Norm Eisen's Democracy Defender Fund. Group in their Freedom of Information. Act request to the Trump regime to turn. over critical Epstein files documents. that are being concealed. A massive win.

Trump regime has been hiding more FBI. 302 reports regarding potential. co-conspirators of Epstein. will go over. the findings there that will be critical. to future Freedom of Information Act. requests and also Katie Fang from the.

Midas Touch Network, her lawsuit under. the Epstein Files Transparency Act. against the Trump regime. We've also. seen massive losses for Donald Trump in. other major cases in the past 24 hours. as well. In a New York federal. courthouse, Judge Angel Meer in a. Freedom of Information Act request filed. by the ACLU against the Trump regime and.

specifically against the DOJ. This. federal judge has ordered that the. Office of Legal Council's memorandum. regarding the United States, I call. them, cuz this is what they are, war. crimes in the Caribbean where 234 people. on fishing boats were slaughtered. Those. strikes that have been taking place on. the fishing boats in that area, a. federal judge said, "Show me the Office. of Legal Counsel memo. I will soon make.

the determination under FOYA, the. Freedom of Information Act, if we will. release that memo publicly. The Trump. regime tried to claim attorney client. privilege and deliberative process. privilege, some of the same types of. objections they've been making to try to. conceal the Epstein files. But Judge. Angel Meer said, "You've now. incorporated your Office of Legal. Counsel memo into actual policy and. you're treating it like quasi law. And.

in that event, you can't shield it with. some privilege. This is still a. democracy. Damn it. Let me see the memo. and I will determine if we make it. public." This is huge, folks, cuz this. could start moving us in the direction. of when accountability is coming. and. it's coming. Putting people like Pete. Hegsith and a lot of these other Trump. stooges um making sure they're held. accountable for their war crimes. And as.

I said, any Democrat running for the. presidency should make it clear that. they will hand over these war criminals. to the HEG. They also need to promise. that they will destroy the ballroom and. anything that has Trump's name on it. it. gets ripped down and it needs to be. broadcast live the first day when a new. there was another big hearing as well. We covered it a little bit this morning, the onbank hearing before the DC circuit. court of appeal. You heard about this. where there was 11 federal judges. technically one judge recused. So, 10. federal judges evaluating Judge. Boseberg, the Washington DC federal. judges order holding the Trump regime in. criminal contempt back in 2025 when they.

sent uh all of the individuals to um El. Salvador to go and seek and to be. tortured in the concentration camp over. there. And remember, Judge Booseberg. issued that order in 2025, preventing. the planes from taking off, but Christy. Gnome violated the order, and all of the. Trump regime officials violated the. order. And Judge Boseberg held everybody. in contempt and then it was eventually.

overturned um by three Trump stooges who. were on the DC circuit. It then went to. what's called an NBONK hearing and then. you had uh these federal judges. seemingly about to restore Judge. Boseberg's criminal contempt finding. over these court of appeal stooges who. Trump appointed. So a lot of. development, a lot of accountability. You know, I know a lot of people are. talking about, you know, the midterms.

are coming and all great, all. developments that are true, but we need. to focus on what's happening in the. courts because a lot of these things. that are percolating now were things. that started actually in 2025. I mean, you take a look at this Norm Eisen. Democracy Defender Fund uh FOYA lawsuit. for the Trump regime to turn over. certain categories of Epstein files. Here's what Norm Eisen posted today. Big. win for making the Epstein files public.

Federal Judge Coler Coddaly grants. summary judgement to the Democracy Dem. democracy defender fund group, ordering. the DOJ to get busy giving us the docks. We will hold their feet to the fire. And. you take a look at judge the federal. judge's order right here. And this was a. lawsuit that was actually filed back in. 2025 and it relates to a number of foyer. requests. There was a July 22nd 2025.

request. On July 22nd, 2025, the. Democracy Defender Fund submitted a. foyer crest to Rafoya request to DOJ's. criminal division. This request. concerned the investigation files of. Epstein and Maxwell and communications. among senior DOJ officials relating to. the DOJ's investigation of Epstein and. Maxwell. Specifically, the DDF requested. all records from the inception of the.

DOJ's investigation of Jeffrey Epste. andor Gila Maxwell to when this request. is pro processed of all records relating. to the DOJ investigation. All records. relating to the DOJ investigation of. Epstein and Gilain right there and any. mention of Donald Trump, President. Trump, any variations of that name with. Epstein and Maxwell's files. Then there. was a July 28, 2025 request by the.

Democracy Defender Fund um that was sent. to the Criminal Division of the DOJ. And. here's what was requested over there. All records from January 20th, 2025 to. when the request is processed of records. of all communications, including but not. limited to letters, faxes, emails, voicemails, direct messages, or any form. of electronic message, regardless of. whether maintained on an official device.

or account or a personal device or. account that refer to Jeffrey Epstein or. Gileain Maxwell or any code name, code. word, pseudonym, or cryptony. used for. identifying Epstein or Gilain Maxwell. that were sent from, received by or. transmitted to any Department of Justice. official, including but not limited to. Attorney General Bondi Blanch, uh, Emil. Bo, Cash Patel, and FBI Deputy Director. Dan Bonino. They also are demanding.

electronic copies of calendar entries or. meeting invitations for DOJ officials. regarding Epstein and also any. communications regarding how Donald. Trump's name would be filtered and how. Donald Trump would be looked at in the. files and if there was a process or. video or anything regarding Donald. Trump. So very very um important. requests and you had the federal judge. over here just issue a ruling and well.

the DOJ's argument was that these. requests by Norm Eisen's group the. democracy defender fund is over broad. and the federal judge said it's only. maybe federal it's maybe only over broad. to the extent it asks for documents from. every DOJ official as long as it focuses. is on the main leadership like Bondi and. Blanch and Patel and Banino and Emil. Boove and all of those main players and.

Trump and all of them. That's enough. We'll focus just on uh those. individuals. We call them custodians in. the law and you have to produce all of. these records. So the federal judge. ordered that the records from them be. produced immediately. Um and again you. have the FOYA litigation, right? And. then separately you have the Katie Fang. from the Midas Touch Network. Katie. Fang's litigation was not under FOYA.

Her request was saying, "Well, look, there's a federal law. Turn over the. documents." It's called the Epstein. Transparency Act. And when the Trump. regime didn't turn it over, Katie Fang. filed a federal lawsuit. I think you. know the story from there. Federal Judge. Sullivan ordered the Trump regime to. turn over foreign language documents, turn over uh handwritten notes regarding. certain categories of the FBI 302. reports, justify certain redactions of. individuals who appear to be.

co-conspirators, who you're claiming are. victims, but they appear to be. co-conspirators, and produce a privilege. log. Produce the log of documents you. are withholding. We want to see those. documents. And federal judge Sullivan. ordered those documents be produced. The. Trump regime rushed and filed an. emergency appeal to the DC circuit. Certain matters are temporarily stayed. in Judge Sullivan's proceeding, but.

Katie Fang filed her lawsuit April 2026. Democracy Defender Funds lawsuit goes. back to 2025. So, you see how the Trump. regime, they're just stalling and. delaying and delaying. were other developments on the Epstein. front where you had US Senator, Senator. Ron Widen. He sent this letter uh to the. Trump DOJ about and the FBI about their. cover up. As Aaron Parnos explains, exclusive, the Trump DOJ is violating. the Epstein Files Transparency Act by. hiding FBI 302s, those are investigative. reports, memorializing an interview with.

a banker tied to Jeffrey Epstein. Why? to protect powerful people on Wall. Street and in the big banks. This is the. letter right over here. So, there are so. many critical reports that are being. concealed by the Trump regime. I've. estimated that there's at least at least. 5 million documents being withheld. Those documents can be multi-page.

documents. So, we may be talking about. 25 to 30 million Epstein files that have. still not been produced. And I believe. those are the most damaging. Those are. the most devastating. And the Trump. regime is doing everything they can to. hide it. But you're seeing the efforts. by Katie Fang, by Norm Eisen, by. Democrats in the Senate and the House. I talked. about Judge Booseberg who made this. criminal contempt finding but there were. these Trump Court of Appeal judges who. kept on blocking the contempt. proceedings from taking place. Well, finally we got an onbunk panel of the DC. circuit on bonk means like basically the.

full panel you had 11 judges one recuse. So 10 federal appeals judges they all. said you know what we're all going to. join. It's very rare for them to grant. an unbunk request, but they all granted. this unbunk request. The lawyer from the. ACLU was making the argument over here. um on behalf of uh the plaintiffs in. this case too, you know, who were a lot. of these uh Venezuelan individuals, many.

on temporary protected status and others. who were asylum seekers who were sent to. El Salvador and put in the concentration. camps. Remember, Judge Boseberg ordered. the Trump regime, you're not allowed to. do that. That order goes back to March. 15th, 2025. So, fast forward a year, March 2026. Fast forward a, you know, another what, 6 months or so. Here we are approaching. October and finally we get this full. panel. Again, very rare for a full panel.

to hear a case, but we have an unbunk DC. circuit panel and they seemed livid at. the Trump regime. And if I was betting. on this, and I don't bet, I'm not a. better ever, but if I were to guess, I'll say, or make a hypothesis, an. educated one, I say that Judge Boseberg. is about to be empowered to reinitiate. contempt uh proceedings against the. who's now been put on the Third Circuit. Court of Appeals where the Trump regime. is basically hiding him over there. This. guy got confirmed by the freaking United. States Senate. case in the Southern District of New. York. Well, Judge Angel Meyer just made. an order today that the Trump. administration must show the judge the. memo from the Office of Legal Counsel in. the DOJ to justify the Trump regime's. boat strikes that have killed 234 people. in the Caribbean and the Pacific. Judge. Angelmeer rejected several excuses by. the Trump regime for withholding the. memo. And the main excuses, they were.

manifold, but the main one was attorney. client privilege, deliberative process. privilege, executive privilege. By the. way, these are the same excuses they're. using to withhold the Epstein files. They're saying, "Yeah, it's an executive. privilege and deliberative process for. us to not turn over child sex. trafficking uh information regarding. perpetrators. We're it's it's privileged. information to protect the.

co-conspirators." Seriously, you sickos. In any event, this federal judge said. it's not a privilege once you are you. promoting it. You're posting videos of. it. You're telling people that it's. lawful. You're talking about it. publicly. You've implemented this and. you're almost treating it as the public. guidance of what to do. So you can no. longer claim it privilege when you've. got Pete Hegsith and others in the Trump. regime out there basically saying,

"Here's what we're doing. It's perfectly. lawful. Here's what we're doing." No, you've waved any privilege that you. could possibly claim. The public is owed. these documents. I want to see them. first is what the judge said. turn them. over to me and I'll decide then once I. read the Office of Legal Counsel memo. whether we make it public and I think. it'll be made public and when we talk. about war crimes and trying these Trump. regime officials in the Hague where I.
