.50. I get it, but. gas was also it it it's just. I don't want to I don't want to simplify. >> this, but I remember a conversation you. had with I won't say his name, but he. was hesitant in this was. maybe under Biden, I think, cuz this was. years ago when gas prices were this. high. And he was hesitant to raise the price. to to the consumer. I don't know if you. And you're like, "Listen, you're going. to have to pass this on to the. consumer." It's almost like if they. raise the minimum wage, you know, your.
hamburger is going to cost nine bucks. So, do you remember the story I'm. talking about? >> 4 and 1/2 million bucks, yeah. >> Okay. So, at what point do you say, "Listen, I'm about to go bankrupt. I. have to raise the price to the consumer. in order to stay afloat"? Like. supply and demand. >> So, if you're the business owner, I have. the conversation with you. I have to. have it. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you have to stay in business. You. can't not stay in business. And if you. know how to predict the future on when. the diesel gas prices are going to come. down, you don't know how to do that, right? Of course. So, I have to sit. there and say, "Adam, look, I have to have this conversation.
with you. My cost is up. I'm I'm at here I'm literally showing. you my spreadsheet. This is where I'm. at. What what do you want me to do? If I. don't make 15% here, I'm out of. business. So, either I say no to you now, or are you. willing to come up 15%? And it has to be as honest of a. conversation as possible, or else I'm. not making any money. So, what do you. want to do? And then you have to sit. there and say, "I got the other guy. that's sitting on $48 million of cash in.
a bank. that he'll do it at this discount. because he knows he's trying to put you. out of business.". >> Yeah. >> What are you going to do? Are you going. to raise it 15% or are going to go with. that guy? What would you do? Cuz you have to. answer to your shareholders. It's not. tough decisions. Most of the guys are. going to that guy. And you just put me. out of business. And I only have $800,000 in the bank. So, this is going to put the smaller. trucking industry guys out of business. and you don't want that because you want. competition. >> Mhm. >> But unfortunately, a lot of them don't. have the cash to last longer. That's.
what's going on right now. >> what I what I what I one of the major. things that I love and respect is this. is the stuff that you do at the vault. This is the stuff you do with BDC. clients. I've seen you leaks and. opportunities and where how much cash. you have saved up. These are the types. of things that you process and I mean. I'm just giving a shout out to BDC right. now, but these are the types of. difficult conversations that came. >> We're having a lot of them right now. >> do. >> We're having a and if you're watching. this right now and you want to learn. more about what we do, go to. bedavid.com. Uh whether it's time with Tom, myself, or others, we do this regularly with. clients. Go fill out your information.
Somebody from our firm will get a hold. of you. Okay, let's go to the next. story. Next story I want to get to is. is a is a little bit of a weird story. What what happened with Erik Prince, Blackwater, Tim Kennedy, Vinnie? What. what's going on over there with that. story? >> Okay, so and again, we've I've met Tim. Kennedy. He's a freaking awesome guy. So, and and number one, yeah, I'm I'm. glad that he's alive. My prayers are. going out to him and to anyone that was, you know, wounded and the families that. lost their lives and that they did, God. rest their souls. But he was ambushed in. the Congo. And you know what's it's.
stranger than like the headlines. suggest. We're talking about former UFC. fighter, Green Beret, former New Zealand. special forces soldier caught in a. deadly firefight on September 17th. So, he reportedly took multiple bullets. including three to the leg and survived. uh after an evacuation that took nearly. 8 hours, Pat. And Justin Kaneglan, uh. who had left uh New Zealand's military. just a month earlier, was killed. God. rest his soul. Now now here's the. interesting thing. Congo is sitting on. some of the rich You know, we talk about. Ukraine and Russia, Tom, and all the all.
the deposits that they have. Richest. deposits of cobalt, copper, and gold in. the world. We're talking about minerals. used for everything from your cell. phone, electric cars, and all that. stuff. And Eastern Congo has been torn. apart by the fighting for decades, including attacks by the M23 rebel. group, which the United States says it. is backed by Rwanda. So, now the reports. are saying that they were conducting. uh he was connected to the Vectis. Global, a security company linked to. Eric Prince, the founder of Blackwater, like you mentioned, Pat. Congo's.
government reportedly hired the company. to protect its mining revenue. And. there's been also uh. unverified claims involving Russia's. Africa Corps, which took over operations. previously run by the Wagner Group, which we know about them. But, here's an. interesting detail. As of last year, Tim. Kennedy was reportedly still serving as. a master sergeant in Maryland's National. Guard. I still don't know cuz there's no. reports or updates if he's still, you. know, serving in our military. But, if. that's the case and he's a serving. member of the US military and you're. working on a private security job tied.
to a foreign government, Pat, it's not. it's not good. But, you know, some. people would say that there's a lot more. to the story that we're being told. But, you know, you got America's special. forces, private military contractors, billions and billions of dollars and. valuable minerals and foreign. governments involved. I mean, my. question is this. This is the first. thing that I thought of if this is the. case, if he's still working I mean, still, you know, in the National Guard, who approves this operation? What. exactly was their mission? And who is. answering for what happens? Because I.
told Adam at the beginning of this, Pat. If you're in the military and you get a. sunburn, knowingly got a sunburn, Tom, and you can't put on your uniform and. work, you can get in trouble for. destruction of government property. You're a GI. When people hear GI, you. think of GI Joe. GI is government issue. So, I'm again, praise for him that he's. okay, Pat. But, you know, you know, these guys hire top security guys that. are a lot of ex-military guys are. security. I just hope I I hope that. that's not the case because getting. involved in getting shot and almost. losing your life when you're still.
working for our government is you're. still enlisted is not a good thing. >> Yeah, so if you look at the facts on the. September 17th, 2026. at location is South Kivu, Congo. Eric Prince, founder of Blackwater, approximately 20 killed or wounded, at. least eight confirmed deaths. That's in. place in Kennedy. is fine. Three gunshots wound to his. leg, Kennedy. Three gunshots wound to. his leg, yep. One former New Zealand. special forces soldier killed, another. contractor wounded. Rwandan military,
Rwanda backed M23 rebels are the suspect. attackers. Walter Reed National Military. Medical Center is where Kennedy's being. treated and the US government contract. State Department says none in Congo, Tom. What do you stand with the story, Tom? >> So. soldiers of fortune and independent. organizations have gone out you know, years and years and years, right? And. you talked about it. I mean. they they retire from the military. they provide security services for.
all kinds of people and you know, leaders around the world and then every. now and then they have to do. errands. And right now you've got this huge. you know, the the the whole Congo, Rwanda, Burundi triangle and it's the. it's the what they call this the M23. war. I guess that's what they've been. calling it forever. And you've got all. and they're fighting over the land with.
all this minerals as you pointed out. And so now you've got all these people. trying to fight over it and they're. like, you know what? We need. professional assistance here. I know, we'll call Blackwater or somebody come. over here to help us, you know, fight. this and put this in here. There's right the the Lake Kivu is what. they call it the Kivu area. And there it. is. There you go. Um and. >> know what the outcome was of this? The. outcome wasn't to go fight rebels.
It was to protect the mineral resources, right? >> drilling for oil. >> Cobalt, copper, >> like security. >> Yeah. >> Right, that's my point. And this is a. The contract for this time is a 5-year. contract that they had. One reported. contract estimates that's 3 to 400. million dollars. Some are saying it's a. 700 million dollar contract. >> Mhm. >> So, this is not a small contract. Uh. this is with uh uh Eric Prince. And so, >> No, these are governments that hire. professionals because they don't have. the talent and things in their own.
country. And that's what I'm talking. about. You got these three forces that. are fighting. They're bringing. professionals over there to help. And. now you're pointing out, correctly, that. it was for security, you know, don't. fire unless fired upon, kind of thing, rather than soldiers of fortune. >> 700 million dollar contract. That's one. of the bigger. >> That's huge. And plus, cobalt, copper, gold, that place is rich with with. minerals. So, I mean, I can see why. >> I I'll just be real quick. Number one, I. I'm really wishing the best for Tim. Kennedy. The guy's an absolute stud.
Everything I've I've seen of him, I I'm. just I'm just a fan. I hope he's doing. well. I'm I'm really. uh disheartened to hear what happened. You know, you've had Eric Prince on the. podcast, I think multiple times. You. know, that what they do is is obviously. much needed. And I'm not going to weigh. in from a military capacity. What I'll. just say is this. The world is a scary, dangerous place. And thank God that we. have. American soldiers and soldiers that were. unified with. uh that defend that protect us from. against the the threats that are going. on in this world. And you know, despite.
what you hear in the news, there's other. countries outside of Gaza or even. Ukraine that horrible, horrible things. are happening. So, I'll just I remember. this one conversation I had with this. girl in DC. She's like, "Ah, free Palestine. It's a genocide." I go, why why do you feel so strongly about. this? She goes, I'm just anti-war. And I. said, oh, that's interesting. What other. wars are you against? And she couldn't name another war. She. doesn't know that there's a civil war. going on in Sudan and Yemen and Myanmar.
and Haiti is a disaster, the gangs in. Mexico. The point is the world is a. crazy scary place right now and we need. to basically protect ourselves or else. it'll seep into our world and that's. what we want to stay out of. >> Yeah, it's great. Look, I want to wrap. up with something for us to look at. because. few things happened this weekend and one. of the ones I want to show you has to do. with you as an individual and as a. leader. And this morning, a part of the message. I was given to my guys was there's two. different types of belief, okay?
Not this one. I just sent you three. videos. I'm prepared them. I have. nothing to do with that tiger right now. There's two things. One of them was. when you talk to certain people and. you'll say, well, I believe in myself. Right? >> Mhm. >> I believe in myself. Well, do you believe you? What does that mean? There's a big. difference between believing in yourself. and believing you. I want to show you something here with a. head coach who's being asked a question.
of why he believes he's going to. Kentucky and Kentucky's going to win. This coach. And. before you go to this here, I want you. to play go to the other video that you. had up, please. Back-to-back weeks, I believe it is. That Kentucky's playing two different. opponents. And it's the last Have you seen this. position what's happened? This has to do. with you watching this, folks. Every. father, mother, if you consider yourself. a leader, I want you to watch this. Back-to-back weeks. they're playing against an opponent. One.
of them is overtime, maybe both of them. are overtime. Then you look what they do. last minute and look what decision the. coach makes last minute. Nobody talks. about University of Kentucky and. Florida. When you think about Kentucky, what do you think about, Tom? >> Basketball. >> Basketball, right? these guys that they're producing. Calipari is Indiana, I'm sorry. Jamal. Mashburn, all these guys that they're. producing, right? >> John Cal. >> Watch what happens here. Go forward. >> HERE WE GO. GAME ON THE LINE. MINCHEY, END ZONE. YES! WILLIE RODRIGUEZ.
>> PAUSE IT RIGHT THERE. Pause it right. there. Pause it right there real quick. >> Willie Rod. >> They're down one. >> Yeah. >> You're supposed to go for extra point. >> Wow, I didn't know that was an option. >> two two beat them. >> Yeah. Wow. >> This coach of Kentucky. and they beat them. Then next week, watch what happens. Go forward. >> THAT. >> [laughter]. >> GAME WINS IT IN COLUMBIA. >> WATCH THIS, FOLKS. >> ANGSTER. >> Next week. he's playing LSU. Who's the coach of. LSU? Oh, I believe it's Kiffin, if I'm not.
mistaken. >> What he does again? Two-point conversion again. >> What are the odds? >> Beat them. In overtime, Vinnie. I think. they're a few weeks apart. Their games. are like a week apart. >> Yeah. >> And he's being interviewed. And the guy asked him a question. "Why. did you come here, Vinnie?" Look at the. date. July 20th, 2026 is what? 3 months. ago. >> Yeah. >> Yes, he asked a question. "Why did you. choose to come here? Why do you think. this organization is going to win?" I. want you to guess what his answer was.
Go forward. Watch this. >> here. >> Go back. Go back. Go back. Go back. >> that? >> Go back from the beginning. I want the. audience to hear everything. Go forward. >> You said you came here because you can. [music] believe you can win here. Why is that? Kentucky historically has. fought. against the narrative, against the. perception. [music]. Why do you think you can win big here? >> Watch this. >> Um. >> [music]. >> This is going to sound like really uh. I think because of me, to be honest.
Because of me. >> LSU. >> ARE [music] YOU KIDDING? HE'S LIKE, I'M TRYING TO not give the. answer that he believes in.". >> Wow. >> He says, "I think because of me.". >> You're going to make those calls. >> So, as you just got emotional right? >> Yeah. Wow. >> because of me. I think because of me. What does this. mean? >> I love that. >> Man, your family. Hey, why do why do you. believe so confidently? Be- because. because of me. I'm going to take the. pressure. I'm going to pull this off.
They Look at Look at the fans what. they're doing, flipping them off. Of. course, this is college football. There's a lot of emotions involved and. maybe that's a different thing. But, you know, sometimes sometimes in. life it's not just about I believe in. myself. You can believe it. I have a lot of guys. that would believe in themselves and. they wouldn't do anything in insurance. They just talk a lot of. You have a lot of guys that oh, I. believe in myself. I believe in myself. Do you believe you? Believing in yourself means I believe in. my potential. But, believing you is that your. potential's going to come through and.
bring the results and the commitment. that you made. Those are two different. things. In life, whoever you work with and you. run with, if you want to know what they. think about you, a coach, a wife, a mentor, a husband, a. father, a mother, somebody you work with that you really. want to earn their respect, they believe in you. They just may not believe you. >> Hm. >> And they just may not believe the words. that are coming out of your mouth. You can say all you want. They believe. in your talent. They just don't believe.
you're going to do it. So, I wanted to finish off the message. here with whatever that you're going. through, whatever you're doing, sometimes in life you got to have that. attitude and say, "This is going to win. This is what going to work out because. I'm wearing this jersey. This is what. I'm choosing to do as a career. And I'm going to make it work. Not going. to blame. Not going to be a victim. I'm. not going to put it so it's his fault. It's this one. No, no, no. We're going. to win cuz I'm here. That mentality, that attitude is what.
gets a group of people to want to run. through the wall for that leader. My. goodness, I saw that over time. back-to-back. It's such a beautiful. thing. It's such a beautiful thing. We're at the end of the podcast. I'll. just say this about the Yankees. You. know, I'm watching the CC Sabathia when. he's getting pissed off calling off the. Yankees all saying all this stuff. He. says, "You didn't have a choice when you. played for the Yankees when I played.". >> Mhm. >> You want to know why? Cuz Reggie Jackson. was there. Cuz all the old Yankees guys. were there. They would say, "Hey, it's. October. Hey, it's October. Hey, it's. October. Hey, it's October." You know.
what CC Sabathia was saying? >> Mhm. >> To the Jeter's and A-Rod's, "Where are. you guys? You guys are just announcers nowadays.". >> Yeah. >> Come on. This is the Yankees. What's the. expectation? Where is the pressure? Is. everybody becoming a diplomat and just. talking like stuff because you're. worried about hurting someone's. feelings? >> Yep. >> to make some decisions. What do we want. to do? What are the Yankees going to be? There's a certain level of expectations. when you play for. certain organizations. We're going to. win cuz I'm here. We're going to win. because we're doing this collectively.
together. I don't know. I mean, I'm kind. of glad this has been about 5 days since. the Yankees got swept where if this was. a day after that, it was a different. kind of an energy we had, but you know, we've had other things to overcome in. life the last few days that uh uh uh it. became a positive distraction, but the. message is more or less for you that's. watching this. Go lead your family. Go. lead the company. Whatever you're. touching, lead. Make that place know. that you're present, you're part of that. organization. And if again, last but not least before. we wrap up, you want to be with us on. election night, play that last clip.
And we'll finish off the podcast on this. note, November 3rd, which is what? 3. weeks from today? We're going to have a. good time. You're going to meet some. interesting people. And uh if you want. to join us, go to boardroomcigarlounge.com. The QR code will be at the end. Come. join us. Go for it. 2 years ago, we held the biggest. election night event here right here. behind this hangar. This year, November. 3rd, 7:00 p.m. 2:00 11:00 p.m., [music]. we are doing it at our private. members-only club, Boardroom Cigar. Lounge. So, Tom, why don't you let the.
folks know what we'll be covering that. night? >> We will have live results as they come. in, race by race, the important ones, all the data, winners, losers, and why. >> We will laugh, some states may cry, but. we'll have a great time. So, if you want. to be a part Vinny, I'm in the middle of. a shoot, Vinny. >> No, what are you guys shooting though? >> This is about election night, November. 3rd, 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. >> I'm going to [music] be at the Boardroom. Cigar Lounge. >> I'm coming. >> You're going to be there? >> I will see you there. >> Guys, can. >> Can you get rid of the guy? Get rid of. the. >> guy sitting in the back. >> You're not invited. >> Yeah, I know that. >> You're not invited. Guys, get out of here. Again, November.
3rd, 7:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. Looking. forward to [music] seeing you there. Fill out your application. Our team will. get a hold of you. Look forward to seeing you there there. guys. Take care everybody. God bless. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
