Financial Audit’s Dumbest Guest Ever
my credit card debt isn't even that bad. are you fing stupid what do you mean I. don't like paying those I'm going to be. honest like yeah like we get to choose. what we like and there's going to be no. consequences cuz I don't like it well. I'll just figure it out you know who. hasn't just figured it out people who. get evicted it's not going to happen to. me the are you talking about you have a. 7-year-old. kid download my new simpler budget app. today and take control of your money. once and for. all hi my my name is Julia I'm 27 years.
old from Nashville Tennessee and this is. financial audit thanks for coming down. from Nashville what do you do for a. living up there I do customer. service okay just Flatline customer. service customer service manager what. are we in that scale um I just do like. kind. of yeah um it's like customer service. it's not like the.
I help. customers uhhuh. mhm okay and what are you paid through. helping. customers wait can we start over no oh. okay it's okay you're okay you're okay. okay no take a second you can breathe. you can breathe uh it's okay what do you. make I make 50,000 a year oh okay not. bad nille a little expensive uh.
as far as the Tennessee area I did just. get a 3% raise though so it'll be like. 5150 it's kind of like just in cost of. living rise or. yeah uh but even still that is good it's. better than no rise for sure so what. hits your account on a monthly. basis um so I actually just like. switched my W2 so it's going to be a. little bit different going forward. switched yeah not switched but like I. think I had filled it out incorrectly so. like I was getting more taxes taken out. than should have had okay sure which.
gave you a bigger refund but obviously. that's not how we want to do it right um. so now that that's updated it should be. closer to. 1750 per check okay perfect 1750 but. that's not with the rise also so includ. so 1750 maybe like 18 yeah I would say. 18 every two weeks every two weeks cool. so we're looking at about $3,600 how we. living in that. Tennessee off of 3,600 bucks a mon.
sometimes a little. more um it's pretty good pretty good. yeah it can't be pretty good I mean. you're you've been accepted to come on. this show it literally cannot be pretty. good yeah it could it could be better. let you know now could be better it. could be so what's what's wrong what's. going on so this a single household. income yes okay are there any dependents. or anything yes I do have a son okay how. old's your kid he's seven you're so. you're a single mom yes yes you get.
child support yes oh what do you receive. there that is 514 a month not much are. you full custody um we have joint so. it's 80% me and then like 20% with his. dad oh with the kids dad okay so that's. why it's kind of low at that 514 a month. yeah yeah cuz he does have a little bit. more time with him what's going on. what's going on cuz this is f it's.
buddy you're like not paying your debt. are you kidding me it's you don't know. it's well you don't know it's it feels. she doesn't know it's okay that's okay. so what's going on in uh your just in. your version of your life and your. perception of reality what what we got. what we got going on um it does it does. feel a little. bit you just said everything was Prett. pretty chill or all right well I'm still.
like alive. and yeah I'm paying my. bills yeah but you're also not really. providing much of a future for the kid. as well at the same time I know there's. not really any savings for you I know. there's not any kind of support system. for him. right um you're getting into a more. dangerous situation as you're going out. and throughout all these literally no. payment debts um I'm trying my best you.
are yeah you are yeah. oh what's trying our. best um we had almost 700 bucks of just. miscellaneous bu. spending so 700 yeah is that trying our. is that trying our. best uh is missing. a you know $40 payment trying our best.
when we have a kid is that trying our. best um sometimes like things happen and. it's not like all the time things happen. mhm well yes you are a human being on. this planet things. happen so we act like an adult and we be. prepared for these things to. happen Okay so you are not doing. that um I should.
be I guess my spending could be probably. a little bit more controlled like on. certain things why aren't you. controlling your spending what's. happening um I'm just trying to get a. little perspective a little microscope. into that life of yours what is going. on well I you say you're trying yeah. we're missing very small payments and. we're spending about $700 on. miscellaneous so I would say.
incorrect what is going. on um I guess I just don't pay enough. attention to where my money is going. what does that mean what does it look. like on a monthly basis when money goes. places what does that look like how does. that happen for you basically whenever. my like bills are paid like rent is paid. and then like any money that I have left. over I just kind of spend spend. it okay.
so how much came in income. wise are you asking. me oh um I'm asking. them the the camera was over there I. pointed at the. camera yes how much came in um. 35 3,800 yeah 39 39. okay good liveable no ni how much did.
you spend probably 4 4,000 why would you. spend more than came. in 3,900 comes in 4,000 out why would. you spend. more um because. I feel like I. can huh you feel like you can spend more. then comes in um well I am aren you okay. you were chugging that Celsius are you. like.
like weoo like where where's where. where's the brain right now it's here. yeah you spent. 6,414 how much. 6,414. 6,414. how how how we haven't gone I have we'll. go through your documents and we'll find. out how but I already told you you sp. $700.
just on miscellaneous bull if you spend. $700 let's see the income is 38 normally. 36 so it's called 36 that's already 20%. of your income right there. 20%. 20%. okay I just need you just please explain. what is going on in your life something. bad happened to.
me I got in a small fender bender with. another car okay um I was like at a red. light and I was coming to a stop but I. didn't stop like right in time so my car. kind of like bumped into the back of. another car how how fast uh it wasn't. fast it was like maybe like 5 miles an. hour okay um there was like no damages. or like anything that happened um nobody.
was okay yeah um but the issue there the. issue is that there was like a lapse in. my insurance coverage no yeah why um how. much of a lapse um probably like a. couple. weeks why aren't you on top of it I. think I forgot to pay it you forget to. pay. everything everything in here is forget. to pay sometimes uh yeah there's things.
that sometimes has in almost everything. in here almost everything oh my you. don't know you you you you. legitimately don't know well the my. insurance it was like a kind of like a. pay by week type of thing weekly. insurance yeah it's like cheaper that. way no no no yeah you only when if you. pay by anually that's how it's cheaper. are you saying like per mile that you're. driving like the days I'm.
driving what was your insurance payment. on average on a weekly basis like 30 or. $35 a week 45. yeah but that's not not crazy it's like. 180 bucks MH why can't you just pay that. monthly I feel like it's going to be. more expensive okay why is it an on. autopay. then yeah that's probably my have a kid. child seven kid child seven kid child.
seven I should probably have better. Insurance yeah you should probably have. uh. Insurance in general like maybe we don't. have laps in that when we're smashing. into bumpers okay so what happened. basically like since I didn't have. insurance I nothing happened at the. scene but then like a couple months. later I got a letter in the mail um it. was from a subreg. company okay and they told me that I owe.
for medical damages since I didn't have. insurance I have to pay that medical for. the person you hit. mhm but there was there was no what are. they claiming um. [Music]. 48,000 yeah I don't understand how. that's possible because there nothing. happened like everybody was fine there. was yes but they may have gone to like. an urgent care how for 45,000. American medical expenses are crazy.
maybe if AO Network who even knows I. don't know did you not see what it was. for though you just saw the number you. didn't see what it was for yeah they. said they just said medical expenses. yeah but you didn't see what it was for. no the lady when she called me she was. do you want to go ahead and like set up. a payment plan and I was like no no I'm. not going to pay that like there was no. injuries like this is like a scam so. they said if I don't start paying that.
somehow they're going to take my. driver's license away is this this isn't. through do you have this did you bring. it I sent I sent a picture of the letter. yeah you sent it um could I could I get. that in slack I want to uh I don't know. okay I want to make sure one you're not. getting scammed two they have the. authority uh well I think like I did. like some research on it and I think. like they have to like technically take. me to court for it and then like sue me. yeah and then like if it's like. that would be my guess but that's what I.
want to confirm yeah and so I guess. they're going to keep like sending me. letters hey make your payments how about. we do that and not. get I'm trying to make my payments not. you're don't make any fuing payments. what are you talking about you spent 700. you spent 2,000 $2,500 or $3,000 more. than you make on a monthly basis maybe. sometimes they late but they you don't. know the word try no no no no. objectively no first document right here.
lady you are behind. by I don't spend on the credit cards. there's only one credit card that I I. don't don't give a you're not you're not. paying on the credit. cards. what um I I cut up all you're behind. five payments on this I make my payments. behind Five probably just about if I. included the monthly fee and the. payments yeah equal about five I don't. think that's correct.
well you're not over the credit limit. there's the you're almost there you will. get above the credit which one are you. looking at there's 40 there's $40 of. fees being added on a monthly basis. because you're not paying in the payment. then the payment is $42 I see also they. don't see the letter oh I sent it in a. text message oh okay to Lindsay Lindsay. will get that so you combine both the. fees and the minimum the payment that. you should be making combine them by two. and then divide that by the 431 your. about five months five months.
behind you don't we audit finances all. the time on the show but when's the last. time you did a little life on it think. about it if your mental health is a mess. everything else falls apart your. relationships your work and yep even. your finances stress leads to tequita. level purchases burnout leads to missed. opportunities and anxiety that'll have. you avoiding bills like they don't even. exist but here's the good news today's. sponsor sine makes doing a mental health.

knowing what's going wrong and purposely. doing bad so don't get me wrong I feel. like I know what's going. on the are you talking about no you. don't explain what's going on with this. card go ahead which one is that what. what's the balance it's a Capital One. Quicks one. mhm is it like 4,000 is it 4,000 what is. going on with this card you said you. know what's going on with the card okay. should be four it should be like $4,000.
more than just a number tell me what the. is going on with the. card okay um so this actually just. happened to me like recently like I've. never had a Mis payment ever before like. this is the first time I have a Mis. payment and I only know that because it. it's on my credit report. now yeah there's there that's beyond. late because you can have late payments. and not get that reported you now have. missed payments reported that's that's. when it gets means you're. that means you're behind.
behind all right I have the letter that. was. slacked uh well bur associates oh you. see it yeah so they're probably a legal. group let's see I think so yeah have you. heard of that company before no but I'm. about to look them. up oh they're handing the claim offer on. behalf of you of the of the actual. company why did you do this oh. my God is it actually like real like are. they really going to try to please.
report this lost of your insurance. character and provide us with the claim. number see so you could have done that. yeah but I didn't have it then and. they've already talked to you on the. phone mhm I think I might have like. messed up on that cuz like if I never. answered the phone like maybe they would. have never found me uh did you give them. your address they asked me to confirm. well okay so they like listed out three. why the they what why are you having. that conversation and giving them that. is that bad. no why would you give them information.
regarding you no matter who they are. they listed out like three addresses and. they were like is this one of are these. one of your addresses and I was like no. my address is this it's a debt. collections. agency. H will they sue you for how much 48,000. that's a lot of Mone they actually might. oh my. God you're surprised but I'm yeah yeah. because $48,000 for what it was like it.
was like this it was like a tap yeah. yeah yeah yeah like there was not a. probably went and just got checked up or. something I don't know um I don't know I. don't know was I. there so what if like I just keep. ignoring them and then I don't well. it'll certainly um okay is this on your. credit yet um. no there's no collections on my credit.
right. now will they sell this or will they. pursue. legal what do you mean sell it they. could sell it for pennies on the dollar. to a collections agency but aren't they. a collections agency kind of they're. probably almost working as almost almost. like an. internal trying to get the full amount. hired out. well uh. de collection I'm not paying.
that that's crazy well the what if the. court says you. do well they'll take. your um I can get a lawyer and then. prove that that was what way are you. going to afford to get a lawyer spend. double your income on a monthly. [Music]. basis um I can still prove probably that. that is not accurate you got into a. reported crash it was small. but you got into a reported crash we.
don't know where the bill's coming from. that's what I wish we could do yeah um. okay I know I I wish we had a connection. with the legal group what I will do is. get you connected with our. uh uh with domain money financial. advisors to at least see if they can. have some extra guidance for this you. get a free session uh for being a guest. on the show and then just to talk about. this whole situation take advantage of. three free sessions with soundmind for. therapy as well okay but even still they. might give you a good direction there.
$38,000 right. 48. okay what was the minimum monthly. payment they suggested um they didn't. even S suggest that they just they. probably going to figure out how much. you could reasonably make yeah first. okay that's crazy dude do you have. insurance now I do I do and then back to. this card. again that you're behind dramatically. Quicks over one so let's get the whole. for the sake of the.
audience oh. dude this. is come on this is crazy you can't be. living your life like this with a kid. okay. $424.58 14 normally $42 you're behind. behind about four or. two the why and you say you know what's. going on with cards why would this. possibly be behind so much again another. $40 fee right there $100 in interest.
borderline on the credit limit and. you'll be there and it's say p d fee p d. fee pass through fee forever forever. forever and ever why why are you just. not making a damn payment why you not be. on autopay you don't make no money MH. well like I said this is like the first. time that that's happen no it's not it's. 5. months are you sure it's 5 months that's. how the math is at least.
working um I know it's probably like two. two months math wouldn't add up like. that well I ran I guess I ran out of. money and it got behind why you make. money why' you run out of money cuz I'm. paying everything by myself what's. everything by yourself you do get child. support and you don't make insignificant. amount of money especially for your age. I know you're a single mom that part's. hard and a seven-year-old requires a. little more at that point because maybe. they're doing some sports. extracurricular activities school. supplies all that good stuff I get it. yeah but even still $700 in.
miscellaneous. bull. bull we'll go through it yeah I have a. spending problem so you didn't run out. of money cuz you have to take care of. all the bills that I have to take care. of. alone yeah I I like to buy things for. myself and I like to buy things for my. son um which I get the heart for great. good good when he asks me for something.
it's hard for me to tell him no sure. will it be hard to tell him no when. you're like oh sh Wait we got to leave. cuz we're getting evicted cuz we can't. pay our rent yeah that would be worse um. yeah that would be worse but but that. wouldn't happen why because I always. make sure that my rent is paid yeah for. now you just quote I ran out of money. that was after my rent was paid yeah. what if it happens before your rent is. paid next time do you not understand. that sometimes things are a little. different remember when you also told me. at the beginning of the conversation. things have happened mhm yeah what have.
things happen well I'll just figure it. out don't be the creature I'll just. figure out what do I just figure it out. what do you mean how are you going to. figure it out what is figuring it out. that doesn't make sense I'll just figure. it out you know who hasn't just figured. it out people who get evicted and that. happens endlessly throughout this. country throughout almost every. country you think they just figured it. out no they're gone well I I don't think. they care about figuring it out you're. saying they don't give a about. their house and the roof over their head.
and the kids that live there who the are. you what do you. mean I just feel like I'm it's not going. to happen to me I just feel like it's. not going to that's that's everything. that is every emergency no one thinks an. emergency is going to happen why do you. think this not going to happen to you. why do you think you're special why do. you think you're unique you're unique in. terms of you're not paying your debt. like a responsible adult even Americans. with high credit card that they at least. pay their minimum the payment you're not. you're unique you're unique failure in. that case absolutely congratul ations. but why do you think you're going to be. unique in terms of success there's.
nothing to indicate any kind of success. here there's no success where's the. success can you show me a pattern of. success that would prove that you would. be the person that is able to get out of. that situation I don't think so I don't. think so 3.7 million eviction cases. filed. annually in the United States well I'm. not going to I'm sure some of them. thought they could just figure it out. well I'm not going to lose my job so I'm. always going to have enough money to. cover a Le. lady do you not remember your own words.
that are coming out of your mouth I ran. out of money but then I get paid again. yeah what. if you don't okay what happens when a. $48,000 bill hits because you refuse to. have insurance huh how about that I. guess I'll file. bankruptcy file. bankruptcy like that's nothing how can. you afford bankruptcy. bankruptcy isn't cheap you think you.
just walk outside I declare bankruptcy. no um I think you I know that you have. to find like a lawyer to to do that and. pay a lawyer to help you with it um and. you're ready to start giving some things. up. potentially probably not your car we. wouldn't go down that route but also if. you ever need to reapply for a lease to. look somewhere else that's going to be. on your credit for 7 to 10 years years. well it's better than paying.

potentially I'm just. saying that. happens and maybe a court orders you to. pck it mhm and then uhoh now I can't pay. rent you're saying just figure it out I. have a payment plan so I can just do the. payment plan you don't know what the. payment plan is Lady and guess what. you're not paying on your things that. have payment plans you're five months. behind so what the are you talking about. the reason I married is because you have. a kid it's not not cute and funny. anymore once you have a kid you're right.
why' you have this kid were you guys. just like just like diddling it up or. were we ready for the full future or. what was going on at the time I was I. thought I was ready and you guys were. together for a while we were together um. for about a year and then after I got. pregnant we broke up was it purposeful. pregnancy no why weren't you guys using. protection at 20 uh. um I guess it was a poor.
[Music]. decision I yeah and you just let him. wherever um he tried to pull out but he. failed yeah and you didn't go get the. thing what thing the plan B Plan B um no. I did not cuz I I didn't think that I. would be pregnant but not thinking. things happen the consequences of our. own AC seems to be a pattern in your.
life and I'm not saying you should have. taken Plan B I'm not saying having a kid. was the wrong choice you can do whatever. the for sure it you could do whatever. the you want I'm not saying that I'm. just saying no preparation and a. constant pattern of thinking that. nothing will happen the consequences of. the actions that we. do seems to be the definition of. you and now it was a responsibility to. take care of this kid who did not choose. to come into this world and guess what. mommy is not paying her.
bills kid would like to do things would. like to move up in life would like to. maybe go to college good luck Mama. applying for any parent Plus Loans or. anything or for his first car or. whatever there might be anything that. you might want to do for kiddo good luck. cuz you're saying no your life now. I'm not saying my life now your actions. are that's your words your actions are. also your words it's kind of hard. because you don't think anything bad. will happen but guess what it happened.
last. time I make sure that the important. things are paid how do you determine the. importance of bills rent um so roof okay. yeah food groceries y um utilities. probably car payment utilities. okay where do you think you are on a. scale of 0 to 10 Z being the worst. finances you can think of 10 being the. best finances you can think of where do. you think you are self assessed um I.
would in that heart I would probably say. a zero yeah sounds about. right you're okay with that no I'm not. okay with that then why have you done. nothing to fix it because I feel. like I keep making my payments but. they're not the balances are not going. down when if I didn't have credit card. debt I feel. like my which my credit card debt isn't. even that bad it's not even that high.
are you fing stupid what do you mean any. kind of credit card debt that is aent. interest that you cannot pay off that is. being pushed to the credit limit is bad. what the are you talking about. $2,500 so what's no $4,240 they think. that's not bad that's horrendous that's. horrendous I'm not spending on. it so that's what would make it bad is. if you're spending on it make it worse. that would make it worse does it mean. it's. good I don't think it's good I don't. think it's good. but I think just said it's not that bad.
it's pretty bad yes it is how can you. think it's not that bad if you don't. think it's not that bad then why would. you ever do anything to fix it if you. don't think it's not that bad I am doing. things to fix. it no you're not you're behind lady what. are you talking about you are so. delusioned in your life the are you. talking about you won't even hold. insurance and make the payments for that. in time. I my gosh guys if you want your Hammer.

so you don't no you don't I I do think I. know what I'm talking about. why you're confused on your lack of. payment on this card so and. that's but I still pay. it yeah but you're behind four five you. haven't caught. up look at it lady there are numbers. whether or not you're able to read them. is unknown to me so so far. but they're.
there. if the math is adding up yeah about. three to four late late late payments on. here this year so far. $1,200 rounded interest this year on one. card one. card you're okay with that no I don't. want to pay that yet you allow it and.
don't change any Behavior ever to solve. it okay we have an Amazon card this. dangerous for you to have isn't it yeah. but let me see your Amazon order history. right. now. okay we's see it the the credit limit. isn't very high nor should it be fre you. oh good we're over the credit limit so.
on Amazon yeah isn't it $500 you're. $512 again numbers are convenient to. look at sometimes I do look at that I. look at it like every month well. incorrectly or upside down I don't. know yeah that's been maxed out for a. while then why are you purchasing $40 on. here. Mom it's. it's been maxed out for a while so let.
me go ahead and purchase $40 on there I. guess it's like wise yeah sometimes um I. guess I can make some impulsive how. about I look at that Amazon account what. is what what is going on I've seen you. push the screen like 50 times did you. connect to the Wi-Fi out there no no I. didn't $40 of. purchases. $3.7 of Interest recuring how long does. this take p take to pay off just doing. the minimum pay payments just the. minimum monthly payments um probably.
like 2 years yeah 16 months pretty close. go ahead scan that QR code the last card. the last card alone just the MIM monthy. payments how long do you think that. takes which is by the way better than. you're currently doing are you talking. about the $4,000 one yes the Capital One. Quicks one um probably like 10 years 20. and that's if you actually do it and. you're not can I scan that again I'm. sorry so we struggle to use the phone as.
well okay so $40 minimum to payment on. this Amazon. card with a over limit yep so oh yeah. I'm connected sorry. $512 23 is. Ed okay um do you want to see this yes. okay start a screen recording screen. recording okay what nothing. men's oil tan leather that was a.

tights shoulder. bag shoes and yeah children's things and. tea. oil that's not that crazy let me see. your nails they're just. short uh yeah you're no longer wearing. the Press on pink nails yeah I got those. to try to like stop going to the nail. salon. undetect table thong tectable. undetectable.
undetectable while we're here let's see. what subscriptions you have oh my gosh. what are you looking at your. subscriptions oh on what read your phone. oh uh read open your damn emails and get. rid of that get rid of those readings I. know I hate looking at that I just need. to get on my computer and like Mark them. all as red you have so many subscribers. no I. don't what are what am I subscribed you. don't know anything what am I subscribed. to you don't know first of all you're. subscribed to Tinder that's not for.
me that's not for me I I don't even have. a Tinder account whose Tinder are you. paying for you're not chasing dick no. not. currently um yeah I don't have a Tinder. account okay why do I see uh and it's. not oh you're right sorry these are. inactive you're right you actually don't. have any paid oh so you just canceled. Tinder yeah but you just why the you. have Tinder it's not for me sorry paid. why are you paying for else's someone. else's Tinder it was like it's a profile.
that I created but it wasn't like. me you are paying for you paid for. Tinder I did because um there was. something that happened I had like an. ex-boyfriend and we actually just broke. up recently because of something that. happened and that's why I got the Tinder. account and paided paid for the premium. what. happened um so he went out of town like. two months ago for like work and he was.
going to be gone for like a month and. we've had like some issues like of. things he's done in the past what uh. like Instagram liking um can't like on. Instagram. no okay why would he be liking other. women I I don't know maybe it's art who. knows but go ahead go ahead well he. knows that I didn't like that and he. kept doing it okay well you vocalized it. okay yeah yeah okay I kind of had some.
suspicions and this is like the first. time he's ever had to go away for like a. long period of time so we actually met. on Tinder but that's the last time I've. ever used it which is like three years. ago um so I felt like maybe until. November 17th but okay yeah I felt like. maybe he might still be using it but I. wasn't sure um what gave you that. suspicion just liking posts on Instagram. that and like certain people that he. follow follow okay and then like some. messages that I saw what between him and.
people mhm what this is huge for. financial audit for a year now my team. and I have worked with experts to create. what I truly believe are the three best. educational programs in the financial. space online we have our budgeting. program where I teach you how to create. manage and revolutionize your budget and. control your money and then there's the. investing program where I teach you to. Define what investing profile applies to. you and your life and then teach what. specific investing strategies applies to.
you in that situation and now finally we. have our debt program where I teach you. the best ways to pay off debt manage. debt and even take advantage of good. debt this has been a revolutionary. project that we've been working on for. over a year now and just like over. 10,000 people who've already taken our. educational programs you can now take. advantage of all three of them bundled. together at a 15% discount I've heard. from thousands of people now whove taken. these classes and they've literally. changed their lives for the better and.
finally you can too at a more affordable. price head to Caleb hammer.com or click. the link in the description below you. will not regret this um just like not. like it was just like him like sending. little hearts you know how you can react. like he would send hearts or like heart. eyes or he would just say like you look. so. beautiful um yeah I shouldn't be doing. that that's for sure okay so what I had. his I had his location and he went to.
Detroit and I created the Tinder account. and like used you wanted to make sure he. wasn't shot make sure what it wasn't. shot shot oh yeah Detroit no I wanted to. see if he was going to like download the. app so the first day he got there I made. the Tinder and if you pay for it if you. pay for it you can like pay to like. change your location so like I put his. exact location and then I like changed.
the radius to like one mile and then. like I did two swipes and then his. account popped up and it said in town. for a month hit me up oh so he was other. people he was trying but then I asked. him about it and he was like oh I. already deleted that yeah I'm sure I'm. sure that's what every Ashley Madison. guy said yeah okay and and um so I did. pay for that but then I like got it. refunded did you break up yeah yeah yeah. good we broke up good cyber ghost safe.
and private something November 9th oh. okay uh free text call number November. 11th expressvpn November 9th Apple music. just. cancelled yeah which ones are that. second phone number October 17th what. are you doing why are there so many. different phone number things what what. are you sneaking around surfar VPN why. do you have so many VPN and phone. numbers that you're what are you doing. um um those are also something probably. to do with him I was a little you don't.
know no I do know what uh so basically. like I created some fake numbers oh lady. and then like I pretended like I had. seen him out in like public and then. wanted to see if he would like text them. back and he didn't but he also you had a. lot of like okay your suspicions. actually ended up becoming correct what. if they weren't like you're just kind of. like the. bad X in that case you actually. were correct in the end so you know it.
work I wouldn't do things like that if I. didn't think that yeah but from. Instagram likes no well no saying you're. so pretty and stuff that that that's. fair actually um but even still this is. a big he was just like a bad person so I. kind of how are you guys together um we. were like on and off for three years you. invested a few hundred bucks to catch. this thing okay all right yeah and he. also lived with me for for a while and. didn't pay any rent oh when did when was. was he. out um probably like two months ago my.
gosh why wasn't he paying R is that not. a red flag enough yeah and then that's. like when my finances started to get. kind of worse okay worse cuz trust me. they were already bad but why wasn't he. paying rent I guess because he didn't. have enough. money what was he doing he had like this. job with one of his family members um I. think he was only making like $400 I. kind want to call in the post show. should we call him in the post show oh.
my God we're going to call him in the. post show are you serious yeah oh my God. that'll be fun we'll have some Springer. in the post show in our YouTube. membership it helps support the channel. guys and there's thousands of hours of. extra content in other shows as. well uh okay so Amazon yeah the interest. of crewing uh it was yeah it was three. Amazon purchases probably all the. skincare and makeup and all the sh. you're. doing Fe this year like 70 bucks an.
interest. what those fees are probably late fees. that's probably two late fees on which. one on the Amazon over the course of. this year over the course of the Year. yes two late fees. probably yeah I I don't like paying. those I'm going to be honest like like. it's like that's what we get to we get. to choose what we like no we don't but I. hey guys guess what I don't like paying.
my property taxes I'm just not going to. and there's going to be no consequences. cuz I don't like it the are you talking. about you have a seven-year-old. kid I like paying for everything for him. yeah you have to be. responsible do you not understand just. like. the I feel like I'm pretty. responsible in what. world I feel like you never matured past. 14. no legitimately based on your language.
do you. think yeah the words you're. saying the phrases your. mentality well that's your opinion my. opinion dude it's in the numbers this. isn't an opinion this is like objective. reality right here the whole I don't. like making payments on this that's what. a child says I still make them though. you missed two this year shut the f up. two out of the year that's not that many. are you like actually.
like I feel like that's not that bad. missed 15% of the payments this year. okay substantial. percentage I don't want to be rude yeah. the a mature person an adult pays 100%. by the. way I I I I I legitimately would like to. know just for my own information not to. be rude but out of legitimacy did you. graduate high schol school I did okay. did you yes.
okay but am I giving off any indication. that I didn't I. I that you um you had you you I I no am. I yes oh. okay okay Capital One $128. 36 very low bounds for what we've looked. that so far with the $25 minimum the.
payment okay so you made the minimum and. then interest recruit mhm okay so that's. all that happened on this card but she. did say at the beginning haven't really. had Miss payments this year so. far until recently we learned that that. wasn't the case on the Amazon one. already but let's see if that's the case. on this card should we shall we oh there. it is there's a little fee that's. happened this year so far sounds like. you're a liar or just don't know. anything thing. you said there was a late one on that.
yes this year this year yes this year. how many you know what year it is yeah. 2024 okay tomorrow will be 2025 Wow. Fresh Start new. me what was your question um how many. was it one one okay that counts it does. count yeah it. does that's um. is anyone keeping the math 5 six seven.
eight ahh eight Miss payments is year so. far yeah um it was a rough year it was a. rough year yeah sounds like it with like. the cheating dude but again that was a. couple months ago the out um I'm. spending money to make myself happy and. my son happy and how's that working it's. ending in misery ending with eviction. ending with bankruptcy ending with your. kid not having a good. future yeah that's more misery so maybe. we do a little temporary sacrifice like. an adult a mother a responsible.
parent 27.99 per interest rate basically. 100 bucks in interest recruit so far. this year the balance has never been. high on that card you're just late on a. payment for noing reason why do you not. set up Auto pays yeah that's a thing I. don't know I just feel like that's a. thing okay yes um I should probably set. up a pay but why haven't you then. because I I feel like what if I just.
like I want to pay it like whenever I. want to pay it I think that's not how. this works that's not how contracts work. you signed aing contract do you get that. with the credit cards. yes well I want to get rid of those so I. don't have to worry about that anymore. yeah you can close the accounts you're. still going to have to make your. payments you owe the money that you. borrowed right I'm just saying saying. like I I'm trying to like get to where I. can actually pay them all off and then.
never like how are you going to do that. when you spend double what you make well. that's why I sto spending on them you. spend double what you make and that's. not true we already looked at the Amazon. card where you spending and you push it. above your limit shut the you're like. everything you're saying is legitimately. incorrect no okay so the Amazon and the. Apple ones yes I still so also known as. some of the cards yeah but the big ones. like the the $44,000 one like I so I. guess the ones don't matter that are. above the credit limits and not making. payments on time and has interest acre.
because other ones have bigger. numbers yeah you can use the Fizz card I. will allow that because it only allows. you to spend what's in your checking. account it's like a debit card and it. builds your credit I would close these. other accounts because you're not a. credit card person you cannot be trusted. with it I would not trust you with a. single cented debt that's fine who gives. a it doesn't matter it's okay that you. can't be trusted with debt just don't. allow yourself to have it don't allow. yourself have a tool that can. Smash in your own fingers if you don't.
know how that if you don't have the. proper training okay. okay is this what is it you tell me. where'd you get fashion Nova and Amazon. on oh it's definitely a pay later um is. it like Clara or like afterpay you tell. me probably Clara or afterpay or uh a. firm I use all of those oh I'm sure you. do you've never met a debt you don't. love huh. but those are fine like I those are fine. yeah.
$49.75 overdue they're fine guys. everything's. great lady you know nothing you know. nothing any account we talk about you. talk about and you. have no idea what you're talking about. not a single ankling of brain cell. connection for any document okay I do. remember that I do remember that oh yeah.
she. remembers yeah. um I I guess I was out of money and oh. who guys it happened again it happened. again yeah nothing nothing will ever go. wrong nothing will ever go wrong cuz. this isn't the second time of this. entire conversation that you said you. ran out of money right right right right. so you'll never ever miss a rent payment. right right right you'll never miss any. crical payment you'll never miss a. utility payment you'll never not have. enough money for groceries right right. right cuz we've never talked about in.
this conversation not having enough. money it's never Possible having a. dude bust will never result in a. pregnancy I don't know where my money is. going I feel like I why have you never. made a budget why have you never tried. cuz Okay I get that you didn't know. where your money is going but that's. fine when you recognize that then you're. like maybe I should do something what's. that something called how to freak F out. my money make a budget is usually what. comes up why would you not make a budget.
why would you not attempt why has there. been no attempt I I've thought about. making a budget oh You' thought about no. no I think about this a lot like every. month I'm like okay now I should make a. budget that that is a lot of thinking. for you once a month and then um like. you keep saying about I'm gonna like get. evicted or like miss my rent payment it. happens to millions of people well I'm. not that's not going to happen because I. have like. earning you know is that the is that the.
Pay Advance thing. uh-huh uh that's really big problem. right now every every every time you. get I'm stuck in like a loop yeah that's. what I was just going to say you get. stuck in a loop so what happens you. can't pay that then you can't. that's then you're double then you're. double yeah so choo. choo well so I I'm trying to like make. it to where I don't have to use that.
ever again but it's like so try try this. is what you've already said try try. what's your try I've thought about. making a budget you know what I I. accomplished something this I thought no. um I just get kind of overwhelmed I. guess you're going to get more. overwhelmed the worse this gets yeah. it's a confront it now or make it even. worse later it's always going to be. worse that's what I would like to happen. but and I would like to.
have okay so I'm going to do something. to change. it. what I'm going to make a budget oh and. stick to it oh because I can do that you. can. mhm any in cleaner proof that that is. something I can reliably take as um the. truth do you not believe me no you don't. you're missing payments you're not a.
reliable narrator on any document that. we've talked about so far you have no. idea what your finances are and you're. uncontrollable spending in every way. possible and you have no discipline and. you can hardly form a coner thought I. like I I don't know I do not trust you. or believe. you I want you to do better M but that. doesn't mean I'm just going to say I. trust you to make you feel good right. nothing has been shown to me that would. give me Trust. I've hope it's. lacking but I want you to especially for.
the sake of your kid yeah I mean I feel. like I make decent money so it should. you do that's not the problem yeah so. you don't think I need to like make more. money more money is always great I guess. but not if you spend even more than you. make extra which is what you would do. well yeah um I'm very happy with my job. I. okay they treat me very well. well I I didn't suggest leaving that job.
I don't know no I know I'm not saying. you did. but okay well we're over on Clara again. so uh. $82 well actually overd on the fashion. Nova. stupid fashion no what the fashion no. what is Nova it's okay cuz I actually. returned all that stuff and you got. refunded mhm yeah the well actually no I.
didn't no you seriously just made meing. cross it out of my document and now I. have to write it again no okay I did. return everything but for some reason am. I writing it in here or. not um no why wait no sorry. yes lady. how yeah you can write it it's fine. now let me ask this High School question.
again I'm glad you graduated high school. but it did it take you until you were 26. no. okay when your kid attends school are. you required to attend with him what do. you mean oh what do you mean no he's in. school he's in second grade mhm he's. doing really well well just like I did I. did I I made really good grades in.
school so you returned it but you just. didn't get a refund right yeah I didn't. get a refund because some for some. reason they don't do refunds they only. do like Credit in store. credit did did you get that yeah but it. doesn't really your monthly payment is. $132.7 apple cart this is one your your. self-confessed I still spend money this. one's like not a big balance this one's.
really bad I do some yeah it's maxed out. and sometimes like I this is like the. only credit card where you can like if. it even if it's maxed out you can like. make a payment you cannot be trusted. with that you cannot be trusted with. that you mean make a purchase yeah you. cannot be trusted with that you not know. how to manage that you cannot be trusted. with a debt now for a single second of. your life look at you. I because they allow you to spend your. just oh my gosh me dude I just.
I oh I just my my ladies and gentlemen. little introduction into my brain right. now a little insight I am blown away. what a creation this show has been over. two and a half years I am blown. away I am thankful that you're on here. and I want you to get better and I want. you to join our average. 10,100 $10,500 paid off in 10 months.
from past guest or 11 months I want that. I want that to happen to you but I ain't. blown away I had no idea walking around. that just random people your random. neighbors your random family people in. the street all of these people there is. so many of. them that are like. this not as an insult I'm just like. Blown Away. that my finances were and I got them. corrected but I never had the mindset.
you have because you understand they. didn't even realize what was happening. once I did I fixed it I just don't get. it I don't get it and it just blows my. mind this show has been just the. ultimate ex I'm not ending it I'm not I. sound like I'm ending it I'm not but it. this has been like the most crazy wakeup. call crazy wakeup call and you applied. from the audience yeah yeah yes so you. watch the show yeah this blows my mind.
that's where 98% I think come I think. actually 100% these. days come from the audience this is. blows my mind okay another monthly. payment 27. bucks oh so so many transactions on. which one Amazon oh no apple sorry. Apple. okay tender there it is I got that. refunded though Tinder. more Apple Bill PayPal.
Voodoo um yeah that was probably a movie. for like my son to watch. airm Tinder three Tinder purchases yeah. I I was kind of. crazy yes I would say so you did. actually were right in the end about. your assumptions but you did also kind. of act crazy my fake accounts kept. getting banned so like had to make well. no fair enough and I had to make. two more to like actually find them on.
there so so as many of you know I've. been a big supporter of course careers. for a long time I'm not just a partner I. actually own stock and I'm an investor. so why did I partner with course careers. because I truly believe in what they're. doing a lot of people have questions. about online certifications versus. traditional college degrees let me be. clear I wouldn't put my name behind. something unless I knew it worked the. thing is not everyone has the time or. resources to spend four years in college. or take on massive student loan debt. course careers offers a practical.
affordable way to launch a career in a. high demand field like Tech sales it and. accounting where companies are hiring. based on the skills needed not broad. college degrees in fact right now one in. three companies are dropping degree. requirements and that number is only. going to continue to grow I know some. people think online programs are a quick. fix but that's not the case here course. careers takes effort and commitment but. they provide you with a streamlined. proven path they offer upto-date. self-paced courses one-on-one or group.
coaching from people that work in the. industry and most importantly they help. you actually get hired just look at. graduates like neso who went from. driving FedEx trucks to a cyber security. job at Disney that didn't happen by. chance he put in the work and course. careers guided him every step of the way. and what truly sets course careers apart. is that it's not just about learning. skills about Landing a job their. curriculum is designed based on what. employers actually need and they nwor of. Industry coaches will guide you through. the entire process from learning the. skills to interviewing resume help and.
Beyond so if you're serious about. starting a new career without wasting. years or piling up debt give course. careers a try start with their free. intro course Linked In the description. to explore your options and when you're. ready use the link in the description. for $50 off the full course your future. starts right now and course careers is. here to help you shape it were you using. other people's pictures they were kind. of like stock images other people's. pictures yeah. Netflix the Lash Lounge the Lash.
Lounge yeah they look like eyelashes I. don't know do they look good um no okay. I don't know what count as good lashes. they look kind of clumped up in like. areas oh really well they look like. there's like it looks like there's like. five big clumps like. horns but maybe that's what good let. linday can you tell me I don't look at. eyelashes her lashes look beautiful. complimented her before we started okay.
your lashes look good I I don't know. what good lashes look like that's not. something I look at for people. yeah well it's on your eyes so it's like. the M main thing that you're like. looking at. please what I look at everyone's feet. first oh. Kidd I couldn't tell where I wanted to. take that yeah $400 dolls spent in that. month that's crazy dude on just Apple. just Apple $229 of Interest crew this. year so.
far I don't see any Fe but I don't see a. section for fees either I have a problem. with that. card you have a problem with every C. You' Miss there is not one that doesn't. have a problem do if you don't if you. don't know that at this point I'm deeply. concerned so you're saying like if I. were to just if there was no Mis. payments then there wouldn't be a. problem not that there wouldn't be a. problem but your problems are. exacerbated M yeah um do you you know. what that word means yeah like they're. more extreme okay yes yeah wanted to.
make sure you didn't think I said like M. no is that what you're thinking about no. I just want to make sure you're able to. understand the words okay yeah now I got. it I want to make sure I'm communicating. correctly yeah I got it it's more. extreme aut v v drive. drive they let you. drive what do what are you talking about. okay what's your car oh. oh it's a 2012 Honda Accord M mobile.
only has like 120,000 miles hold on wait. is this a lease wait it's actually. almost paid off yeah it's kind of close. it's till two years away I don't know. what you're talking about almost paid. off but well I'm planning on like trying. to get it paid off sooner yes while you. spend double your income and the the. monthly P don't make payments on. anything else I don't know what you're. talking about dude it's only like $150 a. month for my your plan's a joke though. my car payment's like really low I get.
it but you say I plan to but there that. does not make sense with the rest of. everything else we've looked at so far I. don't get how you get that it's worth. about. 8,413 in its current. condition so you do have positive equity. on this be the one thing I'm not. freaking out about other than it's like. close to an 11% interest which sucks MH. you're likely halfway through that. interest paying period where more is now. going to principal but even still it's. not great it's not great but you have. positive Equity yeah how how how how's.
it doing it's fine it's really great. 120,000 okay and you do maintenance yeah. when I got it I actually um I put like. $110,000 down so what when did you get. it like three years ago but I for how. much I think it was kind of overpriced. it was like during that time where like. all the cars were like super overpriced. yeah. and I think it was like selling for like. 16,000 maybe and then I put 10,000 down.
and financed like 6,000 yeah majority is. by far going to principal today 113 and. then 30 goes to interest so you're in. the good half of this loan okay still. not fantastic having a minimum three. payment for someone that can't do. minimum three payments I can do. them stop the C. [Music]. I would say we like nine Mis payments is. yearo or. something and if I could see in this car.
if you were ever late or missed like I I. don't know if I'm able to look him back. in time that one's actually on autopay. that one is on auto pay good but I what. if like you had one that bounced well. then I would just use nin well if you. didn't have enough in earin. um okay City double cash I actually. quite like this card oh you're abusing. it. well it's abusing you now. actually I think that one got I think.
that one got closed why for why oh wait. closed or sent to collections no no just. closed like they they closed the account. good good cuz guess what uh oh late fees. who would have thought miny payment. usually 107 but you're behind by. two behind by two. yes yeah um the like I said the last. couple of months have been kind of bad. like that's when everything really he. was never paying for rent he spent a. couple hundred bucks on dating apps and.
vpns and texting things but what got so. bad he didn't pay for anything he. sometimes he would like he would just be. kind of inconsistent well not you're. changing your damn story no okay so he. would do like certain things that kind. of helped out but it wasn't like. directly paying rent if that makes. sense like he would buy food but I would. pay the rent or he would okay interest. of crewing fees acre. $2,600 3 takes 10 years to pay off only.
the minimum payment late fee there it is. total fees charged this year so far. looks like you've had about three late. fees we're out to 12 late fees how many. months are there in a year 12. oh you also have like Advanced purchases. as well what cash advaned purchases H. cash Advanced purchases where I took. money out of the credit card yes that or. you had that pull into your checking.
account to prevent a uh bounce that. might draw which is also horrendous yeah. um sick dude crazy can't you do you. realize just where you've gotten your. life like this is such a scary my life. is. [Music]. great I'm happy I'm buying my happiness. no no no no and I'm still making sure. things are getting paid maybe they're.
late but they're still getting paid. you're you're delusional you're not. happy you're delusional I probably am. delusional you are delusional have you. heard this conversation so far from you. um from my ex. yeah he said the same thing about me. $529 and 84 cents owed on let's call. this. one what the CLA 2 I don't know it. doesn't matter oh God yeah oh my God is.
that say is that say NFL. yes I bought him like a $300 like NFL. hoodie but I did return that was it. refunded yes it was okay what do you owe. on this now um can I look at it right. now yes okay so I'm sure you wacked it. back up what does it say on. there just tell me the thing 800. [Music]. 800 you're right you didn't rack it back. up youing almost doubled.
it you don't know. anything you don't know anything this. conversation is mind-blowing this. conversation is literally mindblowing. you said. 890 um yes 800 what's your payment. minimum my payment minimum on. Clara yeah the one you just pulled up. dude it it depends on which purchase. that you're talking about all of them um. okay so in the next 7 days it's $30 and.
then in January it's. $500 there's like four Sephora purchases. on here what are you getting and then. there's like some I like to buy things. for my son so far not in the purchases. no like that's I saw one like pajama set. for him other than that it's all for. mommy no that's was what I was going to. say next it's a Kids Foot Locker. um yeah not the expensive one though is. it uh it was like $100 yeah so that's.

some customer service from home you know. call center stuff if you're able to do. some stuff in the evening once you put. the kid asleep even work just a few. hours whatever it might be or just email. support we pay customer support. representative uh for our classes and. stuff like that uh and she's remote and. you know she's just going through our. emails so anything you can pick up dude. literally if you're bringing an extra. $356 a month and you double this process. you make it a year and a half instead of. three and all you have to do is bring in. an extra $36 a month I think that's.
worth it isn't it it is worth it yeah. bring extra thousand let's get this over. in a year then get a fully funded. six-month emergency fund that's critical. for you in your position as a single mom. so you need to get a 6month emergency f. everything you need to survive 6 months. or $10,000 whichever one is higher. that's the step I would try to go get a. little more money I'm not saying leave. your job but let's try to get this taken. care of in a year and a half get a fully. funded emergency fund pay off all our. bad debt by two years two years total. then you're going to contribute 20% to. retirement until you die well until you.
