Trump AG fears TRUMP IMMINENT ARREST after Term Ends!!!

Donald Trump sees that the end is near. and Donald Trump and his own Attorney. General they fear an imminent arrest of. Donald Trump after his term ends. They're worried about that happening. They're worried about that fear. So, who's Donald Trump trying to now appoint. officially as the Attorney General? His. former criminal defense attorney. It's. Todd Blanche, who's the acting AG. But. even though this guy doesn't appear to. be confirmable, um he's someone who Donald Trump wants.

Trump wants his own criminal defense. attorney who made a pretty stunning. admission about his fear about what. happens at the end of Donald Trump's. term. And he kind of had a major tell, where he's like, "I'm not worried about. me. I'm worried about what they're going. to do to Donald Trump after uh he's out. of office and if Democrats take control. of the house." To me, the big tell is. also he is worried about himself. Then I. want you to take a look at the other. move that Donald Trump made, which to me.

also signals that he's in. self-preservation mode. So, he now says. he wants to appoint Bill Pulte as the. acting ODNI head, the Office of Director. of National Intelligence, despite CNN. reporting that Bill We knew this without. the CNN report, but they just confirmed. he's never had a security clearance. He's never had a security check on him. I mean, to become any senior. intelligence official, you need to have.

the highest level of security clearance. and you have to go through security uh. checks and security background checks. Um never had a security clearance. granted to him. He's the guy, trust fund. guy, Donald Trump put him in some. obscure housing agency and also to head. Fannie and Freddie. He's still going to. stay in those positions, but he's the. guy who would go through your mortgages. and people's mortgages and then try to. flag them for Trump to say, "Look, this.

person misrepresented this in their. mortgage. Go criminally prosecute people. who you don't like politically." And so, Trump wants to put him now to run ODNI, the Office of Director of National. Intelligence. And Trump said, "I just. want to do it for a temporary period of. time." Trump knows the guy's never going. to be confirmed, the same way it's. likely Blanche isn't going to be. confirmed. But, Trump wants this guy to. have the most sensitive information to. harm, in my opinion, to harvest all of. the records on people, layer in what I.

think is going on with some of these AI. companies behind the scenes that are. working with the government to get a lot. of private and personal information on. people. And I think, I'm giving you my. opinion here, but if you add these. pieces together, there seems to be a. plan in terms of also self-preservation. to put Donald Trump's guy in, in my. view, to abuse the intelligence that we. have in order for Donald Trump to. basically create his own.

ways to, in his mind, wiggle out of. future ramifications and to go after. people who he doesn't like. Well, let's. just break this down piece by piece. You. have Acting Attorney General Todd. Blanche saying that he's working to. install roadblocks to prevent Democrats. from prosecuting Donald Trump and his. associates in the future. Let's play. this. >> Democrats have been talking a lot about. what they call Project 2029, their plans. to prosecute the president, administration officials, ICE agents after the term is up if they. regain power either on Capitol Hill or.

in the White House. Do you believe. that's a possibility? And what can be. done to prevent this kind of political. retribution from Democrats? >> Well, do I believe it's a possibility. that the Democrats will will go after. President Trump, his family, anybody. that knows him, anybody that worked for. him? I think they've proven that to be. true. And and what can we do about it is. we can just keep on exposing when we. learn about the weaponization that. happened for many years. We can keep on. exposing it and then putting putting on.

roadblocks in place so it never happens. again. I don't worry about for myself. what happens in the future. I I worry. about this country. I worry about. Democrats some Democrats coming out and. actually already forecasting what. they're going to try to do if if they. get if they get leadership again. And. and that's something the American people. see too. The American people saw them do. it for four years. >> Should know what a horrible way that. question was framed. What are you going. to do about the political retribution? I.

mean I think we all see the conduct. taking place that deserves. accountability. But see when I think. when he's saying roadblocks and we're. going to put roadblocks in the way of. justice, to me I think he's also. referring to Bill Pulte. And as noted. despite being announced earlier this. week as his next acting director of. national intelligence, the highest. intelligence community position in the. United States, he's not yet been vetted. nor does he hold any security clearance. granting him access to highly classified. information. And I think the biggest.

tell how Trump wants Pulte to be his. roadblock guy is what Trump said in the. Oval Office the other day. Let's play. it. >> And it's an acting position. It's not a. permanent He's not going to be permanent. because you know, I don't think he'd. want to be permanent. But he's a very. smart guy and he may find out some. things about the rigged elections etc. etc. I think he'd like to do it. I'd. like to I think he wants to. do it very much. He's got a lot of. energy. Uh but he'll be very good. Uh again, it's not a permanent position. We're.

looking at we're interviewing people. right now. But it's somebody just to. take it over for a little while. >> Does he have the necessary in your view. Mr. President the necessary national. security experience to take on that. position? >> Well, I do and I think he does actually. because he's smart because a A of. national security I look I would I. wasn't greatly experienced in national. security, and I think I've done a really. great job with it. A lot of people would. say that. I've ended eight wars, and uh soon to be a ninth. I hope that. works out, too, you know. >> Want to bring in Harry Litman from the.

I don't know. We I I I think.

it's obvious what's going on here. What. what what what do you make of it all? >> Let me start with Polte. We remember, I'm sure you do, Ben, and probably most. of the Midas Mighty, but he's the guy. who was installed as the head of the. Federal Housing Finance Administration. And what was his job? His job. description really was try getting that. information, those forms, and trying to. use it to make complete bogus, phony, baloney ch- criminal charge referrals. So, then DOJ goes, "Well, we have this.

referral against Adam Schiff uh and uh. you know, two other uh supposed and. antagonists of Trump." That's who this. guy is. By the way, uh of course, you. need a security clearance to be any. level of intelligence. You need a. security clearance for almost any job in. government unless for some reason the. president herself or himself waves it. So, it's a stunner that this guy has no.

security clearance already. Sometimes he. was overseeing uh some pretty. uh important information with no. security clearance, and we saw exactly. what he did with it. It's very. consistent with your hypothesis, right? We want him to just for a little while, and if you know, national security. information once you have it, if you're. not, um, if you don't have integrity, then then. the, uh, the barn door is open. And how.

about that kind of aside, you know, to. try to see with the election was rigged? Yeah, it seems to me that, you know, why. this guy in this position? Does he have. sufficient experience? Yes, because he's. smart. Did you catch that one? I mean, this is a he'll put in, um, loyalists here and there, but to. oversee. the entire intelligence community, and.

this guy, uh, you know, doesn't doesn't. pretend to have the least kind of, uh, national security. He's a he's a. businessman whom whom Trump likes, and. someone who has been already, uh, shown. himself to take, uh, information, exploit it, and try to make trouble. So, yeah, you give him the jewels to, you. know, what what will stop him? Is. another way to put it. He sits there, "I want the files on the, you know,

whatever." Um, what are you going to do? So, I can't see anything good coming out. of it. I can see all kinds of bad coming. out of it. There'll be no kind of. protections of, "Well, you can't use. these things after you leave. government." We saw, you know, Trump's. viewpoint there in the Mar-a-Lago case. It it's just a really sort of down and. dirty, uh, cynical move. And to me, this. assurance that he gave twice, Trump, is.

just temporary, is just more unsettling. It says what it says much as saying, "We. don't, you know, he's got no business. being there, but let him just uh, ruffle. around in the the crown jewels of the. nation's national security, which among. other things, if you're getting very. cynical, I've no idea, but if there you. can certainly make money with them. There's all that information is so. valuable, so critical to our national. security, so dangerous in the wrong.

hands, and Trump cares not a farthing. about any of that. Back to Todd Blanche, who it seemed to me was looking really. kind of hurried and especially sort of. narrow-eyed and stuff in that in that. particular. interview. He's the guy who said, you know, I love. you, Mr. President. He. It was the person in his office who was. the brainchild. for this whole settlement.

of the Trump lawsuit, which just very. quickly if. it it was a non-lawsuit because it was. collusive, and that's still before Judge. Williams. It also was time-barred. It. also was against someone who was not an. IRS employee, just a contractor. The IRS. had used that very fact to win these. cases. That's why they came into DOJ and. said, "Defend the cases against Donald.

Trump," and DOJ just just. ignored it. Um but. yeah, and the you know, a quick thing. about they're now making it permanent, supposedly. You know, when Blanche was. there, you couldn't you had to put that in. writing for to even have any hope. placating the Senate, and I thought it. was just kind of his way of being, you. know, tough-talking,

chin out, chest-beating to even say to. the the senator, "Uh no, I'm not putting it in writing.". You know, that's just the sort of way it. that he's become the fair-haired child. for for Trump being kind of I I think. the legal term would be kind of a dick. in. out there. But now the final thing, the. no mention of this. out rageous. uh surrender to all for all audits.

Very hard to compute, but a conservative. computation by New York Times has that. at worth about 100 million to Trump. personally. Who pays that money, of. course? That blanched so gregariously. uh gives to Trump, the taxpayers. But he. is in a hard spot. He's trying to have. it both ways, man, and this is not over. yet. It It looks as if the Republicans.

are are maybe being supine again and you. know, they got rid of the big slush. fund. The more outrageous aspect of this. whole agreement is this. huge bound taxpayer-funded bounty to. Trump. And he's tried to say, "Oh, it's. typical to do that in settlement. agreements." That means he's a relying. again on the settlement agreement and. all the problems with that come to the. fore and defeat it legally and get.

thrust in front of the Republican. Senate. But if it's not that, okay, we. you know, all these problems and we know. we have to answer that in front of Judge. Williams. No, no, no, it's just a. free-standing. It's It's not tethered to. the settlement agreement. Take a beat, oh you mightiest mighty, and understand. what he's saying. It's just a freaking. giveaway. Hi, uh Mr. President, it's. your lucky day. I am in return for.

nothing. giving you a hundred million dollars of. of taxpayer funds. So it's either in. return for something that looks like it. could be worth a thousand dollars. That's the statutory max on Trump's. lawsuit, but really is worth nothing in return. for a hundred million or something. literally worth nothing until they're. just the AG calls up and. you know, gives him a hundred million dollars cuz.

he loves him so much. Either way doesn't. make it and they've been trying to sort. of do a two-step dance. That's what he. did before the Senate. He both tried to. say yes to the settlement agreement, but. isn't and they're going to be. they're going to have to come down, I. think. And the first thing that's going. to be I know I'm going on for a while, but I am really hot and bothered about. this one. In a week, they're supposed to. submit a brief to Judge Williams. Did. you defraud me when you said this was a.

voluntary settlement agreement? They're. going to try to wriggle out. They're. going to try to say it doesn't matter. anymore because we got rid of it. But. then that you know, she'll say wait a. second and she'll pull their feet to the. fire A because it was conducted already. passed. She it doesn't it's still there. for her to worry about the fraud. But. also be what is the status. of this.
