IHIP News: MAGA Laura Loomer DOUBLES DOWN On DISGUSTING Racist ATTACKS!! REPUBLICANS TRASH TRUMP!!
All right, it's Friday. It's time for. the weekend read or Welch's lemonade or. allegedly. I'm here with my gorgeous, gorgeous co-host Don Lemon. Don Laura. Loomer is matter than a hornet at you. and she is calling you mean things on. Twitter. Pop this up. >> Oh my god. It's ironic. >> This is breaking news to me, Jen. This. is. >> seen this yet? >> No, I have not. Oh my god. I can't wait. Go ahead. Let me know what happened. >> Okay. It's ironic how Don Lemon is out. there calling me ugly and accusing me of.
being racist. Between me and Dawn, one. of us was charged by the Department of. Justice under the historic 1871 Ku Klux. Clan Act following an anti-ICE protest. at a Minnesota church. And it wasn't me. Democrats like Don Linen hate that I. have exposed Angie Nixon for what she. is. And then she goes on to be. incredibly racist and again calls Angie. Nixon a ghetto black communist.
[laughter]. >> What do you have to say? >> Well, first of all, just it makes no. sense. It's like, oh my god, breaking. news. Don Lemon was charged by the. Department of Justice under the Klux. Clan Act, which shows the how ridiculous. this case is. So, thank you for making. my case, Laura Loomer. She's not very. bright, which is what I said. And Jen, you know my love for women. I you know. my love for my mom and my family. You. know how I treat Well, you know, right? And so I hate calling out that people.
like that. I hate calling out women and. and and being disrespectful, but I don't. think it was disrespectful to call out. Laura Loomer who called black women. ghetto black Okay? And. considering the beautiful queens, right? These gorgeous women that she's calling. ghetto black. Have you seen what she's done to her. face? I'm all about improvement. >> Women want to get to men, whatever you. want to get done to your face. But don't. come here looking like a clown show and.
then calling people ugly names when you. are ugly on the outside. I might be. jealous of Katanji Brown Jackson, which. was my the reason that she got she. posted that about me. If I looked in the. mirror and the thing that was staring. back at me was Laura Loomer's face after. the plastic surgery, I might resent. these naturally beautiful people and. smart people when she went after Katanji. Brown Jackson. Katanji Brown Jackson is. like Magna Cumludy at Harvard. [laughter]. >> Yeah, >> Laura Loomer changed universities. because she, oh my god, she was a.
snowflake. I can't believe these. liberals and I needed to go somewhere. where they wouldn't, you know, challenge. me. It's like Laura Loomer, have a seat. You're a troll. You're a troll. >> She's also been institutionalized. before. You know what I mean? Like this. Here's. the thing about Laura Loomer. And first. of all, I want to say I don't see this. as a prevailing statement that you're. attacking a woman. What I see here you. in all of this is defending women. I see. the larger point that Don Lemon is. making here is in defense particularly.
of black women. Um obviously something. near and dear to you. But the Laura. Loomer of it all, normally she would. just be some fringe character on the. internet. The problem with Laura Loomer, >> her relationship with Trump, >> she has she is a phone call away from. him at all times. The whole eating the. dogs, eating the cats from the. debate, Laura Loomer prepped him for. that. Laura Loomer makes gets people. fired from military from uh she knows so. much stuff about your case. I know you.
won't be able to comment on this, but. her her in intimate knowledge of all. that makes me think, was she the one who. said, "Hey guys, I think you need to. arrest Dawn on the Ku Klux Clan Act." It. would surprise me zero if this was all. her idea because she has she's best. friends with the Bunny Boiler and uh. best friends with Donald Trump. And this. is just this is batshit crazy. >> Uh you're 100% right. And as you know, you've spoken to Ashley Sinclair. I've. spoken to Ashley Sinclair. Ashley.
Sinclair said there there's a group of. uh coordinated people out there who are. who have been uh brought in and their. job is to attack people like me and you, Jen, right? People that they deem um who. are not speaking favorably of the MAGA. movement, right? And people and just. because it's good to attack people like. us because the base likes it. Um so. yeah, she might have some intimate. knowledge. Perhaps we should, you know, maybe we I should let my attorneys know. about it. Maybe I should send that.
tweet. Uh uh, you know, this is why one. of the reasons that I'm not on Twitter. because I don't have to worry about this. stuff. People are talking about me all. the time. All these people have no idea. and they're like, "Oh my god, you're. trending on Twitter. Somebody's talking. about you and I'm just going about my. life and I have no idea, [laughter]. right?" And then until people like you. and I love it that you um that you're. doing that. The other thing is I'm glad. you said that I am speaking out for. women and protecting women which which I. do and people often don't understand the. method of by which I'm doing it. Um. because you have to point out the.
ridiculous and also what I have learned. as a communicator is that you have to. meet people where they are with a. language they understand. So if you are. going to talk about and call. someone ghetto and their accent, then. how does that feel when someone does it. to you? And so when I said in my thing, the first thing I said and my response. to Laura Loomer is Laura Loomer is a. piece of. And I said there, I said it because.
that's the language that Laura Loomer. understands. And obviously she. understands it. I got her attention from. saying Laura Loomer is a piece of. and that if I look like her, I might be. jealous of Katanji Brown Jackson or of. um Angie Nixon or of Jasmine Crockett. because they are naturally beautiful, talented, smart, educated women who who. happen to be black and she. >> Exactly. No. [clears throat]. No. Abs. All right. And I'm sure every. black woman is saying, "Thank God.".
[laughter]. No, Laura Loomer is a stain on white. women. No question about it. >> Have you seen the before and after of. her face? >> Oh, yeah. It's really jarring. >> It's that that whole MAGA face thing, but I think hers has gone beyond MAGA. face. And what I didn't realize is that. people call her Jigsaw after a movie. character. I think Jigsaw, >> which is an I mean I don't know. It's a. little Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, >> it's just some weird.
>> Jen. It's just it's weird. The fact that. >> she was better looking before. >> the fact that the the the president of. the United States has this crazy ass. stalker that he welcomes to be around. him all the time, Natalie, and then his. best friend is Lord Loomer. And we have. to sit here and talk about it. So, Don, there aren't intellectual. responses to this because this is. dipshittery of the highest order. The.
appropriate response is, "You're a. moron.". >> Yeah. >> You don't know from Shyola. Sit. down and shut the up and quit uh. being a racist That's basically. what they understand because they're not. doing smart things. They're doing. impulsive. um wreckage. They're impulsively. wrecking everything because on the. inside, she's broken. She's been. institutionalized in the looney bin. before. The bunny boiler. We've all read. the letter she wrote to Donald Trump. She needs to be institutionalized. And.
sadly, we've all had to see the. commander-in-chief drone on and on about. Hannibal Lecter and all of these other. things that he claims he's tackling when. all we tend to see him do is take. taxpayer funded naps and throw up gold. everywhere he can. And this is just the. strangest of times. Um, but ahead of. Labor Day, >> I say I say birds of a feather grift. together. [laughter] That's my last. word. >> That's true. Okay. Ahead of Labor Day. weekend, Trump makes this announcement. Pop this up. Too many non-working.
holidays in America. It is costing our. country billions of dollars to keep all. of these businesses closed. The workers. don't want it either. Soon we'll end up. having a holiday for everyone for every. once working day of the year. I don't. know what he meant there. It must. change. Or what Natalie meant there. It. must change if we are going to quote. make America great again. So listen up, please. No more days off for you.
>> Look, if Donald Trump would like to save. the taxpayers some money on days off, then maybe he shouldn't golf so. much. Maybe he shouldn't have an. entourage of secret service following. him and his family around or him. especially as he goes from one course to. the other to the other to the other. He. complained about Barack Obama golfing. He has golfed more and vacationed more. than any other president that I believe.
in modern history. Overall golf. expenses, let me just I because you know. I I love facts. There are funny things. about facts. Overall golf expenses. tracking groups and government uh. estimates the place of cumulative cost. of Donald Trump's golf related secret. service detail and travel at over 70. million to 77 million during his first. presidential term alone. and we've gone into his second. presidential term and I'm not even. getting to all the vacations that he.
goes uh to every time he goes to Mara. Lago and we're paying for that. I'm not. getting getting into all of the money. they spend on Secret Service and people. following every member of his. administration around as they Marco. Rubio raise money in Sag Harbor and the. Hamptons. Uh who's who do you think is. paying for that? I'm I'm asking who do. you think is paying for it? I'm not. sure. I think the taxpayer is paying for. uh the fuel, the plane, the travel. So. if you want to save some money, clean up.
your own damn house. >> Yeah. and quit spend all the money on. that trashy ass tacky ass white trash. gold that you're putting up all over the. place in that ballroom. >> Maybe we start there. I mean, it's just. But you know what this is? This is. attack an attack on the working class. Labor Day is a day where we honor. laborers and this is an attack on the. working class. And it's further an. [clears throat] extension of the. propaganda started with Ronald Reagan. that workingclass people are lazy. They're lazy. And so this lazy trope is.
something that they're all really. leaning into right now. And I just want. to point out the laziest mfer I've ever. seen in my life is the guy who's on. national television non-stop sleeping. with RFK Jr. barking right here, which. is phenomenal that you can sleep with. RFK going in your ear. I never I mean I. I listen to some ambient noise at night, but it's soothing. The ambient noise for. our elderly president is RFK Jr. and he. sleeps on the global stage all day,
every day. So, that's just pretty rich. >> Yeah, it it is. And I'm glad you. mentioned uh like vilifying or are. demonizing the working class because. these are these are the people that he's. supposed to be protecting or he pretends. that he cares about when everything that. comes out of his mouth, I even say that. everything that comes out of his mouth. because he gives like lip service to. them. So, so scratch that. But every. pretty much every single policy are for. the most part they don't favor the. working-class people. The the rich.
people, the oligarchs, the billionaires. are paying less percentage- wise than. you know the grocery store cashier or. the person or just the average person, the secretary or the secretary or. whatever the average job is, they're. paying less. All of these tax cuts. benefit his wealthy friends. His his. policies benefit his wealthy friends. And also speaking of trying to limit. access to the voting booth also affects. workingclass people because people have. jobs, they have to work. They need to.
have more access to the booth, more. polling places rather than them limiting. it. More opportunities to vote like. voting by mail, which he does, and which. Donald Trump is trying to restrict for. others. So he doesn't respect the. workingclass people in my opinion and uh. through facts in not just the reporting. but in his policies. So if he really. cared about working-class people, he. would spend a lot less time trying to uh. restrict holidays and voting and from.
them to be able to make a living wage. and to pay less taxes and spend more. time on trying to doing it rather than. also Jen this game show that he's doing. with Nicki Minaj. What? >> Where he he they're in they're in. cahoots. The reporting is that they're. going to do a game show like a grocery. store or something type game show or a. small business game show. >> where she's a judge and maybe he's the. host. I It's It's crazy. >> Nobody wants this, right? >> No, I don't want to see that.
>> I don't want to see that. >> Enough of him. >> Oh my god. For God's sakes, Kylie, look. into that. Speaking of nobody wanting to. see much of Trump, Republicans are not. happy about Trump of Palooa. And Trump. of Palooa is he's going to have a. convention for the midterms and he's. putting himself front and center because. why not? He's a malignant narcissist. And the Republicans who voted for the. malignant narcissist who have uh. tethered themselves to this uh sinking. ship are rearranging the deck chairs on.
the Titanic right now as it goes down. and they're whispering in the. background. They're not happy about. this. Pop this up. a mess. House Republicans trash Trump's. midterm conventions. Doesn't say they. will blow it off. And here's what I have. to say. Big boys. Say it on the floor. Say it. Say it on CNN. Say it on MS. Now, you're welcome to come on Welch's. Lemonade, also known as the Weekend. Read, also known as allegedly, and tell. us. Trash him. Trash him with a. microphone. Do they have the balls to.
say that? No. They just leak it. anonymously to reporters because they. are p u ss i e s's all of them. >> Yes. And by that she means. [laughter]. [laughter]. >> You use the twwat word which I don't. know as a man if I can say that. >> I really like it. The Brits use it. The. Brits use the Brits use it all the time. and I really like I'm trying to make it. Americanized. You They use that. and they use the other word that we.
can't say a lot. >> C. >> Yeah. Which which the kids are for the. kids. It's a term of endearment. I mean, it's like Yeah. You know, I am not. saying it. It's not in my vernacular. But a couple things as a as it um. relates to that. Number one, Jen, I've. been in this for a long time. I went. through 2016, the beginning of this. I've interviewed Donald Trump, you know, many times. Um, and. we would people would come on to the.
show and they would be the biggest. anti-Trumpers. and then finally when they realized that. it helped them them career-wise, they. became Donald Trump supporters, right? In the green room, in the pre-all, in. the whatever, having a drink with them. This man is terrible. Oh my god, I can't. believe it. He's awful. Blah blah blah. And you, oh, welcome to the program, whatever congressperson or spokesperson. Nice to see you. Now, Donald Trump is. doing said, "Oh my god, he's great. He's. the best thing since last night." They. won't say it publicly. They'll say it.
when the cameras aren't rolling. So, you're right. Say it in person. Say it. in front of a microphone. Come on this. program. We'd love to have you if that's. truly what you believe. And guess what? I do believe it's what they believe. They are cowards. I believe it's what. they believe because what I am hearing. from my sources in Washington is that. it's $25,000 I think to attend which the. whatever representative or whatever. branch of government that you're in, you. have to pay that money. Donald Trump is.
not spending or sending any money to. anybody who has run for office except. for uh Lindsey Graham's sister and that. was under a million dollars. He's saving. it all for him. And so they're having to. go back. They just came off of summer. vacation. They're having to go back. They're here this week. They got back. this week. So, they have one week and. then they're off again for, pardon me, they're off again for another week of. maybe seven days. They're going back to. their districts to fund raise. >> because giving them any money. And.
they're going back to their districts to. fund raise. But guess what they're not. doing either? >> They're not doing town halls. >> No. >> They're not doing anything public with. their constituents because they're. afraid of what that looks like, the. optics. and they they know that they're. going to get roasted. So, number one, they're hypocrites. Number two, they're. cowards, and number three, they're not. representing the people they're supposed. to represent. >> So, um I love this for them. I love that. they voted for him, and they have been. such loyal foot soldiers. They'll talk. behind his back, but they will never. ever say a word publicly. And he has.
$400 million war chest. $400 million is. a lame duck. And he won't give any out. What? What is it, Don? >> No. No. I was going to say not but when. you said war chest war think about this. this and it relates to what we're. talking about even the speaker of the. house Mike Johnson who who is supposed. to have his own independent power of the. executive branch they're kind of equal. when it comes to governing this country. they're supposed to be they're supposed. to have the war powers right when you. said war chest they're supposed to have. the war powers when asked by Manu Raju.
over at CNN you know about this was. supposed to go on whatever and you have. been touting this war and he goes that's. a dumb question I'm paraphrasing it. that's a dumb question. Do you think the. speaker of the house uh is responsible. for an international war? Yes, because the war the war powers are. supposed to go through Congress. You. have relinquished your power in the. legislative branch to the executive. branch. So yes, you are equally as. responsible for this war as the. president of the United States. Because. if you really wanted to stop him, you.
could stop him through the purse. strings. You could you can cut off his. money. You can tell him that he can't do. it. You can threaten to impeach him. You. have all types of levers within our. government to be able to stop someone. from a war of choice, a president from a. war of choice, and you're not doing it. So, not only are they afraid to. criticize him, they're afraid to stand. up for their own power, the right that. has been granted to them under the. Constitution. They're afraid of it. So,
if you believe in the Constitution, you. believe in your job, you believe in your. constituents, then you should be doing. something differently. So yes, Mike. Johnson, you are just as responsible for. this war as Donald Trump and all of the. other people who are afraid to call him. on it or who vote against the War Powers. Act. I'm sorry, Jen. Sorry. >> No, I love it. Well, you know why uh. little Moses doesn't uh do anything? It's because. >> he's busy monitoring his son's um. >> that. But also his text his testicles. are in the top drawer of the Resolute.
desk right under Elon Musk kids booger. that he wiped on it. So it goes Musk. booger and then Moses Mike Grinder. Johnson's testicles and that's why he. doesn't do a goddamn thing about it. because testicles are right by the kid's. booger. But when and I I'm so glad you. brought all that up, but when I talk. about the $400 million war chest, I know. you know this, but listen, I'm talking. about that's what they refer to as like. campaign money, the RNC war chest. And. and he's refusing to spend it on. anybody. And Ted Cruz, >> Ted Cruz, who has been so loyal. I mean,
he's Donald Trump called Heidi ugly. He. said, "Ted Cruz, your dad killed JFK.". And Ted Cruz says, "God bless Donald. Trump." I mean, he goes so hard in the. paint for Trump. Well, he is mad. He is. mad at Republicans for not being excited. about Ken Paxton in Texas. Let's play. the clip. >> The Republicans that are throwing rocks. at at at Ken Paxton, my message to them. is enough. Stop your bitching. We had a.
$200 million primary and Ken won. And. one of the reasons the numbers are close. is because $200 million of attack ads. were run against him and that does. damage. You want to complain, complain. in the primary, it's over. And by the. way, I. >> I love this for Ted. I love this for Ted. because Ted, you know, he likes to talk. about how what a great Christian he is. God bless Donald Trump. And here he is. supporting Ken Paxton. Ken Paxton is. absolutely a scoundrel of the highest.
order. His wife is divorcing him for. biblical reasons. He's been out playing. grabass with his mistress in London all. summer and it's all over the internet. I. mean, this guy is just absolutely a flea. beyond all recognition. I love this for. all of them. I I I'm loving all of these. meltdowns for Ted. Ted tweeted about me. this week. >> Oh, he did? Yeah, Kylie, pop it up. Kylie's gota find. It's really good. I. It made my day. It's.
>> Oh, you know, while she's popping it up, remember he retweeted something about. me? I forget what it was. And uh and I. called him out on on his wife and the. whole thing. >> All right, let me read this in my Ted. Cruz voice. >> God save us from liberal white women. I. don't know this Jennifer Welch. character, but she seems to be filled. with pure boiling hate. so radical, so. extreme that she views the rest of. America as her enemies. And I read this. and I just tapped my arm and I was like,
"Inject it into my veins." Maggoteers, [laughter] what a He's scared of. white liberal women. So, let's review. Ted, you're scared of drag queens. You're scared of books. You're scared of. black people. Now, you're scared of. white liberal women. Could Ted Cruz be a. bigger Could he Dawn? Is it. possible? [laughter]. >> Uh, with Ted Cruz, I would say yes, it. is possible that [laughter] he could be. a bigger I mean, Jen, have you.
[clears throat] seen Ted Cruz? >> He could be a bigger Look, I. don't know if you remember right after. Donald Trump or very close to the time. after Donald Trump said his wife was. ugly and that whole thing and um and. they, you know, they went through the. whole primary. Ted, do you remember that. video and that sad picture image of Ted. Cruz in the call center calling people. to support Donald Trump after Donald.
Trump had talked about him. It was. I if if you you know the Resolute Desk. and what's in the Resolute Desk as you. said for Maggike Johnson is the same. thing for Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz will do. anything. >> that he thinks keeps him in power and in. favor with the president of the United. States. He does. He has no convictions. >> Obviously, he has no convictions about. the people he [laughter] is supposed to. serve because he certainly during co. hopped on that plane to go to uh Cancun. and didn't give a about the people.
back home. And wasn't that I think it. was during the time, correct me if I'm. wrong, that the power grid was suffering. in Texas and people didn't have power. Uh I think that was Yeah, I think that. was Put that picture back up. Put that. picture back up. >> There he is. They're lion. Oh my god. There he is. He is such a submissive. wife. He has I mean he has submitted to. his husband, >> Donald John Trump. What? >> A simp. They call him a suck. [laughter]. Yeah. I mean he [laughter].
>> with a U, not with an O. She's saying. >> that's right. Okay. [laughter] So, um. here we have a video of how. >> I love that you bring the tea. You bring. the tea, ma'am. That's why I love it. It's Friday. It's the weekend. We've. been we've battled through another week. of this fascist takeover. We're here to. give the people the news with some sass. All right. So, now we have Howard Letic. of Times referred to as Howard Nutlick. >> Um, and he is sucking up to Trump on Fox.
News. Let's play the clip. >> We're going to mess with the United. States of America and its economy. And. you were right. Adjacent to our northern. border. I think it was really. disrespectful. We were treated. disrespectfully. And I think when you. treat Donald Trump disrespectfully, you know, he knows it. And that's what. happened. They did it for politics. Was he talking about Canada? Was he that. was it? >> Canada. >> They expect to that they can attack.
Canada and that Canada should not uh. fire back or attack back or defend. themselves, which is absolutely. ridiculous. I mean, Donald Trump isn't a king. And. so if you attack Donald Trump, okay, Donald Trump's not a king, the American. people are supposed to be the deciders. in this country. I I they're all simpy. because they're all I their husband, you're right, is Donald Trump. It feels. like a husband. It feels like Donald.
Trump is the head of the household. He. [laughter]. and when he comes home, they are they. make him a snack, a sandwich, >> making that bacon. He makes that bacon. and and Howard Nut's frying up in a pan. Do you remember that commercial? >> Cuz I. [laughter]. >> of course I remember that. Yes, that's. what it is. And then but hello honey.
Here's your dinner. I ordered it. especially for you and it's still warm. Right in the McDonald's bag. That's what. they're doing every night in his apron. Howard and Ted are there servicing. Donald Trump. >> They are. They are trades. The the. trades of MAGA. Plot twist. They're all. men. Plot [laughter] plot twist. The. pronouns are going to be crazy. >> But is it plot twist that they're all. men? >> Huh? >> In the Republican party.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Okay. I know that. >> sounds like a standard norm for me. >> Did you ever have Michelle Bachwin on. your on your CNN? the the crazy from. Minnesota. >> Oh, you should just Google, you don't. have to do it now. Google Don Lemon and. Michelle Bachmann. We had a row and I. think it was in Iowa or somewhere. This. was years ago and she was getting on her. plane or getting on a helicop or. somewhere in an uh entourage, whatever. And I asked her a question she didn't.
like and we went at it. >> So, uh yeah, and she's dumb as a stump. Oh, Jesus. She's back and she has some. things to say about um Israel Palestine. Play the clip. >> The other thing that they've been. accused of is famine. That uh that. Israel has tried to starve gazins when. as a matter of fact their calorie count. is over 3,000 calories per person a day. from all of the food that's coming in. And the biggest problem they're dealing. with most recently in Gaza is obesity.
because so many calories have been. coming in in Gaza. >> What? >> She said that with a straight face. She. said the biggest problem they're dealing. with in Gaza is obesity. >> And it was there were came recorded it. >> I told you she was dumb. Okay, I'm sorry. to have to say that. She's not a very. bright woman and she's not, let's just. put it this way, okay? My mama raised. me, right? She is uninformed on this.
particular issue and [laughter] many. other issues and she um says it as you. said in front of cameras rolling. If you. want to prove some to someone of your. ignorance or just how uninformed you. are, keep talking. I know there's a. saying, I forget what the exact quote. is, right? If you want to prove how dumb. you are or something, then keep talking. But uh and that's what Michelle Bachmann. does. There's a reason that she was I. think she was running for president or. something at one point is when I. interviewed her and then her staff and.
like tried to push me out of the way. because I was asking her tough. questions. She like elbowed me. But I. think that um that's the reason that. she's not in office. It's very similar. reason that Nikki um what's her name? Uh. Haley is not in office is because their. ideas are outdated. they appear to be. uninformed on the issues or because they. I don't see I would think that I would. think that Nikki Haden would know better. and so she's just saying it because she. wants you know to gain favor with the. MAGA group but I just think Michelle.
Bachmann just doesn't know. I just think. she's not a very bright person to say. that obesity is the the the biggest. issue in God. >> Too many calories in. She said 3,000. calories a person. >> Has she seen the images coming out of. Gaza? Has she seen the reports? It's. crazy. It's demolished and and the kids are. starving and people are starving there. >> Abs. It's an absolute human rights. disaster. And Michelle Bachmann is one. of these politicians that always wears. her faith on her sleeve. And you know, this is this is something that she. should be a leader on. If she is this.
big follower of Christ, she should be a. leader on talking about the human. suffering of the uh God and children. But of course, as we see, the mo the. loudest, most overt religiosity does is. not followed up with the kindest acts in. this country. Which brings me to some. insane footage from a kickboxing event. in Florida over this weekend. Pop this. up. >> Want to see this. >> So, they're holding up Nazi flags. People are doing sigiles back to them. A.
bunch of white dudes, you know, kind of. this yeah America pickup trucks. Nuts on the truck, swastikas, MAGA, they're all doing sig hiles, and. they, this is really exciting. The event. was a kickboxing match featuring a. far-right white supremacist internet. personality who goes by the name Gypsy. Crusader. After winning the match, he. made an anti-semitic remark about his. Jewish opponent and his supporters can. also be seen waving Nazi flags and doing.
Nazi salutes in the crowd. And I just. I'm going to just take a wild stab at. this right here. I would think that the. majority of people overwhelming 99% of. the people in that room if they went out. and voted in 24 voted for Donald Trump. That's their big 10. >> Um what do people say? Not all the not. all MAGA people are racist, but all the. racists. are MAGA. >> Uhhuh.
So, I can't say that I uh disagree with. disagree with you on that point. And uh. to me, it's obvious that's where we are. in America. So, when people like me and. like you women, right? Um you're. liberal. I'm an independent, but when. people like me, especially black people. talk about uh the bigotry and the. racism, uh the homophobia, all of it. You know, gay people talk about that, but especially black people, when we. talk about that, um people deny it. Even. people like uh Officer Tater, right?
They deny that there is systemic racism, that there's systemic uh racism in. policing. Uh that America is not a. racist country. Uh politicians who have. run for office have said that. I think. Donald Trump says it. I think MAGA folks. say it. America is not a racist country. Um we may not be a racist country, but. there are a whole lot of racists who. live in this country. There are racists. who are deciding um making decisions. politically for all Americans, black. Americans every single day, minorities.
every single day. We have neo-Nazis. running around in khakis. We have this. display um at this boxing match or. whatever it is. We had the MMA fighter. who said, you know, who talked about. Michelle Obama. It is there. And it is. these white dudes who, by the way, you. know, the biggest terror threat in the. United States of America are right-wing. white men. I'm not just saying it. I got. a lot of flack for saying it for.
basically repeating what the head of the. FBI, Christopher Ray, said, domestic. terror, white dudes, conservative. And. so, why aren't we doing something about. that? Why isn't that the lead story. every day? Why aren't we talking about. white-on-white crime, white-on-black. crime? This is this should be criminal. to this sort of behavior. Yes, we have. freedom of speech, but that's hate. speech. >> And we're not supposed to tolerate hate. speech. It is it it is symbolic of the.
time that we're in in this country. And. in large part, I blame Donald Trump for. it. I don't blame him for the racism. because that's already been there. I. blame him for legitimizing it, for. platforming it, for co-opting those. people, making him part of making them. feel comfortable by being part of his. coalition. So, I blame Donald Trump um. because he has become the impreter for. racist and for, by the way, if you're. watching and you are a poorly educated.
uh MAGA person, that means imperimeter. means that you are co-signing it or. making it okay or some people say. impromater. I say impimeter just in case. you don't know what it is, Google it. It. means that he is not only co-signing it, that he is legitimizing it through his. stature. I. >> I completely agree with you. And it's. also important to point out here that um. groups like the ADL that um are supposed. to be advocates against anti-semitism.
um let people like Elon Musk off the. hook while going after people like Mark. Ruffalo who's standing up for universal. human rights. So this is a real time in. the country where we need rock solid. moral clarity against all forms of. bigotry and anti-semitism is really. nasty and really disgusting. And I want. to remind you that the vice president of. the United States of America, our little. smokey eyed sociopath, refused to. condemn Republican Nazi group chats.
>> Can I say something, Jen? I'm glad you. reminded me of that. But I wanted to say. it when what before you responded is. that and I and um I I say this to my. Jewish friends and my Jewish brothers. and sisters when they u tell me, you. know, the left has become so. anti-semitic. Is there anti-semitism on. the left? I'm sure. Um do I think that. people who don't support what's. happening in Gaza are necessarily. anti-semitic? No, I don't think that. they're not. They're anti-semitic. I.
think that they uh don't believe that. people should be killed randomly and. indiscriminately and children should be. starved and I think that's a legitimate. position to have. But I tried to remind. them that of what we are talking about. now of the images that we just saw of. the swastikas and all of uh you know the. the anti-semitic imagery and um and and. speech that comes and behavior that. comes from the right. And I think it's. more dangerous than anything than people.
being concerned about a war uh in Gaza. And I I just want them to understand. that because there's proportionality in. everything. That's more dangerous for me. is that are you going to go to the polls. to vote for a party that is fighting for. democracy, a party that doesn't. necessarily overall isn't necessarily. overall anti-semitic or bigoted? Are you. gonna vote for the party that is that. endorses that bigotry by not calling it.
out and pretending that it's not. happening within their own party? I. think the Republicans in MAGA are more. dangerous when it comes to anti-semitism. than the left has ever been and can ever. be at least you know from if you're. looking at history at history as a. guide. >> Well, and I think you know criticism of. Israel is worthy. It is required right. now. I, as an American citizen, I want. my government criticized. I want. everybody in the world to see what.
Donald Trump is doing, to see what his. advisor Laura Loomer is doing when she. calls out Angie Nixon. I want I want. everyone to see what uh DHS is doing. when they kill Renee Good and Alex Prey. and then call them domestic terrorists. I want them to see that they are. arresting people without due process. And it deserves criticism. it deserves. harsh harsh criticism and it should not. be sandwashed and it should not be. excused and the criticism of that is the. best way to support me as a an American.
and likewise what's going on in Israel. right now uh with the uh provocations. and genocide and uh war crimes in Gaza. It shocks the conscience. They're. killing journalists. They're killing. children. People are starving. Contrary. to what m uh Michelle Bachmann says, it. is the best thing. Truth is the ultimate. ultimate antiseptic. We cannot not tell. the truth. Ben Gave, who works in the.
Israeli government, put on an AI video. yesterday of uh Palestinians. um on a carousel like they were cows. going to the slaughter house. And this is this is really dark, sadistic stuff. And people of good. conscience, of all faith or no faith or. of all skin color, there are a lot of. fascists and right-wing populists. forming all over the world right now. And those of us that want to keep.
everybody safe have to have an ethos. that none of us are free until all of us. are free. >> And so I'm not a religious person. that. I'm an atheist, but I feel morally. called to stand up for the little. Palestinian kid that didn't choose to be. a Palestinian. that watched their parents get killed, their siblings be amputees, and it's. just trying to find water in a meal. And. I feel a calling to stand up for that. kid. That does not mean that I am.
anti-Semitic. Quite to quite the. contrary. I want everyone to be safe and. nobody to fall prey to bigotry and. bigotries that that that kill people. It's just there's so much crap that. we're living with and all of these, you. know, horrible news cycles. I just we. all need to take a beat and realize like. we all have to fight for the weakest. among us. That's really the most heroic. thing that we all can do. >> I Jen, that was so eloquently said. I.
don't really have anything to add to. that. I think that you're 100% right and. that is my sentiment. Same sentiments. Thank you for saying that. >> Thank you. We want everybody to have a. fabulous fabulous weekend. We have great. >> Wait a minute. Are we done? Jen, no. I. thought you had a heart time with you. I. do. Your producer excuse me a what? [laughter]. >> No, but here's the thing. We're Okay, listen up. The the listeners of the. weekend read well just learned. We're. going to have a official photo soon. We're working on that. >> You're giving away our Are you giving. away? Let's tell Let's tell the people.
Are we announcing? What are we doing? >> We don't have a date yet, but we're. officially going to be an official. podcast. >> and you guys in the comment section. I. mean, we want to call it the weekend. read. Like, and we're going to talk. about who we're reading, but you all. named it Welch's Lemonade. So, Don and I. kind of felt like it was a dog. Like, my. dog has 45 names. I'm constantly. changing his name. He has a million. nicknames. That's kind of like this. podcast. Sometimes we call it allegedly. Sometimes Welch is lemonade. >> That's like my dogs. My dog is Boomer.
and I call it Boomer. or a boom boom or. boommy or whatever or hi Boommy. Hi. Oh. my gosh, you just got groomed. And then. there's uh Barkley and I call him. Barkley or Bark Bark or Barks or. Broccoli. So yeah, but I think we should. do why don't we ask people in the. comment section on the socials in the. YouTube wherever we are. Uh what what. what name? Maybe we should put out a. poll. What should it be? Should it be. Welch's Lemonade? Should it be The. Weekend Reed? Should it be um. >> allegedly? >> Oh my gosh. DJT.
Don Jin talk [laughter] I don't. know. Don Jen take. I don't know. What should. it be? Maybe tell us people. >> Yeah. [snorts]. >> Yeah. >> I I'm excited about it though. I look. forward to this and I think people need. um a reminder over the weekend of what. happened and they need a pallet cleanser. and I think that's what we're going to. offer them and then take them into the. next week. >> I agree, darling. safe travels. I love.
you and thanks everybody for tuning in. And go this week it was on my channel, but go subscribe to Don Lemon and watch. his videos. He goes live. He actually. does the whole live because he's like a. news guy at what 10 and 5 Eastern. >> 10:00 a.m. uh Eastern time, 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on all the socials. And and.
