insufficient evidence. Shehu was spotted. in Monaco with suspec- with suspected. traffickers. He was photographed at a. 2019 meeting in Mallorca with a top mob. boss. Zvernec villager Zoi Pula claimed. that the peninsula belonged to his. family and took Shehu to court. The. Albanian High Court found that the. archivist and lawyer Shehu hired to. secure the land falsified Ottoman era. land records during the translation. process. Shehu has not had to give up.
