🚨Trump JUST DID IT to KIDS…
Donald Trump versus three-year-olds. Donald Trump keeps on losing in court. He keeps on losing in federal court. So. now he continues to pick on. threeyear-olds, doesn't give them. lawyers and said they don't have a right. to lawyers and holds these kind of. deportation proceedings in immigration. courts in front of administrative law. judges who are basically handpicked by. the Trump regime. the ultimate malicious. kangaroo style courts where.
three-year-olds and 5-year-olds who are. separated from their parents are forced. to show up before grown adult judges who. are actually not federal judges. These. are people who are like, as we've. reported before, like some of them like. are recruited from like X and like. social media platforms, you know, who. are given these jobs after the Trump. regime purged these immigration judges. that were previously done on a. meritocracy basis and on a nonpartisan.
basis. And you know, I was reading the. CNN report on what's happening in one. such immigration court in Texas, and it. literally brought tears to my eyes. And. as soon as CNN reported on what was. happening as these little children were. going in front of these like grown. judges who were like yelling at the kids. and basically justify why I shouldn't. send you to Honduras right now. And the. kids like where's my mom? Where's my. where's my where's my family? What are. you doing? I don't know. Have you ever.
been to court before? I'm three. I'm. four. What are we even talking about. here? Now, what the Trump regime is. doing is they're trying to set up. immigration courts in random office. buildings like Department of Homeland. Security Property and other government. offices. And then they're trying to bar. the press from getting into these. proceedings versus where are where there. are known locations where these. immigration courts actually hold their. proceedings that the media watches. And.
this as we also heard reports, it was. actually from the Daily Wire that Donald. Trump's ICE and Border Patrol were going. to stop going after people who don't. have criminal records leading up to the. election because of how deeply unpopular. this is as the Trump regime targets the. Hispanic community. They're also. targeting people who are citizens and. non-citizens, but people who are not. criminals, people who not set aside just. people who are nonviolent crimes, like.
just people who are here paying taxes, building businesses. And then the Trump. regime immediately jumped in and said, "Nope, we're going after everybody. What. you talking about? We're going to go. after noncriminals. If you are here and. we perceive you being here undocumented, which means you could have been here. legally, you could have been under. temporary protected status. You could. have been here under asylum and we. stripped away that status. We're coming. after you as well. So, I want to be very. clear also what the Trump regime is. doing. They're picking the most. They're.
not going after the criminals or the. violent people or the bad ombres as they. said in a racist fashion. what they're. doing because they can't do that because. they're also not just malicious, they're. incompetent. They're going after. children, kids, and not giving them. lawyers. And then they're going after. people who are here documented, people. here on temporary protected status, asylum seekers, removing that status, and then they know where they are. because they've been documented because. they've been paying taxes and they've.
been showing up and doing the right. thing. Then they go after those people. to try to show all of their numbers are. going up in terms of deportations. Then. as we get close to the election, they. also start talking about caravans that. are coming again. Yeah, they're doing. that. So just take a listen to this. exclusive from CNN. I have no one. Inside a Texas immigration court where. children fight to stay inside the United. States. In a Texas courtroom Monday, 25. migrant children line the pews. A.
six-year-old pretended to fly an. airplane. A three-year-old played with. the mic. And a teen girl tried to make. eye contact with a friend. The judge. reminded everyone what was at stake. "I. see you're smiling and think these. proceedings are funny, but I need you to. pay attention," the judge told the teen. girl. "They could determine whether you. remain in the country or whether you're. removed." Migrant children as young as. two years old are showing up at. immigration courts like this one in. Texas nationwide, many without attorneys.
to have to make the case on their own. why they can stay in the US and avoid. deportation. And you say, "Well, why. don't they have lawyers?" Because while. the Constitution affords US citizens the. right to counsel, the idea that these. are immigrants and it's an. administrative law process, they're not. documented. The view is well they're not. required to have lawyers. Um so you have. these children who were dressed formally. with neatly styled hair waiting.
impatiently most of them don't have. attorneys asked whether there was a. reason one kid why he couldn't return to. Honduras. Anhal told the judge uh my mom. and almost my entire family are here. It's too dangerous for me to go back. This was a 13-year-old Honduran boy. named Anel. But that wasn't enough for. the judge, who told the boy, "You don't. qualify for asylum. Would you like to. request voluntary departure, or should I. issue a removal order right now?" To.
which the 13-year-old boy responded, "I. I don't know." He stared ahead stoically. and continued to cry, eventually saying, "I have no one. I have nothing. Why are. you doing this to me?" "I understand,". said the judge. But based on your. answers, US immigration laws are very. strict. We are sending you back to. Honduras. Children as young as three, appeared in a Texas courtroom. Matteo, a. three-year-old in a blue jacket with. neatly combed hair, was in court for an.
initial appearance, would call to the. defense table. He tested the microphone, drawing laughter from some in the. audience. Uh the judge later asked a. group of 15 minors, "Is this your first. time in immigration court?" "Yes," they. all answered. "Do any of you want. voluntary departure?" No one raised. their hand. Another child stretched her. hands playfully toward the sky. I want. to bring in Harry Litman from the. Talking Feds YouTube channel, Substack,
and Podcast. Harry, this is going on. every day across the United States of. America. This is absolutely sickening. right here. And. you know I I I don't know how anybody. the it's cruel. It's unusual. It's. torture. What do you make of it, Harry? >> And it's a big change. So we had before. a subcontractor providing you know we. know the difference between having a. lawyer and not having a lawyer is is.
absolutely critical for grown-ups but in. this situation 13y olds six year olds. three year olds without counsel I've. I've worked some in uh for representing. kids in court and you know they are. helpless and I think that must be part. of the idea here. They're also shifting. around and doing makeshift courtrooms. here and there. And uh you know there's. a farcical element to that, but when you.
think about who it actually um what. they're doing and how they're doing it, it's no way even if you wanted I your. point is so well taken and can't. emphasize enough. We've we had always. heard he's the president still says, "Oh, this is about getting rid of, you. know, murderers, rapists, and eaters of. pets. It's it's always been any warm. body." Now, the warm bodies may be 3 and. 1/2 ft tall, but they these are are kids.
who may have really valid reasons and. asylum claims. One of them said, "I I. can't go back. My whole family's here. It'd be it would be very dangerous for. me." As best he could express it. And. this guy then wanted to put him through. a litany as if he's a lawyer for, you. know, a 30-year-old lawyer for a. 25year-old. person. It it's completely. uh clear that there's no way of. executing the the claims and rights of.
kids in the system. And really there the. the CNN report, by the way, is unusually. good and detailed and those, you know, things like the the six-year-old and. three-year-old in the actual uh. courtroom. But here's a here's a quote. from within it, the someone who attended. the hearing. In the 20 years I've been. in this field, I've never seen the. immigration court strip children of. their right to seek safety and. protection under the law. We are.
witnessing the unraveling of due process. protections that have been enshrined in. our laws for decades. Children deserve. better than a fasttrack deportation. system. It's more than they deserve. better. There's actually a provision of. law because children are in in special. risk of being trafficked and a court is. supposed to inquire into that. That. seems to be being honored in the breach. But the the whole thing is, you know,
something like a a a horror movie uh. directed by the your and our government, you know, that has that has nothing I I. what they're what I think they want to. say is uh Mr. 6-year-old, do you want uh. to to be voluntarily deported? And some. of them they're giving $3,000. and and and some children not knowing. about apparently take it. But the notion. that it's any kind of valid. determination the United States it's.
right next to being across the uh bar. from you know somebody they want to put. in prison. Deporting is is more serious. for many kind of life choice and they're. making just a travesty of all the. protections the constitution provides. it. So, so do uh other laws. And what. cynical son of a uh made the. determination that you can do it this. way in the P. First of all, one other.
thing they're doing, they're taking. proceedings. This how it used to go. Even when they were playing it in. draconian fashion, you extend it out. It. will be several months and you always. there's always a lawyer before a. deportation order is entered for a minor. like this. Not to mention a. six-year-old, a three-year-old. Instead, they're doing it like within a couple. days and actually unrepresented. There's. so uh much enshrined in US law that says.
not only is it unfair to the person, it's completely unreliable. You're never. going to get at supposedly what you're. going to get at that determines if. somebody in the first place uh should uh. be able to stay or not. So, you know, the the com that you you see it first as. a, you know, almost a scene out of a. movie and then you take a step back and. realizing the most completely. vulnerable, defenseless. people who they may be three and they.
still may have, if anything, they have. more likelihood of having rights not to. be deported. And the whole system is. just set up to completely bypass that. and uh provide, you could even barely. call it a tissue of due process. You're. asking a three-year-old, do you want to. uh go back or shall I enter a. deportation order for you? cynical, nasty, malicious, mean-spirited, you know, a a complete mystery to the.
people whose rights are being uh. adjudicated. You know, it it is really. it's not just authoritative, it's it's. just completely malevolent. This is, you. know, like inquisition type stuff when. you're dealing with six and three year. olds, man. It just makes you embarrassed. to to be an American. Harry Litman, I'll. tell you the project post Trump is going. to be herculean. Um, you know, I just.
did a live with Norm Eisen and uh a. bunch of top lawyers internationally as. well. And I know that there's teams that. are really focused uh on on what that. looks like. And so it does actually give. me hope seeing a lot of serious people. behind the scenes, but we can't just go. back to the status quo. And um we have. to clearly build in a lot more. safeguards into the constitution. We. have to um really address this core fact.
that the take care clause of the. constitution in the hands of an. authoritarian is abusing the whole. system. And uh if you rely on an an. executive to take care that laws are. faithfully executed and the law doesn't. get executed, then you give the person. absolute immunity, you'll see cruel and. unusual behavior like this. And also. laws not being enforced and then the. apparatus of the government being turned. into a criminal cartel. And it's always. I'll leave people with this. It's always.
the children. The first people who get. killed in Trump's invasion of the war, little children in Manab Elementary. School and La Mer. What are they. covering up? a child sex trafficking. ring involving Epstein, children who. were abused by Epstein and these. predators. And these are the victims. These are the survivors who were. assaulted when they were children. Um, when you look at who Trump's ripping. away uh health care from and food from, it's it's often children. It's falling. who were used as pawns when Donald Trump.
and the Republicans shut down the. government. Children and starving. children. And you know what that often. tells me though is the same way Donald. Trump you know wanted to be and. demonstrated how survile and subservient. he was to people like uh Xi Jinping and. Putin and others you know Donald Trump. thinks that it makes him look strong to. dominate and bully and he always tries. to put pick on people who are weaker and. the ultimate people are children little. kids threey olds 5y olds and that's.
where we see him kind of go always it's. always defenseless kids who can't fight. back. They're sick. These are sick. people. Harry, I'll give you. >> Yeah. I mean, it really it makes you. want to to vomit. Look, they're they are. very cavalier about violating the. constitution, violating laws, violating. uh restrictions. But this one, right, you take a step back and it's, you know, the what the violations here are somehow. even, you know, deeper. It's just. inhumane. It's immoral. on top of.
everything else, I don't I don't have to. point to article two or the statute that. I told you that is on the books about. taking special care with kids. It's. just, you know, it's it's sick. Uh it's. just it it is as you say, by the way, this point uh it's a very big project. What do you what do you do? The. herculean task as you say, you know, and. that's really the word like cleaning out. the stables of the Aian. Uh there's. going to be uh a group about 10 of us.
getting together next week in Washington. with Norm Eisen whom you mentioned to. try to roll up our sleeves on that and. election stuff. And you know it's it's. uh just a showing that you know uh in. general not not just our our individual. efforts but our you know collective. efforts are focused on this as best you. can. But talk about a daunting set of. challenges that you know these guys are. creeps.
>> Absolutely. And I I'll just read this to. just to be comprehensive and make sure. we get this coverage out there. Um 2. months after his mom was detained by. ICE, Samuel Gonzalez Terrone, 21 years. old, died by suicide and left a note to. the ICE agent who took away my mother. I. hope it was worth it, Samuel wrote. I. can't handle any more injustice in the. world. when the family broke the news to. his mother. Still in detention, agents. wouldn't let each other hug. Heartbreaking story by Andre Castillo. We'll leave you at that. Everybody, make.
