EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE: A Crazy Thing Happened On The Way Back From The Hospital. | Ep 385
All right, you guys. Happy Wednesday. You know, people keep finding these. clips, or rather what we are to imagine. are biblically based sermons where in. Yankin Bankin Franken Turk keeps calling. me out. It's really not very nice. I'm. only a few weeks away from giving birth. Frankie, where are your manners? And I. might caution you because a dear friend. of mine once said this. Don't mess with pregnant Candace Owens.
>> I'm just saying ladies and gentlemen, it. is the eve of Charlie's death. anniversary. For one full year, we have. kept the candle burning for him for the. person that Charlie actually was, who he. truly was, the person that they have. tried to systematically recreate uh in. the image of BB Netany and Yahoo or. someone. We prevented that from. happening. Something that we are very. proud of, by the way. And today we are. going to continue to go max with more.
neverbeforeseen footage from September. 10th. Welcome back to Candace. Okay, some some housekeeping right at. the top because we always aim to be. accurate and if we are not, we want to. correct it. We wrongly identified one.
member from Charlie's security team on. September 10th. This individual who we. initially named as Chester Barnes, someone that we thought was working with. Integrity Solutions, uh he is seen here. in the hat and plaid shirt left side. You can see we renamed him Uh, that. person is not Chester Barnes as we. previously named. Thanks to our tips. inbox, we can correct the record. The. person is actually Derek Pepper, goes by. Pepper Williams. Derek Pepper Williams, a former Navy Seal who worked in Naval.
Special Warfare Operations. Uh, once he. retired from the Navy, he went on to. work for PGL as a government defense. contractor. Now, PGL for the uninitiated like me. stands for perimeter global logistics. They specialize in global freight. shipping, over the border shipping down. in Texas where he is based. And it is it. could be relevant that they do this on. behalf of the military. That's why they.
have a contract with the government, specifically with the Department of. Defense. the same department that we. have learned is oddly married to the. Charlie Kirk assassination in ways that. we didn't expect, instructing. influencers to attack me over our. investigation. And I want you guys to know this, the. global shipping angle is not something. to ignore in this story because Pepper. Pepper Williams would be one of four.
people on the TPUSA team on the ground. on that day on September 10th, uh, whose. families were involved in the exact same. industry, global freight, trucking, uh, uh, all. around the world, global shipping. More. on that next week. I just want to sort. of put that bee in your bonnet, so to. speak, because today I want to stay. focused on old Frankenbank. Okay, so here's what I'll say. In my. career, a distinct pattern has emerged.
People who I have done absolutely. nothing to, people who aren't even on my. radar necessarily, will just one day pop. up out of the woodwork and they'll come. after me. And then they kind of, it. becomes kind of obsessive. It's like day. in and day out consistently, like it's. their job. And I always wonder when they. begin this unjustified pursuit like. figuratively knocking on my door every. day if they've ever run through the. possibility that I might be there like I. might just open that door. Like what are.
you going to do if I'm there once you. actually get my attention? I don't think. they think through to that step. I think. our most recent example of that truly. Andrew Wilson, I don't think he ever. considered the plausibility when he came. and knocking that I might answer. And we. watched all of that bravado evaporate. almost immediately. We watched somebody. with terrible posture, a shaky foot, doing all he could to escape my. basement. Well, that the foot was trying. to escape. The foot wanted to tell the. truth. Similarly, years ago, there was.
that Republican congressional nominee. for Maryland. No reason at all. Kim. Clay. She just kept coming for me all. over the internet. I was like supportive. of her mildly. I finally went, "What is. going on with this chick?" Looked into. her because I was going to respond and I. found out that she was like hiding the. fact that she was a whole stripper. Taking off her clothes. Nasty. Yet. talking about cleaning up the streets of. Baltimore. Now she's like in the group. of 92 obsessing over me. Her then.
husband was the manager of the strip. club. She then sued me for telling the. public. sued me for def defamation and. she subsequently lost that defamation. lawsuit and she had to pay me here in. Tennessee because we have anti-SLAP laws. gratefully. Anyway, have a lesson that I. have learned throughout my career is. that people who talk too much and it's. not prompted or warranted, they always. tend to have something to hide. And on. that topic, Pastor Frank Churick, he. most certainly was not on my radar. Go.
back, check the tapes. He wasn't on my. radar at all. At the beginning of this. journey, you will recall that I said. repeatedly that he appeared to be the. only person that reacted normally in. those immediate moments following the. explosive going off. He ducked down. He. appeared fearful. He appeared surprised, etc., etc. Uh, but then. Frank just kept talking. He was talking. a lot and it got peculiar because he.
kept talking about me. Take a listen to. Frank Turk. >> Candace has been saying a lot of things. uh that appear to have no evidence. behind them. Desh, I mean, there's. evidence for the Bible. Is there any. evidence for any of the things Candace. Owens has been saying, particularly. about our mutual friend Charlie Kirk? >> We've seen lies. We've seen accusations. And we've seen slander with no evidence. Yeah, I'm talking to you, Candace Owens. >> Do not assume that something is true.
just because Candace Owens asks a. question that suggested is true. >> This is spiritual warfare. This is. demonic activity. Yeah, I'm talking about Candace Owens. >> This poor woman has to wait for justice. while Candace Owens spews a whole bunch. of nonsense. and people are eating it up. Why so angry? What's going on there? Frank, why don't. you talk to me? By the way, I've offered. many times for you to come on the show.
Offer to go on your show, actually. And. it got me thinking, what is Frank. hiding? Like, Frank wants us to believe that he. was with Charlie in Arizona. He was in. the 48 hours leading up to his death. Uh, we are to believe that he went on. this walk with him on September 8th. because Charlie just needed debate tips, right? And that would just continue to. go on. Charlie's need suddenly to uh be. coached on how to debate. Frank would. then join Charlie the next day for that. now infamous Zoom call because Charlie.
desperately needed help with debating. from namely two Israeli officials at. 4:00 a.m. in the morning their time, a. Rabbi Wicki who was stateside, uh a Josh. Hammer, a Jewish man who thus far really. accomplished nothing in his life other. than being annoying and trying to hawk. his book on Charlie's death. uh off the. back of Charlie's death rather the same. Josh Hammer who was caught lying. profusely. I've never seen someone. caught [laughter]. lying in the way that he was caught. lying about Charlie's views shifting.
over Israel day in and day out he kept. saying oh no he never flinched until I. dropped the text message. We know Blake. Nef was also on that Zoom call because. what? He's some debating expert because. people look at Blake Nef and go, "Hey, I. really would like some social advice. from that guy." And of course, Andrew. Kovette because he's brilliant. I all of. these characters gathered on a Zoom call. to help Charlie Kirk, a literal boy. wonder, who was on the fast track to.
become president of the United States, who attended an X-Men school for the. gifted growing up. someone who had a a. higher IQ than all of them actually. But. yeah, we are we are to believe it. He. jumped on that Zoom call because he just. need to need to strengthen his. arguments. Okay. Let's just accept all. of that at face value. That two hours. after he announced he was abandoning the. pro-Israel cause, something that they. all felt the need to lie about, something that Andrew Kovat felt the.
need to give Tulsi Gabbard's office. following his death. that just two hours. after that, Charlie then felt the need. to have a pro-Israel Zoom call to be. coached by people who are dumber than. him. And during that call, he was. texting people that he was worried that. he was going to be killed uh the next. day. Okay, let's roll with the. narrative. The thing that I can't roll with, Frank, is the CPR story. The CPR story from the. next from the next day. Okay, I can't. accept that at face value. It's been.
bugging me for a while. The idea that. Brian Harpole, who has said multiple. times they did not perform CPR during. that extremely short ride over to the. hospital, was just distracted and didn't. notice that Frank Turk did. You just. consider the space. Consider them. telling us that Charlie was so long that. they had to leave the door open and his. legs had to hang out. But we're now. supposed to believe that they somehow. then shifted him or Frank Turk shifted. him by himself and nobody noticed and in.
just a couple of minutes he jumped on. top top of him and performed CPR. But. Brian was busy. Brian was just too busy. And yet Brian felt the need to actually. stress how he not only did he not. perform CPR, but that CPR would have. been against emergency protocol. Here is. what Brian Harpole said to Paramount. Not so tactical. Take a listen. Was CPR. being conducted during this time? >> You know, no, because um right now I got. to stop that bleeding.
>> Yeah. No, I I I I had heard conflicting. reports and I was a little confused by. that. Like we can't start doing CPR. before the bleeding stop. >> and and people don't understand that. >> prioritization of care, right? And so. it's like I've got to get that bleeding. stopped before and then I knew that we. were not that far from the hospital and. the human body cancept. I got to stop that bleeding. Yeah. >> You know, just got to stop the bleeding. And so that was my primary uh you know.
that's the the chief complaint from the. patient that I have right here. And so. I'm I'm going after that bleed control. trying to stop that. And um so we go to. the hospital. I'm just working him the. whole time um out of that out of the kit. and just putting him on. And. >> and then we of course know that he told. Shawn Ryan in the car crash interview. that Frank was praying in the back. He. didn't get involved. It was him and him. only actually in terms of providing.
emergency care. And yet miraculously, Frank Turk had a different memory. And. here is what Frank said regarding the. CPR. >> Brian is correct that most of the ride. we weren't doing any CPR. We couldn't do. CPR. We're trying to stop the bleeding. So no CPR was done. It wasn't until the. last say 30 seconds of the ride that I. thought to myself,
we got to be near in like eight or nine. minutes and he's not breathing and. there's no heartbeat. I've got to at. least try. It's probably gonna be. feudal, but I gotta at least try to. start his heart and get some air in him. So, I tried that for like 20 or 30. seconds at the very end of the ride when. we're pulling into the hospital parking. lot and we're yanking and banking our. way there. >> Yeah. And then he goes on to say that. Brian was just distracted. 30 seconds to.
seated CPR. I don't accept that Brian. was just distracted in the car and. didn't realize that Frank had hopped. over from the trunk and laid Charlie. down in a specific manner that he would. have to be laid down to begin performing. CPR. So, I had to ask myself the. obvious. If I believe Frank is lying and. that Brian is telling the truth, which. is what I believe, and I don't believe. it's just a discrepancy because Brian. said it across multiple interviews, then. I have to ask myself, why would Frank be. lying? just to be to write himself in as.
a hero. The answer I came up with in my mind is. because he needs to justify he needs to. come up with a reason as to why he. changed his clothes into surgical scrubs. because that's another bizarre fact of. the story. We're told that a hospital. willfully gave out surgical scrubs. And if there is in fact, and there would. be footage of Frank wearing surgical. scrubs, people would naturally wonder. why. Why was Frank wearing those scrubs?
I started asking myself, is Frank simply. getting ahead of the inevitability, the. questions that he knows knows are going. to come later about why he's wearing. surgical scrubs when everyone can see. that Frank jumped into the trunk of the. car and actually did not touch Charlie. And uh like I said, we were told by. Brian that he was just praying in the. back. All he was doing was praying in. the back. It's not even like he didn't. say he didn't do CPR. He didn't say the. way that Frank is like we we we we we. did this. We Brian said I I I I I.
He did not, like I said, even suggest. that Rick Cutler got involved. Rick. Cutler was just holding him because. Charlie's feet, they caught a tail. The. police came because Charlie's feet were. hanging out. Okay. Now, we know that Frank when he got to. the hospital, he immediately facetimed. Pastor Jack Hibbs that we had that. terrible interview um where uh Frank.
goes through great lengths to remind. Pastor Hibs that he Frank had blood all. over him. He's he's kind of leading the. uh question. He's kind of leading the. answer rather of like and I remember I. had all the blood all over me. It sounds. to me like he's again trying to publicly. justify why he changed into surgical. scrubs. Take a listen. >> I'm trying to remember the sequence of. things. I either got the first call from. you or from Mikey. It was one or the.
other. It was very, very close. I do. believe you were the first one. That was after we got to the hospital. >> Okay. Okay. Then I got the first call. from Mikey. >> cuz I was in the emergency room after we. got Charlie there. >> I remember I called you. >> I remember what you were saying. Yeah. >> Okay. So Mikey Mikey called. >> and he said. uh. he said, "Jack, get everyone in the.
world praying. >> There's so much blood. There's so much. It's. >> and he was beside himself as as you can. imagine. Mhm. >> Um, man, in that moment when I got that, I. didn't believe it. >> Then I FaceTimed you. I faced We were. talk. >> You. >> You saw I had blood on me. >> It seemed like that was Frank's memory, not Jack's. You saw that I had blood on.
me. Actually, if you go back and you. look all over the internet, there was. just one eyewitness that came forward. that we could find who claimed to see. them arriving at the hospital. And he. posted his testimony. I think it was way. back in September, actually. So, this. was long before Brian Harpole was making. the rounds publicly, uh, before anybody. was giving interviews, before there were. these alleged discrepancies that were. that were emerging in the public sphere. And the eyewitness claimed that he was. sitting in the parking lot eating his. lunch at Tempenogus and he described.
seeing a man get out of crucially. the trunk. Take a listen. >> And then I was parked right here. And when when they pulled in here, some. dude gets out in the back. Some dude's. in the back like of the SUV. He has like. a white hat on. And. >> he gets out from the uh I don't know. what the he's doing in the back. He's in.
No, not like in the back seat. He's in. the back like the the hatch of the SUV. opens up. Dude gets out. Driver gets out. He's bald-headed, dude. And then they're met by some people. right here. Then they threw well whoever's in the. back seat like on a. Um, what's that table they come they. throw your ass on and then wheel you in?
>> It's a gurnie. He is recalling Frank. getting out of the boot of the trunk. where we saw Frank get into. Now, if. that person is to believe if if that. account is accurate, that would suggest. that Frank actually never left the trunk. area during that short ride. So, it. would be a wonder as to how Frank. managed to get so much blood on him that. he would need to change into hospital. scrubs, which we then learned were. provided by Mikey. Another strange. development that the hospital staff. would just give them out that wouldn't.
just give them out themselves, like here. you guys go, that they instead give them. to Charlie's young assistant who arrived. later. But we shouldn't speculate, right? We aren't going to reveal to you. footage from inside of the hospital. Not. yet, at least. Rather, we're going to. show you some more never-before-seen. footage from September 10th that I think. will call into question the surgical. scrub narrative. Okay, this is Blake. Hariff. You will recall, I've showed you. Blake Heriff before. Um, he was a member. on Charlie Security detailed that day.
He was the one who slid across the table. and then actually just booked it to the. car. Blake did not help to carry Charlie. to the car. He went with Justin Davis, sprinted ahead to open the car. Um Blake. Hariff, this is important for you to. remember, he did not head to the. hospital with the rest of them in that. car. So him and Justin sprint ahead. Justin drives to the hospital, but Blake. Heriff stays behind. So um it's I'm. stressing this because I want you to. know as we go through this that Blake.
Heriff does not get any of Charlie's. blood on him. Okay? So for good measure, here is a still of him sliding across. the table. And I'm showing you this so. you can see his shirt. And here he is. running to the car ahead [clears throat]. and not laying a finger on Charlie. Take. a look here. We've shown shown you this. before. Okay, that's Blake. That's next. He's next to Justin. They get the car. front door open and then he sort of.
stands there. and then goes around and they're going. to bring Charlie into the car um without. his assistance. I'll let that play out. It's important. for you to see. There's no questions here as to what I. am saying and what I'm going to show. you. Thereafter, he comes around.
He gets into the boot. Frank Turk. Okay. And for extra good measure, because the. point I'm making is important, here's a. shot of him and his shirt that I'm. asking you to pay attention to after. Charlie's SUV pulled off. This is just. after the SUV pulls off. Here comes. Blake Hariff running and we get a very. clear good shot of his shirt.
without any blood on it. Okay, he's got. no blood in his shirt and they're all. wearing these little It kind of looks. like they're miked up, but everyone on. the security team, I think, is just. radioed in. Okay, Blake was clean. That's the point I'm making. He was. clean and he did not go to the hospital. in the bloodied SUV where you could make. any argument that he did CPR for 30. seconds at the very end. So, I would like to know, because I'm a. nosy person, how and why and when Blake.
Heriff, just like Frank Turk, put on surgical scrubs. By the end of the night, he's going to. be wearing surgical scrub. Hospital. surgical scrubs. Is that just weird? I want you to take a look at our guys. arriving back to UVU sometime after 8:30. p.m. that evening. And I'm going to. point to Blake Heriff, who will now be. wearing a Tempanog surgical scrub for a. top. Take a look.
There he is. and he is wearing surgical scrubs along. as you see in the corner there. He's. Brian Harpole. The person in the white. hat is not Frank Turk. That is uh. actually Rick Cutler and he's in headto. toe surgical scrubs. What's going on you guys? Justin Davis. is also wearing surgical scrubs up on. the top. The driver who did not touch.
Charlie, but hey, you could maybe make. an argument, right? What's going I I just Why is Blake. wearing surgical scrubs? He didn't touch Charlie while getting. into the vehicle. Neither Justin Davis, by the way. We can. give Justin Davis the benefit of a doubt. and assume. again just to give him the benefit of a. doubt that when they got to the. hospital, he touched Charlie. Dan Flood is also wearing surgical. scrubs, but we know he carried Charlie.
Rick Cutler certainly carried Charlie. and was in the vehicle. Frank Turk, he. seems to be suffering from a. discrepancy. He seems to believe he gave. Charlie CPR. Okay, we'll give it to him. Blake Hariff, by all means, please help me understand. why Blake Hariff. would be wearing surgical scrubs by the. end of the night. Where's everybody. getting all these surgical scrubs from? What goes on at Tanogus? help us sort.
through this information. What are we. missing? Tipponogus might be the nicest hospital. ever. Honestly, I kind of think they. should be investigated. Doesn't seem. like a hospital that's following the. hospital protocols that we're all. familiar with. I've never It seems like. a risk to just be handing out surgical. scrubs to everyone apparently uh for no. reason. Could you imagine if people. pretending to be doctors and surgeons. just going to the back? They're also. allowing Brian Harpole to jump on.
patients and cut their shirts. That. doesn't seem to follow protocol. They're. also allowed to start shouting at what. medications to give to somebody. Who is. this guy? Why are you here? And why are. they responding to Brian Harpole. telling them what medicines Charlie. would be taking? That seems weird. Also, why is he guarding the door? Who is this. guy? got a problem now with the tempo. This.
This seems very extreme. Were they just. being so nice that day? Did Blake feel. left out? Did Blake just want to put on. surgical scrubs? Cuz the team wanted to. match and he was like, "Oh, well, we. were all wearing plaid. Now we're all. wearing surgical scrubs." And when did. he put them on? That's what I want to. know. When and where did he put them on? And most importantly, why? Why? I'm a nosy person. I need to know. why. And also, while we are discussing this,
I. can't make out if that's Charlie's. jacket that Brian Harpole is holding in. this footage. Uh, let me know what you. think because they've all got these. brown bags, which I believe is holding. their clothes. Um, and I do see Brian. Harpole holding a jacket. Now it it. could be Charlie's. Let me know your. opinion. Let's watch this together.
There's Brian there holding. jacket. That's Alex Fria who he just hugged. That there in the corner in the white. hat. is Rick Cutler. Blake Gibson and surgical scrubs. That's.
who you see up in the top there. I just want to know what's going on. I don't know. I don't know about this. story about Mikey handing out surgical. scrubs. I did the did more security go. to the hospital? That certainly is. plausible that they just went later. Maybe, you know, as an afterthought, they went there. Why Why are we putting on surgical.
scrubs if we don't have blood on us? Frank, I just want to know. It's It's. just on my mind today. Figure I'd toss. out another offer rather than giving all. of these biblically based sermons about. Candace, who just wants to find out what. happened on September 10th, claimed to. be a friend of Charlie. I can just toss. out another offer for you to come join. me on my show or I can join you on. yours. We can talk through all this. stuff and you can make sense of all of. this stuff rather than shouting and. growing increasingly angry as the.
questions mount. And let me tell you, the questions are going to continue to. mount because we're barely getting. started here. We'll be right back after a brief break. All right, you guys. For 20 years, Pre-born has stood in the gap between. fear and hope. And this year alone, God. has used pre-born to save nearly 60,000. babies from abortion. Since Roie Wade. was overturned, the abortion industry. hasn't slowed down. It has actually. adapted. Women now face the decision. faster, more privately, and more alone. than ever. But every day inside a. pre-born network clinic, a woman sees.
her baby on an ultrasound and hears a. heartbeat for the first time. And. everything changes in that moment. The. chance for new life skyrockets. And this. year, that moment has led to thousands. of commitments to Christ. Proof that. pre-born isn't just saving babies, it's. saving souls as well. Right now, another. mother needs that moment provided to. her, and you can give it to her. Just. $28 helps provide one life-saving. ultrasound. $140 helps rescue five. babies, and all gifts are taxdeductible. So, if you'd like to give, dial pound.
250 and say the keyword baby. Again, that's pound250 baby. Or you can visit. pre-born.com/candis. Again, that's pre-born.com/candis. I also want to tell you guys about dose. because did you know that more than half. of the average American diet is made up. of ultrarocessed foods? Every day we are. eating foods that didn't even exist a. generation ago and we expect our bodies. to keep up with all of it. Your liver is. your body's daily filter performing more. than 500 functions every single day. And. when it gets overworked, you absolutely. feel it. You might wake up tired even.
after a full night's sleep, feel bloated. after meals, or notice that you're just. generally more sluggish, foggy, and not. quite yourself. A lot of people chalk. that up to getting older, but feeling. that way should not be something that. you accept. That's why I take Dose for. your liver. Dose is a highly absorbable. liquid supplement that's taken in a. daily 2 oz shot that tastes just like. fresh orange juice. It's a plantforward. formula that's clinically backed to. promote liver function and cleanse the. liver of unwanted stressors that may be. slowing it down. People who take Dose. consistently report less sluggishness, fewer midday crashes, better digestion,
and even less bloating. New customers. can save 35% on their first month's. subscription by heading to. dosedaily.co/candis. and entering code candace at checkout. Again, that's dosedaily.co/candis. for 35% off your first month. subscription. And I have been telling you guys about. Pure Talk and I have to tell you that I. recently switched my cell phone service. to them. Generally love having them as a. wireless provider. From work to family. to everything in between, my phone has. to work when I need it. So reliable.
service is important to me. I love that. Pure Talk gives me the coverage and. unlimited data that I need without. making my cell phone bill ridiculous. In. fact, in a recent industry survey, Pure. Talk was the only wireless company to. receive five stars in every category. That's coverage, support, value, and. data. And now, until the end of this. week, Pure Talk is offering unlimited. data for just 15 bucks a month for your. first three months. After that, unlimited data starts as low as $34.99 a. month with no contract. If you're tired. of paying too much for your wireless. service, I really think you should check. them out. Head to puretalk.com/oens.
to make the switch. Again, that's. puretalk.com. Something else I'm going to mention to. you guys today is there is a doctor uh. at Temponogos Hospital who worked on. Charlie. I'm not going to name the. doctor today, but we have learned that. there was allegedly a disagreement uh. during or immediately after the surg. surgery where this doctor felt the need. to recuse himself and completely remove. himself from the situation altogether. I.
mean, he asked to have all of his name. his name removed from anything to do. with it off all of the records and. anything that was related to what. transpired on September 10th. He apparently uh is in a weird state. about whatever went down. He is, I am. told, out of character in that regard. and gets very uncomfortable and weird. when anybody asks him about what. happened which led to him recusing.
himself. from the operation room, wanted to be. removed from all paperwork. Why would. that be? Just putting that out there. We. are gonna follow up on that story, but I. wanted you guys to know that Hipponogo. seems like a weird place. Very weird. place. [snorts] Uh, now I want to talk. to you about this Panguitch receipt. So, Andrew Wilson, when he came here, obviously was not sent to debate me on. the evidence in the case. That's why he. lost so brutally. He was sent to try to. entrap me in a lawsuit via out of. context clips, trying to get me to say. something defamatory on record. Uh, he.
was also sent to defend Israel and Erica. because that seems to go hand in hand. And lastly, and most obscurely, to. demand that I remove the Penguish. steakhouse visit from our official. timeline. He was really up in arms about. that official timeline. I mean, totally. bonkers, very random. Now, to refresh. your memory, we had covered the story of. Tyler Robinson's alleged visit to the. Cowboy Smokehouse back in January of.
this year. It was literally January 6th. when we covered this. We were not the. only ones, by the way. Uh, so this was. not just like a random Reddit item. Uh, it was mainstreamed at the time. The New. York Post covered it. You can take a. look here. Utah restaurant tour uh. claims that Tyler Robinson stopped in. after Charlie Kirk killing reveals what. the alleged assassin ordered. Okay. Uh, Fox News also covered the story. One of. Tyler's Tyler Robinson's last meals. It. reads, "As a free man may have been a.
steak dinner, medium rare." Okay. and I. covered it on the podcast, spoke to the owner at that time. Suddenly, this six-month-old story. became a focal point ahead of the. preliminary hearing. Now, we learned the. Department of Defense was somehow. involved in getting all of these. influencers. More on that later because. we have figured out how people are. getting paid. But suddenly, a bunch of. people were trying to debunk this. specific story, this rather, if you. think about it, old story. Uh then there.
was a journalist, a citizen journalist. who goes by Diligent Denisen who dropped. an interview with one of the waiters. that was working that night and he then. released a receipt to go along with it. because people were saying that he was. lying and he was making it up. When I. first saw this, I assumed that he was. working with the owner because people. were essentially calling the owner a. liar. Um that may not have been the. circumstance. I'm not sure. The receipt, of course, has been verified. it is. real. Here is the receipt.
And it was met with a bunch of people. then insisting at various times that the. receipt was fake, that the receipt was. non-existent, that the story had somehow. been debunked, that people were lying, lying about what exactly. Now, I had not. spoken with that owner since January. So, I was very surprised by again this. story being unearthed. And when I spoke. to him, he was incredibly kind, straightforward, forthcoming about what. he knew, what he didn't knew. Obviously, I'm not the only person that he spoke. to. And he didn't claim to be there that.
night. He basically told the story. He. was just responsible, a responsible. character. S your servers come to you. and say, "I served this man last night. I'm certain it was him. He contacted the. FBI at that time." Uh, and they then. pulled this receipt. Apparently, since July, they have been. severely harassed out of nowhere. People. writing bad reviews of the restaurant. I. mean, completely psychotic. Don't know. where that's coming from. My guess would.
be it would be the feds sloppers doing. that. Uh because they wanted this story. to go away. They want it to be debunked. He just did the right thing as any good. citizen would do. Um and then Andrew. Wilson drops this signature as a. debunking. this is a a a signature that. was pulled and says, "Well, this is not. Tyler Robinson's signature." So, we can. all move on from the idea that Tyler. Robinson was at this steakhouse. That is. completely and utterly wrong. First and.
foremost, people that pointed out that. this is your standard when you get those. like CVS. electronic signature things, I I'm like. I draw on those things. I mean, I don't. even kind of sign my name because it's. so difficult to sign on them. Like, so I. just thought this just looks like. scribble to me. Just lit basic scribble. that we've all done. You some do the. driver's license scribble because it's. just hard to actually write on these. things. But um I first want to tell you. why this really matters before I uh.
softly try to suggest to you what I have. learned. the reason why this receipt. matters so deeply, why it suddenly. became of the most import. um uh why they started focus focusing on. this during the preliminary hearing week. when they were just sort of upping their. attacks on everybody if there was so. much evidence but for some reason they. had to attack people who were. investigating this rather than just.
allowing the evidence to speak for. itself. Panguitch is a 3hour drive away. from UVU campus. Okay. At I mean, we're. talking it's just a three-hour drive. There's there's no way around it. You. will recall that Tyler's messages to. Lance that evening put him in Orum by 11. 11:45 p.m. Okay. He also texts Lance. that he was at UVU around 9:00 p.m. when. he saw the K9's. But the steakhouse. receipt, if it's verified, would mean. that he didn't leave the steakhouse.
until about 9:47 p.m. earliest. that. that makes all of those late night text. messages impossible. Okay, so that's why. this deeply matters. If it is proven. that he was at the cowboy smokehouse, then Tyler Robinson would not have been. able to make it back up to Oram until. 1:47 a.m. the earliest. So, I'm going to. reiterate that for you because it's very. important. If the steakhouse receipt is. confirmed, it removes any possibility. that the text messages were sent from.
Tyler Robinson. Okay? Unless, oh, I. guess you could say he was just lying. and pretending he was on campus. It's I. guess it doesn't remove every. possibility. Um, currently the case. hinges almost entirely on these text. messages to Lance, right? We've gone. through everything else. It's like, but. the text messages, if the steakhouse receipt is confirmed, Tyler could not be behind the wheel. driving his car when it is stopped by. Officer Go forth at 12:36 a.m. He. wouldn't have been able to make it back. in time. If a steakhouse receipt is.
confirmed, then Tyler could not be uh. driving his car when it's parked outside. the neighbor's house. The neighbor who. said that she saw a bald man and other. people, Mrs. Noble's house at 12:38. That would be why she saw a bald man. [snorts] driving with two other people. because it wouldn't be Tyler Robinson. that was driving. If a steakhouse. receipt is confirmed, Tyler cannot be. the one who gets out of his car and. walks toward campus at 12:50 in the. morning. If a steakhouse receipt is. confirmed, Tyler cannot be the one who.
used his phone to start a Google Maps. route from Mrs. Noble's house to the. apartment in St. George at 1:33 a.m. So, a lot hinges on this steakhouse receipt. So, while they were all freaking out and. trying to distract, I decided to. investigate the matter further. And. here's what I will say because I very. much trust my sources. I think you guys. probably trust my sources by now. No. matter how many times they keep saying. Kinis has no evidence, I just don't. think there's anybody who's presented.
more evidence actually than me and this. show, uh, including video testimonies, uh, people that we have spoken to that. were there on the ground that day. I. think by now you have seen also that my. sources have been valid validated. If. you go back and you watch our show from. the beginning of this investigation and. we were telling you what they were lying. about, they're now pulling back on their. narrative and I haven't pulled back one. inch on mine. We haven't had to say, "Uhoh, we got that completely wrong.".
They have to do that. So, I'm going to. say that when we first looked into this. story and after I spoke to the owner, I. was probably personally at like a 60%. chance that the receipt might have. belonged to Tyler Robinson. We obviously. did our best to verify it. Uh the owner, like I said, was very forthcoming with. what he knew. He wasn't like, "This was. 100% him. It just this is what. happened." Uh but again, we we have that. we had that blind spot, which is this. relies on the memory of the server,
right? Or the servers. It doesn't. necessarily make it true. They could be. telling the truth and they think they. saw this person, but it could be. somebody else. Uh, and uh, that's why I. I was, you know, we put it on our. official timeline because we did our due. diligence, but we certainly would have. never said that we were 100% sure. We. were open to the possibility that as we. got through the trial, this could be. debunked and it could have just been a. case of misremembering. Same thing we've. said about Mitch Snow in Fort Wuka. We. did our due diligence. We confirmed he.
was there, what hotel he was at. Um, we. confirmed that he, you know, had this. dust up with the military police. But. can we confirm that he actually saw. Erica Kirk in the lobby or that he. actually saw Brian Harple? No, because. that relies on his memory, right? So, our hands are tied. What I can tell you now is that after. going to my sources, I am now moving. myself from a 60%, which was where I was at, to a 95%.
certainty that it was Tyler Robinson's. debit card that was swiped at the Cowboy. Smokehouse on that night. So, I'm not. just putting this on the timeline, unofficial timeline. I'm bolding that. now. Okay? I'm at a 95% certainty with. what I know and what I am going to. suggest will come out uh during this. trial that it was Tyler Robinson's card. that was swiped at the cowboy smokehouse.
on that night. Now, did somebody else. have his credit card? It's in it's. possible. Of course, it's possible. Was. somebody dressed like him, looked like. him, but had his credit card? That's a. possibility I'm open to. Uh, but I'm. again going to stress that I'm of 95%. certainty that the card that was used. belonged to Tyler Robinson. Like I said, this will become a fixture. in the case because now that is where we. are at. We are moving to the trial. It. is now the job of Tyler Robinson's.
defense team to confirm or deny what I. am saying. Electronic record is not. something that can just be lied about. and wiped away. The evidence either. exists or it doesn't. So, I am basically. all in on saying that it does, and I. will leave it at that. We'll be right. back after a break. All right, you guys. Talks writes, "One year and it. seems like only yesterday. Rest in. peace, Charlie." Yes, time moved very, very quickly this year and also very. slowly in some ways. We'll [snorts] get. into that tomorrow. Um, Matt Callaway. writes, "What Blakey meant when he was. in the hospital lobby was, quote, "Candice is going to figure this out.". What an totally absurd and bizarre thing.
for him to share, but he was they were. worried about me when they were in the. hospital. They're worried because I have a knack. for conspiracies that that means they. had full confidence that it wasn't a. conspiracy and they had just found out. that Charlie had died. That makes me. uncomfortable. You should be unnerved by. that. That's very. strange. They should have been open to. all possibilities. They should have been. conspiracy theorists sitting in that. hospital lobby and rather they're.
talking about me. Like I said, I don't. know that creature. So, that makes it. even more bizarre. Why? Why? Why? Why is. Blake saying my name, talking about me? Who is he talking to? Why does he have amnesia? It it it's a lot, but we will keep the. pressure on them. on them. Uh, comments. from today's episode. If my friend was. one being pressured by a serial killer. for months, two, the serial killer found. my friend's political influence to be an. existential threat. Three, my friend was.
fighting with the serial killer day. before the murder. I would think the. kill serial killer was involved even if. I could not prove it yet in court. Yeah, I do think that that would be the normal. sense that people would follow the. common sense of who was peer pressuring. him, who stood to benefit, who's lying. about what happened in the days leading. up to it. You don't lie unless you have. something to cover it up. But what do we. know? Legally Blonde writes, "Did you. see Charlie's family in Chicago? Megan.
Kelly has Frank Turk on her show today. Thoughts? He was Charlie's good friend. quote unquote good friend, I guess, is. what he's saying. I haven't actually. seen that clip. My thoughts are I like. to see it. I tend to find that when. people like so many clips of Megan Kelly. and these people speaking to her become. very relevant in our our investigation. So, I don't discourage it. It's a good. thing for these people to keep talking. and to edit their stories and then to. get angry when we call them out on their. quote unquote discrepancies. Uh, so I'm. okay with it. And I did not see. Charlie's family in Chicago. if you're.
speaking about me going to the A. concert. No, I had a I just went to the. A concert. [snorts] Uh Amira Musa. writes, "Mountains of evidence can never. equal a proof. I've sent a. straightforward physics-based proof that. no 306 was used. Please check for. something for me. This will be worth the. 6-minute video. I promise." Um I already. do not believe a 306 was used. I don't. believe in Superman necks. I I just. don't I don't believe in men of steel. necks. Uh and a miracle lasting through.
just I wouldn't even have to see that. because of common sense, but thank you. for sending it. Tony Hill writes, "Hi, Candace. I'm so happy to hear you and. Kanye got to catch up over the weekend. when you spoke about his influence. yesterday. Took me down memory lane. I. listened to the college dropout every. single day in high school and it got me. through a lot." Yeah, you can always. kind of remember. That's the thing about. music is it always brings back nostalgia. and where you were at in your life and. how much you have transformed since you. heard that song. That's why the Kidui. surprise it was just it was amazing. I.
mean at the end of that concert um my. millennial heart and thinking about my. college experiences because Kid Cuddy. actually did perform at my uh university. in Rhode Island and I went to actually. go see him perform. Lovers Rock. Productions writes, "Andrew Wilson wants. to call himself the master debater, but. I'm surprised no one has pointed out how. excited Charlie was when South Park so. eloquently bestowed the title upon him. Did a full episode about it. Andrew. wants so badly to be Charlie. Oh gosh, don't even say that. It's so crazy that.
they would even have him training. students. It's He's so such a dark. character. He's obviously not very smart. and he is not guided by truth. I I mean, maybe look, I don't I didn't look into. him. Maybe there are some impressive. debates that he's done, but I I can't. see them. I think he's someone who. became very accustomed to speaking to. women who are insecure and he speaks to. a lot of Only Fans models. That's my. understanding is that's what he leans. into on whatever podcast and he actually.
hasn't had an adult debate in a very. long time. It's just kind of pathetic that Turning. Point is getting this desperate that. they're partnering with someone like. that and and trying to platform them and. not also able to sense their own demise. in doing something like that. Like there. there's never doesn't seem to be a. long-term strategy to anything that. Turning Point USA is doing. It's It's. like they expect the company is not. going to survive much longer and they're. just sort of throwing spaghetti on the. wall and seeing what will stick. Natty.
Nicole writes, "Cannis, you're giving. I. know what you did last summer and we are. here for it." Yeah, I know what you did. last summer, which is so funny because. we started with that graphic. Remember. when Seth Dylan cried about that and was. like, I got death threats because of a. thumbnail? Like what? These men are such. blubbering babies. Who knows what writes. can look absolutely stunning. Greetings. from Australia. I am so upset at our. government for not letting you come in. and missing out on seeing you. Go Max. I. know I It's not permanent, by the way.
It's just what they do in Australia. I. guess they Tony Burke banned me because. the Zionist lobby lobbied. and it was sad that that got. cancelceled. I was really looking. forward to going, but I'll be there one. day. I'm sure someday it will happen. Kanye also is the other person who's. banned there. Maybe it will be for a. Kanye concert if he gets approved. Caro. writes, "When this is all said and done, you should totally write a book about. this whole investigation, similar to the. book Chaos. Thank you for your. dedication. Go, Max." That's a great.
idea. That is a fantastic idea. I I. really um respected deeply the. dedication and the persistence of Tom. O'Neal and writing the book Chaos and. falling down the rabbit hole and really. realizing nothing we were told was true. and government involvement and you know. it's difficult it's difficult to imagine. someone dedicating decades of their life. to finding the answers and he did that. It's a fantastic read. All right, you.
guys. If you Oh, Seven Sheets wrote, "I. missed one. Wow, just great work. This. is the kind of show that we needed on. this horrible anniversary for Charlie, for truth, in faith, and in awe of your. tenacity. Thank you so much." And like I. said, you're such a person that. consistently gives to us and supports. the show and everything that we're. doing. And it's noticed even though I. don't know who you are. Um, if you are. watching the show right now and you too. would like to support us, you guys know. the best way to do that is to pick up. some merch on the website. I know we got. some messages from you at the stop. Anti-cannism cups are sold out as they.
should be because people are activists. and we cannot allow anti-cannonism to. continue to spread in the way that it is. spreading. It is becoming a virus the. likes of which might require a vaccine. So, it's no shock that they're out of. stock. It should be. This is our social. issue of the day. But I want you to know. that we will have them restocked. hopefully by tomorrow if not by early. next week so you too can join the social.
movement and seek justice for candism. Stop. We have to stop anti- candism and. just have candism. That's what makes. sense. You can also buy other merch that. is available on the website. Of course, one of our bests sellers is our CIA cap. We are actually really the decentralized. intelligence agency. There's a lot of. comfort in that because there is no. nucleus that can be hit. Everyone's. working on it. Everyone's contributing. And there's never been an investigation. that has worked in this manner. And on.
that note, if you. saw something and would like to say. something and join the heroic people who. have contributed to this moment for. Charlie, let's do that today. Email us more tips. at kennace.com. Tell us what you know. Time is now. Uh, bravery inspires. bravery. Charlie always loved the. biblical proverb. are iron sharpens iron. and um we've seen that we have seen that. on display entirely. If you know. something, if you have a piece of the. story, maybe you saw Blake Cariff taking.
his shirt off. and you said, "Wow, there's a guy with. no shirt on and he's putting on a. surgical scrub." And that's weird. because he's not doctor. Email us more. tips canoners.com. Maybe you are Blake. Heriff and you just want to talk. Maybe. you're Rick Cutler and you want to talk. I'll protect you guys as sources. Tell. me what happened. The likelihood of that happening is. virtually 0%. But I got to shoot my. shot. I always got to shoot my shot. Ladies and gentlemen, we will of course. be having a special episode tomorrow.
um in memoriam of my dear friend Charlie. Kirk. So we will see you then. [music].
