defining for more of his failures, but. this is yet another fake deal with. himself to manipulate the markets as. Donald Trump has failed to do any. meaningful deal that could end the. catastrophic and unlawful war in Iran. As gas and diesel prices continue to. surge and as our strategic oil reserves. have hit tank bottom, our strategic. petroleum reserves hit tank bottom,

Trump needs new fake deals to keep the. Ponzi scheme going. So here's what he. posted. And as we do on the Midas Touch. Network, I want to break this down to. show you that this is completely phony. and fraudulent. So, we need to dig. deeper than just Donald Trump says. Here. was his post. Breaking news. The United. States of America has just entered into. an agreement with the country of. Venezuela on the biggest oil deal in.

world history. point at my direction. Secretary of. State Marco Rubio and Secretary of War. Pete Hegs, working closely with highly. respected interim President of Venezuela. Deli Rodriguez and through a partnership. with private business have secured a. majority US control of more than 65. billion barrels of proven oil reserve in. Venezuela at no cost to the American.

taxpayer. It's free. All you get is. free. The biggest deal ever. So, pause. there for a second. Do you see all of. the red flags already saying Deli. Rodriguez, who was the right hand of. Maduro that she is somehow wellresected? She isn't wellresected. Number one. Number two, saying that this is a. partnership with private business. Which. private businesses, Donald? Is it the.

same private businesses that you talk to. when you pretend you talk to the. Ayatollah because Exxon Mobile ain't. doing business with you? A lot of our. oil companies and oil companies. internationally still don't want to make. substantial investments in Venezuela. So, who are these businesses? That would. seem to be a detail. They're going to. just invest hundreds of billions of. dollars. that would also be something.

they would need to disclose to their. shareholders. So again, I call BS right. there about that. Then Donald Trump goes. on to say, "The historic transaction. more than doubles American oil reserves, greatly increases our oil supply, and. will substantially lower gas prices for. all Americans long into the future while. helping to continue to set Venezuela on. a course toward tremendous success and. great prosperity." Pause right there.

Even if you accepted everything, the. fraud, the criminal, the liar, the. sexual predator, even if you say that. this is true, this ain't going to impact. your oil prices anytime soon. The. earliest that the infrastructure could. be built out, even if you assume he was. telling the truth, which he is not, 5. years minimum, probably more like 10 to. 12 years to build out the. infrastructure. And also given the fact.

that currently right now there is a. criminal prosecution against Deli. Rodriguez's former right hand Maduro and. the main argument against Maduro was. that his regime was illegitimate. That's. why he doesn't get immunity that world. leaders would otherwise get and why he. can be prosecuted. The very nature of. the prosecution of Maduro saying his. regime was illegitimate allowing him to.

be prosecuted because the legitimate. government is Maria Karina Machado in. her election. That's what the argument. would go cuz she actually won the. election. That means that any deals that. are struck with Deli Rodriguez will be. deemed per se invalid and unlawful in. the future. So, which companies are. going to say, "We need to put billions. of dollars into doing deals with Deli. Rodriguez's regime that the US is also. arguing in federal court is not.

Venezuela's interim government about. taking ownership stakes in South. America's enor in the South American. country's enormous oil resources. Two US.

officials tell Axios, "Only two? Isn't. the mo you normally get three that tell. Barack Ravid all of the things that. aren't happening in this trade of mood. horm. All right, you got two. Why it. matters. The historic deal would more. than double US oil reserves by drawing. from a country that has the world's. largest proven reserves. Calling this. deal huge would be an understatement. One official told Axios, "It is. massive." Adding pressure to get the. deal signed. the wars in Iran and. Ukraine, which have disrupted global oil.

supplies and raised prices. The US. strategic petroleum reserve is now at a. 40-year low. Do you see how this article. is being sculpted as well? whoa, whoa, whoa. Rewind. Details are still being hammered out. You know, when deals are usually. announced, the details are not being. hammered out. The details are written in. paper. So, we know, oh, that's who you did a. deal with. That's who you did a deal. with. These are the terms of the deal. I. guess this is a super secret framework, everybody. I'm doing the Mickey Mouse.

voice right there, so you know I'm. skeptical. Details are still being. hammered out, but the discussions. involve more than a dozen productive oil. fields. Not all of Venezuela's 300. billion barrels of proven reserves, but. folks, it could be about 90 billion. barrels of proven reserves in the fields. in question that used to be controlled. by former Venezuelan insiders, including. some who've been indicted. In return for. giving the US an ownership stake, the. Venezuelan government would benefit from.

private companies, including American. firms developing the fields and. returning more oil revenue to that. country. Who are the American companies? Pause there cuz I'll talk about this in. a second. But let's talk about the oil. already. Let's talk about what's. happening right now. So, the US took. over Venezuela's oil industry. That's. already happened. So, where has all the. money gone? According to the shipping. and tracking data, in the first four.

months of the US exerting control over. Venezuela's oil exports, almost 100. million barrels of oil worth an. estimated 8 billion have flowed through. a process marked by no transparency and. minimal oversight. The administration. has yet to provide a public accounting. of the Qatari bank account where the. money was allegedly deposited in, including how the funds were spent or.

what safeguards were in place to prevent. corruption and money laundering. So. where is the money? Where is this. account? And when it comes to this idea. that US private companies are going to. be investing $und00 billion to get. access to the 90 billion or to the uh 90. billion uh uh oil reserves over here. Um. what are we talking about here? Let's uh.

could we get a little more data of the. 90 billion barrels of proven reserves? Who who are these people? So, let's talk. about what some people in this industry. are saying about it. Analysts say they. need to see some more details. Reuters. says um on the agreement's legal and. financial structure before assessing it. Prospects were unclear for how the deal. is going to lower gasoline prices. David. Goldwin, president of Goldwin Global. Strategies, said it's unclear whether a.

US government lease would have a legal. basis under Venezuela's constitution and. new hydrocarbon laws, adding that there. is no precedent for having the US. government enter into a lease to operate. the fields. Goldwin questioned whether. the plan would address the obstacles. that have deterred investment in. Venezuela for years. It's hard to see. how this kind of arrangement would. accelerate investment at any material. scale, citing political uncertainty, an. inadequate power grid, limited export.

capacity, and government discretion over. the industry, not to mention the. horrific earthquakes that have ravaged. the area recently. You will also note. Venezuela nationalized its oil industry. in the 1970s and put the staterun PDSVA. at its center right there. The chistas. still run it. So the question is what's. the going to be the arrangement? It's. going to be a private partnership with.

PDSBA who the United States government. previously said it can't do business. with. And I'll just show you an article. that came out on Friday before Trump. made this announcement from the Wall. Street Journal. It did say Chevron and. some other US firms near a deal. Near a. deal, not a deal. They're nearing a deal. to invest billions in Venezuelan oil. fields. Not a hundred billion dollars. And it says Chevron and some other oil.

companies. But what it does note as. well, it says Chevron's two closest. rivals, Exxon Mobile and Kico Phillips, plan to remain on the sidelines for now. while discussions continue. The late. Venezuelan leader Yugo Chavez. nationalized Exxon and Kico's assets in. 2007. They are still seeking billions of. dollars in restitution almost two. decades later. Many companies were. hesitant and said they would need.

security guarantees and a complete. overhaul of Venezuela's legal and. commercial framework to consider diving. in. There is a company called Hunt Oil, a US wilder. They're interested in. potentially uh being involved in uh some. of these deals. But Exxon and Kico. aren't. That's kind of a big deal, right? Right there. Right. I mean, if. this is uh what we're talking about, and. I'll remind you, following the US. invasion of Venezuela and taking it.

over, remember what the Exxon CEO said? He says it is uninvestable. And that was. a few months back. That was his. language, uninvestable. Listen for yourself here. Play this. clip. With respect to Venezuela in. particular, we have a very long history. in Venezuela. In fact, uh we first got. into Venezuela back in 19 1940s. Uh. we've had our assets seized there twice. And so you can imagine to reenter a.

third time uh would require some pretty. significant changes from what we've. historically seen here in what is. currently the state. If we look at the. legal and commercial constructs and. frameworks in place today in Venezuela, uh today it's uninvestable. and so significant changes have to be. made to those commercial uh frameworks. the legal system. There has to be. durable investment protections and there. has to be a change to the hydrocarbon uh. laws in the country. We're confident. that with this administration and.

President Trump working uh handinhand. with the Venezuelan government that. those changes can be put in place. And. it should also be noted that in that. Wall Street Journal article that I had. shared with you, it says the following. about the uh oil situation over there. It says that before now, a lot of these. companies had yet to make any new. investments. Oil production has been. slow to increase. As of now, Venezuela. is pumping just 1.1 million barrels of.

oil a day, roughly in line with last. year's figures. 1.1 million barrels a. day, same as last year. So, the Trump. regime invaded. You know how Donald. Trump's like, "We've got so much oil out. of there." Not true. Not true. In line. with last year, and now the money is. being siphoned to Qatari bank accounts. that we don't know about. So, I wanted. to call this out cuz I always want to.

arm you with detailed, accurate info. over here about what's going on. I mean, you also have the opposition. um some people in Machado's opposition. party, you know, are calling this out as. well.
