IHIP News: GUT WRENCHING Letters from KIDS in ICE Concentration Camps LEAK to the Press!

We're seeing how ICE treats people on. the streets, how they throw tear gas at. preschools. Now we're learning what's. going on inside these detention. facilities that house children. And this. is a tape of a girl reading the letter. that she wrote about her life in a. detention center. >> So, my name is Zoriana V. I'm 14 years. old and I'm from Honduras. I've been. detained for 45 days and I have never.

felt so much fear to go to a place as I. feel here. Every time I remind myself that once I. go back to Honduras, a lot of dangerous. things could happen to my mom and I. My younger siblings haven't been able to. see their mom in more than a month. They're very young and you need both of. your parents when you're growing up. Since I got to this center, all you will feel is sadness and mostly. depression.

I haven't get been getting any school. time either, or the other kids in here. Every single person in here had their. jobs, they had their lives, they aren't. any danger for this country. All kids. are being damaged mentally. They witness. how their parents and other people are. being treated. They don't have schools or doctors. >> It's so devastating. And there was a big. ProPublica article about this where a.

reporter interviewed the people, they. published the letters. This is the response from Peppy and Goat. Killer Kristie now. They are It is now being reported that. Trump's federal agents at the ICE. concentration camp in Dilley, Texas are. raiding the dormitories of the kids and. their parents to confiscate and destroy. letters from the children. This happened. after the ProPublica published multiple. letters from the children, like the one. below from Areonna V. Whatever happened.

to free speech, this is like 1930s. Germany. And that's from Ed. Krassenstein. And this when I read the letters that. these children had written, and to know. that the response. was not to improve conditions or provide. healthcare or school, but to confiscate. the letters, it was darker than what I even imagined. And what I imagined was pretty [ __ ]. dark.

uh black and brown kids my whole life. I've heard white folk do this. And won't. won't won't have won't won't make space. for empathy for those little girls. So, this is where I go, "Okay, I'm not going. to try to. get a reaction out of sociopaths and. psychopaths that are the MAGA regime or. the MAGA supporters, cuz I know they're. incapable of it and they're broken. I. know that. This is where I laser focus. on Hakeem Jeffries, on Chuck Schumer, and the fact that they're playing patty.

cake, and potentially going to give. Kristi Noem more money. And and then I have to go, "Okay, why? Why are they doing this? Why is this. okay? Why Why are they doing this?" Oh, I forgot. AIPAC broke them. Because they have given Israel. a blank check. to uh genocide the Palestinian people. And. a lot of people probably be like, "Oh, that's not connected to this." genocide broke Democrats. And that's why. the Democratic leadership is not rising. to this occasion. This is horrific. This. is generational. trauma from these kids. And I saw online. today, Pumps, I saw uh if you happen to. be a white person, be the white type of. white person that pisses off white. supremacists. And so, all I know to do right now is to. keep applying pressure to these.

corporate Democrats and calling them out. and calling out the moral duplicity. because I expect every single bit of. this from MAGA. I do not expect triple. trumpers to have empathy for that little. girl. They're incapable of it. >> Now, I completely agree. And And it it. sent chills down my neck when you said. which children are you going to be okay. to kill? And that's kind of where we. are. Cuz you're so right. I mean, it's. really terrifying. And then, this has. been all over the headlines. So, we have. Joaquin Castro. He has an update on Juan.

Nicolas, who is a baby that has been in. DHS custody. at the ICE facility in Dilley, Texas for. half of his life. And he says, "I have an update on Juan. Nicolas. The 2-month-old baby detained. at Dilley and his mother. Me and my team. have been in contact with Juan's family. Juan has bronchitis, according to his. mom, and at some point in the last. several hours, he was unresponsive. Juan was still discharged from the.

hospital despite that around midnight. today. Juan's mom went in front of an. immigration judge this morning. She was. told she will be deported, but was not. told when or where. Both Juan and his. mom are back at Dilley, and their future. remains uncertain. We are deeply. concerned about Juan and his mom will be. deported and that Juan's health will. continue to deteriorate. His life is in. danger because of ICE's monstrous. cruelty. I will continue to provide.

updates, and we will keep fighting to. protect them. And you think about the. people that are being deported to other. countries. I just read an article that. the US is sending like secret planes of. people to all these different countries. They're not from those countries. >> [snorts]. >> So, I'm like, they don't know where. their children are. What's going to happen to this. 2-month-old baby? His entire life, he's. lived in this detention facility, well, half of his life, I should say. He goes.

to hospital cuz he's unresponsive. You hear story after story like this, and like you said, it's the generational. trauma. It is the separation of the children. that the little girl was talking about. She has other children or other siblings. that aren't in ICE custody. What happens. to them? Who's taking care of them? And. the answer is this administration and. the people that support it don't give a. [ __ ] Whether it's a 2-month-old baby, a.

14-year-old girl, or you know, somebody. a 70-year-old person that's been here. their whole life. It is. so upsetting to me. I mean, I could cry. over it, it's so bad. >> No, it's it's horrific. And when I think. about how Fox News plays such a huge. part in demonizing. immigrants. And then I think about as an. interior designer for 25 years, I spent. all of my career on job sites around. immigrants. It's why I know how to cuss.

in Spanish. Why I told Megan Kelly. chinga tu madre. puta because I hang out with all these. guys on job sites. And I've always seen. immigration as such a net positive. I. this whole mindset of people that are so. cruel to towards immigrants, I don't. understand it. But my god, have I been. around it. My god, have I seen so many. white people that are so critical of. immigrants. Yet, they're the first at. the Mexican restaurant. They're the. first to exploit labor. They're the. first to say, "Oh, I've got some.

Mexicans that can come over here and. paint it." Or "I've got some Mexicans. that can do my yard." Like they're their. little like they own them. And these are. the worst. humans among us. And it's just something. that we're going to have to consistently. in the aftermath of this and in the. resistance of this, we're going to have. to call out these people. These people. that have no problem dehumanizing little. kids. And it it go The rot in this is. big. The rot in this is really big in. American culture.

Judge Tan a Lynn ruled ICE medical. neglect turned detention center into. unconstitutional punishment. A Filipino. detainee who begged for hospital care. for months lost part of his foot after. delayed treatment and denied. antibiotics. And that's what I think, bronchitis, this little boy, this man. lost his foot. We've heard of women that. have miscarried. in these facilities. They're being. denied medical care because they're.

being treated as worse than animals and. while you have Randy Fine bitching about. no dogs in New York. I bet he gives his dog antibiotic, but. they're so willing. to turn no medical care and turn on. people and not give them any empathy. It. is. absolutely not surprising, but it is. like you said, it's a huge rot. >> And I this is going to get worse because. they're spending billions of dollars now. to acquire warehouses. And these.

warehouses are going to be for storing. human beings. And a lot of scholars I. think would probably refer to these as. concentration camps where they are going. to concentrate people. And you have to. remind people at these moments that. Hitler went after not just Jewish. people, but people who were not loyal to. him, gay people, um. people that tried to hide and or protect. and advocate for their Jewish neighbor, they also too were sent to these camps.

I mean the. big bulk of it were obviously Jewish. people, but this administration. and particularly this leader campaigned. on something that has always been uh. whispered in the Republican Party. They. always put on this facade of decorum. But they cannot stand open-minded, critical thinking, educated uh. liberal democracy. They don't like it. And they when I say liberal democracy, they don't even understand what that. means. They think I'm talking about.

liberal versus conservative. They don't. even understand the historical thing. about being in a liberal democracy. But. I read online and I thought this is. really good. It's that uh Sarah Longwell. uh from The Bulwark. And she uh posted. that Democrats that are campaigning. right now, instead of saying we have to. defend democracy, they should take the. word democracy out and just put in. America. We should defend America. We should. defend our rights and not uh and I. thought that was really good messaging.

Germany was talking about ICE and ICE. raids and what they're doing to people. in the United States.
