🚨Trump’s Election Scheme Gets SMOKED OUT FAST!!!

Donald Trump is panicking as his. attempts to interfere with various state. elections is backfiring in his face. because guess what? The state attorneys. general and also a lot of civil rights. groups are pushing back hard. And Donald. Trump, when you push back hard and you. fight against him, he shows what a weak. and pathetic coward that he is. I want. to talk about what's going on Alaska in. just a moment as well. But let's zoom in. on what's going on in California where. the Trump regime, you know, has tried to. attack California and say there's a.

there's a list that we have at the DOJ. of 20,000 people and it's a list that. shows all these people who shouldn't be. voting or registered to vote and they're. going to interfere with the California. elections. And so we need to take action. immediately. And so there's opposition. to that in two major courouses, one in. California, one in DC, one before a. federal judge who I've appeared in front. of when I was a litigator on a number of. occasions. A nononsense judge Vietnam.

veteran hero by the name of Judge David. Carter who got a case assigned to him. there involving the Trump DOJ's attack. on California. And Judge Carter said, "Who are these people? You're the DOJ. If you think crimes are being committed, you don't just come into my court and. basically try to shut down an election. If crimes are being committed, prosecute. the bad guys. Show me. I'm, you know, Judge Carter's known to show up in his. court at 6:00 a.m. and start his docket. really early. I'll be here. I've seen. the DOJ handle complex cases. Show me.

who all the criminals are. Show me who. you're investigating. But I'm not going. to stand here and just do nothing while. you attack the state of California and. hardworking county, state, and local. officials. And so, Judge Carter. basically told the guy, you know, the. guy he was the United States attorney. Then he called himself the first. assistant. Then he got disqualified. because he was using a title but really. serving as the United States attorney. But you have Judge Carter basically. standing up over there. Then in.

Washington DC, you had this group file a. lawsuit against the uh Trump regime in. Washington DC in a case that got. assigned to Judge Boseberg and DC being. a jurisdiction for this case because the. DOJ was running this scheme against. California out of Maine justice with the. 20,000 people on their purported list of. these unreg these people who are acting. like they're registered to vote, but. they're illegals and they shouldn't be. able to vote. And so this group. basically filed a lawsuit and said,

"Show me who the 20,000 people are. because we represent the immigrant. population." It was a a group that. represents immigrant. Show us who the. people are that you're targeting and. you're impacting. And Judge Boseberg, the federal judge who was assigned to. this case, issued a ruling and said, "Hey, DOJ, turn over the list. Let's see. who your 20,000 people are because. you're you haven't turned it over in. California. You haven't turned over. Let's see the list." And then the. Department of Justice on Friday filed an.

emergency motion for stay pend pending. mandamus and they said we can't turn. over the list. That's classified law. enforcement information and so we should. not be ordered to show this list to the. plaintiffs suing based on the threats to. the immigrant population arising out of. the DOJ saying that we're holding on to. a list with all of these immigrants who. we're going to, you know, go after for. all of these crimes. Who are these. people? Just tell us who the freaking. people are. And that's kind of echoing.

what Judge Carter is saying. Look, show. us who these people are. Judge Boseberg, who what are you doing here? Okay, what's even happening? And this is what. we see over and over again with Trump in. his personal lawsuits with this. despicable and disgusting DOJ. It's just. show us the evidence. Show us the facts. Show us the paperwork. Who are these. people? Show us the Epstein files. What. are you doing? We want to actually see. what the hell is actually going on here. And that's when the Trump regime was, oh, um, you know, it was a Trump tweet. It's a Trump social media post. I mean,

I think also it's unrelated, but related. in a way. It's not related to the. election stuff, but it's like, uh, when. the judge Reyes in the Trump golf course. case is like, how much is this going to. cost? Like the taxpayers like, did you. do an estimate um, regarding Trump. taking over this golf course? They're. like, deliberative process. The judge, what do you deliberate? You're not going. to share what the estimate is. Um, you. said before it could be a $400 million. for the seaw wall. Do you want to show. to repair the seaw wall? What's this.

whole thing going to cost? Deliberative. process. We're not going to tell you. Do. you have a plan? Do you have an. executive privilege? He's posting about. it on his freaking social account. What. do you mean executive privilege? Going. back to the election contest, the Trump. regime has a phantom list of 20,000. people that they're just going to dangle. overheads to cast out about the. election. But people are punching back. You take a look at what's happening in. Alaska as well. You had the United. States attorney, this despicable, vile. person over there in Alaska. He.

previously recused himself arising out. of the Trump regime, saying, you know, this is a criminal conduct that may be. taking place in Alaska, that there are. two Dan Sullivans on the ballot, and. that there's the Dan Sullivan incumbent, and then there's another Dan Sullivan, and that the people of Alaska, the. 747,000 people in Alaska, don't know. that incumbent means incumbent. And even. though there's not even a standard that. requires good faith to put your name on.

the ballot as long as you're eligible, meaning let's just assume for the sake. of argument that Pelola arranged this. whole thing and said, "You know what my. plan is? I'm going to go Elon Musk. sneaky stuff. I'm going to fight fire. with some sneaky fire of my own. I'm. going to recruit another Dan Sullivan, put him on there, and this is what I'm. going to do." The Supreme Court of. Alaska said, "That's fine. There's no. law that actually bans that from. happening. There's no good faith. requirement in Alaska. So, what the hell. are we even talking about here? You.

know, I think I'm more concerned about. James Comr's new hair dye than all of. the blue bruhaha about what's going on. over there in Al People like, "OH MY. GOD, CAN you believe what's happening. over there?" And I just think, you know, it's it's also like what we we don't. expect the people of Alaska to be smart. enough to realize what's going on. People of Alaska get it. And why are all. these people in, you know, Washington or. California or wherever speaking about, well, the people of Alaska and John, what Donald Trump say? You need 190 IQ.

in order to understand the Alaska. ballot. What the hell are they talking. about? To help make sense of all this, I. want to bring in Harry Litman from the. The Trump regime is doing. everything they can, but in kind of. typical Trump fashion, the maliciousness. is also matched by the incompetence. And. there has been good efforts by both. state attorneys general and these. outside legal groups that are already. kind of counterpunching the benefit of.

seeing how Trump has litigated with the. DOJ before. And as you and I have said. before, the DOJ has lost so much. credibility in federal courts with all. of this stuff that you and I have been. covering for two years that they show up. in front of the federal courts without. any presumption of regularity. They show. up looking like these fraud, you know, you know, lawyers who don't know what. the hell they're doing and they have to. go into these very skeptical judges. So,

talk to us about all of this, Harry. >> Okay. and I'll do my best cuz so much is. going on. Let me start with the point. you just made about the AGs and the. private council. I I'm here to tell you. the coordination and the just uh person. power is really really robust and in. particular you're right that they're. counter punching. That's what's. happening and effectively in California. and in Alaska and maybe in Washington.

and we saw it in Nevada. But the suit in. front of Boseberg is actually that's. their sword to the shield. That's the. plaintiffs there are the DC and others. who are going in and saying they're. doing this nationwide. Judge Boseberg. please uh shut it down. So the first. point is we've got a very coordinated. legal and you know strategically thought. through kind of response. Point number. two, the evidence as you say these.

20,000 so again and again these claims. which we've always known because they've. been contradicted by by study after. study showing in fact hardly any uh. nonitizens vote in our elections. But. the numbers uh there, you know, this. supposed list that's the basis of. everything. It's just got no provenence. No, it might have been done by, you. know, Steven Miller's nephew. It's as. much it's a nothing where there there's.

going to be efforts now to try to find. out just where does this come from? I've. heard different suppositions but the. main thing is again and again they take. these outsiz numbers and then first of. all they uh retreat to something like. you know 200 and then the state. officials look at them as they did in LA. as they in Nevada they looked carefully. they didn't have to but they did and. found exactly. zero not uh the 14,000 California it.

just doesn't add up at all. So, so we. also have this whole consistent with. what the courts, you know, recognize is. a complete um uh political ideological. mission. We also have the evidence that. they're trying to use uh completely. discredited. But the third point and to. me the biggest point it doesn't matter. because in any way of looking at things. whatever you think about Mary Pollah.

whatever you think about you know these. 20,000. uh names even if there were bonafide and. they are not they are not they are not. there is no federal hook for the. executive branch to be involved again. and again they may be trying now. to do a fraud investigation. in Alaska or we've heard about this. provision. This is the one that Carter. uh you know what you were saying really.

referenced them. There is a there is a. statute 18 USC 611 says non-citizens. shouldn't vote. The DOJ has a role to. play in overseeing it that's going after. people who are criminals like anything. else. It's not trying to use it somehow. to say if the state doesn't play the way. we want them to and this is their. whateenth effort to control whether you. know the as Carter put it you just want. to disenfranchise.

all of California. The these are the. votes that are being cast and you're. trying to take it away. Same thing in. Alaska there. you know, whatever. happened there, it's just no business of. the of the Fed of the executive branch. to try to muck around in. And it's and. as you say in Alaska, the state's. already decided and by the way, um, we, you know, this this has happened. It's, it is kind of unsaavory, isn't it? The.

sort of confusion effect, but that's. like the old that's gambling in the. casino. It's the oldest story in my. district. Uh when the my congressman. Mike Doyle retired, the Republicans. recruited someone to run for his seat. Guess what that person's name was? Mike. Doyle. And they had to look hard. It's, you know, it's par for the course in. politics. There are many um examples. But again, even if it weren't, they have. no business being there. And then the.

final point I want to make is as you say. we are getting I mean there there was. you know an erosion of the production of. regularity but in in opinions by and you. mentioned in PTOAC Reyes but also Carter. they are just calling them out and. excoriating the feds and just saying. flat out you're you haven't you're. trying here to disenfranchise. voters in a state you're trying to get.

involved and horn in on state functions. and they are really uh barring no holds. in what they're saying and typically uh. we saw this especially with Reyes just. coming out of the box. This is not a. normal judicial opinions with this. What. the hell is going on here? Reyes says, "Uh, it's a little unusual that I'm. having to decide, ask DOJ lawyers, whom. to believe, them or the uh contradictory. words of the president, etc." So, the.

final point to raise here is I think I. think they've been pretty aggressive and. I I think we've done there even more in. response to something in Judge. Boseberg's case. They had to fess up all. the people they're doing this to. But. the main thing is it's completely. weeding in somebody else's garden. No. role for the feds here. They've been, I. think, pretty aggressive, but courts. have been really, I would say, more. impressive in boom right away in.

California, in Alaska. Look for it in. Washington. We'll see what Boseberg. does. He's going to rule by early next. week. But they are getting, you know, not simply their emergency motions. denied, but they are really getting, you. know, boxed around the ring by federal. judges who just no longer believe that. the that the DOJ gives it to them. straight. >> Yeah. And that is.

the damage that has been done to the DOJ. every day. you know, um, a death by a. thousand cuts, if that's the right. expression, you know, or 10,000 cuts. Um, you know, I just wrote a 85,000word. book, so my words are escape me. sometimes. Um, but the point is, uh, all. of these losses, all of this behavior. that you and I will do a video this. weekend on it. The behavior in a case. involving golf is emblematic of so much.

more than just golf, as the judge says. Because if you are willing to lie so. obviously and so stupidly and perjure. yourself on a case involving golf, talk. about those 30,000 cases of habius. petitions involving the immigrant who. was deported to the wrong country or the. person was thrown in a concentration. camp. If you're doing this on your golf, think about all the other stuff they've. been doing around and now here it is.

you know, the uh the MAGA fascist. chickens have come home to roost and. this is right before the election and. judges are saying, "Em, you have the presumption that you're. defrauding the court." The opposite of. regularity. You have the presumption of. irregularity, and I want everything. dotted, you know, sealed, signed, sealed, delivered. Anyway, we're going. to do that. >> But just very quickly, let me say. because what you said is so it's so. clear with Reyes. She says, you know,

you changed your story and she's not. done with them. It's a lot like Boseberg. was for that whole you you mentioned, you know, caught prison back in March of. 2025. She's torturing them or, you know, had a. hearing today. What else did you change. your word on? And I'm going to point and. she is a special master to look into. what happened. So, it's not simply not. believing them, but wanting there to be. consequences, as in the case in. Boseberg. And just one final point, it's.

been an MMO of the department to try to. hold back. And they could have said what. they're saying in California months ago. They hold back. And the hope is they can. upset the apple cart and then there's. chaos too late to correct things. It's. backfiring because the immediate. response in all the courts is go away. You're all wet. And now they are. hardpressed. They just ran up to the in. in response to what Carter had done. Ran. up to the Ninth Circuit. Emergency.

emergency. Ninth Circuit said, "No, we. don't think so." So now I think they. they gambled on waiting, waiting, waiting. And I think they're they're. played out.
