WHOA: Trump ATTACKS his ally, Jeanine Pirro, as FEUD ERUPTS

If you needed exhibit number 15 million. that loyalty is a one-way street with. Donald Trump, here it is. Trump went off. on his long-time ally and current US. attorney in Washington, D.C., Jeanine. Pirro, Judge Jeanine, writing, "Look. what vandals did to the grass connecting. the vandalized World War monument and. the vandalized reflecting pool, which. will be opened again and better than. ever shortly. Anybody who thinks the. reflecting pool wasn't vandalized should. go back to law school, President Donald. J. Trump." Hmm, I wonder who that was in. reference to. Now, let's be clear and.

not bury the lead. The reflecting pool. was not vandalized. Don't take my word. for it. Take Trump's Department of. Justice, which admitted in a filing in. court, where by the way, they can't lie, quote, "The damage was the result of a. botched installation and not vandalism. as initially represented by DOI, Department of Interior. A recent visual. inspection showed damage throughout the. reflecting pool, even in the middle of. the pool, where a vandal would not. likely attempt to peel the lining. Given. all of this newly discovered. information, it is difficult to.

attribute the widespread damage to the. reflecting pool to vandalism, let alone. to establish the fact beyond a. reasonable doubt." Now, importantly, why. did Jeanine Pirro admit that in court? Out of self-preservation. If she. knowingly moved forward with the. prosecution of a man who the federal. government knew, admitted was innocent, the legal ramifications would have been. severe. Which is not to say that she. isn't already going to face severe legal. ramifications for putting David Hern. through the process thus far. Remember, he was already indicted. Here's Marc.

Elias making that point. >> When I saw the back and forth between. the filings and the Department of. Justice and then the clips you just. showed, it reminds me of Rudy Giuliani. Remember Rudy Giuliani on November 7th, 2020, he's in the parking lot of the. Four Seasons landscaping business, and. he is saying how there's massive fraud. in Pennsylvania and they proved massive. fraud. And then the next thing you know, and up in a courtroom and the judge is. like, "Is he here for fraud?" And he's. like, "Um, no, your honor, we're not.

saying there's any fraud." Right? Like, in the end, that didn't save Rudy. Giuliani. Like, in the end, like, the. damage that has been done here by. Jeanine Pirro, by anyone else who is. licensed to practice law, like, they're. trying to mitigate it. It is clear that. whether it was Pirro herself or some. underling in the office, someone on. Friday was like, um, "We need to try to. clean this up so that this doesn't. become a huge bar problem, a huge ethics. problem, a huge, frankly, civil.

liability problem if if Hern decides to. sue." Um, but I'm not sure it's going to. work because the damage has been done. And, you know, the the the these claims. were made, these outrageous. extrajudicial statements were made, which, by the way, federal prosecutors. are not supposed to make uh statements. uh outside of the courtroom. They're not. supposed to prejudice uh the jury or. prejudice the judicial system. So, I. think this is quite serious. I think. Pirro is is not going to be able to. escape the consequences of this. If, in.

fact, you know, she made these. statements without having that evidence, as it appears she did. If, in fact, they. had contrary evidence, which it now. appears they did. Um, now, she's going. to say they didn't have the contrary. evidence till later, but still, the. question is how the hell did this case. get indicted as uh with without having. the full uh file from the Department of. Interior, if that's what their argument. is. How did she make these extrajudicial. statements? Like I said, prosecutors are. not supposed to make these extrajudicial.

statements right anyway. And one of the. reasons is because you smear people who. are presumed innocent. Right? Everyone. Every criminal defendant is presumed. innocent. And here, you have a situation. where not only was the guy presumed. innocent, turns out he was actually. innocent. >> And in fact, I also spoke with Norm. Eisen, who represented David Hern in. this very prosecution by the DOJ. Here's. what he said on the matter. On the. initial idea of the indictment even. existing for Dave Hearn, that came as. the result of Jeanine Pirro bringing an.

indictment that was based on false. pretenses, bringing an indictment that. she herself claimed she had quote. tremendous evidence for that we now know. didn't exist. And so I know there's been. some talk of disbarment, of filing a. complaint with the bar association for. Jeanine Pirro. What are next steps on. that front? >> Uh well, um right now Brian, we're. focused on getting the case dismissed. with prejudice. Um all legal options are on the table. I. think some of the important ones are to.

demand an independent investigation of. what happened here, this miscarriage of. justice. Our friend Jamie Raskin, uh you know him well also, champion of. justice, uh he's called for an. independent investigation. Um and the Senate has done the same. Senator Whitehouse followed this case. uh closely together with Senator. Heinrich,

uh asking for that. We need Office of. Inspector General investigations. We. need Office of Professional. Responsibility Review and other legal. remedies, too. There's nothing American. law abhors more than targeting an. innocent person. But for now, um my. focus is uh. getting this dismissal with prejudice, and then we'll. uh consider what other review.

uh and steps are necessary. Everything's. on the table. >> Quote everything is on the table. Not. great for Jeanine Pirro. But of course, Trump doesn't care about any of that. He. doesn't care that Pirro is protecting. her own law license, doesn't care that. Pirro is protecting her own ass, and. certainly doesn't care about protecting. a former US Olympian's innocence. He is. butt hurt because he didn't get to wield. the levers of power against a critic, and he made that known. >> Because the judge was extremely. unfriendly to Jeanine, and frankly, I.

think she choked because the judge was. really vicious. Instead of going after. the people that did it, the judge went. after her. and went after her department. And I. guess she choked. I don't know what the hell happened. >> to be reconsidering her role here sir? >> I don't know what you don't you fake. news. Don't don't ever talk again. You're fake news. One of the one of the. worst in the business. Fortunately, nobody watches you, but. something happened. >> And that was followed by reporting that. he was considering removing Pirro from.

her job. According to CNN, the president. is furious with Pirro, one of the. sources said, telling CNN that he fumed. about her all weekend. They added that. based on his criticism of her, they find. it highly likely she was removed from. her job. The other source, a senior. administration official, said Trump was. quote blindsided by Pirro's court. filing. Quote the president did not know. beforehand that she was going to do. that. End quote. And of course, now. Trump's minions are going out there and. echoing his claims because every hill is. apparently a hill worth dying on. Here's.

Peter Navarro. >> When I'm on camera. and you don't want to talk about. something like Jeanine Pirro, never. mention her freaking name to me because. that woman still refuses refuses. to fire Jeanine Pirro, the prosecutor. who was involved in putting you and me. behind bars, okay? So, don't you dare. don't don't. trust Jeanine. I can't deal I can't deal I can't deal. with your.

I'm just telling you. That guy How is. that guy still working here who pointed. me in a courtroom and said I was above. the law? Those. You get my drift. [clears throat]. >> I get your drift. Well, my point is that uh. >> That that guy is on the inside, Steve, of our Justice Department. That guy was.

responsible for so much I mean the. people went after James Comey, went. after me, went after me. He should be gone. Jeanine, are you listening? >> I know I want Judge Pirro to know I had. nothing to do with this outburst. This. is Navarro. In fact, I've never brought. it up to her ever. >> here, but but it was unwittingly, Steve, as sometimes it happens with you, but. not very often. He set me up here, Judge, so. I appreciate it. >> I mean, think about this for a moment. The president of the United States. wanted to destroy an innocent man's.

life, a former US Olympian, no less, because he wants to make a point. And. perhaps now you understand how Trump. operates. He doesn't care who he has to. destroy, so long as his personal ego is. protected. He did it with Kilmar Abrego. Garcia. His own government conceded in. court that his deportation was a. mistake, but Trump didn't care because. he wanted to make an example out of. Abrego Garcia. And he's doing the exact. same thing with David Hern. He wants to. be right, so he would rather prosecute. an innocent man than ever admit he was.

wrong. Psycho behavior. In a sane world, something like this. would be a warning sign to every other. Trump acolyte out there that you can. debase yourself for him to the ends of. the earth, and God knows that Jeanine. Pirro has, and in the end, it buys you. nothing. Why? Because Trump demands. total loyalty. He doesn't care if it. destroys your career. You are his tool. to wield. And if you dare think about. yourself for even a single second, then. you'll be summarily discarded, thrown.

right onto the bus. Again, Pirro. literally had no choice here. The DOJ. already let the cat out of the bag. If. Pirro didn't drop the charges, she would. be prosecuting someone who she knew was. innocent by her administration's own. admission. It would be the end of her. legal career. Frankly, it should already. and may already be the end of her legal. career. But of course, Trump's reaction. wasn't relief that an innocent man. wasn't going to be in prison, it was. fury that he personally got. contradicted. And of course, the tragic. irony here is that Trump spent an entire.

campaign railing against a two-tier. justice system, against prosecutors. chasing narratives instead of facts, against the purported weaponization of. the DOJ. And the second his own. hand-picked prosecutor admits that his. administration weaponized the DOJ. against an innocent man to cover up. their own botched job, Trump doesn't. apologize, he attacks and will possibly. fire his US attorney from her role. That's not somebody who cares about. justice. It is someone who only cares. about protecting his own fragile ego, no.
