convictions like for securities fraud. and things like that. Jack Burman, both. both of them used to run scams on trying. to frame officials uh in various. fabricated sexual assaults. I mean, and. so you got guys like this that are out. there pedalling this [ __ ] to people. And one thing I do know when you're. representing people is people are very. vulnerable when you're talking about. trying to get a family member out of. prison or trying to get someone out of. jail, like you're pulling all your money. together. And and to think that you're.

taking 300,000 to some scam artist, some. grifter who's maybe going to float it by. some influencer who's maybe going to try. to get you in front of Donald Trump like. he's going to give two [ __ ] about you. when it does trickle its way to him. because it doesn't have it doesn't. benefit him at all. and it's just a. scam. I think there was also a report. about this uh African-American rapper. that paid 600,000. uh and they refused to give him any. money back. And so all of this uh. unfortunately I I don't know that.

there's any way for you to get your. money back from these guys because these. people aren't lawyers that are doing. this. So they're not governed by the. same set of ethics that that we have. Um. and it's just it's just one of those. things. They're just praying upon people. praying. Will you speak to you you. talked about this a couple months ago in. an episode and I think it's really. important. So there are people that have. not been paid money that was owed to. them. They were cheated out of their. wages or cheated out of some settlement. where maybe you know they got cancer.

because of some product etc. And then. Trump is pardoning these cases, this. person, and then any form of restitution. that these people had is completely. wiped out. The system that is supposed. to protect them where they can go and. have recourse and go and seek um right. and wrong. Because when you're wronged, when somebody steals from you, when. somebody takes from you, you want to. have recourse. And this DOJ has removed.

that. This president has removed that in. favored criminals. Correct. >> That's right. On a lot of these a lot of. these criminal cases that are big high. dollar multi-million hundreds of million. dollars where President Trump steps in. and pardons someone for fraud, let's say. stock, uh some sort of corporate fraud, and you have maybe a bunch of people. that own stock in the company that lose. money or or if it's someone's 40 401k or. retirement, they lose that as a result. of something. Well, by virtue of a. complete pardon, you can also wipe away.

any sort of money that these victims are. owed uh via his conviction, whether it's. a restitution order uh or or whatever. And so, that's another aspect of this. And so, the thought that they stand up. there and preach about fraud, and I. think we're going to get to another. portion of this here shortly, that shows. the depth and level of the fraud. associated with President Trump and the. fact that he does not prosecute white. collar cases. Now, it just is not their. policy at the Department of Justice to.
