YIKES! GOP in EPSTEIN HELL Again…

A memo from MAGA Republican. congressional leadership to their MAGA. congressional members has been unearthed. regarding what these MAGA Congress. members should be saying to their. constituents when they return to their. home district yet again. And they're. asked, "Why do you keep on covering up. the Epstein files? And why is Congress. recessing yet again and shutting down. until after the midterms? because you. all keep covering up the child sex.

trafficking ring that is the Epstein. files and you are all complicit with. Donald Trump and you've got the United. States into a catastrophic and unlawful. war against Iran in order to cover up. the Epstein files. So this memo that's. been unearthed provides instructions to. MAGA Republican Congress members from. MAGA leadership about here's what you. need to tell your constituents when they. ask you why we're going home again. Now, this follows MAGA Mike Johnson at the. beginning of this week mocking.

Republican Congress member Thomas Massie. for saying that Maggamike Johnson was. going to shut down Congress yet again to. cover up the Epstein files. And Magga. Mike Johnson was like, "That's stupid. That's ridiculous. We're going to be. here until the midterms. We're going to. be here all throughout September and. into October. That's a total lie." And. what happened when Congress returned? Democrats on the House Oversight. Committee and Democrats on the Judiciary. Committee and Democrats throughout the. House and the Senate started calling out.

the MAGA Republicans for their continued. cover up of the Epstein files. You have. Katie Fang from the Midas Touch Network. aggressively pursuing her litigation. against the Department of Justice for. their cover up. And then you had an. Epstein class billionaire this past week. who was supposed to testify before the. House Oversight Committee. He refused to. show up and he sued the House Oversight. Committee and the House of. Representatives saying that there's no. legitimate legislative purpose for the.

Epstein investigation by Congress and. for his deposition and for him to. produce documents including potential. NDAs between him and girls and women. And he said, "I am objecting to all of. this. I will not produce this." So then. MAGA Mike Johnson's like, "All right, we. got to get home. Let's get out of here. This is the memo from the MAGA. Republican leadership to their MAGA. members. Let me read it for you." And.

the Democrats on the House Oversight. Committee posted this as well, and they. write, "Everything the Republicans do. involves protecting billionaires and. predators." Here's the memo. Good. afternoon. This is to the MAGA Congress. members from their leadership. Some of. your members are asking for messaging. guidance in response to today's. announcement that the House is. cancelling for the final two weeks of. September. I recommend that you use some. version of this. The 119th Congress has.

built the foundation for success for. this country. We've passed nearly 900. pieces of legislation in the House, the. second most in US history. We delivered. the largest tax cut for workingclass. families in American history. We cut 1.1. trillion in federal spending, the most. in US history. We rolled back 22. burdensome regulations, the most in US. history. This has been the most. aggressive, successful, and productive. house in American history since 1949. We.

We have a schedule, a calendar. that's been out for a year. We are. abiding by that calendar. I I we are. going to work all the way through. September and every day that's on the. calendar so long as people like him. don't stop the progress. So that is a. nonsensical statement by someone who is. not participating as a full member of.

It is time to have investigations and. prosecutions. And Jonathan, what is. outrageous is Todd Blanch is refusing to.

investigate Leon Blank, refusing to have. uh any case opened up against him, even. as we're seeing prosecutions around the. world. >> And here's what Democratic Congress. member Ted Louu had to recently say. about the Epstein files. Donald Trump raping children, of Donald.

Trump threatening to kill children. So, I encourage your press to go look at. these allegations. And I'm highly. disturbed that Deputy Attorney General. Todd Blanch just got the law wrong. yesterday. He said essentially that it. is not a crime to party with Jeffrey. Epstein. Well, that's actually not. correct. If Jeffrey Epstein was human. trafficking minors for these sex parties. and you show up and patronize.

the establishment at that party, yes, you're guilty because patronizing is. part of the law, the federal sex. trafficking law. So, Deputy General. Tablan just got that wrong, which maybe. explains why they aren't investigating. all these folks, including Donald Trump. He needs to read the law and investigate. these people. He also needs to resign, not only for not knowing the law, but a. massive not only screw- up, but the. biggest privacy violation in history.

They release a lot of pictures of minors. unredacted, just violated the privacy of. these girls. uh it is uncalled for what. they did. The one thing that they could. not do under this law was to invade the. privacy uh of these women now who were. girls at the time who were uh victims of. sex trafficking. Also, he met with Gain.

Maxwell. Maxwell moved her to minimum. security prison and then got a puppy for. her. So, for all those reasons, he's. just got to leave Department of Justice. >> And I'll show you over here. Oversight. This lawsuit being filed. today, September 3rd, 2026, federal. court, the District of Columbia. 28. pages. I have it right here. Just as a. refresher, Leon Black was supposed to. roll up today, September 3rd, and sit. for a continuation of his questioning. Now, remember when he did this back in. June, he walked out maybe an hour into. his voluntary transcribed interview. And. this is what I have been warning James. Comr and Republicans on House oversight. for a while. This is what Robert Garcia,

the lead Democrat on House oversight and. others have been warning about. When you. give them an inch, they will take a. mile. And when you do these voluntary. transcribed interviews that don't have. any teeth, then they can walk out. Then. they are not under oath. And we have no. idea what the hell is going on. And so. and so at that transcribed interview in. June, and I have given James CR credit. for this, he served Leon Black with two. subpoenas. Why? Because Black had been.

stonewalling and refusing to answer. questions about non-disclosure. agreements, NDAs. So those subpoenas. were served on Black in person with his. lawyers there. He walks out of his. voluntary transcribed interview and he. was supposed to come back today, September 3rd. And I covered here at. Katy Fang News last week the fact that. Comr threatened to have a contempt. referral for Leon Black because of his. failure to comply. It was an. anticipatory thing, right? He's like, I. know where this is going because there.

was a lot of back and forth between Leon. Black's lawyers and the lawyers for his. house oversight. And in the end, lo and. behold, this is Leon Black's official. response. Let's get into the details. quickly, folks, because I think this is. very important for us to cover. It's. called complaint for declaratory and. injunctive relief. Y'all here at Katy. Vang News, we've looked at these types. of complaints before. Declaratory relief. is Leon Black going to court and asking. the court to make a declaration or a. determination that in this instance,

those subpoenas from House oversight are. not valid and enforceable. The. injunctive relief part of Leon Black's. lawsuit is asking the court to enter an. injunction to enjoin to stop to block. house oversight from forcing him to have. to comply with those two subpoenas. One. subpoena was to sit for the deposition. today under oath under penalties of. perjury, videotaped, etc. The other. subpoena said, "Please produce all NDAs. of which you are a party." Okay. So,

according to Leon Black's 28-page. lawsuit, he says that these two. subpoenas demand the production of. private non-disclosure agreements and. the other compels his deposition. testimony. Black argues these subpoenas. are invalid to the extent they exceed. House oversight's delegated authority. and seeking private information that. bears no legitimate connection to its. legislative purpose. Additionally, the. subpoenas would expose women who value. their privacy, who have no known or.

public connection to Epstein, who. bargained for confidentiality and have. refused to release it, and who have no. ability to protect themselves and their. privacy before the committee. Therefore, Black seeks declaratory and injunctive. relief, preventing House Oversight from. enforcing, threatening to enforce, or. otherwise compelling compliance with the. subpoenas, as I had just explained. Now, ironically, in paragraph one of Leon. Black's lawsuit, he makes reference to. the congressional red scare witch hunt.

seven decades ago. And he complains and. he explains that the power of Congress. to conduct investigations is inherent in. the legislative process. That power is. broad, but it is not unlimited. And he's. saying that there is no justification. for a sweeping and intrusive subpoena. served upon a private citizen. The. lawsuit goes on to state that what is. being sought from black is so overly. broad and intrusive that it doesn't have. any correlation or connection to the.

legislative purpose that house oversight. has announced concerning its. investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Maxwell, and others. Congress. pursuing Mr. Black for purely political. gain is not a legitimate end of. congressional investigations. And that. is what Black argues in his lawsuit. Now, there is pages upon pages of the. procedural history that went into the. back and forth of Black appearing in.

front of House oversight. It's not worth. getting into. It takes up I'm talking a. lot of pages here. Okay. 19 out of 28. pages is Leon Black's selfserving. recitation of the procedural and factual. history leading up to the filing of this. lawsuit. I'll point out a few things. here. He's complaining about the fact. that the original negotiations with. staff for the House oversight majority.

never led Black or his lawyers to to. believe that he would be asked about. these NDAs or he'd be asked about his. personal life. I want to hit pause for a. second here. Look, fishing expeditions I. am not a fan of. But investigations, they are allowed to have some leeway. they are allowed to have some oxygen in. the room to be able to explore things. If I am only going to ask you one. question about your relationship with. Jeffrey Epstein, for example, did you. have a relationship with Jeffrey Epste?

And then you say no and then that's it. Like, how am I supposed to be able to. vet your answer? How am I supposed to be. able to find other investigative leads? Ironically, according to Todd Blanch, the FBI has no investigative leads. According to the FBI, they have no. investigative leads. So to House. Oversight's credit, this is what they're. working to do. But you have to give some. fudge room on this. Okay? And so when. you're letting a witness, deponent,

subject know that they're coming in to. answer questions. You're not going to. give them all the questions in advance. And I have covered that here. The. lawyers for black, they wanted to have. all the questions in advance. No, we. don't do that. House oversight. definitely does not do that either. And. so they, as in blacks lawyers, are. saying, "Look, you led us to believe. that we wouldn't be asked questions like. that." And then we've complied with your. document subpoena. We've given you one. confidentiality agreement in which.

Epstein could have been involved, quote. unquote, because it was the only one. that was executed while Epstein was. alive. Now, you like me are like, "Hey, exactly what agreement are they talking. about?" Check this out. According to the. New York Times, Jeffrey Epstein quote, essentially. served as a fixer whose services went. beyond modernizing Leon Black's finances. or reducing his taxes. Epste suggested. ways to obscure millions of dollars that.

Black paid to women as well as to. Epstein himself. He brainstormed about. how to avoid taxes on some of those. payments. Epstein took credit for. diffusing a government audit of a woman. to whom Mr. Black had paid millions of. dollars. Epste planned ways to surveil, intimidate, and silence another woman. who was threatening to publicly accuse. Leon Black of abuse. He even. counseledled Leon Black to separate from. his wife after she learned of his. infidelity. Leon Black paid about $20 million to a.

dozen women, at least some of whom he. had had sexual relations with. Epstein. was involved in figuring out ways to. dispense a significant portion of that. money. In a 2017 email, Epstein wrote. Leon Black stating that Epstein thought. his job was partly about quote saving. you from yourself. So, how is it unreasonable then that. House Oversight wants to explore those. NDAs? How is it unreasonable that House.

oversight is supposed to just accept. Leon Black's answers that are given. without actually having the chance to. review those NDAs? Now, what Leon Black. further argues is the following. Leon. Black, after he tries to self-describe. in paragraph 17 of the lawsuit at some. shining example of a member of society, ends up basically stating that the women. that are a part of these NDAs have.

advised Black and his lawyers that they. do not want their identities released. They have not released black from. confidentiality provisions in those. non-disclosure agreements and they do. not trust house oversight to keep their. identities confidential given the. numerous inadvertent releases by the. government of identifying information. that have already occurred in the epsene. matter. Now isn't that interesting? That. is the Trump DOJ that they are. referencing. They are referencing Todd. Blanch's botched and horrific roll out.

And they also. say that they don't have to show up for. the deposition because they have no. additional information to offer. As in.

Leyon Black has no additional. information. This lawsuit sounds in. three counts. Count one is declaratory. and injunctive relief stating that House. oversight only has investigative. authority that has been delegated to it. And the validity of a congressional. subpoena depends on that authority. And. in this instance, these subpoenas exceed. House Oversight's delegated authority. and that there is no identified. legislation that House Oversight could. point to that would be advanced by.

compelling every NDA to which Mr. Black. is or was a party regardless of date, counterparty, subject matter, connection. to Epstein or Maxwell, connection to. federal law enforcement, connection to. sex trafficking, connection to elected. officials, or connection to any proposed. legislative reform. Count two also says. that the document subpoena and the. deposition subpoena are invalid and. uninforceable because they are not tied. to any valid legislative purpose. And. then count three says that this.

declaratory injunctive relief is to not. allow them as in house oversight to. threaten contempt charges against Leon. Black for his failure to comply. Lastly, Leon Black is asking the court. to declare that House Oversight does not. have any authority to enforce these. documents against Leon Black. And so. now, as we sit here, Leon Black will not. show up today on September 3rd. Congressman Robert Garcia issuing this.

statement about Leon Black. By refusing. to testify today, Leon Black is now. defying two congressional subpoenas. Black gave Jeffrey Epstein over $180. million over six years. He funded. Epstein's abuse and trafficking of. women. His connections to Epstein and. his unwillingness to cooperate are. unacceptable. Multiple women have also. accused Black of sexual assault. We must. hold him in contempt immediately. So, Robert Garcia is saying, uh, we need to. move forward to get answers and.

accountability. And this is how this. plays out. I reasonably anticipate that. there will be some narrowing narrowing. excuse me of the scope of the subpoena. for the document production relating to. the NDAs because there is a little bit. of credence to the argument that's being. asserted by black that it cannot be so. overly broad. It has to actually be. tailored towards what is being. investigated here. But the failure to. appear today is a huge problem for Leon.

Black. I I want to separate the document. subpoena from the deposition subpoena. The failure for Leon Black to appear. today is a huge problem for him. Putting aside the legalities of it, the. optics are horrific. Just like Todd Blanch continues to throw. up obstacles to production of unredacted. information to the American people, Leon. Black's optics suck. He just furthers. furthers the public's belief that he is. trying to hide from the people his.

involvement with not only Jeffrey. Epstein, Galen Maxwell, but also others. I am all for protecting the identities. of the people that are a part of these. NDAs. However, there is a way to be able to. navigate this process where their. information is not exposed. And to House. Oversight's Council's credit, they have. proposed this. But you'll recall, as I. covered here last week at Katie Fang. News, the following dialogue was had.

with Black's council when House. Oversight's lawyers proposed limiting. things in some way. This is from Comr's. letter dated August 18th to the lawyers. for Leon Black. And I I looked into this. in detail and I covered it here. And. this is the part that really sticks with. me about the lack of good faith on Black. in the filing of this lawsuit. And with. regards to this, ready? This is on page. um eight of nine. It says, "During an. August 18th meeting, Council for Black.

stated he would not agree to provide a. privilege log, meaning he would not. agree to provide House Oversight's. lawyers with a log of those NDAs, the. identities, or whatever, so that the. House oversight lawyers could callull. through it and see which ones they. really wanted to to get into." Right. Council stated Council for Black stated. he would be willing to provide one. additional NDA in exchange in exchange. for an agreement that House oversight. agree not to hold him in contempt. related to either subpoena. Change the. depos subpoena to a voluntary transcribe.

interview. Limit the scope of the transcribe. interview regarding confidentiality. agreements to the only two NDAs that. Black was willing to provide. Delay the. transcribed interview until late. September, early October, and not video. record the transcribed interview. So, of. course, House Oversight's like, "No, peace out. I'll see you on September 3rd. Comply. with the two congressionally authorized. and duly served subpoenas." And what. does he do? He files a 28page lawsuit. It It's nice, huh? To have money and to.

have high-powered, you know, very. expensive lawyers to run to federal. court to be able to do this for you. Must be nice, huh? Yet another example. of how money means an influence. as a. member of the Epstein elite has a nerd. to the benefit of those members. Leon. Black being one of the most prominent. We know Senator Ron Weiden has exposed. the fact that more than $170 million was. paid to Jeffrey Epstein by Leon Black. over the span of five years for quote.

tax and other related services. What? Stop. Stop the insanity, Leon Black. Let's see how this all rolls out. I. mean, this doesn't smell very good for Leon. Black, does it? Just looks like he's. trying to hide, hide, hide, hide, hide. Just wants to keep the truth and the. information away from the American. people. And me, by the way, I'd love to.
