Jack Smith Gives GRAVE WARNING to Trump INNER CIRCLE!!!

Special Counsel Jack Smith has surfaced. He's breaking his silence. By now, I'm. sure you saw his interview with Nicole. Wallace, but I want to delve a little. bit deeper here and explain why. You. know, as we approach these midterm. elections, I think Special Counsel Jack. Smith is sounding the alarm bell about. his concerns about the criminality of. this Trump regime and their willingness. to tamper with the midterms. I also. think that Special Counsel Jack Smith. wants to alert people in the Trump.

regime that he's not intimidated, that. he is there, and that people like him. will not be bullied, and they will be. around in a future world without Donald. Trump. And that, you know, fortunately, I think as we approach this July 4th. weekend and we look at it, we're soon. going to be through 2 years of this, perhaps the worst time in American. history, or at least certainly right up. there. Um, which means we're kind of at. halftime. You know, we'll be there soon. in halftime, and if Democrats take. control of the house,

could be talking about the next 2 years. of investigations, with people like Jamie Raskin on the. Judiciary Committee leading, with people. like Congressman Garcia on the House. Oversight Committee. That's a terrifying. prospect for people in MAGA's world and. that orbit, you know, people like. Whitcomb and Kushner sitting there for. 12, 15 hours being grilled. Are they. going to invoke the Fifth Amendment? What's going to happen? But I think Jack. Smith surfacing, a lot of it was to. basically say, "I'm here. I'm around.

People like me are around. You know, if. you think that you've destroyed the. Department of Justice long-term, think. again. You definitely destroyed it right. now. It's definitely going to be very. difficult to rebuild, but we're. dedicated to that project, and we're not. going away." And I think he also. surfaced right around the same time that. the financials of Donald Trump, or part. of them, I still don't believe that's. the full financials. I think that's what. he's willing to disclose. I think there.

are other ways that he can route money. to family members and other things, but. that's what he was willing to exclose. disclose, and I think that's one of the. reasons that Jack Smith uh assertively. kind of came out in this way right now. I'm not I am not going. to be intimidated. Uh and there's no way. in the world if if the thought was to to. go after me so that I wouldn't speak up. about the corruption that's happening or. speak up to defend these agents and. prosecutors, that is a grave. miscalculation. There's no way I'm going. to be intimidated. >> Grave miscalculation is the word. Grave.

miscalculation. And. I think that was a message to Trump, to. people in Trump's orbit, to people in the orbit's orbit. And I. think it was a message and a rallying. call. Call me naive, but I think it was to. people. who left the DOJ, who were forced out, those thousands of people who have. resigned or quit or. or were fired. And also maybe people who. are still kind of in there right now. So, who better to ask about this than. Harry Litman, who was the prior United.

States Attorney for the Western District. of Pennsylvania, was one of the top. prosecutors in Main Justice. Uh. his YouTube channel's called Talking. Feds cuz he was a leader as federal. prosecutors. So, he speaks He talks to. Feds. He talks about Feds. Harry, I. interpreted that having the. uh three three purposes, I guess. Number. one, hey, I'm here, I'm back, you're not. bullying me personally. Number two, that. warning to Trump and Trump's regime,

people like me are still around. But. then this message to prosecutors and. people who you speak to every day in. your community, you know, who are. disenchanted would be an understatement, horrified by what's taken place. Um, what do you make of it all, Harry? >> Yeah, that number three, Ben, was my. vantage point and it really was in his. quiet, uh, you could say prosecutorial. way, just the facts, straightforward, calm,

inspiring. It really, I think his main. lookout and that his the most sort of, there's so many revolting things about. what they're doing. Every reprisal. prosecution is just a complete. derogation of everything DOJ stands for. But the fact that the people who work. there and everyone who's there knows it. for generations, for the right reasons and doing justice. without fear or favor, the fact that.

those people are being. denigrated as denizens of the deep state. and dishonest and having weaponized the. Department of Justice to a stand-up, not. a stand-up guy to anyone who has lived. in the Department of Justice as Jack. Smith has is just completely. nauseating. And you know, he is under. the glare. They would, um, uh, indict him in a in a heartbeat if.

they could. But two points. First, you. know, so typically when you're in that. position, you keep your head down. But. Smith knows, A, there's no real way to. stop it and B, they got nothing. They. got nothing. And what that means is, and. Jim Comey said the same thing. They can. try to drag him through the mud to the. charging stage and then, you know, the. justice system takes over if they do it, they will be humiliated and so much of. what they've done, you know,

uh is stake is stakes on the idea that. his whole prosecutions. were somehow ginned up or pretextual and. just any 5 minutes with Nicolle Wallace. It seemed to me he could have been. talking about the New York Mets or. Taylor Swift's wedding. You could just. see this is a man. of integrity. This is a man who thinks. about facts and law. This is a man who.

is without a iota of partisanship in his. body for doing what he did. It's, you. know, I don't know if he was Republican. or Democrat. I'll bet his colleagues. didn't know. That's just not what this. is about until it became all that this. is about when things switched. So, there. is this credo that prosecutors uh say uh. when you're doing an opening statement.

or whatever. You've probably heard it. Under promise and over deliver. And I. thought the kind of just bearing and. composure and attitude of Smith when was. so. um eloquent and persuasive in saying, "I'm not here to give you lines. I'm not. here to persuade I'm here to tell it. like it is calmly. I take my resolve and. my confidence and my self-assuredness in.

the fact that I do the right thing and. I'm telling the truth." And really, you. can just put 5 minutes of him up against. the kind of sweaty, wheezy, pack of lies that you'll hear from Todd. Blanche or the White House or used to. hear from Pam Bondi every day. You don't. even need the sound on the TV. You could. tell this guy is a truthful prosecutor.

of integrity. This one is a political. hack working for the ultimate. political. just corruptor of the Constitution. So, I do think prosecutors all over the. country, and there's a lot of them left. even though a lot of them gone, but. they're they're still you know, working. in the trenches and they feel kind of. abandoned and something like this I. guarantee you gets around and res Yes, that's the A, the truth and B, the.

reputation we all had and lived by and. deserved until these bastards came along. and defeated the presumption of. regularity and made us into the bad. guys. Yes, Jack Smith shows what this. job is about and what the Department of. Justice is supposed to be about. And. it it makes sense from his point of view. he's not going away because really they. they got nothing on him and he knows it.

and he's ready if it comes to it to come. to court and beat beat them, you know, beat their their heads in if they try to. bring charges and that you know, and. other than that he can't stop it. His. calm, his composure, his integrity to me. just kind of wafted through the TV. screen. >> You know, when I was a litigator, you. know, there were certain firms that just. had reputations of being like bad firms. It's like they were just not good, they.

were shady, they were sloppy, they were. bad. And. the DOJ wasn't just the gold standard. I. mean, the DOJ was the gold standard of. gold standards. And so when you talk. about this presumption of regularity, that meant that federal judges would. view federal prosecutors. as being just competent, ethical people. Didn't mean you had occasionally. situations where that wasn't all, but by.

and large, regularity, we can trust you. to be in a grand jury by yourself. without a judge. We we can trust you. that your filings, when they're under. penalty of perjury, are not suborn are. not suborning perjury and you're not, you know, lying to us all. We can trust. you that when we make an order, you're. going to follow the order. I mean, these. are basic things. It's not Republican or. Democratic things the same way the bad. firms, I don't know whether they're. Democrat or didn't really make a. difference. They were Democratic,

Republican, independent, or whatever. It's just you're not doing what you're. doing. You have to respond by deadlines, dates. This is what you got to do. You. know, can you you know, how do you how. do you behave in court? Do you show up, you know, and you know, and it's just. like the behavior of this DOJ, you know, reminds me now I could tell you tell you. a story. You know, there was a case I. was once involved in, Harry, and this is. true. The lawyer on the other side, right before a big event, would make. these declarations and they would they'd.

always be wild. And the first time, you. know, you would, you know, the first. time it happened you're like, okay, but. like the person who put in a. declaration, they had diarrhea and, you. know, in the declaration, you know, I. had you know, I had certain types of. food, I got diarrhea. And I was like, okay, it's like kind of oversharing, but. like I'm not going to whatever. It's. interesting thing to put, you know, in. it. But then that became like a thing. where every declaration, it was like and. I I I kid you not, Harry, it was like, yes, and I had diarrhea again and I and. I went in my pants. I'm I'm like I'm.

like, okay, like I don't even understand. what's going on here, but and people may. be like Ben, that doesn't exist. I'm. telling you like people. would write these things in declarations. sometimes because they want and they. would and sometimes the judge would just. be like okay, I guess if you're saying. these things like, you know, I'll give. you a little bit of an extension, but. over time when finally a trial would. start or whatever, you know, the judge. looked at that lawyer like, all right, he you you can't have diarrhea 11 times. as I'm not trying to make people, you. know, go Ben, what are you talking. about? It's a true story about a case,

you know, that I was once involved in, but but Harry, the DOJ has diarrhea in. his pants, I guess is the point that I'm. trying to. >> Yeah, I mean that's really true and then. every and look, there's a corollary to. what you just uh said, Ben, which is on. the rare occasion when an AUSA screws up. or a judge maybe even. uh in an unjustified way calls an AUSA. to the carpet, accuses them, it's one. thing of, you know, uh not having a good.

argument, but accuses them of any kind. of unethical or untoward uh behavior, that is a crisis in the entire office. As US Attorney, you mentioned that I had. that position and thank you, but that's. the kind of time where I had to come to. the courtroom and explain because that. is the gold currency of the Department. of Justice, which by the way is. ultimately spent in the service of the.

people, but it's so valuable. Here, it's. happening three times a week that judges. are saying, what the hell? How did you. DOJ just make this crap up? And they're. getting the equivalent two out of three. times of the DOJ or I or Department of. Homeland Security coming in and giving. them the middle finger and, you know, indifference about that. So, that is. even a more telling uh point because.

it's so rotten at the top. The. indifference to the to the complete. pissing away of the DOJ reputation. looking at it from the outside and I'm. sure it's true for Jack Smith is so. galling, so repugnant, so unfair and. also again, I I make this point all the. time with you and. it's so injurious to the public. It's. the public that pays for the loss of the.
