Oakland. >> Coming from Oakland. >> Yeah. >> Oh, where are you going? >> I'm going back there. >> So, you left Oakland and you go where did. you go in between when you left Oakland?
>> I went to my friend's house and then I. came back. >> Okay. >> Any reason why you're on this side. street? >> Huh? >> Any reason why you're on this side. street? Um because I. don't live on like a main road. >> You live in Oakland though. Do you know. what town you're in now? >> No, I usually just use the GPS. >> Okay. So, the GPS took you on this road? >> Yeah. >> What road you supposed to go on?
>> The road that I'm on? >> No, no, no. Oh, okay. >> Cuz I came up and I saw you. You you. were parked here and then I went was. sitting over there and you had your. headlights on. officer smelled alcohol on her breath. and noticed there were other signs of. impairment. Hey, Natalie. How much did. you drink tonight? >> Did I drink? >> Two shots. >> Huh? >> Two shots of vodka. >> That's it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you're going We're secure. >> And you're going home right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. And you were you were at where was. your friend's house? >> Uh it was.

>> How do I know how far 6 in? >> Well, I'll let you know. All right. When. you raise it 6 in off the ground, you're. going to count to 30 out loud. Okay. 1. 1,00 2 100 3 100 4 100 5 1 All the way. up to 30. Okay. You have any injuries. that would affect your balance? >> Okay. Go ahead. Hands to your sides. >> Yeah. >> So, do you want to do it without shoes. or the or the sandals? >> Without shoes. Yeah, >> you could do it without shoes. That's. fine. Whatever's easier for you. Whatever's going to help. >> A little. >> Yeah. Are you going to be okay like that? >> Yeah. Okay. I'm going to explain it. again. All right. Listen, I'm just. trying to help you out. All right. So, get into the starting position. Starting. position is going to be your right. Does it hurt? Okay. All right. The. starting position. I'll do it this way. Okay. So, maybe you can see it better. All right. Your left foot. Imagine.
there's a line. You're putting it. straight down on that line. Okay. Your. right foot. Put it in front of your left. foot. >> Your right foot. >> I don't know. My right. My left. >> Touch it. Touch. So, touch the heel. Do. your toe. Yes. Okay. So, every single. step has to be like that. Please do not. judge me for not long my leg. >> You're good. You're good. >> All right. Just stay. Okay. Stay in that. position with your hands down at your. side. Straight down. Touching your Yep. Stay like that until I tell you to. begin. Okay. Do not All right. When I.
tell you to begin, you're going to take. nine heel to toe steps. Making sure they. touch every time. Going to go one, two, three. On your ninth step, you're going. to leave your front foot planted. And. with your other foot, you're going to. take a series of small steps. Look at. how I'm doing it. Okay, just like that. Now you're going to turn. around. Do another nine big hill steps. 1 2 3 all the way till nine. Okay, while. you're doing it, make sure you're. looking down. Count out loud. Touch heel.
to toe. That's very important. Okay, touch heel to toe. Keep your hands down. at your side and don't stop until I tell. you to begin. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> All right. Get into the starting. position. Your right foot. >> On my right foot. foot touching heel to. toe. Okay, that's the most important. part. Okay, >> you have to make sure that we know like. on a little home. >> Okay. All right. Are you ready? >> Yeah. >> Okay, you can begin. >> Touch toe to toe.
>> I don't want like this like. you can come back. Why are you laughing at me? >> Cuz you did like 20 steps. >> She told me to die. >> All right, Natalie, put your shoes back. on. >> After Natalie appears to struggle with.
several attempts at the walk and turn. test, the officer moves in to arrest. her. Let's face this, officer. Put your hands out to your side like. like your like There you go. Put them. behind your back. All right. >> Okay, Natalie. Right now, you're under.
arrest for DWI. >> I'm going to bring you in. I'm going to. process you. Okay. You want to just give a quick search and. then put her in my car? >> Thanks. >> Can you turn my car off? >> Yes, I'm going to. >> stand here.
Stinks. Hey, Deb. >> Other than your purse, do you have a. cell phone that you need? Is it in your. purse? Uh, >> I have two cell phones. >> Are they in your car? >> Yeah. >> Where would they be? So, I get them for. you so they don't. >> They would be in my purse. >> I have your purse. >> Uh-huh. >> That's it. That's all you need out of. the car? Okay. All right.
Just checking for your cell phones. Where would they be, Natalie? >> Natalie, there where would they be in. here? >> They would be somewhere. I don't know. >> Well, I mean, I don't want to be going. in your purse and.
I also have a. copy information on mail and. >> you can grab it out in the uh when we. get inside. >> Yeah, great. Okay. >> Natalie is eventually brought to the. police station for processing and. appears to smile as she enters the. building. >> Okay, Natalie, you have to read you. these. Just pay attention. Okay. >> All right. You've been arrested for. driving while intoxicated under NJSA. 39450. The law requires you to submit samples. of your breath for purpose of testing to.
determine alcohol content. >> For how long? >> Just let me finish. Okay. >> Determine alcohol content. A record of. the taking of breath samples including. the test results will be made. Upon your. request, a copy of that record will be. made available to you. After you. provided samples of your breath for. testing, you have the right to have at. your own expense to have your own. physician of your own selection take. independent samples of your breath, blood, urine or for independent testing. >> Is that during the time or after?
>> After after everything. If you refuse to. provide samples of your breath, you will. be issued a separate summon for the. refusal. A court may find you guilty of. both refusal and driving while. intoxicated. If a court finds you guilty. of the refusal, you will be subject to. various penalties, including the license. revocation up to 20 years. Will you. submit the samples of your breath? >> Yes or no? >> Uh, yeah, sure.
>> Do you sample some. of your breath? >> Why? >> Why would I submit samples of my breath? I don't know because you're an officer. of a loud. >> Oh god. >> Do we have clipboards? You want to have. our assignments? >> I saw the rolling of your eyes from back. here. >> I didn't roll my eyes. >> I saw what? >> So the officer starts asking Natalie for. more basic information. And she makes. some shocking admissions.
>> Natalie, is this where you live? Oakland. >> It's not in there. There might be a missing per uh missing. person's report. >> There might be a missing person's report. for you. >> Yes. >> Why? >> As of like two days ago cuz my mom.
didn't know where I was and. Yeah. >> Natalie, do you work? >> Yeah. >> What do you do? >> Do you really want to know? >> I have to ask you a question. >> Only fans. >> What do you do? >> I do sex work. >> Okay. Is it a building or. >> Do you not know what Only Fans is? I. guess not. Um, >> that's what it is. Not Only Fans.
>> It's like It's like Instagram but. >> All right. So, it's all right. >> But people pay to see me naked. >> Okay. >> Around 10 minutes later, Natalie appears. to try and take a nap on the bench. >> Natalie, just sit up because in a second. you're about to sit over here, okay, to. do the test. >> Sit down when I get it. >> Before she knows it, it's time to take a. breathalyzer test. >> Okay. Come over here and sit.
Okay. I want you to take a deep breath and. blow into this mouth with more than one. continuous breath. Continue to blow. until I say stop. You understand? All. right. Same thing. Don't touch. I'll do. it. Just take a deep breath. Lips around. here and blow. Keep blowing. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Harder. Harder. Harder. You. got to blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep. going. Keep going. Keep going. Go. Go. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep. blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blowing.
Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Little more. Keep going. Good. Perfect. Have a seat. You okay? >> I was just laughing because you were. >> Oh, sorry. I don't know what else to. say. I say go. >> Sorry. >> After Natalie's awkward breathalyzer. experience, she's read her Miranda. writes as officers figure out just how. much she had to drink that night. >> Uh, what kind of alcoholic drinks did. you have? >> Beer. >> Beer and truly.
>> Beer and truly. Okay. >> Do you know what kind of beer? >> Corona. >> Corona. >> Yeah. >> How many of each do you think you had? >> I don't know. I mean, I got there at. like 4:00 and I was just daydreaming. >> Okay. And where where were you?
I don't know. Actually, I I just went to. like um. it was an event that I was going to and. I just went to like have no idea what. that. >> So, I was just saying like was it a. restaurant or like a friend's house or. an outdoor thing? >> It was like a bar restaurant kind of. thing. Yeah. >> Like in Long Island. >> Oh, okay. >> So, you're not sure how many, right? No. And you don't know the name of the bar. restaurant.
It's okay. >> Sorry. >> Uh do you know the time between each. drink? Like how long did you take before. having another drink? No. >> Okay. Uh, do you know so you said you.
got there around 4:00? >> Yeah. >> So that's. >> And I got there around 4:00 and I hadn't. eaten at the time. >> Okay. >> So, >> okay. >> I mean, I might have had like two or. three drinks in like the first hour and. then that's just kind of like now. >> So 4:00 though would be like your. >> Yeah, that's like your first drink. And when did you have your last drink?
You're not sure? >> When I left, probably. >> Do you remember what time you left? >> No. And when was the last time that you ate? >> I did not. >> You didn't? Well, when was it? Was it. like um. >> yesterday? Like literally like it was. not like today. >> So that was. >> so Sunday. >> Um I had my I had soup with my mom at.
like 6:30 p.m. >> Okay. Yesterday. >> Eventually Natalie starts to break down. realizing what's happening. >> I never used to do this stuff. Like I'm. just like. like super depressed and stuff. >> Yeah. >> And. like I know I shouldn't be doing this, you know? >> Yeah. And it's like, yeah, it's hard to stop, >> especially when like.
like it's just. like the the end of the road doesn't. seem so bad, you know? >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, listen, right now, I mean, I think the easiest. thing that you can do is, you know, let's say we send an officer. over to your mom's house right now. She's going to get, you know, Yeah. she's going to be that you're obviously. arrested for this and but at the end of. the day, >> she'll be she'll be happy that I'm.
alive. Literally, >> exactly. That's where I was going. So, that's that's a better option as opposed. to her having an officer knocking on her. door saying that, you know, you're dead. You know, I'm sure that that's the last. thing that she would ever want to do. >> Like, she's like she's a Latina mother, you know? So, like. >> I get you. I know. I have a Latino. mother, too. So, it's not easy, especially with them. It's not. >> But like I'm going through my own like. it's really hard for like her to like. not like put her own on me too, you.
know? >> Yeah. You live with her, right? >> Yeah. >> Until one of us dies. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's hard. I know. But you just. really got to think about what you want. and. Yeah. At the end of the day, you can't. change because people want you to, you. know, you got to do it yourself. And it. sucks for people around you because. they'll try to do whatever they can.
>> She's like the most sober person ever. Like it's so hard because like she just. like suffocates me with her sobriety, you know? >> Yeah. It's hard to understand for other. people, you know. >> Yeah, I get you. But yeah, obviously you. have to get to a point where you have to. really. really think if this is what you want. and you know, hopefully this is I mean, I really do hope this is a good wakeup. call for you. Natalie Aguad pleaded. guilty to operating under the influence,
and had to spend 48 hours at an. intoxicated driver resource center, used. an ignition interlock device for 15. months, and also pay a total of $790. in fines. Our next incident takes us to. Altamonte Springs, Florida. It's around. 1:15 a.m. and officers are dispatched to. an apartment complex after a neighbor. heard a woman screaming for help. And as. they approach the door, they hear people. arguing inside.
>> So the blood does come out. >> 15. We'll be at a 320. Hello.
>> Hi. >> We got a call for a noise complaint and. we can hear you guys talking about. blood. So, we're here. >> I mean, blood is normal, but. >> Okay. We just need to check on everybody. cuz it's all over your pants. >> I mean, yeah, but. >> who else is here? >> My ex-boyfriend. >> The female is identified as 19-year-old. Autumn Stagard. And according to police, the male inside the apartment appeared. to have a fresh stab wound to his upper. left chest area, and blood was dripping. from the top of his head. The man. allegedly told police that Staggered,
bit him on the head, cut his chest with. a knife. So the officers have Staggered. come out of her apartment to speak with. them in the hallway. >> We were in an argument. We're drunk. We're drinking. So. >> Okay. What was the argument about? Um, not that I can mostly remember most of. it, but most of it was more that he was. looking at more like a other female's. ass was nothing too big, but. >> Okay. >> I obviously turned into something big,
but. >> Okay. So, how do you get the cuts on. him? >> I actually don't remember. >> You don't remember? >> No, >> I don't blame it. I I don't. >> You don't. >> I'm trying to fix it up. It's just so. baffled that I'm trying to fix it rather. than being too more worried about it. >> Right. Well, it's obviously fresh. So, how do you not remember something that. fresh? >> I'm just so baffled that it's like that. I did it. >> It wasn't something that I cut him in a. way that like that. I think it was a.
knife. I'm pretty sure. >> What are you doing with a knife in your. hand? >> It wasn't in my hand. It was just right. there. So, I was just like, "Okay, stop." Like stop. >> What were you doing with the knife. though? >> I saw you. >> It was No, it was right there and like. on the counter, >> right? Okay. >> As officers learn more about what. happened, Stagard is detained in. handcuffs. >> Obviously not okay. >> Right now, >> cuz there's a knife involved handcuffs. >> I know. >> Are you injured at all? >> No, not that I know of.
>> Okay. What do you mean not that you know. of? >> I am drunk. I am I don't know. But I. don't think so. >> Okay. What's going on with you guys. right now? >> Sorry. >> Why? >> Cuz we were drunk to the bar and he. wanted to work some bills. It was very. unreasonable and I know it's not going. to fix it, but I know. >> All right. Well, just because you're in. handcuffs, I have to read you this. >> Doesn't mean that anything's coming from. it, but because you're in handcuffs, I. do have to read it to you. >> You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can be used against you. in court. You have the right to have an. attorney present now or at any time. during questioning. If you can unfold an. attorney, one will be appointed for you. without cost. The doctor may have the. stop right to stop answering questions. or speak to an attorney at any time. You. understand each of those? Okay. So, what. bar what's your name? >> Autumn. Stagger. >> Autumn. What bar you guys at? >> Um, the one by the mall. It's like graffiti. like. >> in the mall or like in the plaza in the. front? >> In the plaza. >> Okay. So, probably graffiti. >> Something something weird. He knows it. I don't. >> Okay. And you guys started arguing.
there? >> Yes. Okay, walk me through that. >> You're with another friend and he showed. a picture and I was like, "Okay, is this. not okay?" And he was like, "Whatever.". And I was just like, "Okay.". >> And we just started continuing from. there. >> Okay. What do you mean he showed a. picture like he was looking at something. on Instagram or Facebook or something? Okay. What was it? >> It was. >> okay. And that upset you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> It's not reasonable. I understand. That's why I'm going to jail. Like I. know. >> Okay. Well, right now I'm just trying to.
get the story, but because there's a. knife involved for my safety and. everybody else here. If there's a knife. involved and you say it's not my. apartment, I can go to my apartment, but. I understand how the law works. So, I. can't just be let go. So, I know, >> right? Well, not yet. We still got We. got to figure it out cuz I don't know. you guys. I wasn't here for the. argument. I don't know what's going on. >> I know. >> Okay. So, you guys are at the bar and. you're arguing. What happened next? >> I just moved on from there. I ignored it. for a while. When we got home, it. started training more cuz we started. talking more and like provoking them. more. So, I was just like, "Okay." And I.
started talking. We both started talking. about it more and it got more intense. >> Okay. At what point did the knife get. involved? How did that start? >> Um, actually, very recently to where it. was just like, "Get away from me.". >> Okay. >> Like, just get away from me. Cuz it. wasn't I mean, the knife got involved. Obviously, I'm going to go to jail. I'm. going to get in trouble because it was. an actual weapon. But when it was going. on, it was more like you're putting your. arm around me to choke me to make sure. like he was asking for his key back,
which we're moving in together anyway, so it's my apartment. >> Okay. >> We have emails proving that that stuff, but. >> I didn't give him the key back. So, he. wanted to choke me to make sure he got. the key back, which is not okay either. way, but I know that I did more intense. things. >> Okay. Did you lift your head up? Just. want to make sure. Do you have any. injuries with what's. >> I don't think so. >> Okay. Do you mind if I push your hair to. the side? >> No, go ahead. >> Where's the knife at? >> It's in the It's in the drawer. It. should have fresh water on it. Looks. like it got washed. >> Yeah. Okay. So, I don't know what it is.
>> in the drawer with all the other. silverware. >> I think so. >> Okay. So, you guys are arguing over the. key? >> Yes. >> Right. Okay. And you guys presumably, from what it sounds like, probably going. through either just a fight or some sort. of possible breakup. He wants his key. back. And where does it go from there? >> It just goes from there like more of. like okay like get out and I'm saying no. >> because I at that point I this is my. apartment too. Like I haven't signed the. lease but this is my apartment too in my.
opinion. So I'm like no. Okay. And he's. okay. Like this you don't have a choice. Like you he like throws tries to throw. me out. He puts his arm around me. He. like throws he tries to throw me out. basically. >> Mhm. >> Doesn't work out because I'm like get. away from me. I push him off me. knife. can come off of me. It doesn't work out. There's a knife on the table because I. was making sandwiches earlier like. making cheese and everything. There's a. knife on the table in the in the pan and. everything. So, I throw it at him. I.
didn't think it actually go in him. I. just thought it was more of like a. self-defense kind of thing, like just go. get away. Like I have it in my hand. >> Okay. So, you're in the kitchen by the. pans where the knife's at. Where is he. at at this point? >> He he's in the same place and he he. Sorry. He walks back and he's like, "Okay, you cut me." Like he's crying and. everything. >> I'm saying before that, where was he. standing when you threw the knife? >> So, I'm at. >> if this is the kitchen, this is the. island. >> So, I'm at the point where the kitchen. and the island is and everything. He's. at the point where like more of like the.
door. >> is the bedroom. >> No, not the bedroom. Where like the door. in the island and he's like, "Give him. my key." And he's like going at me. >> Okay. >> And I grabbed a knife and I'm like, "No.". >> Did you say anything when you threw it? I didn't throw it. >> You just told me you threw it. You said. you threw it at him. You didn't get it. >> No, I didn't throw it. I didn't throw. it. I held it in my hand. I was just. like more like a self-defense and I was. just like, "No.". >> Okay. >> So, I didn't throw it. No. >> What pictures you want to keep it? >> Uh, no. It needs to go with us. Um,
>> should be one of the gray ones. I. thought one of the gray ones. >> It's got fresh blood all over it. >> Okay. Was it that knife or was it one of. the gray ones? >> I really don't know. the fact that has. fresh photo on it. It's probably that. one. So, >> okay. >> Okay. >> So, what you told me just a second ago was. the knife was sitting in the pan. He was. by the door and you threw it and you. didn't think it would. >> No, no, I didn't throw it. No, I didn't. >> So, you didn't throw it? >> No, there's no throwing. He's close.
enough to me the entire time. >> Okay. >> Even afterwards, he's close enough to. me. So, >> okay. >> So, I do that and then like I like pick. it up and I'm like, "No." And then it. goes like wherever it went like in this. area. So we're sitting here doing this. whole time. He's like telling me not to. help, nothing, like not to even call the. ambulance. I'm like no, I need to know. what's going on. >> Mhm. >> Cuz I realized. >> how did the injury happen on his head? >> The the head injury was a actually a lot. earlier than that. It was more like he's.
choking me out and I bit his head cuz he. was choking me out at the same time. So. I just bit his head at the time to get. him off of me. >> Walk me through how you bit the top of. somebody's head if they're choking you. out. So he's choking me out and he he's. not. technically he is technically he's so. he's choking me out but he's on like. below me like right here. >> Okay. >> So he's holding me. >> Okay. >> And I went down and just bit so he get. off of me. >> Okay. >> We don't really get physical but he.
actually like got on me. I was just like. >> get off me. Like I like bit him. I. pushed him. I kicked him. Everything. >> Okay. Um, so just kind of going back. I want. to make sure that I have everything. clear. So you guys are at a bar arguing. over him looking at a butt on Instagram. >> We weren't actually arguing at the bar. at the spark at the bar. It was more of. that was a spark. It wasn't actually. more of a like scenery thing cuz I. ignored it and I just didn't say. anything. >> Okay. >> Cuz we were at the actual bar in public. So when we got home, it was more of a. more intense.
>> Who is he to you? >> He's in my ware time. >> Okay. How long have you guys been seeing. each other? >> Two years. >> Okay. And you live here as well? Um, we. we did and then we moved out to live. separately and then I was going to move. back in actually within a few days. >> So, you're currently living somewhere. else. >> Currently living with. two ft away. >> like here. >> like not here but within another. building over in. >> but you're but what I'm saying is you. don't currently live in this apartment. right now. Okay. Um. >> I mean I am but I'm not.
>> Okay. Where does your mail Where does. your mail go? >> Does your mail come? >> Legally it goes there. Okay. >> Cool. That that settles that for me. >> Okay. >> Um Okay. So, you guys get here, something. You're not sure what sparks. the argument to to kind of flare back up. when you guys get here. Well, we're. going to have the fire department check. him out. Right now, he looks like it's. some, you know, some pretty good cuts, but we're going to check them out. >> I mean, it's one, but yeah. >> Well, he's also got the one on top of. his head. >> Okay. >> Um. >> I just want to make sure. >> Okay. So, you guys get back here. something something, you know, starts.
the argument back up of something to the. effect of you saying you're going to sit. there like this is normal and then. things kind of flare back up. Okay. Where are you guys at that point? >> At that point, we're just sitting there. arguing back and forth. >> Bedroom, kitchen, living room. >> Um, at that point, we're probably like. more like kitchen, like bedroom and like. bathroom like how they're right next to. each other just like back and forth. >> And what is he saying back to what. you're saying? And if you don't. remember, you can kind of paraphrase. Or. if you don't remember at all, you can. >> I don't remember exactly, but I know. it's more defensive than anything.
because it's usually how it goes, but. there isn't. necess. All right. Well, I'm going to grab a. little bit of information from you. >> Are you going to arrest one of us? >> Well, right now, we're still kind of. figuring it out. I haven't spoken to him. at all, so I don't have his. >> must arrest one of us, right? That. depends on the outcome of the. investigation. So, I haven't spoken to. him, so I don't know what his side of. the story is. >> As police check in with Autumn's. boyfriend, this is when she appears to.
start getting antsy. >> So, am I allowed to know what's going. on? >> What do you want to know? >> Medical reasons. >> for. >> for him. >> Well, he stabbed. I mean, I'm not a. medical expert, but. >> I mean, can I know though what they say? >> Sure. But I don't know what they're. saying. They just got here. I. >> mean, I know that now. >> No. I mean, like, can we open the door. and just watch and see what they say? >> No, there's no reason to. >> Autumn then appears to demonstrate that. she's familiar with domestic violence.
arrests. >> I know arrested. It's mandatory for cops. to arrest somebody for domestic. violence. I know that. So, I just want. to know it's taking so long. >> What? >> Well, we got to do a thorough. investigation. >> They're going to choose me, of course, when I'm the female. So, >> it's not how that works. I know it does. >> Well, that's that's that's illegal in so. many ways. >> I don't have any wounds, so I know how. it works. I don't have any wounds. whatsoever. >> That doesn't mean anything. >> It does, though.
>> Caused a wound. >> He's going to need a sworn statement. >> They're going to give me They're going. to tell me that he sworn statement for. nothing. So, always go. That's how it always goes. >> You've been arrested before. >> I have. Yes. >> For what? >> Same thing. >> Oh, with the same person. >> Yes. >> Oh, okay. >> And that's what it comes to. And then he.
drops it. He dropped it last time. He's. not going to drop it this time cuz I'm. done with him. But. >> Right. >> It's a little different about. >> Okay. So, when initiated the fight. >> him. not being oil, >> right? Okay. But I mean that's not still. the same thing, but it's still going to. cause my So, >> right. How old are you? >> 19. >> 19. And you've this guy twice already? >> I haven't dabbed him. This is actually. the first time I've ever hurt him. But.
>> what' you say you stabbed him last time, didn't you? >> No. No. The last time. No, I did not. No. >> Oh, my my apologies. What you do? What. did you guys What happened last time? >> Last time it was just a little fight. >> Oh, like a fist fight or just a verbal. fight? >> It was I mean, they say it was a fist. fight. It was more of a verbal fight, but. >> you got arrested. >> Yes. >> And for what reason? >> Domestic violence. That's it. >> I mean, there's got to be more to it. >> No, really. Really was. >> You didn't put his hand You didn't put. your hands on him? >> I I put my hands on him, but it was not.
like an actual like fist fight. It was. more like move away from me kind of. thing. But they still considered it. So, >> okay. It's a little extreme on a knife. this one, but. >> this one. Yes. This one. Yes. I agree. >> You guys drink often? >> Yes. >> How old is he? >> He's 21. I am 19. We drink just about. every day. >> So, with domestic violence, you guys. have to arrest somebody, right? >> All depends on their circumstances, but. most.
>> So, there's no way I can get let off and. just go to my apartment and that's it. >> State of Florida says no. It's a big no no. However, we still have an investigation. that we got to do. So, until that's. complete, but I I can't speak on. anybody's behalf. >> Say what? >> That's. >> what is. >> the investigation you guys do. All you. do is ask questions and then it just. moves on from there. >> It's what we get paid to do.
It's. >> not what you get paid to do. That's one. of the parts you guys, but it's not most. of it. [laughter]. >> You say so. Do I have to really keep on the. handcuffs though? >> Absolutely. >> Eventually, Autumn is taken to a squad. car. >> Oh, this is great. >> Which one? >> They explore right in front of you. You're going to go on passenger side and. rear.
>> How long till here for next morning? I. cannot answer that to you. It could be. quick due to CO and all that good jazz. There's nothing in Perth that shouldn't. be in there, is there? >> I don't think so. >> Autumn Stagard pleaded no contest to. charges of attempted firstdegree. premeditated murder and tampering with.
physical evidence. She was sentenced to. three years in prison followed by two. years of probation with electronic. monitoring for the first six months. As. for Only Fans, Autumn claims she made. her account after her sentence was. carried out. So maybe the arrest, I. don't know, marketing move. Who knows? Anyway, let's go on. So our next. incident takes us to Jupiter, Florida. Just after sundown, members of the Fish. and Wildlife Patrol spot a jet ski in.
the water. And according to Florida law, personal watercraft like jet skis, they. can't be operated between a half hour. after sunset and a half hour before. sunrise, even if the jet ski has lights. So officers, flag it down. >> Stop looking that way. There's nothing. there. I was going to say I need you. here. >> Come here. >> Okay. Thank you. around the animal.
>> All right. Where are we headed to? >> My house. >> Your house. >> Thank God. >> Thank God. Okay. Why? Why? Thank God. >> Because it's dark. >> Yeah. What time are you supposed to be. off the water? >> About a minute ago. >> Yeah. About a minute ago. Where are we. coming from? >> From down there. >> Where's down there? What? What? I don't. know. It was down there. >> I was just trying to. >> No, I understand. But where were you. coming from? Um, so before the inlet, turn left. >> You were at the sandbar all day. You.
were at like a person's house, you were. at. >> a restaurant. Oh, you're just cruising. Okay, that's fine. Let me get your. license and registration. >> The woman is identified as Lauren Laya, this Instagram influencer whose content. centers around fishing. Back on the. water, the officer starts questioning. Lauren about whether she's been. drinking. >> I've had probably two beers. >> Two beers. Okay. Where at? And at what. time? >> One at home, one with ice. >> Okay. And then how much have you have. you drank today or ate today?
>> FL 9837. >> You ate a lot today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Nice. >> So the officer decides it's time to put. Lauren through field sobriety tests, but. this time they're on the water. Starting. with the eye movement test. >> You're you're looking over here, ma'am. I need you to look over here at the. complete. >> Dude, my eyes don't turn that far. >> Your eyes go that far. I promise you. Okay. Okay. If you just continue to look. right here. All right. See this? Follow. this all the way over. Don't try to. glance at it of the peripherals. I need.
you to look right at it. Do you. understand? >> Sure. >> All right. Here we go. There you go. All right. The next thing. we're going to do, it's called finger. the nose. All right. Make a fixed. All. right. Make a fist just like this. And. put your put your finger out just like. that. Both hands. All right. Put them. down to your side. All right. Stay just. like that. Okay. All right. Do we. understand? >> Okay. All right. When I tell you to. begin, you're going to tilt your head. back. Okay. 45. When I tell you to. begin, you're going to tilt your head.
back 45 degrees and close your eyes as. such. Do you understand it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. When I tell you to, you're going. to take the tip of your finger. All. right. I want you to look. This is the tip of your finger. Okay? That's the tip of your finger right. here. This is the pad. This is the side. This is the tip of your finger. Do we. understand? You're going to take the tip. of your finger and if this was the tip. of your nose, you're going to touch the.
tip of your nose and bring it back down. when I tell you what hand. You need me. explain that to you again? >> Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, when I tell you to. use your left, you'll say you when I say. left, you'll use your left index finger. When I say right, you'll use your right. index finger. Do we understand? >> Okay. All right, begin.
Left. Keep your eyes closed. All right, go ahead and put it down. Right. Go ahead and put it down. left. Go ahead and put it down.
Right. Go ahead and put it down. Right. Go ahead and put it down. Left. Go ahead and put it down. Go ahead and. open your eyes. All right. Next thing.
we're going to do, it's called the palm. pad. Take one hand and put it on top of. the other. Just like that. All right. Just like that. Stay in that position. while I explain the instructions. Okay. All right. When I tell you to, what. you're going to do is you're going to. take the top hand, okay? And you're. going to turn it over as such. And. you're going to count one. And then. you're going to turn it back over and. count two. Keeping your hands parallel. Do we understand? Okay. I'll do it. again. Watch. One. Two. That's how.
you're going to count. Do you. understand? >> Yeah. >> Parallel to what? The ground. >> Parallel to your hand. This hand right. here is going to stay parallel. So, it's. going to go just like this. Okay. One. No. No. Don't. Stay here. I'll do it. One. Two. One. two. Do we understand? >> You'll continue to do that and as you do. it, you're going to you're going to get. faster. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. Do not stop until I tell you. to stop. Do we understand?
>> Do we understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Go ahead and begin. All right, go ahead and stop. So from. this starting position, you're going to. count one 2 3 4. 1 2 3.
five six seven eight ending with my left. fist in the middle and open my hands and. put them on my thighs. Do we understand? >> Yes. Okay, go ahead and begin. >> Okay. >> The officer suspects Lauren of boating. under the influence. So, he takes her. into custody. >> Under the influence. >> Okay. How are you influ? So, the task.
that we just performed. Okay. Ma'am, you. didn't you showed clues, enough clues to. show that your normal faculties are. impaired. It might be you only drink two. or three drinks, but maybe with a. combination of your med or with your. medicine, whatever it may been, but your. normal faculties are impaired now. Okay. Um, so yeah, so right now you were placed. under arrest at. 8 8:05. You have an 8 hour mandatory. hold. So by 4:30 in the morning, you'll. be able to be released from gun club uh.
on your own recgnissance for the court. date. Um, and then right now we're going. to head to the jail right now. And then. that's why I'm saying if you have. anybody that can pick up the jet ski, we. don't have to tow it. So go ahead, ma'am. Stand up for me. Okay. Take a. step right here. Take a next step over. there. >> There you go. >> All right. Uh, she got her wallet. >> Yeah. >> Uh, yeah. Let me get the life jacket on.
All right, we're going to take this life. jacket off you. Do you have a shirt on. there? >> No. >> No. Okay. I'm going to take this one. handcuff off. You're going to get put. this through the life jacket and back. out. Okay. Put this one through the life. jacket and back out. All right. As the arresting officer leads Lauren. back to his patrol car, she continues to. pester him about her sobriety test.
results. >> I don't deserve to know like what you've. decided I'm impaired for. >> Your normal faculties are impaired, ma'am. >> Which what normal faculties? >> Your normal faculties. The faculties. that you would use to maneuver your. short-term memory and your motor skills. >> Does it ask to repeat it a bunch of. times? No, that has not that's not part. of the evaluations of clues. >> So, what is. >> okay? The uh inability to not do the. task as instructed, >> which was what did I get wrong.
>> for the finger nose? You didn't use the. tip of your finger and you didn't bring. your hand back down. >> I have nails. I don't have fingertips. >> Okay. You can still use the tip of your. fingers. We've had it with people. >> You didn't say bring your finger back. down to your. >> I did I did bring I did say once you. touch your finger your nose, you bring. it right back down. Step up. One, two, three. All right.
Yeah. So, Laya was booked for BUI, boating while under the influence of. alcohol or drugs. She entered a. not-uilty plea, but the case was. eventually dropped. Next up, Miami, Florida. So, it's just after 5:30 p.m. when officers are dispatched to an. American Airlines terminal in Miami. International Airport. And this is over. reports about two drunk passengers. refusing to leave a plane. According to.
an airline supervisor, both passengers. were attempting to sit in first class. seats despite not having first class. tickets. But before we even get into. more of the body cam, here's the point. of view that they posted on social. media. >> Do you have any boarding passes? >> That's crazy. No, we don't. Obviously, we're drunk and you guys don't want to. deal with us. We don't have a boarding. pass. That would be cool. >> Look at us. Look at us. >> Yeah. The two also documented their.
journey onto the plane, including things. like doing headstands and allegedly. twerking in the jet bridge. So, the two. flyers were identified as 31-year-old. Jordan Lantry and 34year-old Sineia. Blanchard, also known as Only Fans. models Lacy Jane and Sineia Mallerie. So, now that you know the backstory. here, I want to get into what happened. when police arrived on board. At this. point, the pair appear to be back in. their assigned seats, but officers are. still tasked with removing them from the. plane because of their behavior.
>> One question, do we have to everyone? >> If they refuse, I have to deplane the. aircraft. Yeah. Airport 32. >> Hello. >> Okay. class.
not complying and this is the captain. sir. passengers stand in first class. >> wrongfully they accepted their drinks. and started drinking and then they were. told to go back to their seats but they. were already. now I'm asking to please come to the. front so I can speak to them they're. refusing. in that. >> so they're not flying right. >> uh I'm going to watch you uh let them. know they need to deboard the aircraft. if they do not we're going to deplane. the aircraft and then we're going to. force them to Oh, thank you.
>> Thank you guys very much. >> The staff member heads to the back of. the plane to try and get the two women. out of their seats, but that doesn't go. as planned. >> They refuse. >> All right, deboard the whole aircraft. >> We got to deboard the aircraft. >> They're refusing to come off. >> They're refusing to come off. Okay, >> they're all the way in the back. I went. there and told them this is the third. time I asked you to come to the problem.
So. >> and this is the fourth time I'm telling. you I'm not coming up. So. >> it's just that they don't they don't. want us. to first ask them if they don't then we. >> let them. let them know that they do not deboard. we they are going to be arrested for. trespass. warning myself. Oh, I'm so sorry. >> Yeah.
[clears throat]. >> Hi. >> I need to speak to you in the front. Listen. Listen. Listen, >> listen what's going to happen. Listen. what Listen to what's going to happen. >> If you guys do not deboard the aircraft. now, I am going to deplane this aircraft.
and you're going to be arrested for. trespassing. Do you understand that? >> You understand that? >> We're speaking to you and. >> I need a lawyer. >> Okay. Like I said, we're going to. deboard this aircraft and I'm going to. take you to jail. Do you understand. that? >> Okay. She understands it. >> I already told her I warned her. She. ended it up. She's going to jail. Our. only fans models refused to leave the. plane, forcing passengers to begin. deboarding, which is a very frustrating. process for everyone involved. >> So now what happens is we're all going. to miss our connection.
But if we only have a 30 minute. connection and there's no more. >> over there. once she passes. these people back so we can take care of.
business here. And. >> hey, sir. >> All right. >> Eventually, the honorary passengers make. their way down the aisle. >> Yeah, I see her. Where's the other one. coming? >> Oh, there's two females. >> Okay, now we're ready. We're ready. We. saved the whole thing. Just don't want. everyone to see the other one. Come on. We'll get that in a second. >> Put your hands Put your hands behind. your back. Can I.
>> come on? Yeah. Can we just. >> clap your hands? >> Clap your hands. >> Your chance was in the beginning when we. say. >> when I told you to exit the aircraft. >> That's when you were supposed to exit. When you told me to call your attorney, this is what happened. >> Yeah. I don't give a my attorney is. going to hit you up. So, >> why are you so. hold on? >> And if I said all then what? >> We were going to be able to still go on.
our flight. We were still going to be. able to fly out there. >> Hold on. Huh? >> Because I was not sitting in the right. seat. >> You're doing that because I was not. sitting in the right seat. >> On video. I literally have everything. recorded. >> All right. Come on. >> They're just doing their job. I have it. on video and I literally have the guy. saying it's tell. that's good because we're good. >> I I'm getting kicked out because I.
didn't speak the right speed. >> Mama, get up. >> Get up. Get up. >> Get up. Get up. Come on. Get up. >> Oh, sorry. I just had to pee. I had to. do a little yoga on the way to jail. So. Jordan Lantry decides to bust out to. what she refers to as yoga, but it looks. a little different when captured on a. viral cell phone video that circulated. on social media following the duo's. arrest. But I do want to rewind a bit, check in with the deputy's body cam as. he escorts Sineia Blanchard away because.
of course she can't help doing a little. yoga herself. >> That's my fault. >> We were going to be able to go on our. flight. We were still going to be able. to fly over. >> because I was not sitting in the right. seat. >> You're doing that because I was not. sitting in the right seat. >> Video. I literally have everything. recorded. >> They're just doing their job. They're. doing their part other than. >> One second. One second.
I was from. >> I. was down. >> Hey CJ, I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry, [laughter] but I literally.
need you. That is insane. >> I had it on video and I literally had. the guy saying they told me to tell you. that. >> No, that's good because I did. >> I I'm getting kicked out because I. didn't speak in the right seat. >> Oh, sorry. I just had to. >> I need to pee. >> I had to do a little yo yoga on the way. to jail.
Hey, don't sit in the wrong seat cuz. you'll get arrested. >> Hey, don't sit in first class cuz uh. you'll get arrested. >> So, the two women were eventually. removed from the airport. They were. placed in a squad car and both Sineia. Blanchard and Jordan Lantry, they were. taken to jail on charges of misdemeanor. trespass. Here's the thing, though. Both. of their cases, they were later dropped. Now, we still have more incidents to get. to, but I got to give a fair warning. here, okay? These specific circumstances. are much more serious than what we've.
shown you so far. So, with that in mind, let's get into it. Our next body cam. takes us back to Miami, Florida. It's. around 6:45 a.m. and officers are. responding to a crash involving three. vehicles. Move. Let's go. Please, everybody go. If you didn't see what happened, go.
>> Yeah. Yeah. >> We got another person there. >> Okay. >> We got a large crowd here. >> I also have it was a possible 18 and. they have I think it's a female on the. ground. They're holding her because she. wanted to uh do the scene. >> Driving the car. >> I need extra help here. And I think I. have two in the vehicle that have passed.
away. I'm not sure. >> Two people were killed. They were. identified by family as Abraham Ismael. Molina Cruz and his friend Jesus Rubio. Abraham's partner Juanita Hernandez was. also in the crash. Survived saying they. were on their way to work when this. crash happened. The driver of a third. car was injured, by the way. According. to the arrest warrant, the driver of the. Mercedes didn't even try to slow down. Instead, apparently the accelerator was.
at 100% and the car was going more than. 50 m an hour when the car allegedly ran. a red light, crashing into a silver. Suzuki and black Range Rover. The. suspect is identified as 24year-old Macy. Marie Lathers, a self-proclaimed. Instagram model who allegedly tried to. walk away from the scene, from the. wreckage, but was stopped by bystanders. So now she's being guarded on the ground. and was put in handcuffs. >> What you think.
pink? >> Go in the white car. Go in the car. My. phone. My phone. AI. Oh my gosh, it's a curse at the White. House. 18 I think. >> MDMA. >> Yeah, Miami. >> What's going on? >> All right, good. I thought you said. something about it. >> What's going on? >> You ate for a minute. We're trying to.
contain. >> just to verify what the unit have at. Miami at night. traffic. >> All right. Miami. >> No, don't do that. Don't do that. Don't. do that. Shut up. Shut up.
>> No. >> I'm at 1 and 83. What do you have at 8? >> It's in my safe. It's in the key. It's. >> We live forever. 21. >> art. We need to create. We need to. create. It's just.
ma'am. >> Come around the. recovery position. >> 8 relax. 2111.
>> Are they going to bring you? >> Hm. >> Are they going to bring you 20? >> They're coming now. >> So, you need to relax. Okay. 45 reference. I need rescue here to. check on one of the passengers in the. vehicle. >> Miami. Miami 8 on the southeast west. corner. black shirt. >> Just stay like how I told you. Okay.
>> Stay like that. Look that way. >> Ma'am, can you stay over there looking. that way? >> 25. >> Put that leg straight. No, >> wait. Relax. Relax. [screaming].
>> She's good, right? >> What's going on? I think you were the bridge. >> She probably won't be able to walk. >> My name is Mercedes. Mercedes? >> Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. >> Calm down. >> I'm from the future. >> Oh, crystal ball. You can live off me. >> Are you on drugs? >> Yeah.
>> Oh. >> They gave her a shot. >> Do you have any head or neck pain? >> No head? No neck pain? >> Okay. Why your head is behind your back? >> Can you lift your arms up? Yeah, because. my wife received cuffs. >> Okay. Can you lift your right arm up? >> Yes. >> No, she's cuffed. >> Oh, she's cuffed. Okay. All right. All. right. >> All right. We'll set her up. We're going. to assess it. >> I'm just trying to make sure she's not. like trying. >> Okay. >> Relax. Relax. Remember I told you to. relax. >> Get up.
Get her. Get her. Okay. Sit down. Just going to do a quick back and uh. she with you guys. right now. Okay.
>> First model is going to be a four white. color 250 Mercedes. Yankee India. >> I'll get you the second one now. Yeah. >> Go go go go go.
You guys are moving her now. >> Yeah, we're going to go ahead and assess. her in the back and then we're going to. take off. >> The officers are trying to figure out if. Lathers has any injuries. And that's. when she reveals she took a drug or. seemingly took a drug known as TUSCi. It's also known as pink cocaine. According to an NYU medical school. report published in 2023, it's usually a. combination of a lot of different drugs. ketamine, ecstasy, cocaine, meth, opioids, sometimes other psychoactives.
And researchers say its pink color is. really just aesthetic. It's for looks. But according to prosecutors, Lather's. toxicology report revealed a variety of. drugs in her system. But no alcohol was. found. Meanwhile, in the back of the. ambulance, Lathers appears to give. paramedics a hard time. Mason, do you. know where you are? >> No. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm hurt. >> Where? >> Where? You're where? >> Earth. >> The roof. >> Earth. >> Earth. Yeah, we were all on Earth. Do.
you know where you are? What city? Where? >> Oh, Miami. >> Miami. Do you know what happened? Do you. remember what happened? >> Yeah, I died. >> Go to the car. Go to the car. In the car to the home. >> What are you taking your drugs? >> Yeah. Go. Yes. Yes. Pinky. Pinky. Pinky. Pinky. Too. Go. Go. Now. Go. Go. Now. Go. Now. Now. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. >> Relax. We're trying to help you. Relax.
Relax. Okay. We're trying to help you. Relax. Okay. >> Outside. Let me outside. Let me outside. now. >> Okay. One second. One second. One. second. >> We need to go outside. We all need to go. outside. Look at the sun. >> The answer is in the sun. The answer is. in the sun. The answer is in the sun. Look at the sun. Everybody look at the. sun. Get off the phones. Get off the. phones. Love yourself. Love yourself. Everyone. lives at a different pace. Everyone. lives at a different pace. Everyone.
