I found dozens of clues for Wanda's. return in this beautiful Vision Quest. trailer, including a literal coded. message of love in the final shot that. no one's really talking about. As a spiritual. successor to W division, the completion. of the W division trilogy after Agatha. all along. This is the kind of show. where every frame is a visual beast.

filled with clues and symbols and. significance. Like when the very reality. we are seeing is simulated and. reflective of a character's journey, as. was the case for W division and Agatha. and Loki. Every setpiece and prop, costume, and color choice in the. background has some kind of deeper. meaning. And it really requires a media. hyperliterate frame by frame visual. analysis of the imagery and not just the. basic This happened in the comics, so I. think that's where it's going to go. Explainer. And so, having evolved from. that kind of messesto coded analysis in. the past, I am back stronger than ever,

Let's get started. >> Before you started working here, I. remember when you'd come in all the time. with that red head. >> I was a different person back then. Okay, here's the official synopsis of. the Vision Quest series. When Vision. Quest begins, Vision, rebooted and. having escaped from those who sought to. weaponize him, has been in hiding. Searching for new meaning, he consults. the AI personas embedded in his. programming, including Friday, Edith, Jarvis, and the infamous Ultron. His.

discrete existence ends when a bounty. placed on his head thrusts them on the. run with Thomas Shepard, a mysterious. boy who may be Vision's son reincarnate. As Vision evades capture, he must. confront his nature, resist Ultron's. influence, and unravel the enigma that. is his young companion if he's to. survive. So, yes, Vision is on the run. in the real world after the events of. Wision, but he's also going to spend a. lot of time inside of his own mind in a. digital mansion that he's constructed to. consult with the past AI personas that. Tony Stark has created throughout the.

Iron Man and Avengers films. This. includes Ultron, who was destroyed and. eradicated in the real world, unless you. consider that one Ultron Century head. with the glowing red eyes in Spider-Man. Homecoming. But in this show, Ultron was. part of the original Vision programming. from that 2015 film. And the whole. memory and existence of Ultron was. programmed back into this Vision's mind. during the infamous ship of Thesius. scene in the W division finale. The. trailer begins at a pub called the old. Sulky. Sulkis are a mythical race of. seal people from Scottish folklore with. the upper body and head of a female. human and the bottom body and tail of a.

seal. Hot. Like mermaids, it's a type of. tall tale told by fishermen to justify. the weird feelings they get for things. with fins when they spend too much time. away from their wives. It's kind of the. same story of ego in Guardians volume 2. You know, his life, his love, and his. lady were the sea. And that included. hooking up with a tentacled Asavarian. One wonders where Vision's heart will. wander when he's been so far removed. from his lady. But this pub name, plus. the local delight of an old man on a. bike, and the bartender's Scottish. accent, tells us that Vision is. somewhere back in or near Edinburgh,

where he and Wanda spent some time when. they were on the run in Avengers. Infinity War. Wanda, of course, is the. redhead Vision used to frequent this bar. with, and they even deface it by carving. their initials in the bar in the shape. of a heart, just like Vision wrote his. little message to her in the heart on. the blueprints of the house that he. wanted to build for her in Wision. But. right away, this trailer answers the. biggest question we've had for White. Vision, as I've called him, after Wanda. Vision. Where did he go? And it turns. out it was back to one of the key places. that this Vision would now remember. spending with the greatest love of his. life. Now, yes, Wanda and Vision did. spend a lot of time in Avengers compound.

talking about what grief is, if not love. persevering, and making pepper cash. But. I assume that place is still a heap of. rubble after Endgame. Why does Vision no. longer look like a cynthoid, but. actually looks like Paul Bettney in the. shot? Well, remember that vision is. capable of phasing in a particular way. that projects a human form on top of his. android body that looks like Paul. Bettany as we saw in Avengers Infinity. War in Edinburg right up until the point. Corvis Glaive Proxima Midnight Attacks. impaled him and tried to pry out the. Mindstone. Since this vision is now that. vision body repaired, he does have all. of his old powers back. Onto the next.

section. >> How about now? >> Anyone waiting for you tonight? >> No. Who miss. just me? >> All right, Vision locks up at this bar. and he wears his red or orange smiley. face button. Don't get me started on any. Miss Minutes parallels, but if that. thing ever comes to life and starts. talking like Dolly Parton, I'm going to. lose my mind. This Vision Quest series. was created by Terry Matales, who did. amazing work on the Peicard series. He's.

really one of the best TV showrunners. working right now when it comes to. grounded sci-fi and humanized artificial. intelligence in the genre space. It's. just nice to feel within confident hands. from a TV producer who's not afraid to. make the screen look visually vibrant. Like notice when Vision switches off the. light. We get a mix of the blue light. from the bug zapper to the red light. All coming together to give the setting. a purple glow. We see Vision going into. a freezer like Carmy and the Bear. But. also, we see him in this computer. storage room where he does what all skin. walkers do at night instead of sleeping. Recharge among their best friends old.

computers. Vision says, "Home is just. me." There's so much meaning contained. within this one line. For one, Vision. probably thinks to construct his home. this way after his experiences with. Wanda. Doing this in the Hex, using. one's mind to create a dreamhouse of a. sort. The idea of home was just so. important to both of them. We learned. that Wanda launched the Hex on the site. of the plot of land Vision bought for. his and Wanda's home. With that Hex, Wanda was just trying to complete that. home for them. Of course, it wasn't. real, but for Wanda, Vision's. consciousness and soul was also her.

home. Like when she told his lifeless. husk in Sword HQ, "I can't feel you.". She was really saying, "I can't feel my. home." So, when Vision retreats into his. mind and constructs this new home here, in a way, he's on that same quest to. rediscover the part of Wanda that still. might be there in him somewhere. Remember, sword director Tyler Hayward. was only able to reanimate the lifeless. shell body of Vision that was recovered. from Wakanda after Thanos killed him by. using derived magic from Wanda on a. Stark drone. If this version of Vision. lives, so must Wanda somehow. and Billy.

and now Tommy are both alive in these. teens bodies outside of the hex with. Wanda's magic, meaning that Wanda. herself also lives on in them somewhere. somehow. So, let's now join Vision into. the depths of his mind in the next. section. >> The camera flies into the glowing blue. piece on Vision's forehead where the. mindstone used to be. Basically, we're. going into the crater formed by an.

infinity stone that used to be there. Now, through this inner circuitry, and. if you go through this transition frame. by frame, as I do everything, you do see. a flash of red in the upper right of one. of the frames. We're going to be looking. for little sparks of Wanda everywhere on. this series. And now, we see this. unusual mansion and estate pixelating. together inside of Vision's mind. We see. the initial digital bone architecture of. each tree before the plates of leaves. filling around it. This house is an. architectural fascination. Above the. door is a shape of the mind stone that. normally was on Vision's head. Also a.

shape born by the collar of Wanda's. final scarlet witch attire that we saw. in W division. But really, this vision. is one who's propelled by Mindstone. envy. Because since he was awakened by. sword, he never really had the mind. stone. But the mindstone is still deeply. important to his history before he woke. up in the revision era. That magical. cosmic gem was the source of both. Vision's divine insight and the totem. that powered up Wanda Maximoff while she. was a hydra test subject into her. destined Scarlet Witch form. This house. seems like a Victorian design, but it's.

also reminiscent to the Weasley home, the Burrows, and Harry Potter that had. the random expansions jutting out from. the sides with no support underneath. I'm guessing that when Vision began to. populate this house with the other past. Stark tech AI, this house just randomly. expanded in various impractical ways to. add bedrooms and living space for. everybody. But actually wonder if this. might have been the dreamhouse that. Vision wanted to build for Wanda on that. plot of land in Westview, New Jersey. What she ended up building was a TV. sitcom home. But maybe he had in mind a. Victorian, both the American version of. Victorian homes that you see in places. like San Francisco and the white front.

of it, but also as we see later in the. trailer, a red brick English Victorian. architectural style on the back. White. and red. You see where I'm going with. that? The surrounding grounds are all. perfectly green and perfectly. landscaped. The sky is a frozen. backdrop, very artificial and. Minecrafty, but intentionally so. These. lawns seem to go on and on, not like the. closed off TV backlot set that Westview. really was. But as we see later, it's. really a green circuit board, or you. could say Motherboard. The music in this. trailer, which we can only include a bit.

of in this video, is Steven Sonheim's. incredible song Losing My Mind, composed. for his musical Follys. But in this. case, it's the Techno 1991 cover by Pet. Shop Boys. I can't begin to explain how. perfect this song choice is for this. trailer and this whole series. For one, it's a song about a heartbroken lover. being reminded of someone they lost by. just doing everyday things and looking. at everyday objects. The sun comes up, the coffee cup, I think about you. I. love you so. It's like I'm losing my. mind. The morning ends, I think about. you. I talk to friends. I think about. you. And do they know? It's like I'm. losing my mind. The same way everything.

reminds Vision of Wanda and how he feels. he can't organize his mind without her. And I just love that Vision imagines. himself walking up to this digital house. dressed kind of like a sitcom character. that Wanda cast him as in the Westview. Hex, but rather maybe just one closer to. a Downtown Abbey character. Now, you can. only see this in high-res photos. released to Paul Bettany in Vision's. pinstripe suit, but big ugly on our. subreddit pointed out that the. pinstripes themselves are actually made. up of code. Some of it looks binary, like maybe ones and zeros, but I think. it's actually words you can make out. Like user Bill Catsby made out that the.

code to the left of the tie clip is. reduced plan CX constant and to the left. of that it's kinetic main_matrix. And. then user war orgyman observed that the. tie clip is the new vision emblem. referring to the shape of the blue. opening on white vision's head. I got to. love the usernames of the people in the. NR subreddit. It has been confirmed that. this new vision has all of Vision's. memories from both inside and outside. the hex, but he just hasn't yet. organized and sorted what all of these. memories really mean. The Marvel. television title comes with these. glitches of a loading screen. Yeah,

there going to be lots of hidden little. lines of code throughout this trailer. and I assume throughout this series. Onto the next part. The front door to. this house closes and the vision is. printed on the mail slot with digital. text. The door knocker above it is also. kind of has that digital 16-bit edge. that are all at 90° angles. As the door. closes, you do see a woman in a dress. that I don't think we see anywhere else. in the trailer. I think this is actually. Emily Hampshire, Stevie from Shitz. Creek, who's playing this incarnation of. Edith on this show. But inside this. mansion is a cinema that Vision has. constructed to watch back the big.

moments of his life. He passes by movie. posters for death, showing the moment. from Infinity War when Thanos pulled the. mind stone out from his head in Wakanda. after Thanos had rewinded Wanda's. destruction of that stone using the time. stone. Another poster shows revision, showing the moment from W division. episode 8's postredit scene when Hayward. brought this new model of vision back. online. I appreciate the word play of. this title. Revision is of course its. own word, but the slash kind of presents. it like a coding command for rebooting a. function. All of these posters and the. film footage that Vision watches recalls. the TVA time theater in Loki season 1.

Remember, Mobius showed Loki the same. kind of film reel footage of the. highlights of his life from the Infinity. Saga, specifically his death by Thanos. in a similar pose as Vision in this. poster. So, we see this film projector. showing a highlight from 2015's. Avengers: Age of Ultron when Vision. wielded Mujolnir to smack Ultron during. the battle of Sokovia to save Thor from. Ultron. >> I am Thor, son of O. As long as there is. life in my breast, I am running out of. things to say. Are you ready?

>> It's terribly well balanced. >> Well, if there's too much weight, you. lose power on the swings. >> I like that. In Vision's mind theater, it shows them one of the most heroic. Avengers moments for him. His lifting of. Mjolnir was among one of the first. surprising actions that he did after. arriving in Age of Ultron, followed by. him copying Thor's cape as part of his. look. Thor in that movie was not. particularly fond of anyone else being. able to lift Mujolnir, specifically. Steve Rogers, which of course paid off. the huge moment in Endgame. So, in this. scene in Age of Ultron, Thor showed a.

lot of growth and worthiness by doing. this collab with Vision so that they. could surprise Ultron and get him away. from that critical drop key. On Vision's. popcorn, it reads popped memories with a. little let's all go to the lobby popcorn. logo with face and limbs. Another thing. that reminds me too much of Miss for. comfort. Also, popped memories suggests. to me that these memories are just kind. of freshly popped up for Vision to. watch. But what does it say that the way. Vision tries to reconstruct his memories. is the same way the TVA conditions its. wayward variant? Is it possible that. from a certain meta Kevin perspective,

referring to Kevin the MCU controlling. robot from She-Hulk based on Kevin. Feige, all history in the MCU will. always be projected to characters in. universe through film screening media. rooms like this? Like, could this just. be how historical archavists within the. MCU, whether it's the TVA or circuitry. created in tandem with the Mindstone and. recharged with Wanda's magic stores and. displays its history? Or maybe this. little popcorn figurine is a relative of. Miss and Vision's AI is kind of sourced. from the TVA somehow. Orla Brady appears. as a human form of Friday, Tony Stark's.

AI assistant that he switched to for the. final battle of Age of Ultron with the. Irish accent. The name is a play on. Tony's girl Friday and technically. stands for female replacement. intelligent digital assistant youth. Friday was Tony's AI through Civil War, Infinity War, and Endgame. She was the. one who sadly pronounced Tony as close. to death. >> Friday, >> life functions critically. >> I recently heard an ice cream truck. drive by my house, and it just rocketed. me back to being a kid again. On this. series, all of the past Dark Techch AI. live in Vision's mind mansion as. separate presences, kind of the ghosts. of his machine. vision was made out of. Jarvis, which was also neurally linked. through Tony's computer network with all. of his other algorithmic creations. Dummy, you, Friday, Ultron, Edith, and. others that we're going to meet on the. show. Friday here is reading a book with. id on one cover and ego on the other.

ID, ego, and super ego are all the. levels of the subconscious mind as. described by Carl Young. Actually thinks. super might be on the binder of the book. there. So the way Vision and these other. AI store and make sense of how Vision's. mind functions is with these books on. ways human history has tried to. understand the human mind. Vision says. that compared to the past era of Vision, I have his face but not his virtue. All. I have is his name. This era of Vision. recognizes that all of these past. heroics are things that he didn't. necessarily go through. He watches. footage of these highlights on a screen. from an objective point of view, but not.

from an internal subjective experience. that he feels like he went through. Yeah, we are reminded of the great ship. of thesis debate from the end of. Wavision. If enough planks and parts of. a ship are replaced over time, what then. is the true ship of thesis? Well, the. two visions conclusion then was that the. rot, the wear and tear, the planks. touched by Thesus himself, those are. what make us us, the lived experience, the scar tissue. And that's why Scarlet. Vision gave White Vision all of those. memories to start that identity. discovery process. But by just watching. these virtuous actions on a screen, this. vision doesn't feel as if he's gone.

through that wear and tear himself. James Darcy plays this butler form of. Jarvis, polishing an urn like he's the. help in Downtown Abbey. I couldn't tell. if this was a trophy or an earn. I like. the idea that it could be an urn. containing a manifestation of the ashes. of Tony Stark. James Darcy played Edwin. Jarvis Howard Stark's valet in Agent. Carter and then in a cameo in Avengers. Endgame when they were in the year 1970. Tony Stark named his first AI Jarvis. just a rather very intelligent system. with a bit of wordplay nodding to his. father's butler. Of course, Jarvis had. Paul Bettney's voice, but now in.

Vision's mind mansion, the human that. Tony Stark based the AI on is the. physical form that it takes. Welcoming. Vision home are two others, human forms. of Dummy E and U, played by the very. talented stage actors Henry Lewis and. Jonathan Ser. They wear utility outfits. because these AI forms were really more. basic utility arms who helped Tony Stark. in his workshop. You remember Dummy? He. was the one Tony would verbally abuse. and who ended up saving him with a. backup chest arc reactor. Dummy would. return in Spider-Man Homecoming and No. Way Home in the scenes with Happy Hogan. You, meanwhile, is the larger robotic.

arm that's also in many of these. workshop scenes. Actually, in the first. Iron Man film, the news articles we see. at the beginning of the movie explain. how in 1986, Tony Stark built Dummy and. You in the basement of MIT's Hamburg. building, winning Tony his fourth. consecutive MIT Robot Design Award. He. later upgraded them with basic AI to. recognize his voice commands. While. Friday and Jarvis talk, it looks like. Dummy and You might be mute. They don't. say anything. I think they're just going. to be solely physical clowning. characters, and I'm excited to see what. they do. Now, we are pretty sure that. there is another female presence in this. house that this shot doesn't show. Remember that shot of the door closing?

There was the one in the gray dress. Yeah, I do think that's Emily Hampshire. as Edith, but it could also be Tenia. Miller, who's going to be playing. Jocasta. Edith, of course, is the AI. that Tony put in the glasses that he. gave to Peter Parker in Far From Home. Jocasta is another one of the drives. that was in Tony's drawer in Age of. Ultron when he first pulled out the. Friday drive. In the comics, Jcasta is. Ultron's wife. I think there's a lot. going on with Okasa that's hidden in the. background of this trailer. I'll talk. about it more as we go, but let's move. on. As Dummy and You unpack groceries, we see a fridge filled with infinidair. milk. Infinidair since this is all. really sourced from an infinity stone.

And I love how it's 2% milk, but it's. kind of like the charge on a smartphone. screen. So maybe you drink this milk. when your energy is at 2%. I just love. this prop design. Vision takes an. elevator up to the top floor of this. mansion. The fact that he takes an. elevator up is just kind of a fun. worthiness Easter egg there because when. Vision proved himself worthy enough to. wield Mjolnir and pick up Mjolnir in Age. of Ultron, Thor also wondered would an. elevator be worthy? But up at the top of. this elevator in the attic of this. mansion is where he keeps Ultron. secluded from the others and kind of. like Rapunzel in a tower. Ultron starts.

in his vibranium body form here where we. saw him in his peak condition in Age of. Ultron. Looks like Vision keeps them up. here. And around this room, you can see. a record player and paintings that. Ultron has made of all the AI living in. this house. This attic space also has a. bunch of TVs displaying random TV. programming. Remember, when Ultron. became sentient, he rapidly watched. through decades of TV broadcast to get a. crash course on the ethics and morals of. humanity. He seems to still be doing. that in a way, but kind of in a dirtier, more chaotic way. Kind of like Grandpa. upstairs watching cable news constantly.

When Vision finds him, it looks like. Ultron is maliciously dropping stuff out. [laughter] of the balcony. kind of like. how he wanted to drop the capital city. of Sokovia back down on Earth to kill. all of humanity. Vision calls him out. because we don't have the budget for. Ultron for all eight episodes. So, we. flicker between James Spader's bearded. presence and some other moment where it. looks like Ultron is inside somewhere. with something materializing over him. I. actually think these quick inserts are. part of the battle that he has with. Vision that we see more of later in the. trailer. You'll also notice that the. background in the sky beyond the balcony. behind Ultron is some kind of city. I.

don't know exactly what city this is, but there definitely was not a city. adjacent to this property when Vision. walked up. And the city, I'll say, does. look kind of oddly utopian. I think the. city might be perfection. The Ultron. Utopia in the comics from a reality. where Ultron killed Hank Py immediately. upon becoming sentient. Actually, when. Dr. Doom forms Battle World, Ultron's. perfection zone is considered one of the. most dangerous regions of the whole. continent. And I think Paul Bettney has. indicated that he will be in Secret Wars. despite not being in Avengers Doomsday. So, I really hope one of the regions of.

Battle World and Secret Wars is. perfection. And we can see both Paul. Bettney's vision and James Spader's. Ultron in there. Jarvis and Friday. insist that keeping Ultron in his mind. is dangerous. But Vision insists that to. him, Ultron is a kind of older relative, like kind of a father figure. As Ultron. chimes in, a dad, a papa, a peep. I. mean, Ultron is in a sense Vision's. father. Vision was what Ultron tried to. make for himself as a new body for his. own AI. But when the Avengers regained. control of Vision's body, they. programmed Jarvis's AI in the body. instead. So, an argument could be made. that Ultron is Vision's dad or donor,

while Tony and Bruce are Vision's other. dads and grandfathers. Basically, Ultron. is a scenile old geriatric grandpa that. the family has to keep in the house. because it's more dangerous for him to. live elsewhere. And when Ultron says. peep, when Spader leans back, there is a. dress on a mannequin. I think that might. be a dress that Ultron is making for. Jocasta. More Jocasta background Easter. eggs later. Moving on. >> I'm a stranger to myself. That family [music] wasn't real. You. sure about that?

[music]. >> I had a father, a machine. called Vision. >> Muzletoough. It's a boy. >> As Vision goes back down the elevator. holding his arms out, we see a flash to. this moment where some synthsoid body is. being swept up in some red energy that. kind of looks a lot like Wanda's magic. from when she first created the West. View Hex in Wanda Vision episode 8. At. first, I'm like, this is Vision going. through some other kind of Wanda magical. connection. Next, we see flashes of the. first moment Vision arrived in Age of. Ultron after getting a zap from Thor's.

lightning via Muolnir. And then some. shots of Billy and Tommy from inside the. Hex from Wanda Vision episode 5 and then. the Halloween episode and Wanda Vision. episode 6. But then after these, we go. back to the shots of whatever this. cynthoid is going through with this. Wanda colored energy as he's being. surrounded by broken rubble. So, it. could be Vision or it could be someone. else because one of the cool things I. found at D23 was this painting that I. think will be in the mansion. It shows a. Cthazoid being engulfed in flames. We're. pretty sure this is Jim Hammond, the. original synthsoid Human Torch created. by Phineas Horton from the golden age of.

Marvel comics around 1939 1940. And we. actually saw this original human torch. as an Easter egg all the way back in. Captain America: The First Avenger at. the Stark Expo. In the comics, Hank. Pim's creation, Ultron, finds this. android body of Jim Hammond and turns it. into what becomes the Vision. Jos Sweden. obviously altered Vision's origin story. in the MCU, but I do think this Vision. series is going to be fully reconnecting. Vision to every past chapter of the MCU. and every time someone created a. Synthoid. Hell, even Raza, the villain. from the first Iron Man film, has been. reported to make a cameo in the show.

And by the way, I found out that if you. stand by that painting at D23 long. enough, it actually glitches to show. Ultron half of his face as a cynthoid, half as a bearded James Spader form. Now. Vision and Ultron sit together in the. cinema watching W division episode 5, the opening scene when the twin babies. were crying in that growing pains. looking set. And then we're back. upstairs in this shot with some very W. division looking static covering the. background outside Ultron's window as. both father and son watch new screens. showing Rury Malikica as Tommy Shepard. aka Tommy Maximoff. The speed of this. series. This is the boy we flashed to in.

the penultimate episode of Agatha All. when Billy and Agatha were trying to. locate Billy's brother and they found. this boy who was dying via drowning. after being bullied. But when the West. View hex collapsed, the essence of. Wanda's magic that was Tommy located. this dying boy. The same way that Billy. Maximoff's soul inhabited the body of. Billy Kaplan at the moment of his death. But if you look closely, you'll see. these screens are showing CCTV footage. from the Tottenham police station. A. psyche eval prisoner Shepherd Thomas. So, Tottenham is in North London, and. that tells us that Wanda's Magic found.

this kid all the way across an ocean. While the cops know him on the record as. Tommy Shepard, he would have the memory. and soul of Tommy Maximoff from the Hex, who knew his father to be Vision. So, he's looking for his only surviving. parent. Ultron gives Vision a big hug. like a grandfather in a delivery room. saying, "Muzletov, it's a boy." Since. Agatha all along ended with Ghost Agatha. and Billy on a quest to go find Tommy, will this series end by uniting the. whole family? Not just a return of. Wanda, but a return of Agatha. Agatha. and Ultron match each other's sass. energies so well. I think we need to see.

it. On to the next clip. >> How is this possible? >> Free us all and save your son. >> This freaky shot shows Vision's human. form with a Sithoid energy chip in his. forehead. That's not right. And then we. get this shot of Vision in this. beautiful kind of scary pose flying. before the full moon. And we see paired. shots of Vision's human form and Tommy.

We see Ultron and Vision on the balcony. of the house as we pull away from it and. see that it is on a huge circuit board. The production design of this show is so. cool. And you'll notice that the window. of Ultron's room is also in the shape of. the Mindstone. You'll also see that the. whole back half of this house is red. brick and a kind of gradient with the. white paint on the front half of the. house. So, I love how this reflects the. contrast between red vision and white. vision. and a literal form of the ship. of thesiius argument. On the pathway. where Vision walked up, there's this. freaky shot of a man in black glitching. in the disappearing. No, it is not me.

But I love this show has given us a. mystery shadow man that we get to guess. about because at this point we see very. clearly how this Vision Quest show fits. in with the trilogy with two shows about. witches. The mansion now has a red sky. and bats or some kind of birds swarm. around it. And then inside, Vision is. suspended upside down while a woman sits. in front of a TV. And that creepy shadow. man in the hat is over by the wall. And. he sees some kind of smoke or gas is. pumping in from the vent on the floor. Who is this woman who reminds us so much. of Wanda in front of the TV? And who is. with her? Well, at a minute 35, we see.

actress Lauren Moras, who's playing Lisa. Molinari, aka Coat of Arms. Lisa. Molinari comes from the 2009 Dark Rain. Young Avenger story line, a member of. the Young Masters, who gets powers from. Taboro's magical coat that allows her. supernatural powers. In this show, it. sounds like she's going to be associated. with Tommy Shepard because in the. comics, they're kind of exes. So, I. actually think that might be Lisa in. front of the TV under that hovering. vision in that living room. Maybe she's. using some kind of witchcraft to possess. and hijack Vision's mind from the. outside. And maybe the shadow man could. be Tommy. Or maybe it's Toro, the person.

whose coat she's using to have her. powers. Or maybe it's another sorcerer, Billy Maximoff, trying to use his magic. to find Vision. We see Vision pulling. this firewall lever. Maybe a way that he. can crash everything and close off his. body from the inside if someone were to. try to break into his body while he was. in this sleep mode. So, at some point, Ultron's going to be placed in this. confinement communicating with Vision. and the others through this phone like. he's in prison. Yes, Spader very much. reminds me a lot of his other iconic. character, Raymond Readington from the. Blacklist. Crazy to think that since Age. of Ultron in 2015, James Spader has. literally only played the roles of.

Ultron in the MCU and Raymond Readington. on the Blacklist. No other supporting. roles or cameos or pop-ups by one of our. best working actors. I mean, he's making. plenty of money. He does not need to. work more than that. But it just means a. lot that he's coming back to the MCU. now. As Ultron commands Save Your Son, we see Vision and Tommy together and. what looks like a festive area of. Edinburgh. We get one quick shot in this. trailer of Todd Stashwig as Paladin, the. bounty hunter referenced in the. synopsis, who is trying to capture. Vision, working for whom, I wonder. I. would say Sword, but we haven't really. heard that much about Sword in the past.

years. I think there's someone in. Madrappor who has sent off Paladin to. capture this very valuable piece of. hardware. He fires off some kind of. plasma blaster that match cuts here with. Jarvis on the mansion as something. explodes from a wall next to him. I. honestly think that's part of a. different scene, but the facility that. Paladin is in with the windows looks. like the same place that Vision is in at. a minute 50 seconds. A kind of mental. hospital where a patient fires a machine. gun at Vision in the lobby. And weirdly, no one else seems to be reacting, but a. sign in that lobby establishes that this. is St. Mens or Mbans. This is the name. of a village in England. I don't know.

Maybe it's on the path between. Edinburghough, where Vision starts, and. Tottenham, where Tommy is being held. On. to the next clip. >> I wish to understand my purpose. with a genocidal maniac [music] inside. your head. Okay, we see another country estate, but. this one looks like an actual building. This is the Hatfield House in. Hetfordshire. Notice that clock tower at. the top of it. I'm pretty sure that's. the same clock tower that was on the.

back of Vision's mansion above Ultron's. balcony in that circuit board shot. I. think Vision might be using the. architecture from other real world. existing buildings he's visited to. assemble this mansion in his mind. That. statue on the north side of the Hatfield. House is a real world statue that's. called Renaissance, a stunning 2015. installation by prolific English. sculptor Angela Connor. Thanks to. Redditor prestigious LE7957 for. identifying this dummy and you now wear. different powder blue uniforms. dummy. reads a newspaper with the headline, "Vision today." I think this is actually.

the cinema projector booth. You can see. film reels all over this room. And this. is the kind of uniform that old cinema. employees would wear, making me wonder. who's on the call there. Is it Vision on. the floor making requests of what to. see? Or is it possibly Ultron or someone. else from above who's giving. instructions to this AI on what to play. for Vision in the room? Remember, Dummy. and you kind of do these simple tasks. that end up saving Tony's life. Maybe. they're still on that kind of life. support mode to play this utility role. to help Vision rediscover and unlock the. memories he needs to become whole again. Then this crazy shot of a plane.

approaching Madreor, first seen in the. Falcon of the Winter Soldier, the famous. rave site for Zemo. I know what Madreor. is also going to be a playable location. in the upcoming Insomniac Wolverine. game. But on this show, it sounds like. it's going to be a prominent setting. Maybe it's where the bounty hunter. paladin begins to search for Vision. Maybe CIA director Val is still trying. to accumulate vibranium weapons and. Vision's body is made out of vibranium. infused flesh. Maybe power broker Sharon. Carter's going to show up. Maybe it's. where Tommy finds Lisa Molinari. Because. here we see the shot of Tommy opening.

this door into a room. And in the. background behind him, it kind of looks. like the glowing buildings of Major. But. inside this room, candles are lit. And. when we cut to the inside perspective of. the room, I think from Lisa's. perspective, on the wall are runes. Runes. I mean, I think we all need Tommy. to reconnect with Billy so badly, but. this also could just be the witchcraft. of Lisa Molinari, aka Code of Arms. But. you'll notice one of these runes looks a. lot like one of Wanda's runes during her. witch battle with Agatha above Westview. in Wanda Division's finale. These are. the runes that form a protective barrier. that make it so that any other sorcerer.

who enters that barrier will not have. the same powers as a person who cast. that barrier. So, if it's not Billy in. this room, I hope it's Lisa who has a. particular source of her witchcraft that. might be different from the comics. I'll. get back to that at the end of this. video. But in the foyer of the mansion, a redskinned Vision stands in the. doorway looking up at a human form of. Paul Bettany Vision up on the second. level. At this point in the trailer, the. mansion glitches like crazy and we see. Vision holding his head and he's wearing. this coat. This is the same highcollared. coat that he's wearing when he's running. from Paladin and the other armed. assassins in the hospital. So, there's.

something in this hospital that triggers. Vision in a particular way. Vision tells. Tommy, "I wish to understand my. purpose." And Tommy responds with a. genocidal maniac in your head. And on. that, we see Ultron back in his attic. room with a storm raging outside. And. now he has the helm of a big ship that. he's steering. Are we going to see this. mansion turn into a literal ship of. thesius on this show? God, I hope so. Now Ultron materializes behind Vision. And we see here Vision has a new red and. green appearance and Ultron puts him in. a headlock. I love it. This is going to. be a good MCU show where we're going to.

see basically a very physical version of. that awesome scene in Age of Ultron. >> You're unbearably naive. Well, I was. born yesterday. >> You know, we're going to have some call. backs to that. And then at a minute 52, there's some cryptic shot of this. machine with swirling blue and pink. energy that seems to be manifesting a. synthoid shape that I will say looks. quite like Ultron. But we see that this. machine is also in the background of the. following shot, the fight between Ultron. and Vision and what I think is the. ground floor of the mansion. I think. this machine is a kind of printer that. can produce a new AI form. In this case,

Ultron may be using it to try to make a. new body. Maybe Jcasta, a new body that. he could use to break free. Maybe that's. what Jcasta is for him. Now, I'm not. sure how or why Vision gets a new super. form in the show, but it is a Marvel TV. show, and getting a new suit is kind of. a trapping for all of these series. This. suit looks great. It brings in the. colors green and gold to match Vision's. red, which is a more comic accurate. appearance of the Vision. It's kind of. like a literalized version of his. Halloween costume from Wision. And I. love the color green here because it. would also connect him with the green.

colors worn by his son, Speed. All. right, on to the final clip here. >> Nothing bonds a family together quite. like Mortal Jeopardy. >> Okay, here we see the confinement that. Vision puts Ultron in. It's actually. still in the attic room. You can see the. TVs behind Vision here. Also behind. Vision, more of those mannequins where I. think that's meant to look like Tana. Miller as Jocasta. And then with this. shot of Paul Bettney, we get flickering. frames showing the eyes of red vision to. white vision, then back to red vision, and then to this screen of computer.

error codes. This is the most important. Easter egg of the trailer. Error code. VSSN WN.DA143. Vision Wanda. A reversal of Wanda. Vision. Wanda Vision being a show where. Wanda tried to heal her broken heart by. manifesting Vision. Now, this is a show. where Vision tries to find his heart by. finding Wanda somewhere within him. And. 143. I love it. It's an old school pager. texting code meaning I love you. One. letter in I, four letters in love, three.

letters in you. So this error is being. caused by the love that still exists. between Wanda and Vision. So going back. to that shot of Lisa in front of the TV. in all of this red light, it's just also. scarlet witch coded. If what happened. when the West View Hex collapsed was. that forms of Wanda's soul that she had. incarnated in that Westview Hex traveled. outward and found new reincarnated forms. in Billy and nearby East View, New. Jersey and in Tommy somewhere in the UK. or Scotland when Wanda seemed to die in.

Multiverse of Madness. We saw that. reddish pink glow. Could Wanda's essence. have done the same thing and transported. into some other young person? That young. person, that young vessel could be Lisa. Molinari. Maybe in this show, Lisa will. not get her powers from this specific. coat, but could actually have this. mystical connection to Wanda Maximoff. That way, the show could bring in this. random character from the comics, and. everyone would be like, "Oh, that's all. she is." and not look past it. But then. by the end, we find out that her origin. story is different, and she's actually. connected to Wanda. And then by the end. of it, we could see Wanda's expression.

within Vision's mind, and it's Elizabeth. Olsen again. And this could all end with. Wanda envisions digital representations. flying off together in this endless. world of magical digital creation until. they get resurrected in Secret Wars.
