🚨Abdul TORCHES HIM…
Dr. Abdul El-Sayed came out swinging. today during a rally in Michigan. I want. you to watch what he said to J.D. Vance. and Donald Trump. Let's play this clip. >> J.D. Vance was just in Michigan. He had a little. >> [cheering]. >> He had a cute little rally in Monroe. He invited the like I don't know five. people who like him. But imagine being the candidate for. Michigan. and having to invite somebody from Ohio. to campaign for you.
I was like, "Ohio? Bottom of the barrel, bro.". You know, they their administration is. is doing a tariff war with Canada. I was thinking about this. I was like, "Listen, if you want to have a tariff. war with Ohio, I'm cool with it. But Canada?". Now,
at his little rally, he wanted to raise questions about my. commitment to America. Mhm. And let me tell you, nobody understands. how deep and profound the gift of this. country is. like a kid who was born here but for the. accident of history. that allowed that to happen. I got a front row seat. to what my life might have been. had I not been born in America.
So, don't lecture me about America. I know America. And I know. that in America. >> [screaming]. >> in America, we're big enough to. guarantee health care to our people. rather than taking it away. >> [screaming]. >> In America, we're big enough to invest. in unions rather than busting them. >> [cheering]. >> In America, we don't tell people what to.
believe. We value their beliefs. >> [cheering and screaming]. >> In America, we don't question THE. OUTCOMES OF DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS. >> More from Dr. Abdul El Sayed right here. during this powerful speech he gave in. Michigan where he called out J.D. Vance. Play this clip. >> You know, it was funny. He called me a. J.D. Vance called me a little weasel. today. I'm like, "No, no, no. What you're talking about is a. Wolverine.".
>> [cheering]. [cheering]. [screaming]. >> You can take your Buckeye and go shove. IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. OHIO.
HERE, we might be wildcats, we might be. Spartans, we might be Wolverines, but we. will never be Buckeyes. >> [screaming and cheering]. >> While Dr. Abdul El Sayed was giving that. incredible speech at that rally in. [clears throat] Michigan, Donald Trump. then released a hateful, disgusting. video on his social media platform. saying that Dr. Abdul El Sayed is part. of the Muslim Brotherhood and all of.
these just disgusting lies, but you can. see how intimidated Donald Trump is. Let's play it. >> To the people of Michigan, Mohammed El Sayed is bad news. He's a. Muslim radical. He's a. Muslim Brotherhood member, even though. he denies it. All you have to do is look. at his past. >> Now, earlier today, J.D. Vance was also. in the state, and he called El Sayed a. weasel. I can't actually think of.
anybody who's more of a weasel than J.D. Vance. Everything out of this guy's. mouth is projection and confession. Play. this clip. >> You deserve better than a little weasel. who should shut his mouth and show a. little gratitude to the country that. gave him everything. >> [cheering]. [applause]. [cheering]. >> You deserve a senator who is grateful to. this country. >> And speaking about confession and.
projection, here is J.D. Vance saying. that El Sayed made a choice to embrace. the politics of grievance. Quite. literally, all J.D. Vance and Donald. Trump do is whine about everything, and. it's grievance. Oh, they're coming after. me. They're coming a bunch of freaking. losers. Here, play this clip. >> But instead of feeling gratitude, or instead of feeling love, he chose, he. made a choice to embrace the politics of.
grievance, one is that is hell-bent on. our national self-suicide. >> More from Dr. Abdul El Sayed. After that. powerful speech, he talked about how. former President Barack Obama inspired. him and how he was motivated by what he. saw growing up during the Obama years. And Dr. Abdul El Sayed and I are around. the same age, so I can definitely, you. know, relate to what he is saying over. here. And and obviously, there's a.
deeper connection over there, given his. family background as well. Let's play. this clip. >> I I would go over the summer, I'd spend my time with her. And you know how your grandmother can. love you, but also cut you down to size? I remember my grandmother pulling me. aside when was high on myself for. whatever reason. >> [clears throat]. >> And my grandmother pulls me aside, she. points to one of my cousins, "That one's. smarter than you.". Points to the next one, "That one's. taller and better looking.". I was like, "That's not a high bar.".
"That one's nicer than you. That one's more athletic than you.". By the end of it, I was like, "Data. What do I have going for me?". She said, "You have the best thing of. all.". So, what's that? She said, "You get to. go back to America at the end of the. summer. The rest of your cousins stay here.". And she was teaching me about. opportunity. Now, in the 15 hours it would take me to. get to Egypt, I'd cross 10 years. difference in life expectancy.
I didn't have to go 15 hours. I could go. 15 minutes from where I grew up. South into the city of Detroit, north. into the city of Pontiac, and either way. I'd cross the same 10-year life. expectancy gap. And it shouldn't matter where you grow. up. Shouldn't matter the color of your skin. Shouldn't matter what you or your. parents do for work. Shouldn't matter if. you're urban or rural or suburban. You. deserve a long, healthy life. in these United States of America. >> [applause].
>> I wanted to be a part of solving that. So, I went to medical school to learn. how to heal. On my way there, I got to go to the University of. Michigan. I know it's no NMU, but I got to go to the University of. Michigan. And I got some really bad advice on my. last day there. All right, I was the the. senior speaker of my class, the. valedictorian.
And it was a real honor, except for. nobody wanted to go listen to me that. day. Everybody wanted to go listen to. the main speaker, a certain former. president named Bill Clinton. I give my speech. President Clinton. gives his speech, says some really nice. things about me in his speech. My dad, an immigrant, claps for me for. the first time in my whole life. And then after the speech, he comes up. to President Clinton comes up to me. Looks at me, he says, "Son, why are you going to medical school?".
I'm brown and Muslim, it's what we do. But also, I love people and I love. science, and this is how I want to. serve. He said, "That's great, but you. got a gift for communicating. Maybe. someday you'll run for public office.". And I laughed in his face. I said, "Mr. President, do you see my. name? People like me don't get to run for. office.". >> [cough and clears throat]. >> Habib is right. >> [snorts]. >> I said, "People like me don't get to run. for office.". And he kind of thought about it for a. second. And he chuckled and walked away.
That was 2007. 2008, I watched a guy. named Barack Hussein Obama run for and. win the presidency. >> [screaming]. >> WON MICHIGAN TWICE. And it was the first time, first time I. ever saw myself in a politician. His dad immigrated from Africa. My dad. immigrated from a different part of. Africa. He had mixed parents. I was raised by my. dad and my stepmom Jackie, who's a. Daughter of the American Revolution.
He's got a funny name. Got a funny name. He's tall and skinny. I'm 5'8". >> More from Dr. Abdul El-Sayed right here. Here's how he kind of says, "This is. This should be about unity. No matter. who you are, how you love, how you pray, how you identify, where you're from, it. should just not be this hard. And the. Trump regime is all about making life. harder and making life more painful for.
Americans." Here, play this clip. >> Here's the thing about it. No matter who you are, no matter who you love, how you pray, how you identify, where you're from, it just shouldn't be this hard. Shouldn't be this hard to afford a. second bag of groceries. Shouldn't be this hard to fill up your. tank. Shouldn't be this hard. to afford a home.
Shouldn't be this hard to see a doctor. Shouldn't be this hard to pay your taxes. and know that that money's going to be. spent on you and your kids, rather than. dropping a bomb on somebody else and. their kids. Shouldn't be this hard. >> [cheering]. >> Shouldn't be this hard. Keep our money here. Spend on our roads and bridges here.
Build our schools here. Provide health care here. Shouldn't be this hard. Shouldn't be this hard. >> Now, contrast that to J.D. Vance's. speech in Michigan, where J.D. Vance. again, he keeps on talking about. litigating grievances and this and that. with your tax dollars. First off, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed is not even in office. right now. So, what grievance is he.
litigating with people's tax dollars. right now? In In any event, this is all. J.D. Vance does. J.D. Vance and Trump. and this pathetic MAGA movement is all. about grievance. Here, play this clip. >> He wants to litigate ancient grievances. with your tax dollars, and he wants to. use the grievances of faraway lands to. punish you. Well, I say on November the. 3rd, send a message to Abdul El-Sayed, punish him, don't send him to. Washington, D.C. >> More from J.D. Vance over here. Again,
note that it's all confession and. projection. He goes, "So, what is it. that animates Abdul El-Sayed? It is just. wielding power. It's not about public. service." I mean, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed's. entire career has been public service. I. mean, when you talk about someone like. J.D. Vance, he's literally changed his. name three times in the pursuit of. power. He's taken on three different. identities. He grew up and he said he. was gay, then he grew up and then he was.
older, and then he said that he was this. Appalachia anti-Trump guy, and then he's. an ultra MAGA guy. The guy has like 18. different identities in order to seize. power. I don't even know who the real. J.D. Vance is. Here's what he says. Let's play it. >> My friends, ask yourself this. Why? Why would he lie? What is it that animates Abdul El-Sayed. and drives him to seek public office? It is not the well-being of his fellow.
Americans. It's not the hopes or aspirations of the. amazing auto workers of Detroit or the. students of Ann Arbor or families in. Flint. No. What excites him is this prospect of. wielding the power of a country he. hates. >> And then here's a little bit earlier Dr. Abdul El-Sayed talking about how Donald. Trump's trick, if you will, is to try to. inject himself in every conversation.
and then to try to um cause division and. then bring people down this rabbit hole. and make things so much worse. Here, play this clip. >> Chances are you've got somebody in your. life. with whom you have not had a. conversation for, say, 2 years. Or maybe 6 years. Or maybe even 10 years. I'm asking you to reach out to those. people now. Don't talk to them about. politics. I'm asking you to show up and rebuild.
the bonds of humanity that Donald Trump. is so good at destroying. He's got one neat trick. And his neat trick. is to become the subject of every. conversation and to force people to take. sides. And here's the thing about it. Once you. take sides, he's forcing you to double down on. crazier and crazier stuff. And soon enough, you're out here signing. on to a bunch of things that like 3. years ago you're like, "That's insane.". And you know it's insane. But here's the.
problem. You don't want to have to face down that. one friend who is who is going to tell. you, "I told you so.". And so what happens is that you keep. doubling down on the craziest stuff. and you find yourself so far gone up. that tree. that there's no way you can climb down. We've got to help those folks. Because. guess what? They're paying for $5 gas, too. They're paying insane diesel, too. They can't see a doctor, either. And so we've got to be the folks who can. rebuild that bond of humanity, re-invite.
them back. >> There you have it, everybody. Let me. know what you think. Hit subscribe. Let's get to 7 million subscribers. Thanks for watching. Breaking news right. now.
