Pam Bondi encounters new Epstein NIGHTMARE | Another Day
Pam Bondi is out, but on the plus side, she can now add protected a pedophile. ring to her resume. This is just another. day. Well, I think we all knew it was just a. matter of time. Kayleigh, I just got off. the phone with President Trump. We have. a big scoop. Pam Bondi will soon leave. her job as the Attorney General. She is. going to get a different job within the. administration. It doesn't sound like. there is any bad blood between her and. President Trump, but it does seem like.
they want her to go and do something. else. >> Yep, no bad blood here at all. Donald. Trump merely thinks that at this point. in time, Pam Bondi could best serve her. country by moving on to a different. position. Something that's, let's say, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from. any place in the general vicinity of his. administration, Washington D.C., or any. location where he has to see her face or. hear her voice ever again. But again, no. bad blood. And he is more than willing. to write a glowing recommendation for. any future job she might be seeking.
Assuming that job isn't in a secluded. underground cave. I'll tell you who has. got to be nervous right now is Pam. Bondi's husband, because if there's one. thing that we've learned over the past. few weeks, it's that when your spouse. gets fired from the Trump. administration, it is only a matter of. time before the world finds out what. you're into. In fact, if you listen. closely, you can hear the sounds of. Bondi's husband furiously hitting the. delete button on his computer. A. practice his wife is pretty familiar. with. But while the rest of us may have. learned of Pam Bondi's departure today,
where it is, she's been sitting on this. news just a tad bit longer. During this. ride in the Beast to and from the. Supreme Court yesterday, President Trump. and Attorney General Bondi talked about. the possibility of her leaving DOJ. >> Yes, merely the possibility that this. would happen. Reports say that this was. a very jovial yet ambiguous discussion. in the President's car, where they. discussed a myriad of topics, including. one of Donald Trump's favorite shows, Dead to Me, one of Trump's favorite. movies, This Is the End, and all while.
listening to one of Trump's favorite. Taylor Swift songs, We Are Never Ever. Getting Back Together. But, I guess now begins Donald Trump's. endless quest to fill Pam Bondi's shoes. The Deputy Attorney General, Todd. Blanche, will now be serving as the. acting Attorney General of the United. States. Well, that was a quick quest. But, what relief for our country that. our Justice Department will now be run, albeit on an interim basis, by Donald. Trump's former defense attorney. Replacing Pam Bondi with Todd Blanche is.
like kicking Lauren Boebert out of a. Broadway musical, but still telling her. she can get handsy in the theater just. next door. But, maybe we shouldn't worry too much. Word is Blanche might not be long for. this gig, either. There are some names. that are out there. The New York Times. is reporting that uh Lee Zeldin has. talked to the president about the. possibility. We know that there are also. a bunch of former state attorney. generals who are serving as uh. Republicans in the Senate right now. Uh. we don't know how seriously President. Trump would look at any of them, or if. there is somebody from outside the.
administration, not an elected lawmaker, who the president might like for this. That's right. There are so many possible. candidates who could possibly fill this. position that would bring the same level. of care to the job like Bondi did with. the Epstein files. Some of the other. names being bandied about are Harvey. Weinstein, Bill Cosby, and Jared from. Subway. The fact of the matter is, there. are many factors for Trump to consider. when it comes to picking his next. Attorney General. If President Trump and. his advisers think that they're going to. lose the House, I have every expectation.
that the House is going to launch an. impeachment inquiry, just like they did. in his first term. And they will try to. remove him from office. You would want. someone, I think, who is more of an. inside Washington, D.C. person who's. gone through this before. You need. experienced hands, I think, to mount an. effective defense. That's right. If you. think you're about to be be because you. infiltrated American cities with masked. goon squads, tried to silence free. speech, willfully ignored the Supreme. Court decisions, used your office to. enrich yourself and your family, violated the emoluments clause by.
scoring yourself a jet from Qatar, tried. to rig our elections, and went around. Congress to launch a war with Iran, the. answer isn't to maybe not do those. things, it is to put a lawyer in place. who will help you continue to do those. things. But with Bondi's departure. today, there are a lot of questions. going around. Questions like, shouldn't. this have happened a year ago? How can. one person be so terrible at her job? And how does she sleep at night? But. there's some other questions, too. She. was supposed to be deposed by a House.
Committee later this month, wasn't she? Didn't Wasn't she subpoenaed by a House. Committee on the Epstein files? I think. I So, I don't know if that's Maybe that. doesn't happen now, maybe it does if. she's not in this role. Yeah, you know. how it is. Once you leave your job, you. can't even remember what even went on. there. It's like, was there a coffee. machine? Which floor were the bathrooms. on? Which billionaire's reputation did I. protect by redacting their names on. millions of documents? Heh. The usual. But no matter how you look at it, it is. impossible for anyone to look at Pam.
Bondi's time as Attorney General as. anything but an abject failure. She's. done an incredible job. I mean, this is. a very tough job to come in and be. Attorney General of the United States. I. give her a lot of credit for what she's. been able to do. I will commend her. Um, she's a patriot. She has been on the. front lines for many, many years. fighting for America. She's done an. incredible job, um, you know, in this. role. And yeah, we love her in Florida, and I think the United States owes her a. debt of gratitude. >> I do think a victory lap for her and the. president is is worthwhile. Or that. Are.
you out of your minds? From day one, this woman did whatever Trump wanted to. subvert the Constitution and skirt the. law, not to mention dragged her feet. every step of the way on the Epstein. files. Under the Epstein Transparency. Act, we had 30 days. to redact and release under the law that. was passed 3 million documents. If you. stack those up, that's the height of the. Eiffel Tower. First of all, you didn't. have 30 days, you had over a year.
Remember? It's sitting on my desk right. now to review. And second, you're not. doing yourself any favors by talking. about how massive the Epstein files are. I don't think people are now going, "Hey. guys, let's lay off Pam Bondi, okay? She. has an Eiffel Towers worth of rape. accusations to sift through." But, a. thousand feet worth of rape accusations. aside, it's worth asking why Trump. suddenly felt the need to discard her. What is surprising about this action is. that Pam Bondi was the was a true.
loyalist. I mean, she has been. consistently by his side in the thick of. it from impeachment to. fighting the early fights in this. administration. She has been loyal and she has been. aggressive. She has had many of the. traits that the president values the. most and that's why I believe it's. coming as a considerable surprise to. many. Yes, so many people are shocked by. this firing. They're the same people who.
are thrown for a loop when they find a. fork in the kitchen. In fact, some of. those most taken aback by the departure. of such a loyal servant to Donald Trump. are Michael Cohen, Ronna McDaniel, Rex. Tillerson, Kayleigh McEnany, Rudy. Giuliani, Mike Pence, Marjorie Taylor. Greene, and Kristi Noem. There is. absolutely nothing surprising about Pam. Bondi getting fired. The only surprising. thing is that Bondi thought she might be. different, that she might be special. Donald Trump does not care about anyone.
but himself, which means you will be a. necessary part of his inner circle until. you no longer serve your purpose of. doing whatever he wants, whenever he. wants, laws be damned. And look, if you. took a job in Donald Trump's second. administration, choosing to work for a. man who incited an insurrection and was. found guilty of sexual abuse, it is safe. to say morality was not your top. priority. But, people keep taking the gigs, so. good luck to Todd Blanche or Lee Zeldin. or whoever else is dumb enough to take.
that position. Because what's the great. reward for debasing yourself for Trump? How are you repaid for your abject. humiliation, for discarding your. integrity and dignity? Well, besides. being unceremoniously discarded, if. you're Pam Bondi, you also get to be. forever known as the woman who did her. damnedest to thwart justice for the. victims of a pedophile ring. Pretty. sweet, right? And just for the record, if you work for Trump and had lunch with. a convicted rapist, >> We had lunch on the island. That is. true, for an hour. You get to stay. But,
if you rain cover for Donald Trump's. rapist friends, you gots to go. That is. why Pam Bondi was fired. Because Donald. Trump thought her ludicrous deflections. and excuses for a sexual predator didn't. go far enough. Or to put that another. way, She's done an incredible job. Totally. Before you go, I'm very excited to. announce that I've written a new book. titled The Day After: How to wield power. in a post-Trump world. The book explores.
what is, in my opinion, the single most. important theme that we're dealing with. in politics today and moving forward, power. Specifically, how Republicans. abuse it and how Democrats refuse to. wield it. This book explains how we got. here and more importantly, how we should. finally wield power if we're lucky. enough to get it back. It is the. blueprint for progressives who want to. do far more than just restore the status. quo. Please pre-order today by following. the link on this screen.
