Prince Harry's New UK Grift, w/ Piers Morgan, Ilhan Omar's Mysterious Millions, and Acton Mom Drama
Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelly. Welcome. to the Megan Kelly show. A lot to get to. on this Wednesday, including the latest. in the investigation into Congresswoman. Ilan Omar with President Trump speaking. out about it and Ilon Omar speaking out. too. We'll also have a reporter who has. covered her alleged financial misdeeds. very closely. But first, Prince Harry. speaking out in his first interview. since his move back home to the UK, claiming he really wants to reconcile.
with his family. Watch. >> You have talked about at times having a. complicated relationship with your. brother, your father. >> Is that something that you grieve? >> Uh, yeah. Yes, of course. I think you from a. family perspective. >> again another massively relatable issue. for so many people that's partly. probably why there's so much fascination. in the. >> everybody's family. >> everyone's family and then people maybe. look at us and go how are you going to. work it out you know maybe that will.
help me work my stuff out and some. people don't want. >> how are you going to work it out. >> well some people don't want it to work. out I want it to work out. >> you do. >> of course I do. >> yeah is this wound something that you. think you can repair. >> yeah of course certainly letting go of. the past um that's something that I. would encourage everybody to do if. there's certain things from the past. that are still affecting your everyday. that's harder to let go of. But yeah, and I've for me it's um the there's. enough drama in the world and enough. drama in in in people's lives um than to.
continue with. issues with with family. No sooner had he put that out than they. had to come out, his team, and clarify. that he wasn't talking about his brother. when he said some people don't want to. work it out. Joining me now to break it. all down, our pal Piers Morgan. He is. the host of Piers Morgan Uncensored on. YouTube and all podcast platforms. Don't miss a moment. Subscribe to this.

maybe you will be sharing your story. with them and me soon too. >> Piers, great to have you back. What do. you make of Harry's redemption tour? >> He's just such a monumental, gigantic, hypocritical, dreadful little turd, as we would say in. the UK. Everything about him is cringe. He's like he's just walked out of a. therapy session where he talks about. himself for 8 hours and he genuinely. thinks we all see him as some kind of. enormous victim when in fact I see him.
very squarely and I think you share my. view as the perpetrator of all this. stuff. For five years, him and his wife. have been yapping away about the royal. family, about Britain, about the. monarchy, trashing all of their family. members. From the queen to the now king. to his brother William to Catherine. And. let's not forget doing all this while. Prince Phillip was dying, Queen. Elizabeth was dying, Charles then gets. cancer, Katherine gets cancer, and it.
nothing stopped these two. And all that. has stopped them and all that's changed. is the American dream, which they. proudly told us was going to be their. rescue move away from this dreadful. country of ours over here, uh, has has. gone belly up. So, the money's dried up. Netflix checks have stopped. They've run. out of cash. They've got all these. outgoings. So, they've now slithered. back to Britain, and they want us all to. pretend nothing's happened. Well, sorry. I'm afraid we've got longer memories. than old amnesia Harry Halfwhip.
What do you make of their fake royals. tour that they're on? Because uh Rob. Shooter, reporter, um he has a substack. called Naughty But Nice, and he's got. some royal sources and he is reporting. that they're thrilled with how their. obviously fake little appearance the. other day went where they had a. smattering of fans, most of whom they. seem to have orchestrated uh their. appearance there to make themselves look. beloved. his approval rating is the.
lowest other than Prince Andrew and the. royal family and hers is even lower. But. they are reportedly thrilled with how. the pictures came out and that and Rob. is reporting they've got another six. gigs lined up like this where they're. parading around like like they're still. working members of the royal family. >> Well, they're not. And I get a bigger. crowd when I go to my local cafe in West. London for a morning coffee. Uh I mean, if you saw the overhead shots, it's. absolutely humiliating. There's about. literally 150 people there, right? And. like you say, they clearly bust a few of.
them in. Most of the people you see in. the group shots are media who were there. because they thought this was so. ridiculous they had to cover it. But the. real problem here now is that when. they're yapping away from California, that's one thing. Doesn't materially. affect what the working royals, the. actual working royals do in this. country. But if you look at today's. front pages, what they ought to be doing. in this country is reflecting what the. actual royal family are doing, which is. very important. Today is the 60th. anniversary of one of the worst natural.
disasters in the history of Britain. And. it's where 116 school children who were. at school uh were killed by a landslide. of coal waste which came down a hill, enveloped the school and killed them. It. was in Abafan in Wales. All the major. royals are there today and they're. paying, you know, due commemoration to. this dreadful, dreadful thing. But the. front pages are all full of Harry. yapping away about his family, being a.
hypocrite again, saying he didn't mean. his brother when obviously he met his. brother and so on. And this is the. thing. He talks about not wanting drama. He talks about wanting to move on. He. talks about, you know, having a reset. and so on. But it's all because of him. And ever since they've got back here, we've had more drama. They put their. kids into a school. They move them out. after two days from the school. They. complain about the paparazzi. Then they. go and encourage a paparazzi to turn up. at this fake event they're having. They're trying to run a rival royal. family, which you can do from. California. Uh, and people here don't.
really care. When you do it in Britain, you are directly competing for attention. that the actual royal family need and. work for on a daily basis. So, this is. very damaging what they're now doing. And I think the king should step in. He's already made it clear in a. statement that to the Lord Chamberlain's. office that they are not working royals. and shouldn't be treated as such. But. there's now a precedent Megan for. removing titles from royals who behave. badly. We saw it with former Prince.
Andrew now Andrew Mbat and Windsor. I. think the king should now say right you. if you want to go and do this fine. you're not doing it under the titles. bestowed on you by the royal family and. the monarchy. You're doing it as regular. Joe citizens. Then see how they get on. Yeah, the I mean the report, Rob. Shooters's report says he he doesn't. care. He it's fine. William and Kate. could be seen with Tom Cruz. His new. goal, like his mother, is to be the. people's prince, that he's going to. follow in Diana's shoes and win the.
people over. But I mean, that completely. misunderstands. why Diana was so beloved and also his. own relationship with the press and the. people. >> Yeah. And let's be clear when he talks. about having a better relationship with. the press now because we've all moved. on. Actually, what's just happened? He. recently lost, you may recall, a. gigantic court case where he and a. number of other celebrities took on uh. the Daily Mail newspaper and the Daily. Mail won and there are up to 3040.
million pounds worth of damages to be. paid and Harry's going to have to stump. up. We don't know how much of that he'll. have to pay, but millions. And so the. reset has been forced on him because he. didn't win that case. And I think that's. a very important thing to remind people. as he talks about wanting a better. relationship with the press. He's the. one who's been suing all the press. He. sues at the drop of a hat. >> How is he how is how is he going to be. the people's prince the way Diana was. princess when like she got a divorce.
from a husband who was not faithful to. her. So she had some sympathy from the. British people. He's calling the British. people a bunch of racists who hated his. wife and drove them out. If you voted. for Brexit, you were a racist bigot. according to him. >> Now he wants to waltz back into the. country that he said he had to flee. because they were all so awful. And he. wants to be the people's prince. How? >> And he and he apparently is so unsafe he. couldn't possibly bring his family here. Then he suddenly brings them all back. overnight. And then they're appearing at.
these events they're now doing with. loads of people from the public, albeit. not that big a load. Um, and the. everything is laced everything is laced. with hypocrisy. Diana Diana never. trashed the monarchy or the queen. She. was very very careful in her critiques. about what she did. She went and did her. own thing, but she was always talking up. the country and she never trashed the. royal family. What you're seeing here is. a couple who have spent five years doing. nothing but trash the royal family. That's why the royal family don't trust.
them. They don't want them anywhere near. them. You know this idea I'm reading. that they may be up at Sandringham for. the Christmas with the royal family. Forget it. I you and I have got more. chance of being there. Megan. >> we would make actually delight. quite like it actually. >> Now you mentioned the comments about. journalism. Here's Harry. I mean the way. he's talking about himself here is so. delusional PICE but here he is in s four. on journalism.
>> I find it is fascinating because. everybody else is allowed to tell their. version of my story but god forbid um I. should um should be able to tell the. other side of it. I find myself in a. very interesting place 42 years old. where growing up I was surrounded by. some of the worst forms of journalism. >> Yes. And yet here I am at 42 years old. doing the best that I can, doing. everything I can to try to uplift and. support journalism because of the.
experience that I've had growing up. where I'll be damned if you guys who. pretend to be journalists are going to. drag this whole profession down the. drain. >> Oh my god. >> Oh, he's so full of He's so full of full. of crap. The guy is just so full of. crap. Honestly, gradea a weaponsgrade. crap. Honestly, the hypocrisy. >> All he does is run around suing the. media. What do you I'll be damned if I'm. going to let let you people draw pull.
down this lauded profession of. journalism. He hates journalists. He. actually only likes the ones who write. nice things about him. But is there. somebody who has sued the media more. than these two grifters? >> No. No. Absolutely not. And of course, they always sue while simultaneously. doing all the things themselves that. they're complaining about. So he does a. kiss and tell book revealing all sorts. of incredibly intimate secrets of the. royal family while suing newspapers for. revealing secrets about the royal. family. And he doesn't seem to. understand that this makes him look a.
shocking hypocrite. And you know the the. best advice I ever had from any of the. royals about how to exist as a popular. beloved royal was the late great Queen. Mother who was Queen Elizabeth's mother. and she lived to 101 and she had a. mantra which was never complain never. explain and rarely be heard speaking in. public. That strikes me as still a very. very good template to be a popular. royal. It's one that King Charles does, Camila does, William does, Katherine. does. They don't speak very much. When.
they do, it's very carefully thought. through. They support huge numbers of. charities. They do they do diligent duty. on a daily, weekly basis, week in, week. out, month in, month out. And as a. result, they're very popular. These two. grifters, everyone sees through them. They're constantly on the make. They're. constantly on the take. They're fakes. and they're hypocrites. And people have. seen through it. That's why their poll. numbers are so disastrous. And if. they're going to try and run a rival. royal operation on these shores in this.
country, it is going to go very badly. down with the public. I can tell you. >> Last one on these two. Um, he gives his. reason on why they moved back to the UK. in this GQ interview. Here's what he. said. S one, >> you just moved back to the UK. How come? opportunities. um. for the family. Being able to put the. kids in a British school has meant a lot. to me. Um I didn't know how important it.
was to me. I always thought it was going. to be something that I would try and do. or that we would try and do. Um but now. they've been in school for 2 weeks. Um. they're loving it and it's just giving. them a whole different experience. Don't. worry, I'm not criticizing American. schools, but I think for the for kids. seven and five, to be able to have that. that comparison and to be have two. completely different cultural. experiences is so important today. But. um yeah, to be back closer to my family. um and to be back on UK soil for longer.
than a few days or a week here or there, you know. Okay, so first of all, let me tell you. exactly what happened to them at their. Monteceto schools, which I guarantee you. was the real reason they didn't like it. out there. They weren't the most famous. or the most powerful or anything special. whatsoever. That's where the billionaire. class lives. He would have been like a a. pimple on the ass in that group, Piers. And I'm sure he couldn't stand it that.
neither he nor his children were special. out there. But how about the okay. opportunities for my family? What. exactly? Because I had Ari Emanuel on. here two Fridays ago saying. >> there was nothing. He had nothing to. list about what Meghan Markle is nailing. or getting offers on. And secondly, he. wanted to be back closer to his family. Like who who specifically. >> exactly? Well, let's have names, shall. we, of this family because all the. family members I know who I've spoken to.
through intermediaries, none of them. wanted to do with them. They don't want. anything to do with it. It's a complete. myth. He hasn't come back for any of. those reasons. He's come back because. the money in America's dried up and. their outgoings are huge. And so they've. got to try and get back in the proximity. of the actual royal family to remind. everybody that they are royal, too. Therefore, you should pay us loads of. money. That's what this is all about. And I see right through it, as do most. people in this country. And if we could. do a deal, Megan, before the end of this.
interview where you agree to take them. back, we'd be very grateful. >> Oh, no. We already got saddled with them. for six years. We have paid our penants. >> Now, um speaking of the royals, you have. a lawsuit going against uh Charles. Spencer, Carlos, uh Diana's brother, who. wrote this book in September about the. royal family and how terribly they. treated her, etc., allegedly. and he. smeared you with defamatory lies which. you filed a lawsuit over saying this.
book should be pulled off of the shelves. immediately. He's absolutely defamed. you. >> Where does that stand? >> Well, it's interesting. So, so far I. mean what happened just simply for your. viewers is he accused me of perpetrating. the most egregious invasion of privacy. in Princess Diana's life. Uh which led. to a million pound payout by the mirror. group. Uh the problem was it all. happened in 1993, two years before I joined the mirror. group. So it had nothing to do with me. And he did several pages of the book on.
this. And then he used it as an. explanation for another whopper he told. which is that when he uninvited all the. newspaper editors from Diana's funeral. after we'd been formally invited and had. accepted invitations, he did that purely. so he could then leak it to the media. and have you know tabloid editors. uninvited from funeral. So he got his. his uh his egregants against us done. that way. But he said that in that phone. conversation when he called me I was. really offhand and sirly with him.
because of the history that I had with. Diana over this payout. It had nothing. to do with me. So the whole thing was. So he knew he'd done something. very bad. He immediately did a groveling. apology to me. The publishers have. agreed to remove it from further issues. But what we're talking about now is what. they're going to do to compensate me for. the the stuff the inaccuracies they put. in. Now the slight complication here is. it has been brought to my attention, Megan, that far from damaging my.
reputation, this has actually enhanced. my reputation, not just with the public, but with the royal family. I'm told the. king himself is particularly pleased. with me because it managed to mean that. on the day of publication of this book. where he made all these terrible claims. against the king which I don't believe. either. Uh everyone was leading on the. news of his apology to me. So it may be. I sort of park the lawsuit but get a. nighthood and you'll be calling me. We are going to Sandreum that that's. it's settled. This. >> is I forgot all about that in I mean I I.
haven't done anything like that for the. royal family but I I have had many. sparkling conversations about them that. I think they would appreciate. Um okay. so so enough about the two grifters and. the grifter uh for brother of Diana. Um, you had on an American politician named. Jamie West who was everywhere last week. as an Indiana Democrat who was clearly. drunk in an interview she gave in. connection with her countywide race. So, this is such a Piers Morgan booking. I.
love it. I love that you get these. people that you would think to like, let's book her. I want to ask her about. her her drunkenness. You did and got her. to admit to it. Here's SAT 8. So fun. A lot of people assumed you might have. had a drink before you did that uh. interview. Did you? >> I had a course light. I had a beer. >> Mhm. >> What? One beer or. >> I mean maybe a couple. >> How many beers did you have? >> I was nervous. Okay, I get it. I WAS.
GOING WITH A FULL REPUBLICANS. >> We We've all had a drink when we're. nervous. But just to be clear, >> it's called a. >> Jamie. Here's your chance to be. completely honest and transparent. How. many beers did you have? >> All right. Three. >> Three beers. Okay. Well, it's trebled in. the last 30 seconds. >> Um, so do you. >> What do you mean to say it, man? I had. three beers. Okay. >> Okay. So, do you accept you may have. been a little intoxicated?
>> Not that intoxicated, but I do know what. I'm talking about. >> Okay. Pierce, it was clear she had had a. few more in advance of her interview. with you. >> I think she had and I don't believe it. was only three the first time either. I. think if I carried on asking it would. have doubled and trebled a couple more. times. So look, she's an extraordinary. character. I mean, you got to say the. these elections at local level like. that, they throw up the most remarkable. characters. We have the same thing in.
this country. And they kind of, you know. what, they kind of add to the gaity of. the world, don't they? I mean, she's got. no chance, I would think, of winning. That is extraordinary. >> They do add to the gay of the world. I. mean, she's no different from Kla. Harris, to be honest. It's just. >> I found Harris. >> I found her marginally more coherent. than Kla Harris. >> So, let me ask you about the upcoming. elections, which are all the buzz over. here. You obviously know a ton about. America. You spent a ton of time here.
You had a whole show on CNN Prime Time. for years. uh the midterms right now, you know, if you if you go by the. generic ballot or the latest polls, they. don't look good for Republicans. The. Republican defense is that they always. perform better on election day than the. polls suggest and that all these Senate. races are within three points. So, that's tends to be the margin by which. they outperform their polls. So, it. really is anybody's race. Um, I we don't. know what's going to happen on election. day, but I do think that the Republican.
defenders. are deliluding themselves about why so. many Republicans and independents are. fed up with them. I know you've been. covering some of it. Um, your thoughts. on where the electorate is right now and. some of those issues. >> Well, I think you're right to to have. some caution about reading the polls. because they've been wrong pretty much. all the time about Trump. You know, I. remember in 2016 when nobody in in the. polling world thought he had a chance. and he ended up winning. Um, so you got. to, you know, you got to be careful, I. think. But I do sense there is going to.
be a blue wave here and I think they're. definitely going to lose the House and. they they may well lose the Senate. And. if they do, it will be entirely. self-inflicted. This is the most. baffling part of Donald Trump Mark 2. since he won the presidency again is. that he started so well. you know, he. shut the border. He stopped all that. illegal immigration pretty much. overnight. It was a remarkable. achievement if people were just voting. on that. I think he would win quite. comfortably with Republicans in these. midterms. But instead, he did a number.
of things which seemed to fly in the. face of all the things he campaigned. about. Uh, you know, he wasn't. transparent about opening up all the. Epstein files as he said he would be. He. invaded a Middle Eastern country, attacked Iran, having said repeatedly, "I don't want to do that. We've wasted. too much time and money and people by. doing this in the past. We won't be. doing that. Um, and so you look at it. and you think, how does that square with. America first? We're getting prices down. at the pump, getting inflation down.
Everything to do with all the stuff he's. done this year has been to me. self-defeating. And I'm sure if he had. to do over again, he would not get. sucked into this war in Iran because I. think ultimately if they do lose both uh. houses of Congress, it will be a. self-inflicted wound from a terrible. decision. >> Mhm. He's now trying to get diesel fuel. over here from the Russians who he's. lifting sanctions on just months after. imposed them. >> It's awful, isn't it? I mean,
>> but it that's not even our problem. You. know what I mean? Like that's not what's. the Ukraine war is not causing our. economic problem, nothing to do with it. The the the diesel prices, the gas. prices issue is entirely because of the. war in Iran and the fact the Iranian. regime, far from falling, now has. complete control of the straight of. moose. And that has 20% of the world's. energy coming through it. And every time. America threatens to attack them, they. attack one of their Gulf state. neighbors. And so, it's been going on. now all year. And it's just gone very,
very badly. I think if you're Donald. Trump, he can pretend it hasn't, but it. clearly has. and it's had a knock-on. effect on the cost of living for the. average American. And I think if you're. a farmer in America, you you're feeling. pretty disillusioned and pretty pretty. betrayed right now, never mind other. sections of the communities. And so I. think Donald Trump, he won't admit it. He'll never admit it. But I think if he. had his time again, he wouldn't have let. BB Netanyahu suck him into this war as I. think happened with Iran because all the. knock-on effect on America first, cost.
of living, diesel prices, and so on has. been a direct consequence of that one. decision. >> Completely agree. And yet he was out. there endorsing Netanyahu last week like. in this election that Netanyahu is. facing. And then our pal Mark Halpran. gave JD Vance the vial of plutonium and. said, "Would you like to handle this. without gloves on in the following. exchange?" Saut 10. >> I normally don't ask yes no questions, but I'm going to ask you two and try to.
hold you to yes no. Uh over the weekend, the president endorsed Benjamin. Netanyahu for re-election in Israel. Do. you endorse Benjamin Netanyahu? The president has the most effective. endorsement in American or international. political history. I endorse American. candidates and that's where I'm focused. on is the midterm. So I'm not getting. involved in the Israeli election. >> So So you're not you don't want to say. one way or the other whether you. >> I'm not anti-endorsing them. I'm not pro. endorsing him. I'm not getting involved. in Israeli elections. >> Right. Okay.
>> Very smart. Get out of bounds out. immediately. There was no great way out. of that for JD Vance, but I thought he. handled it deafly. But what do you make. of it? Because over here there's a real. question about whether JD's going to be. able to effectively take the Trump baton. >> um given that he hasn't stood up more. forcefully to his boss on the issue of. Israel. >> Well, it's very tough, isn't it? I think. if you are the vice president to Donald. Trump and you deviate away from him in. public, you're not going to be in that.
position much longer. We all know how. Trump operates. He likes complete. loyalty and some people like that about. him. They think it, you know, he a lot. of his administration were disloyal. first time round. This time they've been. marketkedly more loyal as a group and. that's because Trump has demanded they. are when he gives them the job. So it's. hard for JD Vance. I think a lot will. depend on the midterms. If the. Republicans do lose the House and the. Senate, then Trump, whether he likes it. or not, will become a lame duck. president. That will drive him nuts. He'll only have executive orders really.
to uh operate with. and it could get. very unpredictable and quite dangerous. actually I think the next two years if. that happens. So it's going to be very. interesting to see how this all plays. out. I just when I see Donald Trump. announcing a diesel deal with Vladimir. Putin and ignoring a new sanctions on. the Russians which his great friend. Lindsey Graham had painstakingly worked. towards and was going to be implemented. and had just come in two weeks before. I. can't imagine that the average American.
Republican voter is remotely happy with. that. Why would they be? You know, the. Russia is the enemy of the United. States. They're not friends. They're not. to be trusted. You can have an argument. about whether America should or. shouldn't be getting heavily involved in. helping Ukraine defeat the Russians. That's perfectly legitimate. And a lot. of Republicans I speak to are split on. that. Some think they should, some think. they shouldn't. It's a perfectly. legitimate agreement. But to be sucking. up to Vladimir Putin with diesel deals, to then have today Steve Wickoff and.
talking about Putin to his face as being. a great humanitarian. Don't make me puke. The guy is a. ruthless dictator. >> Last question. You said something. recently about um politics tilting on. its axis that that historic alliances. are at a breaking point. I I feel that. too, but I hadn't articulated it in that. way. Can you expand on it, Pier? >> Yeah, I mean I look at the conservative. movement in America. I look at people. like you and Tucker Carlson, Candace.
Owens, others, all in your own way. different, but I look at the way you're. viewing things like the Iran war, like. the Epstein files and so on. And there's. a lot of common ground now between. people on the right like yourselves and. people on the left who would agree with. you. And so you're seeing people coming. together who would normally be very. uneasy bedfellows but they're being. drawn on these specific issues and. you're seeing a real split I think in. the conservative right and the really.
interesting question I think and you're. seeing by the way the same thing on the. left with the dem rise of a democratic. socialists and the more moderate. democrats you know they've got the same. issue here which way do you go and I. think the really interesting fallout. from the midterms depending what happens. will be which way the conservative right. movement moves towards the 2028. election. What kind of candidate do they. want to represent the conservative. right? Are they going to start listening. more to people like you who I suspect. reflect the views of the average.
Republican voter a lot more than a lot. of the decisions that Donald Trump's. administration have been taking this. year. So, it's going to be really really. interesting I think for the rep. Republicans but also the Democrats post. the midterms. What do they do about the. rise of the Democrat socialists, right? Are they going to move that way or are. they going to move more to a moderate. candidate for the 2020 28 election? You. know, I could you see a situation where. AOC is their nominee? Uh it's pot it's. potentially possible. Um so I think that. on both sides, it's really interesting.
to me both split down the middle now. ideologically and you're seeing a. convergence between people on the left. and right which I never thought I'd see. >> Yeah, historical alliances are at a. breaking point. Well said as always, Piers. Great to see you. Thanks so much. for being here. >> My pleasure, Megan. Great to see you. >> All right, we'll be back right after. this. >> Hey, thanks for watching today's full. episode. If you're new here, throw us a. subscribe, see what you think, stay in. touch. Check it out today. Let's get into some. other stories beginning with the latest. from Ohio. Yesterday we told you about. the big controversy involving the. political ad featuring the mother of. Democratic gubanatorial nominee Amy. Actton. Uh okay. So the the mother has. appeared in this ad attacking her. daughter as a liar. And by the way, we. reported yesterday that we believed the. Vive Ramaswami campaign was not behind.
the ad, that it was a super PAC ad. Well, it wasn't an ad at all yet. yesterday. It was a possible ad that was. sent out via text to certain. conservative influencers and others, not. yours truly, um, seeking like feedback. And it turned out that was from Vive. Ramaswami. So, his campaign was behind. the ad. Here's Amy Actton's response uh.
that came out after our show got off the. air. >> I won't normalize somebody who has said. that my childhood is something I'm just. complaining about, who today just. released an ad using my birth mother, who I was removed from at at the age of. 12 for severe abuse and neglect and. sexual abuse. My brother and I were. removed. I just can't normalize somebody. who calls me things like a socialist, which I am not, and then follows that. statement by saying, "The Second. Amendment was made for times like these.
to eradicate socialism, to get rid of. socialists. That's what I am made for.". The words our leaders use matter. And I. think it's going to take courage right. now from all of us to stop normalizing. this sort of rhetoric. People need to. see that this is a pattern. It was a. pattern in the presidential debates. You. know, I remember Chris Christie going at. it with him. I remember Nikki Haley. because he was such a liar and he was.
attacking Nikki Haley's 14-year-old. daughter on air during presidential. debates. Why does she always sound drunk? She's. like got some sort of a slurring or. speech impediment or other issue. Obviously, Democrats and even some. Republicans, I mean, you know, the crew, you know, you know the ones were. outraged by the ad featuring Actton's. mother because Actton was removed from.
her mother's home at the age of 12 after. she, as a 12-year-old, made allegations. of sexual abuse by her stepfather, her. mother's husband. Actton's mother stood. by that husband despite the fact that he. was reportedly arrested and charged with. rape based on Amy's testimonial and he. ultimately fled the state moving to. Pennsylvania. Now, an earlier account of. this whole matter when Amy Actton was a.
child because the mother spoke to a. different group back in 2020 and the. mother's half of the story was in that. account. The mother claims that he was. indicted, that she the mother was never. indicted, and the mother claimed that. they were advised by a lawyer to move. out of the state, and they did to. Pennsylvania until things settled down. We still cannot find any record that a. criminal prosecution ever actually.
happened. And to be honest, I'm confused. by that because you you don't avoid. criminal charges in the United States of. America by moving from one state to. another. That's not a thing. It's not. like he moved to Iran, which doesn't. extradite to America. Like, I don't know. what happened, but she definitely made. the allegation. He was indicted and. charged and then moved out of the state. And that, as far as I can tell, seems to. have been the end of the criminal. matter. very odd. Uh the Actton campaign.
seemed more than ready for her mother's. comments. Again, she'd made them. publicly already back in 2020 because. yesterday they promptly put out an ad of. their own featuring Amy Actton's. brother. I received a lot of abuse, but Amy always got the worst of it. She. continued to receive that abuse because. she knew she had to protect me from from. that. and and that if she hadn't done.
that um who knows where I would have. ended up and she's 11 and 12 years old. and to think that that's somehow a. talking point. Shame on VC. It's the. contempt he has for Amy is the contempt. he has for Ohio. He's not fit to lead. V meantime not only owning the. production of the ad but now standing. behind it saying that he will be. spending millions to air it during the. final weeks before election day. Here's.
what he had to say last night. >> It is an ad from our campaign. And the. thing that I want to say is that I would. love for this race in this election to. be about the substantive issues that. impact Ohioans. And unfortunately, Amy. Actton has been hiding from those. issues. She won't debate me. She doesn't. allow cameras at her events. Every. person who appears to know her the best, her former boss, her former colleagues.
in state government, even the doctors of. this state, the Ohio State Medical. Association, have told voters not to. vote for her, but to vote for me. instead. This is part of a pattern of. someone else who appears to know her. well, who says the same thing. And I do. think that it's important for voters to. take all of that into account, especially because Amy Actton has hid. from debate and duct questions. On Kelshi, there's a lot of trading. happening in the race since the ad broke. yesterday morning. Actton is actually up.
7% since the ad hit. She now has a 77%. chance to win compared to 23% for Vive. One month ago, she had a 57% chance to. win with Vake at a 43% chance, but her. odds have been going up ever since then. So, she went up 7% additionally. yesterday, but she'd been making up that. difference between 53 and 70 uh% over. the past month or so. And Vav was. actually favored as recently as July.
Okay. But now, what's going to happen in. the final two weeks now that Vive is. putting millions behind this ad? Um, by. the way, our sponsor Kalshi reflects. what traders actually believe. It's. real-time odds on the midterm elections. You can give it a try if you want. You. can use the code Megan Kelly or click. the link in our show's description. New. users get 25 bucks free when they trade. 25 bucks. So, a little bit more on this. backstory. The mother Donna spoke with. this group Operation Rescue in Ohio back.
in 2020. Okay. and this group was taking. issue with her as the Department of. Health executive director um and whether. she was fit for office. They were. alleging that she had protected a late. term abortionist in Ohio and that she. had been misstating facts about her. past. And they found Donna, the mother,
and interviewed her. I don't know where. Donna is now. Uh I I'm not sure where. the VA campaign tracked her down or. where she's living, but what Donna told. Operation Rescue in this interview was. that she had a first husband that was. Amy's and the brother's dad. That that. husband was abusive toward Donna, toward. the mom, that he would beat the hell out. of her and she divorced him. that the. children continued to see that abusive.
ex-husband of hers, not abusive toward. them as far as I read anyway, but. abusive toward their mom, Donna, and um. they continued to go to see him. And she. alleges that this guy poisoned the well. with the children. That there was an. earlier allegation against her second. husband, the guy who's been accused by. Amy. And she, this article describes, clearly they got it from her, that. allegation as unfounded. They write,
"Finally, when Amy was 12, she accused. Donna's husband, Bud, of raping her. Apparently, Bud had a daughter from a. previous marriage that had earlier made. similar unfounded claims." That's what. they write. Clearly, they got that from. her. It is possible that this and. suggestions made by her father gave Amy. the idea for making that particular. accusation. Clearly, this is the. mother's rebuttal. She doesn't believe. the daughter's accusation. She believes. that the daughter had been poisoned by. her ex-husband against both Donna and.
the new husband, and Donna did not side. with Amy when the accusation took place. There was a grand jury investigation. Amy was called to testify. Reading from. this Operation Rescue piece, Donna had. gone to court that day to support her. husband. She was never personally. accused or charged with any crime. They. report there are two accounts of what. happened when Amy came out of the grand. jury room. Actton has claimed there's no. mystery she was estranged from this mom. That she went to kiss her mother, but.
her mother turned away from her. Donna. claims she was surprised to see Amy with. a new haircut and wearing an outfit that. seemed to be not age appropriate for a. 12-year-old. As Amy came out of the. grand jury room, Donna called to her. daughter, but Amy turned and went to her. father instead. it was the last time. Donna would ever see her daughter. Uh she also in this piece takes issue, the mother Donna does with Amy's. backstory as she had been telling it to. the Ohio electorate back then, saying.
that these claims that she was in 18. different homes um and that she had she. was homeless for a period and living in. a tent over one winter and often did. have not have food to eat were all lies. That is what the mother alleged. She. said she kept a roof over Amy's head. She was never hungry, that the mother. has a couple of advanced degrees and did. not did not have trouble putting food on.
the table. Um, she was a single mom for. six or seven years. She insisted that. they were never homeless. They always. had food to eat and she always paid her. bills. Instead of living in 18 different. locations, Donna told the outlet there. were four different homes over the. years. Then when she married the second. husband, Bud, there were two more moves. after that. So a total of six, not 18. As Amy says, she disputes the business. about living in a tent and so on. Though. the brother seems to be backing Amy. So.
that's how we got here. Okay, that's how. we got here. Uh and now you have the. collective left absolutely melting down. about this ad. Um, a and as if this ad. is so far beyond the pale because it's a. mother calling the daughter a liar and. it doesn't obviously front the backstory. that that daughter had accused that. mother's second husband of molesting her. and the mother chose to side with the.
husband. Okay, look, I don't know what. happened when Amy Actton was 12. What I. do know is that as an adult, she has. been an emotionally unregulated mess. The in-depth report by the Washington. Examiner reveals this person as tissue. paper thin when it comes to her. emotional management. literally in the. fetal position, crying regularly during. her management of the of the pandemic.
response in Ohio, unable to go out in. front of a small group and read a. pre-prepared for her written statement. because she was so paralyzed with fear, regularly seen crying in the halls of. her office. Her campaign has since. denied all this, but the Washington. Examiner found multiple former staffers. and and nonpartisans who were telling. these stories about her um all the. crying and so on. Not one but two police.
visits to her home 2013 and 2019. um for some sort of domestic. disturbance. In 2013, it was her teenage. daughter who called the cops there. in. 2019. We don't know who called, but she. was allegedly, according to the police, um in some sort of an altercation with. the husband that led Amy to rip down a. mirror off the wall and smash it onto. the ground. They said she was taking. prescription medication and had been.
drinking. That that was clear to them. That there was a push to get her to go. to the hospital, but she refused. Her. campaign later said, "Oh, she only had. one drink because she'd been on the. prescription medication for whatever it. was for a long time. She just bumped. into the mirror and it fell." Okay, so. this person, she's got a troubled. history. That's obvious. And even in. this campaign, her her campaign. overstated what happened to her at this. event when this dangerous man lunged at. her in an event. There's no proof of. that there. He he didn't really get.
anywhere near her and his approach led. to a couple of older people being. knocked around, which is when the. authorities stopped him. And the the. police then said that Amy Actton ghosted. them when they sought followup about. exactly what happened, what her reaction. was, so on. And then the prosecutor in. the case came out to say, "I'm sorry, but these are not felonies. This is at. best a couple of misdemeanors and that's. what this case is going to be. So that.
that's who Amy Actton is. Now, as for. the drama around the ad, I want to tell all of the naysayers, and. I have nothing to do with this ad, and I. have nothing to do with this campaign. I. know Vake a bit, and obviously I'm. rooting for him over her, but that's it. Um, please spare me. Spare me your fake. outrage. you leftists and milktoast. Republicans who are pretending that this.
is the worst thing that you have ever. seen because some of you must have. closed your eyes during the Trump. presidency and the Trump runs for. presidency. I mean, it is absolutely. outrageous what has been unleashed. against him. And many of these same. leftist critics had no problem with the. most belowthe belt ads you could. possibly make against him. Here's just. one. Eene Carol in 2024.
s 32. >> There's no excuse for sexual assault and. abuse. unless. >> I don't even know who. >> your Republican Donald Trump. >> No idea who she is. Supporting Donald. Trump sends a message to every abuser. rapist. >> and every man who's ever used his power. >> to. >> hurt a woman.
because if he can do it, why shouldn't they? >> Okay, so stop. Just just stop. Look, I I don't believe your faux. outrage and you, my distinguished. audience friends know very well this is. what is done in the last two weeks. before a campaign. Somebody like Vav who. is apparently polling behind. I don't. think he would have dropped this ad if. he weren't. Does something like a swing,
a massive swing to try to change the. trajectory of the race. And then the. other side purports to be horrified. horrified at the at the below the belt. electoral effort. It's just so. upsetting. It's beneath contempt. Oh, please stop it. I don't remember you. saying that about the Eene Carol ad. Or. what about this one? Remember this one. by John Kelly, uh, Trump's former chief. of staff, S 33. This is also in 2024.
>> Do you think he's a fascist? >> He certainly falls into the general. definition of a fascist, using the. military to go after American citizens. You commented more than once that Hitler. did some good things, too. >> Okay, that was put out by Kla Harris. Was there the same panty bunching? Oh my. god. They called they called the former. president a fascist and suggested he was.
akin to Hitler. We saw that everywhere. in the Kla Harris campaign. Everywhere. The Hitler campa comparison. Okay, this. is absurd. Stop. And then there's Amy. Actton's campaign. Let's see what. they've had to say about the Vake in the. course of this race. Let's watch it. What Vivic Rama Swami did to families. like ours is unforgivable. He pushed an. Alzheimer's drug that he knew didn't. work. He made hundreds of millions of.
dollars scamming people like me. Mr. Rama Swami, you don't give a damn about. anybody. Nice. Nice. Is that above the belt? Is. that like should he should he keep his. hands totally clean while she launches. attack ads like that calling him a con. man and a swindler and suggesting a. woman's death was on his hands. By the. way, even Politact deemed that ad untrue. that that this woman's death had nothing.
to do with anything Vake did. Okay. So, she's accusing him of killing somebody. His ad has her mom saying she is a liar. You tell me which one is more. despicable. This is just outrageous. What is the the. faux outrage in response to this is what. is truly outrageous. And let me tell you something else. Negative ads, the reason they're done. both by Amy Actton and by Vake now is. that they work. They work. May I remind.
you about the Willie Horton ad that was. unleashed by George HW Bush supporters, a super PAC or a pack at the time when. he was 17 points behind Michael Dukakus. Watch this. >> Bush and Dukakus on crime. Bush supports. the death penalty for first-degree. murderers. Dukakus not only opposes the. death penalty, he allowed first-degree. murderers to have weekend passes from. prison. One was Willie Horton, who.
murdered a boy in a robbery, stabbing. him 19 times. Despite a life sentence, Horton received 10 weekend passes from. prison. Horton fled, kidnapped a young. couple, stabbing the man, and repeatedly. raping his girlfriend. Weekend prison. passes, Dukakus on crime. >> Guess what happened? It worked. It moved. the needle. George HW Bush closed the. gap and won the race. I know because.
Roger Als was very close with the people. behind that ad and may have had hand in. it himself. Um and in response to that. ad, same thing. It's racist. The the. image used of Horton, the use of the. word the name Willie as opposed to. William, um it it has racist undertones. That was everywhere condemning the ad, talk about how it was going to backfire. and so on. I don't know. I don't know. whether any of this will backfire in Vic. Ramaswami, but I do know from all my. years covering politics, negative ads.
work because they get people asking. questions about the candidate they're. targeting. That's what Amy Actton wanted. to happen with her ad, calling Vav a. Swindler learn a con man. We'll see. which way this goes. We'll be right. back. The Supreme Court. has just blocked President Trump from. denying gender affirming care. That's. such a misnomer. uh to trans prisoners. So the justices. for now it's temporary have agreed to. continue preventing reading from the New.
York Times the Bureau of Prisons from. implementing a policy that would. prohibit gender transition medical. treatments. In other words, when Trump. became president, he issued an order and. the Bureau of Prisons is carrying it out. stopping them from using your money and. mine to provide these so-called gender. treatments to prisoners. We've got. murderers in prisons who are getting. their gender care thanks to your money.
And Trump tried to stop it. And thanks. to the US Supreme Court, at least. temporarily, he's not able to. A block. was put in place in early 2025 by a. lower court. It's remained in place. And. the Trump administration had asked the. Supreme Court to lift that block to to. let us stop paying for these procedures. while the case plays out. And it said. no, you will continue to pay for these. procedures as the case plays out. That's.
not a final decision on the merits. They. will still get their day in court to. argue that they have every right to stop. this use of our money on this absolute. nonsense. What percentage of the men? It's all men pretending to be women to. get into a woman's facility. What What percentage of them right now. are getting these treatments just. because they want to keep the ruse going. so they can stay with the women as. opposed to with the men? And why am I.
paying for it? Why are you paying for. it? The latest out of our US Supreme Court, they did it's unsigned. We don't know. exactly how the numbers came down. We do. know from the Times reporting that Alo. and Thomas, God bless them, opposed this. decision. So when they issue these like sort of. temporary like no, we're not going to. lift the block or we are going to lift. the block, you know, it's not like a. full decision on the merits, they often. just issue something short like this. where you don't know the full breakdown. But um that's where things stand. Also,
I wanted to tell you there was one other. element in our last story on the Amy. Actton matter and the ad by Vav. Um, I. didn't show you the ad today. I showed. it to you yesterday. I will show it to. you. Let's show the audience the ad. here. S 24A. Name is Donna Arthur and I'm Amy. Actton's mother. I worked at Children. and Family Service Association building. one of the first two sexual abuse.
programs in America. I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her. opponent, it's not easy for a mother to. say this, but Amy has a serious problem. She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent. None of that is true. She's lied her. entire life. My daughter needs help and. she can't help you if she needs help.
herself. People can change, but first. they have to tell the truth. And my. daughter still isn't doing that. Don't. vote for people who lie. Don't let her. become your governor. If you think. she'll make your life better, you're. fooling yourself. It will only get. worse. Okay, so that's the ad that's caused all. this kurfuffle. Um JD Vance, the vice. president of the United States who's.
going to be campaigning with Vake, I. think a week from today in Ohio, uh was. just asked about this controversy and. here's what happened. >> Daniel Bush with the BBC. Thank you. Uh. you mentioned after this you're going to. a campaign event. uh Vive Rama Swami's. campaign put out a controversial ad. featuring his opponent's mother. Republicans some are backing away from. that. Do you think that that ad was. appropriate? >> Well, I'll be honest with you. Whether. the ad was appropriate or not is not.
really my concern. What is my concern is. who is going to govern the next. generation of American uh government. Who is going to win the Senate race in. the state of Ohio? Who's going to win. the governor's race in the state of. Ohio? And I got to be honest that when I. see Republicans, people in my party. reacting so strongly, especially elected. officials, look, have the opinion you. want to have on that ad. If you think it. was too tough, say it was too tough. If. you think it wasn't tough enough, say. that. But I have to admit that I'm a. little bit disgusted when I see.
Republicans across the country who are. whining more about that advertisement. than they are about what the. Congressional Democrats and other. Democrats want to do to the United. States of America. Right on. Right on. And did they whine. when she issued her below the belt shot. on Vive? Did they did th those same. Republicans whine when that happened? Like are the dirty tricks allowed only. on the one side? I'm just curious. Just. checking in with with all of our betters.
who want to lecture us on how far is too. far. By the way, the mother is clearly. maintaining that Amy was not molested. The mother is maintaining that Amy made. that up based on what she says was an. unfounded earlier allegation against her. husband. We have no idea what's true. Who the hell knows? I know I I don't. even want to get into that. But my point. is simply the everyone who doesn't like. the ad has just reacted as though the. mother is a liar and we have to believe.
Amy's word. That's that's the way it is. because he was indicted based on Amy's. testimonial. But the charges were never. seen through. And I don't understand. this excuse of, well, it's because he. moved to Pennsylvania. Is can you do. that? If I get accused of a crime in. Connecticut, can I get out of it if I. just move to Pennsylvania? I'm not I. don't think when you're dealing with. felonies, that's how it works in the. United States of America. Look, grow up. Politics, it ain't bean ball. It's a. very rough and tumble sport. He's trying.
to win. and he's trying to call. attention to an issue with Amy that. irrespective of the past is real. She. does not appear to have an adult. relationship with the truth, nor is she. emotionally regulated. The Columbus. Dispatch today has decided to endorse. her allegedly because of this ad, which. is If you read their piece, it's very anti- vavake and. anti-Republican and it's running cover. for her COVID decisions and how what a. scary time it was and how, you know,
it's like she had to do these draconian. measures to shut down this. Oh, please. So, you're not you're not it's not has. nothing to do with Vik's ad. You you're. just you're a co panicking, so just calm. down and let the grown-ups make a. decision here. And then they called the. attacks on her sexist. They said that. these attacks about her crying and her. inability to get her emotions under. control are sexist. off. That is. not it. That's like saying we wouldn't.
be doing that to a man who was crying at. every turn. Lots of women are very. capable of managing their emotions. I. mean, honestly, in fairness to her, how. many times did we did we see Kla Harris. cry? None. She was able to keep that. in check. It's not just a woman. thing that like what they're writing is. sexist. That her in the fetal position. crying in the offices while she had to. go out and do a press conference or.
overwhelmed by the CO data was because. she's a woman. off. That's not. true. I like this is absurd. There were. lots of female executives who are. handling their responsibilities around. CO without breaking down into tears. Here's here's the quote. There has been. clear misogyny against act. $90 million. attack ad campaign by a super PAC. working on Ramaswami's behalf attempts. to paint Actton as a deranged woman who. cried in the office. This is a different. one. Who cried in the office during the. COVID pandemic. A heartbreaking and.
uncertain time. Oh my god. Stop. Okay, just stop. Not every female politician breaks down. into tears when it's a trying time. Quite a few Democrats did. Michelle. Winski, apparently this Amy Actton. Uh, but. look, the only time we ever saw Hillary. Clinton cry was when she faked it that. time in New Hampshire. Not all women are a blubbering mess of. tears. So off Columbus Dispatch.
because much like the New York Times. fashion critic when she was trying to. say that allowing women to parade down. the runway in Victoria's Secrets. lingerie is adding to rape culture. That was disgustingly sexist by a. leftist who is trying to persuade us she. wasn't. And so is what the Columbus. Dispatch just wrote. Okay. Not all women. break down in tears. And if you have a. problem with an individual who cannot. stop crying on the job, that.
doesn't make you a sexist pig for. pointing it out because it happens to be. a woman in this case. Just stop it. How. much fun did we have at John Boehner's. expense when he was blubbering all the. time? This is absurd. So, put your big. pants on. Big boy pants and big girl. pants. Buckle up because it's going to. be a rough last two weeks of the. campaign. Welcome to politics. Okay, speaking of politics, we have to. update you about Congresswoman Ilan.
Omar. She's emerged sort of. We still. have no idea where she is, but there was. a video of her in the back of her car. Um, we'll show you that in one second, but first, uh, here is President Trump. yesterday sharing his thoughts on the. congresswoman. >> There is a problem with Ilan Omar's age. Could she be deported? >> Well, she could be. She could also go to. jail. She could also go to jail. You know, they keep talking about deportation. No, she could go to jail. Is my opinion. I.
think she's a sick, a very dishonest. person, but uh who hates our country and. she comes from a country that is. essentially not even a country. Somalia. It's a real house. Okay. She's a. disgrace to our country. And it's. amazing that she can get elected, but. Somalians vote for her. You know, Somalians vote for and most of them. shouldn't be here. I hope they treat her.
fairly, but I think she's a very. dishonest person. And then last night, Ilan Omar finally. emerging on Tik Tok with this video. >> Hi everyone, Ilhan here. I just wanted. to say thank you so much uh for the. support uh to everyone who sent um a. note of support for everyone who sent. $5, $10, $20. Um that goes a long way as.
we fight uh Trump and um his. administration uh for trying to. intimidate uh me uh and so many people. right before the midterm elections. We. know that they're running scared. We're. not going to be intimidated. We're not. going to be silenced. We're not going to. be scared. I'll be out there campaigning. alongside all of you and making sure. that we beat back all of this and that. we win in the midterms, win the House, win the Senate, and hold this. administration accountable. Thank you so.
much again. Uh and please continue to. support us. It is going to be um a very. expensive and challenging uh time. Uh, and so we appreciate whether you're able. to send 5, 10, 20. Thank you. >> Um, I'd be careful if I were you before. I did that. Okay. Because it's it. doesn't look like Ilan Omar is very good. at managing finances. Her husband's been. sued repeatedly for people's investments.
disappearing, magically disappearing. whenever they're turned over to him. and. he's been involved in several. litigations which we're going to discuss. in one second. I do want to tell you. something about Ilan Omar and her. hitting the campaign trail allegedly. sometime soon. Um, we saw Alpha News's. Liz Colin on Fox News earlier today. reporting that she's expected to return. to the campaign trail in Minnesota next. week with Hassan.
the candidate who like Elsed has had to. even he had to distance himself from. So. the the the podcaster who even Elsad had. to distance himself from. Now Ilan Omar. is going to fully embrace this guy who. said America deserved 9/11. Okay, that's is that the move for her? Like as we're debating whether she's an. illegal alien, whether she ever had.
naturalization, fake or real, whether. she's been defrauding this country from. the moment she got here, she's going to. pal around with a guy who believes. America is the devil and we deserved. 9/11. I'm not sure that's the move. I. mean, I realize she's going to win. because her little Somali constituents. couldn't give a about all of that. They probably agree with all those. sentiments. Um, but it's not really. going to help her in the court of public. opinion as we try to figure out what we. believe about this person, whether she's.
a trutht teller, whether she's an. illegal, whether she's a fraudster when. it comes to her immigration history, her. marriages, um, and her finances. So, our next guest. is someone who has been looking into. that last issue, her finances, for. years. Washington Free Beacon. investigative reporter Andrew Kerr is. here. He's been with a number of. publications that are more conservative. and has been on a quest for the better.
part of the last decade to figure out. whether this person is being honest. about her finances and those of her. husband. Andrew, welcome to the show. >> Hey, thanks so much for having me on. Okay. So, can we just start with how th. this relationship between Ilan Omar and. her current husband um Tim Minette. began? >> Yeah. Uh Tim Met was her campaign. consultant um uh back before COVID. Uh. so both Tim Minette and Ilhan Omar were.
married to other people u at the time. their relationship started. Um, I think. it was around 2019 that report surfaced. that they were enga that they were. having an affair. At the same time, her. campaign was paying his firm millions of. dollars. Um, they publicly denied it. Um, and then it turned out to be true. They both divorced their spouses and. then they married each other. Um, again, while her campaign was paying millions. of dollars uh to his uh consulting firm. for for services. Um so eventually uh.
that that caused that was a whole uh. media scandal. Um complaints were filed. and Tim Minette then exited the uh. political consulting business because. Ilhan Omar was essentially his only. client. Um and he cut ties with their. campaign. Uh and then he went on to. found uh a number of other business. entities. He uh he formed a winery. uh. he formed a a marijuana investment uh uh. group, an international venture.
capitalist firm. Um all of which uh. ultimately were looped into all these. various lawsuits that that you. mentioned. Um and this, you know, kind. of leads into her infamous 30 million. accounting error uh and and unresolved. questions surrounding that. Uh but yeah, that's that's the nexus of their. relationship. They began as you. essentially colleagues and then it grew. from there. Okay, we'll get to the marijuana. business in a second, but let's start. with this um Rose Capital and the E.
Staint Crew, which are the two companies. that are mentioned in her financial. disclosure that the latter of which I. believe owned this so-called winery. So. the she caught the attention of. investigators, congressional. investigators and the president in 2025. when she filed her financial disclosure. for the prior year, I guess for 2024, and she listed assets with her husband.
of between 6 million and $30 million, which was a massive, massive increase. over the year before. so massive that. congressional investigators and the. White House and everybody started to. say, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.". Like, we need to look into how that. happened. Is that basically how this. scrutiny began? >> Yeah. So, I I broke that story. Um I. found I I pulled Omar. I was just. searching for for something to cover, something to sink my teeth into, and I. and I pulled Omar's financial. disclosures, and I noticed that like,
wow, these are some like massive numbers. from someone that in previous years has. reported that she's essentially broke. Um, so the figure that that I. calculated, so financial disc. congressional financial disclosures, they they report in a range. So like my. assets are worth like for example, she. valued the winery at between$1 to $5. million and the uh Rose Lake Capital. venture capitalist firm as between five. and 25 million. So we don't know exactly. like what her net worth was, but we can.
kind of compare the low end and the high. end from her previous years. And at the. very least her she was reporting her her. her net worth had increased by at least. 3500%. I I didn't report that. >> what what had it been the year before. >> anywhere from like negative 50,000 to. positive like 50,000 the the year before. to no less than 6 million to up to $30. million. So the math showed that her her. net worth increased by at the very least. 3500%. upwards to there's a reason I didn't.
include the number. It was absurd. it. was like hundreds of thousands of. percent at at the high end. Um, so yeah, we we put that story out and what was. there there's a lot to this. So all of. these business entities that her husband. eventually co-founded, they they all got. involved in lawsuits. And so we have a. lot of um you know uh court transcripts, discovery documents that that you. typically you don't get insight into the. finances of like a private LLC. But in. in these case this cases we we do and we.
know that at the beginning of 2024 the. all these companies were broke. They had. no money in their bank account. They had. no clients. They couldn't afford to pay. their employees. And they were facing. millions of dollars worth of lawsuits. And then suddenly by the end of 2024, they managed to pay off all those losses. in cash, distribute hundreds of. thousands of dollars to uh Omar's. husband. Um and and then she's reporting. that the value of her companies of these. companies are now worth, you know, upwards of of $30 million. Um that's.
very strange. What's. >> So just to underscore something you just. said, it wasn't just that they were. facing a bunch of lawsuits that. increased their liabilities. It was also. that the businesses were not making. money. They because, you know, she would. later say, "Oh, I had to revise those. numbers downward because they didn't. factor in liabilities." But you're. reporting that no, no, no, no, no. Even. in 2024, the businesses were not making. money. These were not thriving concerns. >> Yes. The winery uh could not afford to.
pay its uh it's it's top wine maker. Um. they stopped paying her in November. 2023. So, she's on the record saying. that they stopped paying my pay my. salary uh in late 2023. Um the venture. capital firm which claimed that to have. this advisory team with experience. managing $50 billion in assets under. management. Um the her husband's uh. business partner, a guy named Will. Haylor, who's involved in all these. entities, he testified in this. bankruptcy case that they they didn't.
have any investments. They had no cash. uh in the bank account. um that they had. nothing going on. Um and then this. marijuana company um that they had. received millions of dollars from. investors who eventually sued them. saying that like, hey, we just got duped. into investing into this fake company. And Will Haylor tells them in an email. that, hey, I'd love to pay you back, but. I can't because the Office of Foreign. Assets Control has placed a hold in our. funds. Um, which is very very strange.
because the Office of Foreign Assets. Control is a Treasury Department. organization that mets out sanctions. against alleged terrorists, um, overseas. terrorists. So, why are they interested? >> That's no joke. >> Why Why on earth are they interested in. the goings comingings and goings of a. South Dakota based marijuana company. co-founded by Ilhan Omar's husband? Um, that's very bizarre. And what's even. more bizarre is that the media is. extremely uninterested in covering this.
Nobody is talking about this at all. Um. that. >> the office of foreign assets control. allegedly placed a hold on on a company. co-ounded by a Honda Omar husband. um. fortunately for them. >> who's an American by the way like he's. an actual American and so you know the. query whether it's his foreign ties or. his wives that are causing the alert at. Treasury. >> it's it's worth noting that the uh uh. Biden Justice Department in 2024 the New.
York Times reported this last year um. they did open a probe into Ilan Omar uh. for her quote interactions with a. foreign citizen so I mean let's just tie. this into this alleged office of foreign. access control old. I mean, it's just. we don't really know what's going on. there, but I mean, like, you just. putting two and two together, um, you. know, that that warrants some scrutiny. Now, fortunately for the. >> Could that be the brother though? Could. that be the brusband, a foreign. individual, her interactions with a. foreign individual? >> No idea. Uh, uh, that investigation.
under the Biden administration. apparently stalled. Obviously, things. have heated up significantly. Um, I hope. that the authorities are are looking at. this particular angle because I'd love. to get an answer on that. I'd love to. get an answer on this uh alleged uh. office of foreign assets control hold um. against the the marijuana uh. uh company. It was the company was. called Badlands. Um, fortunately for. Badlands and Tim Minette and his. business partner, Will Haylor, even. though they had nothing going on with.
that company, a few months after. claiming this OFAC hold, they they got a. hold of all of about $1.7 million to. settle this lawsuit and they and they. repaid the investors. Uh, one of which. told the New York Post last year that. they were amazed that they were able to. come up with all this money uh just. months after claiming like complete and. total financial insolveny. Um, so. >> wait now, can you just understo. underscore that for us, Andrew? Because. as I understand it from your reporting, this happened repeatedly where there. was, for example, the Wall Street.
Journal reported on a letter they had. seen listing the assets that were in um. the Rose Capital and in that other one, E Street, whatever it is, the one that. owned the winery. >> And the the letter reflected that they. there was no money. >> Yeah. There was no money in these. businesses and you're reporting there. there was no money in the marijuana. business and yet repeatedly they made. large payouts to litigants suing them.
over these businesses and this is one of. your questions right where did they get. millions of dollars to settle with these. investors? >> Yeah. Well, there's two there's two. questions actually. So the pattern here. is that investors gave millions of. dollars to uh Omar's husband and his. business partner that money went. somewhere. cuz by and so this this was before 2024. and then mill they received millions of. dollars from investors by the beginning.
of 2024 those investors are now sued for. their money back and uh Tim Met and Will. Haylor saying hey sorry we can't pay you. back because we have no money I have 40. bucks in my bank account what do you. expect me to do? Uh so the first. question is where did the investors. money go in the first place? Um and this. could provide an answer to why Will. Haylor is saying that the office of. foreign assets control stepped in and. seized control of the fund of the funds. Um that's bizarre. Uh uh.
second question is where did they get. the money just months later after. claiming they had nothing no money and. no business and no clients and no. investments? Where'd you get the. millions of dollars then and to repay. these these investors that you just told. them I can't pay you back because we're. broke? So, where did the money go in the. first place? And then where did they get. the money to to repay the investors and. close out all the all these uh all these. lawsuits? Uh why is the Office of. Foreign Accus Control allegedly. involved? Um at around the same time the.
Biden Justice Department is. investigating her alleged interactions. with a foreign citizen. Um. yeah. Uh why is Omar then reporting. and originally that these businesses, you know, again after being financially. destitute in the beginning of 2024, by. the end of 2024, they're allegedly worth. up to $30 million. She then revises that. down after I I I reported uh those. figures and then she claims months later. that oh well my husband's accountant.
failed to account for the uh liabilities. of these businesses uh and they're. actually worth nothing which I'm sorry. is absurd. No accountant would do that. No accountant would when asked to v. the provide a fair market value for a. company would fail to take into account. a company's liabilities. That that. doesn't happen. And it's astonishing to. me that the Ilhanar went to the Wall. Street Journal uh to you know for when.
she revised down this financial. disclosure and claimed a $30 million. accounting error and the Wall Street. Journal just reported breathlessly that. oh yeah the accountant just provided the. wrong uh numbers. They forgot to account. for the liabilities that no account no. accountant would do that. That's crazy. It I mean it just it goes to show the. the the um the the flexibility that the. media provides Ilhan Omar that that no. other person in American public life. would just be able to say that without.
any sort of like push back or scrutiny. Like h how is how how's that possible. that an accountant a licensed accountant. would fail to account for upwards of $30. million in liabilities for these for. these businesses? I that I'm sorry. that's crazy. >> You're you're so right. You're so right. That makes absolutely no sense. whatsoever. I mean assets and. liabilities are the ABCs of accounting. That's you don't have to get very far. into accounting school to learn that. Um. but there was a determination in.
September, as in last month, by the Congressional. Committee um Office of Congressional. Conduct. that that voted to recommend dismissing. the misconduct allegations against her, saying there was no substantial reason. to believe she violated federal law or. House rules. Now, I saw Janine Piro on. Fox saying, "I'm not bound by that." So. that's she seems to be telegraphing very. clearly. I am looking into this piece of.
the case. But why would in a Republican. controlled House the Office of. Congressional Conduct vote to recommend. dismissing the misconduct allegations. here if there was any there there? >> Yeah. So um the way the House has things. set up with ethics complaints is uh. needlessly complicated. So, the Office. of Congressional Conduct is actually. it's it's actually an independent review. board. It it it's kind of like this. preliminary agency that like screens. ethics complaints submitted against.
members of Congress or members of the. House. And if the Office of. Congressional Conduct deems that there. is substantial reason to believe that. something bad may have happened, then. they pass the complaint up to the uh to. the House um ethics committee uh which. then has the power and authority to. conduct a real investigation with real. teeth and impose real penalties against. uh against lawmakers. So we know that. the Office of Congressional Conduct did. an investigation. We know it was a split.
decision. It was a 5 to1 vote that they. deemed that Ilhan Omar like didn't. intentionally misrepresent her finances. when first reporting she's worth she and. her husband are worth $30 million. Oh, oops. Actually forgot to account for the. liabilities. We're actually worth. nothing. Um it was a 5 to1 vote and. their report has not been made public. Uh so we don't actually know the. reasoning why they why they believe. there's no reason to believe that Ilhan. Omar misled the public or intentionally. reported uh false information. Um I.
would love to get my hands on that. report. I'd love to I you know I I'd. love to ask him like hey did you just. take her accountant you know at face. value or did you actually like look into. the f like into the books of the uh the. businesses? >> Did he graduate from the quality leing. center? >> Right. Yeah. like you know did they just. did the account did you get a letter. from the accountant just saying that. oops forgot to account for the. liabilities or did you actually like. look into like okay what are the act. what are the actual books look like was. there an independent was there a.
financial audit conducted like how how. was this how is it possible that this. error was made we don't know and I. suspect that you know again we have a 5. to1 vote that that one person that voted. to that apparently believed that yeah we. should pass this up to the house ethics. committee um you what was their. reasoning So again, I'm not I I'm not. putting too much on that that OC. investigation. Um uh the House Oversight. Committee, uh led by James Comr, uh. they're looking into uh this uh the $30.
million accounting error. Uh GM Pierro, as you mentioned, she's looking into. this, too. And she's right. They they. are not bound by the Office of. Congressional Conduct. That is a an. independent review board. >> She's got a lot more power than they do. I mean to be clear that the that the. Office of Congressional Conduct has no. power. They they just kind they. essentially just screen complaints that. come in against members of Congress. >> Um not to mention without disparaging. any of them, they all have their own.
houses to worry about as well. you know, like that there may be a feeling on. board that five person team of like. they're but for the grace of God, you. know, like who knows what's in their own. financial disclosures and they may be. more charitable in interpreting. interpreting a member's assertion that a. mistake was made or maybe one was. legitimately made. Who we don't know. But here's my question to you. Having. been on this for a while, Andrew, what. what do you think is I'm just asking. your opinion now is really going on.
here? It's hard to say. I mean, how do you how. do you go from. your your new husband is a political. consultant and then he goes on to form. a international venture capital firm. stacked with like these huge, you know, former Obama administration officials um. in their advisory board. All of which by. the way if you know the so the the. advisory board for Rose Lake Capital um. their $25 million uh venture capital.
firm they've later come out almost all. of them saying that like hey we had like. one conversation with these guys made no. commitments and then they like slapped. our names on their website claiming that. we're working with them and so they've. all distanced themselves from from the. firm. um how how does he become an. international venture capitalist. uh owning a winery and investing in. marijuana companies in South Dakota? Um. all the while everyone that's invested. in these firms has eventually sued them.
Um. this uh office of foreign assets control. hold uh that Will Haylor claimed. There's also this Indian billionaire um. that uh in uh mid 20 in the summer of. 2024. uh Will Haylor testified that an Indian. billionaire uh gave him $11 million as. part of this loan deal and then the. billionaire requested the money back a. few days later. Um, and it's not clear. if that I mean it's it's uh it makes.
your head spin like how these guys just. managed to to dup all like you know deep. pocketed people all over the world into. donating to these to these companies. that like didn't do really do anything. They didn't you know there's no evidence. that the marijuana company ever invested. in marijuana uh uh businesses and and or. ventures in South Dakota. the the. winery, they they license some wines, but uh there's no real evidence that. they're ever really a big thing. The.
venture capital firm didn't really have. any investments. And yet, they're. getting you have millions of dollars. from from overseas. Will Haylor's. talking about being flown out to Dubai. uh for for business meetings connected. to all this. Um again the OFAC hold uh. the Biden administration investigating. Omar's interactions with a foreign. citizen. Omar and her husband and uh. 2023 or 2024 amid all this uh are. attending um these uh uh uh investment. events uh for you know uh for investors.
seeking to invest in um uh in Africa uh. all you know while Omar is you know a. member of Congress you it's it's all. just so strange. I don't I don't want to. I can't speculate more on just aside. from just laying out all that and and. you know just questioning like you know. what's what's going on here. It's just. it's bizarre. Um and you know so much. attention has been placed on Omar's.
immigration status and I think. rightfully so. Um but I mean this is a. big part of the story too and um and I. hope that uh these investigations uh are. are looking into these angles as well. I. mean, it's just an extraordinary amount. of money that's flown into this this. enterprise. Um, and. >> and just sketchy as hell. I get it. >> It's weird. It's just it's just so. bizarrely weird. >> Let me tell you something. Having worked. with Janine Piro for years, if anyone. can get to the bottom of this, it's. Janine Piro. She's like a dog with a. bone when she gets onto a story. Um, and.
she smells something there. So, I I do. believe if there's anything to unearth, Piro will find it. Um, I'm I for one, I'm very glad she's looking. Andrew, thank you for all the great reporting. and for coming on. >> Thanks. >> Okay, we'll be right back after this. Imagine this. You're surrounded by. fellow fans sharing wings, sharing. drinks, high-fiving random strangers. Everybody remembers the game, but no one. remembers the guy coughing up a lung. behind you. Okay, a couple more things for you. today. Uh, more fallout in that. Victoria's Secret runway show that we. talked about earlier this week. The one. in which Kylie Jenner was allowed to. wear the super special bra, the fantasy. bra that over the years has changed. It's not always the same one, but. wearing the fantasy bra, the one with. all the glitz and glam and diamonds on. it, is always an honor reserved for the. most talented supermodel there. someone.
who generally has been loyal to the. brand and over the years it's been Tyra. Banks, it's been Jiselle, it's been. Claudia Schiffer, it's been, you know, household name models, actual models. And honestly, in their defense, the. modeling industry is I I don't there's. not a tougher industry out there. It's. it will chew you up and spit you out. mercilessly. Obviously, the physical. requirements are extremely exacting, but. the emotional taxation is enormous as.
well. Just ask Presley Gerber's family. Um, so it didn't go to such a model, somebody who's devoted herself to this. industry and the sacrifices that it. requires. It went to. Kylie Jenner, basically a Kardashian. crew member. And now we're learning how. it happened. Uh there are reports that. the mamaager Chris Jenner made it happen. because they were hoping to get Kendall.
Jenner who actually is a model. But I. mean all of them are like are they. really they're not like supermodels like. Cindy Crawford was like any like Paulina. Ports Gova Naomi Campbell. They these. are reality reality TV show you know. wannabes. Kendall Jenner is of reality. TV. She got really tall and I'm sure she. had some work done like her sisters and. parlayed that into a modeling career and. what modeling agency would say no to her. because they all have hundreds of.
millions of social media followers. So. you'd be a dummy to say no because one. tweet from them and your product gets in. front of all these people who for some. reason are fans of theirs. Um, so. Kendall couldn't or wouldn't do it. because she's already affiliated with. another lingerie brand. And so the. mamaager was like, "How about this one? That's how they got Kylie in there." And. by the way, the all the hype around this. woman, you know, remember Forbes came.
out and she's like the youngest. billionaire. She's only 19. That all. turned out to be that turned. out to be a bunch of PR. on overvaluations of her makeup company. The everything about this family is. puffed up beyond reality. And so. Victoria's Secret decided to give this. honor to this Nimrod with the enormous. fake boobs and the enormous fake ass and. the enormous fake lips and God knows.
what else has been done to her. Like to. recognize her natural beauty. Okay, great. Here's a picture she posted on. Instagram. She wants you to be looking. at her tits like this. I mean, enormous. Like two big fake grape fruits stuffed. into a bunch of sparkly diamonds. Awesome. Well, it wasn't just yours. truly who had a problem with her. selection. Adrien Curry, who was, I. think, the first person to win America's.
Next Top Model or one of the first, uh, and went on to have very successful. modeling career, came out and had some. sharp commentary on it. And here is what. she said on Monday. >> No, I'm not going to bother with. Victoria's Secret. They have Kardashians. in there. That trans model that I'm. sorry, she that they were not better. looking than the OG Victoria Secret. models they said no to. They never take. a chance on new faces. Everything's a.
virtue signal or it's who's the biggest. influencer. I'm sorry. Nothing against. Kylie Jenner. You're not aing model. You. don't have a model's body. I don't know. why they put her in the mega bra. That's. for the bell of the ball. That is for. the top Victoria's Secret Angel. That is. like winning homecoming queen. And they. just give it to Jenner. Like get the out.
of here. Victoria's Secret is a joke. Joke. All these women in this family want to. do is promote themselves. You know, to. me, it's like when when Kim Kardashian. had to wear the Marilyn gown that. Marilyn wore when she was singing Happy. Birthday, Mr. President, and she messed. with it and had to be resized for her. with all of its Saratzky crystals on. there. How dare she? How dare she? That's not the first time the. Kardashians have done that either. They.
They want everything. They're very Kelly. Clarksonesque. I want it. It's mine. I will have it. And that's what we saw on display on. that runway. I mean, no one cares about. Victoria's Secret, obviously, or their. dumb fashion show, other than we're. happy that this year it featured mostly. women and mostly like thin, beautiful. ones, which is a big improvement over. where we were a couple of years ago. Uh, but it's just the corruption of our. culture by this clan. That's what I.
object to. They're everywhere because of. their social media following. By the. way, that's rumored to be largely fake. all those hundreds of millions like. bought and paid for fake. Um and and you. cannot open a magazine or a newspaper. without seeing their fake assets paraded. all over as some sort of example of what. a woman is supposed to look like. I. object to the whole thing. I object to. all the fakeness around them when it. comes to their financial numbers, when. it comes to their stupid reality TV.
show, and when it comes to their bodies. object for the record. Okay, moving on. There is a story about Holly Berry that. we have been trying to get to uh since. Moren was on last Friday and it just. came to a head in a courtroom this week. So, Holly Berry's um ex first of all, let me go back. Halib Berry married. Olivier Martinez. Okay? And Olivia. Martinez, most of us know him from the.
movie Unfaithful. He's the French guy. who had the affair with Diane Lane in. that movie. You Well, here's a clip from. Unfaithful just in case you don't. remember. >> Calm down. >> How many are there? 5 10.
What am I? The Monday one. Where did I. get my day wrong? >> It's just a fun. Okay. Just a friend. >> You're a liar. >> Me? I'm the liar. >> Can't do this anymore. >> Fine. Go back to your suburb and your. car poolool. Huh? Your person. What are. you doing? What are you doing? you. That'll make you happy. you.
>> No. No. I can't. It's over. H. >> Okay. You remember Moren and I talked. about it and I told the story of of what. happened when I saw that movie in the. theater for the first time when I was a. young well I guess I was more senior but. a Jones Day associate and I had these. young male associates to my left and the. right in the middle of Iowa. It was very.
awkward. The the racy scenes in there. are extremely racy. Great movie though. Anywh who that's her. ex-husband. That's Halle Berry's. ex-husband. And in fact, they starred. together in a movie, which I actually. had never heard of. Um, we have a clip. of the two of them together. And. interestingly, now that you know, I'm. going to tell you, they're in the midst. of a knockdown dragout custody battle. over their 13-year-old son. Listen to.
the first line of the trailer of this. movie. My father once told me to be careful of. the things you love most in the world. Because if you're not careful, that very thing can also destroy you. >> The bank calls. They're going to take. your boat. >> I have a job offer. A lot of money. >> What can I do for you? >> I'm willing to offer you €100,000 to put.
me in the water with a great white. shark. >> Where are we going? >> Shark alley. >> And there's big ones down there, right? >> 20footers. Be safe out there. >> Are you sure about this? Let's give him. his money worth. >> So that's where they met filming the. movie Dark Tide. My father once told me, "Be careful. about the thing you love most because it. can wind up coming back to haunt you or. hurting you." Okay, that's what they're. living at this moment because those two,
while they met and fell in love on the. set, and you know, you'd be very. hardressed to find two betterlooking. people on Earth. Um, you can see why. they were attracted to one another. It. ended absolutely terribly. And. unfortunately for Halle Berry, she's got. a history of her relationships ending. absolutely terribly. He he was not the. first. And um, you know, you could make. a pretty good argument he's not going to. be the last either. Um, here's the. story. First, in the spring of 2010, she.
had a she was coming to the end of a. 5-year relationship with model Gabriel. Aubrey, who fathered her daughter, Nala. So, spring of 2010, that was ending. July of 2010, she met Olivier Martinez. while they filmed Dark Tide in South. Africa. So, that's quick. Spring of. 2010. July of 2010, you could make the. case there was likely some crossover. there. 2011, she got engaged to. Martinez. 2012 their relationship became.
intertwined with her custody dispute. with Aubrey. So she and the first guy. Aubrey had a custody dispute over Nala. She doesn't seem to be doing very well. in wrapping up these relationships. well which is important especially when. there is a child involved. Uh so she had. a custody dispute with Aubrey. She. sought permission to move to France and. take the daughter with her. Martinez is. French and she and he wanted to go over. there and have their French little, you.
know, chateau together. And of course, this guy Aubrey was like, "Hell no, that's my daughter. You're not moving to. France with her." So, he filed a a. lawsuit and a judge denied Halib's. request to relocate their daughter. permanently to France. Then November. 2012, this guy Aubrey and Martinez, Olivier Martinez, get involved in a. physical fight outside of Halle Berry's. Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving. Both. had to receive medical treatment. Aubrey.
was arrested and then shortly. thereafter, Halle Berry and Aubrey came. to a custody agreement in the w in the. midst of this, you know, this this. battle. Apparently Martinez, I don't. know why only Aubrey was arrested. because it looks like Martinez beat the. living hell out of Aubrey. There's. another report that's got some of the. injuries, but it did. Look at this. picture. I mean, it's brutal. I don't. know exactly why he got arrested and not. Martinez, but my point is simply it's. not going well, and this is, you know,
she's got a child at this point. Um, then. months later in 2013, Halib Berry and. Olivier Martinez confirmed they were. expecting a child together. His name is. Mo. I think that's how you pronounce it. And he will become the center of this. next custody battle, the one that I'm. about to tell you about. Within 2 years, by 2015, they filed for divorce. It just. it just it doesn't usually work out when. you get together under circumstances.
like this. And what is happening now. with their son has made headlines around. the world. Stay tuned. That's next. Okay. So, we were going through the. Holly Berry saga um where she was. leaving the first husband. She got. together with Olivia. Now they're. breaking up in 2015. and it was it too was a tumultuous. breakup that did not go easily. Um the.
reporting was that they had a legal. fight over the custody. It was not. resolved until another eight years. So, it took until 2023. And finally, they resolved the custody. and child support issues. Nearly 8 years. after filing for divorce, they agreed to. joint custody. Holly Berry was ordered. to pay $8,000 per month in child support. plus 4.3% of her income above $2 million. and various education/health.
expenses. So, she clearly was the. primary wage earnner and was supporting. Olivier. Well, I mean, it was child support, but. goes into the pocket of the other. parent. And you will hear later she was. rather bitter about that fact. Usually goes the other way around, but. she happened to be the bigger star. Um, her Okay, so here's what happened. On. October 2nd, I think it was Friday, October 2nd, her ex Olivier filed a.
temporary restraining order against her. It's a motion for for a TTRO asking a. judge to sign this thing and give. instant relief because there's some sort. of an emergency. Uh, you claim he. alleged that she had abused their then. 12-year-old son. I think he just turned. 13. Um, he alleged that Halib Berry. physically abused their son. I guess. it's Macio, my team tells me, by jumping. on him, putting her hands around his. neck, and choking him uh the previous.
Saturday. He claimed Macio called him. and called Halley um and and claimed had. physically attacked him and put him in a. chokeold, saying it this is not an. isolated incident and there have been. quote previous attacks. On the same day, Olivier claimed Hi threatened to have. their son deported to France by asking. what Macio is going to do, quote, as a. black man to protect her from being. robbed by Olivier, who Olivia, who.
Olivier claims Holly called quote, a. white. She called Olivier a white The. filing also mentions that they were home. with her boyfriend, Van Hunt. That's the. one who she's doing all these. inappropriate sexual posts with. and. Macio was playing a virtual reality game. with goggles in his bedroom when Hi. allegedly entered the room in a rage and. said that Macio looks so stupid and is. quote such an idiot for playing the. game. The situation allegedly escalated.
from there when Olivier claims Holly. jumped on Macio and started physically. fighting with him. He says she grabbed. Macio by the neck and started choking. him while shouting who is dominant now. The proposed temporary restraining order. stated that tried to impose this. requirement that Halleberry must not. drink or be under the influence of. alcohol or other substances in the. presence of their son and must undergo. sobriety testing before, during, or.
after any visitation. Hi allegedly. texted, by the way, that that piece of. the TTRO would be denied, as would any. TTRO governing her contact with her son, but they entered one keeping her away. from Olivier. Hi allegedly texted. Olivier the next day saying quote I feel. terrible about what happened last night. as I know he does as well. The filing. references specifically what those. alleged past incidents were saying that. 5 years ago Halib Berry allegedly struck. the child in the face. Well, she says.
struck him. Forgive me. I don't know if. she if he means the child or him. Olivier. About 10 years ago, Olivier. claims Hi had a violent outburst. throwing a plate with a knife and a fork. on top. And in 2023, while discussing. child support, she told Macio that. Olivier was quote again, "A white. robbing money from a black woman." So, you can see that that child support got. to her. Um, he wants sole custody of.
their son now. He wants the court to. court to force her to stay away from him. and the son. He did say he wanted the. son to have a relationship with her, but. that he the son needed space after the. alleged violent incident. Um Barry and. Martinez have been ordered to. participate in a confidential mediation. He he provided the texts between himself. and Holly Barry where he writes to her. allegedly Macio just asked me to pick. him up now. Are you okay with it? She. writes, "No, I'm not okay with it. He.
wants to fight his mother. What kind of. a kid are we raising as a father? Ask. him what kind of kid he is. I'm his. mother. He writes something like, "I. don't know what's happening there. What. I know is you fight too much with him. and since a while now, so you keep him. at your place even if he doesn't want to. stay." She writes back, "This is wrong, Olivier. I'm his mother and this is. wrong. He had no respect for his mother. and this should not be okay for you as. his father. I'm a mother who is here. logged who works to pay you and this is.
not okay and you know it. He's. disrespectful to me. He feels I have no. say on anything. I'm just moneybags. This is wrong and wrong. Olivier, I've. reached out to Macio and asked to speak. with him. I know you very much think he. makes his own decisions, but I would. really appreciate it if you would. encourage him to speak with me today. I. feel terrible about what happened last. night, as I know he does as well. So, that's where things stood. And then the. fight moved to. will they allow Macio to testify in.
court. Um, hold on. I'm trying to find today's. packet, you guys. I can't find it. Can. you see if you can if I left it. upstairs? Sorry. Because it's got all. the stuff on what happened in court. today in there. And I must have left it. someplace. This is what I put my poor. team through. Um, find the packet. somewhere. Anyway, here's what happened. First, she went in and she tried to. prevent Macio from taking the stand at. all. She argued that it would be.
inappropriate and that he should not. take the stand. And she said that he. couldn't be trusted. She alleged that um. he couldn't be trusted. By the way, her. team also said that those allegations in. Olivier's. um filing were total and other. her team was very angry about those. assertions and said Holl's not violent, but this guy Olivier has a history of. it. Um, so they said they didn't want.
him to be allowed to take the stand, but. the judge ordered that he could take the. stand and he has just taken the stand. Yeah. Here. Thank you, Kayla. Um, okay. So, he was ordered to take the. stand. Um, Holly denied before all of this that. she hurt their son. She uh she says. Macio has quote a personal interest in. minimizing his own conduct and shifting. responsibility to others, arguing that. the court cannot necessarily assume his.
account is reliable. She goes on to say. that she's been concerned for years that. Olivier was getting their son involved. in adult arguments, claiming their. dynamic has caused her to be the rule. enforcer, while Olivier gets to be the. chill parent. This is a common complaint. amongst the parent who has to be quote. the bad guy, which she says Macio views. her as given Olivier is playing the good. guy for allowing the child greater. autonomy. Um, so the court sided with. Olivier allowing the son to testify.
Now, m Olivier submitted a picture of. Holly Berry that he says corroborates. accusations she abused their 13-year-old. son. Uh, and we have the picture. Let's. look at it. Okay, it looks it's Halib Berry with a. very bad haircut. Um, and she does look. angry. Exas. She looks angry and she's. standing there in what looks like uh. kind of a tank top with her hands in her.
pockets. and just a kind of nasty expression on. her face. And we are told that this son. was taken of her by her own this picture. was taken of her by her own son. That he took this picture. quote during the aftermath of the recent. incident in which she allegedly choked. him. That Olivia Martinez subsequently. alleged that he he took the photo of her. quote because he has been roughed up. before but quote no one believed him.
Um, that's where things stood until he took. the witness stand. But I should just. tell you first that Halib Berry's team. said this filing, all these claims by. Olivier entirely meritless, deliberately. misleading, would be an understatement. There's voluminous evidence, including. numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier. Martinez repeatedly violated court. orders, interfered with necessary.
therapeutic and educational. interventions to the detriment of his. and Halib's minor son. Um, misconduct. for which he's been legally sanctioned, and saying that this is an individual. with a well doumented history of. erratic, possessive, and violent. behavior. And then we look back at that. Thanksgiving 2012 brawl he had with. Halie's then boyfriend and mother or. father of her first child, Gabriel. Aubrey. In that incident, Gabriel. claimed Olivier threatened to kill him, attacked him during a custody dispute, accused him of slamming uh Aubrey's head.
against the concrete driveway. He said, "I suffered numerous injuries as a. result of the attack thanks to Olivier. Martinez, including a fractured rib, multiple bruises on my face, and a. number of cuts which required stitches.". We have a picture of him after that 2012. incident. So things got violent and. Halle Berry's team is saying if. anybody's violent it's the French actor. It's not Halib Berry. Okay, you're still. with me. Now we get to today and an. extraordinary moment. I mean, this is. like we we have so much information.
about what went down here. I It's very. bizarre. What you really have is one of. Hollywood's best known actresses being. accused of being a domestic abuser of. her child, literally trying to choke him. um to the point where the son was so. scared he whipped out a camera and took. a picture of his mother immediately. called the dad and said, "Please pick me. up and I don't want to be around her. anymore." That's the allegation which. she thoroughly denies, but that's where. we are. So here's what happened. Um, the headline out of page six on.
Monday, Macio 13 testifies for nearly. four hours during ICY court hearing with. Olivier Martinez. The 13-year-old son of. Halib Berry and ex Olivier Martinez. testified for nearly four hours Monday. in a court hearing regarding the DV. domestic violence restraining order. request. Um, the hearing was described. as quote icy. Uh, she appeared to glare. He appeared to glare at Barry Olivia. Martinez as he arrived. She returned the.
look. Judge Shelley Kaufman began the. proceeding by calling Macio to the. stand. She ordered everyone out of the. courtroom to ensure the testimony would. remain sealed. The child was dressed. casually in a graphic t-shirt, shorts, and Crocs. On the stand for four hours. again during the break for lunch, he. appeared comfortable and happy. Uh his. lawyer, Martinez's lawyer, said Olivier. is a great loving father, very caring, only wants what's best for his son. Macio did not engage with his mother, Halib Berry, at all while at court. On.
day two of the hearing, they both. arrived, Olivier and Hi. They're both. 60, photographed arriving separately uh. for this custody hearing. And uh let's. see, they're just recapping his that Martinez. has alleged instances of abuse over the. course of the last few years. Barry. caused him emotional and mental distress. due to the physical abuse of our minor. child, Macio. Um again, who's dominant now? Who's. dominant? I'm just money bags. He's.
disrespectful to me. And then the final, I feel terrible about what happened last. night. So clearly she's acknowledging. something happened. She didn't want him. to testify as a mention because she. thought he'd be coached and manipulated. Uh then comes Van Hunt, the current. boyfriend, who by the way, you know, as. I've been telling you, Holly Berry has. this thing about getting like overly. sexual in her descriptions of her life, of her products that she's always. hawking. And it's because somebody. accused her. Some woman went on a.
podcast and said she knew Holly Berry's. ex and that she knew Holly Berry was. bored, sorry, boring in bed. And I'm. telling you, ever since that moment, this woman has been doing everything. within her power to prove to the world. that she's a sex kitten. It's. ridiculous. Um, and even last week, this is a. picture of the two of them in bed. She. was pumping lube. She was pushing lube. on us. Holly Berry. All right. and like. overtly sexual like pictures of herself.
and videos to promote her campaigns and. so on. And then just what was it, Deb? Two weeks ago, she posted a picture of. Van. Um I don't know what this was for. Oh, it was in August for her 60th. birthday. And we blurred it, but this is. Van with his very large ass fully on. display swimming in her pool. We blurred. the ass crack. I guess this is the line. we've decided to draw on the MK show.
You can see the right cheek and the. left, but the the line down the middle. was a bridge too far. So, but who does this? Who posts a. picture of their their loved ones ass? Well, Van was at the house during the. night of the incident and he filed a. declaration. He claims in it that Barry had shouted. in this confrontation with her son, "So, you're going to fight me now?" after he. allegedly resisted her demands to remove.
his Oculus virtual reality headset. He. said the teen aggressively resisted when. she tried to take the device off of him, then threw it and shoved his mother, prompting her prompting him, Van, to. intervene. He described Barry and Macio. as yelling at each other and being on. the verge of tears before the boy began. calling his father and packing his. clothes. Um, let's see. Barry. temporarily lost 50/50 custody of the. son on October 1st in the wake of this. incident. She has been allowed to see.
him only during court-ordered visitation. 2 days a week and every other weekend. According to Van Hunt, Martinez has been. emboldened by he has emboldened the boy. by giving him too much control over his. own life. He claimed that when she went. into the room, he heard her say Macio. To which the boy gave a monotone reply. of, "Yeah." Soon after, Macio called out. Hunt's name playfully, which he took to. mean his mother was tickling him, Hunt. claims. But then Hunt heard Barry tell. Macio twice, "You don't have anything to.
prove." the second time with a pleading. in her voice that made him hunt enter. the room. He added instructed Macio to. remove the Oculus and asked, "So, you're. going to fight me now?" Macio ignored. her. She reached to remove the headset. from his head, but Macio aggressively. resisted, then threw off the headset. himself and shoved Hie. "I immediately. jumped in between them," claims Van. They started yelling at each other with. me standing between them. Macio began. threatening to call Olivier. This is the. first time he ever heard Macio make such.
a threat. I could see they were both on. the verge of tears. Um, Martinez. arrived, took the boy away. Two days. later, the boy came back. At this point, their interactions were normal, positive, and loving. He says that Barry. and Martinez have long argued over how. to best attend Macio's educational and. mental health needs, which include. behavioral challenges and impulse. control issues. quote, "I've never. witnessed Hi choke Macio, place him in a. headlock, put her hands around his neck, restrict his breathing, force him to tap. out, or make statements such as, "Who is.
dominant now?" A reference to Olivier's. claims. So, her boyfriend is backing her. to no one's surprise. This is so ugly. This, you know, you thought the first. thing was ugly where the current. boyfriend Olivier Martinez was beating. the hell out of Nala's father. I mean, and that and then and then she gets. together with Olivier Martinez, possibly. in a cheating situation, and it takes.
eight years for them to come up with a. custody agreement on their child. So, now you got two kids with two different. fathers. The first one ends in domestic. violence in front of your home and. somebody's under arrest. And then the. second relationship with the second baby. daddy winds up like this where it takes. eight years to come up with an agreement. and repeated allegations of domestic. violence by Hela Berry which she denies. And now you got this 13-year-old kid.
who's alleging openly that you tried to. choke him out. Something's wrong, Holly. Something's gone really wrong. I She. wants to put it all all on Olivier. I. guess she wants to put it all on Aubrey. on the first thing or on the son. something's very very wrong. This is a pattern. and this Olivier is saying it's a. pattern that's involved previous. instances of violence that we don't know. about. So.
now. um we finally get to. the latest piece which is today and. there is a report in page six that. during the testimony. uh Holly Berry's ex-husband Olivier. Martinez stormed out of court during the. closed testimony in their domestic. violence restraining order hearing. Page. six can exclusively report that Martinez. exited the courtroom looking agitated. and distressed alongside his lawyer. The.
French actor could be heard using. profanity during an animated discussion. um regarding testimony made before. they there was a break to go to use the. restroom. John Haye, a staff member at. the school that Meo or Macio attends, was set to testify in closed court on. Tuesday. This man previously raised. concerns about Miso's behavior at. school. According to a recent court. filing, Barry 60 also took the stand on. Tuesday. Martinez is scheduled to.
testify as well. The judge agreed to. close the courtroom during any testimony. involving the minor child. Uh they've. maintained their distance throughout. their court appearances with both. trading colds glares. On Monday, Macio. testified in person for nearly four. hours on the first day of the hearing. And Barry's 18-year-old daughter, Nala, is set to testify later this week. Um, Nala previous, sorry, uh, yeah, Nala previously came to her.
mother's defense claiming in a court. declaration she had never seen my mom. hit, slap, choke, grab, or physically. abuse Macio in any way. So, all of this leaves us not not. knowing exactly who did what to whom, but it's clear the son is claiming she. mistreated him and obviously took the. stand and said that we don't have the. public access to his testimony, but all. of Olivier Martinez's information comes.
from the son. And clearly, the child wants to be with. the father and not with Holly Berry. her. relationship with the daughter appears. intact and the daughter's backing her in. this case, but this is such a travesty. This is just so sad. You know, I always. go back to Judge Judy's you should love. your child more than you hate your ex. And obviously, there was a meltdown in. the room that night between Halib and. Macio that involved some sort of.
physical confrontation, which is not. great. I mean, lot a lot of people spank their. children when they're 13. Like a physical confrontation between. mother and son. That's weird. That's. just odd. Especially like a a larger boy. and you go over and try to whip the. headset off of him, which appears to be. Van's testimonial. At a minimum, she. went over and tried to whip that headset. off of him. Um, you're playing with. fire. like discipline does have to.
change when a child gets to be a. teenager and larger and also more in. control of their bodies and their. independence. We never hit our kids. I. don't believe in hitting. I I was hit. many times. So, it's not like I I love. my mom. She was a loving parent. So, I'm. not judgmental of people who use it. sparingly and without actually hurting a. child. But, um I can't say I favor it at. all. I just think you can discipline a. child in many other ways where they get. the message without actually hurting. them. Um, whatever. She's got her hands.
on him by Van's testimonial and by the. son's testimonial, she's actually. choking him. She doesn't appear to be. able to regulate her feelings very well. And it's it tracks with the weirdness of. the overly sexual behavior for the past. few years after that comment and some of. her language around this whole thing. And even her own text seems to confirm. that she did something that she was.
sorry about. He doesn't sound so great. either, the the French ex-husband. I. don't know what his story is either, but. I just think it's so sad. It's sad for. the child. And it got me thinking. because I saw a clip the other day of. Gwen Stefani's ex um. Gavin Rosdale is his name. And when they. were married they were everywhere. They. were all over the trade rags is like. madly in love and look at this. relationship and hashtag goals. And he.
gave an interview. I wasn't familiar with the podcaster and. listen to what he said about the current. state of his relationship with his now. ex-wife Gwen Stefani. >> Yeah, it was beautiful. I mean, we it. was it was great. Um, she was an amazing. girlfriend. So, I learned a lot. Um, mainly mainly of a lot of kindness. Um, she was very much on that that side of. life where I was a bit more um abrasive. probably um when I met her. So, she was.
a breath of kindness. >> Do you have a relationship with her? Cuz. obviously she's the mother of your kids. >> Yeah. No, no, no, no, we don't. We. don't. We don't. No, it's just uh No, that's a that's an impass. That's a. chasm. That's a wide chasm. So, >> not even if with the the younger one. who's 12, like, oh, I'm going to go pick. him up like you wouldn't teach. >> No, we have a we have a certain person. for that. And so, we we go between. So, we go between um it's it's not how I. would have it, but it's it's how it is. And you accept that, you know, it's it's. that's that's how it is. >> Obviously, >> two to tango.
One person doesn't want to tango you. >> Yeah. Well, the other ones left just. kind of standing there, aren't they? >> Wide open. >> So, but I mean it's it's a bit of a. shame sometimes because the kids are so. incredible to uh that is a drag to not. sort of be able to share that. >> Yeah, it is a drag. You can't force. yourself to have a modicum of respect. for your ex to where there can be a. parentto parent transfer or you could be. in the same room together. I mean, how. bad would it have to be? These people.
have everything that, you know, it's. like he's he's in that band Bush. She's. obviously been in no doubt now as a solo. career for a long time. She's remarried. to Blake Shelton. They have more money. than God. She's had tons of work done. She looks spectacular. They they they. have, I'm sure, well over a hundred. million dollars, both of them. And you. can't get your together enough just. to have like again a modicum of respect.
for your ex to the point where you're. not telegraphing to your children who. you made together that this person is. the devil to me that they're so abhorent. and hateful I can't even have 10 seconds. in a hallway with them. And God only. knows what what preceded that. Right? Like if you're at that point when you're. divorced, what what the hell did the. children witness as the marriage was. breaking down? I am sorry, but if you have an unhappy. marriage and you can't stand your.
spouse, don't argue in front of your. kids. That's a form of torture for them. They love both of you. Keep it together until you can get in. the privacy of your bedroom or take a. walk together. do some parenting. Do. some caring for the little ones you. brought into this world, even in your. angry, especially in your angriest. moments. So, they don't need to be. witness to that. They have their own. pressures and stresses and problems.
It's just so cruel. What do you mean you. can't I'm not blaming him solely. I'm. blaming her, too. Gwen Stefani and Gavin. Rosdale. Like, come on. And I can't help. but look at, you know, her situation. May maybe Gwen, you didn't need another. season on The Voice. Maybe you could. have been at home working on your. marriage and your relationship with your. children or coming up with some decency. toward their father so that they don't. have this discomfort being shuttled. between like there's some embassy.
between the two of them where a diplomat. has got to take them from A to B. And. then, you know, back to the Halib Berry. thing like she can't get along with. anybody, right? It's like the first. thing ended badly, domestic violence out in front of her. house, and now this ends badly to the. point where it's going on for years. Now. she's involved in a physical altercation. with her 13-year-old son who wants out. of her house and says she choked him. She denies this is like not everybody. should have children. Truly, not everybody.
is together enough, is healthy enough. It's very actually tragic that just. anybody is allowed to have a child. We. have to go to the DMV to get a license, a driver's license. You have to turn 21. before they'll let you drink booze. But. anybody can reproduce and bring a child. into this world. It's really sick. And. once you do it, you have an obligation. to actually parent that person and be a. decent person around that person's other.
parent. While you may hate your ex-spouse, I. guarantee you your child probably. doesn't. And you don't want to treat that person. like they're a leper. Just makes things. tougher on the kid. Divorce is hard. enough on the kid. Ask Dr. Laura. She. talks about this all the time. A. wonderful listen on SiriusXM Triumph. channel. Um so anyway, it's a long deep. dive into the problems of Halle Berry, which have been coming at us like a. freight train now for a good 10 years.
And uh we'll see how this how this. latest hearing works out. really hope. these parents, especially these. Hollywood ones who have all the. resources and advantages in the world, do better. Uh, tomorrow, a deep dive. into the Russell Brand rape trial. happening now in the UK. I have been. following it very closely. We will have. everything you need to know. We'll see. you then.
