WOW: Fox host FURIOUS at ICE over latest shooting

Another individual is dead at the hands. of Border Patrol. Let's be clear. We do. not know if there was any. push back from this individual who was. armed. We do not have evidence that he. was waving a gun, doing anything to. threaten Border Patrol. He had his phone. and he was. shooting he he was viewing and recording. the incident. That's what he was doing, recording the incident. What is your.

reaction and you are an elected. official, what can you do about it? >> Well, look, I don't think there's any. question a majority of Americans want. President Trump and ICE to go in and. apprehend the criminal illegals. That's. what President Trump campaigned on and. he's doing exactly what he said. I look. at what happened in Minneapolis versus. what happened in Washington D.C. When. President Trump sent the National Guard. into Washington D.C., the mayor, Mayor. Muriel Bowser, supported that. She. worked her her local law enforcement.

worked with the president and in a short. period of time they have really been. successful in reducing the amount of. crime in Washington D.C. That was a big. success. Fast forward to where we are in. Minneapolis. We have a governor, an. attorney general, and a mayor of. Minneapolis who are getting people. jacked up trying to get them, you know, convinced that this is, you know, some. type of. illegal raid that their all their lives. are threatened and they've got all these. white liberals coming in trying to run. over ICE, trying to, you know, spray.

them and and and do everything to. disrupt. >> That was Fox's Maria Bartiromo who seems. genuinely irate at the fact that ICE has. murdered yet another American on the. streets, this time 37-year-old ICU nurse. Alex Preddy who works at the VA. Now, a. few points here. She's right that he was. simply recording ICE which is his legal. right to do. She's also right that he. was armed which is also his legal right. considering he had a concealed carry. permit. But it's It's worth noting that. while her outrage is justified, let's. not forget that the reason this. administration feels like they can.

commit crimes with impunity is because. they get daily cover from their. sycophants like Maria Bartiromo. She has. been among the most vocal in her blind. fealty to Trump, feeding her viewers a. steady stream of to cover for. his criminal and corrupt behavior on a. daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis. So, is it any wonder that Republicans. feel like they don't have to comply with. the law when they've got people like. her, like Maria Bartiromo, carrying. water for them on national TV every day? Look, I welcome Maria Bartiromo's anger,

and if she wants to start asking real. questions of the corrupt party that. she's part of, I welcome that as well. But, let's not for a second pretend that. she is innocent in all of this. She is a. principal player in the modern MAGA. movement, and it was her voice that in. part emboldened the lawlessness that. resulted in an innocent nurse being. gunned down execution-style in the. street yesterday for the crime of. recording a rogue agency. But, frankly, Bartiromo's actions seem quaint here. compared to James Comer, who makes Maria. look like AOC by comparison. So, let's.

talk about what Comer says here. First. off, he couches his argument in this. idea that a majority of Americans wanted. Trump to abide by his campaign promise. to root out criminal undocumented. immigrants. And based off the polling, that's true. The problem is that's not. what Trump or ICE are doing. ICE. murdered an American nurse yesterday in. the street. A few weeks before that, ICE. shot an American mom of three in her. car. According to ProPublica, ICE has. already arrested 170 US citizens as of. November, and that was 3 months ago. And.

even when ICE is dealing with. undocumented immigrants, these are in. large part not criminals. According to. the conservative Cato Institute, only 5%. of people detained by ICE have violent. convictions, while 73% have no. convictions. So, when Trump promised to. round up the violent criminals who were. here illegally, that's all well and. good. It's just not at all what's. actually happening. But, Comer goes on. to suggest that in fact the fault here. lies with the Democratic leadership of. Minnesota. Surprise, surprise. So, apparently when six full-grown ICE.

agents pummeled a nurse holding a phone, unhosted his concealed legal weapon, and. only when he was unarmed shot him. multiple times, ultimately killing him, that was Tim Walz's fault? That was. Jacob Frey's fault? I'd ask if James. Comer is that much of a shameless. partisan hack that he can't even bring. himself to acknowledge a simple solitary. thing that's that this administration or. its henchmen have ever done wrong, but I already know the answer to that. question. But, I'm actually glad that. Comer is doubling, tripling, quadrupling.

down here and pretending like it's. everyone else's fault except the lawless. officials of the guy whose colon he's. taken up residence inside. Because as. these people continue to shed support on. a daily basis, these Republican. officials, it'll be that much clearer. that the Republican Party is nothing. more than a criminal cabal hell-bent on. lying, deceiving, cheating, and stealing. from you. When you can't even. acknowledge that ICE murdered an. American holding a phone, that that's. bad, you're actually just pushing. everybody with eyes away from your side.

and exposing them to the reality of what. you're selling, which is bootlicking a. tyrannical big government, the exact. thing that Republicans used to at least. pretend to detest. And by the way, when. I say that Republicans are right now. shedding support, the polling bears that. out. According to the latest New York. Times Siena poll, 61% of Americans think. ICE has gone too far, and that includes. 94% of Democrats and a staggering 71% of. independents. I mean, hell, even 19% of. Republicans think ICE has gone too far.

And these are people who openly. supported a guy who waved mass. deportation now signs at his rallies. And that poll was from before ICE shot. and killed an American citizen who was. holding nothing more than a cell phone. this past weekend, meaning it's all but. guaranteed that those numbers will get. even worse for this administration. In. fact, here are some right-wingers who. breathlessly supported Trump, and even. they can do what James Comer is. apparently incapable of doing because. he's too far up Trump's ass. >> Everything is a scripted reality show.

I criticize ICE, people get mad at me. They're like, "Well, how do you think people should be. deported? Da da da da." Number one, you. can pass legislation, which they haven't done. All of the. stuff they've done on immigration is. through executive orders, a lot of it. It will be reversed immediately by a. Democratic president. That's number one. Number two, if you pass legislation and then attach. enforcement to that, you pass laws,

you then have laws by which the country. is governed that will prevent illegal. immigration. If you do a reality show spectacle where. you're grabbing people here and there, left and right, and it revs everybody up, and you then. have protests everywhere, and you have. violence, and you have. um ICE responding to that with deadly. force, you're You don't have a long-term.

solution. What you do is you're stirring the pot. and creating like mini civil wars. all over the country. that people are watching on television, but you don't have like the enforcement. of laws. >> After that woman was shot, I think, unfortunately, well, everything's unfortunate about it, right? But one of the one of the real. problems is now ICE are villains. And. now people are looking at them like.

murderous military people that are on. the streets of our city, and they're. masked up, which is also a problem, right? Because if you get arrested by a. cop, you you're allowed to ask the cop, "What is your name and badge number, and. you could film that cop. If you get. arrested by an ICE agent, you have no. such right. They're wearing a mask, they. don't have to tell you That's a. problem. That's a problem on our city. streets, right? Because you you could. also pretend to be an ICE agent. >> Right. >> I was taken back by the White House who.

I initially put out what I defined as. mis uh representation of what took place. there when you look at the video. Uh it. was said that Mr. Parra was brandishing. a weapon. Well, he was not brandishing a. weapon. Yes, he did have a weapon. It. was said that by the White House that. Mr. Parra attacked those agents. No, he. did not attack those agents. And one of. the White House individuals called Mr. Parra a domestic terrorist. I find this.

man is dead. He has a family. And to go. out and call him a domestic terrorist. without giving any more information is. just unacceptable. >> The reality is that if Comer had any. legitimate explanation for any of this, he wouldn't need to deflect and. obfuscate. He wouldn't need to pivot to. the Democrats, but he doesn't, and so he. won't. Instead, he'll defer back to his. tribal instincts and blindly defend the. red team, even though the red team used. to have some pretty strong feelings. about a tyrannical government coming to.

take your guns and shoot people with no. due process. But I guess that's what you. get with today's GOP. No long-standing. principles, no values, no concern over. hypocrisy, just blind allegiance to the. big government god king, no matter who. has to die in service of it.
