BREAKING: Trump LOSES BIG in ALASKA….
Donald Trump just got a rude awakening. in Alaska. A federal judge just ruled. against Donald Trump's lawsuit to try to. interfere with the Alaska Senate. election. That's coming up on Tuesday. But Trump also got a rude awakening when. the Republicanled Alaska State Attorney. General's office came out very strongly. against the Trump regime's efforts to. try to interfere with the Senate. election over there. So, the Republicans.
in the attorney general's office said. that the Trump regime's lawsuit against. the state of Alaska was without merit, was completely frivolous, and asked that. a federal judge dismissed the case. A. federal judge just dismissed that case. with prejudice. Federal Judge Gleason. just issued a 20page order saying that. the Trump regime's lawsuit to try to. segregate ballots and pry into the. secrecy of votes in Alaska saying that. oh the people of Alaska are confused.
about the Dan Sullivanss who were on the. ballot. The federal court said that's. entirely without merit. The state of. Alaska Supreme Court has already ruled. that there was no goodfaith standard. that there was nothing improper taking. place here. So the big headline right. now is that the Trump regime's lawsuit. to try to block the votes in Alaska's. Senate race to interfere with the uh. voting for Alaska Senate race to. segregate the ballots. That's now been.
dismissed. The Trump regime is now. taking an urgent appeal to the Ninth. Circuit Court of Appeals, which I think. is ultimately going to go nowhere and. they're going to lose their appeal. But. I do think it's a very big deal that the. Attorney General's office in Alaska, led. by a Republican, filed a brief that. said, "This is a completely frivolous. case." Let me go through with you what. happened in that filing that was just. made by the Alaska State Attorney.
General's office, the Republican le. office that just led to the dismissal of. the Trump DOJ's lawsuit. So for all of. those people out there who are saying, "Oh, Donald Trump and the MAGA. Republicans, they're raising these. claims about Dan Sullivan and that it. could be confusing to the people of. Alaska." Let me just share with you what. the Republican state leaders who run the. government there in Alaska, what they've. responded after Donald Trump filed this. frivolous lawsuit. And I may also add.
that previously the Republican le. Supreme Court of Alaska ruled that there. was nothing inappropriate about another. Dan Sullivan being on the ballot. The. superior court in Alaska ruled there was. nothing inappropriate about another Dan. Sullivan being on the ballot. The. elections board ruled that there is. nothing inappropriate about another Dan. Sullivan being on the ballot. And Mary. Pelah's point also and the Democrat. senatorial campaign committee's point is.
why are you asking Mary Pela? There's. the Dan Sullivan who's running. There's. the Dan Sullivan also who is the. incumbent. Just go and ask the Dan. Sullivan if you have an issue. Why are. you asking Mary Pelola and the Alaska. Supreme Court and the Superior Court and. the Board of Elections have already made. a ruling? So, let's talk about what. Alaska's Republicanled government though. just filed and they tore into this Trump. regime DOJ lawsuit. Um, and they said.
this is meritless. They said the. regime's plan to now segregate ballots. in Alaska is both disturbing and. impossible. Hat tip to my friend Yashi. did a good summary. The state's lawyers. call the proposal by the Trump regime. quote a halfbaked idea. The Trump regime. lawsuit sought to block certification of. Alaska's Senate election if Republican. Senator Dan Sullivan lost and votes cast. for another candidate with a similar.
name, Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. could have. changed the outcome. The Trump regime. says you need 190 IQ to figure out that. Dan Sullivan incumbent is the incumbent. Dan Sullivan Republican. And it says. Republican incumbent Dan Sullivan. Trump. regime says that's very confusing. The. people of Alaska would not be able to. figure that out. Even though the Supreme. Court and the Superior Court and the. Board of Elections there's nothing. there's nothing wrong here about.
anything that happened. Uh, Donald Trump. has publicly acknowledged that he was. the person who directed this lawsuit. Alaska's lawyers say the administration. has no basis for this intervention. The. Trump regime DOJ, which is a criminal. cartel, said they're relying on the. National Voter Registration Act, but the. dispute has nothing to do with voter. registration at all. Also, the way they. do the rank choice voting in Alaska, it's like a pretty evolved process where.
you can't just like easily be confused. about who you're voting for in the rank. choice. The state says that the. Department of Justice cannot site a. single court case or even a law review. article supporting its interpretation. They also explain why the proposed. ballot intervention makes no sense. Separating ballots cannot reveal why. someone voted for a particular. candidate. Matching voters to their. ballots to question their intentions. would run into fundamental protections. of a secret ballot. The state warns that.
discarding votes or reassigning them. differently from how voters mark them. would be more likely to violate voters. constitutional rights than protect them. The state of Alaska, again led by. Republicans, asks the court to dismiss. the lawsuit with prejudice so it can. count votes and certify the election. without unwarranted federal. interference. And to me, that's a pretty. big deal. You know, in a very. nonpartisan way, you had the Republican.
state leadership filing this motion, not. bowing down to Donald Trump. I think. that's a good sign. You know, you had. Mary Pelah intervene. There were some. outside voting rights groups that. intervene because what they were worried. was that the state Republican leaders. would basically try to submit to Donald. Trump's arguments even though Donald. Trump was completely uh engaged in just. unlawful behavior. But here you have. after the Supreme Court already made its.
ruling, the state supreme court and the. superior court, you have the Republican. state leaders, AG's office, civil rights. division, you know, basically saying, look, this our Alaska Supreme Court. ruled what the Trump regime proposing is. meritless and nonsensical. So, let me. just share with you what they're. actually what their filing was. Rachel. Witty, the civil division director over. at the uh attorney general's office in. Alaska, says the United States provides.
no reason for this court to entertain. this merit lawsuit, meritless lawsuit. any longer. The National Voter. Registration Act, the NVR claim, has no. legal basis, and the Supremacy Clause. claim sinks along with it because it is. tethered to the same non-existent. federal law anchor. What's more, the. relief demanded is inappropriate and not. even possible given Alaskan voters vital. rights to ballot secrecy. The issues. raised in the amended complaint are.
matters of state law administered by. state officials. State law as. definitively interpreted by the Alaska. Supreme Court put Daniel J on the ballot. months ago and state officials carefully. designed the ballot to minimize voter. confusion. The court should immediately. dismiss this lawsuit with prejudice and. allow state officials to conduct general. election, including ballot counting and. certification free from unwanted federal.
interference. Let me show you where. Donald Trump says you need a 190 IQ. And. then I'm going to show you more of the. argument here. Play this clip. >> Dan Sullivan, you have the real Dan. Sullivan and the fake. Well, I don't. know. I'm sure you did, Pete. Did you. get to look at the ballot where the you. you have to be uh you need about 190 IQ. to figure out the ballot. They put a. ballot down where they're talking about. incumbent Republican and the other one. most people don't know in Alaska in a. lot of other states too. What does.
incumbent mean? They don't know what. incumbent means. The Alaska Republican State Attorney. General's office then says the court. should dismiss the complaint by the. Trump regime because it fails to state a. claim for relief. First, it says the. National Voter Registration Act doesn't. apply. The United States claims the NVR. makes sense. What are you even talking. about? The Trump regime resists. characterizing the NVRA as just a voter.
registration law, suggesting that voter. fraud was another one of Congress's. concerns in passing it. But it cites. only a case about fraudulent voter. registration to make this point. The. amended complaint says nothing about. voter registration, fraudulent or. otherwise. So, why are you citing the. National Voter Registration Act for. what's happening here when it just. relates to voter registration? It. completely does not apply. There's no.
statutory authority for it. The NVRA is. irrelevant. Then the Alaska state. attorney general says the supremacy. clause of the constitution which says. where there is a conflict between state. law and federal law. Federal law is the. supreme law of the land. The state of. Alaska says the supremacy clause adds. nothing. The supremacy clause does not. help transform the NV's purpose section. into something it is not. The United. States concedes that its obstacle.
preeemption theory relies on the same. reasons as its NVA claim. It likewise. fails for the same reason. In other. words, because the NVRA does not apply. to this situation, the division's. administration of the election is not. thwarting the accomplishment and. execution of federal law or standing as. an obstacle to the accomplishment of the. execution of the full purpose of. objectives of Congress. Congress simply. has not addressed the situation.
presented by this case. And as I've. pointed out before, look at article one, section 4, clause one. It's called the. election clause. The time, place, and. manner of holding elections for senators. and representatives shall be prescribed. in each state by the legislature. thereof. Yes, the Congress may at any. time by law make or alter such. regulation except as to the places of. choosing a senator, but Congress must. act. And here the state of Alaska saying.
Congress did not act and the National. Voter Registration Act is not anything. to do with the Daniel J. Sullivan. situation which the Supreme Court of. Alaska said there is no issue with. There's no problem. The people of Alaska. are able to figure this out. There's no. And by the way, even if you accept the. argument that Mary Peltoa said, you know. what? I want to get this Daniel J. this. is my goal. I'm putting Daniel J in.
there. What the Supreme Court said is. that that's fine. There's nothing wrong. with that in Alaska. There's no law that. says you can't do that. If Daniel J. wants to be used that let Daniel J. So. even if you accept it like and you said, "Okay, here were all the steps taken.". There still is nothing wrong with that. in the state of Alaska. And by the way, in comparison to what Trump and Musk are. doing in every damn state, they're doing. versions of that times a 100,000 million.
worse than that in every state. And my. thought is for people who want to cry me. a freaking river about that in Alaska. Why don't we talk about that in Alaska. right now, you have the highest diesel. and gas prices in some locations. anywhere in the country, the highest. grocery prices anywhere in the country. You know what pisses me off as I speak. to people in Alaska now quite frequently. with this show that they have an LNG. facility over there that was this polar. LNG facility where the executives.
learned that their Abu Dhabi investors. were actually serving as a front for. Russian money and that it was actually. Russia now intervening in Alaska to. avoid the Russian sanctions in Siberia. So Russia's made LG company is basically. running Alaska's biggest LG product. So. all of these executives resign. You know. what also pisses me off? That the Trump. regime keeps on lying to the people of. Alaska and says that oh South Korea. promised $50 billion to build the.
facilities here and Taiwan promised. another X billions of dollars and it's. just a lie. When you ask the government. of South Korea or Taiwan, they're like, we're nowhere near that. So, the Trump. regime seems to only have been able to. coordinate basically sanctioned Russian. money that's basically running this. facility which caused the executives at. Polar LNG to all quit. Yeah, that in my. kind of hierarchy of getting angry and. pissed off. I put that to the top. I.
also put ICE and Border Patrol Gustapo, raiding and invading cities, covering up. child sex trafficking rings, engaging in. never-ending wars, sending our taxpayer. dollars to Netanyahu and to MBS and to. fight these never-ending wars and to. drop bombs on little children and to. slaughter little girls in Manab and. little children in La Mer at a sports. Yeah, that where where my outrage tends. to go is that we have a freaking fascist. regime here and there is a globalist.
network of authoritarians destroying. democracy destroying voting rights. That. to me is where I rank my hierarchy of. pissed off. Thank you very freaking. much. And then the uh Alaska government. uh Republican le um said, you know, the. Trump regime's factual allegations. talking about the New York Times article. adds absolutely nothing to the. complaint. It's all frivolous. It's all. BS. The court should promptly dismiss. the amended complaint with prejudice so.
Alaska can proceed to administer its. elections consistent with state and. federal law and without unwarranted. interference by the United States. Margaret Patton Walsh, who filed this. brief along with Laura Fox from the. Attorney's General Office, Department of. Law. Well done. This is not a partisan. issue. This is what the law is. And so, I think people were concerned because. you have a Republican government in.
Alaska that they were going to just let. Trump run over them. And they're and. they, to their credit, they push back. with this legal brief. And so in my. view, they get credit for that. I'm glad. they filed this. Um, and again, Republican le Supreme Court, Republicanled government over there. So. spare me the phony outrage on this one. Okay. Okay.
