Democrats Come After Musk & Zuck Thinks About Leaving California | PBD Podcast Ep. 878
Did you ever think. this? >> What's your point? >> The future looks bright. >> My handshake is better than anything I. ever sign. It's right here. >> My son's right about this before.
All right. So, listen, some friendly. advice to you. If you say you've never. married your brother, which you. shouldn't have, >> no. >> But let's just say if they're. interviewing you and saying rumor has it. that you married your brother, >> you should never say not to my. knowledge. >> So, I'm just telling you like not to my. knowledge. After FBI is coming to. investigate, they're going through your. trash. You know they found stuff and. you're trying to raise $5, $10 and all. you can say is not to my knowledge.
Vinnie, did you marry your sister? Not. to my knowledge. Who says something like. that? >> Did you Did you shoot everybody at the. supermarket? >> Not to my knowledge. Not to my. knowledge. So, first of all, fire your. attorney. Okay. But, uh, that's one of. the stories, as crazy as it sounds, that. we're going to talk about today. The. other story is uh you know a Vive ad. that came up about Amy Actton his. opponent which has a lot of people. confused of what happened because Amy. Actton's mother came out and says you. don't know my daughter all this other.
stuff and then a story comes out that at. 9 years old Amy Actton's biological mo. mother marries another guy and sexually. and physically abused Amy at nine years. old to the point where she the mother. lost custody and then Vake puts out this. ad and it's just it's I'm like there's a. lot of things to be said about it. We'll. talk about it today. And uh you and and. by the way, the best way to measure if. it was a good ad or not as data y. >> very simple and Tom's going to show you.
the one data, not not what anybody is. saying on the Republican side, on the. Democratic side, oh my god, you guys got. to just get behind him and all. Forget. about what we say or anybody says. Study. the data on how the market reacts. We'll. show that to you. By the way, >> we 22 million people have already voted. highest turnout ever for midterms. We've. never had this kind of a turnout. And. you know when it's earned a turnout, it's not Republicans. Republicans come. late because they got jobs. But. Democrats, they have a lot of early. turnout that came out. And. some people are worried. You know what. the biggest plus minus in an early.
turnout. >> is? Of course, a lot of Democrats and. also nonaffiliated voters specifically. in the African-American segment that. have come out aggressively voting early. So, uh, we'll see what that I if if the. data reveals itself, Tom, it's not going. to be a good look for Republicans. That's what a lot of, uh, >> lot of angry independents voting. >> Exactly. Exactly. Next one is, um, we. have to talk about three men, folks. I. mean, this is just weird stuff. You have. this California man who said the ICE. killed his wife,
>> kidnapped her, >> kidnapped his wife, and killed his wife. And then later on when they investigate, the California man killed his wife. Then. we have the second story which is the. Virginia man. Okay, I hear it. >> This man at 64, 65 years old, he was so. sick and tired of his wife talking while. he was watching football that he duct. taped his wife to a chair just so he can. watch football for 30 minutes in the. basement. In the basement. >> Some are calling this man a hero. Some. are saying he's a villain. Who knows? I. mean, it's all in the eye to beholder. We have to find out what people are. going to say about it. And then we have. the Florida cop. This may be the.
craziest one you're ever going to hear. today. You ready for this? This Florida. cop goes to a house, finds a person dead. in the house. So instead of reporting. it, this cop, not a regular Florida man, Florida cop, >> finds out the man is dead. He decides to. take over the house, pays the man's. bill, doesn't report that the man is. dead, and even renovates the place for. years while he stays as a cop. >> God, >> crazy. Yeah. So, who's the craziest.
story? Is it the California? Is it the. Virginia? Is it the Florida? Who the. hell knows? But we're gonna talk about. it. We're gonna talk about it. And then. we have another story of a body cam. Devastating tragic story in Mississippi. One-year-old boy gets shot. Mother was. almost like protecting herself from the. kid. Terrible story. Zuckerberg um is. being told he's going to leave. California because of 5% well tax, which. probably is going to be 8 to 10% for. him. And so Facebook worries about. losing Zuck to leave because they're. working on all these AI projects. They.
offer him an 8-year position position to. stay there, plus take $20 billion of. cash off the table and have the control. of the shares. So, Zuck allegedly, according to Wall Street Journal story, is staying in California. And on top of. that, Ro Kana used this as a story to. tell people that billionaires are. willing to stay in California. It is so. amazing and they're still willing to pay. the wealth tax. It's a phenomenal. marketing campaign for a person like. Roana, but we're going to get into the. story. yesterday had Francis Hogan from.
the movie The Social Reckoning, the. movie that just came out. She was a. whistleblower that ended up costing. Facebook to go through all these. lawsuits. 47 states sued Zuck. And they. had to pay, I think two days ago, $25. billion just to New Mexico. What. happened? We'll cover that story. And. then this next story is a little bit. emotional, but I think some people are. going to be sentimental about this. Uh, mummies. have been removed from an exhibition. over lack of consent. >> What? >> Yeah. mummies because they never agreed. they would be willing to be at this.
exhibition because they didn't consent. to it. Vinnie, and I know you're you're. having a hard time with this one, but. I'll give you a minute. But a story that. Vinnie loves because Vinnie's favorite. player in the world is LeBron James. >> Yep. >> LeBron James a couple days ago they're. playing. By the way, shout out to them. Yesterday they had the biggest comeback. LeBron's greatest comeback ever of. coming back and they beat Cleveland. It. was actually a good victory for him. But. two days ago, national anthem, he. doesn't stand up. He's practicing his. golf swing. And then afterwards when. they ask him, "Did you hear what Trump. said about you? You have to hear what he. had to say." And then in the WNBA. finals, dude, you're in the finals,
back-to-back game. Guess what the. starting lineup does? They walk off the. field, off the court, they play the. national anthem. You know who played the. national anthem? Alanis Morset. I think. that's her name, right? She's like, "Oh. my god, the players leaving." She sang. the national anthem. Then they came back. in. >> Shouldn't there be a fine for this? >> I absolutely think you're making the. money. What the hell are you doing if. you did this in any other job? Yeah, but. we'll talk about it. We'll talk about. it. Some people see these guys as. heroes. >> Uh New York, you know, when you go to. New York with your girl, your wife, and.
it's like, "Hey, we're going to. honeymoon. We're spending time there.". And Tom, have you ever gone on the. carriages, the horses in uh in New York. with your wife? Have you guys ever done. that with a girl of yours? >> We actually did. We took the girls on. them when they were younger. >> Beautiful tradition. It's like a New. York tradition if you're. >> effective June 28. You can never do that. again because Mandani is passing a law. that's going to get rid of that in. Central Park. So folks, if you've never. done it, you better hurry up. By June. 20th, it's going to be gone. The union. with the horses is soon and saying, "What the hell are you guys thinking?". Because there was an incident this. summer where a tourist came, got killed.
with the horses, and they're saying, "This is not good. We're cutting it.". So, we'll talk about that. Elon Musk got. threats from Kira Swisser, Clinton, and. others saying, "Hey, we're coming for. you." And Elon said, "If you do, you. have to see how we responded to it like. a gangster. If you do, I'm going to find. you." Okay? Kind of like the girl from. the movie Wedding Crashers. I'll find. you. Elon said he will find you and he. will come after you. >> Uh no matter how much you spray on that. wound on Vince Vaughn's knee, I'm going. to come get you. Was kind of a scene. United Airlines co says, "I think well.
tax is okay. We should pay the wealth. tax." This is a guy that's got the. shittiest customer service for an. airline. And no airline in the world. loses more luggage than United Airlines. Yet he wants to say you going to pay pay. your well tax. Knock it off to. billionaires. You know what his salary. is, by the way? What this guy made last. year? United Airlines co $32 million. He's having a hard time financially, but. he's not a billionaire. So, tax the. billionaire, but not me. Cuz I only make. 32 million a year, Vinnie. Not the. billionaires. Tax them, but I'm poor. >> I'm just a regular middle America guy. making 32 million. You're not. Anyways,
we'll talk about that guy a little bit. Yankees. There's so much I want to say. about the Yankees, >> but I won't. However, my friend who's a. Dodger fan, Will, Tom, he's got a lot of. stuff to say about the Yankees, >> but I love baseball and it's important. that they're strong Yankees. >> Al Steiner came up and said some stuff. about the Yankees. What happened? Aaron. Boone. A lot of fans are a little bit. confused on what's going on. And how. indirectly blame the players for a bad. year for not not the pitchers, but. offense. We had a bad offense. We'll. talk about that. Blly, there's something very attractive. about this guy. You guys ready for this?
So, apparently two of his four of his. Salvadorian folks go on a humanitarian. trip to Haiti to help out the people in. Haiti. The gangsters in Haiti get a hold. of these four people that are just. trying to help out. You know what Blly. says? Oh, you want to do that to my. people? He sent his special forces to go. and get those four people back in Haiti. Can you imagine that? Somebody should. hire this guy to be the national police. and protect a bunch of different places. what he's got going on. Who, by the way, somewhere in Boully's bloodline. I bet.
there was like a full-on criminal. gangster, brutal, tough guy that gave. Boulli more the character, you know, values Christian gangster that he goes. and gets the bad guys. But somebody in. his bloodline I bet was semi MS-13 type. of a person. But who knows? All right, so those are some of the stories that we. got and some more stories that we have. to address. But uh let's get into it. A. couple different things for some of you. guys that uh are part of the boardroom. Last night we had a great event at the. Cigar Boarding Lounge, members only. We. had originally was only supposed to be.
seven players, if you have the clip, seven players from the 2001 Miami. Hurricane show. Miami Yeah. Hurricane. show up. You know what happened by the. end of the night? Everybody showed up. Ed Reed was there, Jeremy Shaki was. there, Andre Johnson was there, and. Clinton Port Poris was there. It was a. phenomenal night for members, guys. If. you're not a me, so many people showed. up. They're like, "Hey, mom. I'm just I. just became a member because of what you. said on the CTA." That's not even an. election night. This was just last. night. Miklli Mano, the team did a great. job. If you're not a member yet and.
you're in Florida or around the country, you want to be a member, go to. boardroomcigar lounge.com. Again, boardroomcigar lounge.com. Let's put a. link below. Fill out the application. Everybody's a business owner. Uh you do. deals with them. Great relationships. Next, for some of you that are watching, the beautiful shirt Tom is wearing. If. you look at Tom's shirt with the FLB. logo on it, or the one Vinnie is. wearing, the black one with the FLB logo. on it. This is all I wear. I I no longer. wear those $900 to $1,200 shirts cuz it. would rip apart. This is all I wear. I. still wear my Stefano Richie suit, but.
when it comes down to white shirts, I'm. only wearing the FLB shirts. And if. anybody today, this is only today, goes. and buys any of the FLB shirts today, we. are including, this is this is this is. one of the coolest things that we have. We have these free laser engraved. stainless steel collar stays with each. purchase that on it, it says future. looks bright. Very, very sick. Really. unique piece that we have here. I don't. know if the picture's on the uh uh on. the site or not, the video while you're. watching it. So, you order a shirt per. shirt you order, you'll get one of these.
that are sent to you. So, I suggest you. buy all the colors that we that you have. for your husband, for your son, for. yourself, and pick up an FLB shoe or two. with it, the loafers, especially as. you're matching it with the shirt. So, go to fb.com to place your order. Again, go to flb.com to place your order. With. that being said, let's get right into. it. The story I want to start off with. is the Vive ad. The Vive ad with Amy. Actton, who is his opponent in Ohio. The. race is she's getting elite in a big.
way. And all of a sudden, we're like, "Okay, October surprise. Let's play a. clip." And the clip that they wanted to. put up was Amy Actton's mom, his. opponent, telling the world about the. true Amy Actton. And then afterwards, hell broke loose. Watch this video. Go. for it. >> Name is Donna Arthur and I'm Amy. Actton's mother. I worked at Children. and Family Service Association building. one of the first two sexual abuse. programs in America. I love my daughter,
but when I saw her lying about her. opponent, it's not easy for a mother to. say this, but Amy has a serious problem. She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent. None of that is true. She's lied her. entire life. My daughter needs help and. she can't help you if she needs help. herself. People can change, but first.
they have to tell the truth. And my. daughter still isn't doing that. Don't. vote for people who lie. Don't let her. become your governor. Wow. If you think. she'll make your life better, you're. fooling yourself. >> You can pause it right there, by the. way. So brutal, brutal ad from your mom. about you. Think about how painful that. would be. So before we go judging. whether this is a good ad or not, let's. just see how data would show. So if it. was a good ad, it's fair to say gamblers.
and betterers and people that are like, well, I would bet on, you know, the. language. I would bet. >> my. >> is going to lose. I would bet Viv's. going to lose. I bet this ad's going to. help Vive. Okay, so let's go look at the. numbers of the day it was released. So. October 18th, beautiful day, it was. released this video at on that day, Amy. Actton was at 70%, Vive was at 30% on. Cali with $4.2 million that Amy was. winning. So if the ad was a good ad,
that 70% would become 55%, and the 30%. would become 45%. But let's see what. happens. Go for it. Instead, >> Amy's chances goes from 70% to 81% plus. minus of 11. That's the only way a. marketing is going to judge it. Rorowaz, you know, or how how much the CAC is or. any of this data, a data person's going. to look at this. Now, few things that. you got to be thinking about on what. happened. JD Vance has responded to. this. Uh Trump's responded to this. Here's what the vice president had to.
say. JD, when asked, this was his. college roommate. Uh they were friends. in college and I even believe he named. his son after Vive. If I'm not mistaken, JD's son's name is Vive. If you have. JD's clip, he was asked about this. on the ad and his response was not hey I. like the ad or I don't like the ad. This. is what JD had to say about the ad. Go. forward. >> event Ramaswami's campaign put out a. controversial ad featuring his. opponent's mother Republicans some are. backing away from that. Do you think.
that that ad was appropriate? >> Well, I'll be honest with you. Whether. the ad was appropriate or not is not. really my concern. What is my concern is. who is going to govern the next. generation of American uh government. Who is going to win the Senate race in. the state of Ohio? Who's going to win. the governor's race in the state of. Ohio? And I got to be honest that when I. see Republicans, people in my party. reacting so strongly, especially elected. officials, look, have the opinion you. want to have on that ad. If you think it.
was too tough, say it was too tough. If. you think it wasn't tough enough, say. that. But I have to admit that I'm a. little bit disgusted when I see. Republicans across the country who are. whining more about that advertisement. than they are about what the. congressional Democrats and other. Democrats want to do to the United. States. >> So, we already see where this goes. It's. tough. It's a tough listen. I'm telling. you, it's hard to listen to this, right? And uh JD is one of the better talented. guys. And then the story comes about. because Amy responds and she says the.
story comes out that at 9 years old, she. was both sexually and physically abused. by her mother's husband, second husband, not her father, her stepfather. She was. abused and the mother sided with the. ex-husband uh the husband and she walk. she loses custody of her daughter. And. this is somebody that the mother said. she worked at two sexual abuse programs. where she worked at. That's what she did. for a living. The only daughter that she. wouldn't protect is her own daughter. If.
you think about that story, right? Vive. responds back, you know, doubling down. Hey, we did this. And he did say we did. not pay her. Uh, is this is this Vive. talking about Amy? Go ahead and play. this clip. Go for it. >> We have a chance to elect a governor who. I hope I'll lay it out for you. a. positive vision for our state versus a. governor who has none at all other than. to complain about what someone else did. to her. That is the choice we face. >> Okay. So, Tom, now that we've heard it. all and Trump also uh came up and look,
the reality of it is Ohio is a better. state with a man like Vive running the. state than Amy Actton. That's not the. debate here. No one's sitting here. debating that Vive is not more. qualified, smart business. He's going to. lower taxes. These are the ideas that he. has in place. Purely policy to policy. Okay. This is not a policy to policy. conversation. This is October surprise. ad. Was this an effective ad? Is it. going to work? Is it not going to work,
Tom? >> Well, this was a. misdirected effort. And what was. misdirected about it is that, you know, I I just don't think they did full. diligence, Pat. I mean, I'm stunned. I. I'm literally stunned. If they had did. full diligence and found out that this. woman has been estranged for 50 years. from her daughter, no one's disputing. that fact, by the way, >> uh that that Amy was a victim of of. abuse at 9 years old. N years old.
That's just that's just that just is. crushing to me. And so I don't think it. was good diligence. And then. >> you don't think they knew? >> I if they knew and they ran it, they. deserve the worst loss in the history of. American. >> role play. Do you think there was a. conversation of guys, should we go with. this or not? What's the worst case, best. case scenario? This is a guy that built. a company and he's a pretty wealthy guy. Do you not think you're going to make a. datadriven decision? Is this going to. land with the audience or not? Do you.
not think they have that conversation. with some smart people in the room? Yes, I I absolutely do. And in my career, I've listened to my people around me. I've asked all the questions I can ask. And then something horrible happens. And. then I come back and it's like, okay, I'm on the hook, guys. I said yes. I. green lit it, but this is where it went. And I've had to let let people go over. things like that because, you know, you. as a leader, Pat, you can listen to your. people. You can ask the questions about. it. You can do all those things, but at.
the end of the day, you make the call. and something like this comes up and. it's devastating. What was devastating. to me is that the president came in to. defend. The president was trying to. help. The president was saying, "Here. goes the media again." And when Donald. Trump was saying that, he was right. But. then later we find out all of this, Trump wouldn't have said that after. after. He would have sat there and says, "Can somebody please tell me you know. what what happened here?" Because he's. trying to come out and defend a. candidate and defend a governorship in. Ohio. do the things.
>> He's supposed to do that. He should do. it. He's supposed to be a king. >> By the way, I I I am just struggling. with this. And I can see Trump in the. Oval Office right now breaking chairs. because I'd be breaking chairs if I came. out and then I I'm like, "Wait a minute. I supported you. You didn't check on H. It's just horrible. It's just It's just. horrible." And when I look at this, you. can see how fast it went. If we could go. back to the couch sheet real quick and. just put on one week and look how steep. it was. people like you and me that are.
out there with a one week. Let's look at. this. This thing just goes in hours. It's a 10point swing in a matter of. hours. 72 hours, 96 hours. This thing. swings. So this was this what the. October surprise was is VC Ramaswami. just stepped on a rake and the surprise. hit him in the face. And I and and VC's. a friend, you know, but I you look at. this and say, you know what, not this. way. And look at all the people that got.
caught up into it. I'm I'm really I'm. disappointed and I'm frustrated. And I. and I'll tell you, I don't I don't. support Amy. I don't support her. policies. I don't think she's the right. choice for governor. But I'll tell you, to suddenly have that situation from. when you're 9 years old, abused by your. stepfather, thrown back into like this, man, that's dirty pool. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. uh everything Tom said I it's also. her brother as far as I know has. corroborated her story. So it's not just. her saying it. There's another family. member who's there's another family. member who's corroborating.
>> uh what happened. >> joining the mom or joining. >> No joining her. >> Okay. >> And so uh it it's just disturbing. It's. a it's bad taste. No American like this. is just a demonstration of how dirty. politics has become. I think Americans. are tired of it. I think it's just it's. dishonest. >> Well, let me ask you this question. Here's a question for you. If Trump was running, okay, >> go let's go to different personalities. on how is this a this wouldn't work with. anybody or it doesn't land with Vic. So, let me give you the different people. So, imagine you're Hillary Clinton going.
against Trump. Okay? And a story like. this comes for Hillary Clinton and Trump. has it similar to what happened to Amy. Actton. Hillary Clinton went through. hypothetically. Flip it. Similar to what. happened to Amy Actton, Trump went. through. Who would this ad have worked. with that if they played it would have. had a positive effect on him or. negative? Or is it no matter who the. candidate was, this would have not. worked for them? Cuz remember Hershel. Walker, the son came out, said something.
negative about him. You got the 47. second thing with John Kerry. You got. the George Bush senior that went against. Dukakus and the whole, you know, well, he kind of ruined it for himself. You. have the grab him by the, you know, the. the Bush. >> with Trump. So, I'm asking a very. interesting question here. I want to see. what you think about. Could anybody have. launched this video, it worked. positively than negatively, especially. Trump. >> So, my my personal take on it is because. of the nature of the allegation of uh.
abuse to a 9-year-old. I think it's it's. not going to work for any. >> with anybody. >> I personally don't. >> Do you understand what I'm asking? on. >> because some like for instance what's. every a lot of people are trying to be. when Obama's like I remember a guy that. would try to speak like this one guy at. the previous company we were a part of. he couldn't do it he sucked. >> but that guy was a phenomenal speaker. but when Obama's president people try to. talk like Obama. >> if you think about a lot of people who. are in their 70s and 80s you know who. they talk like they talk like Johnny. Carson why cuz you watch Johnny Carson. some speak like Letterman some speak.
like you see the different era of. comedians when they come up so a lot of. people are like well I'm going to like. Trump, but you either are Trump or. you're not Trump. Do you think Vive is. trying to kind of do that or. >> he's always been a good speaker and he's. always been that. >> since he was a kid when he did the. validictorian speech, >> but he but he if you guys cuz we went to. the debates, he sounded and there's. clips of he sounded like. >> Obama. And don't get me wrong, he tried. to have the attitude of Trump, but it. doesn't, mind you, in the amazing. amazing uh debater, but what I think.
people are are failing, and you nailed. it, Elon, politics is a dirty game. And. like especially with this month leading. up to the midterms, they're spending. millions and million, like tens of. millions of dollars on these ads and. everything like that. But as a. conservative, I don't like that take. And and like I I totally believe that. there was a meeting and they're in. there. But if you guys are looking at. the numbers, even if it was a 10-point. swing, Tommy, he's losing horribly. Yes. Hor 7030. I don't care if it's 8020,
you're not going to win. And this is. like a hailmary last ditch effort. But. let's not forget why he's there, Pat. I. think one of the main reasons cuz VC was. on fire at at a point, but in December. 2024 when he said, "Our American culture. has venerated mediocrity over excellence. for way too long." you're going to crap. on Americans and basically say our. culture doesn't prioritize academic. excellence enough and argued, you know, why tank up companies recruit overseas. and stuff. You crap on Americans and. Americans are listening, bro. That's a.
big example, Tommy, of Americans going, "No, no, no, no, bro. We're not going to. do it. I I'm 100% anti this, you know, October surprise, Hail Mary, somebody's. mother. I don't paying or not. you, bro. To have somebody's mother sit there and. say that type of thing. There's zero. money involved where she volunteered. just to be like, "Hey, I'll completely. bash her even though it's false." I. think it's disgusting. And as. conservative, what is what was the rep. the Democrats thing? When they go low, we go high. Whatever the hell that was, you're not supposed to play that game.
There is one potential positive is that. it could set a precedent when people. start looking at this response that in. the future people are a little more. timid to make such deep personal attacks. about childhood trauma. Like this might. be a warning sign that they're looking. at saying, "Okay, Americans aren't. responding to this kind of language. anymore, this kind of advertising. anymore, this kind of message.". >> But but I but I think you either know or. you don't know, you know, whether this. is going to be a good ad or not in your. right. Maybe this is going to be. something where others in the future. like don't attack this area. Don't.
attack that area. Don't touch this area. Let's kind of keep it here. But politics. is a nasty game. And by the way, for me, you know, a part of it for me is the. logical player where as a marketer in. your career, you do a lot of ads. You're. like, that did not land. That was. horrible. This landed. Oh my god, that. was a bad ad. Oh my god, I never thought. this was going to be that good of an ad. Look how much ads leads this ad brought. in. Right? You never know. You know what. we learned? This is bad. And by the way, can you run a simple poll? And folks, I.
want to ask you, does this turn you off? Or are you like, "No way. I'm still. showing up. I'm still voting." Does this. ad turn you off? Yes. No. I'm curious to. know how you would respond to that. Very. simple, Paul. I just want to get the. numbers on that on what what you think. about it. But let me get to the next one. with the next story that comes out of. nowhere. Very weird stories came out. yesterday. One video was dropped. yesterday was Lindsey Graham and his. previous gay lovers. But also the other. video that was dropped yesterday was. Ilhan Omar is being interviewed by.
somebody, I don't know if it's CNN or. MSNBC, one of the ones. And she's being. asked, I think it's the guy Chris Hayes, right? Ms. Now. >> Chris Hayes is asking, "Hey, did you. really marry your brother? Was he really. your brother? >> I I was I was shocked. I I could not. believe she says not to my. >> knowledge.". >> Knowledge. What do you mean not to my knowledge? If. somebody says not to my knowledge, hey. babe, honey, did you hook up with that. girl? Not to my knowledge. Did Did you.
really Did you really used to date that. girl? Not to my knowledge. Did you. really? I mean, it's like that's a line. what a player would say to their girl. Not to my knowledge. So, listen to the. way she answers this to MSN now. And he. he's trying to protect her obviously. because he's on her side. But watch this. clip. Go for it. >> Who was this man that was your husband? When did they start saying that he was. your brother? Why? Why? >> It started with the Somali blog um uh. that I don't know if it still exists,
but somebody put him there that you know. that he had to have been my brother or. something to that effect. and um. right-wing conspiracy theorists in. Minneapolis got a hold of it and they. just kind of went and like found random. people who were like she introduced us. uh you know she introduced him to us and. said he was her brother um which is you. know insane. I mean I don't I don't know. those people that they. >> what. >> talk about.
>> he was not you were not related to him. at all. >> Not that. >> there's not like there's not some weird. kernel of truth that threw some game of. my knowledge. >> Not to my knowledge. >> What? No. Go back and ask the question. one more time. Please go back and ask. the question one more time. There's. another clip playing in the background. Go back a little bit and Yeah. Right. there. Watch this. >> Talk about. >> he was not. You were not related to him. at all. >> Not that. >> There's not like there's not some weird. kernel of truth that threw some game. >> Not to my knowledge. >> Okay. Not to my knowledge. All right. So, let's go through the timeline. She.
marries her first husband. They have two. kids together. Okay. But she marries it. in the church. not like documented by. the court, all that stuff. Okay. So, if. you can zoom in a little bit. Yeah. September 30th, 2002. Applies for. marriage license with Amed Hersy in. Henipin County, Minnesota. They say they. marry religiously but never finalize a. civil marriage. They have two kids. They. separate through religious divorce. According to Omar, 2009 legally marries. Amed Nur Sed Elme, a British citizen in.
Eden Prairie, Minnesota. A Henipin. County marriage certificate documents. the wedding. 2011, Omar says she and Elm. religiously divorce. No legal divorce is. filed and the civil marriage remains. valid. Has a third child with Hersy. after reconciling with him while still. legally married to Elme. Omar and Hersy. filed joint marriage tax returns despite. not being legally married to each other. in 2014 2015. Allegations emerged that. Elme is heresy's. is Omar's brother and that their. marriage facilitated immigration.
benefits. Omar denies both allegation. Neither is proven. Legally divorces Elme. through Minnesota courts approximately 6. years after their reported religious. separation. Legally marries Hersy in. Henipin County. Minnesota campaign. finance board orders Omar to reimburse. 3.4 something million dollars to pay the. fine investigation documents. Joy. So. anyways, legally then divorces her. This. is getting very complicated. Following. public allegations of an affair with. political consultant Timothy Manette, the effort was disputed. marries Timothy.
Manette, their marriage license is filed. in DC. Omar campaign pays Manette's. political consulting firm, $2.78. million. FC closes its investigation. Then the investigation reopens under. Biden. Just a nasty thing that's going. on here. And then today she's out there. asking $5, $10 dollars of donations, saying she's being targeted by Trump. Very weird situation of what's going on. This is the clip of her asking for. money, almost being emotional about it. So Vinnie, where are you at with this?
Do you think anything's going to happen? And what other facts did you find about. her marriage to her brother allegedly? >> Well, first and foremost, first and. foremost, this is going to be right to. me cuz you know accountability and. everything that we talk about if this. woman with if it's all right and if you. because obviously we've been calling it. forever where her her name is Ilhan Ned. Elme. Okay, because according to the. court filings and Janine Piro said she. identified her as this name. That's her. That's the brother's name. Like, it's.
almost without a shadow of a doubt, she. did this and she lied. Okay. And what. what makes it more interesting, Pat, is. this all started under Biden. So, my. point that I'm trying to make is if she. doesn't if they don't get her, mind you, this is one thing, the marrying the. brother, okay? The feeding the future, all that stuff that's happening in. Somalia where she is implicated, her. fingerprints and her people are all over. this thing. And then come to find out. her husband, the lying with the money, it was worth $13,000. And all of a. sudden it was three 30 billion. I'm.
sorry, 30 million. And she goes, "Whoops." And apparently um Tim. Burchchett yesterday, two days ago was. on the podcast. Pat, they were sending. people empty barrels of wine. There's. Oh, yeah. They were almost saying that. as if it was a like, you know, Hunter. Biden with his $200,000 $250,000. paintings. That's what it's doing, Pat. and and what it's coming to find out. that it's all BS. And I think, mind you, you know what they're saying? The. brother marriage thing is the lowest. thing on the totem pole. Apparently, and. allegedly, they lied about her date. Her.
team went to the library of of of. whatever in in Minnesota, changed her. birth date. That's on that's all. factual. And then Ilhan Omar came to. America as a refugee after her family. fled Somalia. But here's something I. want you guys to know about her father, N Omar Muhammad. According to his. obituary, he was the colonel of the. Somali National Army under the dictator. Muhammad Sadbar whose regime and he. wasn't he was responsible because he was. with them Pat. Mass atrocities uh.
thousands hundreds of thousands of. people killed here's so when your. family's fleeing the government and the. collapse we take refugees Pat because. you need help from fleeing that that. regime. But he was one of the main guys. you were a colonel. >> to helping kill all these people. So, there's a lot of questions. My point is. this, Pat, if they can't get her, if. this administration, this isn't a witch. hunt, and I hate when people play this. racist stuff, if you're one of these. people that's out there and her. crocodile tears, I need $5. I need $10.
You're a fool. Okay? If the Trump. administration, the Department of. Justice, Pat, can't get somebody that's. this blatantly obvious. I've lost. there's nothing going to happen to. anybody and they're all on the same team. cuz we're still waiting for what? James. Comey with the shells. He's He might get. off. And And what's his name with the. mustache? Uh John Bolton got in trouble. From everything that they've done from. Obama, the spying, the Bill uh uh. Hillary Clinton and Biden. This is this. is all we're at. >> Vinnie, do you think there's any chance.
of accountability in it? >> Me personally, no. Because I feel like. like you know what it is. And great. question, Elon. I feel like we like the. the administration keeps dangling past. something in our face and we go to bite. and then they take it away. And I'm not. I I don't want what the Democrats do and. they purposely and they tell you like. Slotkin we're going to come after you. Get arrest some people because it's. going to happen because Elon once they. get in power and we're going to get into. that story with that they're going to be. hypocrites. >> We are screwed. The Trump. administration's fine because he's going. to get pardoned. They're all going to.
get pardoned and we're going to be like, "Hey guys, what about us?" Cuz we've. been in this fight, bro. We've been How. long have we been supporting uh Trump. when it wasn't like cool? When they were. punching people in the face for wearing. the red make America Great Again hats. I. don't know. I hope I hope because it. seems like she's guilty, but if. nothing's happens, I'm going to be. pissed. >> I would love to see a behavioral. specialist analyze that clip for. deception. The one where she's saying uh. not to my knowledge. You know, it the. entire situation is just very weird. Again, accountability is something I. don't have faith in anymore in this.
country, which this is just another. demonstration of it. And this story has. been going on not for a short amount of. time. It's been going on for years years. and it still hasn't developed into. something where there's, you know, significant significant action that's. been taken against her. She's gotten. away with so much stuff that at this. point. >> you don't you so you don't think. anything's going to happen here? >> I don't have faith in the system. anymore. I think I'm kind of similar to. a lot of Americans in in that sense. Uh. this would be such a public extreme. This is Twilight Zone level stuff. Yeah. Like if you go back 20 years and you. told me a situation like this could.
happen in the United States when I was. like a 25-year-old, I'd say that's an. impossibility. And yet here today this. has become normal. >> You know the worst thing is too Pat the. arrogance attitude of her out there and. it's been happening forever. Tim Walls. has been quiet. Ellison has been quiet. in Minnesota. But the arrogance of f. like f America and she bleeds it. >> and taking money now saying give me five. bucks. Give me 20 bucks. >> But and Elon did we talk about. accountability? They stole in Minnesota. Tommy bu dude tens of billions of. dollars. And then you want to talk about. accountability. This is it's not like a. >> it was a criminal enterprise. It was an.
organized criminal enterprise. Call it. that when you. >> absolutely was and they intimidated. witnesses that were coming forward. going, "Hey, we work for them and yeah, they're stealing money." They went after. them, intimidated him. But if I'm going. to go back, P for for 30 seconds, you. want to talk about zero accountability? We know, we don't think, we know Obama. and his freaking CIA and his Department. of Justice and everybody with Hillary. Clinton and the DNC lied and they set up. Trump with Russia collab. They had major. FISA abuse that's never been.
acknowledged. This is the single biggest. scandal perhaps period. It's a massive. scandal that no one cares about. >> No. And I'll put co aside because. because Biden pardoned Fouchi, okay? They played a tricky game, but which. killed millions of people, but not one. person has gone to jail for the biggest. scam, Russia collusion, and they want us. to think Elon Omar is going to get in. trouble. >> They said FBI. Okay. >> Yeah. You one guy. Yeah. >> I I have a slightly different take. I I. think this is going to be all headlines. and it's going to be a a lot of things. come up. Uh and it's not just the media.
It's not just a press release. It's not. just accusations. Those were federal. agents with boxes coming out of her. house. So, there is evidence being. collected. Now, why do I think it's just. going to be headlines? Because I think. when it really comes down to it, when it. really hits the fan in public, are they. really going to do this and then turn. around and go to everybody? Everybody in. Congress is checkmated one way or. another. A donation you took, somebody. did that you had a you had a a um uh a.
Nicaraguan nanny that wasn't properly. documented or documented at all for. crying out loud. So I think when it. comes down to it, she's going to have. enough support and enough votes on any. committees of censure and things that. it's not going to happen. And I don't. think that this will go all the way to. the mat because I think everybody is. checkmated. Everybody. It's like you you. allowed this really. Okay. Well, get. ready to sit in a chair at your hearing.
You're going to be sitting there. I. think this is headlines. I think the DOJ. is going to come up and be short of. actually taking action, which is boom. And by the way, I speak from something I. know about. We would sit there. You may. I went to Pepperdine and people talked. about in open terms, hey, there were. organizations in LA, Pat, that would pay. you men and women $5,000 to marry. somebody from Mexico. Remember before. they changed the law to literally have a.
weekend marriage to get somebody over. here so that they could have the. marriage certificate, they could get a. green card, citizenship, and then flip. it. Then they changed the law and they. started auditing. Well, how long were. they married? 72 hours, but it wasn't a. weekend hookup holiday. You were given. five grand to help somebody get to. United States illegally. I didn't do it. But at the time I went to school. It was. all over Southern California. Then they. changed I I I wasn't friends with. people, but I knew people that took the. money and did it. And I'm like, that's.
wrong. You shouldn't be doing that. Then. they changed the law and they came down. on them. And so I think what's going to. happen here, headlines, DOJ, but I don't. think they take it to the mat, which. would mean you got here illegally, you're out of Congress, you're out of. the United States, and we're done here. I I don't think they're going to go that. far. >> So, let me tell you. So, you have of. three different camps. The camp that. doesn't think anything will happen, the. camp that is skeptical, but open, and. then there's a camp that thinks. something that's going to happen. Okay?
None of you guys are in the camp of. something's going to happen to this. girl. Okay, you guys are in the camp of. nothing's going to happen. You're in the. camp of semi nothing's going to happen. But you wait. >> skeptical leaning maybe so. >> But but let me tell you, if you look at. the approval rating of the CIA or the. FBI or the federal government, it's the. lowest it's ever been. And the reason. for it is because there is no. accountability, right? I think this. administration has an opportunity to. change that and view it in a complete. different way. If they're able to do. something, if you're not going to do.
something, by the way, like for. instance, Trump uh sues BBC. you got. solved for the $10 billion. >> So, you know what BBC comes back and. says say, "Hey, no problem. Hey, findings come. You want to accuse, you. got to come to a deposition and go. through." And I think he has to show up. December 11th, if I'm not mistaken. >> Yeah. If you don't show up and do the. deposition by December 11, it's going to. be dismissed. All right. >> So, these things have to be done. Like, I had this girl on Francis uh Helen from. uh the Facebook whistleblower, and one. of the things that caused her to go and.
blow the whistle was January 6, J6. Okay? And then I in front of her in. front of her I'm I can't I show the clip. of BBC manipulating the video of what he. said to go to the capital and she says. I've never seen this before. >> Oh, really? >> And and then I said, "But wait a. minute." She says, "You know what? Can. you pull up the transcript? I want to. know what he says afterwards." Connor. pulls out the transcript. We read the. whole transcript of what he said. afterwards. She had nothing to say. >> Really? >> Nothing to say. So then I said, "So do.
you think the idea of suspending him off. of social media even though he said go. do it uh peacefully?" He said. peacefully. >> She's then she's like, "Why?" And then. she she almost wanted to kind of change. the subject. It was actually a very good. conversation. And she ended up being. very fair with the conversation that we. had. But there was a part of it that if. you can go to the BBC clip, if you go to. the BBC clip, this is the one that this. is what really happened and then what. BBC played and then go to the. transcript. Go ahead. >> We're going to walk down. to the capital and I'll be there with.
you music. >> and we fight. >> We fight like hell. We're going to walk. down to the capital. >> and WE'RE GOING TO CHEER ON manipulated. >> our brave senators and congressmen and. women. >> and we're going to cheer on. Now go to. the transcript. Go to the transcript of. what the speech was. >> The the it says anyone's now we're going. to go in Congress. We're going to walk. down the capital and we're going to go. cheer our brave senators. We're probably. not going to be cheering so much for.
some of them because you'll never take. back our country with weakness. You have. to show strength and you have to be. strong. We have to demand that Congress. do the right thing and only count. electors. who have been lawfully slated. I know. that everyone soon will be marching over. there to the capital to be to peacefully. and patriotically make your voices being. heard. But what's the key word? Peacefully. Guess what? >> BBC didn't put that. And even the girl. from Facebook who's the whistleblowers. like we you know you know Trump got. suspended. She had never seen this. before. Think about that. Okay. So where.
am I going with this? These things they. they have to be held accountable. When. George Stephanopoulos had to pay the. fine for what they did and the words. that they used. There has to be. accountability. Trump's administration, they're not in the best place right now. I think the approval rating is the. lowest it's ever been. I don't know if. you've seen the approval rating or not. These are there's two or three things. they could do to have a massive spike in. plus minus and approval rating. One of. them is accountability. If they're able.
to hold people like her accountable, you're going to gain a lot of respect. back from people who were hoping there's. going to be some accountability. You. have to have slow victories like this. So, if you release this, if you release. this, I think in May he gave a speech. about this. If you want to pull it up. when he was talking about Ilhan Omar, I. don't know if you have the clip or not. I texted it to you. If you don't, don't. worry about it. We can move on to the. next story. Yeah. If you can just play. it from right there. He's joking. Go. fast forward for about 5 seconds when he. starts right there. So, he jokes about.
it. Watch this. >> Then she married a brother to come in. I. don't know. You know, you know, but I. think I would imagine they're looking at. her. I have nothing to do with it. >> This is me. >> I would imagine. >> Of course I have nothing to do. >> Five months ago, >> I have nothing. But. >> I believe she married her brother, which. is totally illegal. Although it's a lovely couple actually, but it's a little it's a little bit on. the illegal side. Darling, I love you. >> Darling, I love you very much. >> Good night, brother. Let's. >> Good night, brother.
>> Isn't she despicable? I can't. one of a kind. >> There's no one who can say what he's. saying in the way he says it. >> She accidentally checked the wrong box. and said she was worth $38 million. >> and law enforcement came after her for. that. And then all of a sudden she was. worth less than $80,000. >> Oh yeah, that's the other thing. >> And she said it was accounting. It was. an accounting era. >> So So you can pause it right there. So. the point is this. >> You if you if you drop this like this,
you know, it's like you start talking. dirty to your girl and then you're like, "Yeah, I know. I'm going to go watch the. football game." Wait, what? You got me. all hot and everything and then. >> you leave the bed. >> Yeah. And then there's only so many. blue, you know, you can handle. eventually like, dude, what are you. doing? >> So, this is the foreplay and then. walking away. Dude, nothing. >> How do men feel when that happen? Or how. do women feel when that happens to you? Right.
>> Hey, I'm going to go to I'm going to go. see the boys. >> Hey babe, I'm going to go make a. sandwich for the kids. Before you make. the sandwich for the kids, finish the. flipping, right before you leave. So, I feel like. I feel like a lot of American voters, respectfully, have blue balls right now. because they got absolutely right. You. know what I mean? Like, finish the. flipping job. >> My head's about to explode. No pun. intended. But, but what I'm what my. point is my my point is this, guys. If. this was a Democrat administration and. the rules were reversed, what would WHAT. WOULD SHE BE GONE? WHAT? HOLD ON. SHE'D.
ALREADY BE IN PRISON. EVERYTHING WOULD. be We saw it with Trump. That's what I'm. saying is like, bro, de say what you. want about the Democrats, Elon, they. play to freaking win. It's a dirty game. and they're willing to get dirty and. they get in the mud. Conservatives are. like, "No, no, it's come on." And I'm. not talking about the the Anton and the. VC. That's that's disgusting. Th this. when bro, when something walks like a. duck, smells like a duck, feels like a. duck, it's probably a duck. It's She is. quacking her ass off with her brother.
and her husband and all this stuff. And. it's like, bro, we have less than two. years. Less than two years. Come. November, we're still waiting. >> Let me go to the next story. The next. story I'm going to go to is good. Finish. it. >> I just wanted to say corrupt power. dynamics, which you see in virtually. across the board, not just politics. You. could see it when it comes to certain. cases in law enforcement that are. clearly very a bad look. You see it. anywhere in Hollywood. It's very, very. rare to see in that kind of dynamic that. the people at the top who hold the most. power actually get held accountable. There's usually a fall guy at a much. lower level. And and by the way, this is.
this is this is leading to some very. nasty comments being made. So Elon Musk. retweets a video and comments in the. video of Kira Swisser saying, "If the. midterms go this way, you're going to. see what they're going to do to Elon. Musk." And Elon's like, "Wait, what?". And then Hillary and then other people. back this comment. So watch this. Go for. it. >> Kla Harris, he might be in jail right. now, right? He is correct. And that's. not because of she's some avenging fury. It's because there's a lot of questions. around different companies of his. If.
Donald Trump loses the House and the. Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if. I were him, you know, no matter how rich. he is. There were all these agencies, some of which he put a knife in and. killed in the Doge, many of whom. investigating him. He stopped like a. half a dozen investigations of his. various companies. So, they're going to. start investigating again. You think. he's not on the list? He's at the top. Donald Trump obviously is at the top and. his family, but Elon Musk is right up. there. I should think is above Trump. >> You have to he knows what's coming. Like.
he's not stupid. Like of all the many. things you can say about him is he he he. has a very big sense of fate and I think. it's coming for him. >> You can pause it right there. So now. watch Elon sees this. He comments if you. can go find the tweet. It says message. received. Okay. Message received. And he. also says if I find out that you guys. come, I'm coming for you. Live by the. sword, die by the sword. Those who pick. fights with me should understand that I. will find out who is really pulling the. strings and come for them, not just for.
their puppets. Okay, this is not a joke. anymore. They're going to come after. this guy in a big way. And then Hillary. Clinton in a different podcast, this is. what she had to say. Go for it. >> So, I think follow the money. That's. where it should uh, you know, be the. first. >> The other one I would look at would be. Doge. like what happened and where did. the information go and what did Elon. get? You know, I think if you had to. pick one tech figure, I suppose one of. the reasons he backed Trump in the first. place, and I said this at the time,
everyone was surprised, was that it was. an existential crisis for him. If he. didn't, those investigations that were. already beginning uh and the scrutiny. would have continued and he managed to. take down every agency that was. investigating him. Um, and so to me, he. is the example, right, of of that kind. of shadow president. and looking into. him would be I think it right there. would be an example and. >> if there's one thing that they do have. right. the most powerful man in America. respectfully is Elon Musk the most.
powerful man in the world in my opinion. is Elon Musk. >> maybe it's too early to say it'll be. validated in five years because of what. he's doing with communication. with Starlink with his battery with his. cars with his SpaceX But this is not a. regular guy they're going up against, right? To the point where world leaders. are worried about Elon more than they're. worried about what Trump's going to be. doing. And they're uniting, okay? They're coming together. So Trump Elon.
knows they're going to come after this. kind of big way. Tom, when you hear. something like this happen and something. like this being said, and by the way, you know what else Hillary Clinton said? She says, "If we take the House, we. should raise the number of Supreme Court. seats to 13." I believe she said from 9. to 13. Okay? She said that is is. documented as well. They already have. their plans. Kamla's also said this to. pack the court. They've been saying it. to get rid of the electoral. There's a lot like what what the. Republican party almost got that Amy.
Coney Barrett didn't help close which. was the single most important thing. You. know what it was? Voter ID. It was. number one above all folks. If only. people knew how important that was for. them to get done and they didn't get. done. These guys are going to take the. complete opposite side of vote. You know. what's the complete opposite side of. voter ID? Electoral. >> getting the complete opposite is to have. well look Hillary Clinton got 4 million. more votes than Trump. Hillary Clinton. that that way because certain states. that are blue and there the certain.
demos if they get rid of that liberals. are going to be winning year after year. after year after year after year for. presidents and Amy Coney Barrett Supreme. Court justice is the reason why you. don't have that. Just so you know that. >> she's the one that you don't have that. So Tom, when you see something like this. with Elon and Cara Swisser and Hillary. Clinton, what they're saying, do you. believe him? >> Uh, I more than believe him. Um, if you. take a look um at Elon, I think he um. said something once and I think he.
realized just how uh things can move. And it's when he said uh financing. assured. He was making a comment about. one of his companies. He was going out. and he needed financing and he said, you. know, funding secured. I think that was. the tweet. It goes funding secured and. the SEC and everybody else jumped on. him. You know, it it was like 4 Yeah, it. was when he was making also marijuana. jokes. 420 jokes. 420 used to be 4. >> uh 420 p.m. Let's meet behind the the.
gym and get high. And so 420 became. that. There it is. There we go. If this. is on screen for people, there it is. 420 a share. Fundy secured. And it it. caused massive stock volatility. in the. SEC came out and said, "Dude, you can't. do this." And so, there has been an. evolution of Elon who learns two things. He learns where the next market gap is, where he wants to go, and how to get. people behind it. And the second thing. he learns is who's with him, who's. against him, and what they're they're. doing. And he learned here, okay, this.
is how the SEC is going to work. Okay, well, then I have to play that. And now. you're playing with them. And he's just. instead of saying something like this, he just says, "Message received. Live by. the sword, die by the sword. You want to. go." Really, what he's saying, Pat, is. you. Oh, you want to go? Let's play. And. the game that he is playing is so much. different than the game that they're. playing. Um, I would not want to go up. against him. And I think he knows. exactly what he needs to do. He can. outspend their opponent. He can find.
issues that that they don't want or they. don't like. and he can go hard on those. issues. There are so many things that he. can do, but this is what you're gonna go. after. Okay? And I think that's the the. message here. >> I think they're underestimating Elon. Musk's character. He's the type of. person who's never cared about how much. money he has, how much public, you know, how much public following he has, what. people think about him. They're picking. a fight with someone who really will. push to the end. He's typically stood by. his ideals more than anything. So, if he.
believes someone's coming after him, he'll do everything in his power to stop. them. It's also just we've seen Amen to. that. Yeah. And we've seen Democrats. time and time again use the full. political force available to them, whether it's the federal government, whether it's connections in. entertainment to silence people, go. after political opponents, try and. arrest people. So Elon Musk now is at. the top of that list. They're probably. picking the wrong person to do that. >> You think so? >> And they fear, you could see how much. the establishment fears individual power. when it comes to Elon Musk and how. they've continuously tried to come after.
him. So again, I don't know how this is. going to turn out, but uh I do think. Elon Musk has the capabilities to stand. up for. >> but well thank go how many times. Thank. God he's leaning towards the sane. conservative side. Okay. And one of our. good friends I think you guys know him. Patrick McDavid wrote choose your. enemies wisely. This is not a good enemy. to go against is Elon and he is not Pat. when he says I'll find out who the. puppets trust me he has access and he. has the connections. He'll find out like. with the Reed Hoffman's and who's.
putting the money. Yeah. To make you say. what the hell you're saying. >> You think he knows? >> Oh, Tom. Absolutely. >> You think he already knows when he says. >> absolutely everything? >> Absolutely. >> And I think that's part of the game. He's already moving. I will find out. who's behind you, but he already knows. Oh, >> of course that's 3D chess. >> Oh, Tom, he knows. But then, and again, this goes back to the point where you're. talking about the Democrats. You think. that's going to stop them? They play to. win and they're going to play freaking. dirty. Pat, when when uh Hillary was. saying that she wants to pack the. Supreme Court, Elon uh tweeted this. This is literally their plan to end.
democracy. Can you click on the actual. Fiser King Pat? He says, "The playbook. will go something like this. Win back. the House and Senate. Hopefully the. presidency in 2008. Admit DC and Puerto. Rico as states, which doesn't need a. constitutional amendment to gain four. new Senate seats and cement control. Three, pack the court, which only. requires a change of the Judiciary Act. of 1869, not the Constitutional. amendment. Eliminate the Electoral. College." Boom. which is. unconstitutional. But when you have the. rigged court that finds a loophole, flood the country with with violent uh. migrants, swamp the natives, and hold.
power indefinitely. Their plan is out. there. And again, we're going to get to. this. >> public about it. >> They don't care. What are you going to. do? They're they'll tell they dude, say. what you want. They're going to tell you. their plan. >> This is the globalist plan to destroy. Western civilization. And it has to take. down the one shining light where the. future still looks bright. There are. still patriots and pome. I see this and. it pisses me off, but if I know their. playbook, I'm going to come after their. playbook because I happen to think that. the people that want liberty, freedom, and the Constitution in which we stand.
are going to come up. And I think the. future looks bright cuz we're about to. identify the patriots that want to step. forward into this [ __ ] and stand in. the void and make it happen. Not just. point at and say, "Look what they're. trying to do." I want to know who are. the most who are the popular candidates. we're going to bring up. I want to know. who is going to be behind them. I want. to know when is the GOP going to wake up. and put those candidates forward. I want. to know when is an independent party in. this country really going to stand forth. as independence with somebody that's. standing there and driving it. That's. what I'm waiting for. I get so pissed.
off looking about all what they're going. to do, what they're going to do, what. they're going to do. They should worry. about what I'm going to do when I stand. on liberty and freedom and the things. that I hold dear. And I get people that. are behind me because the people are. behind me are going to have more. passion, more dedication, more force, more drive because they're political. I'm coming from the heart. And you. cannot beat the heart of the people when. you light up that heart. >> O, that's what I'm talking about. >> You know, Vinnie said Vinnie said it. said something earlier. He said, I'm. happy that he's, you know, leaning to.
toward more the sane conservative. approach. He's not. He's leaning toward. what Tom just said, which is true. And. our foundational beliefs and our. principles in this country, which are. under attack. It's not right versus. left. If you're a patriot, if you care. about the foundational principles of. this country, they're worth defending. They're worth defending to any extent. We have nothing without that. And he. sees a direct attack on those ideals and. those principles. And I honestly believe. he's the type of person who's willing to. die for those ideals. Thank God. So, and. and we have to start speaking up about. that kind of thing, packing the court, all this stuff that they want to do. Absolutely insane.
>> Yeah. They they uh here's the part you. have to realize. So today if the other. day Dylan Tickle asked me a question. He. says, "So Dad, who is the current. Charlie Kirk?" So what do you mean? Who's the current Charlie Kirk? Who who. are young boys looking at right now? I. said, "Who who do you think?". >> It's a great question. >> I actually don't know. That's why I'm. asking you. >> So you don't know? No. Okay. >> So remember that Avengers. are there's not just one Avenger. There's Avengers, multiple Yes. type,
right? And they all play different. roles. >> Charlie was playing the role of the. youth. Young men had an example of. somebody to look up to Tom. That's. somebody to look up to Tom. And so it. was like one of those things where. you're looking at what this Avengers are. going to be. If I ask you right now who. the Avengers are, who are the Avengers? Trump's one of them. >> Charlie's gone. Musk is one of them. Who. else are the Avengers? Call the Avengers. right now. Who else you put on that. list? I think Rubio's one of them. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. Who else you got on the. money side? Who else you got on the. media side? Who else you got on the.
sports side? Who else you got on the. Hollywood side? >> I think like Dana White's an Avenger. >> 100%. >> Dana White's an Avenger, I think. >> Like Brandon Gil, he's he's one of those. like lower key. >> You got to go bigger. He's a junior. junior junior Avenger. I'm talking about. guys that are true Avengers have a lot. of influence. You have to think media. >> guys like Mel Mel Gibson, oddly enough, and like there's some people on the. right like Chris Pratt has spoken up. push more forward faith. So, so you have. to know some of these guys that are the. Avengers. So, to me, where I'm going. with this is.
go to what happened to Charlie. The day. before something happened to Charlie, you never thought anything was going to. happen to Charlie. You thought he was. going to be around forever. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Go to if they do something to Elon, go the next day. So, actually, think. about it. >> So, what is the estate planning there? He just put a billion dollars into sky. uh uh sky sky dancers. Is a sky dance? Am I saying it correct? He put a. billion. He wants a part of CNN now. Just so you know that. >> He went in with David Ellison and Larry. Ellison. Just announced he announced a. billion dollars yesterday, right?
>> So what if something happens to Elon? >> What happens to Twitter? Who buys it? >> Does his estate keep it? Who runs in. this state? His kids. >> Oh man. >> Who actually manages that? If something. were to happen, what happens there? So. to me, you better believe I'm always. looking at, you know, if if you're a. street guy, you always have to think. about who the enemy is going to take out. first. So if the enemy takes out, the way to do. it, do you work bottom up? Do you one by. one by one take the people at the bottom. and then you take the top guy out or is.
it faster to take the top guy out? And. out doesn't mean necessarily killing, right? In this situation, they killed. >> Yeah. >> Charlie is what they did. They killed. him. >> But Elon better have the best of. protection for himself. And not only. that, also proper estate planning to. know what happens if something were to. happen to him. Oh, he's for sure planned. ahead for. >> I think he for sure has planned ahead. But you'd be surprised how many people. who have not planned ahead of what's. going to happen with the running of the. operation, running of the business. This. is very important. A lot of billionaires.
in the past like Ford who thought Ford. was going to be protected forever. Ford. is the reason why we have so many. mosques in America. >> I don't know if you know this or not. Ford brought the first imam to Michigan. The reason why Michigan is the way it is. is because of Ford. Ford had a massive massive hate. He was. a very well-known anti-semite. >> And what he did is he the way he did it. is he says, "Hey, let me bring people. from Syria, from other countries that. were willing to come and work for. minimum wage." He kept bringing them and.
eventually accidentally brought an imam. who eventually ended up funding the. first what year is it? The the the that. they ended up building a first mosque. So yeah, right there he was bringing. Arab workers if you look at it right. there and then eventually it led to. Dearborn Dearborn becoming this. I hope. all of that has been intentionally. organized because things are going to. get nasty for me. I'm convinced the. future looks bright because God's on our. side. >> 100%. I believe God's on our side and I. think the right people are finding each.
other. We need a bigger backbone. We. need to be able to sell our ideas better. than the others because we do have. better ideas. What Charlie did right is. he sold the ideas good. He sold the. ideas that we have. You can have a great. product with a terrible salesperson and. you can lose to a person with a horrible. product than a great salesperson. Right. now, Democrats have a horrible product, but they're doing a better job selling. Yeah. >> And we have a better product and we have. to do a better job selling. If you have. a better product and if you're better at. articulating the message better, you end. up winning. So, we have to do a better.
job selling the ideas continuously. Let. me get to the next story. So, while all. this stuff is going on, Zuckerberg all of a sudden announces. that maybe he may be leaving California. Rumors are going around that he may be. leaving California. And people are like, "Wait a minute, Zuck's leaving. California. He may leave California. because the wealth tax, guys. Worth a. few hundred billion dollars. So, he's. considering leaving California over the. wealth tax." Well, Metal Board sits. there because Sergey Brin announces two.
days ago the article came out that. Sergey Brin Vinnie saved $15 billion of. wealth tax leaving the state of. California to move to Florida. And on. top of that, he just bought his $174. million house. Uh Sergey Bindd, if you. want to pull up that story on the amount. of money he was saving. And so the next. day. >> in Miami, that was. >> in Miami. the next day. Yeah. $51. million drops. No, but there's another. story. That's not the one. It's 15. billion that he saved in wealth tax and. 174 billion. Just type in Sergey Brin$.
15 billion well tax. You'll see it. Yeah, 15 billion. The article will come. up. Uh let me see which one that is. Yeah, he could he could owe 13 billion. If he loses it, this isn't a one. It's a. different one. So Meta sits there and. says, "We need to think about an idea." So. what do they do? They announced to Zuck. that hey eight years stay in California. near Meta. Meta's campus is mad massive. and Zuck is the one that's very much. involved with their next AI program.
This article dropped 48 hours ago. threatened to leave. Meta met with the. board. They allowed him to take $20. billion cash off the table without. losing his control because right now I. think he owns 16.3% of shares, but he. owns he owes owns 64% of voting rights, which. >> because each of his shares have special. super votes. >> That's right. Similar to what the Peter. Teal thing that you and I would you you. talked about. So he has that level of. control, founder shares. So So Zuck all. of a sudden the announcement comes out. that he is staying in California now.
Then Roana tweets out and saying, "Hey, the wealth tax isn't that bad because. even Zuckerberg, who runs a multi-. trillion dollar company, has this? Look. at this. Looks like billionaires will. stay and figure out a way to pay the tax. if we pass Prop 40. Poor California kids. can have healthcare. Gavin, can you and. Sergey Brin stop with your fear. mongering of a billion?" He is not. telling the entire story. >> because the story has nothing to do with. the fact that Zuck has agreed to pay the.
wealth tax. The board knew he was going. to pay the wealth tax and found a. creative way to making it attractive for. him to stay without losing the control. So Tom, you see the story. of what's happening here with Zuck going. there and and Facebook, you know, addressing it. This is after Facebook. was charged with uh they have to pay $25. billion of fine. By the way, their. revenue has increased, but their EBA. hasn't quarter to quarter. I think they. revenue increased right there. They have. to pay $25 billion for deceiving users. with about the privacy on Facebook. So.
Tom, what are your thoughts on this. story? >> First of all, Zuck, go back to the tweet. really quick. >> The second line of Roana's tweet, Gavin. as in Gavin Newsome, can you and Sergey. stop with your fear-mongering of a. billionaire exodus. Gavin Newsome and. Roana are banging heads on this one. The. first thing I need to point out to. people cuz Gavin Newsome is taking heat. and he wants his next political step. Guess what? Roana has his next political. step. He knows what his next five moves. are, where he's going. Gavin Newsome.
wants to run for president and this. thing is sticking to him like Velcro and. Ro Kana is going out at him poking him. in the chest. Can you and Sergey Brin. start your fearing? Ro Kana, a Democrat, is directly blaming Gavin for some of. the dust up. Number one. Number two, hey, you know what? Uh, they're trying. to do what's best for Facebook. Don't. let anybody tell you this is about. California. Zuck is saying, "I want to. move and I'm going to do this and yeah, Sergey Brin did it and others did it and. I'm going to do it." And what they're.
coming back is saying what they're. really saying is we need you as CTO the. same way that Larry Ellison was needed. because Larry Ellison is really CTO of. Oracle. He's freaking genius. He was. really that guy, not just like, you. know, Andy Grove was the CEO and the. genius on chips. So what you have here, Pat, is they feel they need Zuck. And so. Zuck is saying, "I don't want to get. slammed like this." And they're like, "Okay, well the other problem is Zuck.
doesn't have the money in cash." Zuck. has a massive ownership of Facebook. And. when you take that percent and tell him. that he has to do it, this is exactly. what people said about um startups that. maybe get to series C. Hey, we raised. hund00 million. Now my startup's worth. $4 billion and oops, I don't have all. that. >> But today I have to go get a percent of. that. Now I have to sell shares. So what. they're doing is they're trying to set. up a way for Zuck to get the money and.
for Zuck to say here. And Roana is. trying to make it seem like, oh, they. found a way to make it work. See, we. could tax him anyway. They will figure. out a way to pay the taxes. Roana is. wrong. But what's also very interesting. is he and Gavin are going at it. And. it's funny how I haven't even When's the. last time you guys heard because. remember for a good three, four months. it was just Gavin, Trump, Hitler, and. then he just disappeared. Pat, when's. the last time you guys was was Gavin in. headlines? >> Well, I didn't disappear. I'm over here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
>> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, an important point that Tom touched. on which just to clarify because it's. important people understand this. It's. an unrealized tax on your G. So, you. don't need to have the money in your. bank account or to have made profit for. the government to tax you on this new. wealth tax, which is unbelievably. dangerous. You start a business, you get. to a billion dollars of value. You have. 2 million cash in your bank account. The. government will come and say, "Well, too. bad you owe us $50 million." It's a way. to destroy. >> any chance of these, you know, businesses blowing up. Additionally, it.
historically does not result these type. of higher taxation policies and. structures in higher net profit received. for the government, more job creation or. any positive outcome. So we do see an. exodus in this case. You have a unique. case where Zuckerberg is so relevant and. so important on a physical level to be. in a certain location that the company. itself is compensating well beyond. That's an anomalous case 99% of cases. By the way, you know what? You know what. Francis said yesterday, which was.
brilliant? I asked her a question. I. said, "What is the difference between. Elon Musk and Zuck?" She said, "The. difference is Zuck has been this. powerful since he was 19 years old. starting Facebook. He's been a. billionaire since 19. >> Elon hasn't. Elon's had to earn it. And. Zuck's like a dictator because he's got. so much power and control the company. Elon's never had this kind of control in. his entire life. >> Not with Tesla." Now he says even with. Tesla he has to go negotiate even with. every company he has to go negotiate. So.
Zuck is structured in a different way of. power than Elon has. It's a very. interesting way that she broke it down. of uh uh the difference between these. two and she had some by the way once the. interview comes out you guys going to. love it's very interesting but I'm going. to tell you what the co United Airlines. came up and said out of all the people. out there all of a sudden United. Airlines co comes out and tells New York. Times that wealth inequality has become. a danger to our society and must be. addressed we should have a national. wealth tax we should have inheritance. tax that get close to 100% at some level.
I would pay them. You understand what. he's saying? By the way, Mr. Scott. Kirby, who if you go and ask the. question of where United Airlines ranks. in losing luggage as well as customer. service, can you please pull that up? Where does United Airlines rank in. losing luggage and uh uh customer. service? United has the shittiest. >> every video. >> customer service in the world.
Absolutely horrible. Look at that. 10. out of 10. Oh man. >> You instead of worried about wealth tax. with your $32 million your salary and. you've been there for almost seven. years. It's not like you just got hired. You've been a CEO for six and a half. years. Why don't you go find some of. people's luggage? >> Spirit Airlines where Spirit. >> 10 out of 10 is where they look at. customer satisfaction. Six out of eight. You suck in customer service. No wonder. people saw what you just said. And FYI, this is the thing that no one's thinking.
about. This wealth tax, Elon, Tom, is. not going to be a state-by-state issue. You're going to see the wealth tax in. 2028 will be a national issue. You're. going to see candidates running on. wealth tax for everybody. You know why? This is what they're trying to do, Vinnie. Here's how it works. So, let's. just say. you're you're an AOC. >> Okay? >> Let's say you're Roana. Let's say you're. a Pritsker. Take any of these. candidates. And what are what are they.
noticing? People are learning how to do. Hey Rogan, you don't like California. I'm going to move to where? Austin, Texas. Elon goes to Austin. Hey Kang. Griffin, Chicago, we lost you. Going to. where? Florida. You don't you think. these liberal control high taxp sitting. around saying, "Guess what guys? Don't. worry about it. They're not going to. leave your state. We're going to pass a. national wealth tax." And they'll first. start off with billionaires. Then. they're going to come down to people. over hund00 million in net worth. Then. they're going to come down to people. over $10 million in net worth. They.
always target the top, demonize them. So. easy to say, "Hey, we collected $4.5. trillion of money, which we did nothing. with because government doesn't know. what to do with the money." All they're. going to do with the $4 half trillion. dollars they raise, you know what. they're going to be doing? Give more. entitlement programs, of course. >> Okay? And so they're going to do more. entitlement programs, which if they go. that route, you know what'll happen? Let. me tell you what'll happen. when I had. the founder of um CZ CZ who ran um not. Coinbase what is the competitor to.
Coinbase Tom CZ was running uh Binance. >> 110 billion guy he comes and I said so. where do you live he says well I. wouldn't move back to US because the. regulation is too crazy I think he lives. in Singapore he lives a few different. places you know what he told me you know. how many employees uh CZ has with. Binance 5,000 employees I said you're. 5,000 employees where's your. headquarters we don't have one do you. mean you don't have one. Oh, we're in. 100 plus countries. What? Yeah, we have. 5,000 employees in 100 plus countries.
And he lives in Singapore. I think. if they go this next phase, Vinnie, if. they do, if they go this next phase, you're going to see billionaires and. hecta millionaires start looking at. different pockets to go to that's. outside of US. >> FYI, you know where Francis Hogan lives. right now? the person that was a. whistleblower who was a, you know, Norton, California, Silicon Valley, J6. is bad. You know where she lives today?
>> She lives in Puerto Rico. >> Oh, really? >> Oh, yeah. You Why do so many people live. in Puerto Rico? Cuz they got the 420. tax. You only pay 4%. No, no state, no. federal, no income. You save all of it. It's all yours. >> So, you think there's not going to be. So, if I'm a different country right. now, you know what I'm thinking about? I'm thinking about this could happen the. next 20 years and I'm already creating. an opportunity to get those people to. come to me. There's a guy out there who. does very good content, Nomad. Capitalist, and he would talk about what. countries people are getting a lot of uh. uh uh what do you call it? Passports in,
and he would talk about go get multiple. passports in case something happens. So, the the the point I'm making this story. is the wealth tax is coming to you and. people like the CEO of United Health, United Airlines, can you pull out what. his salary is? What does the United uh. airline CEO make? What is his salary? United CEO salary. Look at this poor. guy. This poor guy struggling. financially. Made $32.3 million in. salary last year with a $1.2 million. base, 22 million in stock, 8 million in.
bonuses, 56,000 on other compensation, and he still can't find your luggage. Okay. United Airlines has the worst 10. out of 10. the worst airline and losing. luggage. Folks, don't travel with United. if you're worried about losing your. luggage. >> and the worst customer service. They'll. even laugh at you after they're like, "What do you want me to do? We lost it. Go to a different airline." They don't. give a [ __ ] That's And you can feel. culture comes from top top to bottom. The best compliment I'll ever get when.
people come to the Vault Conference and. they'll say, "Man, I cannot believe how. good they treat us. The people here. treat me so good." It's the biggest. pride because no one's more important to. us than our customers. United doesn't. have that. And by the way, he doesn't. look at you as that way as well as. voters. Oh, we should go after the. billionaires. We should do this. generational inheritance tax at 100%. Who the hell are you? So, let me get. this straight. Families bust their asses. and even the Bible tells us to leave. money, take care of your grandkids, take.
care of your kids, set them up in a. better place. I worked my ass off to. give that money to them and you want to. come and take 100% OF IT. WHO THE HELL. ARE YOU? >> YEAH. >> Who the hell are you? And by the way, for some that are watching this, they're. going to come for your money as well. >> This isn't like they're just targeting. billionaires. They're going to come for. your money as well. It's very, very. important. Right now, there's a story. that came out, Vinnie, I'm going to come. to you with this one. The data. Republican. So, this girl releases this. story. Go ahead, give your thoughts. >> No, because you touched on a really, really important point, which is that.
they do it under the guise of fairness, which is exactly the slippy slippery. slope to. >> stop losing people. built on the. platform of jealousy and envy. >> Uhhuh. That you're entitled to other. people's money because they're doing. better than you. >> You don't. Jealousy, envy. I need to. make it fair for you. I'm here for you. >> And so so that's the entire game being. played. And again, yeah, it's just a. slippery slope to to socialism. It's a. playbook that dates back decades. >> Yeah. So, if you want to play this one, Vinnie. So, date the Republican story. comes out showing what happened with USA.
ID and what their plans are and the. level of civil unrest that they're. planning on doing if Republicans win the. midterms. Uh uh and and if they win. House and Senate, what they're By the. way, they're leaking this. I'll just let. Vinnie tell you what's going on here. Go. for it, Vinnie. >> Okay, so data Republican and I believe. this is a female from what I heard. that's on X. It was going crazy this. besides Elon. Uh, not Elon, besides. Ilhan Omar and everything, I'm it. boggles my mind, Pat, how this isn't the. number one story of what's happening.
So, Data Republican and and by the way, released a bunch of of all these audios. and all these recordings showing former. US ID and State Department officials, Department of War officials, and the. Broad Soros NGO like apparatus planning. massive civil unrest aimed at the Trump. administration if the Democrats win the. midterms. Okay, they're planning guys, riots, embedding themselves inside of. the DSA, Pat, and the DSA will like. shock the troops cuz that's how they do. They go in there and they make it 10. times worse. Riots are going to be.
severe. And they say that the president, Pat, this is the plan, will invoke the. uh insurrection act, send troops into. cities, they're going to they're going. to, you know, raise the stakes, all the. pallets that we're talking about, make. the country burn. And then they're. already working with governors and not. only 10 swing states uh to to like they. sent them pamphlets, bro, to how to. resist the federal government. Uh and. the overall goal is to delegitimize the. federal government and elevate public. support for resisting state governors.
And they want to push this into to to. the 2028 election. And I sent Connor a. couple of these clips. One of these. clips uh is uh Dan, this is Danielle. Uh. just play play the first one, guys. Just. listen to this audio of what these. people are planning to do. And then. Connor, I'm going to have you jump uh. jump forward to the next one. Go ahead, play this and listen to this. But. >> there's also the path and John I think. will talk a little bit more about this. is that we end up in a. >> very acute uh legitimacy crisis sometime.
in the next few months or the next few. years where literally um our federal. government becomes illegitimate. >> in that moment I believe and what we. know from experiences around the world. is that we can take that breakdown. moment and leverage it for a big. structural reform you know refounding. moment. I wanted to just say that the United. Democracy Alliance, which is a huge. coalition of the blocking movement, the.
people that are doing all the lawsuits. and the civil resistance and the. non-ooperation, they are all organizing. and converging under the banner of. what's called the United Democracy. Alliance. >> and they have developed a set of red. lines. red lines. >> uh that are now being refined in terms. of indicators and metrics and uh they're. working on creating a situation room so. that as we go into the midterm election. they're going to be able to provide. real-time updates, real time uh. information to the movement of movements.
>> uh so that we can respond uh you know to. whatever might unfold. >> And now fast forward. Remember guys, these are unelected unelected people. that don't have jobs anymore with USA ID. Pat. And USA ID goes to different. countries and starts, you know, uh, uprisings and they take over government. color revolutions. This is what, guys, they're planning to do this here. And. then, yeah, Connor, if you could go to. that next part, Pat, when I talk about. the governors and stuff, listen, listen. to this to this part. >> and others are connected um for that.
work. So what I think RAD is offering. uniquely is this space around the the. constitutional legitimacy moment and. like what are the ways that we can. respond. The memo that Danielle or I. will put up in the chat um is a memo of. an options memo that we created for. governors because if the federal. government's deemed to be illegitimate. by whatever crossing of whatever red. lines redines and everyone agrees to. that then the governors become the. leading governing authority under the.
current republic framework of our. constitution. >> Okay. So Paul so Paul said listen to the. plan that they're doing. They're saying. midterms and all that stuff, Tom, if. they want to delegitimize the federal. government and they're already working. with governors, governors to help with. this uprising. So, they're basically. they're saying Trump invokes the. Insurrection Act because they they're. causing all this madness. Then they have. all these governors that they've already. sent the memos out to. Uh Connor, can. you please show the the the tweet from.
uh it's like the memo already went out, the tweet from uh from JB Pritsker. JB. Pritsker. Mind you, Pat, uh, the. Washington Post, Tom, they ran a cover. story revealing that the current Can you. Yeah. So, look at this. The Trump. administration is on notice. Governors. across this country, myself included, are watching closely. Any attempt to. silence American voices will be met with. fierce resistance from the states. We. will defend our right to vote. What he's. basically saying is, Elon, what Trump is. saying, if you guys are going to have. illegals trying to vote, and I'm going. to send people to make sure that they're.
there, that's going to be a problem for. them, for them saying. And then the. Washington Post, if you go to the. Washington Post story, they publish a. story revealing that current and formal. national security officials have quietly. been advising officials in about 10. states. What the other people were. revealing on how to respond to possible. federal interference in the midterm. Look at it. This is a cover story, Pat, that that the Washington Post uh put out. there. So, I'm just telling people this. is called a color revolution. These are, by the way, these are the guys behind. the no kings protest. These are the.
people that are uh the ones that put all. the. >> everything it's all organized. Even what. you see going on globally right now what. you see in France, what you see in Italy. is all part of the same globalist. ideology. The United States is the. strongest stronghold against that. ideology which is why it is the most. under attack. This is a decades old. plan. You go back to Yuri Bessmanov. defected from Russia talked about the. ways you destroy society and it's a. decades long plan. And the first one. demoralization takes 15 to 20 years.
change the perception of reality in the. population. We have seen that happen. with leftist ideals. They have become a. worldwide structure of destroying basic. reality based common sense ideals. So a. man can totally be a woman. We can kill. as many babies as we want. Anyone who. tells you anything you know that you. disagree with you should silence. Then. you see destabilization attacking key. institutions like economy, foreign. relations, and defense. We've seen that. happen repeatedly now too. We've seen. the political powers when they get power. come and attack those institutions, try.
and break down anything that can fight. against them. Then crisis bring out. about violent change of power, structure. and economy. This is the most important. part. When we see BLM riots, when we see. riots going on in France, when we see. riots happening around the world, the. immediate response from the average. person is they want it to stop. >> That's the natural response to seeing. violence and chaos in the streets. You. don't actually care why it's happening. as much. you want it to end and you look. for any power that can stop it. It's. actually a a key metric in mass. psychosis is that you create a situation.
of unrest and then a power comes in and. and tells you hey we can get rid of this. uncomfortable feeling you're having. We. saw during co too and then the last one. is because of the need to stop that kind. of violence that uncomfortable feeling. that you're having in society. What they. do is they can change all the structures. of society which is the new normal which. is the last step on Yuri Bzmanov's list. of how you change society. Y. >> and so we're heading into that stage of. civil unrest where people are just so. uncomfortable with what they're seeing. and they've been pushing this for a long.
time and then the new step after that is. everything you're talking about. We are. going to pack the courts. We are going. to change the constitution. We are going. to get you know uh more power so that we. can keep you guys safe and push you down. that list so that they hold power. forever and that's the new normal. >> Tom, this is look this is their playbook. and the playbook for patriots on the. other side. you know, um there was a. there was a quote that came out of. revolutionary times. It was attributed. to Ben Franklin and it's incorrectly. attributed. It uh the the quote really.
um was spawned in 1813. Um and it was if. we don't hang together, we will. certainly we will most assuredly hang. separately. Apparently Ben Franklin. never said that. Thomas Payne never said. that. It's always been credited. But the. point is correct. We must indeed all. hang together or most assuredly we shall. all hang separately. The concept is. there and the people that that I think. they are waking up people that are true. patriots. I think that's what's.
happening. They're waking them up. because the one thing that you were. always able I mean look at what happened. in the Soviet Union when they broke up. the Soviet Union. Guess what happened? All the governors became prime. ministers. >> Where do you think all the stands came. from? They were part of the Soviet Union. and they all got broken up and so the. governors became leaders. But guess. what? >> When you try to look at the state of the. populace and what was the the psychosis. and mentality in the Soviet Union, it.
was not what you have in the United. States. Let me tell you, the 77 million. people that voted for Trump and had. those red flags were not simply his. disciples like Jesus Christ. They were. freedomloving patriots that saw a person. that could enable what they wanted. And. the left will have you believe that they. were just a bunch of Trump disciples. No, they're not. They believe that if. they stifle Trump, they push him back, they get something. No, they don't. What. you are left with, you are left with the.
freedomloving patriot that is looking. for the next lead. >> Yep. And mind you, and great point. And. these are the people cuz for how many. years we've been sitting there going who. are these people that are you know the. people the puppeteers and by the way. it's these unelected and by the way you. know how pissed they are that that Doge. took out USA ID. I know Cara Swisser was. like it's because they're investigating. No you freaking liard. It's because of. this. These are the people that are in. actual control. And you should hear how. brash I'm not going to get into the. other videos but they sit there. They're.
saying their goal is to delegitimize the. federal government. Okay. And then ele. elevate public support for this the. state governors to come in. And I had. the she said some of the names the. insurrectionist groups she named are and. guys I want you guys to remember these. names. These are these people on these. zooms that nobody ever hears of. It's. the Renewed to Thrive, United Democracy. Alliance, National Security Leaders for. America and Horizons project. These are. those these are the people, okay, that.
are going to be they're behind, you. know, the 50501 uh divisible no kings. protest. These are the people that are. secretly angry and they hate America and. they feel Pat it's liber it's it's to. save democracy but it's to overthrow the. government and they have governors set. up everywhere Pat that are going to. resist whatever the president is going. to say with especially sending troops to. these places because the civil unrest is. going to be magnified by their people by. their people. So I want people to always. just remember I'm saying this because. that's their plan and they got exposed. by data republicans.
>> Soros and all those guys. >> soros soros is the one all these guys. are behind it. Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Let's get to the next story. It's pretty wild what's going on, but I. want to get to the next story. Next. story is an interesting story of Boulli. So, four Salvadorans who are from El. Salvador go to Haiti on a humanitarian. trip to help out some Haiti family. members that are there. Then. all of a sudden, they're held hostage. and Bella is like, "Wait, what are you. doing?" Yeah, you're holding my people. hostage. Yeah, you're not going to be. doing that. He sends his Can you go a.
little bit closer for me to read the. story? So, Our kidnapped men are not. combatants. They are aviation technicians who are. part of our mission in Haiti within the. framework of an international mission. Our mission consists only of pilots and. technical personnel whose primary job is. to carry out medical evacuations and. save lives, not wage war. Bkelli wrote, "The four Salvadorians disappeared after. gangs attacked their armored vehicle on. Sunday in Santa area of Croakkes de. Bouet Port uh Prince. They fled the.
vehicle after it caught fire. Buklli. said that that is why today we have. launched a military operation to rescue. them. We have a single objective to. bring back our four compatriots back. home alive without any harm. And he gave. warning to gangs. However, I want you, the gang leaders, to understand one. thing very clearly. Today's attack is. nothing compared to what is coming if. you do not get all four hostages back. alive. And do not take our word for. empty threats. We have already finished.
with the gangs in El Salvador and we can. finish with you too. What an incredible. position he takes. Your thoughts on what. happened here? >> I absolutely love it. >> Is this Is that the clip by the way of. what happened? Play this clip. What What is this? C Can I read the. description before you uh play the clip? Go to the top so I can read what the. description is. So uh this is him giving. that message. This is why today we have. launch go a little bit lower. However, I. want you to and to take uh do not take.
my word for empty threats. We have. already finished the jams. We still have. time to avoid this. Return our four. competitors alive without any harm and. everything will go back to how it was. before. The decision is in your hands. >> Yeah, 100%. A good leader stands by his. people. And I think, you know, he's the. type of guy who's setting a precedent. that you can't mess around and not have. consequences. This is just random, but. one thing that bothered me uh was when. Hamas kidnapped American citizens. Forget the Israeli aspect. when he when. they American ci citizens were kidnapped. by a terrorist organization. I didn't. feel like we did enough to get back.
those Americans. We had Americans in the. street tearing down the posters. That's. always bothered me. That's an identity. problem in the United States. We're. seeing here the exact opposite response. where he's willing to do whatever it. takes to protect his citizens to get. them back and he's making a statement to. the world. If you mess with our people, we're coming for you. That's an. important statement. So, >> I love it. And what by the way just the. reform of the prisons and what he made. what he did to the freaking country bro. that is an actual leader that's. respected on the global scale bro he's.
he's the man bro how good do you feel. knowing and by the way I think Trump is. one of those people as well I understand. that the Israeli thing was that's a very. >> forget the Israelis I'm talking about. Americans saying we didn't take care of. our. >> home and that's why but in in in the. general sense I think when it comes to. Americans Trump does not play that game. in that one instance I I kind of feel. I'm with you on that one but when it. comes comes to Americans, bro. Like, that's I feel good knowing if, god. forbid, something under that leadership, could you imagine if you're overseas and. something happened to you under Biden? You think that guy even knows where the. hell he is? Let. >> your unless you're like a some kind of.
like diverse group that attract gender. something over. >> By the way, did you hear what Boulli. said? Can you go on his Twitter account? The main one. Go back to it. Just click. on his name right there. No, just go. Yeah. Here's what he said about France. I actually like what he's saying lately. I've heard it said that France is. finished. that it's too late to save. her. But France remains just as. beautiful. Uh inviable even her. greatness hasn't vanished. It only. awaits rebirth. We overcame in one year.
a problem a h 100red times more severe. without having the resources at France's. disposal. France could manage in a week. But obviously that's this is the message. you want though. >> But what I'm trying to say to you is we. need more of this message. Positive. change can happen. It will happen. You. don't need people not believing that. it's not going to happen because that. that half the battle with your opponent, what his job is, Vinnie, your job of. your opponent is to convince you you. can't beat him so you don't fight him. because he knows you can beat him.
>> That's the job of the opponent. An. opponent who's weak, he sits there and he says, "Man, I don't. know if these guys really know. They're. stronger. They're better. Their ideas. are better. are my people are even. flipping on me and they're siding with. him. I hope they understand that. And. then they'll get in front of none of the. people believe them and all they're. gonna do is cheat. Whatever they're. doing to you, they're going to and then. and then you all of a sudden are like, you know what? I don't think anything's. going to happen. Oh my god, we won.
without even going to war. They have. given up or listen to their language. That guy's a big influencer. 700,000. people listen to what he's got to say. He quit. Good. And these eight people. listen to what he has to say. They each. have 80,000 followers. They also quit. Oh my god. So now we have one and a half. million people who quit on the idea that. America's going to do anything and do. the right thing. Awesome. Look at what. she just said. She's now on our side. She just flipped 6.2 million people. Good. Look at, hey, go pay this guy some. money. Go. We're going to flip America.
And then comes a handful of group of. people that say, no, it's not how this. works. This doesn't work this way. And. it's very hard to have that kind of a. message. So good for B Kelly for. standing. >> I teach what you just said in. combatives. Sorry to tell you. in. fighting and the psychology of fighting, demoralization and making someone. believe that they no longer have the. power actually greatly affects their. performance. So it's very. >> half the battle is that right? Psychological warfare is what that is. Let me get to the next story. Next story. I want to go to. >> Weird story folks. Have you ever been to. New York and maybe you went to Central. Park and you and your sweetheart, you're.
like, "Babe, let's go on uh the horse. carriages and go through Central." It's. a very unique experience that you go do, right? Very unique. I got pictures with. my wife. I'll try to find it and share. it with you. Well, guess what? New York. is officially announcing after what. happened there. New York City is. deciding to ban horsedrawn carriages in. 2028. Mamani even commented on this. If you. can find what Mandani had to say after. an event that took place, let me read. this for uh the audience. So, New York.
City horse carriages will be riding into. sunset less than two years after the. city leaders voted Thursday to ban the. practice following the death of an. 18-year-old tourist who was killed. during a ride in Central Park over the. summer. The city council voted 40 to7. over two absent absentions on Roman. Roman's law which would prohibit the. issuance of new licenses used in the. operations of horserawn cabs and phase. out the carriages June 1st 2028. the. horses would be prohibited from being. sold to slaughter houses under the bill.
So there's multiple stories here. One of. them is. how many of the horses have a you know. very difficult how many of them die. because the situations there. But this. is what Manny had to say. The horse. carriage industry is coming to an end in. New York City. Our administration will. make sure workers and owners are. protected and the horses are safe. So. I'll open it up. Tom, your thoughts on. this story? I don't want to spend 10. minutes on this. I want to go fairly. brief on this. Your thoughts on this. story. Is this a good move, a good move. or a bad move?
>> It's bad. It's overreacting the wrong. way. Um, let's go back and look at that. Can we go back and look at that? I. wanted to break that down. Our. administration makes sure workers, people that work for horserawn carriers. and owners are protected. How? By. putting them out of business. Ladies and. gentlemen, this is how this is how Mayor. Z is takes care of thee. And so I I I. think look, if there's a problem, you. know what? Why are there bumpers on. cars? Why are there traffic lights? Because people saw problems, they fix. it. Fix what's wrong. If you think the.
horses are being abused, then put. standards for them. You know, if there's. a safety thing that led to the death of. this 18-year-old, put something in. place. That's not the nanny state, that's regulation. So, I think if you're. going to fix it, fix it. but putting it. out of business and putting something. like this that's been around for a long. time. And by the way, if you have bad. owners that are not taking care of their. animals and situations like this, well. then shame on them and then regulate. them. But don't put every owner and. every worker out of business for the.
exception. Go take care of it. And the. liberals are going to run and all the. Greens and all the people that want to. release them are going to run these. pictures like this of this poor injured. animal here that could have been taken. care of better, you know, um, you know, and they use that to create all of the. drama. And the reason you use this as a. reason to go nuts on the other side. And. by the way, so if you look at this, you. know when this thing got started in New. York? 1858. >> Holy, I was going to say 1958. >> 1858.
168 year old industry that went through. this. Annually 42 million people visit. New York City and Central Park. Central. Park alone gets 42 million visitors. And. when you go there, half the battle is to. be a Do you have the picture of us on. the horse? I don't know if you have it. or not. Right there. >> Every year we when we go there, you. know, we go to the Yankees. It's a great. experience that you go there and you. enjoy yourself. But there's ways to. prevent it from having to shut it down. Give me a flipping break. create certain.
ways to protect the tourists and the. horses, maybe give a certain level of. requirements and compliance to do, but. to shut down this incredible experience. You know what it really does? It takes. that one additional experience of going. to New York on your honeymoon. It's. like, oh, we can't do that. No, they. just shut it down two years ago. What. are you talking about? Yes, they did. 168-year-old experience. They're. shutting down. So, anyways, that's that. story with New York City. >> And uh we'll see what happened. People. are fighting it. Even the union right. now is fighting saying you can't shut it. down. you can't shut it down. They got a.
couple years before they shut this thing. down. Next story I want to get to is the. Yankees, How Steinburner, the owner of the Yankees, the managing director comes out and he's. been asked, so what's going to be. happening? And everybody wants to know, does Cashman have his job? Does Boone. have his job? Who's the new person. that's coming in? Are you changing the. trainers? because the number of injuries. that New York has, Yankees, they have a. lot of praise that keep getting injured. and maybe we don't have the What are we. changing about what's going on? Fans uh.
and enemies of the Yankees are watching. to see what they're going to be doing. And I have to tell you, a lot of enemies. are happy what Hal just did. A lot of. enemies are happy what Hal just did. And. here's what he had to say in the press. conference. Go for it. >> Has Aaron Boon received a contract. extension? >> I have not talked to Aaron about a. contract extension. No. >> Would you like to give him one? That's. something I It's something I I would. certainly consider. I would consider. anything. We don't we don't normally do. extensions as you well know. Uh it's. it's somewhat of a rarity for us, but.
all I can tell you right now, it's it's. not I nothing that's been discussed with. him about that. We've had conversations. about a number of different subjects, but that was not one of them. >> I don't think you can pin the season and. the. >> this is what people are. >> unacceptable end to it on Aaron. I don't. think you can pin it on him. >> based on the roster he put together. Again, I the offense, >> not the pitching, but the offense had a. big part of why we, in my opinion, why. we didn't get, and I don't mind saying. it, why we didn't get where we,
you know, strive to get every year and. we're certainly striving to get this. year. And that was during the whole the. whole year, you know, in the postseason, if you look at their performance against. the two starting Boston pitchers and. their performance against probably all. the Rays pitchers, uh, it was it was. just it was just not good. I mean, I. don't know how else to put it. And if. you don't score runs, you're not going. to win. We all know that. So, um, again, but yes, every year, including this. year, we had a a week-long conversation. about Aaron Boone.
>> And was he part of the. >> The last time the Yankees won, Tom World. Series, the all-time winningest. organization in the history of baseball, Yankees, 27 World Series championships, but they haven't won one since 2009. Do. you think this is the right move that. Hal Stein Burner is making? >> Uh, I don't think so. And I'm not going. to sit here and be an armchair. quarterback on what Hal Steinbrer saw in. that room or what he decided to do. I'm. going to talk about uh leadership in. baseball and how those answers were not.
like strong leadership answers. Um, look. at the way he says get us where we want. to go. Get us where we want to be. Where. we think we should be. Howal, just say. it. Our objective is with this. organization and with this budget to win. the World Series. We did not do that. And you have to hold somebody. accountable and not just live on I. believe affinity and relationships. Consider this. Who was the number one. manager by plus minus this year? It was. Terry Francona plus 10 in Cincinnati. 10.
more victories over what he thought he. would get. You know what Aaron Boon. ranked? Number 21. And if you take the. GM ranked, now we're talking about Brian. Cashman. Among his peers and ranks and. surveys, 2024 he was 18, 2025, he's 22, 2026, he's 27, he's averaging a rank of. 24. Player development, Major League. Baseball, what organization from the. last three years, 2024, 2026, has the. worst record, the highest injury rate of.
pitchers under 26? In other words, the. guys you're bringing up, the. flamethrowers that you're trying to. teach them the slider, you're trying to. move more breaking pitches. The Yankees. had more injury days of anybody them. under 2026. Then let's talk about this. year fielding. Yankees. 96 errors. 27 out of 30 teams in the. majors errors. And defensives, defensives, runs against middle of the. pack. You've got the money to do this.
And then you take a guy like David. Wells. Here's the perfect example I. think of the Yankees. David Wells is. known as a stellar human being and a. positive guy in the locker room and a. strong influence on other team members. But he doesn't have the arm that the. Yankees can afford. They should have. some other arm there. He's Pat, you. could steal second on David Wells with. one ACL torn. You know, >> this is. >> impressive. >> It is impressive. And by the way, he hit.
186 this year. So it's like, and by the. way, he's a good framer, you know, a. framing catcher. He's also a good. blocker. That's good. But David Wells, a. great guy, a guy in the locker room, everything there. Why are you keeping. them? You've got the budget to do. something else. All of this rests on. cashmen. This is the general manager. needs to put the team together and then. the manager needs to help the team prov. mentally to do their job. I went and.
looked around. You know who the the best. general manager of the last five years. is said to be? A guy named Matt Arnold. who's doing with a bottom third uh uh. payroll in Milwaukee and driving it. And. the guy you really want, the guy you. absolutely wish you could have is a guy, you know who the best manager doing the. most with the least over the last five. years is? Not Dave Roberts. It's not Aaron Boon. It's some guy named. Cash who's in Tampa who was the catcher. that couldn't hit and turned himself.
into a player coach and a developer and. he is now absolutely. heads and tails. Everybody said he's the. best guy, but he's from Tampa. You're. probably not going to get him out of. Tampa. Really? So, there's guys out. there that the Yankees could go after. They could go after Matt Arnold, go. after Chris Antinetti in Cleveland, go. after Eric Neander. Eric Neander is not. tied to Tampa. the way cash is tied. So, it's like, hell, here you've got this.
going on. The definition of insanity is. doing the same thing over and over and. expecting a different result. You simply. haven't got the result. Terry Francona. in his rookie year, what did he do in. Boston? Terry Francona goes to. Cincinnati. What does he do in. Cincinnati? There are managers that. bring teams together that motivate. players and drive them forward. These. players are not this defense and this. what it is that part is on Aaron Boone. The team he had to work with is also on.
Cman and then the state of the minor. league system is on Cman. So I look at. it and I was like a leader has to make a. decision here. And I'm being. quantitative and I'm going to say this. and my Dodger fan friends are going to. jump on me. A strong Yankees is. important to baseball because it's just. like a strong Cowboy, a strong um uh. Green Bay, there are teams that are. important because they're pillars of a. league and when they succeed, you may.
not like it, but it's good for the. sport. Yeah, Tom, as a as a huge Yankees. fan, I came my father when he used to. drive a bus in Yoners would sneak me to. the game. Sometimes it'd be raining and. we would watch the freaking Yankees. Okay, I'm not one of the guys that just. wears a hat and goes, "No, no, it's been. 17 years." You guys understand that? Imagine having a kid and now the kid's. 17. He haven't zero. Okay, this comes. from 27 championships that this is the. New York freaking Yankees, the most. recognized hat, the pinstripe, the.
uniform, all that stuff. And you know. what the standard never was, Pat? Well, at least we made the playoffs. Are you. What if that's the attitude? And now Hal. Steinbrand is saying the majority of the. blame isn't on Aaron Brun. I'm sorry. You're the manager. You're the skipper. Okay. And yes, you have to perform in. the playoffs. Injuries kill this time. I. love how you said that. I think no, just. the New York teams in general from the. Giants to the Yankees being the worst, bro. Every day somebody's hurt. Judge. basically missed the entire season. Stan. has been hurt more than anybody. We're.
just blowing all those millions. I know. we're stuck to his contract, but the. manager still has to be that guy. Like, you make the decisions. Okay. And the. season against Tampa, he makes a. decision to put all lefties against the. righties, which I like. You got to. switch it up. It's not working. >> Who do you put it on? You put it on how. I put Boone or Cashman. Rank it. >> Cashman's on the top, Pat. >> 7030 Cashman. >> 7030 Cashman. And then And then ready. for this though. >> Cashman has been there since 98. He won. four World Series championships for. them. Hasn't won one since '09. >> Since 09. But are you ready for this.
though? And then and then right as this. as the skipper, as the manager, as as a. freaking general on the field, >> you let people like Jazz Chisum having a. freaking lollipop in his mouth during a. couple of games and Boon said something. about it. >> If hell if if Steinbrer the father was. alive, do you think he would let that. happen? No. I Where's the Where's the. pride? Where where's the fear of losing. your freaking job? Baggy ass pants and. just not nonchalant, not giving a crap. That that drives me insane. the father,
if your mustache was even further than. this, brother, he'd be like, "No, you're. go go shave it off." Like, it was very. cleancut. This is the Yankees. And Cece. Sabathia basically said the same thing. You don't you don't know the old Yankee. standard because the people that aren't. around. >> CeCe put it on A-Rod Jeter because never. at the stadium. >> They're never at the stadium. >> He says, "Back when we played Jackson, all the old-timers were there and we. were expected to win." Absolutely. That. expectation is not there. So Cece put it. on the player. >> On the player. Exactly. Show up. >> Fans are not happy with Boone. The. technical baseball fans are not happy.
with Cashman. Yep. The business owner. type of mentality. People are not happy. with Hal because they're like, "Hey, drive the hell out of this. You haven't. won since 09." And and you just had a. clip. Is this is Which clip did you. have? You had the George Steiner clip. and this one. Is this him? Okay. Play. this one real quick. So, this is a. maner. >> No, absolutely not. Absolutely not. I'm. like a Yankee fan. My foot has gone. through a number of television sets in. my time. Uh, I bleed like those guys out. there do, the fans. I mean, they hate to. see it lose and and I hate to lose. Uh,
>> you take it personally? >> Yes. Yes, I do. >> What does it say about George Steinbrer. when the Yankees lose? >> It says he's one of the worst losers in. the world. You show me a good loser and. I'll show you a loser. >> A great line. >> That's a killer line, >> by the way. So, you have to know when. you hear that, that's what they miss. >> That's what we want. to me. Do you know. do you know what comparison I will make? And it's an unfair one, but I'm going to. do it anyways. So, we get enamored with.
owners and personalities and we hope the. kids have the same fire. You know what. car just traded last week? I don't know. if I can announce it or not. Well, I can. say it, but I can't tell you who bought. it. So, the Mickey Man PSA 10 card, there's three of them. One of them the. the father passed away and the kids were. not fans of baseball cards like the. father was. Do you know one of the three. PSA 10 Mickey Mano cards traded last. week? You know, for how much? >> For $50 million. >> 50. >> Yeah. Trust me, because I was involved.
anyways for $50 million. And I was one. of the five buyers that was looking at. this card. Sold for $50 million. Do you. know why that card was sold? >> Because the grandkids are not fans. >> Do do you know when Muhammad Rasha Pali. is sitting here and we're all enamored. by his son, not Muhammad, Raza Pal, >> and I asked him a question. Do you feel like you get too much. pressure? Like people expect you to be. your father? He's like, "Yes." Said, "Do. you even want to go up? You want no. >> and then he changed and I Hal maybe just.
you know it's like it's too much. unnecessary pressure for Hal and you. know the organization just raised $2.6. billion with Apollo got a $16.25 billion. valuation. >> Great.". >> And it's not like Hal doesn't sit there. >> approving the they have the third. highest budget, right? Number one is the. Dodgers, two is Mets, three is them. Mh. >> So, it's not like he doesn't want to. spend the money to go get the players. >> Of course, he's not being cheap. >> And sometimes the problem becomes the. following, Vinnie. Sometimes if the. team, and I don't know this, sometimes. the team, the people you have in your. management team, they're your friends.
and they become family and eventually. you're afraid to fire them. >> because you have become friends with. them for such a long time. And Hal in. 1998, I don't know how old Hal is right. now, but how old was Hal in 98? Can you. type in Hal Steinbrunner's age? Hala's got to be in the mid to late 50s. He looks great, but I don't know how old. he is. Can you go a little bit lower? Okay, he's 56 years old. Yeah. So, how. old was Hal in 1998? That's what 28. years ago. >> Yeah, >> he was 28 years old. So, 28 years ago, when he was 28 years old, Cashman was a.
guy running it. So, you almost look up. to a guy like Cashman. So, it is a tough. thing to be able to do. But when you. lose for that long, the right thing to. do is to move on. in my opinion and I. I'd like to be able to say more but you. know one day you know God willing yes to. point that we have but uh anyways this. is this is extremely frustrating as a. Yankees fan to see that happening and. Tom I know you want to say one final. thing before we wrap up and move on to. the next story go for it and. >> this isn't just about the Yankees this. is about leadership and about leadership. in sport and once upon a time there's a.
man named Chuck Null who is the Yep. coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. >> and he won Super Bowl 9 Super Super Bowl. 9, Super Bowl 10, Super Bowl 13, Super. Bowl 14. He missed 11 and 12. He won. four Super Bowls in six years. And then. add this up. 7 and 9, 6 and 10, 7 and 9, 511. That was four of his last six years. They hung on to him too long because. they believed what he did all those. years ago. And you can't do it in sport.
>> Yeah. Look at what the Steelers just. did. Who did the Steelers just move? By. the way, they they then hired, by the. way, >> the the the coach, >> the main coach. >> The main guy. Wait, what did they do? >> They hired Tomlin. >> Yeah. >> And they restructured what they were. doing because they stopped just. believing in the past. And that's what. the Yankees are doing with Cashman. The. same thing that the Steelers did with. Chuck Null. Hal, you're not alone. You. know, I'm a Dodger fan, but I stood in. Randy Lavine's office because this man.
brought us to a wonderful thing. had a. great conversation about the glory of. baseball, the importance of the Yankees. You need to make the hard decisions as a. leader. >> All right, let's go to the next story. Next story I wanted to get to is three. different men. All of them having. different sets of issues. >> Okay, you ready for this one? This is. going to be a very, very weird set of. stories that we're going through, but. I'm going to read the first. So, we got. a California man, a Virginia man, and a. Florida man. Okay, let's start off with. the California man. So a California man. goes out there, claimed ICE snatched his.
wife. Police now says he killed her. So. this guy blamed ICE for snatching his. wife. After investigation, the guy. killed his own wife. Vinnie, tell us. about the story of what this guy did. Okay. >> I think his name is Gurinder Gil, 28. years old, was arrested October 14 after. investigations determined that human. remains found in neighboring Elorado. County belonging to Jasmine Gil 30. The. Sacramento County Sheriff's Office. announced Jasmine Gil was last seen at. the couple Sacramento home September.
30th and her cousin reported her missing. on October 4. During the initial. inquiry, Grinder allegedly told. investigators that immigration and. customs enforcement agents had taken his. wife into custody while she was taking. the mail. Uh Sacramento detective. subsequently contacted IC said there's. no enforcement had taken at the. residence. Investigators then noticed. several inconsistencies in a statements. and learned the couple was in the middle. of a divorce and child custody dispute. Jasmine Gil was registered nurse and a. mother to an eight-month-old son. Her. family described her in a GoFundMe.
>> uh campaign as daughter, sister, and. nurse and mother who deserves so much. more. Relatives, she said, had been. seeking a divorce to secure a safe, fresh start for herself and her baby. Vinnie. >> Um, horrible, horrible, tragic story. But you know what? It's some of the. people in the media and online were like. ice and ice and ice and then they they. turned it to ICE. And this is what. happens when they make when the left. makes ICE so demonized. They compare him. to the Gestapo. They portray them.
There's some evil kidnapping. organization off the streets. And I keep. hearing all these freaking podcasts of. all these leftists saying, "Oh my god, they're it's the Gestapo families from. Cuomo to all these guys acting as if. they weren't doing their job. They had a. mandate." When Trump said, "We're going. to get rid of the freaking illegals. We're going to get rid of them." And. then when they started getting rid of. them, it pissed me off because they. backed down because two of these people. were killed, God rest their soul, for. trying to drive over one of them. And. then the other nurse who was beating the. [ __ ] out of a car and then get holding a. gun on his hip gets shot. Okay. This guy.
gets accused of murdering his wife and. then they blame ISIS. By the way, thank. God they did their due diligence because. Elon, it could have easily been like, "Yeah, you know what? Let's find out and. and look the other way." Okay. And this. is how toxic this rhetoric has become. And while people on the left, they push. this narrative. I haven't I haven't seen. evidence that they were, you know, finding or or looking for. But it just. it drives me insane that this is the. scapegoat that you're having murderers. Think about that mentality that a. murderer who killed his wife that that.
has a freaking eight-month-old, the. first thing that comes to his head is, you know what, they're going to believe. me if I say it was Ice and look how long. it took them to actually say, you know. what, let's find out what the hell's. going. Oh, they were in What if they. didn't find out that they were in a. fight that they were having marital. problems? He would have gotten away with. it because it would have been, "Oh, it. was an ICE situation." I think it's. ridiculous, Pat. And it drives me nuts. that they that ICE is is looked at this. horribly where you can blame them for. murder and people believe it. And I go. to the next story cuz maybe your nerves. may change on the next one. So this next. one. >> unbelievable. >> Some some I mean listen alleg I don't.
want people to get upset. Some people. call this next one a hero. I'm not. saying he is but he could be a villain. or hero. But some people are saying this. guy's a hero. >> Virginia man accused of duct taping wife. on the chair so he could watch football. Okay. >> What game? >> I mean that's that's pretty that's. pretty intense. Can you imagine like. what game it is? So this man like so you. have to go a little bit deeper and say. why would somebody do such a thing. So, police arrested Richmond, Virginia man. after his wife reported him for binding. her to a chair and putting her in the. basement so he could watch football. without interruption. To all the people.
that call this man a hero, shame on you. To all the men who call this man a hero, shame on you. Okay. Then police were. called to the home of Terry Ward, 64, on. Sunday, October 11th, and arrested the. man charging with abduction and mis. misdemeanor assault and battery against. a family or household member for. forcibly restraining his wife by duct. taping her to a chair in a couple's. home, "When I arrived on scene," the. wife said stated that her husband had. tied her to a chair with tape in the. basement. A police report reads,
"According to WTVRTV, Terry stated that. he had he did indeed tie her to his wife. to the chair, so he wasn't denying it. He's not. >> and placed her down in the basement. Officers also noted that the woman said. she was trapped in the chair for nearly. an hour and had bruises and concussions, >> contusions. >> Contusions on her arms uh from being. restrained. Ward told officers that he. restrained his wife in a basement so he. could watch the game." Okay, I'm not I'm. not Wait, hold on. Cuz I'm laugh I'm. laughing because look at his photo. He.
looks like a little sneaky little. mischievous guy. By the way, it's. obviously not cool. We're not cool. Obviously, it's not cool. >> It's not cool. It's not. But could you. imagine the like like something has to. snap where you're like listen. >> 40 years of an of of. >> like you you and your stupid giants and. he's like I'm telling you one day I'm. going to have you. But I'm Tom, I'M JUST. CURIOUS IF. >> ONE MORE WORD GLATTUS TO THE MOON IF. HE'S like like I'm just curious like was. he and his mentality till halftime like.
if the cop when the cops showed up was. like listen just give me to the. two-minute warning. >> please I need to make it through the. game. YEAH. WAIT. IT'D BE FUNNY IF THE. COPS ARE LIKE, "WHAT THE HELL?" And you. hear her screaming and and they're all. like, "Okay, okay. We. >> Wait, wait. Have you ever seen the. YouTube video where the guy the the. house is on fire and the husband and the. wife are outside and she's like, "Oh my. god, my mother's downstairs." And the. guy's like, "Yeah, she's downstairs.". She's like, "You have to go rescue. them." And he's standing behind her. He's like, and the fireman's like, "What?" And then she's like he's like, "Yeah, yeah, go rescue." And she's like, "Yeah, oh my god, please." He's like,
"Don't." And then the cops go in and. they go to rescue. And she's like on the. floors there's a fire on. She's like, "You're really coming in here like that? You're really going to rescue me?" What? And then they the house is burning down. They're like, "We couldn't save her. I'm. sorry." And he's like, >> "That's a sketch.". >> Sketch on YouTube. It's hilarious. >> What do you What do you think about. this? I mean, Tom. >> Tom, you're See, I'm not married. >> First of all, like important detail. How. long have they been married to each. other? >> Didn't they say Did they say a long. time? >> Got to be a very long time. >> Oh, Pat, look at his face. >> I actually want to know how long have.
they been married to each other. Uh um. Tom, your thoughts on the story? >> Well, this is a little personal for me. Um it happened at my house. >> What happened, Tom? >> My wife duct taped me to a chair. I was. watching the Raiders. I was just. freaking out and she was worried I was. going to hurt myself. >> Oh, okay. >> Because, you know, as a Raider fan all. these years, that's where I ended up. So, I got duct taped to a chair. Later, I realized she was really doing it to. help. >> Um, no. I I think this is. >> Tom's jokes, folks. Go vote. Go vote. No, no, it's a dad joke. It's a dad.
joke. Great. I loved it. >> But it's But by the way, Raider fans. will understand. However, this year. we're losing games by three points and. we're coming up, baby. You we're coming. back. So, I think what what's here this. is a tale of two cities. One is we kind. of laugh at the lunacy of um a. relationship and thank god nobody was. like injured. Now, her she was bruised. Obviously, he was grabbing her. He was. holding her down. Okay. On one hand, we. see the lunacy of that. On the other. hand, we see unfortunately all these.
people are nodding because they're like, "Man, I wish I could do that." You know, I wish I could just I why can't I just. handcuff my my husband to the. refrigerator and then I go sit, you. know, in the other room in peace, you. know? It's kind of a lunacy about, you. know, what you would want to do. >> I don't know what you're saying, Tom. What What is the So, what do you think. about this? Do you think. >> I told you what I think? I think it's a. tale of Two Cities of America. What what. do you think about the husband duct. taping the wife? You think like. >> he can't do that, but it's.
like I you not a hero. >> No, he's not a hero. >> He kept saying he's not a hero. Tom Tom, before we start, I kept bragging about. what a hero he was. >> Making it clear to the audience. >> He is not a hero, but if he runs for. office, he's got my vote. >> Well, here's I have two questions. Two. questions. A, does she stay with him? Number one, >> have you reported it? >> Okay. And now number two, if every time. he opens up tape, does she GO, "HUH?". >> SHE'S TRAUMATIZED. >> ALL HE HAS TO DO IS GO OUT, "HONEY, >> WOMAN JUST TO DUCT TAPE my brother.".
>> You know what I want to see? I want to. see the cops faces when they come in and. they're explaining and the wife is. saying, >> "Yeah, he really duct taped me just so. he could watch football. I want Is this. them? >> Is this really them? >> They look like a great couple.". >> No, this is not them. >> Is that them, >> Connor? >> Is this a joke or is this is this. >> going to keep the. >> That's them younger. That is they've. been together for a minute. This guy was. when he was he got a brown bronze star. >> Let the guy watch football, >> dude. I can't believe her. >> Operation. >> He's a hero, guys. I'm back on the hero.
>> Flipping Bronar. He's the hero. Bronar. hero. You can watch a little bit of. foot. He was a cap. Get the cap back. >> Imagine how annoyed he is. He fought in. storm and cannot listen to her voice. He's probably has tonitis and he's. married to her. That's a purple heart. right there. >> But let me get to that. That was not. nice, Tom. Let me get to the next one. Let me get to the next one. The next. one's a little bit crazy. Okay. >> Crazy. And And when the more you read. it, you're like, there's no way this is. true. >> Florida officer found a dead man,
impersonated him for years, and. renovated his home. >> Police say. And by the way, this is a. cop. >> This is a cop we're talking about. >> And so he pays the credit card bills. He. acts like the guy is still alive. His. >> credit score is. >> Okay. Dennis West is his name was found. no relation to Dante West was found in. his Florida home during a welfare check. in July 22. Weeks later, one of his. officers who discovered his body took. possession of the property unlawfully. spent years renovating and impersonating. him. According to investigators and.
police documents, Brian Luis Sagros, 35. years old, an officer with a Lauder Hill. Police Department, was arrested Tuesday. on felony charges of official miscount. criminal use of a deceased person. identification. criminal use of personal. identification information. Offense. against a computer use an unlawful use. of a two-way communication device. Sugross presented himself to the medical. examiner officer West's friend. Though. there is no indication that Sugos knew. West, he also told the office that West. had no living family, which was untrue.
Authorities said from August 2022. through February of 20, that's almost to. three years. He cleaned and repaired the. property and paid taxes and utilities. and Weston. He claimed they spent at. least $214,000 of his own money. A. project manager contracted to replace. the doors and windows in 2024. Told. police he had no idea Wes was dead and. recalled Sug telling him Wes was. unavailable. By the way, by the way, hang on. Back. up, back up, back up. Here, one more. that paragraph. In sworn statements in.
court, Siruros maintained, "I took. possession of the property and acted. because it was hazardous and I wanted to. prevent criminal activity and people. from squatting." So, he became a. squatter. Not really. He invested a. quart million dollars into who gets to. keep the squatter. This is great. First. of all, >> I need a squatter like that in my house. He's going to come in and. >> First of all, think about this. This is. what goes through the cop's mind. This. poor guy's gone. Apparently, he's got no. family. you know, this place ain't so. bad. Yeah. And he just kind of moves in.
and does it. First of all, somewhere. someplace there's got to be an heir or a. nephew or a grandchild, somebody out. there that could have take possession of. this. And this is also. >> 30 years old, doesn't have a grandchild. So, he's a younger guy. >> But here's what I feel bad about on this. is that, you know, somebody died alone. and there wasn't even friends checking. on them. >> That is tragic. And that I look at that. and I'm like, wow, isn't that sad? It. took years because there wasn't one. friend, one clerk at a Starbucks who.
used to see you every day. And what this. talks about underline, I'm going to go a. different route here about the loss of. community in America where we used to. have people that cared about you when I. said I was going to run away and I'm. walking down the street with like two. books in my hand. Um, and it was in St. Louis, Missouri. And our neighbor goes. the other way and he rolls out the. window of his car says, "Tommy, where. are you going?" because I'm walking out. of the neighborhood where the big street. was, you know. >> Yeah. Yeah. Of course. >> And I said, "I'm running away." And he. said, "Stop right there. Get home and. your mom and I'm CALLING HER RIGHT NOW.
TURN AROUND AND WALK. TURN AROUND AND. WALK." HE DIDN'T GET OUT OF his car. But. you know what? I listened to him. You. want to know why? Cuz he had moral. authority. He was a neighbor. He was my. friend's father. And I turned around and. walked back. What that microcosm I take. here? Not one friend, not one family, nobody there. and a cop can basically. move into the house after the dead guy's. taken care of by the medical examiner. and nobody knows. That's the tragedy. that there's no community left in. America in so many ways.
>> You know what pisses me off the most. about this story. >> beyond the hysterical angle here? Like. when I say live like it drives me crazy, the guy dies, you do all this stuff, you're paying the taxes, you're. freaking, you know, his credit score. probably went up. You paint the house. baby blue. Like what type of psychotic. responsible psycho? What the how ugly of. a color are you going to paint the bro? You had an opportunity here to go for it. and you picked that color. Unbelievable. I think what do you think about this? >> Well, I think Tom actually touched on.
something I didn't even think about. which is tragic and it is happening in. America. There is a a breakdown of. community and people are alone more and. more it's leading to higher rates of. depression. and I spend time in Portugal. every year and I find like there just a. short amount of time I spend there. people are involved in my life like. there you walk outside and people talk. to each other so that's something that. would be nice to bring back I do find. this story this is going to sound crazy. anywhere else in the country I would. have said this is completely insane. Florida doesn't even make my top 10 list. of this week for what's going on. >> but where is his name by Elon where is.
>> there's like a crocodile that ate. somebody that got pregnant guy. >> that's what I'm saying he's. >> Florida cop we're moving we're moving. beyond Florida man the Florida cop I. didn't think like you're what like what. are you doing? There is a timeline on. that. You're not going to be able to do. that for 20 30 years. >> But Pat 3 years is it guys after year. one you know he's like oh I'm I'm Gucci. >> I'm golden. No one's coming. >> No not one neighbor was like hey where's. where's what's his name? Like who are. you? And he's like no I'm I'm a cousin. >> I'm a cop. >> Yeah. Not one like hey can we borrow.
some sugar? Can we do something? Like. that's that and that just goes to show. you, bro, the level of people like cuz I. think he got cuz the body was gone and. they. >> well they found the body. They said. there's a whole thing in my head that. I'm trying to figure out. They find the. body. He's obviously the body. >> he has a cardiac something. He's gone. He just grabbed he was like, "Oh, this. is a nice house." I mean, by the way, go. take a look at what he was doing. The. police were called to what's called a. welfare check. They He was called. >> to a welfare check. Who called for the. welfare check? >> Aunt Louise from Iowa City. Iowa or.
something. >> No. Well, it could it a lot of these. like so there's like food plant services. that come by and every week deliver food. to people. >> You got any Okay, so here's a question. for you. Maybe this is a weird question. to ask. >> How long. can you go missing and not talking to. the top 10 people on your friend and. family list until people say what. happened to you? Honestly, like I want. you to think your life. >> How many days can you go and not like. me? You think about I can guarantee you.
in the in the two hours I've been here. my phone's off. People have been. checking on me. Where you at? What are. you doing? >> Wait, hold on. I got. >> about how long? >> I got an assessment. You. >> if I don't hear from you for how many. days? >> What do you mean days, Pat? How many. days? You're sending me text question. marks after literally hours. I'm not in. this in this room. It's hour. You're. minutes. >> The fact that this guy for three years. lives in the place. >> Was this guy like part of the Delta. Force? Was he CIA? Was he a like lowkey.
MSAD agent that no one's checking on. him? Like who was he for three years for. your own family, cousins, brothers, sisters, girlfriend, exes, enemies, built like no one? The maximum. >> even you have a home, you're working. There has to be some kind of engagement. >> 48 hours over a weekend. >> Like if you said, "Hey, I'm going to go. LA see my mom and 48 hours over weekend. and I notice, hey, you know what? It's. Sunday. I didn't even get one tweet from. Vinnie. I know he's in LA with his mom. Why didn't I get one tweet from him?". Yeah, Monday podcast. So that would be.
the maximum max. There are people who. just have no one in their life. >> That's lonely. It doesn't make sense. You go after six hours. >> So then let's do this. Let's do this. Let's go to the last story and we'll. wrap up. LeBron James. >> Oh god. >> He's playing in a game. They're playing. a national anthem and what he's doing is. practicing his golf swing. I want you to. watch us here. Go for it. Go ahead. >> Play this. all the other guys to his right. He's. the example.
>> and he's. >> I'm I'm practicing. >> during the national anthem. That's what he's doing. Okay. So, anyways, you can pause this here. The. president reacts to it. If you can get. the clip that I sent you earlier, this. is what the president had to say about. it. Watch this. >> About LeBron James. Did you see that. deal? No, he's doing during the national. anthem, he's practicing his golf swing.
He's practicing. I said, "What the hell. is that?" No, it's a big scandal kind of. a story. What's it all about? I don't. understand it. I don't understand it. We. conducted large numbers of military. >> Okay. So, he says this and then and then. LeBron's being asked about it and here's. what LeBron had to say. Go for it. >> How do you feel about the fact that the. Trump again tried to take shots at you? >> Say that again. Unrelated to the game, how do you feel again that Trump tried. to take shots of you at a speech tonight. while you were playing as well. >> as Yeah. It must slow news day at the. office, you know. Slow news day in the.
office. >> Mhm. Chris. >> No. >> No. It's no. So, why why does it piss. you off? Why? >> Number one, because it's not even a what. you saw with like uh Kaepernick back in. the day, all like the I'm going to sit. down for the This is even one step. further. It's a total disregard. It's. like it's like almost it's not even. protest. It's just an FU to everyone. essentially who cares about this. country. Like you can't even. acknowledge. It's not even a form of. protest. It's just I don't even care. I'm I'm above all of this. I'm better. than this. It just reads like it it's.
super disgusting to me. >> Could it Could it be somebody make the. argument of a LeBron fan fence saying he. was so locked in and that's what it was? >> He was like he wouldn't do it on purpose. to make fun of the national anthem. Some. LeBron supporters may say that. What do. you say to that? >> I don't buy it. >> You don't buy it? Okay. Because let me. show you two different things. So this. is him. He didn't walk off. He didn't. sit down. He didn't kneel. He just. practiced a swing. But the WNBA. championship game when it's taking. place, the moment it comes to singing a. national anthem, this is what the WNBA. players actually did. So there's a two. difference. One, he stays. He's.
practicing his swing. Doesn't sit down. These guys, look what these ladies do. Go for it. Ladies and but ladies, >> they leave the court. >> Yes. As an obvious sign of protest. Morsette sings the national anthem and. then they come back in. So. do you consider both the same level of. insult? >> They're fundamentally different kinds of. >> Tell me what you mean by that. >> One one is a obvious sign of protest. which I still disagree with or are or I.
think if number one people are tired of. politics and sports. They're tired of. politics and entertainment I think and. all this stuff. But one is an obvious I. have a problem with the current. administration or I have a problem with. something specific. I'm going to leave. and make that demonstration. >> Yeah. >> Which I still disagree with. Then you. have LeBron, which if you said if it's. just absolute disregard, that on many. levels is almost worse because it just. shows that you're just so detached from. what our country stands for and what our. country does that I don't they read. differently to me. But they're both. >> Here's my question. WNBA, what are they.
pro there's no BLM? There's no nothing. What are what are you guys protesting. that the world hates you? Wasn't there. something also with like trans rights in. >> Yeah. Well, by the way, and that's Caner. tried to go yesterday to a a signed paid. for seat. They wouldn't let him into. into the arena. He had a t-shirt that. says, "By the way, um what is a woman or. whatever?" But and and by the way, this. is the W. How many times are is this dis. do they disgust me? Number one, this.
league like with everything that's. happening, you're hemorrhaging money and. all this freaking stuff. hat. Nobody. even know. Did anybody here know that. the finals for the WNBA was even. happening? No. The Atlanta Dream and the. Golden State Valkyries. I can't name one. team. I just read it out loud. I don't. even know. Okay. But they have a rule. book. Did you know this, Pat? The WNBA. and the NBA have a rule book, Tom, that. says, and I quote, "Players, coaches, trainers are to stand and line up in a. dignified posture along the sideline or.
on the foul line during the uh playing. of the national anthem." Okay, that's. why I have a problem. Okay, respect the. the freaking anthem. That's what you're. supposed to do. People are buying. tickets. Show some respect for the. country that gave you this freaking. opportunity where you're playing an. inconsequential game. You playing a. putting a ball in a in a hoop doesn't. mean anything in the grand scheme of. this freaking uh world. You know what I. would do, Pat? And you said at the. beginning before we started, you you. want to do this nonsense, you're going. to be fined. Do it again, you're going. to be suspended. And if you're the.
commissioner, where's your freaking. backbone? Why aren't you enforcing a. rule that we didn't make it up? That's. your rule. And I'm sick of these. athletes trying to act like they're. freaking loyalty. And and to LeBron. James, not to cut you off, Elon, you. know how he disgusts me, you're one of. the reasons, LeBron, that the NBA is. going downhill, okay? Because of you. And until he retires, it's not going to. go up. And this is what makes even worse. for LeBron. Great point that I I told. Pat yesterday. You play for the 76ers. You know why they're called the 76ers? 1976.
Philadelphia, the city where the. Declaration of Independence was adopted. And LeBron, you're born in Akran, Ohio. He had a, you know, childhood, whatever, with his dad and his mom. If he was born. somewhere out of this country, if he was. born in Sudan, okay, some poor country, you think anybody would know who LeBron. James' name? No. Okay, you were born. here. This freaking amazing country gave. you the opportunity. He made how much? $580 million NBA salary, more than a. billion in endorsement. Forbes estimate. worth 1.4 billion. You became the first. active NBA player in history to become a.
billionaire. But when the national. anthem is on like that, you know what. that's saying to me? He knows the world. is watching. He knows everybody there is. going to talk about it. That shows to me. this isn't the first time he's done it, by the way. He did this last year as. well. I don't give a damn about this. He. has the attitude of Michelle Obama, Barack Obama. This place sucks. >> But Vinnie, it's the exact uh identity. breakdown of America that we've been. talking about. It comes through. entertainment. It comes through sports. It's all in on some level by design that.
these people have been convinced that. this is what they can do and should do. So again, I think it's a much bigger. problem. It is all part of that. globalist ideal. People do look up to. LeBron James. People do look up to these. people. >> Yeah. Which I don't I'm not a big idol. What Tom? Because I'm I'm pissed off Tom. because men and women died defending the. freedom that allowed you to be you, LeBron James. >> So I have a different take. If I was. president, I would pick up one of those. groovy pens and I would do the. following. Okay, you want to run a. private business enterprise, conduct it.
the way you want to privately. You want. to have, you know, the public buying. tickets to your private business. Okay, the public can buy or not buy tickets. And if you're not going to sing the. national anthem. >> or stand, you're going to you're going. to create an issue. But if you're. sitting in a stadium that was in part. built with public money where there was. tax breaks given to that stadium, there. were loans given to that stadium from. the cities. Excuse me. All of that money.
leads back to Pat, the taxpayers, the. taxpayers of the United States of. America and of that state. So we'll do. it this way. You get to give up all your. antitrust exemptions so you negotiate. broadcast rights. There's stacks of laws. and a Supreme Court justice case on free. agency. Buoie [ __ ] versus Kurt Flood. Kurt Flood won. And they also found a. little loophole that doesn't apply to. the NFL. So all the leagues have been. getting all of their all of their their.
their. Sundays with whipped cream and nuts on. the top in the form of exemptions. You. can do whatever you want. No more. exemptions. and find a way to pay for. that stadium so it's not being paid with. taxpayer money and you don't have a tax. break at the arms of the taxpayers. Give. up all that now. Do whatever the hell. you want. Have your people do what they. want. Wear swastikas for all I care and. see if somebody will buy tickets. But if. you're going to sit there and do this.
one is systemic. The WNBA is. systemically allowing the procedure to. be teams off the court, teams come back. LeBron James is what? Fourth best player. in NBA history behind, you know, Jordan. and Kobe and Wilt. So, you're here this. long-term pillar and yet you're going to. go and do this. Come on, dude. You can't. see what's there. You don't have the. same attitude that Jordan had that said, I got my feelings, but Republicans buy.
shoes, too. But I on the systemic level, that really pisses me off. On the. individual level, it just disappoints. me. And I will never, nobody I know will. buy his jersey or support him. personally. And that's a choice I can. make cuz I'm a consumer. I can take this. product. I can take that product. But. systemic pisses me off. >> Yeah. No question about it. Okay gang.
