Our Nudist Encounter

we went to Death Valley and ran into. some nudists let's talk about. that good mythical morning sometimes. when you're guys like us and you've got. a lot of things going on you got this. show that you bring to the people you. you you've got another Channel you've. got a wife you've got children check. check check check check it check check.

sometimes you just need to get away got. it all with some guys get away from the. internet from the internet and that's. what we did recently uh our good friend. Nick who is kind of like he's into a lot. of stuff and he knows a lot of stuff. about a lot of things he's like are you. should have hobbies Sherpa yeah right. and he's gotten into this well he bought. an old Mitsubishi Montero that has all. this off-roading capabilities and he. started going to forums and you know. what happens when you go to forums oh. goodness relationships start you start. talking to people who like to go out.

into places like Death Valley so he was. going to Death Valley he invited us to. go uh he had been before I heard the. report it seemed pretty exciting a as a. kid I would always play with trucks with. big wheels but the whole thing would be. about this small uh so I thought as as a. pseudo adult as I am iudo adult adult. Junior I thought I would simulate that. soft adult in real life yeah I I I don't. like saying I'm a full adult so here's. what we did we went out with a group of. four cars like a caravan of dudes doing.

I guess what is best called overlanding. and this is when you essentially go on a. path that looks like you might want to. hike it or each maybe take a donkey on. it and you take a very well equipped. off-road vehicle over these rocks and in. these places that you wouldn't think. that a car could go yeah it's like very. intense hiking while seated in a truck. and let me tell you we had an incredible. time we drove into a mine we drove into. these Canyons we walked in a Slot Canyon. we camped a couple of nights absolutely. Ely incredible experience highly.

recommended to all people saw a scorpion. Nick was stung by some sort of flying. insect perhaps it was a wasp I don't. know you know we were living on the edge. sometimes literally but the most I was. going to say the most dangerous thing. that happened to us no the oddest. weirdest thing most uncomfortable moment. of the trip happened the first night was. when we stopped at a clothing optional. Camp so um I mean Nick told us that uh.

you can get there'll be a hot shower. there but he didn't go into details. about how everything was set up we just. kind of had to taking it so uh in. daylight with no people in the shot I. took some pictures of the hot springs. which is flowing into like a hot tub. just out there in the middle of the. desert just wide open and then just a. little ways over there is a shower head. which is fed from the same Hot Springs. right there and to put this all into. perspective okay we're in the middle of. this huge open desert Valley with.

mountain ranges all around as far as the. eye can see just totally desolate and. then there's this that the hot springs. that's a natural hot springs and they've. piped it into all these other places and. there's like little stands of palm trees. but in general this is just totally open. okay just totally open see everything. every angle so we're told that this is a. clothing optional uh area of of the. world but we don't we took the option of. wearing clothes as we arrived I want to. go and say that our option was as we. drive in we'll be clothed and it was.

very dark when we got there uh we saw. some tent set up some other people not a. whole lot of people didn't see any naked. people but even if we had if if if there. were naked people there it was I mean we. couldn't see anything when we showed up. it was totally black well if the. headlights hit someone who's if the. headlights hit some headlights then we. may have right yeah or tan lines there's. some things might might pop wider than. others depending on your nationality um. but we did not see any um interesting we. did not see any nakedness and um you.

know we knew there was the hot tub there. cuz we were told about it but if if. you're going to Wi in Rome well get. naked it I think that's the same it was. Death Valley um now if you're presented. with the option of getting naked and. getting in a hot tub at night when it's. under the cloak of Darkness or waiting. until the broad daylight of the next day. which would you choose of course you. would choose to just wait until the next. day get up and let it be broad daylight. so that's what we did yeah and I got to. say that really wasn't the plan even.

though I made up my mind as I heard. clothing optional that I was going to. take the option of being nude I was just. like experience I haven't done this. before you know I want to have stories. to tell my kids about and and my. grandkids but we weren't comfortable. doing it but we had decided to do it the. the three of us so we walk across the. camp uh with a towel and some clothes. still on us but when we get close I see. some people and they had clothes on yeah. yeah it wasn't like there was just. people just nude walking around I'm. sorry no hippies with nothing on just. running around everywhere I saw some.

campers nobody naked yet we get there to. the to the to the hot tub and kind of. look around no one's in it no one's. around all right let's do this well and. there's this moment that you're standing. up and there's clear lines of sight to. all kinds of tents and situations and. campfires yeah and uh you you know you. you just kind of drop your draws I mean. that's what I did and there's a moment. there before you get into the hot tub. that you're exposed to the elements and. to the world and you just have to own it.

and so disrobed and all three of us kind. of make eye contact this is an important. thing when you get into a hot up with. some guys that you know ey on eye eye on. eye so if there's eye contact it's eye. on eye so it's just like ey you know. take off the clothes and then kind of. sit down into the hot tub and you just. keep the eye contact so we're sitting. there and uh you know playing it cool. we're talking about other things like. Wow first of all the water was. 107 out of the ground right it was very. clear though it was not muddy in any way. which I would have preferred that if it.

was a little foggy and so we're uh very. clear we're lounging there I only made. eye contacts I wouldn't know how clear. but seemed pretty clear lounging there. and uh and then all of a sudden that the. showers behind us uh I'm looking this. way and Nick. says there come some people and that is. the moment that I had to make a decision. and I got to admit I chickened out as. soon as you said here come some people I. said I think I'm going to get in the. shower.

which so R Rett hops out and hi Tails it. away to the shower which is a little bit. of brush cover there but you got I mean. I got toit I walk to the shower naked I. mean I just kind of Mose it on over but. now we did take simulated pictures of us. naked at the shower but these were done. post Rhett just took his shirt off and. there's no actual water running yeah cuz. he still had pants on um so then I look. over at these people coming towards the. hot tub and um it's two old men yeah uh.

with towels white hairs and only towels. here white hairs here and the towels are. just thrown over their. shoulders and then so Nick and I are. talking all of a sudden the guys come in. and the guy the guy could have gotten. into the pool anywhere but he decides to. get in the pool right next to me yeah. like literally he was like this close. and like I see there's a young man it's. like he could have adult Junior I'm. going to sit next to him I felt like he. was this close to grazing my ear with.

some part of himself and he gets in and. sits down beside me and then the other. guy walks around and comes down right in. front of me and Nick and I are kind of. just going for the eye on eye contact. and I've got a nice view of this I'm. over there I'm shampooing at this point. you know it's pretty Primal first of all. to take a shower in the desert naked and. I'm taking a shower I'm looking over. there I'm like well I'm kind of I mean I. am taking a shower out here but I'm glad. that I'm not in the hot tub with those. old men so you boys get get in last. night late you're the ones who drove in.

yes sir we did and you know had some. small talk yeah it wasn't that awkward. at all wasn't it no pun intended and um. it was very awkward for for me mentally. and um I couldn't wait for you to get. out of the shower so I could go get in. the shower well but then I had to walk. back over to the hot tub and there was a. bench right next to the hot tub where my. clothes were and I I was just like I'm. going to keep rolling with this but I. but I did wear the towel back over but. then I took the towel off and and got. back into my clothes you know couple. feet from the hot tub and that was when.

it kind of hit me that I was like you. know what I'm glad that I did this but I. would not like to make this a lifestyle. Choice MH uh I prefer clothes I like the. way they hug my body uh I like the way. they keep me comfortable and the way. they obstruct uh people's view of your. private parts that's that is that's. pretty cool that's a cool thing about. clothes is how it obstructs people's. view of your private parts but just. before we left uh we did happen we start. by and we said okay well let's take a.

picture of this nice area the lwh hot. springs it kind of looks like the Garden. of Eden down there yeah another one and. so let's play a quick game I took this. photo see if you can spot the naked. person I think I see him there he is. pretty easy to spot another naked old. man so it what it's that's all that was. there yeah so you know don't get naked. old men if you go to the hot springs in. Death Valley uh there'll be a bunch of. naked old men if you want to get to a. hot tub with them feel free to maybe. shouldn't be on a brochure a travel.
