From demands for a. tighter uniform to her allegations of. racism against staff, the reports give a. pretty good indication of how Clinty was.

When now 30-year-old Courtney Clenny. called Miami 911 dispatchers in April of. 2022, she was practically inconsolable. >> Baby, I'm so sorry, baby. Ma'am, can you. hear me? >> Can you sit down?

>> What do you mean he has a stab wound on. his shoulder? Ma'am, >> yes, he's bleeding from his shoulder. >> Clinty told the dispatcher that her on. again, off-again boyfriend, Christian. Obamacelli, was bleeding profusely, that. she needed help. So, first responders, they rushed to this high-rise luxury. building to try to save him. >> Christian, relax. >> All right, guys. Watch out. He's alive. >> Yeah, he's moving. >> Is this his self-inflicted or. >> No, we we haven't we haven't asked. His. shoulder is really deep. >> Clinty is covered in Christian's blood.

and these officers are trying their best. to get straight answers out of HER ABOUT. WHAT HAPPENED. >> LISTEN, SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN. Sit down. Sit down. Do me a favor. Sit down. Do. not move. Why are you yelling at me? Do. not move. Why are you yelling at me? >> Do not move. Sit down. We don't know. We. don't know what's going on. They're taking him to the. hospital right now. >> He's in the hospital right now. >> I I need to be at the hospital with him. >> Oh, you're not going anywhere. >> Why? >> Because we're conducting an. investigation. >> But here's the problem. Christian's.

wound was grave. He ended up dying. A. medical examiner determined that the. cause of death was a stab wound to the. chest and that the manner of death was. homicide. Specifically, this examiner. found that the victim was stabbed and. that the knife punctured the subclavian. artery in his right chest. In fact, according to the report, the medical. examiner's findings, this knife went. three in deep. Now, the detectives. didn't confirm to Clinty that Christian. had died until she was in an interview.

room at police headquarters. >> We have to inform you that Christian did. not make it. Um, unfortunately the doctors did what. they could and. >> Christian is dead. Yeah. >> Oh my god. This is not real, right? Okay.

Christian died. Okay. Can I please have a hug? Am I. allowed to do that in here? >> Sure. What do we get? Give me a cup. Relax. You be fine. >> No. No. No. There you go. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. Take two deep breaths. Just take two deep breaths. You're going.

I need to I need to hug my. mom. >> I'll talk I'll talk to your parents and. get a movie. >> I cannot be left alone in like a room by. myself. >> You won't be. >> after this. I. No, that's not true. That's not That. didn't That's not real. Right. >> It is real. >> Christian didn't Christian is dead. >> Yep. You're not going to lie. >> I know. I just can't believe it.

>> I'll get him. I'm going to get your. parents your Asian. >> So, a few months after Christian died, this is when Clenny was arrested. She. was out in Hawaii at the time, and she. was officially charged with seconddegree. murder. She was extradited from Hawaii. And this is where her attorney said that. she had been in rehab, by the way. So, she was locked up at Miami's Turner. Guilford Knight Correctional Center. She. remained there without bond all the way. up until she took a plea deal in August. of this year. And she spent around four. years in that facility, in that jail.

And during that time, this is what we. want to talk about. Clinty apparently. racked up quite a mound of paperwork. So. whether it was from disciplinary action, visitor logs, her own filed grievances, Clint's paper trail, it is significant. took us a while to go through it and we. got our hands on these reports and they. give us kind of a unique look, a. perspective at how Cenny, this young. woman who previously used her charm, her. appearance, her looks to grab. subscribers on Only Fans, what she was.

doing, how she was acting off camera in. a way from the prying eyes of media. members at her court appearances. So, first, let's get into this. I want to. talk about Clint's visitor log. Now. remember, she was there for years, so it. would make sense that there'd be a. pretty robust log, right? This log is. more than 200 pages long. And it seems. though that Clenny didn't have that many. visitors aside from her parents, her. sister, her attorney team. Most of her. visits were video visits per the log. But we also went through more than 100.

grievance reports. And this is with. Clinty making a complaint of some kind. in some way or another and the. administration responding many times. And there was an appeal interspersed. here and there. But Clinty often. reported things like broken items like. phones, vending machines, complained. about the state of this facility, like. the showers, a lack of sports equipment. on certain cell blocks, and she was. moved from one housing unit to another, at least once, and she made her. opposition to that decision known. By. the way, she also didn't really.

appreciate the fact that on days she had. court, she had to get up super early in. the morning just to end up sitting. around and waiting. I'll give you an. example. Look at this one. Quote, "Inmate Clney states that on 11:15 and. 11:17, she was taken from her unit at. roughly 5:00 a.m. for 1 p.m. court. appearances and had to sit in a freezing. holding cell for 6 hours prior to court. on both days. She is requesting to be. picked up on a later run when attending. afternoon court dates." Now, the jail. administrators responded that they would.

work on getting her on a later. transport. This is according to the. files that we received. But that wasn't. the only time that she complained about. having to go to court. Another grievance. reads, "Inmate stated, "Due to the. high-profile nature of my case, I should. not be transported in mass with orange. jumpers. Each of my court dates is on. TV. On 911, while standing with female. OJS, they called me by name and. expressed their dislike for my case. Numerous male OJS stood only feet away. from me, harassing me." And she got this.

response from administration. And after. a thorough investigation, I have. confirmed that you are being transported. in a separate compartment, which is. standard protocol for cases of this. nature. Upon arrival at the pre-trial. detention facility, you are offloaded. and escorted alone. But the grievance. responses also called out Clinty for her. own seemingly bad behavior. For example, Clinty filed this report. Inmates dates. on 41423. due to being very late to my video visit. while Nelson ignored my knocks. I went.

to the desk during floor time and asked. for why she ignored me at the time of my. visit and made me so late. She responded. by rolling her eyes, laughing, and. saying, "Because I can." I told her. that's petty and it's not right to do on. purpose. She admitted she does it on. purpose. This happens often. And she. tried to antagonize me by repeating over. and over in a mocking voice, "What are. you going to do about it?" I said, "Huh?" She laughs again, gets on the. phone, and then says, "And what do you. want me to do?" So I said, "Your job.". Then I walked away from her to the phone.

area because I could tell she was trying. to get a rise out of me. She then. followed me, furthering the conflict, yelling at me, "I'll make you double as. late next time." I turned around and. asked, "Is she really going to do that? That's mean as hell." Nelms came in at. that time and Nelson told me to go to my. room. I looked at Nellms and said, "Okay." And talked to her at my room. This is not the first time Nelson has. tried to antagonize me. In the past, she. has taunted me about my case on multiple. occasions to get a reaction, but I. ignored her taunts. I believe there. needs to be higher standards and.

investigation into the conduct of. officers and the way some of them. interact with inmates. Tonight, Nelson. proudly admitted she makes me late on. purpose. Tried to start an argument with. taunting questions and then followed me. further conflict and shout profanity and. threats at me after I walked away from. the problem. I suspect she will write a. DR and lie about it since she has a. history of doing so. I can't tolerate. abuse and have got to acknowledge that I. have been targeted now and in the past. Thank you. So, this is the response that.

Clinty got. You have several documented. reports of you being disrespectful and. refusing to obey staff. When the officer. gives you a verbal order, you are. expected to comply with that order in a. timely manner, and it should not. interfere with the order or security of. the unit or the facility. When this. occurs, the officer must take measures. to maintain order within the unit that. may not be in your favor. Clint's jail. uniform was also the subject of. grievances, multiple grievances, often. coming after Clint didn't get the size. uniform that she wanted or got in.

trouble for modifications. So, here's a. few of her complaints. Quote, "Inmate. stated morning shift on 129. sanitation. refused to provide my size uniform due. to an officer instructing her to give me. large sizes because she thinks my. uniform is too tight. Mine is loose and. are falling off my hips. It makes me. uncomfortable and I am tired of being. sexualized by staff at this facility. Note, I am afraid of retaliation for. raising this issue. What about this one? Inmate stated today at about 10:15 a.m.

TC crap approached my door for linen. exchange. I stated that I needed a. medium uniform because my large is. baggy. She said no that I'd be receiving. a large. When I asked why, she stated, "We don't need to see all that. thickness. You've gained a lot of. weight. No officer should comment about. my body weight." Unfortunately, this is. representative of the sort of. inappropriate comments I've received by. staff while at this facility. Note, I. don't typically name officers and. grievances due to fear of retaliation, but I am fed up at this point. It's.

wrong. What about this? Inmates stated, "I was given a DR, disciplinary report, for sweats that were not altered, a pen. that is not mine, and colored underwear. The same kind of items were in other. inmates possession in the same unit, but. were not confiscated or disciplined. My. colored underwear has made it through. over two years of shakedowns, including. the entry shakedown in 44. And of many. inmates who have the same kind of items, I was the one chosen to be penalized. discipline should apply equally among.

all inmates. I am concerned about the. parts favoritism and possibly racism. played in this disciplinary decision. And Clinty also didn't appreciate that. makeup was no longer available. Quote, inmate states many things should be. available to us women in jail that are. not, but I will highlight two important. things. One is makeup through commissary. that was needlessly discontinued before. my entry. Access to make a basics can. make a difference in appearance. perception in court. This especially. applies to those like me who.

unfortunately face photo and video media. coverage during every court appearance. Cosmetology services should also be. available as they have been in the past. Men get plenty of extras at this. facility and cosmetology was an. important one for women. According to. many women here that I've spoken to, my. own needs included. And Clinty appeared. to be very concerned that fellow inmates. and guards knew about her court case and. claimed that it was causing her problems. behind bars. So you have this one that. reads, "Inmate stated, "Sometime around. 9:45 p.m. on 3625 during the 311 shift.

while a TV special about my case was. airing, I personally witnessed Officer. Gerard ask inmates what channel it was. on and then relay that information to an. officer in another unit so that they. could play it in their unit." When I. nervously asked her why she was telling. other units to watch it, she shrugged. and said, "Well, it's on TV. This is. extremely unprofessional and could put. me at risk. Aside from myself, there. were also other witnesses." Now,

administrators responded that they would. remind the guards to be professional. But there was another grievance from. Coney that I want to talk about. This is. her complaint that she shouldn't be kept. in general population and accused the. guards, other inmates, and media again. of racism. Quote, "Inmate stated, "I. fear for my safety and general. population as my case is highly. publicized and the media has demonized. me and deemed me as a racist in a. predominantly black jail, putting me at. a higher risk to be attacked. The. harassment I have experienced has.

escalated since the airing of a CW. documentary about my case that multiple. GP units watched. I should be in. protective custody like I was for two. and a half years." The response, "Inmoney, your grievance was received. Inmate Clenny, you are requesting. protective custody, stating that your. case is highly publicized. However, you. have been in jail for almost three years. and your case is not as highly. publicized as it may have been 3 years. ago when you initially came to jail. You. will remain in general population unless. something changes and would warrant you.

being in segregation. And then there was. this alleged interaction between Clinty. and a fellow inmate. Quote, "Inmate. stated at approximately 8:45 a.m. inmate. trustee walked next to me while I was on. a legal video visit with my attorney and. stated, "You're not going nowhere, cracker. You're a killer. This is. harassment and makes me very. uncomfortable." There's another one. involving a guard. Inmate stated 5 7:25. approximately 11:15 a.m. While. discussing location with Corporal Fer,

he asked why I feel unsafe. I answered. that one reason is that a documentary. about my case aired recently for many. units to see. He then responded by. mocking me, asking for my autograph. several times. When asked to stop, he. repeated the sarcastic request and even. placed a pen and paper in front of me. I. should be able to answer questions about. my concerns honestly without being. mocked or antagonized. Now, this time, the responding administrator called. Coney out, saying the guard completely. contradicted what she claimed. Quote, "I. watched the video from Unit K64 and I.

did observe you speaking with Corporal. Ferrer. However, there is no audio as to. what was being discussed. I spoke to. Corpal Fer and he informed me that he. has never mentioned anything about your. case as he does not know or has any. interest in knowing why you were in. jail." Corporal Fans stated that your. conversation was about asking him how. you can get back to unit K44. I did. remind Corporal Fans of our. responsibility to remain professional at. all times when interacting with the. inmate population. Now, you heard there. that Clinty wanted to get back to unit. K44. So, she had been moved from that.

housing unit to another one. It's called. 64. And she seemingly desperately wanted. to go back there. But her grievances. surrounding that particular issue don't. seem to have really gone anywhere. Now, that didn't stop Courtney Clenny from. complaining about who she was housed. with. Let me read you this one. Inmate. stated, "Officer Gaines placed me with a. bunky today, 49:25 at approximately 12. PM, despite me pleading with her my. concerns about this. I am very worried.

about the damage a bunky could do to my. court case, considering all the attorney. notes and extensive litigation materials. in my cell. I am especially concerned. considering the popularity of jailhouse. informants and high-profile cases." But. it seems she maybe used the wrong form. here because the response was, "Inmate. Lenny, this grievance has been returned. to you as not grievable. Please submit. an inmate request to the facility. supervisor with this concern." And the. more that Clint complained about other. inmates knowing who she was, it seems.

the argument would be the less patience. the administration seemed to have. Quote, "Inmate Cenny, your case is over. 3 years old and very few inmates may. know about your case. However, it is. completely impossible for you to be in a. cell where no one knows your charges or. your case due to the access that other. inmates family may have to the news, social media, and the internet in. general. Therefore, an inmate knowing. about your case is not a good reason to. move you. All the female inmates move. around in all the cells. Therefore, wherever you go, the possibility is. there that someone will know you and.

possibly your charges. Moving on from. that, Clinty filed several grievances. related to the phones and video visits. as well as the vending machines. How. about this one? Inmate stated video. visitation is glitching a lot. Specifically on 8:26, a visit with my. father experienced connectivity issues. numerous times and had no audio on his. end. This was a GTL/TGK. issue, not on his end. This system needs. to be functional for us to visit with. family. And then there's this one.

Inmate stated at 12:30 p.m. I was. charged 245 for Doritos that didn't come. out. Now, Clinty also rallied behind an. effort to help her unit get access to. physical books, although it's unclear if. her campaign was successful because I. read from this one. Inmate Cenny stated, "The plan to dispose of personal books. is unethical and cruel and unusual. punishment because one, books on tablet. will not be accessible for approximately. 12 hours per day. Two, book selection on. tablet is severely limited. Three, when.

tablets malfunction, we will have no way. to read. Four, it is detrimental to. inmate mental health to have no access. to chosen reading materials for. significant periods of time each day and. will cause agitation among inmates. So, the responses to Clint's reports often. include mention of her alleged. disrespect of the officers, the. correctional officers, saying she's. often seen on video yelling obscenities. and being generally uncooperative. And. when you think about that and you think. about the correlation,

one of the things that came to my mind. is you go back to her case and you. wonder, could you draw a line between. those allegations and Clint's reportedly. turbulent relationship with Christian? Maybe it's not fair to make that. comparison, but there were these. accusations of physical and verbal abuse. against the other. And sometimes that. toxic energy was caught on camera. >> I was sober for two weeks. Two weeks. Two weeks. And now why am I not sober?

Cuz I you. you're hindering my progress. >> You need to sit down. You need to sit. down. >> Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Let go of me. >> Okay. Come on, boy. Let go of me. Like, I can't even like I'll do it. later. Like, get the off me. >> So, after years of back and forth in. court, more than four years after she. was first locked up, Clinty agreed to a. plea to a lesser charge of manslaughter.

>> In anticipation of this plea, the state. has filed a amended information charging. the defendant with one count of. manslaughter with a deadly weapon. It is. a first-degree felony punable up to 30. years in state prison. That changes her. guideline score from what it was to now. 124.5 months in state prison up to 30. years in state prison. >> Have you understood everything that was. discussed with your attorneys prior to. coming to court as well as what we're. doing here in court today? >> Yes. I understand you wish to plead guilty to.

manslaughter in exchange for the plea. that was read into the record a moment. ago. Has anyone, including your own. attorney, promised you anything other. than that? No. Has anyone forced, threatened, or coerced you to accept a. plea at this time? No. Are you pleading. guilty because you are in fact guilty in. your best interest? Have you spoken to. your attorneys about the plea? Have they. answered all of your questions? Do you. need any more time to discuss the fee.

with your attorneys? No. >> Are you satisfied with their services? >> At this time, I will be adjudicating you. and I'm going to turn to. page three of 8. to the charge of manslaughter with a. deadly weapon. I'm sentencing you to 6. years in the state prison with all. applicable credit for time served. followed by 5 years of reporting. probation. >> So because Clenny was given credit for.

time served, she could theoretically be. out in as little as 2 years followed by. probation. A representative for. Christian's family had this to say at. Clinty sentencing. >> April 4th of 2022, Christian Ambelli. suffered a painful and tragic death. at the hands of the person he loved. Sadly, that would be the person that. would ultimately take his life.

Christian loved deeply. It was his love that caused him to stay. even after being previously cut. in the face, previously stabbed in the leg by. Courtney. He would later write. that his love would eventually get him. killed.

In many ways, he predicted his own death. at the hands of Courtney Clay. Unfortunately, like so many. individuals who will get caught up in. not loving relationship but just. destructive relationship. state. and we are here today because.

what he believed became a reality. by resolving this case today by way of a. plea. Courtney Clinty avoids being judged by a. jury of her piss, but that would never be able to escape. the ultimate and final judgment for. anyone's conduct. That judgment can only be handled by our.

creator, our almighty God. And according to the. Florida Department of Corrections, Courtney Clenny is currently at the. Women's Reception Center, which houses. more than a thousand female inmates.
