Coco Jones Calls Out Marco on Jay-Z Lies, Baby Mama Drama & His Wedding Invite
Could you play like a thug? Yep. The money in the car. So, I'm going to tell you like this. If you with my. you'll get up. And I mean that. I got a pistol for a reason. And I don't. want to shoot this. But I damn well blast this. I'm not mad at it. Right. Not mad at it. depending on the project. Gangster.
>> [music]. [music]. >> This episode is brought to you by Intuit. TurboTax. I'm broke. >> What position did you play? Why you say. it? What What's the inflection part? >> Do you want me to HELP YOU OR. WHAT, AND I'M LIKE, DAMN. >> GODDAMN, ain't nothing else to watch. I'm sick of this show. Take the hair. from the people who have it, God. >> There was no gun. Yeah, I did.
Yeah. But these people are trying to. label people. That's like you. You just. like this artist like you, actress. You're entertainer. You know how to. entertain through music, >> Mhm. acting, Mhm. and on even, you know, now you're at courtside. Now you got to. entertain and look cool. Mhm. Can't even. just they taking your emotions. Like you. can't look mad. You just got to like. >> I try to do a balance because I like to. be able to see him when I'm doing. concerts or something. Like, [music] am. I eating this up? So, you know, I try to. do the same, but sometimes I'm like, this too much. Yeah. >> This too much. And if I ain't got an. outfit then I really ain't got to go.
Yeah. [music] Mhm. Did we start? >> you give a backstory about how y'all met. or is that like too much? >> we on? Is it on? What is it What on? >> Are we starting right now? Is it on? Oh, this naturally. Oh, is it [music]. There's no intro? I mean, we are the. intro. >> Okay, very good. Um how we met. So, we actually met at. this event like this party or whatever. And I guess he wasn't He had like. assumed I wasn't messing with him. So, he was feeling very reluctant to come up. to me, but his dog I call his dog 2%. >> Like us. [music] You think so? Guys yes. it's like it's a lot of pressure to.
number one you got to understand you are. a superstar so it's just like. I'm even learning now like how do you. approach people with like all the way up. here you know it's like. how do you approach it's not yeah. exactly because y'all not doing the. approaching we are so it's like. we don't know what the storyline is who. you dating or what if it's like too much. energy stuff or what if you just kind of. like nah like you know what I'm saying. so it's hard to figure out the ropes. I. do think unpopular opinion I think we as. women sometimes make it harder.
>> [music]. >> because like we're not thinking about. the you know the backstory of them. walking up to us so even if you do got a. man like you ain't got to be like. you know you can be like oh I'm so. sorry. >> [music]. >> Then that's embarrassing too like No. it's not. it's like it's just it was just not your. truth it's not your timing you know. [music] then you like think of it. positive you're one step closer to your. person are you in a relationship? No. >> [music]. >> Okay period. Cuz it's hard to try to I. still like even now yeah let me ask you. this like celebrity friends the fact how.
do you pick like how who's the last. person you became with like celebrity. like damn we really friends now how did. it go? Ooh I mean I think of a couple I. think of Ella and then I think of Ciara. >> Okay so let's go to Ciara how did the. bond start like and you realize now. we're friends? >> [music]. >> Okay well I have met her on a couple. different occasions then we share a hair. stylist and my hair stylist Devante he. was like. Oh I think we when we saw each other the. next time it was like oh my god let's. just let's just you know give each other. your number but Ciara did it because I.
feel like if they're the you know Yeah. Bigger one I'm like I ain't going to ask. you for your number like. so she did it. I don't want to get clout I don't want. to get clout chase up. But it's still. like okay so I get what you're saying. too. >> that I want to get ducked cuz if it was. like a girl that I felt like it wouldn't. look weird for me to ask for her number. I'd be like oh my god girl we should be. I say this all the time we should be. friends well I used to say it all the. time cuz now I got be more juicy. Hello. But anyway, oh my god, we should be. friends. That's different. Wow, so. that's how guys start. >> she's nice. And then y'all can meet in. bathrooms like doing makeup.
>> Yes, or like be like be like, "Oh my. god, you're so pretty. Oh my god, you're. so pretty. We should be friends.". Imagine dudes doing that. Man, you. handsome. You handsome. Let's be. friends. >> Nah, that Yeah. >> That's what I say. As men, we can't like. I would love to be Dave Chappelle's best. friend, but how do I come out and make. it happen? Um, I don't know what that's. all about. >> know what I'm going to do. I'm going to. call her and say, "What you doing?" Like. How do you guys become friends? I feel. sad for y'all cuz you guys don't talk. enough to each other and to yourselves. >> And you got to know how to do it. Not to. make them like. >> video games. It's scary, you guys. Right?
>> processes. How do you guys become. friends? How did you become friends with. your friends? Were you guys just at. school together? So it was like, "I. guess I'll talk to you cuz you sitting. right here in class.". >> like cuz people just naturally like. >> [music]. >> can just be like. in the same room by classes and that, but when it comes to somebody like. >> [music]. >> like for instance like. Jay-Z like he had like our best friend. >> Huh? Jay-Z DM'd you? Oh, I thought you. said he's your Yeah, he asked me to be. my best friend. Jay-Z did. He DM'd me. >> [music]. >> And why you look like that? Jay-Z asked you to be his best friend? >> That's what I'm saying. >> Beyoncé's husband? Yes. Oh, She he.
Now, come on cuz we were being real. I. was trying to get to know you. Now you. playing. >> I'm not playing. I'm trying to tell you. it was different. Okay, Jay-Z DM'd you. Okay, now I know you playing. >> know if it's him or not though. yes, you do. He ain't got no spam? It could be you. >> He'll DM people to be his friend. They. probably waiting right there to be his. friend. Anyway, what day. >> conversation said? The Rock. So I. thought it was serious. You play so bad. You play so bad. That but I'm confused.
I don't know if I should use the number. or not cuz I don't know if it's kid. playing behind it or if it's him. But first of all, we playing. You know. you playing right now. Anyway, I'll. speak to the real of it. The real of it. is if you feel like somebody is a cool. vibe, you know, and really Don Lemon be. telling me this that I need to do better. of just asking. Worst thing people can. say is they know. >> best friend. Can you make us be best. friends then? I can't promise anything. I can't. promise, but it's good that you asked. I'll put some word in. I'll put the word. in. I can't make any promises though. You.
Ain't none of this promised. So. before the episode, can you like I just. like what's up, man? Like Yes, I'm going. to be like, you know what? I was on. Funny Marco's podcast. It was. >> you can't do it right like before we. leave like FaceTime him and then like. the world seeing this. Like. >> But he's got a game right now. He's he's. on a game. I'll be like, "What are you doing?" And. then he's like, "What's up?" Then I'll. call and say. But the game is not that. important when you got friends, man. >> [laughter]. >> Sorry. You know, you're right in a. sense. Work is not that important.
>> stop everything right now to be your. best friend. She work at Papa John's. She going to stop that job [laughter]. to be cool to you. I'll call her right. now. Um And she'll be your best friend. She That's what I'm saying. When it's. important, you're going to stop doing. what you're doing. >> [music]. >> Drop everything. Craig's in trouble. Okay. Yo, you played so bad. What are we. talking about right now? Friendship. Yes, we are. >> You know Woody and Buzz Lightyear became. friends, right? They did, but that was. that was They were just They They just. worked together.
>> Like that movie. Who is the main. character of Toy Story? Wow. Okay, we're. going there. Um. To me it's Andy cuz all of this revolves. around his life. >> No, I'm talking about in kids. Huh? >> I'm in in in the toys. [music]. Who are the toys? Yeah, who the toys? Who is. I mean Woody to me. You feel like he was there first. >> see, everybody don't think that. Who y'all. think the main character is? Who would. y'all say? Woody. I like [snorts] Buzz. I like Buzz, too. Yeah. Woody. What are we talking about? >> See, I have now it's a debate. See?
Okay, but Buzz was just all new and. shiny. You got to go with where the OG. was at. You know what? Where where who started. it? Look on the bottom of his shoe. What are we talking about? I think that. this is a I think this is a you know. we're going to go somewhere with this. I. would say that this whole debate it is. really telling of how [music] some. people perceive relationships because. Woody was there first. He was the OG and. maybe he's not as like exciting or tech. savvy or all new and fancy and sparkly.
But you got to you know you can't let. that discourage you from the OG. Because he's the freaking competition. Mhm. That's the plight. Who's the one? Who's the main one? You went back to Andy. I always go back. >> even around. Andy was I don't know what. he was doing. He didn't even go to. school. Oh. He [laughter] definitely went to school. That's why he wasn't there. That's why. they got to wake up. >> He was selling drugs. >> [laughter]. >> Tax season is near and when you file for. taxes.

friend I had a crush on her. Mhm. Ooh, I. used to want her. Mhm. She was so nice. She used to feed me. Mhm. She called me baby. I'm like, she's. with me. She's [clears throat] like, "Come here, baby." I'm like, "Yeah.". >> Ew, that's what grandmas say. No, her. friend. That's what grandma ladies say. "Come here, baby." That's what grandma. ladies say. And you like that? >> me baby? Unless you she tried to. with You were a baby. No. >> She called you by what you were. >> No, I was 25. And you liked your grandma's friend? She.
like She came on to me first. You can't just call You want people. calling you baby? No, they can't. They. got to respect you. That's what she. should did to me. I I think it's a term. of endearment and. I think you took that too far. >> me sound like deer meat. I don't know. Endearment. Endearment. It's like a a. puppy love. >> your vocabulary words from? Um You been smart all your life? No. No. But I do My mom is really, really. smart. My mom is really smart and she.
like runs a She ran a lot of businesses. when I was growing up, including like. helping me run my life, me, the. business, or whatever. So, I learned a. lot from her. >> So, like what's your Where are you from. again? Tennessee. Tennessee? >> Mhm. Oh. Where are you from? Uh Kansas. City. So, you like right there. Wow, you. came from the mud. Tennessee? Yeah. I said respect. I'm just saying it ain't. easy. Like the trenches? Section 8? Mhm. No, I wouldn't even I'm. not even going to claim that as my. backstory. That's not That's not where I. was I wasn't raised at. >> With respect to Tennessee. I was more.
raised like in the country, like I would. nothing around. Nothing around. Nothing. around. Like there was like a barn up. there. Take the actual mud. Yeah. Like. the the ground. >> So, how did you find How did you get. found? How did I get found? Well, so Nashville, I was living in like, you know, outskirts outskirts, but Nashville, you. know, was on the come up-ish and there's. a country music there and, you know, there were like things there were little. things. So, my mom, a businesswoman, she. would do the research. She would ask. around and I mean, you just do little by.
little by little. Like I was I started. doing like background work, you know? No. lines. And then, you know, you get a. line and then you get a character name. You're not just girl one, you know? You. get two lines. >> So, did you did you traveling to like. LA, Atlanta, like Yes, I did travel. Once I maybe like was. 10 11, then I would go to pilot season, which You know pilot season is? You. acting stuff. You know pilot season. Not. yet. You don't act? Yes, you do. I. haven't got a gig yet. I got one gig and. that was like a scene. It was like, "Oh, man." And then the camera forgot off of.
me. That's a scene. Yeah. >> That's part of your resume. >> Uh. >> [music]. >> everything counts. Everything You got to. start somewhere. >> nowhere yet. It ain't got you nowhere? Not yet. I had a guy come up to me like, "Man, you killed that oh, man.". And they probably won't, but it's like. the growth. It's. >> Why you play probably? Because. >> Now you wishing on a downfall. No, I'm just proud of being realistic with. you. >> here. It's your podcast. >> Oh, you right. PLEASE. >> [laughter]. >> ANYWAY, ANYWAY, PILOT season is when.
there's a lot of things casting. This is. like pre-pandemic. So, you would go into. a lot of auditions. And I did that for. years. So, do you feel like it's hard. with [music]. music and also being good at music and. acting and also now just being like a. public eye personality? You got all. these things going against you and. nowadays they try to put people in a box. and they're just like, "Which one?". Well, which box is my truth's truest. one? But you could do everything. Yeah. >> It's your truth. You know what? Um, I. think the biggest, weirdest part is.
[music] in my internal world. Like the. external, I'm like, I never even I don't. even know y'all. So, y'all are assuming. something about me. I don't, you know, I. don't we don't know each other. personally. Assume away. Yeah. But it's. the inner world that changes so much. that like I think affects [music] me the. most. Like which friendships have to go, which family members. >> [music]. >> have to go. Like who do who am I and. like how do I move now? And I just can't. [music] be like, "Oh my god, me and my. girls we going out." Like where are we. going? What's the what's the given? What's the setup? Da da. The inner world for me I think is the.
hardest part because I like where I'm. from, you could go anywhere. Nobody's. checking for you. >> Yes. Nothing but mud out there. Nothing. but mud and like a couple billy goats, you know? So, nobody's checking for you. But now I feel [music] like everywhere I. go I I have to I have been telling. myself you every everywhere you go is a. stage. So, Okay. That's that's that's. that's that's that's that's that's. that's. My mom does that too. It's so funny. It's called respect. I love that. I love. that. I mean Yeah, you cut me off. I cut. you off? >> Right now. I already raised my hand. You got to.
raise your hand too. >> me off from my point and so I was saying. you got it. And then I was acknowledging. that I love the respect of the. Thank you. That's what I used to do in school. You. raise my hand. I used to be musty too. They like, "Put it down." Put your hand. down. Why would you say that? You. couldn't have paid me to say that. >> What I was musty? Yeah. I didn't want to. depend on nothing. So, I didn't want. deodorant. So, back to what I was. telling you. It's like when I go to TJ Maxx, they be. like, "What you doing in here?" I'm. like, "Bitch, I'm catching deals.". You don't go to TJ Maxx. >> Yes. Oh, wow.
You really do? >> And Marshalls. What you get from there that really. eats? Yeah. What you get? >> I can't say eats. Okay, what you get? What type of What are you looking for in. there? >> Pillows. I got king-size mattresses. Okay, I thought you would Okay, no. shade. No shade. Let me. Now they Yeah, period. I don't want to. be shade I don't want to shade nothing. No shade. Yeah, cuz the TJ Maxx. community will come. And and listen, TJ. Maxx call me right now. We can work I. will do I do okay? Yeah. No, but I. wanted I wanted to know what you shop.
for in that specific video. >> They go to Target. They be they just act. like you can't go nowhere no more. Go. Would you. You was allowed to do it and not me? I was trying to be res. >> [laughter]. >> Can I? All right. So, would you describe. yourself as confident or would you. describe yourself as like overly ahead. of the so nobody can say it to you. and affect you? My turn. Okay. Um I'm confident in my own way cuz I.
know God made me this way. And if he made it, go argue with him. I like that. You got to rest. >> like I couldn't talk. I don't know why I. did that. I love that. And no, I don't. >> [laughter]. >> The. We can't cuss on here. >> What? You can't cuss on here. >> That's not true at all. I know. Anyway, um. >> favorite cuss word? Ooh, I probably I just thought of. the Miranda Cosgrove You know that meme? The Miranda Cosgrove meme. She's like, I.
do cuss a little. Yeah, I know. And. what's your favorite cuss word? She's. like, probably I love her for. that. Um honestly, I think it's either. or. That's what's up. >> Yeah. You know I don't get a clip of me. saying it. But you can listen to it in. my music, okay? It's in there once or. twice. Uh What's yours? My favorite cuss word. is cuz I'm always up. Aw. >> Yeah. Your words are powerful. I. wouldn't keep saying that. No, I'm No, no, I'm saying up. But up.
turns up into good things. And that's. how you spin that. Yeah. >> And that's how you SPIN THAT. I'M PROUD. OF YOU. You did it. >> video that you shot right at the picnic. and everything. Oh, on site? >> That was dope. >> Why did you like that? It was just. different. It gave a lot of ADHD. It was. all over the place. Showed your acting. >> [laughter]. >> Um What? I definitely feel like I could. have been in that video cuz it was. everywhere. I'm like, what is going on? And I liked it because it was all over. the place. If you haven't checked it. out, make sure you take the time to go. check it out. Make sure you like, comment, subscribe under Coco Jones. Yeah. Let's get back to it. Okay. Okay.
Well, a compliment is a compliment. Thank you very much. Do you go to. therapy? Do you value therapy? >> going to go to therapy, but what if Who. the going to deal with the. therapist when they got problems? The. therapist goes to their therapist. Then. that's just Then we all need to sit down. and talk. We all need to sit down and. talk. >> Then that's double payment. I ain't got. that type of money. >> have to pay the therapist's therapist. You pay your therapist, and then you let. them worry about them. >> And then everybody can be in a room. telling their feelings. Not everybody's in there. It's just you. and the therapist. >> Ain't never happened, so how you know? I. do therapy. You do? Yes. How much would. you charge me?
To. for you for me to work for you and be. your therapist? Yeah. Since you already. doing it, give me a discount. See And whatever she telling you, just. tell me. I ain't even going to say I don't want. to give a discount because, you know, I'm a black-owned business, so you need. to pay the full amount. Support our. community. That's why. Support our community. >> Oh, wow. I thought you was Mexican. >> [laughter]. >> People say black-owned business. Oh, I. see. Huh? No, when people say label like we. see it. Yes. So, support a black-owned. business. You're trying to get a. discount just cuz you black. No, but. again. >> White people don't give a discount just.
cuz a white people white. >> Because I'm giving you If you discount, I'mma give you money and I'm taking a. half and I'mma support other black. discount. >> So, you I am. I'mma spread my money. >> I just don't even have If that was a. Anyway, that's If it was given that, we. would see that in the world. Yeah. Everybody be wanting a discount. I don't. like that. Pay the full price. That's. >> business for a reason. This. >> in the business, right? That's facts. [laughter] And it's count. You going to. have to count this. I'mma start walking around with pennies, so I'mma stop changing. Oh, never mind. That was not good. Man, what? Do you have ADHD? Yeah. Okay,
period. You take medicine? I want to. take Adderall. You do? >> But somebody was like, you slow you. down. You going to change. And then. somebody was like, you going to be. hungry. I hear so many things. But I'mma try it, though. I mean, I have I don't have ADHD. I've. never tried Adderall. Your videos got. ADHD, a lot of them. A lot of them? It's. a lot of things going on. A lot of my. videos? Or just the one you mentioned? Uh a couple more. We go down the list. You don't even Don't even act like. you've seen more than the one video, first of all. >> No, first of all, I have your music. downloaded. in my phone. >> Oh, really? What's your favorite song of.
mine? It's off the head of my mind. I'mma tell you. Cuz I'm not good with. remembering things. Hold on. Coco Jones. Mhm. Okay. Let me tell you the one I was. thinking of. >> even know how to spell it because he's. so unfamiliar with it. Yeah, it sound familiar. Do you get your nails done? Yeah, I do. >> Good for you. I'm proud of you. >> right, look. It was a song This was the. one that you came up with. Is it. uh I mean, I'mma get copyrighted if I. Are you going to uncopyright it if I. play your music? >> Yeah, I don't own it. My label does. No, you own it. >> to email them. It was a You had it as a.
as a single. What's the single that you. put out before you dropped the album? The one I put out before I talk about. Taste? Here we go. >> Is it Taste? It's the one that you was. talking on. Here we go. >> that a lot. Here we go. This cover. What was it going for? That's a beautiful look. Oh, thank you. so much. >> like a story behind the look? With your. covers? Mhm. Huh? With your covers? Uh. no. I'm not even going to lie. Like. because I was just so freshly signed. >> Okay, that one Storyline? Storyline. Okay. Mhm. It was a It was sickening. That was the.
storyline. Sickening? It looks great. What does that mean? It looks great. Sickening. It was sickening. Why not. more? It's dope. Okay. Yeah, Why Not. More is like So basically that That has. a storyline. Basically. it's a bunch of different styles. Like. there's like a. islandy type song. There's like some. more pop stuff. What's the last time you spent money on. a lady? Mhm. I gave a girl $100. What was the context? >> Gas money.
Okay. She went to go see her. Ain't that supportive? So, you gave her the gas money to go see. her man? After she left me, yeah. Ooh. No, she picked up the hundred. Huh? She. picked up the hundred. We made a bet. All right. Did you know. What was the bet? That she wouldn't get. caught? >> [laughter]. >> No, it was just like just just betting. around. I was like, I bet you won't pull up. She.
said, bet I will. I was like, bet a. hundred. She really did. She took the. money and left. >> Ooh. >> Yeah, I got finesse. Well, you know. what? You're a man of your word for even. standing on the bet. Yeah, I'm a. gentleman of my word. >> That's wonderful. Okay, so was that the. the only time you gave a woman money? Okay, period. The song is called. Lovergirl. Basically, it's about how you. know, this my man turned me into a. lovergirl. Mhm. And it's like the. storyline of what I was before and then. you turned me to a lovergirl. But, you. know, it's really lighthearted and fun. and it's kind of like setting the tone.
for like how I want this roll out to be. It's like the beginning stages, you. know? And then my. more songs on my project will be like. the real other relationship. But, I just. wanted to start with how it starts. You're all giddy and you're all hyped, you know? And you're just like excited about this. person. Mhm. Yeah. >> Oh, hold on. I'm. really trying to get to know you. >> Okay. All right. I've been in love. before. Um. Yeah, I've been in love before. >> All right, and you know what? You ain't.
even got to make a story about it if. it's just you need to bring it over. there. I want to know the story, but if. it's real and not pretend. >> Everything I say is real. No. It sounds like Jay-Z I was going. too far. Yeah. >> So, you really bet a lady that she could. come over there and she bet she wouldn't. and she got her old man and she went. over there just to get the $100 and she. left? Yeah, that's real. I said only the Jay-Z thing I lied. about. Uh-oh, got another call. I wonder who. this Who is this one? Oh, it's baby mama number two. That's.

You make music cuz you bored. Um. I guess. >> how good you are. I'm just saying it's. just like this ain't no this ain't. that I'm pushing for. You're not like. trying to be like I'm going for number.

I feel. like you express your feelings too in. your jokes, but not because you're. bored. >> it is. I'm just saying I'm number one. It's not I don't have a goal. When you. have a goal, it's a lot of pressure. >> have a goal? You just said you're trying. to get a Sprite deal. Stop. Okay, that's. different. How is that different? >> I get that, I don't ever have to do this. again. >> [laughter]. >> That's not necessarily true. It could be. a one-off. Yeah, depends. Yeah. No, cuz. I want to meet the Sprite headquarters. Okay.
>> And I got a bigger idea than calling it. Sprite. >> [laughter]. >> You got another drink? Yeah. Yo, You know what I really want? I want to. invest into own toilet paper cuz people. wipe their ass every day. I think that's. a great idea. >> Yeah, cuz people like. everybody need it. You know what? And. like how do you get into that? How do. you get into that? You going to make a. toilet paper and and put it on TikTok. shop? All the big All the big dogs are. the big dogs. Wow, now you're thinking. That's a good idea. Don't do that. Oh. I mean, don't do that. Stick to.
>> You do the funny stuff. Do not make no. toilet paper. Unless it has jokes on it. and then it could Hold on, man. I'm. about to give you an idea. It could be. like No. Wipe that ass. No, that sounds kind of gross. I was. going to say full of All full of. >> Is that not funny? Yeah, that's all. right. >> But double check. I feel like somebody. already done made that. >> [sighs]. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's kind Copyrighting, you know. There's so much of everything. There's. so much of everything. You really You. really really are you. Thank you. Yeah. Some people just know. how to like turn theyself like into. somebody else like AI, but you really.
like you. Well, I feel like, you know, I. tried to be like whatever the hell I. thought. >> Who? Nixi. Nixi? Yeah. What's that? I don't know. Sound good. >> Is that a word? You just saying things? >> Let me ask Chat GPT. I'm asking you. You said it out just. like with your chest. I don't know. I. just be like to say Let me have. it. Go buy. Come on, let's go. So, you was mad about me interrupting. you. And then I raised a hand you got. mad. Then I'm talking and you're not. even saying words. in the middle.
Did you mean mixi like in the mix? THAT'S WHAT I MEANT. OH, OKAY. ARE YOU LYING? NO, that's not what. I'm saying. I just I'm saying sometimes. All right, I I have a I'm not going to. call it speech impediment, but it's just. hard for me to say words that people. usually say. Like, you know what I'm. saying? Caterpillar. You being dead ass. No, I'm serious. And. then somebody said I said onch your own. Who? Onch. Like the color onch. You talking about. other I mean, orange? You talking about.

Well, why don't you maybe send. >> No, that ain't the baby mama. Oh, okay. Future. baby mama. Wow, does she know? No. Okay. You got to have a contract. Contract. Oh, okay. No, I'mma adopt. though. I'mma adopt kids. You should try. too. [clears throat] We should go I.
actually do really want to do that at. one day, you know. African baby and. Asian baby and call them Rashad. That's. what I'mma do. I thought you were sitting here genuine. and I was about to connect with you. >> what I really wanted to I like honest. honest I really want to do that. And. they going to have the best relationship. ever. Well, I mean at least. >> to stick together. >> They going to be taken care of, right? Yeah, they are. I mean you got to keep. up with all of the stuff you do. >> No, I'm going to I'm going to get a. girl. I'm going to get a girl so she can. help me too cuz every kid need a woman. love. Woman love is very very different. and you can't play with that. You really.
got to be there. Women know how to love. better than anybody on Earth. You need. to go to therapy. I'mma go to therapy but I don't want to. go on a day I I feel like the day I go. to therapy is going to be the day like. I don't know. Might be raining. And then she going to get the sadness of. me and then she going to judge me off. THAT ONE DAY. >> [laughter]. [gasps]. >> IT'S GOING TO BE RAINING AND THAT'S. GOING TO BRO, PLEASE. What is wrong with. you? Sometimes when it rain I get sad.
That's real? They say that's when God. crying. I'm like he crying for a long. time. I mean. sometimes Then it starts thundering. I'm. like what is that? Sex after sex now? Never mind. But anyways, this thoughts. of a comedian. Yeah. I want to do something acting. What you. have can we make it work? Well, here's my couple of questions. Like I'm just thinking casting director. vibes right now like Mhm. Could you play.
like a thug? Yep. But you can't be funny cuz thugs are. like intimidating. It's not about jokes. You would have to really lock in. No. jokes. >> So it's like. Y'all just got through with it, man. The money and the car. So, I'm going to tell you like this. If you with my. you're going to get up. And I mean that. I got a pistol for a reason. And I don't. want to shoot this. But I damn [music] well blast this.
I'm not mad at it. Right. Not mad at it, depending on the project. Gangster. Yeah, it's not bad. Yeah. >> It's not bad, especially when the what. when you widen the eyes and I'm like, "Ooh." Mhm. And the voice though. >> Yeah. It's the eyes more. >> I could be a crackhead, too. What, cuz Marcel told you that? Yeah, I. did my research. You didn't do your. research. I'll beat you up. I really. want to be a crackhead, though. Okay, let's see. What is it give? Need the drugs.
That's not how crackhead would act. >> Oh, you're right. You're too calm. That's right. Like if you know if you're trying to. take it seriously, I'll give. >> don't know. I don't want to get. stereotyped as a crackhead, though. Cuz when they see me, they're going to. say, "Oh, you're the crackhead from the. one dude." So, I don't want to do that. >> Well, what if it was an amazing. crackhead role where at the end of it, he finds himself and he's like iconic. >> What happens if don't get to the. end of the movie? If you are eating it up, then they'll. get to the end, especially if it's a. You know you've heard that term.
You know you've heard the term. If. you're doing well. >> when people say pause cuz it's like it's. going to have to keep going. You're. going to have to say play somehow. You. say pause the game. You can't say that. You're like, "Oh, like Kim K." They're like, "Pause." No, just don't say pause. Just say stop. It's like fun. It's like something fun. It's like how girls be like. Mhm, what's something fun we say? Like gagged me or I don't know. It's. like obviously I didn't throw up, but. it's like you gagged. I don't know.
Yeah. Serve. Eat. >> But that's why I said I'm a '90s baby, so I'm just out of You're a '90s? Yeah, '98. >> Yeah. So, it was just like we in that. era we got to be our age. I I don't want to say our because I want. to be useful. Oh. So I don't want to. relate to that. I'm sorry. Sorry. Yeah. I want to understand the terms. You have a yo-yo? You Huh? Did she call. you "unk" too, Marcel? Yeah. See that's what cuz you can't say stuff. like that. I'm okay with being an uncle. You used to have a yo-yo growing up?
Um [snorts]. >> [sighs and gasps]. >> I had one once or twice. Mhm. I didn't I. don't I couldn't get it to go and do the. things. Did you? Uh yeah, I did. I had Yu-Gi-Oh cards, Pokémon. Uh. but I was in the streets. So I got rid. of all that. Oh, really? They wouldn't. let you have it? You couldn't have a hobby? No, street dudes can't have a hobby. Are. you dead ass? Is it like 24/7? What about when you go home? You got to don't let them see you play. with yo-yos. Imagine that. I mean I I understand. I.
don't think it'd be something you boast, but like you can't have like a side. thing, like a passion? >> Imagine you get beat up by somebody then. you go home and you're like. Like you're like, "I got beat up by. him?". I wouldn't Maybe that's your release. You know, when you learning When. you trying to get out of the street and. that'll be your thing, you know? >> together. Have you? >> Cube? No. Yeah. No. I don't know how. people do that. know. What is something that. you've done in life that you feel like, "Oh wow, I didn't think I could do it, but you did it?". >> Ooh. Great question. Okay, this is so so so. random. Okay, but I was What? Being here.
with me? I mean you don't want to be here? >> makes sense. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. You. know, you have a great platform. Seriously. You you. good for you. Thank you. We both got to. write a letter, too. I did think about. that, but I was didn't want to. interrupt. You keep interrupting me. though, but it's okay. Um so, something. that I was like, "Wow, I'm really. surprised I did that." Okay, so I was. home schooled because you know, you're. working, you can't do both of the. things. You miss too much school. So. anyway, one of the things that I had to. do, I was graduating early, so I took. all these electives and whatnot so I can. move to LA. And they were like, "Okay.".
I was taking this like cooking cooking. elective thing and you had to make this. pizza dough from scratch. And I was. like, I don't know how to make this. But. you know how the yeast and all the. things and then it rose and da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da da da da da. da da da da da da da da da Just a pizza. for all that for a pizza. You I asked you is something that you. ever did and you and I'm listening to. the story. and I'm like, when is it going to get to. the good part? And it said pizza. You did you made a custom pizza.
And that's what you thought you couldn't. do. It's so much in the world that we. can't do. And who just who just sitting around. like, I don't know if I can make a. pizza. And you did all that and you told me a. pizza story. But again, I got to act like I care. So man, that was amazing, man. Good. pizza story. That was amazing, man. That changed my. life. Oh my god, Coco Jones made a pizza. It was more about making the dough from. scratch. You know,
I'm not going to try to explain it to. you. This clearly isn't a safe space. What's yours? It's safe. It's so not. >> honest. See, I'm being honest. >> being honest. >> I need to stop being real. Go back to. what it is. >> I said thank you for being honest. I'd. like to hear your story now since you. got such high expectations. I'd like to. see. >> Well, I I I said I can't swim. I never. swam something. Okay. Well, see, I was a Uber driver, something I couldn't have thought I. never could do. But that was amazing to be able to. download an app and pick up strangers. cuz remember they used to say don't get.
in the car with strangers. Now. are getting in the car. with strangers. And you got to sit there and act like. you just quiet and picks. music that they want to hear and raising. your window down and they telling you. what to do. And I'm like, this is my. car. You can get out. So. the fact that I was a Uber driver, I never thought I could do that. How. long did you do that? Mhm. A week. My tags were expired. Got pulled over. Cow got suspended.
I used to do Postmates, too, y'all. So, understand this, you can have many jobs. in a row and you can always end up being. who you want to be. So, don't let that. discourage you from being that and just. take your time. I didn't work that. I've. been a housekeeper. Uh I didn't work that. Uh. I've been a hotel security guard. Uh grocery store. Uh a lot of these jobs at temp services. Uh Have you been to a temp service. before? >> Mhm. It's like a lot of people line up. and they wait on jobs and then they be.
in there and they be like, "Yo, piss. dirty.". And they be like, you be like, "What you. mean?" Like they doing piss tests. If. you smoke some weed, you might not get. the job. And then somebody be like, "I'll be right back." You be like, "Bring some piss." And then sometimes. you get a fake piss, put it in a condom, tape it to your leg, and when you go in. there to take it, you dump the piss in. there and then they test it and be like, "Oh, you get the job." You go to the job. and then. uh it's like uh all these people in the. warehouse they working and then you ask. people like, "When y'all get paid?" They. be like, "In 2 weeks." And then you be. like, "How much was your check?" They be.
like, "$450." be like, "I'm on. child support. That's not enough for. me." You quit that job and then you go. apply for another job. And this how you. get so many jobs. And also was on Craigslist getting jobs, too. So, and how I used to find jobs is I. used to lie. So, I used to call the job. for This how I got Walmart. I called. Walmart. and I was like, "I filled out the. application." And then I was like, "Yo, somebody called and left I mean, they. called me and I don't have a voicemail. set up, but I got like calls. back-to-back." And they was like, "Oh, really?" They was like, "What's your. name?" And then I tell them and they be. like, "Oh, your application here. You.
can just come in for an interview." But. I knew they weren't going to call me. So, I called and say somebody called me. Yeah. And one time I put I was white on the. application. I got in there and they was. staring. They was like, "You're not who. you say you are.". And I'm like, "Uh I get it.". I thought that was kind of racist why. they ask who you are on the application. Like, "Are you black, white, Mexican, or. other?". And I'm put white. Sometimes I want to I. just Okay, y'all ask me questions. I'll. be what y'all want me to be. Wow. Yeah. I didn't get that job. >> Okay. No. Yeah, I didn't I didn't think you'd get. that job.
>> you ever want to start applying for. jobs, I got you. Period. Thank you. That's a lot. >> We should start a business together. >> [laughter]. >> What? What's that? Like you decide you got to. think about it? >> [snorts]. >> Food truck? But I'm really enjoying my time here. Uh-oh, Pudgy time. Hold on.
It's Pudgy time. What is that? >> I'm going to show you. I was asking a I was answering. something. Pause it real quick. I'mma. forget. No, you don't. Okay. Pudgy, you know what time it is. And. guess who we got? Your favorite person. in the building. My favorite person in the world. [laughter] Oh my god. Oh, I'm about to eat my phone. Coco. >> [laughter]. >> I love Coco.
Pudgy, what you doing? He's a fitness. trainer. I was actually just thinking. about you. He's a fitness trainer. Yeah. Tell her about the journey and. if she want to get on the plane. Actually, I've been in the car now. I. just got out the gym. Oh, kind of exhausted, you know. Okay. All. right. What What you about to do now? Oh, is that a Gatorade? Uh-huh. Is that Liquid I.V. or. something? Yeah, something like that. Okay, period.

What what What Why you just sitting in. the car? >> [laughter]. >> Cuz I. I answered it. You just have me like I. can't move right now. >> [laughter]. >> I got you. Well, I know you so busy. Thank you Pudgy for coming on and. you know. Oh, yeah. The 2,000 you borrowed, just. keep it. Uh I was thinking about it. I. really don't need it. What can I do with.

Oh, can I come to. the wedding? >> [laughter]. >> I'm going to be honest. We don't. No. It's very intimate. So, sorry. >> throw the flowers down?
What flowers? Flowers, like oh. Okay. Yeah. Flowers. Um no. Sorry. Have you ever been to a wedding? Mm. My grandma got married. Okay. So, I know what to do. Cry? Cry? Who walking you down? My dad. Oh. Can't you pick different people? It's up to you, but who I mean You.
should pick like a co-worker or. something. Someone that actually like, you know, that was happy and went. through the problems with y'all. Like. man, you finally get married. That. wouldn't be a co-worker. Oh. That would be like. my therapist or my bestie. Yeah. But. they already going to be there. And. then, who walks the man down? Um I think it's, you know, up to them, but I think his. parents? Mhm. I think. I have to look it. up. I don't know. I haven't seen a lot of. weddings. Yeah. You got to watch some.
movies. Yeah, but I don't I mean those. are. >> You should watch Think Like a Man. It. was a marriage in there. >> amazing marriage. I mean, amazing movie, but um. those are movies. I want to know for real. Mhm. Do you have friends around you getting. married? Mhm. Or like are y'all on that type of. time? No, I mean I want to get married. I see myself. I feel like I'm a good. fit. I'm just waiting on the proposal. >> [clears throat]. >> Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. You would actually want a a girl to. propose to you? So I know I'm the one.
How would I know? And then I don't like creasing my shoes. And then she going to know it's coming. if I'm taking my shoes off. >> [laughter]. >> Okay. So. She [snorts] don't have to get down on. her knees or nothing. Just say we like. would you marry me? Just ask me. Mhm. And give me the ring and I act. shocked. Oh my god. That's why you got your manicure. Yeah. For the. For that moment. Okay, period. If that's your truth, you. know. Mhm. I'm sure there's someone out.
there. >> can text it to me. Too. Mhm. Mhm. I think that's beautiful. cuz it's proof. You can be like she. asked me the asked to marry. me right here. That's not romantic. >> Everything ain't got to be romantic. Some things are like ramen noodles. You. got to put them in there. You got to. just let it cook. >> Oh lord. >> [sighs]. >> Life is a seasonal thing. Season it up. Okay. Okay. Okay. Oh, you just flexed. the ring on me. That was nice. I wasn't. even trying to. Oh man, it's all IN MY.

It's not [laughter] about whether you. could get there.
It's just about the you know. What? >> Why you'd be there. Why would you be. there? >> Because I'm a support. Um I watch. Cleveland. I love them and I love your. music. Why wouldn't I be there? I'm supportive. Thank you. >> And I'm rooting for y'all. So, why. shouldn't I not be there? Thank you so. much. It's just intimate, you know. feet. I mean, obviously they say like. comedians are super super smart. I think. you love yourself. Manicure, take care. of yourself. This is good. Mhm. I don't know about your personal life. I. don't know what's going on over there. I'm good. I'm getting it together. But I. bet you take care of all your kids very. well. >> They're really good. >> like, you know, yeah. It's good.
