Trump LOSES MILLIONS in bombshell decision

Some major news here at the hands of the. US Supreme Court. Today, SCOTUS declined. to hear Donald Trump's appeal of the E. Jean Carroll verdict, meaning the $5. million judgment against him for. sexually abusing and defaming E. Jean. Carroll is now final. There will be no. more appeals on this case. As Carroll's. attorney, Roberta Kaplan, put it, "His. multiple efforts to appeal that verdict. have all failed, and today's ruling ends. his quest to avoid accountability for. his actions." And true to form, Trump. took to Truth Social to lose his mind. about it, saying, quote, "Surprisingly,

the Supreme Court declined to review a. fake case brought against me by a woman. I never met. Decades-old celebrity photo. line standing with her husband does not. count. I will continue the fight against. this weaponization and lawfare case. against me, including the ridiculous. claim of defamation, with all of my. power and strength. This case is really. against the United States of America and. all it stands for, and should never be. allowed to happen to another president. or candidate-to-be. New York State. created a law for an instant speck of. time going back many decades in order to.

wrongfully nab me. It was tailor-made, and this injustice cannot be allowed to. stand. Thank you for your attention to. this matter. President Donald J. Trump.". Right. A jury finding that you sexually. abused and defamed a woman is actually. an attack on America itself. Got it. Now, it's also worth noting here that. when Donald Trump says that the case was. brought by a quote, "woman I never met,". my mind immediately went to, is that. defamatory? Could Carroll sue again? Now, Carroll's entire $5 million case.

was built on Trump calling her a liar. and saying that he never met her. That. is what the defamation in this case is. He just did it again today. A jury's. already established that this claim is. false and defamatory. So, on its. surface, he just repeated the same. defamatory statement that already cost. him $5 million. There are, however, a. few complications. So, first of all, the. $83.3 million case is still alive. That. second defamation case, covering his. statements from his first term, is still. on appeal at the second circuit with a.

$100 million bond posted. Trump's. lawyers are arguing that presidential. immunity applies. Today's Truth Social. post was made, again, as a sitting. president, which actually muddies the. immunity question in a potentially new. way. The Supreme Court's 2024 immunity. ruling created a messy new landscape. So, statements made in a president's. official capacity may be shielded. Truth. Social posts something of a gray area. Courts have gone back and forth on. whether Trump's social media posts are. actually official acts. I'm not sure.

that I have a ton of faith that a 6-3. conservative Supreme Court would rule. against Trump on this question of. whether his Truth Social posts are. official acts. uh or not. That is the broader question. here. But, I think that part aside, the. more practical question is, does E. Jean. Carroll want to open a third case? Her. lawyer already said today's ruling, quote, "ends his quest to avoid. accountability." She may be done. litigating and ready to just collect her. funds. Starting fresh litigation means.

years more court battles. So, look, the. bottom line is that she can obviously. sue again. There's a good faith argument. to be made for another defamation suit. And, frankly, anybody in this country. can sue if they want to. The question is. whether the juice is worth the squeeze. when she's already preparing to collect. nearly $100 million from Trump. The Supreme Court takes roughly 60 to 80. cases per term out of thousands of. petitions. Those slots are theoretically. reserved for the most consequential. legal questions facing this country. Questions about constitutional rights, questions about the scope of government. power, questions that affect millions of. Americans. And yet, Donald Trump, the. sitting president of the United States, decided that one of those precious slots. needed to go to his personal defamation. case. Not Medicaid, not millions of.

Americans who just lost health coverage. under the one big beautiful bill, not. the legal questions surrounding his. illegal tariffs, which the Supreme Court. already struck down, not the. constitutional crisis unfolding around. his firing of independent agency heads, but rather this case focused only on. him. Donald Trump's entire presidency is. about one person, Donald Trump. And by. the way, not a single one of his three. justices that he appointed even wrote a. dissent. He had three picks and none of.

them wrote a dissent. Even his own. hand-selected justices looked at this. case and just said, "Nah." But here's. what I really want you to understand. about this moment because it illustrates. something important about who Trump. actually is. This is a man who will use. every lever of power available to him to. extract money from the federal. government and from the American people, and then turn around and exhaust every. legal mechanism on Earth to avoid paying. a single dime when he's held accountable. for his own actions. Here's what I mean. Forbes pegged Trump's overall fortune, his net worth, at $6.3 billion as of.

April 2026, nearly three times his. estimated $2.4 billion at the start of. 2024, with growth driven overwhelmingly. by business ventures tied directly to. his political power. He launched a meme. coin days before his inauguration. Over. just 4 months, those coins generated. $320 million, mostly going to. Trump-related entities, more than double. the money collected in 4 years running. his Washington D.C. hotel during his. entire first term. He sold half of his. crypto company to a UAE.

government-linked entity for $500. million. According to Reuters investigation, Donald Trump's family has used this. template to generate at least $2.3. billion in profit from investors since. Trump retook the presidency. While on. the other side of that cash bonanza, more than a million investors suffered. net losses totaling $2.3 billion. He. sells access to himself to the top. holders of his meme coin, throws. fundraising dinners at Mar-a-Lago where. the cover charge is buying into his. cryptocurrency. He's got his face on. coins, his name on federal buildings,

his kids cutting deals with foreign. governments and defense contractors. while their dad runs the military that. those contractors want to sell to. This. guy has turned the American presidency. into the most aggressive personal. monetization scheme in the history of. this republic. He is sprinting to profit. from the office at every conceivable. turn. But E. Jean Carroll, the $5. million a jury unanimously said that he. owes for sexually abusing and defaming. her, that he fights to his last breath. That he drags to the Supreme Court. That.

he calls an attack on America. Because. the one thing Donald Trump cannot. stomach, the one scenario that breaks. his brain, is being forced to actually. pay for something himself. Think about. the pattern here. When Donald Trump sees. that there's money flowing to him, crypto, foreign deals, access sales, tariff exemptions for his business. partners, he's fully on board. No. complaints, no due process concerns. But. when money is supposed to flow from. Trump, because a jury of his peers heard.

the evidence and said that he owes it, suddenly the system is rigged. Suddenly. it's a witch hunt. Suddenly it's an. attack on the presidency itself. And look, Carroll still has the $83.3. million dollar from the second. defamation trial hanging out there, which Trump is still appealing. So, don't think that this is over. He's. going to keep fighting. He's going to. keep calling it fake. He'll keep. insisting that he never met a woman. photographed standing next to him, because that's what he does. He uses. power to take and uses every tool. available to him to avoid giving.

anything back. The Supreme Court said no. today. Three of his own justices said. no. A jury said no three years ago. The. appeals court said no, and still he. posts on Truth Social that this is an. injustice against America. The only. injustice here is that it took so long.
