IHIP News: Gavin Newsom COLLAPSES in Career-Ending Interview and BASHES LGBTQ+ Constituents!
Donald Trump's regime is a crime. syndicate, full stop. He is an absolute. criminal. When you vote and elect a. convicted felon, it's not that big of a. jump to know that then he's going to do. more crimes while he's in office, especially with the immunity ruling from. the Supreme Court. So, that's what. they're going to do. I could stand I. could sit here every day and say Donald. Trump did something immoral. He broke. the law. He is double-dealing. He's. enriching himself. Rinse repeat. This is.
going to go on every single day. So, my. focus is what can we do to stop it? What. is the opposition? So, I look to the. Democratic Party. The Democratic Party. appears to be divided into two factions. You have the pro-corporations, the Democrats that service corporations. first, and the people secondarily. And. then you have the Democrats that support. the people and the workers first. Period. And that's it. And the Democrats. that refuse to throw any group under the.
bus. And why won't they throw any group. under the bus? I'm going to put it. really simply to you, not super deep, because they're not dicks, all right? They don't try to grade human rights. They don't cherry-pick which black. people can have racist accusations. against them and which ones can't, which. immigrants are acceptable, which ones. aren't, which members of the LGBTQ+. people can have bigotry thrown upon them. and which ones can't. So, there was this whole thing after the.
2024 election. You heard a couple of. different solutions. The mainstream media and corporate. Democrats, their solution is run to the. center. And then a lot of other people were. like, "No, run to the people." And some people call. this progressive politics. And what I. have learned progressive politics to. mean, it is putting the people first, putting workers first, putting um. corporations not at the very, very top.
These corporations make salary-wise the. breakdown, they have gone like this, their wages. Workers have completely plateaued. And. when you ignore workers and you ignore. working-class people, you prime the psychological soil for a. lying, dementia-ridden psychopath to. come in. and appear that he is different from the. status quo. And people go and vote for. him because they're desperate for. change. And so, as we look forward, who are the.
leaders in the Democratic Party? I want. to talk about Gavin Newsom for a second. Gavin Newsom, governor of California, big state. Um Gavin Newsom used to be. the mayor of San Francisco, and he was. very, very great on LGBTQ+ issues. I. remember watching him years ago as um in. a you know, like in my 30s as a. progressive, lonely-hearted liberal in. Oklahoma. And I thought, "God, there's. this straight, good-looking heterosexual. man that just goes hard for LGBTQ+.
rights." And I was like, "He's been on. my radar for a long time.". And so, sadly, I think he's starting to. take advice from the Rahm Emanuels of. the world and from the DNCs, these corporate Democrats, and he's. starting to just move to the center, move to the center. He is adamantly. against a billionaire tax, which I just. think, "My. god, that's a layup right now. Tax the. billionaires. It is. not even remotely.
a liberal thing. It is a moderate. position from both parties. But here's Gavin Newsom as he continues. his death march to the center. Play the. clip. Now, that the Democratic Party. needs to be, dare I say, more culturally. normal. Stop. I believe that. And leave. that up. Culturally normal. I'm just curious, what is that? What is culturally normal? Because where I live, Governor Newsom, culturally normal.
is being a conservative Christian. Where. I live, culturally normal means I have. to submit. to my husband. That's what it means. here. Where I live, Governor Newsom, culturally normal means that if you're. gay and you're born into an evangelical. white Christian family, you need to live. your entire life in the closet. So, I'm. just curious. I need I need to know what. culturally normal is because I thought. we were a country.
of diversity and it's a free country. You might think, you know, Susie over. here seems like she might be a little. masculine, but it's not your business. because it's a free country. You might. think Bobby over here's a little light. in the loafers. It's not your business. He doesn't break the law. He seems to. pay his taxes. It's a free country. So, I'm just curious what culturally. normal is because that kind of changes. from state to state, from rural to. urban, suburban to, you know, right in. the heart of the city. What is.
culturally normal? I have no idea. So, this is This is an interesting. to use your word, when you were asked. about APAC, this is interesting. Interesting to be culturally normal. Interesting. Because if I were to be. culturally normal right now, I would not. have a job. I wouldn't have had a career. as an interior designer for 25 years. I. wouldn't have been able to support my. children while my husband struggled with. addiction and he had to go to rehab to. deal with that. I would have had to. submit to him. That's what's culturally.
normal in the Bible Belt. So, what. you're saying, Governor Newsom, is. breath takingly dangerous. and you're ceding ground to the. narratives that Republicans try to not. free people that mind their own business. that stand up for everything. You're. allowing their [ __ ] narratives to. define Americans and it is utterly. disgraceful. Continue.
Um less prone to spending. disproportionate amount of time on. pronouns, identity politics, more. focused on table top issues, things that. really matter, the stacking of stress in. terms of electricity bills and child. care costs and health care and obviously. housing costs. Uh and how easily we get. trapped in that, how I've fallen prey to. that. I mean, here I was laying out. front on marriage equality. I've fallen prey to that. I've fallen. prey to standing up to marginalized.
people. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? The. people that are obsessed with genitalia. and gay people are MAGA, period. You. sitting there and ceding ground to these. bigots, these MAGA bigots, is. disgraceful. Allowing their lies to. define your hard work that you did on. marriage equality. You should be playing offense and say, "Why do you give a [ __ ] what pronoun.
somebody uses? Why do you care? You. should be focused on affordability." But. I understand why you can't say that. right now because you're a corporate. dem. You refuse to tell these. billionaires in California, "Tough titties. Yeah, you're going to. have to pay a tax and if you want to. pack your toys up and move, do it. I'm. going to organize and we're going to. start a boycott of your company. That's. what we're going to do. Two can play at. this game." But no, you just cede ground. and cede ground. It's unbelievable to me that the. Democrats do not flip the script on.
this. Lindsey Graham wants to sit around. and talk about trans kids all the time. Why, Lindsey? Why are you obsessed with. children's genitalia. It's weird. Donald. Trump, why are you sitting around. talking about the size of Arnold. Palmer's [ __ ] Donald Trump, why are you. always talking about how hot men are? Why are you talking about men wanting to. kiss you? Donald Trump, why do you. constantly have to remind everybody that. you're a heterosexual? Donald Trump, why. did you try to give a microphone a blow.
job? Gavin Newsom, this is so incredibly. disappointing. >> [snorts]. >> It's so. devastating that you cede ground to. these bigots and you allow their. [ __ ] framework. to redefine you. I just think this is. political suicide. You don't have to. throw one person under the bus. What you. have to say, Governor Newsom, is I. refuse to sit around and talk about.
kids' genitals the way that MAGA does. They're weird. They're creepy. Their. obsession with gay people is fever. pitch, bizarre. I think we need to have. some psychologists look into it, but in. the interim, I'm going to be. laser-focused on equality and. affordability for everybody. And that. might mean a trans person. And that. might mean a Mexican. And that might be. mean a black person. And that might mean. somebody who uses they/them pronouns. You know why? Because I believe in. equality and I believe in universal. human rights. They're the ones that sit.
around and crash Grindr all the time. whenever there's a Turning Point or a. Republican convention. And then why. don't you just deep dive into Governor. Newsom? Just take a little gander at the. data of where all the trans porn is. consumed? It's on these uber red. counties. So, start playing offense and quit. defending the indefensible and allowing. these emotionally stunted bigots to.
define you. And cede ground like this. It's really. devastating. It's really gross. And here's a how I'm going to prove this. to you guys. We have found out that running to the. center doesn't work. Hillary Clinton did. it. She lost to this [ __ ]. Uh Kamala Harris did it. She lost to. this [ __ ]. Zohran Mamdani refused to run to the. center. He refused to do it. He took on the.
billionaires that Gavin Newsom defends. He took on the Democratic establishment. which Gavin Newsom appears to go and. crowdsource to get advice from. And he won. And he's a mayor now. And. he's the most popular politician. America. His favorability is higher than. any other politician right now. And. look at what's happening in Maine. Maine. is a blue state that has had a red. senator forever because it is a moderate. state. Susan Collins. and a guy named Graham Plater who is.
progressive, who is for the people. refuses to throw any group, any American. under the bus to score cheap political. points with bigots. Let's look at this. polling of how Graham Plater's doing in. a Senate race. Here we go. New poll from the University. of New Hampshire. Democratic primary Graham Plater at 64%. Janet Mills who is the current sitting. governor of Maine is at 26%.
40 points. 40 points the centrist. Guess who. endorsed Mills? Chuck Schumer. Chuck Schumer endorsed. Mills. Go ahead and put that back up. Sorry. And then we go to the general election. and we have Plater ahead of Susan. Collins by double digits, 11 points. Mills, the centrist Democrat endorsed by. the corporate Democrats. And then when. we get to Mills versus Collins, she only.
beats Collins by one point within the. margin. of error. So, this right here, leave this up for a. second. This right here, look at that. 38-point. disparity, you guys. He's. walloping the Democratic establishment. Walloping, just like Zoran Momdani did. And so, this to me, you guys, is everything that. we've been building. This echoes my own. personal political evolution that I've.
been sharing with you guys, that I. tended to have a steady diet of. corporate news. I viewed myself as. liberal and progressive, but I bought. into a lot of these corporate news. talking points. And I want a Democratic. Party that's better. I want a Democratic. Party that doesn't throw. people that are marginalized under the. bus. I want an affordability agenda that. is for everybody. I want a Democratic. Party that services the people first.
Period. Doesn't matter if you're trans, black, Mexican, Chinese, Somali, whatever. I want a humane, anti-war. Democratic Party that laser focuses on. equality and affordability for. everybody. And the candidates that are. doing that right now are winning. They're beating these corporate Dems. They are kicking their ass by double. digits. Period. And the centrist Democrats have got to. be a thing of the past. The centrist.
Democrats, this is a new thing. This is. a Citizens United thing. We as a party. have to return to a party that supports. the workers. Listener, every morning when I prepare. for I have news, I dive into my Ground. News Vantage plane, and let me tell you. why. Here's a headline example. Woman. killed by ice in Minnesota identified as. Renee Nicole Good. Okay, very important story. With Ground. News, I have found out that over 800.
outlets reported on this, but sorting. through that amount of coverage can be a. total nightmare because depending on. which outlet I'm looking at, I can get a. completely different and biased version. of events. But that's exactly why I use. my Ground News Vantage plan because with. Ground News, they're the best tool for staying. objective with my reporting on very. serious subjects like this. Here's a. prime example of this. The left with the.
headline I'm talking about, they have a. headline that says fatal eye shooting in. Minnesota reflects pattern of armed. confrontations nationwide. My Vantage. plan tells me this has a very high. factuality. Then another headline, crying quote fascism and its. consequences. This is about the killing. of Renee Nicole Good. It tells me this. is a right-leaning paper with mixed. factuality. Because I believe in Ground. News so much, we are offering you 40%.
off the same Vantage plan that I use for. my own research every single morning. Just go, click the link in the. description or go to. groundnews.com/ihip, or you can scan the QR code up here. It's one of the biggest discounts they. have ever offered. If you want to. support the channel and get a clear. understanding of the world, try out. Ground News. We've linked it right below. in the show notes, as well. And so, as we keep.
building and moving, you's you're going. to see a lot of Democrats that collude. with corporations. We recently found out. that Hakeem Jeffries, the uh minority. leader in the House of Representatives, that he. uh took $25,000 from Palantir. Palantir. gets. government subsidies. That's how they. operate. They have hundreds of billions. of dollars that they operate with. They. pay zero taxes and they get all of our.
data. And so there's another AI company. out there called Anthropic. And Pete. Hegseth wants a contract with Anthropic, but Anthropic has some morals about what. they're willing to do with the. Department of Defense. Go ahead and pop. this up, Kylie. The Associated Press is. reporting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. gives Anthropic a Friday deadline to. open its AI technology for unrestricted.
military use or risk losing contract. And uh Demi Ryder posts on Substack, "Not enough headlines are focusing on. that on the fact Hegseth specifically. wants Anthropic. to let robots roam and kill without. human oversight." So this is an. interesting thing here where you have a. corporation that is showing more morals. and more sense of humanity. than MAGA. Because what we've seen so.
far to date is that corporations bending. the knee to him or have the absolute. same moral rot that the administration. does. So this is a very interesting. development and we'll see if Anthropic. folds. Hopefully they do not. And then. let's put up this next headline. So Newswires reporting that Musk's AI. and Pentagon reach deal to deploy Grok. in classified systems and this is per.
Axios. And Melanie Derazio says, and. this is really super important analysis. from her. "Maybe we shouldn't integrate the AI who. called itself Mecha Hitler with our. classified military systems because its. owner donated 277 million to buy the. election for the current. commander-in-chief. And so, what I want to say here is that.
we live in a government right now where. Elon Musk is a white nationalist. He's a cheater. He wants to pay people. to go vote for Trump. You remember all. of that. Um he is a deadbeat dad. He's an. untreated drug addict. And he continues. to get rewarded. His AI machine. keeps getting lobotomies to say. lies and favorable things about Elon.
Musk that are completely not true. Like. one of the things it said is that Elon. Musk was more athletic than LeBron. James. It referred to itself as Mecha. Hitler. And he continues to get rewarded. This. is the guy who did the two Sieg Heils. And this is the guy who left California. and went to Texas. And so, in wrapping. this up to my intro video, Gavin Newsom, don't you think it would. be better. to take on the billionaires and say, "Do. you Do you not have any gratitude for.
California. and for Californians and for the. American public that helped you build. these companies? And isn't it a. patriotic thing to do to maybe pay a few. more percentage points in taxes? How. much money do you need, Elon Musk? How much money do you need, Peter Thiel? Why not call them out? Why not call. these people out? Call out the just. grotesque. greed,
the grotesque entitlement. But instead, it's been the knee. And. then you start allowing. these people, I mean, these oligarchs in. this administration. a scapegoat and then you allow. their narrative to become your. narrative. When the bully and the enemy and the. reason we can't have nice things has. never been immigrants. It's never been. trans people. It's never been pronouns. It's always been the billionaires. It's.
always been these corporations. And it's. so sad to see you get red pilled like. this. It's so sad to watch you commit. political suicide. I get no joy in. seeing a presidential frontrunner do. this at all. Throwing a community under. the bus to to score. cheap political points with the Ben. Shapiro's of the world is really really. devastating. All right, we're going to. keep an eye on all of this. Um, I don't.
know about you guys, but I don't think. the frontrunner has really appeared yet. I haven't found anybody out there that I. think, okay, this person's really going. to do what we need here, but I believe. that person is going to rise up and of. course I will promote the [ __ ] out of. it. But until then, it's so important that we not be like. MAGA. It's so important that we. criticize our own party, that we. criticize. presidential frontrunners, governors.
that are throwing marginalized people. under the bus. MAGA does it just because. they're dicks. Why are you doing it? Cuz you're a. political prostitute? Is that what it. is? Really pretty gross stuff. All right, like, subscribe, comment. I'll be back. later with more news. >> [music].
