BREAKING NEWS! More Unseen Footage And The Tyler Robinson Decision Live! | Ep 381
All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday. And. an especially happy Tuesday to the. mathematician who actually emailed me. and answered the question I asked. yesterday. I said, "What are the literal. odds that I would run into Justin. Baldoni in Iceland?" And I received this. email. He said, he wrote this, uh, I am. a mathematician, scientist, and. therefore a heathen atheist. It's an. approximate the probability about one in. 80 million chance that you met Justin. Baldoni and his wife. You are welcome.
PS. It's good to see your videos again. They are a part of my morning routine. before I start work. Kind regards. Absolutely love that. Just incredible. Uh we really do have the best fans and. the people who watch this show. But. today we have to more formally address. the elephant in the room. I left you. guys with an elephant in the room. I. know you all went to bed wondering about. the quiet part that I said out loud. yesterday. Just why does Data. Republican, aka Jennica Pounds, aka the.
Department of War's fake analyst, who. attacked me for looking into this case? Just why does she look so much like. Tyler Robinson? Check this out. Uncanny. Uncanny. What are they doing out in. Utah? I have no positive evidence that. it wasn't Jennica Pounds that was. walking up that staircase at UVU. I'm. over here looking at the Department of. War like I'm Sophie Cunningham, you. know, doing the point. We don't know. No, but we know. Where. were you, Miss Pounds? Anyway, today we.
return to the scene of the crime as I. promised you all the shady characters. surrounding Charlie Kirk on September. 10th and one person in particular who we. almost forgot about that drummed up a. lot of early online conspiracy theories. So, let's get started. Welcome back to. Candace.
Where is your positive evidence, people? Okay, we have actually a lot to unpack. today. Foremost, obviously, we are. monitoring the um expected big news out. of Utah today, the judge's decision on. whether or not there is enough evidence. to allow Tyler Robinson's case to. proceed to trial. Now, we have been. watching the arguments for and against. the dismissal, and we're going to break. that down for you after the break. In. the meantime, we can tell you guys at.
the very least who showed up to the. courtroom. Slightly different cast of. characters, I might add, than we saw. throughout the preliminary hearing. Remarkably, notably, the Turning Point. USA influencers did not show up. So sad. No Graham Allen, no Benny Johnson to. tell us how overwhelmed we should be. Maybe they're still processing their. emotions. I think that decision was. probably made because it backfired. tremendously with the public because the.
public is not as stupid as Turning Point. USA would like to believe. Um elsewhere, of course, Erica Kirk is present, but. she was not captured walking into the. courthouse. Charlie Kirk's parents were. captured. they were present arriving um. to the hearing or the decision. So were. Erica Kirk's de facto parents, Stacy. Sheridan, Tracy Martin. We're just going. to count them as her parents, I think, because she's never surrounded by her. actual family. Mama Stacy is always.
there. Head of Turning Point USA. donations and gifts, always there. Tracy. Martin, I'm counting that as dad. She. does Erica's PR dirty work. Always. willing to sit down and tell a story. Cameras also captured Andrew Kovat. walking in looking 10 years older. Lies will aid you, my friend. They will. age you. And notably, you may not have. recognized who this was. This is Pastor. James Cadis. He's the senior pastor of.
Calvary Chapel in Signal Hill, California. He is also one of Erica. Kirk's many problematic TPUSA faith. pastors. He also hosts a show with her. with that like fledgling, you know, fashion brand that she has, Bible and. 365. He's on the never- ending roster of. radically pro-Israel pastors who do not. exactly live the life that they preach. from the stage. He also happens to be. morbidly obese. That's why you are. seeing him using a scooter to get.
around. Um, and speaking of Calvary. Chapel pastors, that's where I'd like to. begin today. Calvary Chapel. I've. discussed this a lot uh throughout this. series. Allow me to jog your memory. regarding another character who was. present on September 10th at UVU. You. remember Charlie arrived with an. interesting crew in tow. Interesting. only in the manner that they all reacted. to his assassination. Mikey McCoy calmly. walks away. He does not dial 911, but. instead phones his wife, followed by.
Erica, then his father, Pastor Rob McCoy. of Calvary Chapel Church in Thousand. Oaks, longtime pastor. Um, and that's. also in California. Now, during that. phone call, we are told that he. requested his father to pray. Rob McCoy. told that story. Uh, it turns out though. that Rob McCoy, his father, is not the. only pastor that he phoned on that day. asking for a prayer. You see, Mikey. McCoy, when he arrived at UVU with.
Charlie, also met up with a man named. Butch Hibbs. They walked Charlie in. together. Take a look at Butch here. He. is in the plaid shirt. Um, [snorts]. they're with security. There's been a. lot of online chatter about him and his. presence at the event altogether. a lot. of conspiracies that were drummed up. regarding whether or not he was in fact. undercover, particularly whether or not, as some people speculated, he may have. been carrying a road microphone in his. top pocket. We can sort of zoom in here.
People, many people were convinced that. that got switched. There were a lot of. people looking into where he lives in. Hebrew City, a flight that was. potentially taken to Tennessee. Now, we. never engaged in the proliferation of. those conspiracies. Rather, we want to. just focus on the facts here and deliver. to you some more facts regarding Butch. Hibbs, born Burton Hibbs, Jr., he is. from a military family. His brother is. Pastor Jack Hibbs, another senior pastor.
at Calvary Chapel Church. His church is. based in Chino Hills, California. Now, I. think you guys already know that I have. a rather strong opinion regarding these. Calvary Chapel churches uh and their. extraordinary extraordinary dedication. to Israel. So, I'm not going to belabor. any points here. I will add that the. first that I heard of Pastor Jack Hibbs, it was uh via Marissa Strait, the MSAD. agent turned CEO of Prageru. She was in.
unit 8200. She's never hidden that fact, so we're not exactly revealing or. bringing any news there, but I used to. work for Prageru, and she had suggested. to me that I have him on my podcast. I. don't believe it ever happened, but you. can take from that what you will. It is. a fact. That is how I learned about Jack. uh Jack Hibs from Marissa. It is also a. fact that the same family who funds the. construction of some of some of those. Calvary Chapel churches like Rob McCoy's. church um in Thousand Oaks are the.
billionaire Wilks brothers. They are not. in any way evangelical Christians. So. it's kind of weird that you would fund a. church that you yourself wouldn't go to. But they are radically pro-Israel, right? They also fund Prageru. They were. also behind the initial big funding of. the Daily Wire. Uh they fly Israeli. flags along their property lines in. Texas, I am told. They also fund the uh.
radically pro-Israel politicians like. Ted Cruz. Again, these are all just. facts. So, their main issue is Israel. That's what they're dedicated to. Now, back to Pastor Jack Hips because that's. what's relevant. It is curious that like. Victor Marx, another one of shady, maybe. not even a pastor character that is. around Erica, a pastor Jack Hibbs was. among the very first to announce that. Charlie had passed away. He did that on. Facebook. And people wondered how did he.
know so quickly before the rest of the. world that Charlie had died. And Jack. Hibbs was kind enough to inform his. Facebook Facebook followers of exactly. how that was. Take a listen. >> So I first found out that he had passed. >> shortly after Charlie was shot from. Israeli news service. How they knew, but. they knew. [snorts]. >> I don't know how they knew either, Jack.
I never know how it seems to be that. Israel is just everywhere. Their. tentacles are just everywhere. He. doesn't know how they knew, but they. knew and they got this information to. him. Anyway, the story goes regarding. how his brother got there. The story. goes that the night before Charlie was. assassinated, Pastor Jack Hibbs phoned. him up and asked Charlie if his. 74year-old brother Butch could attend. this obscure UVU college campus event.
Okay, listen to Jack explain how that. all came together to his dear friend, the Yankin and Bankan Franken Turk. Take. a listen. >> And Charlie took pictures with all the T. USA kids that were lined up. And then. your brother was there and he goes, I'm. Jack Hib's brother. That's why they. [laughter] security. wanted to throw him out. That's right. Used you call him a mountain man. What's. his name again?
>> Butch. Butch. >> Butch is his nickname. >> Butch. Yeah, but that's not his real. What's his real name? >> Burton. >> Burton. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so he introduced himself and the. last picture, formal picture. >> that probably Charlie took. >> was was with him and me. Here's the. backstory to that. Uh-huh. So, my. brother's lived in Utah for years. and uh we have to make sure that this. doesn't get out, but he he looks like a.
mountain man and he's all over the. terrain. >> I'm going to give you the picture. You. can put it in the. >> He's, >> you know, some people would say that he. is a covert military operative for the. CIA. >> and in conjunction with the MSAD. >> Um, he loves the mountains. So, he had months to reach out to me to. say, "Hey, can you give me a chance to. meet Charlie and to to get a a decent. seat?".
>> But no, he calls me the night before. >> Oh, yeah. >> And he says, "Hey, can you [laughter]. >> and I said, "Well, I mean, I mean, I'll. give Charlie a call, but it's kind of. late, you know, and all that stuff." And. I'm thinking, so I honestly reached out. to Charlie. I said, "Charlie, listen. My. brother lives nearby. He wants to come. see you. I know that's a this just you. got too much going on right now, but I. was faithful to give you his request. Um, God bless you tomorrow. And. and so the next thing I know, that's how.
I found out is that he sent me that. picture. And I my first thought was this. Wow. I got to thank Charlie for going. above and beyond. I don't know, guys. Some would say I. like the mountains. People would say I'm. CIA MSAD, but he just likes the. mountains or something. That's how you.
generally describe people who like the. mountains, right? CIA MSAD, but they. really just like the mountains. Okay. And so he contacted suddenly the night. before he says he receives this call and. Butch the not CIA or MSAD agent just the. guy who likes the mountains was like hey. I I want to go to Charlie Kirk event and. that's an interesting time frame only. because there was a lot happening the. night before right Charlie's texting.
donors that he has no choice but to. abandon of all things the pro-Israel. cause and Charlie's not sleeping Erica. says says it's cuz he was just so. excited, which it would be the first. time, I got to tell you. Travels all. around with this guy. Never that. excited. Did UVU with him to do a. college event at UVU, but this is, I. guess, a brand new Charlie. Um, now he's. texting people saying that he thinks. he's going to be killed, that they're. going to kill him. He's taking phone. calls from rabbis that are based in.
Israel. Oh, to be clear, their story is. they he needed to learn learn how to. debate. He' never done it before. So he. was asking for debate tips from people. like Josh Hammer and rabbis that are. based in Israel. And in addition to. this, we learned that suddenly Butch. Hibs is overcome. um this mountain man is overcome by a. need to attend the UVU event, the UVU. event. And Butch Hibbs, by the way, is. um very much involved in the Calvary. Chapel uh Utah.
Okay. Okay, Jack Hibs, your terms are. acceptable. We're just here to report on. what you are saying. Let's proceed. Now, we know what happens next. Obviously, while Butch is there on this last minute. whim, Charlie gets hit with an explosive. and pastor Jack Hibbs receives a phone. call from his brother, his brother. Here's what he told Todd Starns of Fox. News. This is on audio only, so take a. listen. >> My brother wants a ticket. Uh he said, "Hey, here's my number. We'll set that.
up." And my my brother actually got a. front row seat. Charlie gave him a front. row seat. And um and so the next thing I. know, my brother's calling me and I can. hear people screaming and yelling and I. can hear my brother telling me, "Charlie's just been shot. Charlie's. just been shot.". Okay. Now, it remains somewhat unclear. to me whether Jack spoke to his brother. Butch before or after he has a FaceTime.
session with Frank Turk from the. hospital. Yes, Frank Turk manages to. FaceTime Jack from Tempanogus. Now, it's. best you hear Jack explain it cuz it's a. little confusing. You're going to see he. develops a little bit of amnesia. They. all do from that day. It's hard to. remember, but I want you to pay special. attention to Frank Churik's posture. because it just reminds me of like when. my mom gave me a look at a restaurant. and I knew I was going to get popped. when I got home cuz I made a mistake. I.
wasn't acting right. and he tries so. hard to put the genie back in the bottle. and he then he just like claims amn the. whole exchange here is something to. behold. Take a listen. >> I'm trying to remember the sequence of. things. I either got the first call from. you or from Mikey. It was one or the. other. It was very, very close. I do. believe you were the first one. >> That was after we got to the hospital.
>> Okay. Then I got the first call from. Mikey. cuz I was in the emergency room. after we got Charlie there. >> I called you. >> I remember what you were saying. Yeah. >> Okay. So Mikey Mikey called. and he said. uh. he said, "Jack, get everyone in the. world praying. >> There's so much blood. There's so much. It's. >> and he was beside himself as as you can. imagine. Mhm.
>> Um, man, in that moment when I got that, I. didn't believe it. >> Then I facetimed you. I faced We were. talking. >> You. >> So I had blood on me. >> You [snorts]. So my brother My brother calls. and he's can't talk. He said, "Charlie's. been shot." Now, now listen. I have. there's I have a relative whose name's. Charlie and he's very involved in.
politics and he's all over the United. States and I thought it was Char cousin. Charlie got shot. >> and I said and I actually said what do. he do now? What did he do now? >> And he said Charlie Kirk got shot and I. said what? >> And. he couldn't he just broke down. I. actually hung up on him and I started. making calls. Your call came in. >> which was a FaceTime call.
>> and. yeah, you had. blood on you. Um. yeah, it that's still uh. haven't follow I haven't I haven't just. thought I haven't I don't even know if. I've. meditated on all of that. But um. and then of course I went because it was. online everywhere. I saw the whole thing. and but you right away.
got a prayer chain going and then that. happened at about 12:30. [clears throat] Utah time. >> Go meditate, Jack, because you're in. trouble. [laughter]. go to your room and meditate cuz you it. it was a a good effort there to try I. don't know the sequence of events I. don't my cousin Charlie's in the. military if anything just blame it on. your cousin Charlie that's a good one. then he says his brother broke down he.
doesn't remember was it Mike ah the. sequence is hard to remember. sequence is hard to remember when Frank. Turk is looking like he wants to jump. across a desk and choke you out I agree. what we got from that from [laughter]. Frank. that I would not mess with that man. right there. It's a uh the only fact I. think we got out of that was suddenly he.
was like you Mikey called you first. He. was like oh yeah Mikey called me first. and he said the prayer chain they got. going was about at 12:30. So they got. this FaceTime prayer chain going about. 12:30. That's fast because Charlie was shot. just seven minutes before then. That's a. lot to happen in seven minutes to be on. a FaceTime prayer chain, right? That is. just amazing to me that Frank Churik was. fined to start a FaceTime call from the. emergency room amidst all of that chaos.
while Charlie was dying. Brian Harpool. is jumping on top of him presumably. I. mean, they must have just arrived at the. hospital 7 minutes later. He says, you. know, he says about 12:30, but he's a. military man. He's making probably. accurate time estimates there. Former. military man Frank Churik. Uh it just. seems to me to be like an. extraordinarily inappropriate thing to. do starting a face FaceTime call with. Jack Hibs. But what do I know? That's. just my opinion, not a fact. A fact. would be that it seems implausible that.
Mikey called Pastor Jack. before 12:30. before he uh then was facetimed by. Frank. That maybe explains some of the. mild discomfort in his face because. remember we had Mikey's call logs. He. was on the phone from 12:24 all the way. through to 12:44 with Elizabeth McCoy, with Erica, with his father, and then. with Danny Phillip for 10 minutes. I. mean, the only way it could be true that.
Mikey called him before 12:30. is this maybe there was a Calvary Chapel. conference call. Perhaps that might fit. with when he called Rob McCoy. Anyway, I digress because, you know, my. opinion doesn't really matter, but it. happens to be that every single person. that arrived with Charlie, in my. opinion, behaved in ways that simply. unnerve me given the circumstances.
Terrell prematurely announcing Charlie's. death to himself. He chose to record. himself rather than to call 911. Selfie. vid. And even after he was finished with. that bizarre selfie vid, he then jumps. down from the grassy null, not crying, he's chill, starts removing SD cards and. seemingly plausibly toying around with. the footage, sticking the SD card into. his computer, looking around, looking. shady, and getting to work. Mikey,
as we mentioned earlier, immediately. walked away, phones his wife first. Blake Blakey called his mom. He did not. thereafter call 911. Danny Phillip, to. our knowledge, did not call 911. Neither. did Nate Walker. Those are both of. Charlie's assistants. Nobody called 911. to our knowledge. They all shared their. stories and left that out if they did. And then we learned that someone in the. hospitalbound SUV was providing updates.
to Ben Shapiro security team while. Charlie Kirk was dying in the back seat. The person who Charlie Kirk could not. stand. was receiving status updates. regarding his health as he lay dying. doesn't doesn't register to me as above. board. And what exactly did Butch Hibbs do? Because that's what I really want to. arrive at. What do you think he did? Right. So Butch is there on a whim. He.
walks in with Charlie. He's standing. just to the right of Charlie and the. tent when the explosive goes off. He's. standing next to Danny Phillip, Charlie's assistant, who's wearing a a very heavy backpack. I. wonder what's in it. Maybe we'll get to. that. What do you think that that man, 74 years old, did? What would be appropriate to you in your. mind? I'll give you guys one guess. I'm. going to again mention his age, 74 years. old. What would you expect a senior.
citizen who loves the mountains, not the. MSAD and the CIA, he loves the. mountains. What would you expect him to. do amidst that chaos? Two options. Fight or flight. Right? Wrong. This is the Shady Bunch. Remember, I'm going to tell you what. Butch did. Butch pulled the old Terrell. Farnsworth move. He just starts. recording. I mean, if I didn't know any better, I. would think that they were all told to.
gather footage from different angles and. different points. Like, you go up here, you go here, you go here. But of course, that's pure speculation. based on what we've gathered thus far. Anyway, here's Butch Hibs. You are going. to watch him, let me show you in this. never-before before seen clip, briefly. dip down to presumably open his camera. app and then he's just going to record. different angles of the mayhem. Take a.
look. You can see we are circling for you. Butch Hibs. That's what he did. Instantly got down and began recording. And yes, this is seconds after Charlie. was hit. He is recording. He does not. stop recording. I mean, look, maybe he's on FaceTime. I'll throw that in there, too. Maybe. maybe he's FaceTiming. Um, certainly I think we could conclude.
not in a phone call with his brother, not running for his life, not running. toward the action to help Charlie Kirk, just calmly looking around and recording. as people who just love the mountains. do. And he's still recording. Let me know. when you get uncomfortable. Oh, still recording. And he is just. recording.
I'm sorry, guys. He's still recording. I. wish I could. He's He's still recording. He's going to just keep doing that. there. Calmly recording. My arm would be tired by now. That's a. That's a a selfie arm like you've never. seen. This guy must be doing push-ups. And there he goes. Still record. Oh, wow. Okay, we could stop there, but he. still records.
Look, I'm entering that without further. comment, your honor. Without further. comment. Beyond that, we have been tracking Butch. and looking for this breakdown that Jack. Hibbs describes. Beyond that, we were. able to find him on the phone on what. looks to be very clearly like he is on. making a phone call or had received a. phone call about five minutes after the.
explosive went off. There he is standing. there. He doesn't look to be visibly. upset. We're giving you a still here. This is a video. Uh could be the phone. call to his brother where he said, "Charlie cousin. Charlie cousin. What. did he do?" Oh no. Charlie cousin. That. could be the Charlie Cousin phone call. I don't know. I'm just telling you what. we've seen. Uh, also, could you go back. to that photo? I do want to uh point out. this person wearing the blue shirt with. a pink hat. Could you go pull up that. photo again that's holding that drink?
I'm actually looking to identify that. person. I'd like to reach out to that. individual. Um, if anybody knows who. that is at UVU in the pink hat and the. blue shirt, I'll try to get a clearer. photo for you. Please do email us at. more ttips@canzones.com. I'm asking for. a reason. Like I said, I would like to. get in touch with that individual. Pink. hat, blue shirt, um, and looks like a. slurpee drink there. That person is also. around a lot and may have seen. something. Anyway, uh,
in our Butch tracking software, we did. also find him, again, not looking. visibly upset, creeping behind people. who are speaking to the news stations. about what they witnessed. Here he is. Old Butch Hibs. >> I don't know. It sounded like a higher. higher caliber. It sounded like a higher. caliber, like a 9 millimeter. It didn't. sound like a 45 or anything, but I don't. know. It didn't sound that deep to me.
>> It almost sounded like a cherry bomb. >> Um, >> unbelievable. >> Wow. >> Wow. I'm in shock. >> I am too. I am too. I can't believe it. happened in Utah of all places. >> Larry has so much support. But obviously. the opposition was here. and now we're looking at a murder scene. possibly. for obviously a crime scene. But I don't. think that Charlie can survive this.
unless the EMTs were close. And it was. it was pretty I mean rated our level. kind of stuff. >> Wow. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Thank you. You too. >> Again, entered without any further. comment, your honor. I honestly am only. showing this to the public because I'm. really hopeful that these extremely. faith-based pastors who have no other.
motivation other than to bring people. closer to the truth and closer to God. might be willing to just get that. footage over. We've been investigating. this and maybe could I see that footage? Because Jack, we prowled the internet. We could not find any mention of him. saying that his brother had captured. this amazingly close footage. Um, it's on his phone. I don't know if. your brother told you that. Um, and. maybe we could get that. I I I highly.
doubt you're going to give me that. footage, but I got to shoot my best. shot. Be right back after a brief break. All right, you guys. For the last 20. years, pre-born has stood in the gap. between fear and hope. And this year. alone, God has used pre-born to save. nearly 60,000 babies from abortion. Since Roie Wade was overturned, the. abortion industry has not slowed down. It actually has adapted. Women now face. this decision faster, more privately, and more alone than ever. But every day. inside a pre-born network clinic, a. woman sees her baby in an ultrasound and.
hears a heartbeat for the first time, and everything changes. The chance for. new life skyrockets. And this year, that. moment has led to thousands of. commitments to Christ. That's proof that. pre-born is not just about saving. babies. It's saving souls. Right now, another mother needs that moment, and. you can help give it to her. For just. $28, you can provide one life-saving. ultrasound. $140 helps rescue five. babies. All gifts are taxdeductible. And. if you'd like to give, simply dial pound. 250 and say the keyword baby. That's.
pound250 baby or visit. pre-born.com/candis. Again, that's pre-born.com/candis. I also want to remind you guys about. Pure Talk because I have to tell you. that I recently switched my cell phone. service over to Pure Talk, and I. genuinely love having them as my. wireless provider. From work to family. to everything in between, my phone has. to work when I need it. So, reliable. service is important to me. And I love. that Pure Talk gives me the coverage, unlimited data that I need without. making my cell phone bill ridiculous. In. fact, in a recent industry survey, Pure. Talk was the only wireless company to.
receive five stars in every category. Coverage, support, value, and data. And. right now, for a limited time, you can. get unlimited data for just $15 a month. for your first three months. After that, unlimited data starts as low as $34.99 a. month with no contract. So, if you're. tired of paying too much for your. wireless service, I really think you. should check them out. Head to. puretalk.com/owens. to make the switch. Again, that's. puretalk.com/owens. I have to tell you guys also about Cozy. Earth because being pregnant has made me.
become very particular about what I. sleep in. When I tell you that I love. Cozy Earth products, I truly mean it. Their viscous bamboo stretchnit sets are. the kind of pajamas that make you. actually look forward to getting into. bed. They're unbelievably soft, lightweight, and stretchy, so nothing. feels restrictive when I'm sleeping. I. love putting them on at the end of the. day, getting into bed feeling like I've. officially clocked out. There's. something about having a really good. pajama set that makes bedtime feel a. little bit more luxurious. These are. soft enough that I could lounge around. in them all evening, read in bed, or. sleep in them, and wake up still feeling.
comfortable. These are the pajamas that. I reach for when I want to be cozy, comfortable, and completely unbothered. So, if your bedtime routine needs an. upgrade, it's because you need Cozy. Earth. Head to cozyear.com and use my. code Candace and you'll get 20% off home. and sleepwware. That's code Candace for. up to 20% off on home and sleepwware. And if you see a post-purchase survey, please be sure to mention that you heard. about Cozy Earth right here. All right, you guys. So, today is the day that. Judge Graph is to rule on whether or not. there was enough preliminary evidence to. move Tyler Robinson forward to trial.
Now, to remind you all of what junction. we are at, all that has thus far taken. place is the preliminary hearing, right? What that means is that the state is. being given an opportunity, the. prosecution is being given an. opportunity to present their case for. why they believe the trial should in. fact move forward with the charges that. they listed, the charges that they are. seeking to bring bring forth. And we. know that that took place, that. preliminary hearing across 5 days in. early July. Um, and I made it very clear.
to you guys that under the Utah 1102. rule, reliable hearsay is permitted at. that stage. hearsay, meaning as just one. example, that's perfectly acceptable. under Utah's constitution for Lance. Twigs to submit a video testimony. The. prosecution uh sorry, the defense is not. able to cross-examine him, which seems. so wild to us, but this is it's. probitative that Lance's lawyer is able. to lead him in questioning. Normally, there would be all of these objections.
from the defense because you aren't. allowed to ask leading questions, but. for the sake of this probitative. hearing, everything pretty much flies, right? People do not have to appear in. person. It's enough. You sort of just. trust the science when officer Baggley. gets up there or officer Hull gets up. there and says he was told by someone. that this happened, that Tyler. Robinson's vehicle pulled to the side of. the road and he remembered the plates. And you're like, well, where is that. officer that shouldn't we hear from him? No, he you don't have to hear from him.
at this stage. Uh it's not needed. It is. constitutional and it's just when you. get to the trial that none of that will. be accepted. Now, the judge in this case. is the magistrate. He ultimately calls. balls and strikes. And to be clear, it. just seems that there are virtually no. balls and strikes at this stage. Everything is evidence. And to jog your. memory, there are seven charges in total. that the state is seeking to bring. against Tyler Robinson. Andrew Wilson.
did not know any of these, but the most. severe and significant is the aggravated. murder charge because that carries with. it a death sentence. That's not. first-degree murder. That is aggravated. murder. And it is worth noting that. never in the history of Utah has there. ever been an individual found guilty of. aggravated murder where there was just. one victim. Someone who fired just one. bullet and had one victim. Never. The. aggravating factor is a very steep.
standard. And it's a steep standard for. a reason because it can't just become. routine for the state to put people to. death. Obviously that you have to have. done something that they go oh this is. like you should be put to death and typ. typically to achieve that aggravating. factor you would be dealing with a. circumstance where someone and I'm. giving you an example here plotted a. bomb right or someone who sprayed. multiple bullets there were many. examples when they were listing all of. the the legal juristp prudence in this. case someone who sprayed multiple.
bullets into a crowd um demonstrating. that their intention was to murder in. mass The prosecution is arguing what. they're bringing forth their claim is. that Tyler Robinson is the shooter, but. they're also arguing that he only chose. to fire one bullet despite having more. rounds in the chamber. That makes it. very difficult to argue that he intended. to commit a murder in mass, right? They. also have text messages where he clearly.
says I'm going and they're alleging that. these text messages are real that I'm. going to see Charlie Kirk and I have to. do this because his hate is too much to. negotiate. Okay. Well, that sounds like. he had just one target. So, those. arguments are what the defense is. engaging with. So, when you're they're. coming up and they're filing the dis. their dismissal, they're basically. saying, "We're not even going to uh. argue anything yet because just with the. laws on the books, you have the ability.
as the magistrate to recognize that some. of the charges should just be dismissed. They're they're defective charges right. off the bat." And they're saying. aggravated murder, that's defective. That's defective because without us even. saying whether or not these text. messages are real, whether he was, we. don't even have to do that legal work. we don't have to spend that money, spend. that time, or look at anything because. this charge is so defective and their. own arguments, the prosecution's. arguments prove that. So, what does the. prosecution say to that? The prosecution. is saying, "Well, okay, yeah, maybe Utah.
has no history of ever doing this and. all these other states have no history. of doing this, but we'd like to borrow. from Pennsylvania law." This is what. they're actually arguing. Pennsylvania. law and their juristprudence does meet. this standard. And so they in their. response to the dismissal are citing. cases in Pennsylvania where there was. just one victim and it was enough as an. aggravating factor. But these were. actually extremely special cases where. actually the clear intention was for.
there to be more than one victim, but. fate sort of intervene and prevented. that from occurring. So somebody sprayed. a bunch of bullets at kids, but only one. of the kids got hit and died. That's one. example of a case that they looked at. So they brought the aggravating factor. because if this man had gotten his way, more children would have been dead. Also, ironically, Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania currently has a moratorium. on their death penalty altogether. So. it's a weird state to try to uh site to. make that aggravating charge stick. I'm.
not sure why they went for that. I would. be very shocked if he moved forward with. aggravating murder. Uh we would Utah. would be making history in that case. So. that's what we're taking a look at. Is. their filing of dismissal going to hold? Uh they want that to be dismissed. The. other charges are as follows. This the. second charge is for felony discharge of. a firearm. The third is for obstruction. of justice because the prosecution is. saying that Tyler Robinson hid the. firearm that was used to shoot Charlie. Kirk. Then we have again obstruction of.
justice for their allegation that uh. Tyler Robinson also hid the clothing. that he wore during the shooting even. though we are told that he did you know. wear the maroon shirt that he wore. earlier that day. Uh number five is. witness tampering for allegedly texting. Lance and saying delete this exchange. Uh the sixth charge is also witness. witness tampering for allegedly texting. Lance and telling him not to speak to. police and to lawyer up. Now that is.
another charge that they are saying just. look on the books. You the magistrate. should obviously drop this charge. because if you direct if he actually did. that and directed Lance Twigs to stay. silent if police questioned him and to. lawyer up that is his literal actual. constitutional right. you have a right. to remain silent and to lawyer up. That's a very strong argument. Count six. should obviously just be dismissed off. the bat because you're not tampering. with a witness if you tell them that you.
have a constitutional right to stay. silent and to lawyer up. So that's what. that's what the defense argued and. they're filing for dismissal of that. charge. So 1, six, and seven, they also. argued to be dismissed. The seventh. charge is um a violent offense committed. in the presence of a child. their. argument again just saying to the state. we're not going to engage in anything. but you can look at what's going on and. just say that this is an effective. filing because of the laws on the books. and their argument was you're saying.
this happened at UVU. is a college campus it would not be a a. something that would be considered. obvious that there would be children. present on a college campus the. presumption would be that there were no. minor children present because it's a. college campus. So 1 6 and 7 is what. they filed to dismiss. We're going to be. hear back from that. Um and that should. be happening I guess in the next when is. when are they due back? They're on a. break right now.
In two minutes they are due back. So I'm. going to take a brief break here to see. if we are going to be able to catch it. at all. We'll make a decision of whether. to keep going and sort of watch it live. or whether we'll just shut down for the. day and just report to you guys. tomorrow. We'll be back um after a brief. break. All right, you guys. Paleo Valley. is one of those snacks that don't make. you choose between being healthy or. having something that's delicious. Paleo. Valley uses 100% grass-fed and. grass-finish beef sourced from American. family farms. Let's be honest, the.
reason that we keep buying them is. because of the flavor. The original is. their classic. The jalapeno is my. favorite because it has just the right. amount of kick. And the teriyak has the. perfect amount of sweetness. They are. savory, satisfying, and actually tastes. like real food. I always keep a few in. my bag, my car, and even my carry-on. because someone in my family is always. hungry. If you're looking for a clean, convenient protein snack that tastes as. good as it sounds, check out Paleo. Valley beef sticks. Once you try them, you'll probably start keeping a stash in. your bag as well. Right now, you can get. 20% off your first order at Paleo.
Valley.com. Be sure to use code candace. at checkout. That's paleo valley.com. using promo code canisa at checkout. And. I have to remind you guys about American. financing because it is no secret that. everything is starting to feel a lot. more expensive these days. If your daily. essentials are ending up on a credit. card, those double-digit interest rates. are quietly draining your bank account. If that debt is starting to feel heavy, you should know that you are not alone. And if you're a homeowner, you've likely. looked at your mortgage rate and. thought, "I can't touch that." But. American Financing now offers a smart. equity loan so that you don't have to. It allows you to wipe out high interest.
debt and lower your monthly overhead. while keeping your primary mortgage. intact. It's basically a surgical strike. against debt. Unlike a fluctuating. heliloc, the smart equity loan is a. fixed rate loan, giving you a. predictable monthly payment. At American. Financing, there are never any upfront. fees to find out what you qualify for. So talk to a salary based consultant. today. They are the experts that are. paid to help you save, not to sell you. more than you need. Call 8007951210. Again, that's 8007951210. or visit americanfinancing.netens.
Again, that's americanfinancing.net. I do want to reiterate that my hope has. been consistent in this that I want this. to move forward. Reasons are different. uh from the reasons that Turning Point. USA wants us to move forward. It's. because I just don't think that we will. ever be given an opportunity uh to. really see this up close, the corruption. of our government. And I I stand by. Charlie's premonition about his death. that his death would be tied to a wider. awakening. And if this goes through,
we've already seen uh the mechanics of. our government in a way that we have. never seen it. We now know the. Department of War is involved in the. propaganda um and trying to get Tyler. Robinson convicted and going after. people who are asking meaningful. questions, smearing people, putting. people on payroll. Also, the timeline of. when they started putting people on. payroll is very alarming to me. we had. been highlighting without even knowing. um the people that were working for. them. Even Graham Allen, I told you that. he's uh he was working as a consultant.
for the Department of War and then. suddenly starts working for Turning. Point USA and is doing so much. propaganda for them. It it to me signals. some sort of a preparation. There would. be no reason for the Department of War. not to be on our side and wanting to get. to the bottom, especially um at the helm. of the Trump administration, wanting to. get to the bottom of who killed their. friend Charlie Kirk. So I am interested. in seeing this move forward because I. think we are never going to have a. brighter light shone on. our government corruption. Uh I also.
think somehow this is going to be tied. to the Epstein network as I have I think. demonstrated the early seeds of that. A. lot of the human trafficking themes, the. phone call that Charlie that Trump made. to Charlie in July telling him to stop. speaking about the Epstein files. So I'm. hoping this goes through. Obviously, I. understand the downside to that would be. that a potentially innocent person, perhaps he's an accessory to murder. Perhaps he was dumping or or played some. role that day, which I've always thought. that he was around campus on that day.
But it would to me I I think it would be. ultimately a good thing for us to be. able to sort of look this beast in the. face, this beast of government in the. face and to see how it operates and to. continue to watch Turning Point USA. growing more desperate in their smears. and in their lies. I I did see recently. again they rely on public ignorance as. most people don't go through trials. people are not being sued um every. single day and so they are relying on.
public ignorance of not knowing how. trials function for them to be able to. spin and to lie and to present things as. if they're big wins. For example, I saw. Blake pushing today. He's like, "Look, look at all the terabytes that was that. were given. Never before has more. information been given in this case to. the defense." That is true. They handed. over, as just one example, over 1. million Discord messages. Just so you. guys understand, that is a strategy.
That is a an actual court strategy. So, what happens is you at first say, "We. don't want to give it over. We don't. want to give it over. We don't want to. give it over." So, let's say I was. actually uh working uh behind the scenes. on Blake Lively, which I absolutely was. not, but when she subpoenaed me, she. said, "I want your messages." And I say, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.". And then the court finds out, court. intervenes and says, "You absolutely. must hand over your text messages." What. I would then do is hand over 10 years of. text messages and say, "Good luck.
sifting through that 1 million messages. 1 million Discord messages." So what you. do is you overupply. You over supply so. that they have a team that it's. impossible to go through. And that's. what they said. They suddenly handed us. over how many terabytes was it sky that. they handed them over of. 12.1 terabytes. 1 million Discord. messages alone. What are the other. numbers? It's it's do you could you.
imagine handing that over and then. saying be ready for court in two weeks? That is a a strategy. And so again, they. are propagandizing and making it seem. like, see, we're being open. We're going. to give you everybody's Discord messages. since the year since since Discord was. formed. Oh, you want you want access to. my Instagram messages? Okay, game on. I'm going to give you the real Candace. Owens account, the show account, and I'm. going to give you every single message. that was ever sent to me on both of.
those accounts dating back to 2008. Good. luck. It is a real demonstrated court. strategy that people do when they want. to make sure that people are effectively. buried in so much information that they. can't find what they're looking for and. um and they have a timeline and then the. judge is going to push time. We got to. get this going. We got to get this. going. You got to find it. Got to find. the needle on the hay stack. So, that's. what's going on there. And uh it it's. something to watch, something to behold. Again, they are so obvious and to me. especially because I understand court.
hearings um unfortunately because I'm. constantly being sued. It is so obvious. to me what they are doing and it is so. disturbing and it is so sick. They. really are the shady bunch. And that's. why I want this to go forward because. everybody's going to get exposed. You're. getting exposed. You're getting exposed. You're getting exposed. Okay. Top. comments from last episode. This is one. I don't even know if this was top. comment. It's It's my favorite comment. of all time. I can't believe I didn't. see it before. We were discussing Ben. Shapiro. And Mama Mia writes this. She. writes, "Ben Shapiro is like plankton on.
Spongebob. always after that secret. recipe. Spongebob fans stand up. It's. It's this little plankton imp. And every. episode he's just plotting to steal the. Krabby Patty recipe. He just can't make. He doesn't have the sauce. He can't make. one himself that people love. And so. he's constantly just like plotting to. get the recipe. And that's Ben. That's. really is Ben in a nutshell. We're just. like, "Why can't you just create. something successful yourself?" He's. like, "Mayart mine.".
Candace, I'll crush you in court. Mine. Charlie Kirk, I'll pick up that bloody. mic. And now he's announced that he's on. tour and everyone knows they were. enemies. But I I I guess Andrew Kovette. thinks he has the power to sort of wipe. wipe history and make everybody forget. or something. It's totally wacky, but. that was in very apt description. Thank. you for that. Also loved this comment. regarding Justin telling me, bruising. me, telling me that he doesn't actually. drink kombucha all that much. And I was. like, we do not accept your terms are.
unacceptable. It is now a part of the. folklore. Shock vlog wrote, telling us. that Justin doesn't drink kombucha is. like telling us there is no cornicopia. in the fruit of a loom logo. I simply. won't believe it. I'm with you there. He's Mandela affecting us. Justin drank. kombucha probably since he was in the. womb. I would say I think that's fact. I. am just going to put that out there. And. so his terms are, like I said, unacceptable. Anyway, getting into. comments. Uh, on today's episode, we.
have Mama Mia. Oh, I already read that. Sorry. Yinyang writes, "I love that you. go max and hold a tightroppe. I love. that you love Christ and that you give. us hope. Greetings from Norway. I have. not been to Norway. I've been to a lot. of uh European countries and I have not. been to Norway and I was just commenting. that I need to get up there." So, hopefully I will actually be able to. greet you in Norway someday. Uh, Project. Constitution is live streaming, he says, uh, the court and he says, "We are. watching you while waiting for the. prelim to come back on. Go Max, Crisis. King, BTW. Our live is bigger than.
Andrew and Blakes's and the official. Charlie Kirk account live streams. combined." That's that's not actually um. a that's not difficult mountain to. scale. I will say [laughter]. Butch Hibs could scale that mountain. because nobody watches them anymore. They are now constantly engaged in. dishonesty. It's written all over their. faces that you can sense their. frustration because people don't believe. them anymore. And so, no one watches the. Charlie Kirk show and that's why we call. it Bees and Butad show. It's completely. irrelevant. Um, but congrats to you for.
surpassing them. And uh, yeah, I I will. be jumping on and watching other streams. to see what is going on. Uh, Coats. writes, "May God continue to bless you. and to keep you safe. Love you." Thank. you so much, CC Coats. Mother Dana. writes, "Oh my goodness, that. conversation is so incredibly. uncomfortable to watch. Was that live Frank's face praying for. all of their souls regularly?" Yeah, Frank was, "Ooh, I was like, e Jack, you.
said too much." Then he was like, "I. don't remember anything. It's It's hard. to watch. It's hard to watch, but a lot. was said that wasn't meant to be said, and they tried to clean it up, but it. wasn't that clean." And there we have. it. Mark writes, "Does anyone know if. the hearings are being geoenced or is. that only happening at churches and. TPUSA events?". That is hilarious because it is a total. plausibility. That's why it's hilarious. They're geofencing it, sending your data. to Israel. They're going to target you.
and then tell you why you have to. support Israel. the October 7th. experience as they were calling it in. those FAR filing docks coming to a a. courtgoer near you. Chris Angelo writes, "Did the feds sloppers write the oral. arguments for the prosecution? Overwhelming is spoken at least five. times along with mountains of evidence. If not, could they have at least used a. thesaurus a show trial? Indeed, Christ. is king." It is incredible why you can't. just keep saying overwhelming. Okay, that he doesn't make it happen, Gretchen. You can't make it fetch by.
just saying overwhelming, overwhelming, overwhelming. And it's the more they say. it, the more underwhelmed I feel. I. don't know about the rest of you. Zamit. writes, "Here's what Candace haters. might accuse her of if they were honest. They'd say, Candace, you are joyful. You. are intelligent. You are humble. You are. loyal. How dare you, Candace." Oh, that's very sweet of you. I am joyful. Um, and I I I feel inspired. I do think. that we are winning this and you can see. it like I said in their mannerisms, in.
their frustrations, in their desperation. of the things that they are coming up. with to target and my response now is. just to stay focused and we're just. warming up. Like I said, we've been. saving a lot because we wanted to see in. which direction this this hearing would. go, uh the preliminary hearing would go, what would be decided? And we wanted. everybody to be out there with their. alibies and the things that they said. before we really go Max. And I also. obviously uh needed time to heal and to.
have the perspective uh that it's it's. time to fight. So here we are you guys. Anyway, if you would like to support us, you know how to do that. Buy some merch. We have fantastic merch. You go to. kosones.com. This is how the easiest way. to support independent creators and we. are truly independent. Um, you can buy. the book, join the book club. We are. just starting a a new book. I Why am I. so bad at remembering book titles? Why. am I like this? It is Rodney Stark,
Bearing False Witness. Look at the. people. Nobody was in my ear because. they are they are now bad. They have. pregnancy brain with me. Bearing false. witness by Rodney Stark. We are just. starting that book on Friday. So, it's a. great time to join the book club. I. think we said read like the first 50. pages, but it's we're we're starting, so. it'll be an introduction. We'll go from. there. Um, and then on the website, obviously, our most recent mug is to. stop anti-cannism because there's so. much of it. You could buy one. You could. gift one to Pete Hegsth. That would be. really sweet. If you could gift one to.
Pete Hexath, you could gift one to Data. Republican. And you could write a note. and say, "Why? Why do you look so much. like Tyler Robinson?" H where were you. data Republican Jennica Pounds on. September 10th? Stop anti-cannonism. stop your crappy little threats. You. could buy one and you could gift one to. Bill Aman. Now, that'd be weird because. he has a lot of money, a lot of money to. spend, but he might accept that anyways. I'm thinking about doing I'd even sign. one for these sorts of people. Uh Blake. Nef, who is a superstandist, but.
pretends he doesn't watch every second. of the show. Hey Blakey, we know you're. watching Blakey. We are and you're going. to just tweet and pretend you weren't. Someone sent me this clip. Yeah. Yeah. You're a little stalker. It's fine. Poor. Charlie. You know what? You were the. person who was not friends with him. You. just he did a solid for Tucker Carlson. You sat next to him. You you didn't even. start working until the beginning of. like 2024. So you knew Charlie for a. year and a half and you were just like. an annoying person who sat there because. he's a good friend to Tucker. That's. that's really what happened. You don't.
know him at all. The fact that you said. I saw the donors, his friends, you just. you had no idea what sort of a human. being Charlie was. And you just had you. were so shortsighted to think that you. could continue his legacy. You just. don't have it, kid. You don't have it. The Beibus and Butudad show will go on, though, and we will see how far they. take it. They're going to take it far, far, I think. Anyway, you guys, um I. don't think we have any updates right. now with the court hearing. So, I'm. going to jump off really cuz I'm just.
hungry. If I'm being honest with you. guys, I just am at the stage of. pregnancy where the idea of like missing. a meal to do this live when I get. reported tomorrow just doesn't really. feel like the right move for me right. now. I'm sorry. That's the truth. I just. want to be honest with you guys always. We'll see you guys tomorrow. [music].
