The United States of America is in a. world of hurt because the president of. the United States is a convicted felon, a con man, and a world-class incompetent. So then my brain goes to how. did the Democrats lose to this man? That. to me is so important for the DNC, for. the Democratic National Committee. How did we lose to him? What can we do. to better ourselves? How can we fix. ourselves? Well, as you know, they did a. big autopsy. And then Ken Martin, the.

leader of the DNC, said they weren't. going to release it to the public. Which. to me was like, how can we be an. opposition party if we don't believe in. transparency? If we're not going to. purge, like this is what happened and. here's how we're going to fix it. If. we're going to if the DNC is going to. treat the electorate in that way, in. such a condescending way, we're not. going to tell you why we lost, but we. want your vote. That to me is not really. building a good coalition. Well, here's. what's starting to drip out, which a lot. of people have expected. Uh top.

Democratic Party doesn't reach out to. the progressive side, especially when. you see progressives winning everywhere. Why is it this uh civil war within the.

Democratic Party that you have these. people that are going to cling on to. corporate interests so hard. and then smoosh down. any sort of open-minded progressive. voices? And I think we know why, because. corporations. pay the DNC more. than progressive individuals do. And so this is such a serious exist-. existential threat to the. country that the DNC, I think, is never. going to win elections again unless they.

get serious about being a true. opposition party. And that means. opposing a blank check. to Benjamin Netanyahu as a war criminal. Americans do not want their taxpayer. money going to fund a genocide. And. then, after we've funded it, you have. Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, Steve. Witkoff, Benjamin Netanyahu talking. about razing Gaza, and they're all going. to make billions of dollars. And for the. Democratic Party not to be in opposition.

to that, I just think it shows such a. disrespect and a patronizing uh. voice to the people who they want their. vote and they want their trust. I think. it's just such a disgrace. And so if you. look to the Democratic primary race in. Chicago, here is a video that I think completely. encapsulates. the difference between a progressive. Democrat that is not beholden to. corporations, that is not beholden to.

Hakeem Jeffries over the weekend. And he. says, "Democrats want dramatic reform at. DHS. Republican extremists would rather shut. down TSA. You deserve better." And what. I have to say to the minority leader is. we don't just want dramatic reforms at. DHS, we want ICE abolished.

70%. of Democrats want ICE abolished. ICE is. not even that old of a uh organization. It started under George W. Bush. We. don't need it. We don't need a goon squad where these. compensatory narcissists. that have been given a green light by. the Supreme Court to go racially profile. people in the streets. and harass people and shoot people and.

then put people in concentration camps. That needs zero funding. We don't want. it to be reformed, we want it to be. abolished. And so, to further illustrate this point. to you guys, here is Governor Josh. Shapiro. And Josh Shapiro is governor of. Pennsylvania. And in many ways he can say a lot of. great things, but I knew during the 2024. election, I saw him sign. some bombs that were going to Israel.

And I've always been of the mindset, like I remember during the Iraq war, I remember talking to my mother and like. all of these Iraqis were getting killed. and I'm not one of these people that. just thinks, "Oh yeah, go get them." Bush. administration was lying, but it it it's. it's a pause when you're going to send. bombs to kill people and you know that. innocent people are going to get killed, no matter what country they're from, no.

matter what their religion is, no matter. what color their skin is. The fact that he was signing the bombs. was so off-putting to me, but here he is on the news over the. weekend and he cannot. answer a simple yes or no question. This. is the that corporate centrist. out with the water. But. we have to get politicians that quit. playing it where they want everybody to. like them. Because who is he trying to. get on board here? Is he trying to get. independent voters? Because independent. voters want to abolish ICE as well. So I. then have to turn to why is a politician. like Josh. Josh Shapiro, why isn't he answering. this.

honestly? I mean, at this point in the. fascist takeover, we've seen Americans. killed in the streets. Why aren't we. getting honest answers? And it has to go. back to. he is beholden to corporate interests. He has no problem signing bombs that are. kill little kids. He has no problem. putting his name on that. And I think that breaks something in. people. I think when you take corporate. money and you cherry-pick, these kids. can get killed, these kids can't get. killed, I think it breaks something in.

you and then you get this you know, milktoast. word salad responses. And the Democratic. Party is never going to be able to build. a coalition if [snorts] they keep trying. to peel off a few MAGA voters versus. getting the base, the progressive base. Reach out to them. Make concessions. there. Cuz that's where all the activity is. That's where the get out the vote drive. is. That's where you can build a. decades-long coalition.

But the Democratic establishment is. always trying to appeal to the. conservatives. and not so much the progressives. I just. think it's such a fool's errand. Here's. another example of this. Congressman Tom. Suozzi. He's the guy who voted. for funding DHS and ICE. And you want to know why he funded? Cuz. he owns Palantir stock. So, think about that. We have such a broken political system, and the Democrats, if you want to be a.

party that is different from the. Republicans, you have to be different. You cannot take money from Palantir and. then vote to fund ICE. And then say, "We're so opposed to everything that. Donald Trump does." They seem corrupt. And so, in my opinion, the autopsy goes. as this. People that take AIPAC money, no, toxic. We cannot give Israel a blank. check. Period. We cannot. We have too. many problems of our own. Benjamin. Netanyahu is a war criminal. He is.
