Okay, I have some advice. Kevin should. walk away. Doesn't bother me. >> I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. and I have 50% of the equity and if I. walk away, you think this is this is. okay. You go scot-free. You stole my. money. I don't care give a [ __ ] about it. being illegal. I make my money. >> If we all have a big safety net, we're. able to take more risk. >> Her safety net doesn't recall me and. doing anything that I'm. >> Well, your fiance, you're about to be. married, so that will be there. >> I don't rely on no woman to help me with. nothing. Period. >> He called you a fraud in the pre-in. >> There's nothing fraud about me. He. called you a fraud. I'm calling you a.
fraud. The audience will call you a. fraud. >> Call me a fraud. >> And I've met a lot of people like you. I. have family members like you. The. reality is, and it has to, it comes down. to some pride. >> You've never met anybody like me. >> I've met a lot of people like you. >> There's nobody like me for one. >> Merry Christmas in July. I'm in a giving. mood. Even for you naughty ones. Budget, debt, investing, real estate, all of it. 50% off right now. Not sure where you. stand? Take the quiz, then. take advantage of 50% off and finally. fix your finances for good. >> Hello, my name is Kevin. I'm 30 years. old. I live in Dallas, Texas. >> Uh, hey, I'm Ricky. I'm 42 years old. I. live in clean taces. >> and I'm. the off camera. [laughter] Um the the. woman off camera uh named Cherry. Okay.
And this is financial a guys. Okay. Yeah. Weird one. Weird intro cuz I don't. really cuz you guys aren't dating. This. isn't a gay couple thing. >> No. >> No. >> Um but you guys are on so it's weird. And there is someone off camera who um. the thing is I can't raise my voice to. her cuz she's a veteran. >> Not like that. >> And I can't be disrespectful. Those are. her rules. So, if you see me be extra. polite to her compared to any other. guests on the show, that is why she's. off camera. She has a a name that I. would normally insinuate belongs to.
professional dancers, but I will not. insinuate that here because I cannot be. disrespectful. But that is Cherry off. camera. She will be talking to the bike. Hello, Cherry. Can you say hi to. everyone? >> Hello, everyone. >> Okay, very good. What the am I looking. at, guys? This is a weird thing going on. here. I don't What the What is this? What do you mean what is this? What? What do you mean? I don't know. We got. guy. >> Yeah. That aren't dating on my show plus. uh uh Cherry off camera. What? Who am I. talking to? What is happening here, guys?
>> Okay. So, this is my business partner. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Oh, so it is your partner. >> Yeah, this is my business partner. Not. Not in the relationship wise, but don't. be homophobic. You know, we ain't but. you know, this is my business partner. You know, >> this is my guy. This is my This is my. guy, my friend. you know, and everything. like that, you know, and and that over. there is [laughter]. >> that over there is is my partner in. life. >> Well done. Well done. Well done. At 42. and 28, nice big gap there. So. >> Mhm. >> Oh, you know, >> I'm a good-look guy. >> Yeah. Good looking guy. Successful.
woman. >> Yeah. Yes. Are you? >> Yes. >> Good, good, good. Well, actually, Cherry, I guess if What do you do for a. living? >> A lot. I own a business. I actually am a. veteran. I went to nursing school 2021. and now I'm in school again for my. bachelor's of business and management. and marketing. >> Is the business she owns the business. we're talking about? >> No, she. >> Okay. What's your business? >> Um pole instructor, dancer instructor. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> No jokes will be made. >> You can make some jokes about the dance.
instructions. >> I don't. [laughter]. >> She was saying I don't want to be. disrespected, which is incredibly vague. and horribly subjective. Um, but I. respect everyone's consent. That's good. How much you make for that, Sherry? >> It varies. >> Let's try to get a number. Let's try to. get an average of a number. >> Are we talking monthly, hourly? >> Let's do monthly. >> Monthly, about 1,500. >> Okay. I thought I I thought I heard the. word success somewhere. Um, okay. The.
the veteran. Uh, are you on VA. disability? >> Yes, I am. >> Uh, how much? >> I'll keep that private. Okay. >> It's is pretty good, man. >> I'm sure. Is she at 100%. [clears throat]. >> Yeah. >> What's your disability? >> PTSD and a lot of other things. >> What other things? >> Other things. >> What? What are they? >> She can't mention them. >> I can't mention those. >> Why is that? >> It's private. >> It's private. >> I'm moving sandbags 15 FT THAT WAY. THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING. >> WHY? DOES IT LOOK LIKE I KNOW? >> WELL, so she can mention them. They're.
just. >> She can, but it's just very, very. private. >> Do you actually have disability? >> Yes, I do. >> Yeah, that's why she got the 100%. That's not why. That's why I have a. mortgage. >> No, you Huh? That doesn't make sense. >> You said that's my why. But it is why. she has the the disability because it's. private. It's a private situation. between her and why she got the 100% to. get the disability. >> Well, sure. If she keeps it private, then it's private. >> Right. Right. Right. >> It's not instructed to be private. >> Yeah. It's not instructed to be private. >> So, it's private by choice. Yes.
>> Um, okay. So, >> well, I guess the first veteran in the. history of the show. You know what? Good. strategy cuz everyone else is out outed. themselves on this show of not actually. having a disability. So you keep that to. yourself and you keep collecting that. check. That'll [laughter] that's the. that's the right way to do it if we know. how to use the system. Am I right, girl? So I'm guessing it's about $8,000. Okay, good. So your success is. disability. >> No, my success is everything that I do.
>> Okay. Well, 1,500 from and 8,000 from. disability. said anything about. >> pole dancing instruction. >> instructor that's two totally different. things. >> of 1500 8,000 is disability so your. success is disability. >> no it's not. >> uh is there a number somewhere else I'm. missing. >> no it's not a number you missing is. >> okay so that is [laughter]. she she makes money from the business. [clears throat]. >> I make money from going to school I make. money from a lot of different things. >> from school. >> yes I'm in school as well as I. >> mention money from that. >> yes they pay when you're a veteran they. pay you to go to school and you're a.
school making money you're getting it. because Okay thank you for serving What. was your service? >> 92 Golf. >> Huh? >> 92 Golf. >> 92 Golf. >> What? I I I'm not a culinary specialist. >> Yeah. >> This is our second cook on disability on. the show. 100%. >> Yeah, I guess so. >> I don't need it. [laughter]. >> Okay. Um Okay. So, 16% of your income. comes from your job.
>> Excuse me? >> 16% of your income comes from your job. Maybe. >> that's successful. What do you do, Kevin? >> I'm a fraud analyst for a financial. institution. >> Now, that's a job. What do you uh what. do you what do you make? >> I make 100k and 10k bonus at the end. annually. >> I don't know what hits on your monthly. basis. >> And why am I incorporating you into. this? I I still don't understand why. Why should I collect your income? Cuz I. want to see Miss Cherry, even though I'm. picking on her on picking on her a.
little. Uh, and uh, Ricky, I want them. to do very well. >> You're in the middle. >> Yes. We'll dive deeper in how me and. Ricky have met. Um, >> I would hope so, cuz this is like, should I even incorporate your income? Am I going to write it down? Probably. not. Actually, I'll cross it out. Ricky, what do you do? >> Uh, what I do now and what I did before. we met is two different things. What we. did, what I did before we. >> What do you do now? I'm trying to get. >> I run the company now. >> The company, not her uh, poll. Well, >> education. [laughter].
>> It's pretty much uh she's part of the. business as well, too, cuz she's one of. the models on our business. You know. what I'm saying? Uh we have a big job. business. >> Uh we have an entertaining company. >> Yeah. >> You entertain? >> Uh we have a party bus. We have a food. truck. Um we have a travel uh a travel. bus and we have a um podcast. And you. know. >> what the what your business does? Every. business ever? >> Yes. >> All in one. >> It's all in one. It's a little uh. >> Yeah, it's a little. >> usually businesses that try to do.
everything tend to not do anything well. >> Well, we do well. >> I'm hoping that's not the case cuz I do. genuinely even though and Jerry I I will. apologize. I am picking you on you at. the beginning. This is mostly because um. gosh, this is when people tell me not to. pick on them is when I actually want to. pick on If you said I could bully you, I. would have actually probably been really. nice, but I'm still holding back due to. your um boundaries you said at the. beginning. Um, [laughter]. but uh, like I do genuinely want you. guys to do well. I really do. >> Um, but usually businesses that try to.
do everything do not do everything well. >> Do have you run a business before? >> You're making an opinion on something. that you. >> What was the What was the 10,000 foot. building you walk through with 40. employees? Certainly not a business. >> No, I'm saying this is a podcast. Yes, it is a business. >> Hold on. The podcast is like 500 ft of. the 10,000 ft² building you walk. through. >> All different businesses do different. things. You know what I'm saying? You. know, just because you run one business. don't mean you know how to run every. business. >> Well, no, but it at least gives you. insight better than most people. But in. general, it is a general understanding. in the world of business that if you try. to do everything, right?
>> Before you start to try to opinionate on. somebody's business, >> that's not even an opinion. I'm saying. in general, I'm not even saying your. business doesn't work. I don't know your. numbers yet. I'm just saying that's a. concern going in cuz it is a general. understanding that any skill of an. individual if he tries to do everything. at once, he's not doing everything to. 100%. It's impossible. >> Our business is it sounds different. It's probably because I didn't explain. it right. You know, >> okay, then try to explain it. >> We're we're entertainment business and. far as if you hire me, I can evaluate.
and then change your life when it comes. to a wedding or it comes to parties. >> You know what I'm saying? Say for. instance, >> change my life. I'm hiring you. Change. my life. >> Okay. Say for instance, you're you're a. bachelor. You have a wedding coming, right? >> Okay. >> So, in our entertainment business, I can. offer you the party bus. I can offer you. the video videography. I can offer you. the food. And. >> you say videography. >> Videography. Videography. >> That would be fun. I'd pay for that. [laughter]. >> Videography. >> Get the oil flowing. >> I bet you like that. [laughter].
>> But like I said, I can offer you. videography. Okay. >> I can offer you uh the food truck and. what we have. And then I can offer you. um the you know the the bus ride there. and we can also offer you the u party. bus and we have models. >> But you said podcast. >> Yes, we do. We we publicize most of our. things that we're going on for the show. You know what I'm saying? For. >> Okay. So, what do you make? >> You said what do we make? >> What What do you make? >> What do I make? >> Yeah. I mean, we'll get into the. business, but yeah. What do you make? >> Uh what I make and what what I haven't.
made uh sort of profit yet with the. business as as sort, you know. >> Okay. So, we're relying on her. disability. I I filed his um previous. tax years. >> Ah, [screaming] this is why you brought. your accountant. >> That's my quant. >> Your what? My quantitative. >> Well, [laughter]. >> it's not my accountant. >> So, uh for 2025, um we I didn't get a. chance to file his taxes. I But for. 2024, >> you file an extension? >> No. >> What the is wrong with you?
>> I I believe you file your tax. >> the Asian of the relationship. But um for 2024, Ricky has roughly made. [snorts] around 25,000 roughly. >> Okay. So again, to be clear, for her. disability, of which we don't know, is. actually the only reason why you're able. to go into business cuz it's what pays. the bill. >> So the taxpayer. >> I I keep all of my money to myself, actually. >> How are you funding your life? Well, do. you guys live in the same place? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, I mean, come on. That's like. your biggest usual percentage of cost of.
living. or you know the cost of living. and the cost of running a business two. different things. I'm able to pay the. bills. >> No, I'm saying how you pay your bills. And she says, "Well, I keep all my money. independently.". >> She's still paying the bills and she. keeps her money in her pocket. >> She doesn't pay a single scent to the. mortgage. >> Yeah, she pays a little bit, but I don't. have her pay most of it. Yeah, I'm able. to take care of most things. >> How How can he do that off of $25,000 a. year? >> That's what I make off of this business. >> Oh, well, I asked what you did. Oh, >> I didn't finish explaining. You didn't.
let me. You cut me off. >> I do that. >> Yeah. So, you got to feel feel the whole. story and find out exactly everything. I'm doing. >> I'm story ready, buddy. Hit me. >> All right. You know what I'm saying? Like I told you before I met him, I was. already running a couple of businesses. before the business I have right now. that we're running together. I have a. tow truck company. We have a car lot. You know what I'm saying? We have We. have a transport company. >> What do you make from that? >> From the transport company? >> Uh transport company. I'm making about. $200,000 a year. >> Wow. Okay. That's what gets your pocket?
Yes. >> Oh, that's incredible. So, okay, let's. just let's just in general. Okay. Is. there anything else that brings in. money? >> Is it anything else? >> Anything else or is that is that okay? What what do you make on a monthly. basis? What has your pocket monthly? >> Uh pocket monthly now since I slowed. down the company. Uh it's Oh, >> once I slow down the company, >> it's now $200,000. That's the number we. were going off of. But what is it now? >> Now, I quit the company to run this. company. >> How much do you make, buddy? I Well, we. just told you how much I made.
>> 25,000 a year. >> On this company? Yes. >> But you said you put together. What do. you make from the previous company now? >> From the previous company now. From the. previous company, it shouldn't be no. more than probably like every month is. um I want to say about $10,000. >> Okay. Well, that's good. That that. actually makes us. >> Is this from the car lot or. >> This is from the trucking company and. the uh the travel traveling company. >> You made $10,000 this month. Would you. know? >> You said I didn't know that. I didn't. know that. >> Would you?
>> Would I know that? Ah, >> it's not the same. >> Wait, you you were filing his taxes. >> It's not the same business. >> No, but you were filing his taxes or. business taxes? >> Uh, both. >> Okay. How much did he make last year? >> Uh, for 2025? Um, I didn't file his. taxes this. >> But you're not even preparing it. >> Um, >> who filed your taxes this year? >> Um, I filed my taxes this year. >> You filed your taxes? >> Well, he got the paperwork and filed. I. didn't file tax. >> He did not file. So it filed taxes have. not filed for. >> Yeah. No, it's not filed.
>> That's not good. >> Yeah, >> he got the paperwork. >> Well, for the to for the company. >> Then why haven't you filed his taxes? But he has to pay his taxes. >> for 2024 or 2025. >> Five. He said he gave you the paperwork. >> You money guy? >> So I filed through my uh CPA and. >> through your CPA for him. um my own CPA and he files our business. taxes uh for 2025, but I didn't. My CPA. refuses to file his taxes.
>> Well, I think that would be fair. >> Your CPA is an [ __ ]. >> Uh well, >> we got into it. So, >> how is he an [ __ ] for not wanting to. file your taxes through not you? >> I don't know. >> I've been with my CPA for 10 years and. I've never seen him yelled over the. phone speaking to. >> Why was he yelling? >> I don't know. The man did yell. >> Did I yell? Ricky didn't yell, but my. CPA did. >> What was he yelling about? >> He was accusing Ricky of some mortgage. um that I wasn't aware of, but you. weren't aware of either. >> Me either.
>> Accusing of a mortgage. >> Yeah. >> How did he yell about it? What What was. the accusation he was making? >> He made something personal that I don't. know what for. He made personal about. some mortgage that I had that I wasn't. paying and I told him I had. >> How did he take it personal? >> I don't know. >> Um. >> he was there in person with him, not me. We filed his taxes for 2024 and I think. somewhere in between after that. I don't. know what happened between you and my. CPA, but it just kind of left a bad. taste in him. And my CPA told me go.
>> CPA talked to her. >> No. >> No. >> Cuz that would trigger me too. >> Yeah. And he told me go find a different. CPA. I'm not going to file his taxes. >> So, >> okay. Did you find another CPA, buddy? We're in June. >> Yeah, >> he did. I assume. Uh, I'm trying to get. things together right now. >> Yeah. >> What did he make in 24, >> Ricky? >> Yes. >> Uh, the same thing. 25,000, but the for. 2023 it was 45,000.
>> Okay, buddy. How are you're not netting. $10,000 a month? >> Okay. I'm not netting $10,000 a month on. paper. >> What? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. So, you're tax frauding. >> I'm not tax frauding. It's just some. money that I make from, you know, my. trucks that are not on paper. I have. trucks that are not on paper that makes. money sometimes. Like. >> help me out here, Kevin. >> Yeah. How can he help you out when he. doesn't know about the drugs? >> Oh, I thought he did because he filed. the taxes. Do you not know? >> How are we going to file taxes on. something that he doesn't know about? He. doesn't know about my.
>> That's what I'm trying to figure out. That's what I'm telling you. >> I'm not part of that trucking business. >> He's not part of the trucking company. >> I had this way before he even came. >> Kevin, why are you here? You're a part. of the current business. >> Yes. >> That's okay. How are you a part of it? Um I'm more of his um how you say angel. investor slash tech side of the techn. technical support for him at least. >> Mhm. It's racist. You said it's racist. >> Wait. >> Oh, you stupid. >> Wait, how's that? [laughter]. >> Wait, how's that? >> That is not racist. >> You're token Asian for tech.
>> Oh. Oh, I didn't realize that. >> I have one and his name is also Kevin. >> No, his name's Sean. [laughter]. >> I didn't realize that. >> That's okay. No, that's good. That's. good. That's good. Oh. Uh, okay. So, you. invested? >> Uh, yes. Um, we should probably go back. how me and Ricky met. We met at a in. 2022 at clinical trial study and we stay. at a facility for three whole weeks. We. couldn't leave and that's when we got to. know him. Me and Ricky. >> What the were they studying?
>> What was that study about? I forgot. >> It was for a anti-depressant medication. that they were doing. >> Okay. Worked on him. Failed with you. [laughter] And uh and the payout was. really nice and it was three weeks but. at the very last I think the second to. last day um you weren't able to complete. the study. >> No, I completed the study. >> You left the program early and you had a. verbal altercation with one of the staff. nurses. >> Oh, so fighting's in your uh history.
>> Oh yeah, most definitely. For sure. >> But it was the CPA, >> huh? I met it was the CPA. Yeah, but I. Yeah, I kick ass. >> You Why, man? I'm from Compton. You know. what I'm saying? So, I mean, I'm just. >> Why continue antisocial behavior once. you leave the place of badness? >> I I don't ple antisocial behavior. because. >> You said you're kicking ass. >> I said I will and I can. >> Why? >> If he was if he was in front of my CPA, he would have. >> handle it with your brain. >> I do. >> I go back to your evolutionary traits. >> I didn't go back to my evolutionary.
traits. >> If you're just fighting people in the. street, that's not good. >> I said I can. That doesn't mean I use. it. No, >> he just said he got in an altercation. >> in case he got. >> at the anti anti. >> with me. I never yelled at him or said. anything to him. Period. Listen, >> that's the second time so far. >> Mhm. I never said nothing to him. Period. I didn't yell at him. I didn't. say nothing to him. The man yelled at me. and started talking [ __ ]. >> Okay. >> I didn't say nothing to him. >> Why would the guy at the clinical tri. Why would your CPA and why would the guy. at the clinical trial talk [ __ ] to you? >> I don't know. >> So, everyone's talking [ __ ] to you.
>> I don't know. >> You know, try being black in America. That's what you do. Uh, I can attempt. it. I just think I would get cancelled. very quick if I did what was necessary. >> Yeah, >> black [laughter] face. >> But, but to go to what you said, at the. at the end of a trial study, Ricky. proposed me a business idea. And, you. know, I was bored. I was 26 years old. I. just thought, okay, sure. Let's let's. start this recording studio. >> That was a while ago. Okay. >> This recording studio. And, uh, it's a. cool idea. We'll have inside a mobile. bus RV or bus.
>> mobile. Yeah. M. >> it became bigger than what it needed to. be and it started to do more. Uh we. started the recording studio on a I. bought a big giant bus and uh my little. brother at the time was rapping. He was. doing some music and stuff like that and. we had a bunch of other artists with. >> Compton. I guess. So you know but you know he he. was all doing music and stuff like that. It it was doing some things but I didn't. know too much about music. I own 18. acres of land at the time on a property. we're living at. And.
>> that's the UNO reverse card. >> The UNO reverse card. What you mean? >> Keep going. [clears throat]. [laughter]. >> You know what I'm saying? Uh, at the. time I u Cherry came up with a nice idea. to be able to uh do a smoke shop. >> Oh, always degenerate behavior is what's. in your head. So, uh, as you know, we. wanted to utilize the land, so we. started utilizing the land to get a hemp. production license. You know what I'm. saying? So, >> very interesting one, Terry.
>> Yeah. [laughter]. >> So, we got a H production license. >> I think I'm in love. >> We got a H production license and we. started growing uh hemp, you know. Uh, >> but I I had no idea. Um, I was sort of. invested in this podcast studio or. recording studio that didn't really turn. out the way it panned out. And then next. thing I know, hey, we're doing a smoke. shop business now. >> Classic pivot. >> I didn't put my money into it knowing. that. But now, hey,
>> put in. >> uh at that time or at. >> just Yeah. What have you put in overall? Yeah, sure. Actually, up until that time. >> up until uh that first year, uh how much. did I gave you? >> It was. >> 30,000. And you pivoted the business. without his knowledge. >> It wasn't a $30,000 cash. It was a. credit card that he had handed us. No, not credit card initially. It was. upfront capital. I remember giving you. two grand for some tires for the the. bus. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I forgot. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And then the five. grand for the music instrument tool.
>> I thought we used the card on it. >> The what? >> I thought we used the card on it. >> Did we? >> Yeah, we used the card on it. >> It doesn't matter. It was 30,000 bucks. either way. What percentage did he own. giving his credit card? >> You said what now? >> What percentage did he get to own. >> on the credit card? >> No. If he gave the credit card, what. percentage of the business did he get to. own? We [clears throat] were 50-50 in. the business. >> 50-50. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, labor, money, >> right? Okay. >> Yeah. We're 5050 throughout the whole. business. Just like that. >> Okay. That's good. That's fine. Uh. >> I seen it wasn't making a dollar. It.
wasn't making any sense. So, I've made a. pivot and made a decision to make the. dollar back. >> You know, >> I still haven't got a dime that that. first year. >> Oh, just the first year. >> Oh. >> Overall. Okay. >> Overall, >> you own a percentage of her disability? No. >> I'll be paying for it forever. So, [laughter]. M. >> But like I said, we uh we took a pivot. and we changed it. Changed the business. I bought a second bus. I bought a second. bus to be able to do a mobile smoke shop. cuz we didn't want. >> But he didn't consent to this even. though he's a 50% owner.
>> I was I was sort of dragged along in a. way. >> I bought it with my own cash. I bought. got the bus and I made it. >> Still he's a 50% owner. >> Yeah. But it didn't have really nothing. to do with the business until we we made. it part of the business. >> Is there a leg what's the legality? What's the paperwork we've done around. the signing of this business? >> There's there's none. >> Why? It is not very difficult to get. just some kind of contract attorney in. the business world. 1 th000 bucks. >> I I should have known better, but I'm I. was 26 27. I We should have had. operating agreement. >> at that point. What are we doing? I.
started this at like 27. I was I got. [ __ ] and figured out what are we doing. >> I mean, but even still today you're 30. >> Right. Right. >> Okay. far as like I said, I wanted to. try to take a pivot in the business to. do something. So, I took part of my. money to be able to uh open up the part. of the hemp business, get into the smoke. shop and get into the. >> understand that pivot. [clears throat]. But listen, that is money can be made. >> It wasn't It wasn't. >> Wait, but a lot of new laws in Texas. How's that impacting? >> It impacted destroyed it. It destroyed.
it. >> It destroyed it mainly. >> Okay. >> And now we're doing another pivot. >> Yeah. We took New pivot. >> Yeah. cuz we were making anywhere from. 400,000 maybe $500 $600,000 a year for. the business that we had with the smoke. and everything. >> You didn't see a dime? >> I didn't see a dime. >> How's that fair? >> It's It's fair. >> Were you taking distributions? Was he. taking distributions? >> No. Uh Ricky say he would reinvest it, but I believe the profit was on the. profit margin was pretty slim. >> It was It was It was because. >> How much profits were there?
>> There wasn't too many because we we kept. escalating with the business. So this. >> Okay, but if there were not too many. prophets, how many were there? >> Okay, so. >> it sounds like there were some prophets. >> It wasn't. >> Well, he said not too many. Meaning. there were some. Yo, >> are you saying there none? >> Okay, so there were some profits, but. then it wasn't at the same time because. it kept escalating with the business. So. if you invested, you know what I'm. saying? $50,000 into a bus. >> Yeah. >> You know, now I want to try to get that.

payments to get you out of debt at a. pace that works for you. And if you need. a co-borrower released from your loan, they've got a program for that, too. Plus, their team is in Phoenix, Arizona. So, when you call them, you talk to a. real person. It only takes 3 minutes to. check your rates and it doesn't impact. your credit score. If you've been told. no a million times, try Yrefi. this. >> Hundreds of thousands. >> Mhm. >> What have you spent? >> Hundreds of thousands. I don't really. see the numbers there, but I'll just. take your word for it, but I haven't. seen those numbers. >> Wait, so you actually don't even believe. he has invested hundreds? >> I honestly I don't. >> I don't know how when we got the. material to be able to have. >> Is there proof? >> Yes, most definitely. For sure. >> On paper? >> On paper. And as far as the evidence, but he hasn't seen it. >> He's seen it. He has it. >> He's even seen it in numbers. >> What? Which one? >> Okay. You have the financial reports for.
everything that we have. >> Period. Point blank. >> The ones you. >> the actual. >> the ones you sold or what? How did you. come up? What did you sold that's. 100,000? >> Okay. What have I sold with is 100,000? I sold my property. I sold my house. >> for the business. >> Yes. >> What else? >> I sold my tow truck and my 18-wheeler. >> Okay. So, that's not making any money. anymore. Did the house have a mortgage. on it? >> I had four 18-wheers. >> and four tow trucks. >> Yeah, you're all over the place. Which.
>> I'm not all over the place. kind of. I. mean, >> you're not filing your taxes, Ricky. >> I didn't file my taxes this year. >> Yes. It's June. You didn't file an. extension. You get to move. You know. what you're doing. >> My life moves a certain way. And. >> if you're Okay. And a part of that life. is always filing your taxes, Ricky. >> Yeah. Filing your taxes and all that. kind of good stuff and whatever like. that. Not a lot of people in America. file their taxes. >> But you're a business owner. You have. to. You're going to get audited. >> Okay. Let them audit me. You can't audit. nothing that they can't take from you. >> There's nothing. >> Uhoh. Ricky or Uh-oh. Kevin, you hear. that? Let them audit you.
>> Yeah, >> that's. >> you excited. >> I don't want to be audited. So, >> I'm not scared of an audit. I'm not. scared of anything that's going to. happen. >> Really? Cuz I mean like all your off. paper making money. I would actually be. actually terrified. >> You've never been in the predicament I. am in either. >> What do you mean? >> I'm predict. >> Okay. I'm struggling with certain things. that destroyed our company when it came. to the business. >> Yes. >> Okay. I mean, I've gotten canceled. before. It's kind of similar. >> No, it's not the same thing. >> in a different way. I mean, it's there's. different struggles.
>> You also probably make more money than. we do, too. >> Well, of course, I'm better at business. >> No, I don't know about that part. >> Well, objectively, I mean, >> objectively, >> some people get lucky, some people. don't. >> You think this luck? I don't think it's. all luck. Not at all. A lot of people do. hard work, but what I'm saying is that. my hard work is better than my hard. work. You. >> Your hard work's better than your hard. work. >> My My hard work. >> Her dancing is better than her dancing. >> My hard work is different. That's what. I'm trying to say. and then your hard. work. >> Yeah. All that matters in the end is.
results, though. Yeah. >> I don't care if you work and produce. nothing. Then you're still. [clears throat] a failure. Even if you. worked hard. >> So, we don't judge people based on how. much work they did. Just judge based on. results. >> Just because you failed and you got to. come back up and you got to get it. again. >> Sure. But if you failed, you're a. failure. >> Anyways, four years still haven't seen a. dime yet. And. >> yeah, that's a big deal when you spent. hundreds of thousands and he says he. spent hundreds of thousands. Did you. have a mortgage on that property? >> Yes. >> That was my question. Yes. Okay. What. was the profit from that property when. you sold it? >> Uh 216,000.
>> and you put it all into the business. >> No, we bought another house. >> Are you hearing that, Kevin? He just. said he sold the house to put it into. the business. Kevin, are you are you. following this? I appreciate you for. being truthful. >> I think you just yourself. >> No, we bought another house and we have. the equity in the property to be able to. stand for it on what I spent on my money. and the receipts and everything. >> Why did you sold the house and put it. into the business? Aren't you Aren't you. renting? >> No. Renting what? >> I thought Okay, I must have been a. mistake. I thought you were renting. I'm. >> very much mistaken. There's a lot of.
things that you don't listen to that you. say you listen to that you don't. >> You know what I'm saying? Did not listen. to a lot of stuff that over anything in. the amount of time that we've been. together. >> besides a car. I said we've never rented. anything besides a car in the entire. time of me and Ricky's relationship. >> We don't rent nothing. We bought. everything that we had. >> My bad. It's my bad. I just thought of. something else. >> He says you don't listen to anything. What does that mean? >> I guess I get I don't listen. I guess. that's what he says. I just. >> Oh, you're a cuck. Okay.
>> You want that as a business partner? I. guess he has an unlimited blank check. >> ATM. >> No, not. >> pushover, too. >> Well, you got the jawline. You're a. handsome guy. I think you could stand up. for yourselves. He might take antisocial. behavior out on you if you speak up. But. >> I've never got into it with him like. that. >> I'm joking. I'm joking. You're a good. guy. I think maybe. I don't know. He. might be kind of abusing his finances, but um really you're just going to Is. that how you've been this entire. relationship? Just a pushover? >> It's been a lot of weight on my.
shoulders. >> Why continue to put money into this? >> Part of me thinks it's going to work out. if I keep pouring more into this. >> Okay, tell me how it's going to work. out. >> Give me the strategy. Give me the the. How does it work out? Uh, initially I. thought I was cuz I thought. >> Okay, you put [laughter] hundreds of. thousands since that initial. >> Again, again, again, when it comes to. working out this business, >> he's going to speak for you. >> Every time I bring it up to Ricky, he. assures me that we're going to make. millions every single year.
>> Oh, millions, Ricky. >> And even though our tax is that we made. $550 or $450,000 in sales, I just that's. the only indicator that. >> in sales but not profits. >> Ex. Yeah. which I really am very curious. what the IRS thinks about that. >> So that's the only thing that's. >> when you're starting from scratch and. you have this business. >> You know what I'm saying? Your head all. you want to. But I'm telling you when. you. >> I mean you're just acting like I did it. >> Just like you have all this equipment. here. You have to buy all this stuff. This comes from. >> But I funneled it with profit.
>> Yeah. No, you didn't with business. >> Well, I made sure I could actually pay. my bills. >> Okay. But you took you some time to do. it, didn't it? >> Yes. But I didn't rush in by buying. everything and not making either. ain't. rushing it either. >> He hasn't gotten a penny, >> okay, in four years. >> To half it the part and you're tellating. and you're talking about things. >> Tell me the other half. >> Okay. Okay. I'm I'm I'm going leave. I'm. I'm You know what? We're going to play word things and. we're going to talk about business.
>> No, I just don't know what supplicate. is. You said I'm supplicating. >> Okay, don't worry about it. Listen. >> Okay, I'll move on. You know, like I. said, when it comes to this business and. when it comes to the things that we're. doing and how you do it, we start from. the ground up. And I bought every single. thing and put towards this business to. make a profit. >> with his money. >> No, with my money as well. And I know. that I spent way much more. I came out. of my pocket. >> How much more? >> Uh, at least about over about maybeund. $150,000 more. I know that for sure.
>> Was it total? >> You saying 150,000? No, total. >> What's the total what we owe? >> No. No. How much have you put in. overall? >> The total with both of us we put into. this business is probably at least about. $300 something thousand. >> Okay. Supplicate is to ask for something. humbly, earnestly, or submissively. I. don't remember doing that. Maybe I did. Was I humbly asking for something? >> Listen. So, what's the other half? You. said there's a second half. I really. want to hear. Other than I'm building. from the ground up, what's the other. half? I need some like information here. >> It takes more than money to run a.
business. So, let's let's let's for a. second take money out of the situation. What are we doing to help the business? Every party that's in charge of the. business, me, Kevin, Ricky, without the. money, what what are we doing to help. our business build as far as in website, as far as making flyers for our price. listes, as far as marketing, as far as. getting out there letting people know. about our company? Me and Ricky are the. only two people doing that. >> So, what are you doing? I I wasn't aware. you're a part of the business. What are. you doing a part of the business? do.
marketing as far as making our business. cards, getting out there, letting. customers know about our business day by. day, word of mouth, because it takes. more than. >> she's the model for our business. Her. and her friends are models for our. business and stuff like that. We like I. said on our party bus, it's 15t high. We. have models all across our party bus. How do you. >> People People that know you, they know. that the business that you run, right? Like anybody that would know you, they. know that um what you have going on. >> Yeah. Everybody that knows me knows. about my company and it should be the.
same for everybody that has a part of. our business. Like there shouldn't be if. if somebody knows Kevin, they should. know about the business that he offers. and they should know that we off what. services we have. They should know that. >> But they don't. >> Wait, what's the point you're trying to. make? I'm sorry. >> The point I'm trying to make is it's. besides money, it takes more than just. money to run a company. as far as. getting out there, talking to people, word of mouth, business cards, marketing, flyers, posting content, all. of that hard work and labor, the. actually hard work. You know what I'm. saying? Deploy the point that's being.
made. I'm confused. >> How can we grow and make money if we're. not doing the things to make us more. money? That's the point I'm making. You. might bring money in, but if you're not. helping marketing and getting your. business out there, how is it helping it. grow? >> Kevin, perspective on that? >> Uh, it's it's a lot to dig in. I'm not. even in the business. >> You own 50%. >> In person, so I'm just out here and. >> But that's the same thing that what she. talking about. Just because you're not. there in person, those things can be.
done from New York or wherever. What. not? You know what I'm saying? Far as in. like marketing and website designs and. pushing things out there for. >> Do you have insight into the books? >> Can you view the books? >> And not anymore. >> Not anymore. >> Not anymore. Yeah, we we got crashed. with uh with Square. Uh. >> everything was put on Square. >> Square was not hemp friendly. >> Yeah. >> So they closed our account. >> So it was still primarily hemp andal new. laws. >> Yeah. The new laws if if things start to. downpour. >> Terry, what's your perspective on uh.
Kevin. >> as far as in what specifically? >> Uh part of this business and whatnot. I. mean I noticed you talked about you and. Ricky but not Kevin. >> I mean Kevin's a great person. um like. he has put in a lot but it takes like I. said earlier it takes more than just. money to help a business grow you it. doesn't necessarily mean you have to be. out here with me and Ricky you can be at. home you can post on our business. platform you can upgrade our website to. make sure that all of all of our. services are up to date with the prices.
as well you can help us market more more. um bookings for the party bus all of. that stuff you don't have to be in. Colleen to do that. >> That's what I'm saying. [clears throat]. >> I mean, everyone agrees that it takes. capital and labor. That's pretty much. what makes a business. >> Yeah. >> So, >> and the labor cost became too high. This. the only reason why. >> Okay. Can I have the whiteboard? >> I am just so I'm going to just have. Let's have you Ricky. Ricky, you seem to. [clears throat] be the boots on the. ground operation. Sorry, I didn't mean.
to trigger you. Uh for this business. >> Mhm. >> Draw the business, the profit centers, the the income. Just like tell me what. the business is for every source of. income and give me like a percent of. what that might be. Just draw out the. business for me. I need to I just need. to understand something. >> Okay. So, god damn it. What come off? Anyways, so there's a uh we did have a. building. We would let the building go. But have the building. This is the. building. This is the. >> Well, I just want to know now.
>> the shop. You want to know now what's. going on? >> I just need to know what the business. looks like now. There's an eraser. >> Yeah. So now you saying there's uh. there's a bus, you know, that's goddamn. there's a bus, there's uh there's three. buses actually. There's the party bus, and then there's the uh travel bus, and. then there's the the smoke shop bus. >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? Gotcha. We got. the smoke shop bus, the travel bus, and. the party bus. And then we have a smoke. shop car.
>> Car? >> Yeah, we got a car. One of one of them. got repossessed. >> Yo, that's that was a van that we had. which the motor didn't work under my. name. >> It was under your name. >> It was I cosigned for that van. >> and it was repoed couple weeks ago when. I wanted some money for free with no. responsibility. >> Okay. Okay. So, shop car. Shop car. >> Shop car. And then we got another van. that's uh for the smoke shop as well. too. >> And this was that repossessed this one? >> No, this three.
>> Yeah, we got a total of three. And then. we got the food truck, >> right? Yeah. >> Okay. So, a lot of assets. Are there. debt on these assets? >> No. >> These are all owned cash out. Yes. >> Why was one repossessed? >> Because that was the only one we're. doing payments on. >> Why didn't you pay? >> Um [clears throat]. things got complicated with uh with the. whole business because one, we we we. made a mistake by getting loans. We had. got a cash advance loan, >> you know. Uh cash advance. He didn't.
take out like a personal loan, business. loan, >> cash advance. >> Yeah, personal loan. >> We were we were. >> we [clears throat] we went we went. >> on this business on a whole point. Uh. first we got the credit card stacking. which was fine. We got the credit card. stacking. >> Are you familiar with credit card. stacking? >> Yo, we got the cr credit card stacking. We got at least about I want to say. about $80,000 worth of credit cards. >> Okay. Are you talking about just that. endless transferring? >> Uh no, no, no, not the transferring. So, we went through a third party service. and they apply all these credit cards. for us. So, we went Oh, that's.
interesting. >> The first round we we obtained four. credit cards but at the expense of 12%. Was it 12% or. >> 12% is insane. >> No, no, it was it we didn't have zero. down on the credit cards. >> No, no, no. They're paying for the. service. >> Wait, I am confused though. It's not How. are you guys collecting money now, though? >> Now, now is a different different point. You know what I'm saying? I was. >> But how are you collecting? >> We're still building it. >> We're still building it. >> We had to take a pin. How does income. come in? Where do you collect it from? >> Where do we collect it from? What are. you talking about? >> I think. >> so. Straight broke, right?
>> You're talking about Wait a minute. You're going from one subject to another. subject to ask me some question to. another question and you not got to stay. on one point on one conversation. >> Well, I can do whatever I want on my. show. >> I know. I know what I'm saying, but I'm. getting confused on what you're talking. about. >> That's fine. That's why I'm trying to. redefine it. So, >> okay, >> Stripe doesn't work. How are you making. money now? >> We're making money from the from the him. shop and. >> Yeah, but where is it hitting? Not. through Stripe. Where is it getting. transferred through? Uh, he's he's referring to POS. >> Oh, the POS system. I I forgot the name. of it. I forgot the name of the POS. system. >> Why am I being told it's going like.
through Cher's Cash App and Venmo? >> Well, the cash app. Yes, because we had. to start using her cash app because my. >> That's You don't have any insight on. that? >> I That's true. >> And how does that make you feel, dude? But if it was going to her my business. partner's fiance's. cash app and we put it through the bank. >> Which bank? >> From Bank of America. >> But but that's is that negative? It's. been negative for months. >> We haven't made any money. >> Oh, good. [laughter] Okay. So, yeah,
let's talk about the money then. So, these these are all the assets, correct? >> Right. >> Okay. So, there's also a podcast. >> that these are all the vehicles we have. and. >> Yeah. But Okay. So, that's the vehicle. part of the business. vehicle party. business. Then we got videography, >> you know, >> and this is for events, >> huh? This is for events, >> right? Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, the same setup you have here, we have. >> kind of Yeah, I get it. >> Not kind of. You don't know what I have, but yes, we have same setup. >> Well, we don't go mobile and shoot.
events. So, kind of. >> I'm saying I don't go mobile either and. shoot events. I do shoot events and. mobile. What I'm saying is we have a. stationary spot that we do it at. you. know, we have a stationary spot where we. have our same thing. We do the same. stuff and whatever like that. Not on. your level or nothing like that. Period. >> We're not competing. That's fine. >> But I'm saying that's that. >> So videography, what else? >> Uh videography and um that's it. This is. all this is all part of business. >> Write down on average for each of those.
what they would bring in net after. costs. >> Now like would they bring in? >> No. No. No, not wood. Now, >> like now they're not bringing in nothing. but the videography because we just. >> still he's still building it up. >> Okay. >> So, what does that mean? What does it. look like now then? If it's still being. built out, what's this still building? I. understand the hemp one. Like I Okay, we. can like that's on hold until we figure. it out. But. >> so so this all got changed just. recently. Within 3 months, everything.
kind of took a pause and stopped. >> Why? >> Because of the hemp business. >> So the travel bus relied on the hemp. business. >> Okay. So the travel bus and every part. of this business relied on one part of. the business because it made so much. money. And when it made so much money. >> Oh, so you're saying all of it was. subsidized. They were all money losers. being subsidized by the hemp business. >> No, it's just I didn't have enough. We. were I was starting to break off and. push more into the party bus more. Okay, this is what happened because it's a. long story and we're going to it in in a.
quick ways and you're asking questions. about certain things. I'm just saying. Okay. Far as in the party bus and far as. in in in uh some of these vehicles and. stuff like that and what happened in the. situation, the party bus took I want to. say $50,000 in creation and it and and. $20,000 chunky. >> It took Huh. >> That's chunky. >> Yes. And it took because we it was it. was originally the um the mobile studio. where we had started correct uh at first.
>> and we changed it into a party bus and I. had put a rap on there. We had got with. a dude named Kevin that he ran his. business for 30 years. I don't know this. guy. I mean I know him but I didn't know. he was going to take this long with the. rap on a bus. >> Not this Kevin. >> No. Different Kevin. A different Kevin. >> Different Kevin. Um, >> it took 6 months to get our bus back. when we had a wrap on it. So, it took a. pause on that bus. The transmission went. out on the u on the what you call it on. a uh on a on the smoke shop bus. So, we.
couldn't utilize that. >> So, where we're where's the standing on. every single one of these individually. today? >> They work now. >> Okay. So, why is no money coming in? >> Because I'm only one person. We lost a lot of stuff when business. went down. >> What'd you lose? We lost employees. >> Okay. But why would the employee for the. transportation bus be funded by the hemp. business? >> Because it was the only thing that was. coming through. We had just got the bus. back. >> Okay. So, what do we need to do right. now to get it up and running? Let's say.
there was employees to run it. What. would they bring in on net? >> What would they bring in on net on party. bus? >> Each each individual item there. >> Not the hemp obviously anymore, but what. would they. >> um on a monthly basis? >> What was that first one? S. What's S. again? >> That's that's the smoke shop bus. >> Okay. Can Can we still do that today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What would that bring on a net if. you had the employee in place? A net. after expenses. >> Uh monthly. Are you talking about? >> Yes. Monthly. >> Monthly after expenses. You're talking. about uh we running out had all the. stuff that was in there. You're talking. about maybe 20 to $25,000 a month.
>> Does that sound right, Kevin? >> Um. you did the taxes, you done the. >> I don't see that hit in the checking. account. >> Listen, we have that [ __ ] in the check. mass. We had that hit in the checking. account for almost 2 years. >> Things are being run through her cash. app right now right now right now right. now right now right now right now right. now right now right now in Venmo, right? >> What' you say? >> Things are being run through her Cash. App and Venmo right now, right? Transactions. >> We She don't have Vimmo, but yes, Cash. App. >> Cash app. Would [clears throat] you let. Kevin see your cash app? >> We do. >> But the all the business stuff isn't. just on Cash App. I have other personal.
things that I get cashed out for. >> No, that's fine. But like he would see. the business problem. when they have a meeting every day. When. they have a meeting every day and Kevin. talks to Ricky about numbers. saw. I'm. not sure how he didn't see it. When they. have conversations every day about. numbers, that doesn't make any sense. >> We show him the the cash apps. We we. send over the things and stuff like. that. >> If he never saw any numbers, why would. he still be here this long? He hasn't. seen it. He's saying he hasn't seen it. >> And it's not like Why is he saying that? >> The thing is this. We just started using. her cash app. It wasn't like it been.
like it wasn't the whole time. I know. When When did it start? >> Uh they shut down our cash app and they. shut down our Square. >> What do you use now? That's why we end. up using hers and we started we switched. over and we had to use another POS. >> How long? >> Like 3 months. >> And you're saying you haven't seen. anything in 3 months? >> No, I haven't. >> That's why. >> Okay. Can he see? >> I mean, >> yeah, you can read. She doesn't want to. be on camera. >> Which transactions are which. transactions? That's what I'm saying.
>> No, I know. I know. He can ask for. clarification. >> Take a little look through. >> Ricky's right there. >> Take a little peekies. >> Yeah, >> little peek. Okay. So, let's say 20,000. Great. Transportation bus. What would. that bring in? Well, Mr. Kevin goes. through and looks. >> Um, the transportation bus can bring. anywhere from uh let's say. >> Nat after costs. >> After cost $10,000 a month. >> Okay, that would be lovely. Um P I. forgot. Party bus. Party bus. Yes. What. does that bringing in? >> Uh it can bring anywhere. After cost uh. owning Colleen, by the way, >> about $15,000. No, out here in Austin.
It's. >> in Austin. It's right around the corner. It's actually right around the block. >> The party bus and the food truck. >> I mean, there's a lot of transactions. There's a lot of food, shopping, gas. I. mean, I just there's it's hard to keep. it organized. >> by the way. The like your CPA is not. going to like and IRS certainly won't. >> Personal and business all being. collected in one. >> I couldn't stop. You know, we didn't. make the cash app stop. We had to make a. pivot to sit there and.
>> I know cuz you were doing business that. was illegal in Texas. So, uh, okay. Okay. Do you believe these numbers? Cuz. he's saying net you guys can make, uh, what is that? 40,000 hours a month. >> Look, all I look I look at the numbers. on our checking account. It has never. exceeded. >> $4,000 balance. >> So why? >> Okay. >> Why does it ever exceed 4,000? If you're. saying just those three, you can bring. in 50 net. Net is after costs. >> Okay. Uh [clears throat] that is you're.
saying you you're you're talking about. suspiciary type numbers that can be done. now. >> If we had if we had the you. >> Oh, these were the numbers I would make. >> Would make would. >> Yeah. If you brought them up today. >> Yeah. If I had the money to do all the. stuff that we would have made. >> What do you need. >> to get this done? >> Yes. >> Probably like 50,000 to get that done. >> You ready to put in another 50? >> You know, I mean I don't. >> Why don't you I thought you're big. asset. Big lots of things. >> Yeah. I got a lot of stuff going on, but. I don't have no cash.
>> If you're so confident in it, borrow. against your home. Put 50 in it. >> We did that already. I have so many. >> I thought you said he had equity. >> We do. >> There you go. >> But what I'm saying, I already borrowed. against it. >> He does have a plan to acquire more. capital. >> Yeah, we have. >> What's the plan? >> So, um, the same thing that we he did. with the credit card stacking and stuff. like that. We already having planned. with people to be able to myself, her, and uh one of our other business. partners to be able to do the same thing. with our credit cards and be able to. alleviate. The thing about it was we.
wasn't able to get a SBA loan. We wasn't. able to get a SBA loan. >> Oh [ __ ]. >> Um. >> this is a mess. >> It wasn't a mess before this all. started. >> Before this all started, it wasn't a. mess. >> Okay. Before when was it before it all. started? When was that? >> It was last year. >> Cool. Last year. What were you seeing on. a monthly basis? Before we keep going, a. quick word from today's sponsor. So, what are we talking about. then? >> Far as not significant. We have We have. the numbers and you know what I'm. saying? It show in there or whatever. If. you have the financial paperwork in our. bank account, we had the numbers showing. that we were making$25 to $30,000 a. month that were alleviating going to the. account. We were just paying employees. We were paying employees buying things. for the company, running the business.
When you're not there physically, when. you're not there actually said he didn't. have to be. >> You can see it on the He wasn't looking. on the computer. On the square in the. square looking on the computer. >> It's there. All the sales were there. Everything that was there. >> Why' you trust this guy? >> Oh, that's a that's a. >> You trust me plenty of time. >> Question. Well, why did you trust him to. invest a couple hundred,000? Dude, you a. couple hundred thousand be. multi-millions in the S&P 500 by the. time. >> Oh, I could have been a millionaire. You. did? Yeah. Why'd you trust him?
>> I was naive. >> Why? >> I was 26 27. >> Oh, shut the up. >> Okay. >> None of us do this at 26 27. >> I guess I was really persuaded and. convinced that we would make. multi-millions. >> How did he persuade you, though? >> I mean, objectively, no. Not yet. >> Things things I wasn't expecting for the. hemp business to fall. I wasn't. expecting for. >> cash into a risky business. Like, you. kind of understand, right? >> I didn't expect for it to fall. I didn't. expect for the laws to change. You know,
>> in Texas, >> I didn't expect. >> been pushing for this forever. >> Man, I don't look at that stuff like. that. And I. >> You don't look at the stuff that impacts. your business. >> I do look at it, but I'm saying I didn't. expect it to change that much. >> That's what you're investing in. A guy. who doesn't look at the things that. impacts his business. You got sold. Great. Um, okay. >> Nobody expected it to happen. And it's. more than just. >> Actually, I did. I've been following. that. They've they've been trying that. actually. They've been Okay. 26 27. you're 30 now. They've been trying that. since you're 26. I've been following it.
for 4 years. >> I know over 15 different business. personally that spent hundreds of. thousands just the same as I done that. fell under just because they changed the. laws. >> Yeah, but they bet on the risk. >> Yeah. When I did. >> You weren't even informed on the risk. >> I was informed on the risk. >> You just said you didn't look into it. >> I'm saying like I didn't think it was. going to go change like that. >> You weren't informed on the risk. >> I was informed on the risk every day. He. even remind me about the risk. >> What? What the What am I dealing with. here? [laughter] He's He can't He can't. say he's informed. >> How much money did we pay back, Kevin,
on that loan? How much money was it? The. one that we fully paid back. >> Do what? >> We paid back um on the loan it was like. 60,000. >> Oh, we took a small uh what was it. called? >> And then we paid back every penny, the. whole thing. >> We we took like a small business loan. from. >> The reason why you we never saw any. significant money in the account is. because we took a loan. And so this is. what it is. We took a loan and we were. paying $1,000 a week. $1,000 a week on. loans that were coming through the.
account. We're making them. Never missed. a payment. Said up there and made $1,000. a week every week on this account. You. know what I'm saying? Then we're paying. another $3,500 in credit cards every. month. Then plus the employees, then. plus the mortgage, then plus the lights. Then plus all the things that it takes. to run the business and be able to apply. the supplies and be able to run. businesses. I understand that. But. that's what went to the downfall. And. what happened after that after we sat. there and paid off all the loans, it was. a financial freedom that we're going to. go stand ahead then took a on his head.
that to put all the credit card payments. which they were all spread spreaded. around through the month, you know, where we how we supplicating how we make. how we make money is how we separate and. put the money in in our accounts. We're. making 400 500 500 300 you know what I'm. saying every other day. And what. happened after that? >> Such a mess. Okay. >> You know, he put all the all the. payments into one day. >> You guys took on way too much risk, way. too much debt to fuel this thing. And in.
an industry that if you did any. research, you would know that Texas was. trying to change the law on. >> This was just uninformed, moronic. behavior across the board. Come on, dude. I don't smoke weed, but I. follow basic Texas news. And I followed. it, too. And that we fought against. >> You just said you didn't follow it. >> Well, what I'm saying is that after it. started changing, I followed it. I. started seeing. >> Not that they were trying to change it. >> Look, the thing [clears throat] about. this, we can't help but to sit there and.
find out what's going on because the. suppliers that I'm getting it from are. telling me about what's going on. The. people. >> the news. I get it from the Austin. American States. >> It's also because it's probably one of. the most. >> It's probably one of the most uh. generating income stream better than. whatever we had else going on. >> Oh my. Hey, >> that's why all of our eggs aren't in. just that business. That's why we have. multiple different things. So, if the. hemp did. >> cut off, >> but the other ones aren't doing. anything. We. >> still have videography. We still have. our podcast. We still have photography.
We still have the party bus. We still. have which isn't making it. >> None of those are making money. You just. then what are they making right now? >> Right. We just pivot and start to change. and make more from it. >> What is being made right now? Can anyone. answer this question? what's being made right now with the. company with those buses and everything. right now. We're making anywhere. probably about5 to $6,000 every month. for it. >> Does that sound right? >> I don't know. >> And videography, what's being made? >> Yeah, that sounds right.
>> What's Okay. >> Yeah, >> I don't know. >> Okay. Well, that's a lot of money for. three people. So, so profiting 5 to. 6,000. >> No. >> Breaking even. >> Breaking. Losing? >> No, not losing. >> Congratulations. What a return on. investment. >> What do you think the financial score. would be for your business? 0 to 10 if. you had to rate it today. Zero being the. absolute worst, 10 being the absolute. best. >> The financial score? >> Yeah. If you had to rate it,
>> two. >> What would you rate it? >> Go for. >> What would you rate it? >> I haven't gotten a dime, so it's zero. >> If you want your Hammer financial score, get it for free at caleb.com. figure out. where you stand in the world of money, where you're doing great, where you're. doing poor, and what you need to do to. become better. How much is. the videography make in a month? >> On a month. >> Um I mean I I just started roughly just.
doing it hardly like right now. So. >> that's everything just like nothing's. ever being done. It's like now. >> we were. >> What about the photography? >> I don't do photography. I do videos. >> She said photography. >> I do it, but not like that. Not on for. money. It's just for our personal. things, for our website. >> Okay. The podcast, >> you know. >> What does it make? >> We're not monetized yet. >> Where do you post your podcast? >> YouTube, Instagram. >> What is it? >> Uh, >> hey, you got over that thousand. The.
first thousand subscribers is the. hardest. >> Yes. >> Um, I seen a podcast. >> We guess we're just starting that as. well. >> No, we're not just starting it. I had uh. Kurt Cobain's. I had uh Lil Flip. We had. >> Charleston White. >> Charleston White. We had a bunch of. different people on there. We just. haven't been posting much videos. >> You got Kurt Cobain. You haven't? >> It's on there. You just have to scroll. It's on there. >> The one that's like dead. >> No, there's a rapper. >> Isn't that the guy like did Nirvana?
>> No, that's a different Kirk Cobain. This. >> the one that people know. >> Yeah. Wasn't Kirk Kirk Cobain, right? >> It's Kirk Cobain. He sings Drink in My. Cup. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. Which is uploaded on this. channel. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's see. Most popular video. Let's have it sort by most popular. It's taking a second to load. Uh, okay. With little flip. >> Yeah. >> Uh, 2.2,000 two years ago. And you invested in this. [sighs]. >> Also, it's 14 minutes.
Um, it wasn't like we were paying him. It was like kind of like a whim. Yo, he. was going to help us out and put us on. there and stuff like that. >> Oh, assessment of the 55 minutes I know you. guys so far. >> Mhm. >> You said my 55 minutes you known it so. far. The assessment you're going to give. us an assessment. >> assessment based on the 55 minutes I. have so far. Yes. >> Yeah. >> You're all talk. >> Mhm. >> That's it. And you're a leech and you. know nothing and you're a [ __ ].
Everyone's pathetic in like a different. way here except for you because I can't. say that to you. >> I don't know how we pathetic or I'm. pathetic. My business is doing well. >> Takes one and no one. >> and then. >> that's what you got after your 30. seconds of pause. Takes one and no one. is what you got. >> Yeah. >> I'm rubber. Your glue. >> is what you got after 30 seconds of what. I said. >> My glue. >> Huh? >> My glue. >> What? >> Yeah. I didn't I didn't hear what you. said. >> No. The best thing you got was a middle.
school comeback. Maybe. >> Oh, she has a stripper. >> But anyways, like I said, um when it. comes to. >> says it like. >> the business and whatever. >> Oh, she had a delay. What was that. again? >> Everyone says that like it's an insult. It's not an insult. >> No, it's just I don't expect much more. >> It's not an insult. >> No, no, compliment. >> I love strippers. I see them all the. time. >> I bet. >> they're lovely. >> Not usually respected for their entire. >> You just got to talking about lotion and. rubbing yourself and everything like. that. I don't think.
>> Are you talking about lotion? >> At the beginning [laughter] of this. podcast, you was talking about. >> I'm not Ashley. What? What are you. talking about? Me and lotion. >> I don't know. >> What? >> You're the one said it, not me. >> Lotion. >> Yes. >> What are you talking about? >> You was talking about baby oil and some. diddy stuff, man. >> Baby oil. Diddy. Diddy videography. >> Diography [clears throat]. with Yeah, because you're half the time. inaudible. That's what I thought I. heard. >> So, yeah. >> I don't think you go to strip clubs. But. anyways, it was another business. >> I went with everyone in this room. [laughter]. Anyways, when it comes to this business, uh I you can say successful or not. I.
know where we're going to be successful. in this business. I know. >> it's always we're going to be after he. put hundreds of thousands in for years. >> And I did too. I have a lot relying on. this business. A lot. >> I'm sure. But you have her supplemental. >> disability of which we can't say is for. >> for being a cook. >> Like I said, I put most of everything. that I had. >> saying I love veterans. Veterans are the. best among us. They are literally We. have the United States because of the. veterans, but we know for a fact on the.
show's history. They're not a sacred. cow. We can't just be like, "No matter. what, it's all good. No matter what.". And we've when we've had literally over. a dozen people on the show basically. brag about how they're getting fully. funded disability for something that. didn't happen. >> I don't rely on her disability to do. that. >> But you guys can. So, you know, you can. take more risk because you know you can. fall back on it. In the end, if we all have a big safety. net, we're able to take more risk. That's a basic reality.
>> Her safety net doesn't recall me and. doing anything that I'm doing. >> Well, your fiance, you're about to be. married, so that will be there. >> I don't rely on that. That's not a type. of man. >> You don't rely on it right now. I know, but it allows me to take more man I am. And you can't tell me what I'm doing. I. don't rely on no woman to help me with. nothing. Period. That could be sexist all you. want. I don't rely a woman to help me. with nothing that I do with my business. Period. Point blank. Except that money. is there so you're able to take more. risk cuz you know if everything were to. go to [ __ ] you can fall back. >> That's what you say but I don't rely on.
>> that's what the numbers say. >> No the numbers don't say that. I take. care of my stuff. >> I think his hundreds of thousands. So I. guess you're right. You didn't use a. woman. You used Asian. >> Your problem is you just sitting there. listen I told you. that it makes this money to where I can. make something. I don't put on books. But. >> had you not put it on books to truck? >> If you're not putting on books that's. illegal. sold. I don't care give a about. it being illegal. I make my money. Well, that's you know what I'm saying? That. I'm I'm going to make my money to where. it need to go. I'm not doing I'm not.
selling drugs or nothing like that. I'm. I'm going to make my money if I have to. escape some taxes to be able to run my. tow truck to make some money to get my. company going. That's what I'm going to. do. >> Okay. So, >> disability for an unknown disability as. a cook and tax fraud. >> Yeah. Ain't no tax fraud. What you just. said? I'm going off your yard. >> I'm not making enough money to sit up. there and make tax fry on my tow truck. >> You said you said you made 200,000. That. would be enough money. >> before we start running this business. I. don't have I'm one running the truck. I. can't sit there and run that truck at.
the same time I'm doing this business. I'm the only one running the truck. So, anytime I need some money for this. business, yes, I will go take a call for. a tow. Yes, I will go sit there and go. tow a car. Yes, I will go repo a car to. make some cash to be able to go buy. product. Yes. No one's saying you don't. work hard, but I am saying for this. business and looping someone in to give. all this money, put away the bits and. everything that I've been doing and the. jokes and the he he hahas. You are all. talk. >> When it comes I'm not all talk. >> You've been for him.
>> No, I've actually told him what to do. far as in what you do. >> He's made less than a penny, >> okay, >> on his return on investment for hundreds. of thousands of dollars. >> And that wasn't. >> and he's been sucked in due to the talk. Come on. >> It wasn't sucked in due to the talk. We. >> heaven has it. We lost because of. structural things that happened to the. business. >> But before that, he didn't make a penny. >> Before that, we were still building. >> It's forever building with people that. are all. >> forever building with that. You don't. not running the business that we're. running. You're subjugating and putting. things on on. >> substating again. Not again,
>> man. Look, LISTEN. >> LOOK, LOOK HERE. LOOK, LISTEN. >> You're sitting up here talking about. some things that you don't know no. business about. Period. What are you. talking about? You're talking about, hey, you're sucking him in and not. running the business. I'm running the. business. >> Like I said, I'm giving the perspective. based on the 55 minutes that I've had so. far. >> I know, but you your 55 minutes you. listen so far. You listen to five. minutes of conversation and you don't. know the structure of the business. >> Five minutes. I've been listening to you. a lot. You've been rambling, buddy. You've been controlling the. conversation. >> I've been rambling. >> You've been asking questions and. separating conversations. You've been.
separating conversations and putting a. conversation here, there. >> I am trying to learn as much as I can. >> You can't learn anything cuz you don't. listen. >> Oh my gosh. What have I not listened to? >> You don't listen to the rest of the. conversation. >> What have I not heard? Okay. When I. finish, so I have a sentence going. I'm. telling you about the business. You. don't listen to it. You're interrupting. the conversation. You say something. about the numbers. >> Not learned. >> What have you not learned? Yes. >> How the BUSINESS FAILED. >> NO, I 100% DID. I. >> No, it didn't. It failed more than just. with the hemp company. It failed because.
the bus couldn't come back because the. motor went out inside of the truck. Because a lot of things happened with. the business between things getting. stolen, between things messing up. between the business employees, people. get had to fire back and forth. It. wasn't just that running there. You. didn't listen long enough for me to ever. tell you. >> But you didn't listen to anyone who's. ever been a successful business owner. once in their life cuz you know if you. did you would have a proper business. emergency fund. >> A bunch of people that said, >> "Well, then you listen to a bunch of. >> I didn't listen to a bunch of I listen. to people that do more successful than. me and they help." Because you would.
have an emergency fund for those things. that would happen for your business. >> I did have an emergency fund. >> You wouldn't be going into a new asset. in cash every single time without having. an emergency fund to cover 6 months of. that thing being broken to make sure. your employees could have food on the. table to make sure that you can replace. a motor. You don't have assets that. generate your income without the. ability. >> We did take care of that. You don't know. what I'm saying. You We did. >> You said the consequence of it is it all. failed because of that because the motor. broke down. Now you're saying you could. have taken care of it. What are you. talking about? You're contradicting.
>> You took care of it. No, you didn't. Again, you don't know the inside of the. business. When the I'm telling you, when. the motor broke down, we took it to a. mechanic shop. Guess what happened to. the mechanic shop? The guy did not give. me back the the the truck for 3 and 1/2. months. It wasn't our fault. >> So, you should have had an emergency. fund to pay the employees that 3 and 1/2. months. We did. Then what was the issue? We spent the money that the emergency. fund went out and depleted. >> Did you have an emergency fund? Because. you've made zero dollars. I had emergency fund and I paid out of.
my pocket for my employees. I paid out of my pocket. >> I also pay for the employees. >> I I wired you 50ish grand and you used. it to pay off the employees. >> Yes, we paid off the employees, but we. also put $20,000 down onto the building. we were buying. We also put we also pay. for the wrap that was on the bus that. >> you know what I'm saying? And then we. paid for the van that was coming out to. the shop that took too long. That's. where all that money went to. That that. money went structurally to every spot.
and everything that we needed. >> Why were you evicted from the building. then? >> I didn't get evicted from the building. We left the building by our own choice. to save money. >> Okay. I don't know. I was just told you. were evicted. >> It was seller of refinance and we. weren't able to make the monthly. payments. >> I can make the monthly payment. I was. able to make the monthly payment. I did. make the monthly payment. >> Monthly payment. I told him. specifically, "We're not going to pay. another monthly rent because we don't. have all of our full employees. We don't. have all of our full product. It does. not make any sense to pay the rent for.
the next month if we don't have the. things to operate the business with.". >> So, I asked I asked the financial owner, I said, "Hey, look, you can keep the. money that we have and I'll take the. loss. We'll take not having that money. back, but give us a couple months to. come out own this business unscathed so. we can be able to leave because we can't. handle the we can't handle the. mortgage." On the personality side, I've. met a lot of people like you. I have. family members like you. The reality is, and it has to it comes down to some. pride. >> You've never met anybody like me. >> I've met a lot of people like you. You're not. >> There's nobody like me for one. Period. >> Of course. Uh-huh. Yep. You're totally.
unique. No one's like you. >> Yes. Nobody's like me. What's your Wait, what's the point? >> The point is you have a lot of pride. And for some reason, because of that. pride and because like many people like. you, you can never be wrong. >> No, I'm always wrong with a lot of. things. Not once in this conversation. >> You can tell me something to where I can. do now to help my business. I'm willing. to listen. But you can't tell. >> But you can never be wrong from anything. that happened in the past. >> I was wrong for a bunch of things that. I've done. >> Nothing we've talked about in this. conversation. >> because we didn't go to that. conversation.
>> Yeah, we have. We've been here. >> No, we have not. It takes more than 55. minutes to sit there and go into. conversation on what I'm wrong for. There was mistakes that I made in this. business on things that I was doing. One. pay is wrong. One, I should have stayed. up on that. That tax is WHITE PEOPLE. [ __ ] AIN'T NOBODY WRONG. YOU KNOW, IT'S. NOT ABOUT YO, WE PAY TAXES and whatever. like that. It there's more than paying. taxes. We're running a business. We're. sitting up there hustling. You don't sit. there, man. You don't know what. >> Just because it's a hustle doesn't mean. you get to break the law. >> It's not breaking the law.
>> Did I pay taxes? Yes, it is. >> Yes. Breaking the law like that. But. what I'm saying is that man, you're. you're taking the subject to be right or. wrong in a situation. >> THIS IS THE LAW. >> Like I said, I set up there and run my. truck when I need to to make money. >> When I need to make money, I go make. money to be able to run my business. >> It's been a I need to look at some. statements. I don't know what the I'm. looking at. This is so much. I just need. to listen. Apparently, I'll never have. enough information to have any context. on this business to determine whether or. not the business that this guy has put. hundreds of thousands of dollars in it. made zero sense is successful or not. >> I didn't never there's mistakes that I. made in the business. For one, we should.

I'm asking a dumbass question. because your dumb ass said you would. drive to go make the money to make the. payments. >> Yeah, I'll make the payments for a lot. of different stuff. There's more than. what things on the business. >> to keep the business running. >> So that seems like a dumbass decision. >> No, it's not. >> I'm going to pay a credit card before I. pay the gas. >> All me. >> Oh, that's very selfish of you. I'm glad. when the things that don't directly. impact you, you won't go work hard for. >> I'm working hard to keep in those credit. cards. >> Kevin, is he working hard for this? >> He tells me he works um 50 60 hours a.

Okay, >> we had to lose. >> She can't defend it. >> We had to lose the employees because we. had to take, you know, certain pivots to. be able to change certain parts of the. business cuz we wasn't making as much. money. The bills that I'm. paying are for the business for me to. keep. >> not the credit cards of the business. >> Okay. Not the minimum monthly payments. >> Pay I have to pay for the business to. keep alive for us to be able to pay the. credit cards. >> But it's $86. >> What? $86 for what? >> It was the monthly payment in the Vera. Bank. $86. >> We wasn't missing any payments. I like I. told you before. Hold on. Listen listen. The thing is you missing this whole. conversation and all this thing before.
>> That's right. I apologize. I've missed. everything. You you he we were make I. never missed a payment before. He put. all the credit Listen what I'm telling. you. He put all the credit cards in one. day. >> It's hard to keep track of nine credit. cards spread out throughout the month. >> He put them all in one day. >> I told you in advance. >> So it wasn't just $86. 900 maybe $1,500 $2,700 that was coming. out the account in one time. >> Okay. American Express the minimum was. paid on this.
>> Yes. was not on fair bank but was paid. on this. It is $3,621.50. minimum to payment 178. >> Like I said, they all got moved on one. day. not being made. The payments were being. made for years. We never missed a. payment. >> Well, by the way, spoiler alert. I. brought in all my employees that were. here and I asked if I made a change in. the business and they all lost their job. if I would still be a good boss. They. said no. So, he would actually not be a. good boss. But you said he was a good. boss. And that's incorrect. >> He's not their boss. So, >> what? He's not their boss. She said. >> so that wouldn't pertain to him. I don't. really care for their opinions. That's. they're opinionating on you, not him. >> Opinionating on me? >> Yeah. >> Wow.
>> I've never been opinionated on. >> Yeah. >> Sounds messy. >> Like I said, um when the credit cards. was that that's the most insane [ __ ]. I've ever heard in my life. >> When credit cards got moved, that's when. the problem happened. When the dates of. the credit cards got moved, that's when. the payments first got missed and. continuously. >> You said that already. I got you. I got. you on that, buddy. I got you. Okay. Blue business. Wait, is this the same. card or is this a different car? >> We have three American Blue Business. >> Oh my death. Okay. On here, $2,91.83.
Minimum monthly payment 127. >> Interest no fees. New charges. We're. spending. What are we charging on? Square paid services. That makes sense. We're not paying for that anymore now. though, right? No. >> Good. Yes. Please cancel that. Interest. is acrewing. Of course, these balances. are substantial. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure. it's like the. credit usage that is destroying your. credit. Okay. Here's the the third blue.
Okay. Okay. I mean, this is $24,000. and $45.31. with a minimum monthly payment of $274. plus fees. Okay. He's missed every month this year. so far. >> I thought we were only late one time. because they moved things around. >> It just turns out when we get to the big. balance, you're just not paying it.
>> No. >> Oh, >> that's when it got when the payment got. missed is because he moved them all in. one day. >> Okay. But so he's done that every month. this year. >> Before that, we were making all three. months. So every month this year he's. done that. >> No, I'm saying. >> you've missed every month this year. >> Listen, when they got moved, they were. moved permanently. I got that. >> So that one day. >> Why didn't you then address that after. the first? >> I did address it. He was. >> So why is it missed every month this. year? >> Because we can't pay it. >> Well, that's the real answer.
>> Thank you. >> Well, I'm saying we can't pay a big lump. sum of payment like that. >> That's the actual answer. Why did you. tell me it's cuz he moved the date? No, you just couldn't pay this. >> No, you're not listening. The thing is. we moved the date. We already had these. credit cards for years. We had the. credit cards for years. I never missed a. payment. >> Okay. No one's debating that. I'm not. [clears throat] saying after he moved. it, that's when it changed. >> When did he move it? >> What is it? 3 4 months. What? The first. payment we missed. >> No, no, no. When did he move it? >> I don't remember. >> When did you move it? >> Um,
I can't get an exact date. Three, three, four months. >> Okay. Three or four months ago. So, we're talking March. And why was it. missed in January, February, March, April, May? >> We didn't miss anything then. >> It's buddy. It's been enough late fees. to be every month this year so far. We. probably got late fees, but it was paid. >> Okay. But you were late. >> Okay. Late. But it was paid. >> I don't see his credit report, so I. can't say 100%. But I mean, it's insane. It's going to be thousands by the end of. the year. >> We've still paid interesting fees.
>> I didn't never miss I I never missed a. payment. I didn't never say it was not. late. I didn't never miss a payment. I. made all the payments that was paid. >> Okay. So W. >> Oh, that's a car note. >> for the business. for the. >> the car I got repossessed. >> The Sprinter van. >> that we spent too much money on. >> Do you have a Nissan Ultima? >> H Do you have a Nissan Ultima? >> No. >> Just making sure. What do you drive? >> Uh I I mean I don't have a personal.
vehicle. >> Camry. >> Used to. >> What do you drive? >> Dodge. >> Uh Charger. >> No. >> Hornet. >> Oh, am I missing something here? >> I don't know. Oh, >> racism. >> Oh. Oh, looks like a nice SUV. Okay. Um, so I mean you only owe Oh, you only owe. 1,683 to get off your credit. Whose. credit is it on? >> Mine. >> Always you, huh? >> It's always me. >> That sucks.
>> Yeah. >> I wish any of the burden fell on your. business partner? >> That doesn't seem fair, does it? >> I have nothing to say about that right. now. The thing about this, I mean, there's a bunch I can say about it. It's. just that fact is that if I had the. credit to do it, I would I tell you the. same thing. It was a couple things that. happened with me on my credit that that. that had a problem. >> You have a bankruptcy on it. >> That's not very good. >> Yeah. And that's what main thing. >> Why did you declare bankrupt? because so.
my uh like I told you, I had 18 acres of. house that I had and when I was getting. out of from the property, you know, and. I declared bankruptcy because the fact. is I wanted him them to stop because I. needed more time to sell to this other. company. So I declared it. I didn't file. I filed it, but I never went through it. I kind of just filed it. >> and uh I went I went and sold the. property after that. I just wanted to. stop them from what they were doing. before I could be able to sell the. property. >> That's the Bank of America. That's the. main business check.
>> $511. What would you Hey, just. objectively not a good boss, not an. owner if you're if your bank account. balance is negative for the business. >> Okay. She finally agreed with something. >> Yeah. >> Right. Okay. She agrees with this. She thinks. you're a bad boss. Finally, she agrees. with it. >> Okay. >> This is objective. This is just a. number. This is an opinion. This is a. number. You are not a good business. owner if your bank account balance is. negative. Thank you.
Sake. We're selling our money. How? So, who are we selling? >> Um, that goes to what's that? Arcadia. Arcadia where you get your inventory. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. So, inventory merchants. Merchants. I will say at least it's I. mean business [ __ ] Verizon 2 206. payments. >> Verizon is our internet. >> No, I got that. But two 206 we were. probably past two in the previous month, huh? >> Um, >> I don't I don't think so. I don't know. why is that is that I don't know why I. say that of course we're getting. overdraft like crazy. Um then Amazon.
Amazon. You know Walmart and Spectrum. Mobile. >> I'm pretty sure we had like over 30. overdrafts. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah. >> Oh yeah. It's not good. FNBO. What's. this? >> That's another credit card company. >> Oh, it's gone up. That's great. Because. fees and interest. >> That one is. >> That one is closed along with the three. American Express cards because that one. was because I spoke with the. representative. It was closed cuz. someone. >> I'm glad you closed it so they can't. spend on it. That's smart. >> Someone swiped it and then they just. paid the business themselves.
>> Yep. No, you should close every access. to the debt that is under your name for. the business. Time to learn the biggest. lesson of your life. I Okay, I have some. advice. Kevin should walk away. How do you feel about that? >> It doesn't bother me. >> Oh, wow. >> How does that feel, Kevin? Walk me. through it, buddy. >> Um, it doesn't bother you. >> I mean, it's I there's two things. My. life is is ran in a certain way.
>> You know, there's two things in life you. can never do. >> I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. and I have 50% of the equity and you and. if I walk away, you think it's just it's. just okay. You go scot-free. You stole. my money and ruin my credit score. >> I didn't steal your money for one. And. far as in. >> Do you persuade? You begged me I to wire. you 50 grand to pay for the employee and. the car wrap. I didn't beg you to do. nothing. I didn't beg you to do. anything. >> Are you going to beg your stepfather or. not stepar's father-in-law from for more.
inventory? >> I'm not going to beg anybody and ask. anybody for no money towards nothing. I. told you what the problem was and what. was going on with the business and you. elevated to be able to put into the. business. And I said, "Okay, thank you. Appreciate it. I really needed that. This is going to help out with the. business." Far as me begging, I have. never be begged anybody. >> I counted 10 times I gave you money. Just cuz you you gave me money. >> Because you asked for it. >> I No, I Okay. >> The the word bagg hurts his pride for. some reason cuz he has full main.
character syndrome in life. >> I don't Yeah, I have full main character. syndrome in my life. >> Yeah, that's a little. >> No, it's not. >> Yeah, it is. None of us. We're just. We're just beans that exist. >> Also, um. how much was that wedding ring? >> Why? >> Why? >> Because it's right after I gave you the. money. >> No. Oh, >> and you had the cruise trip and you have. the wedding plan. >> Cruise trip was free, >> but our personal things doesn't have. any. Our personal things that we do.

Please. do not insinuate. it cuz everything goes through your. personal I'm going to get them straight. right now. >> Everything does not go straight right. now. I have never spent anything cash. app with the business personally ever. >> No offense, but you're not the most. reliable person since you literally. >> What the [ __ ] you say, man? And the. thing is, I ain't never spend. >> Well, you should because millions of. people are listening. >> I've never I've never sat up there and. spent nothing personal. >> Yeah, but you take every But you. literally pay yourself under the table. Like, you're not a reliable source of. information for what you do with your.
money. >> Pay myself under the table cuz I use my. tow truck to be able to run my own. business. >> With how you do it? Yes. >> Because I didn't pay taxes on my tow. truck to be able to get. >> You're not a reliable person. Well, your. morals are questionable. >> My morals are questionable because I. utilize my tow truck. >> You break the law. >> Cuz I didn't pay taxes. >> You chose You sound like an idiot. That's what you sound like an idiot. I. sound like a law because No, because you. sound like you you're you sound like. >> No, you're study patooty on some things. that that I follow the law. And. that's why things are way people like. you who don't follow the law. >> No, because the fact is that. >> you just said some things. If everybody. did this, nobody does that. Nobody does. that. No. >> Do you guys follow the law? Big law. followers here. big fans of the law. >> You're being you're you're being biased. when it comes to the law. >> Bias the [laughter] law. >> What the thing is nobody's going out and. murder or steal nobody from nobody. Nobody. Period. Now, when it come now, when it comes to sit up here and going. to go buy something or anything like.
that or going to go work for something. or go do something like that, there's. hundreds of thousands of people that. work off books. Hundreds of thousands. Half an in America works off books to. make money. >> Buddy, because people do doesn't mean I. think. >> Man, bro, you're bringing in with. working off books. It's not the same. thing. Just because just because it's. breaking the law in one way and this way. is not the same. You're talking about. breaking the law between smoking and. between breaking the law and working on. working off books. That [ __ ] sounds. stupid. And you want to get fused to.

When you mumble, that's correct. >> Okay. Like I said, you have a lot of. things that you think about life that. are not right. And you know what I'm. saying? >> Following the law. >> What I'm saying is that what's. >> this is your business partner, Kevin. >> What's really happening in life, period? I'm glad you're perfect. >> He literally said he doesn't care if he. gets audited by the IRS. and he says. he's okay if I'm it doesn't bother him.
if I walk away. >> It doesn't which I think is fair enough. when on the onboarding conversation. >> He can't change people that want to walk. away. >> And he can't change you. That's why he. called you a fraud in the pre-in. And. he's right. >> There's nothing fraud about me. >> He called you a fraud. I'm calling you a. fraud. The audience will call you a. fraud. >> Call me a fraud because the fact is I'm. going to continue doing. >> why he's with you. I don't know. >> Because everybody know that I'm not a. fraud. >> Okay. Everybody except for literally. anyone. want the baby employees are. still there with me and whatsoever like. that. I'm probably they probably got all.
the jobs and stuff. >> with you except for them not working. with you because they don't. >> I don't have the money to be able to pay. them. I have a a big support team when it. comes to my company. It comes to me and. comes to everything that we're doing. I. have a big support big support. >> Is this true? >> I can't verify that. >> Yeah. I don't think anything he says. will ever be able to be verified mostly. BECAUSE IT'S OFF BOOKS. OKAY. YEAH, there's a late life fee on. that. You're reliable. Truest. What's.
going on? >> That's another bigger credit card. balance that was used for. >> Let me guess whose credit is it on? >> All of them are m under mine. >> Oh, that's interesting. >> Yeah, >> that's something we already told you. already though. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm, you know, have. doing a show right now. >> Uhhuh. >> I'm like keeping people up with what's. going on and how you're a bad person. I'm a bad person. >> You put all the responsibility and. consequences on him and you have you're. not going to have to deal with anything. No, that's not the way it's supposed to. win. >> That's not what it's supposed to win. >> That is not the way it's supposed to.
win. The way everything is going is not. >> he's like speaking your native language. >> Wait, what is he saying? >> That is not the way it it is. Man, oh my. gosh, bro. [laughter]. >> Need water. >> I'm good. >> That is not the way everything is. supposed to be. Like all that stuff that. you're writing down and wait. >> Why is it? >> Because it we supposed to paid all that. off. Like I said, we were supposed to. pay it off with SBA loan, >> guys. Those. >> we did not we did not get the SBA loan.
because we didn't know nothing about. them not being able to loan to a. >> interest late fees. No one's surprised. Bank of America. What's going on? >> Um, that's another credit card. >> Should I trigger him real quick? Whose. credit is it on? >> That is under mine. >> What? That's crazy. I've been giving you guys lots of. insults, so let me give you a. compliment. All three of you are very. attractive individuals. Congratulations. Good jeans. Well done. Okay. She's stuck.
on the Apple Watch thing. That's kind of. her. Is that what you used to distract. her? No, >> she's starting to misbehave. >> We still running things. We have to keep. running them. >> on an Apple Watch. That makes sense with. how these books look. $10,000 $7152. minimum monthly payment $1,75062. late fees interest no one's surprise. it's a disaster it's a [ __ ] I got to go.
on someone else's podcast uh-oh we've. been filming a long time. uh I mean I don't think we're going to. solve anything here if we're just being. if we're being completely real inc. $2,000 uh 183 minimum Late fees, interest, Inc., $18,936. Interest, late fees. No one's surprised. Bank of America. Hey, at least there's. not a negative balance on here, even. though the balance certainly went down. Oh, actually, return posted check. I. return, post a check, return, post a.
>> Yeah, those are the most recent. transactions. >> Oh, that's wonderful. Why Why are we uh. purchasing uh Teimu. on our business? Ricky likes to purchase. things on Teimu Amazon for workrelated. I don't know what they are, but uh. >> there were stickers for the uh business. It. >> it ranges from anything. It could be. stickers. It could be baggies. >> It could be the grocery store. >> You say what? We own a food truck. >> Okay. What food do you cook? >> Alligator tacos.
>> That's the most popular one. >> Alligator, man. So, honestly, it's like. the worst meal I've ever had. I'll be. honest. I bet the tacos taste good cuz. at least you cover it in a lot of season. [ __ ] But alligator is just like it's. like the m most mid food. >> You should try it. >> It's pretty good. >> I'll try it. You cook it. >> Yeah. But after. filming this, I don't know if I trust. what you guys serve me, [laughter] but. um I bet I bet I bet it's yummy. I mean, tacos are delicious. So So listen guys, it's such a mess in terms of you can't.
tell me how much it's going to cost to. spend. Like I can't make a budget. specifically. What I will do, the guy, our fractional CFO, I will get him to. look at everything and spend hours and. give you guys the rundown. Something. that cannot be done even if we filmed a. 2-hour episode cuz he's going to have to. spend literally like a few weeks. Okay? So, I will lend my fractional CFO. I've never done that before. That is a. big deal and it means a lot. And you. cannot be defensive. He's going to give you the real [ __ ] and.
you cannot be defensive. I just want to. make. >> HE'S A MAN. HE'S A BOSS. >> THE THING IS is that I want to make this. business work. >> Me, too. Listen to the fractional CFO. He's going to work through your [ __ ]. But here's the advice I recommend. >> I'm listening. >> Focus. Pick two of those. >> Yes, sir. >> Kill the other ones that are not making. money. Sell the assets you got. Throw. them towards the debt. Whatever it is, you know, or just put them into the. business uh checking account. Run the. other ones lean, tight, all your energy.
Focus on what you do best and what makes. the most amount of money. Stop trying to. do all these different things. >> People like you and me. Yeah. >> More entrepreneurial people, we get. excited. >> We see a business opportunity. We want. to do it. This is a flaw. I have to stop. myself constantly. And I've surrounded. myself with people who can tell me to. shut the up. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you need those kind of people around. you. >> You need to not get excited. You need to. focus in on a couple of the profit. centers that do really well and are. proven. Okay. >> Yeah, >> that's what you're going to focus on.
You're going to take the other money, invest it into that or just leave it on. the side, >> maybe even pay it back. You might have. to go through bankruptcy. Man, >> I explored that option. >> It that is a very real potential. So, we. can just wipe clean and these business. profit centers we focus on. And you're. going to run it all in QuickBooks. >> It's no longer hemp tide. So hopefully. you can use something like Stripe or. something. Again, I don't know. You got. to figure out some kind of payment. serer. But that's the reality. Getting. away from the hemp. Maybe focus on the. food truck and party bus. You know.
>> there Yeah. This mess boo. >> I love that. Let my fractional CFO clean. up the mess of what is happening in the. books. He's going to need access to your. cash up. He's going to need access to. all this [ __ ]. >> Yeah. >> Cuz the reality is it's a mess that's. impossible for anyone to look at in the. kind of situation we're in right now. What we focused on was just the party. bust and videography for now. You know, we had we stopped doing the hemp because. we didn't want to keep buying product. and with the business going down back. and forth, that's why we put up a bunch. of vehicles and we didn't really. >> it it it it really hurts me and it made.
me upset to lose the uh the Sprinter van. that we we had that you know and and get. it repoed like that. [music]. >> I get it. >> But the motor didn't work and the. transmission went out. Listen, I mean, I. have to move on just cuz I have to go be. on someone else's show here. We've been. filming a long one, but sit down with my. fractional CFO. This is a mess and there. is a deep lack of trust here and it is. not unfair that that is there. You. shouldn't be involved in this [ __ ] I.
don't know why the you're here because. it all of a sudden becomes a 2v1 thing. which is just strict disgustingly. unfair. Focus on your own [ __ ] Let them. deal with this. Get out of it. >> They they handle all of that. I don't. touch. So you're still a part of the. business and you raise your you raise. your opinions which makes no sense. So. let them focus on the business. Sit down. with my fractional CFO [music] hammer. financial. I mean it might be the first. negative ever. It's not possible. So. zero out of 10.
