Trump issues SHOCKING ORDER to Justice Department

As Jack Smith testified for the House. Judiciary Committee today, Trump. obviously didn't take kindly to the fact. that Smith was dispelling all of the. lies that Trump is telling regarding the. 2020 election. And so, because he was. getting called out on his. Trump, the anti-weaponization of. government president, took to Truth. Social writing, "Deranged Jack Smith is. being decimated before Congress. It was. over when they discussed his past. failures and unfair prosecutions. He. destroyed many lives under the guise of. legitimacy. Jack Smith is a deranged. animal who shouldn't be allowed to. practice law. If he were a Republican,

his license would be taken away from him. and far worse. Hopefully, the Attorney. General is looking at what he's done, including some of the crooked and. corrupt witnesses that he was attempting. to use in his case against me. The whole. thing was a Democrat scam. A big price. should be paid for them by what they. have put our country through." Now, where have we seen that before? Uh all. right, with Letitia James and James. Comey and Adam Schiff, Tim Walls, Jacob. Frey, Jerome Powell, LaMonica McIver. Shall I keep going? Jack Smith was.

actually read Trump's rant and given the. opportunity to comment in real time, here's what he had to say. >> That President Trump is live tweeting, live, I guess you'd call it Truth. Socialing, as we speak. Are you aware of this about. this hearing? >> No. >> Let me read to you what he posted. an hour and a half ago. "Deranged Jack Smith is being decimated. before Congress. It was over when they. discussed his past failures and unfair. prosecutions. He destroyed many lives. under the guise of legitimacy. Jack.

Smith is a deranged animal who shouldn't. be allowed to practice law. If you're a. Republican, his license would be taken. away from him and far worse. Hopefully, the Attorney General is looking at what. he's done.". We have a word for this. It's called weaponization. It's called corruption. Mr. Smith, if you care to. respond, I'll give you an opportunity, but I will simply say we are grateful. for your service to this country. We appreciate your fidelity to the rule.

of law. And I would echo the comments that have. been made by my Democratic colleagues to. ignore the noise. that you hear from so many of my. colleagues who would debase themselves. in this way. It is, in my view, subversive. of the oaths that we took to defend the. the reality is that Donald Trump is a. small, petty, petulant man who lashes. out at his perceived enemies. Jack Smith. is a grown adult who isn't going to take. the bait. Therein lies the difference. In fact, Smith was warned about the. prospect of an impending prosecution. against him. Here's what he has said. about that. >> And Mr. Smith, do you believe. that President Trump's Department of. Justice will find some way to indict. you? >> Uh I believe that they will do. everything in their power to do that. because they've been ordered to by the.

president. >> That's very concerning, obviously. It's. very concerning to all of us. >> The silver lining for both Smith and the. rest of Trump's opponents is that. Trump's DOJ is only matched in its. vindictiveness by its incompetence in. court. Because thus far, every single. vindictive or selective prosecution has. been shut down, thrown out, or. invalidated by improperly appointed US. attorneys. Because something something. Trump surrounds himself with only the. best people. And of course, the great.

irony is that Donald Trump ran on this. idea that he was so against government. weaponization that he would end the. apparently rampant practice on day one. Now, forget for a moment that Merrick. Garland wouldn't even touch his case for. two full years where he tried to. overturn a free and fair election, and. only then did he deign to appoint a. special prosecutor. That was Jack Smith. Forget for a moment that Biden's DOJ. prosecuted his own son, apparently none. of that matters, but all of that. notwithstanding, Trump made it a point. to rail against the weaponization of.

government by saying stuff like this. >> The Biden regime's weaponization of law. enforcement against their political. opponent is something straight out of. the. Stalinist Russia. horror show. In watching. the Supreme Court today, I thought it. was very. It's a very beautiful process. I hope. that. democracy in this country will continue. Um. because right now we have a very, very. tough situation with.

all of the radical left ideas, with the. weaponization. of uh politics. They weaponized it like. it's never been weaponized before. It's totally illegal, but they do it. anyway. And it has to stop. And that would lead me to the end. I. will say that. President Biden, number one, stop. weaponization. Fight your fight yourself. Don't use. prosecutors and judges to go after your. opponent to try and damage your opponent. so you can win an election.

>> And then, of course, the official death. of irony itself. >> Sir, before we go back to the Oval. Office to sign a large number of other. items, is a directive to the federal. government ending the weaponization of. government against the political. adversaries of the previous. administration, as we've seen. >> [cheering and applause]. >> That one aged about as well as milk in. the sun. And look, at the risk of. everybody watching thinking that this is. a video about Jack Smith, it's not. This. is a video about what Trump's priorities.

are. He's got all the time in the world. to prosecute his foes. He's got all the. time in the world to wage oil wars in. South America. Got all the time in the. world to try and annex Greenland. He can. host crypto dinners and crust the Oval. Office in gold, build himself a $400. million ballroom, retrofit a new jet for. himself, buy Kristy Noem a couple of. Gulfstream jets. He has time for all of. that, but keep his promises from the. campaign to bring down costs? Nah. Keep. his promise to protect earned benefits?

Nope. To make IVF free? Uh-uh. To. release the Epstein files? No. To end. the Russia-Ukraine war? Clearly not. To. curb inflation? No. This guy sold. everyone a bill of goods in the campaign. trail to manipulate his supporters into. giving him their votes. And the second. he actually got power, he abandoned all. of them and immediately pivoted to what. will help himself. How can he be more. comfortable? How can he avenge himself. for the slights that he felt? How can he. increase his net worth? How can he pad.

his legacy? Donald Trump ran as a. populist, but the only person that he's. delivering for is Donald Trump. We've. got midterms this year. Remember that. right now Republicans control the House. and the Senate. A Republican party that. has never sought to step in and assert. its authority and restore attention onto. everyday Americans. They've all been. willful participants in Trump's schemes. to benefit himself, to enrich himself, and to seek vengeance on his enemies. These people have put on a masterclass. in exactly why they should be stripped.

of their power. A masterclass in why. they should be voted out of office.
