The Democrats are very unhappy. apparently because the White House is. planning a $2.8 billion bomb sale to. Israel. Representative Meeks said this. He's a Democrat. Uh the Trump. administration has not provided. sufficient assurances that these weapons. will be used by the Netanyahu government. in accordance with US law. I therefore. will not clear the sale at this time. This decision does not diminish. congressional support for Israel's legit. legitimate defense needs. Very. interesting. He's making it very clear. he doesn't trust the Netanyahu. government, but trying to say that they.
