Trump LOSES IT over MAJOR Supreme Court ruling

After a bombshell Supreme Court ruling. where seven of the justices refused to. back Donald Trump's illegal executive. order banning mail and ballots for the. upcoming midterm elections, Trump. obviously and predictably did not take. the news well. He posted a long winding. screed on Truth Social which reads in. part, "Republicans just got another bad. decision from the United States Supreme. Court, one that the court system took. forever to give and then blamed it in. part on no time left to implement a. solution to our totally corrupt and. out-of-crol mail-in voting disaster, which is a laughingtock all over the.

world and where we are the only country. that has to endure such a nation. destroying scam." Justices Alto and. Thomas legends both strongly disagreed. with this horrible, highly political. ruling. It is a big loss for Republicans. and America itself and makes cheating by. the radical F Democrats on mail-in. ballots a much easier thing to do. And. now they have an open field to do so. The Supreme Court has really let our. country down. Okay, few points here. First of all, Donald Trump himself votes. by mail if it is as corrupt as he claims.

it is, why does he trust his own ballot. to that very process? This is like. trying to convince people that they. shouldn't drink this coffee shop's. coffee while literally sipping on it. yourself. Second, there is no evidence. of anything that he's saying being true. Mail and voting is not a disaster. There's not a single instance of. provable widespread fraud. There have. been plenty that disprove that thesis. For example, according to Justin Levit, who also authored The Truth About Voter. Fraud and is now a professor at Lyola. Law School, and who reviewed allegations.

of fraud dating back to 2000, he. identified 31 credible instances of. impersonation fraud from 2000 to 2014. out of more than a billion ballots cast. over that period. 31 instances of fraud. over the course of 14 years and a. billion ballots cast. Here's another. one. Utah Republicans conducted a. monthslong review of their voter roles, examining over 2 million voter. registrations so that they could find. evidence of undocumented immigrants. voting in their elections. No Democrats. there to gum up the works, just.

Republicans. They discovered that there. was one non-citizen registered and that. person didn't even vote. Still, that. won't stop conservatives from screeching. about it. Anyway, I actually think we. ought to be making voting AS DIFFICULT. AS POSSIBLE. TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE VOTING. that don't have any idea what the hell. they're VOTING FOR. THE FACT THAT WE'RE. making it so easy is is I think a. problem not just for Republicans, but. also for society at large. I I could not. disagree more and and I think it's. actually perfectly emblematic of the. conservative position, which is create a.

straw man, get angry about that straw. man, and then start to attack it. You. have created Am I wrong about the. vulnerability of male invalid? >> You have created I'm not wrong. You. [laughter] have created you have created. a hypothetical situation and then. attacked that hypothetical situation. The reality is that neither you nor. Donald Trump when he was on that. interview with Kristen Welker could name. any instance a single instance of. widespread voter fraud. And so they can. get you all can get mad about y'all can. get mad about individual instances that. you've conjured up in your heads, but.

unless you can show actual proof of. widespread voter fraud, then you are. just getting mad at something that we do. not have evidence of right now. Nothing. scares Republicans more than the. imaginary scenarios they've created in. their heads. Third, of course, there is. no time to implement it because the. election is in 49 days and Trump wanted. to eliminate one of the single biggest. sources of voting in the entire country. Multiple states, red and blue, use mail. voting as their biggest method of. voting. The states would not be able to. handle elections if suddenly everybody.

had to vote in person. They don't have. the infrastructure. As Mark Elias. explained here, >> this is basically telling a number of. states, you just can't use vote by mail. at all. And some of these states only do. voting by mail or have, you know, 50%. 60% 70%. I don't know what it is in. California, but it's north of that. It's. not 100%, but it's like a really big. percentage. And that's true in Arizona. Uh it's true in Utah. It's true in. Florida. Like there are states with. really big votebymale populations. Uh,

and it would just upend those elections. and it would mean mass. disenfranchisement. And before I get. like people saying yes, but you know, everyone will just have to turn out and. vote in person, there simply aren't. enough machines and enough ballot suck. and enough locations in a state like. California or Washington or Oregon or I. would even say Arizona to have all those. people have to show up in person, right? I mean, states allocate voting. equipment. They purchase voting for me.

They allocate it. They print in-person. ballot stock. They site voting locations. based on an expectation as to how many. people are going to show up in person. versus voting by mail. If you all of a. sudden say all those mail-in ballots, you know, are not going to go out and. now all those people have to show up in. person. I mean, you're not talking about. long lines in the way in which we. traditionally think about it. You are. talking about, you know, cataclysmically. long lines, >> right? But here's what's important to.

note. That is the point. The chaos is. what the Trump administration is going. for. It's not an unfortunate byproduct. It's the purpose of all of this. All of. which I predicted literally yesterday. Here's a clip from yesterday's coverage. that I made on this story. So, look at. this point. Here's what we can expect. Donald Trump will likely point to this. Supreme Court loss as evidence unto. itself that the election is rigged. He'll say that the Scotas ruling. refusing to block mail and ballots is. why the election itself can't be trusted.

because he knows that Republicans are. going to lose and so needs to find. something to undermine the results. This. is all nothing more than the desperate. rantings and ravings of a sad, small, petty tyrant who is watching his. influence wayne with each new day. His. mentality is heads I win, tails you. lose, which might work if you're a. seven-year-old on the playground. Not so. much for a grownass adult with the. nuclear codes. And what do you know? Him. claiming that this ruling is evidence of. a rigged election is exactly what he.

did. He is as predictable as he is. corrupt. But I want to turn your. attention back to Trump's true social. post for a moment. Quote, "These are not. the people I interviewed to serve on the. United States Supreme Court. They are. merely a shell of their original selves. A court that is costing the United. States trillions of dollars with. shockingly bad rulings that are of such. magnitude that it won't be easily. possible for our country to cover or. heal. This is a court that will go down. as having rendered some of the most. destructive, hurtful, and damaging. decisions in our country's history. It. is not easy for me to write this. criticism of the US Supreme Court. It.

will likely cost me dearly for years to. come, but I feel it is my obligation and. duty as president to do so. For the. America we love, thank you for your. attention to this very important matter. Here he basically admits. that because he appointed a third of the. court, he expects them to do his. bidding. Legality be damned. That if he. decides to rewrite the Constitution, he. is entitled to do so because they owe.

him their jobs in perpetuity. And let's. be clear, rewriting the Constitution is. exactly what this would be. Article 1, Section 4 makes it clear. The power to. regulate the time, place, and manner of. an election belongs to the states and to. Congress, not the executive branch. Trump doesn't get to vote on how. Massachusetts or California or any other. state runs their own elections. He can't. unilaterally rewrite the rules for mail. and ballots anymore than he could re. unilaterally rewrite the Constitution. Doesn't matter how much he thinks he is. owed by his appointees on the court. So,
