🚨 Trump descends into PANIC as his OWN allies TURN on him
When this is what you see on Fox News, it's clear that things are not going. well for Trump. >> We. We understand that the war is costing a. billion dollars a day. And of course, the highest costs are. coming from weapons, equipment used. You. had 400 Tomahawk missiles already fired. That cost $2.2 million each Tomahawk. I. know the president changed the. the the use of those Tomahawks saying. that he could go with cheaper. different air power. Where are you on. all of these costs in terms of this.
supplemental package? Are you supporting. it? When do you expecting that to play. out? Because I know the president wants. a $1.5 trillion defense budget for 2027. as well. When Maria Bartiromo starts. asking about the cost of this. out-of-control war, it is safe to say. that the White House has lost hold of. the narrative, which is probably why. it's not just Fox News is asking these. questions. Here's Trump official Steve. Witcoff getting grilled on CNBC. What do. you say to people, to Steve, Americans. who, you know, are are struggling, they're worried about higher gas prices,
higher grocery prices, health insurance, you know, making ends. meet, you know, don't want foreign wars, certainly ones that don't don't have end. dates and and that risk American lives. What What do you say to them about why. this is so critical for the US to be. doing what it is doing in Iran right. now? How do you persuade them? I I say to them, Sarah, that if they have children, think about. what this world would look like if you.
didn't have Donald Trump as the. president. Because in a year, if you had. someone who didn't have the courage to. do this action, you'd have 30 or 40. nuclear bombs. And what would the world. look like there? And that is the exact. right question. Americans can't afford. groceries. They can't afford rent. They. can't afford insurance. And even Trump's. golden goose of low gas prices has. vanished overnight as the cost of oil is. now surging as the direct result of this. war. And yet, we're supposed to believe. that a voluntary war in the Middle East.
with no plan, no end date, and no. objective is somehow to our benefit? But, Woodcock's answer here is even more. telling because he offers a hypothetical. that is impossible to refute. If Trump. wasn't president, Iran would have 40. nukes and we'd all be dead. That's the. scenario that he just made up. But, I'll. tell you what, let's just take that at. face value. Let's assume that Iran would. have nukes without this war. Wasn't that. the rationale for the first bombing 6. months ago? Tonight, I can report to the. world that the strikes were a.
spectacular. military success. Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities. have been completely and totally. obliterated. So, Iran's nuclear. capabilities were obliterated 6 months. ago and yet we needed to go back in. because otherwise they would have been. able to strike us with the apparently. not anymore obliterated capabilities. Please, someone make that make sense. But, let's game this out even further. We literally had an agreement in place, a diplomatic agreement, that prevented.
Iran from getting nukes. And you know. who it was that tore up that agreement? I am announcing today that the United. States will withdraw from the Iran. nuclear deal. In a few moments, I will sign a. presidential memorandum to begin. reinstating US nuclear sanctions on the. Iranian regime. We will be instituting the highest level. of economic sanction.
Any nation that helps Iran in its quest. for nuclear weapons could also be. strongly sanctioned by the United. States. America will not be held hostage. to nuclear blackmail. We will not allow American cities to be. threatened with destruction. And we will not allow a regime that. chants death to America. to gain access to the most deadly. weapons on Earth. So, what happened here.
is that there was an agreement in place. preventing Iran from getting nukes, but. Donald Trump didn't like the fact that. the person who negotiated that agreement. was Barack Obama. So, he tore it up. But. now, the same problem that Obama sought. to solve still existed, which means that. Donald Trump needed another solution. And apparently, the solution that he. landed on was just endless aimless war. with Iran. A war that half the party is. calling a war, and the other half the. party won't call a war. A a war that. Donald Trump has said is both nearly. finished and also may go on forever. To.
claim that Donald Trump is clueless. would be an insult to cluelessness. But. here's why this all matters. This war is. not without opportunity cost. In just. the first 2 days of this bombing with. Iran, the Pentagon spent 5.6 billion. dollars on ammunitions. 5.6 billion on a. war that Donald Trump campaigned against. and that people don't want. Think about. what that money could have gone to. Republicans just cut Medicaid from 17. million Americans. They cut ACA subsidies from 24 million.
Americans. They just cut food. assistance. Education is underfunded. Our infrastructure is underfunded. Many. Americans can't even afford a $400. emergency if they were to contend with. one. And that's something that Donald. Trump and Republicans are infinitely. familiar with because they all exploited. that to win the 2024 election. We heard. over and over and over about groceries. and housing and rent and eggs. And yet. now, all those problems not only exist, but are worse. And yet, we're spending.
billions of dollars a day dropping bombs. in the Middle East in direct conflict. with what Donald Trump spewed during the. campaign. I'm not going to start a war. I'm going to stop wars. No more wars. No more disruptions. We. will have prosperity, and we will have. peace. Under Trump, we will have no more. wars, no more disruptions, and we will. have prosperity and peace for all. I am. the candidate of peace. I am peace. So, not only are we engaged in a war that. Trump vowed to avoid, but we are also. paying for that war that Donald Trump.
vowed to avoid. And it's not sitting. well on either side of the aisle. Here, for example, is Marjorie Taylor Greene. And Pete Hegseth said this morning, Megan, he said that we didn't start this. war. But I hate to argue with the. Secretary of the Department of War. America and Israel definitely started. this war and it you can't lie that away. to the American people. And so, you know. how I feel right now? I am irate. I am. furious about this. We are nearly $40.
in debt. How much is this war going to. cost us? We we have seen enough of our. American troops dead and murdered for. foreign countries. And now we've had. four dead and murdered, just like you. said, for Israel and and for the Iranian. people, not for the American people. And. and I don't want to see any more dead. and murdered. And on the other side, here's Elizabeth Warren. Here we are. well into the second week. and it is still the case that the Trump. administration cannot explain.
the reasons that we entered this war, the goals we're trying to accomplish, and the methods for doing that. The one. part that seems clear. is that while there is no money for 15. million Americans who lost their health. care, there's a billion dollars a day to spend. on bombing Iran. When you're hearing the. same thing from everyone from Marjorie. Taylor Greene to Elizabeth Warren, the. problem doesn't have to do with. political affiliation. It has everything. to do with a White House, an.
administration, and its sycophants who. put blind devotion to a mad king ahead. of everything else, ahead of their own. purported values. And yet that's. precisely what the vast majority of MAGA. Republicans have decided to do. They spent years warning about forever. wars and high gas prices and pedophile. rings. They're the ones causing and. protecting all of those things now. If. you voted for Trump, you have been a. victim to the biggest con in the history. of US politics, which leads me to my. last point. And I've said this before. and I'll say it again. If you voted for.
Trump, think about the point of putting. this guy in office. Was it for you to. sacrifice for him or for him to work for. you? Because thus far the sacrifices. have only gone in one direction. His net. worth is $4 billion higher and you are. stuck with gas prices that are rising. faster than ever before in living. memory. You are stuck paying for yet. another forever war in the Middle East. If you want a king who demands slavish. devotion to him, that's what you've got. But if you want someone who's going to. hold true to his word, not to forget the. little guy, the working class, then you.
might want to take a long hard look in. the mirror and ask yourself if that's. what you've got right now. Because the. truth is that we all know the answer to. that question. But second, the reality is that we are. now in a political environment where. this administration can lean on any of. the social media platforms to suppress. certain voices if they don't like.
critical coverage. That means my. longevity here is in the hands of a few. tech billionaires who are already making. it clear that they are willing to cater. to this administration.
