Donald Trump returned from Mississippi. late last night after giving a deranged. speech and this is what he was focused. on. Around midnight, he launched a. tirade against a federal judge in. Washington DC because she issued an. injunction blocking his desire to. destroy the East PTOAC golf course. without him first providing advanced. notice and going through the proper. administrative procedures. Donald Trump. attacked the judge and said, "It is.

unconstitutional to block me from. destroying the golf course and building. a Trump golf course over there." And. then Donald Trump says, "The narrow. fairways have led to a constant barrage. of people being hit with wayward shots. I need to take control of the golf. course. And I am hereby announcing that. on November 15th, I am taking over the. course. And I am going to destroy it. and I am going to renovate it in my. image. This followed the federal judge.

earlier in the day yesterday, issuing a. preliminary injunction saying you can't. do that without advanced notice without. going through the appropriate steps. The. federal judge began her order by saying. the following. Rarely if ever has the. United States Department of Justice. urged a federal court not to believe the. sitting president not to believe him. that a cabinet secretary has developed a. federal land project. Not to believe him.

that the secretary's agency will destroy. a historic golf course already on the. land. Not to believe him that. restoration work will begin immediately. not to believe him that the course will. be closed for over a year, not to. believe what the president has. repeatedly told the American public. And. yet here we are. The federal judge, Judge Reyes, said in an order yesterday, "This started as a case about golf. That. goodwalk spoiled, but it has become much.

more." And she went on to say it became. a case about the Trump regime lying in. the Department of Justice saying that. they were not aware that Donald Trump. had plans to destroy the course while. Donald Trump kept on posting I'm going. to destroy the course. So the federal. judge says when the president says I'm. going to destroy the course and goes. against administrative procedures and. what would be required here is advanced. notice, I'm going to block that until. the proper procedures are followed. And.

then what does Donald Trump do late last. night at midnight? He goes, "I'm. destroying the golf course on November. 15th. It is happening after the order. blocking him from doing so." But folks, we're a week away from the midterms. Okay? The American people are. struggling. Gas and diesel prices have. hit record highs. People can't afford. groceries. We're in a neverending war, this catastrophic war in Iran, where. Donald Trump keeps on saying more oil is. getting out of the straight hormuz than. ever before. when we know that's not the.

case. He's doing diesel deals with. Russia right now. There are regional. wars throughout the world. And this is. what he's focused on. This is what he's. posting while the regime continues to. cover up the child sex trafficking ring. that is the Epstein files. Now, here is. Donald Trump returning from Mississippi. late last night. And what was he talking. about? The golf course and ripping to. shreds the golf course. just like all he. wants to do was talk about the Golden. Ballroom Room and the Triumphal Arch.

every damn day, this is what they were. doing at the Defense Department over. here. And they said that they hosted. Drew Baldridge who performed Tough. People for our war fighters. describing its efforts to obtain the. state's voter roles. And so the same way. the Trump regime was filing legal action. and attacking California, by the way, the Trump regime lost in front of the. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in their. effort to try to remove 20,000 purported. noncitizens from the voter roles because. it's a frivolous lawsuit and the appeal. was a frivolous appeal. The Trump regime. is now trying to roll out variations of. this in every state and basically say we.

have our own Trump list of voters and if. your list doesn't match the Trump list. and the Trump list is like a frivolous. list, we are going to sue you and we're. going to try to disqualify all of the. votes in your state and we're going to. interfere with your state election. So. late last night, the DSCC. and the various Democratic arms, and. this is Democratic senatorial campaign. committee, but there's lots of other. Democratic Party arms are suing the. Trump regime to block their attempts to.

do this before uh the midterms. Uh we. also saw Donald Trump uh in the past. week or so. It was unsealed yesterday, but now we know it occurred October 5th. Filed the Trump regime DOJ brought a. criminal complaint against James Comey. uh and said that uh he authorized the. disclosure of classified information in. 2016 about Yahoo, you know, the company. Yahoo adapting its spam filter to aid.

FBI surveillance requests. The statute. of limitations on a claim like this, I. don't even know what the claim is, would. be 5 years. And they say that Comey did. this October 5th of 2016. So the statute. of limitations would have run October. 5th, 2021. But the Trump regime says, well, this also involved espionage. So. the real statute of limitations is. October uh 5th of 2026. But then you filed a information,

basically a criminal complaint. it. wasn't an indictment, which would even. be waving the statute of limitations or. be beyond the statute of limitations if. it was a 10-year uh espionage uh case. And so, uh Comey moved for a motion to. dismiss, but this is what you're doing. You're like going after James Comey for. the third criminal case against him. I. mean, it just shows utter weakness. Speaking of utter weakness in Texas, the.

Democratic candidate for governor over. there, uh, Hina Hosa, Gina Hinahosa is. running an incredible campaign. So, she. filed a lawsuit against Governor Abbott. in order to have him release at least a. thousand emails between Abbott and Elon. Musk about the likely quid proquo that. were taking place. Elon Musk has. received over a billion dollars in tax. benefits in Texas. Um, and also received. all of these, you know, the data centers.

and, you know, and Elon Musk has been. able to run, you know, rough shot over. Texas. Um, and Governor Abbott has. refused to turn over these emails saying. that the emails would be intimate and. embarrassing. So, he refused to turn. over the emails with Elon Musk, saying. the emails would be intimate and. embarrassing if they were made public. A. Travis County judge said, "The hell does. that even mean, intimate and. embarrassing? Would you like in a. relationship with the guy? What are you.

talking about? Release the emails." So, Gina Hinahosa won that case. The emails. have been ordered to be turned over by. Thursday. We expect that Musk and Abbott. are going to try to block that though. and appeal it. But it's like what are. you hiding? There's a thousand emails. intimate and embarrassing between Abbott. and Musk. And then thereafter Musk got. billions of dollars worth of tax breaks. in the state of Texas. And also, Governor Abbott opened up all of Texas. to all of these data center companies.

and made Texas like the home of data. centers and gave them all of these tax. breaks on the electricity that they used. and really screwed over the state, I. might add. And by the way, did you see even yesterday what these. oligarchs did? They basically crashed. the Brazilian markets. The Brazilian. stock market went down like 20 to 30%.

because Lula won and Balsinaro lost and. all of these, you know, uh, oligarchs. were pulling their money out of the. market. Just to show you what that uh, manipulation uh, looked like. And so. while Donald Trump is whining about the. East PTOAC golf course that he wants to. destroy and posting that derange message. at midnight last night, I want to remind. you of something as well, though, and I. think this is an important fact that we. need to highlight. The Trump regime.

kicked off nearly 5 million Americans. off of SNAP. They lost their food stamps. this year um as a result of the Trump. regime's cruel and unusual policies. And. we have seen the food banks across the. country um having their cost their calls. tripled and quadrupled because of the. cruelty of the Trump regime. And I just. think we need to highlight that. The. Trump regime's like, "Look what we've. did. We brought them out of poverty.". No, you're starving the American people.

You're causing more poverty and you're. starving people to death in the United. States of America. But then you have. Ashley Moody, the MAGA Republican. senator from Florida.
