It's time for Where in the World Do These International Wraps. Come From? We'll be tasting wraps from around the world and throwing darts at the map to. register where we think they're from. Chase will do the measurements. That's right. Hi, it's me, Chase, the golden gift wrapped cartographer. Because the best present, is my presence. Oh. Is it now? Look at that word play.

Not arguing with that, Chase. We got our first one right here in front of us. It is indeed a wrap. It's got tomatoes on it, Link. But I think that's part of it. It's, it's about to not be part of it. Just let me see what I can do. That's gyro meat. It seems to me that it's onions. What kind of sauce we got? Woo. It's like a honey mustard. Very sweet. Very good.

Not a cucumber. Nope. Tzatziki sauce. Hmm hmm. So that's different. He likes it. Definitely onions though. He being me. Hmm. I gotta get another bite, I'm sorry. I like it too. I need to be alone with this thing. Gyro meat is one of those things that, was, you would think that we wouldn't. have it in childhood, but we did because places like Tasty Freeze and local,

like very localized burger joints. They had Gyro. Would have Gyro wraps. At tasty freeze? At places like that growing up, but. I don't think tasty freeze, 'cause I feel like I would've known about that. I knew about this from a young age now I didn't know what was in it, but I loved it. I mean lamb. I mean lamb. Of course this may not be lamb. We don't know yet.

It tastes like your average Gyro meat, which I enjoy. You're throwing first because you won last time, and I need to hear what you gotta say. And why wouldn't I just throw it to Egypt? It's, you know, I mean, I know, it's the closest to countries where. this would've, uh, uh, uh, arisen. However. This kind of thing has really made its way out of the Middle East. It's made its way everywhere and I think it has something to do with.

this very specific sauce, that, you're right about how sweet it is. You don't think it's just honey mustard? Well, it's not yellow enough. It isn't yellow enough. What is that? It's almost translucent. Like Mayo. I feel like, look at that. This is, it comes from the Middle East and then as it headed a certain.

direction, it became something else. And the question is, is that as it went towards Australia, or is that as. it went towards Ireland and Iceland? Hmm. And I think it's, as it went towards Ireland. And I don't know that it's just the Irish blood in me. Okay. He thought he was Scottish, so he doesn't know jack. Okay. That's pretty close. I think that there's one country where they take something that's good and then.

they make it really, really good, from my personal experience having gone there. It's also a continent. Hmm. Because they can't make up their mind. Australia. Now, it's way over there. Good guess. Oh, thank you, Chase. And when I start to talk about Australia, it makes me nervous that it might be Canada. Boy, I wanted to, I, I listen. I wanted to go to Australia, but it's such a risky move.

I know, but I could really put you on your heels. And you also get the advantage in this particular, uh. Time that we're playing this game. I'm gonna split the diff between Egypt and Australia. Mm-hmm. Ma, ma. Mauritius. Mauritius. Mauritius. Mauritius. Mauritius. Mauritius. I practiced with all of these words beforehand. Okay. Okay. Iceland.

Right there. Alright, Chase. Alright. Let us know. You just ate Halifax Donair. While variations on Turkish doner kebabs are popular all over the world. Mm-hmm. This particular one is set apart by its signature sweet sauce made. with sweetened condensed milk. The result of its Greek immigrant inventor adjusting his kebab recipe to suit the. local tastes of Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia, which is a province of Canada.

You should have done it Link, you should have done it, but you didn't. Canada? Oh, sorry. I was trying to keep your measurements under wraps. Uh, Rhett, you had 35. Link, 59. Oh. Could have been worse. Mm, yeah. What do we have here? Whoa. Is that a egg roll? Well, I'll cut you a part. Oh, thank you. It looks fried. We've got rice, chicken.

Fried chicken. And what looks to be like a cinnamon twist from Taco Bell on the, on the outside. And then a dipping sauce, which looks like curry. Good Lord. Oh. So good. Oh my God. There's already some of that curry sauce in it. What in the world, where has this been, Link? It needs to be in our lives and mouths constantly.

I just dropped a bunch of it in the thing. Hmm. Hmm. It's hot. It's interesting, the fact that it's got that sweetness on the outside. Yeah. What's going on there? This is novel. Cinnamon, well, it's salty. That is not cinnamon. You're right. You're right, Link. It's only savory.

Gonna eat more, I'm gonna eat more in a second. Good God. But I guess I'm gonna go first. I do think it's deep fried. Mm. That's one of the better things I've had. This month. I'd say in 2026. Yeah. It's hitting a lot of things that I like. Fried chicken, curry. Rice, form factor, burrito form factor. Crunch. I have a guess. We cannot forget. I'll make it.

We can't do what we do, which is love something, and then just forget that we ever. loved it and never, never have it again. Well, how am I gonna get that again? Unless I get the Mythical kitchen to make it. I guess. You know what? We can throw our weight around. I guess I'm gonna have to go back to the homeland of Ireland to get one. Because, you know that Indian food has really made a name for itself. over there on the British Isles.

I mean, I guess technically, I know that Ireland is not British, but is it. considered one of the British Isles? I mean, it's an island. I don't know. I, I feel like I should know the answer to that question. I know it's not part of it, but. I'll talk, I'll talk to family about it. I have a lot of relatives in Dublin. Is there cheese in it? There, I, I'm just saying that like I know that Indian food has made its way to. Ireland and this feels like an iteration on it 'cause it's a little bit fusion with.

a burrito and I don't know that thing on the, I, I have no better guess than that. So I'm gonna try to get closer to Ireland than I did last time. Something just fell outta my hair. Oh yes, that was Chase doing something to me. I thought I got wrap in me. I was just ribbing you. We are eating so much of this. Yeah. Cancel lunch. I don't think it's Ireland, I mean. You went to Ireland.

And I never saw that. Never saw anything like that. I mean, it could be South Africa. Could be. Because there might be something else in that curry that we're just not picking up on. Oh man. And the spice is there. I'm picking up what it's putting down, I'll tell you that right now. Uh, is Egypt just a safer guess? It could also be Australia. I want to eat more of it right now, but I'm.

This could be Australia. It definitely could be. Because. I'm gonna eat a little bit more while you think. This could be a fusion thing. It could be like a chicken curry egg roll is what they would call it. Oh, you, uh, you're onto something there. I'd go for Australia, if I were you. I'm losing too much. Well. That might be the reason to go take a chance. Yeah, it might be. Australia is a good guess. No, I'm thinking Egypt. You haven't been to Egypt.

No, I haven't. All right. I'm gonna go on the Australian side of Egypt. Okay. Well he did that. You just had a Spice Bag Wrappo consisting of salt and chili chicken, rice, and. curry sauce, all wrapped together. I have had a spice bag. It's, making it a portable version of the spice bag, a popular item at Chinese.

takeout places throughout Ireland. I stayed up late and we were like, we're gonna go get one of these spice bags. But this is not a spice bag. Hold on, you've literally had this. No, no, no. It was a bag with, with, um, fries in it and fried chicken pieces. This is an evolution of the spice bag. All right, Link, you had 23. Rhett, 4. I got scared for a second.

Thought he had a gold chain. I got a flat one, Link. I'm just here for the wraps now, I guess. No. Yeah, look, you have a big advantage you can use. A disadvantage, you can use it. It's gushy. Whoa, what is flavor. Flavor's something that you experience when you taste things? Careful. Hot. Is it hot?

It's spicy. It's not, hold on. It's not hot temperature, just eat it. You got it. Judge on me. No, don't spit it out. Think about the cultural insensitivity of spitting it out. once you've got it in your mouth. Oh, I'm just wiping my mouth 'cause I got some on the outside. Ooh, that is spicy. Oh God. I just didn't. Big beans. Hoo. Lemme take this 'cause I need all the help I can get.

I'm opening this and I'm not letting you look at it. Oh. I can see it. You can see it. It's got big peppers in it. Oh, good gosh, it's so hot. That's good. I love it. I love it. It's like, I feel like I've been a bad boy and I just punished myself. Woo. Unusual, wouldn't you say? I am going to use my advantage. I've got to do whatever I can to try to claw my way back into this thing. All right, so you have the wrap wall.

Okay. And I'm gonna have you hold this up. Closer to you. And then r needs to throw through it. I'm throwing through paper to get the map. Throw through the paper. Well, this feels a little unfair. To get to the map, so you can't even see it. It's a disadvantage, it's not unfair. It's, it makes it harder for you. Yeah, but I mean, I don't even, I can still, he hit the board. If you don't hit the board, I'll, I'll let you attempt it again. Oh, thank you for that. Um.

Well, lemme just figure out what place I do think I would want to go. Yeah, let me help you with that. Hmm. Here I'll help too. Well, by memory, I know that there's that island country, Mauritius. Mauritius. And then there's Bolivia. Is spicy, and it's got beans in it, so that may, and it's got hot peppers in it. So that makes me think we're in Bolivia and there's also, that's a tortilla,

that's just a regular old tortilla. So I think it's Bolivia, but that doesn't really help me. Now I need to be able, I, I feel like I need to, I gotta look at the map. and then sit down and not see the map. I just feel like I gotta No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Sit down and see the map. Okay. Hold on. Lemme get this in, in the, i I want you to, I'm gonna throw it so hard. I might accidentally hold onto it, and it's gonna go right in your ear. Do not do that.

Hold on, let me, I think I do need to kind of go in the same plane as the map. I think that's gonna do it. I really gotta get it. I mean, that's paper man. And I think I need to raise it up a little bit There you go. There you go. Are you ready? Yes. Whoa, whoa. Man, that thing, you went right through there. Oh, it didn't even slow it down. It didn't slow it down at all. I aimed high, I shouldn't have done that. You're going for Iceland, which.

I'm gonna enjoy this. And Chase, if you want to have some fun, you can hold that up, uh, for me to throw through it. Like this. Yeah, dude. No, thank you. I think this is South Africa. This is, there's something about the tortilla itself. It's good. The stuff inside, I think it's a vegetarian dish, very. No meats. It's got some, some mush that I feel is.

from Africa. Could be Egypt, but I have to go all the way to South Africa to try. my best here to get back into this. Oh yeah. Come on now. Chase, do me a solid. Squat down and give it to me. You just had Roti Chaud. Roti is the name used for flatbreads in Indian influence cultures, and.

Chaud is the French word for hot. So this dish translates roughly to hot bread in the multilingual East. African Island nation of Mauritius. Mauritius. Mauritius. Oh, am I back in this? It definitely helps. You're very close. You're very close, and I'm actually glad I didn't get close to Bolivia. Rhett, 39. Oh. Link, 9. Yeah. Okay. Alright. I need it. Okay, we have an odd one here, um.

It's wrapped in a way that is unpick-upable. We've been told that we should just cut and eat. I'm trying to peek in here. Well, you've peeked. So, so inside of here we've got some minced meat, some sort of looks like an egg yolk. Is that a shrimp? And then some sort of. We've really done it, Link. Oh, we're, it's like uncovering. There's some noodles. A hiding baby in a bed.

That's what I was thinking. When I was a little boy, I used to hide in under the covers in the. bed at my Nana and Papa's house. I saw a video, this woman, goes into this bedroom. She starts pulling back on the covers, and you think she's gonna. like uncover her lazy husband. And she uncovers like 50 chihuahuas. Has anybody seen that? No. No.

I can believe it though. You know, our dogs have chihuahua in them. My dogs love to burrow to the bottom of the bed. Digging in the darkness, I call it. Wow. He's got a bigger bow. No, he's been, he's been wearing that the whole time. Yeah. Oh. You just didn't look down. And I thank you for that. Um, anything, it could be anywhere. Well, that's not true. It's gotta be an Asian country or a place where this is taking hold.

Because you got. Yeah. I mean, I have some ideas, so speak freely. This pork, it tastes like that, um. Larb? Uh huh. Yep. Which, that's a Thai dish. Yeah, it's, it is Thai like with the. So. With the carrots, the crunchy. Now you've been to Thailand? Yeah. Apparently I go places and learn nothing.

You're a well traveled man. Mm-hmm, yep. You've been to Thailand, Ireland, and Japan. I don't go. All places that end in, land. I don't go anywhere for the food apparently. I, I, I go for the adventure, I go for the. And I would be all about the food. I gotta go, man, I got to go. It's kind of obvious though, if you're gonna go with Thailand, I mean, well, I. mean, I've got a little bit of a lead here. I've gotta try to do it.

And Thailand is the little, the big peninsula coming down there, right. Below China. That's it, right? You've been. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, that's it. That's it? Yeah. That's it. Okay. Here we go. Yeah, aim for that. 'cause that's definitely it. Okay. Oh, I think, I mean, he's in the right vicinity, but the. only way for me to win is to be. Closer. A lot closer, more than 13 closer. And that's problematic here. I don't know if there's a way forward here.

I have to go a little further away, so that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna go more east like. Whoop, didn't do it. Okay. At least I'm gonna save face, I think. You just had Khao Phan Phak. A dish of vegetables and egg wrapped in a thin steamed rice sheet, particularly. popular in the Laotian influenced cuisine of Northeastern Thailand.

Oh, man. There was no way to get out of it. Rhett, you had 4. Link, 5. Ooh. And that's a wrap. Okay. And you know what. That means you win Rhett. And what do I get to do in Good Mythical More. You get to be an international rap god. Yes. You know how I love to do that. Oh, he gets to rap? I'm glad he won, if that's the case.
