No matter how desperate you think the. Republicans are, you are not prepared. for the actual level of desperation as. evidenced by JD Vance here. >> Give us another chance or give us. another couple years to continue to work. on the amazing things that we've been. doing for the past 2 years. >> So, we have apparently reached the give. us another chance, please phase of. politics. Remind me, when a girl dumps a. guy and he gets on his knees and starts. begging, "Give me another chance." Is. that a recipe for success or But here's. the thing about Vance's plea. Republicans have had their chance. And.

look what they did with it. They. promised to lower costs on the campaign. And while they've been in office, they. rally behind a trade war that sent costs. surging. They promised low gas prices. Gas prices are at 437 a gallon, up from. 319 a year ago. Diesel's at its highest. point in history at 623 a gallon. They. promised to release the Epstein files. That's obviously not happening. Promised. to eliminate the second tier of justice. that the elites used to enrich. themselves and avoid accountability. That is the basis of Trump's entire.

presidency. Dude has tripled his entire. net worth while everybody else is left. out in the cold. But that was all by. design. Like none of this was an. accident. Trump didn't just trip and. fall into giving his son a $6 billion. military defense contract. None of these. people just fell into cutting. healthcare, cutting food assistance. All. of this was on purpose. This is. unbridled Republican governance. There. are no Democrats in power to gum up the. works. Not in the House, the Senate, or.

the White House. So, no, there are no. accidents here. This was all by design. Frankly, the time to have recognized. that things were going south was 6. months ago, a year ago, 18 months ago, not 7 weeks before the election because. only now are you remembering that you. have to go in front of voters. The GOP. has ignored the voters throughout this. entire term to an extent that I've quite. literally never seen before. And they've. been doing it for well over a year and a. half. Instead, they've contracted every.

ounce of their autonomy over to Trump on. tariffs, on war, on Epstein, on. healthcare, on inflation. So guess what? You all own this just as much as he. does. So you can get on your knees and. beg now that you remember political. gravity exists, but it's too little too. late. The time to show that you care. about Americans is not just 5 minutes. before voters go to the polls. But I got. to say, it sure is pathetic that once. Trump's election rigging scheme falls. flat because the Supreme Court refuses. to ban mail and ballots, once the Save.

America Act fails, where Republicans. tried to institute a federal takeover of. elections, once the DOJ's efforts to. take the voter roles from the states. falls flat in 30 different court cases, that the next tactic being employed by. the GOP is just JD Vance begging like a. little to give him another chance. Guys, you have had your chance and you. blew it. sucking up to a president who. only cares about himself on the. ballroom, on the reflecting pool, on the. triumphal arch, on the golden crusted.

was an ad, uh, how do you think that. this would fare in the grand scheme of. things, having the vice president of the. United States basically resorting to the. part in a in a broken relationship where. one guy gets down on his knees and says, "Please, just, you know, give me another. chance. Just take me back.". I don't think it would it would play. very well, Brian. I'll tell you that. right now. It's I mean, like, think. about what he's saying, which is we we. did not accomplish what we told you we. would accomplish, so give us more time.

after broken promise after broken. promise after broken promise. And that. is going to fall very this that's going. to fall very flat because it's not that. people thought Vance and Trump and the. Republicans tried really hard to do the. things they said they were going to do. and just failed. It's that they. absolutely did the opposite of what they. said. They said they were going to lower. costs. They raised costs. They said. there'd be no forever wars that they. started they started a war with Iran. They said if they released the epine. finals, they didn't do it. And so you're. not going to get any grace from the. voters if you have if the voters feel. like you've lied to them. That's what's.

going on here. What what are Republicans. leaning on then if they know that there. are no Dem like in a way unified control. of government is is yes a curse, but al. it's also a gift in the sense that right. now there are no Democrats to pin to. point the blame at. Like Republicans. can't say, "Oh, if only Rep De Democrats. weren't in charge of the House, we could. have passed our agenda." Like they have. full control of government, House, Senate, White House. And so what can. they point to? Not not to put you in a.

position where you have to do the. Republicans work for them, but what in. the world can they point to to help. themselves, you know, in these last. seven weeks? >> They can't point to anything they've. done, right? the quoteunquote big. beautiful bill is incredibly unpopular. and brings up a conversation about tax. cuts for the rich, cuts to Medicaid, cuts to food assistance, closing rural. hospitals. It's like it's a very very. it's historically unpopular bill. In. fact, it says so much about how. unpopular Republican agenda is that it's. not even at the top of the list of most. unpopular things they've done because. the war on the run and tariffs are even. more popular than that. The only they.

only have one card to play. We saw it. during the midterm convention that is to. try to scare the living daylights out of. voters about Democrats, right? right? They're radical, socialist, communist, hate America, and just make try to make. Democrats seem too extreme to be a. vessel for people's anger at Trump and. the Republicans. >> Okay. So, here is where you are well. positioned to answer this next question, which is what should the Democrats. response to to that be? Is that. something that Democrats should respond. to directly? Um thereby in a way.

validating that attack but also. potentially assuaging the voters's fears. or just ignore it because that's not a. top issue for for voters in this country. and there are so many other detrimental. things that people should be focusing on. and that that do actually impact their. lives. >> The way to handle this is not to run a. bunch of ads saying no, I'm not extreme. Like too many too many Democrats tell. don't show. So what you have to do is. show people through your policy. positions, through your your attitude,

through your demeanor to how you. campaign that you are someone who is. consistent, who is not extreme, who is. consistent with the values of the state. state district you're running, right? It. is how Rob Sam campaigns in Iowa. It's. how just commands in Iowa. It is, you. know, you see this from James Terrio. The best way for James Rico to show. people that he is not this fringe, you. know, overly woke lunatic that Ken. Paxton talks about is to be James. Salico, talk about his faith, you know, have this, you know, he is a a moderate. temperament. So, you have to those are.

things you would have to do. We got a. lot of great candidates doing that. That's what Mary Potollah does. That's. what Sherid Brown does. And so, it's. like don't respond to it. And then like. you're going to have a bunch of ads run. against you. And we should remind people. that those ads are being funded by. billionaires who got tax cuts from. Trump. billionaires who are profiting. off data centers and AI, billionaires. who are price gouging you. And that it's. like what we're going to do is we're. going to focus on you, right? We're. going to try to lower your price. We're. going to try to make your life easier, try to make your dollars go further into.

your life. >> And to that point, I mean, the reality. is that the polls are bearing exactly. what you said out. Um, we have a new New. York Times Sienna poll. Um, one of the. highest rated pollsters, but uh, one of. the cross cross tabs that I thought was. especially interesting was Trump's. approval with young people. This is 18. to 29. A huge a huge swing um, in the. 2024 election that really led to Trump's. uh, Trump and Republicans election. Right now, he's sitting at 18% approval. and 78%. disapproval. That net approval back in.

September was - 36. Then in January of. this year it was -42. Right now it's. -60. So pretty disastrous result. What. what was your uh your reaction to seeing. those numbers uh among 18 to 29 year. olds? >> It's very clear that the for the Trump. coalition it was last in first out. So. the voters who have been most skeptical. of Trump since he came down the. escalator a decade ago are young voters. and Latino voters. And for a whole host.

of reasons involving Joe Biden and. inflation and immigration, everything. else, many of them reluctantly sided. with Trump because they thought, you. know, these are the people feeling. tremendous economic pressure because of. inflation and high costs. They said, "I. don't love him. I don't agree with a lot. of things, but I think of these. candidates, he's the one I believe is. most likely to lower my cost." Then. Trump came into office and raised their. costs. Right? He didn't just fail to. lower them. He specifically took two. actions in tariffs and going to war with. Iran that raised people's cost. And. these voters are pissed and they have. left the Trump train.

>> Similarly, Latino voters are are um. signaling a major shift to the left as. well. On the generic ballot, Democrats. have a 46 point advantage. Um with. voters under 30, that's a 35 point. advantage. Trump's approval among Latino. voters is negative 43 points. The. baseline in 2024 is that he won 46% of. Latinos uh in 2024. That's up from 32%. in 2020. So he was actually quite. popular. I believe he was for a. Republican the most the had the largest.

vote share of of Latino voters. Now he's. sitting at -43% approval. So um what. what are the implications for that as we. head toward the toward this midterm. election cycle, especially with certain. maps that have been redrawn by. Republicans thinking that the Latino. coalition uh was from 2024 was going to. be permanent. >> Yeah. This problem for Republicans is. most manifest in Texas where they did. this very aggressive redistricting. trying to lock in seats for their seats.

and put a lot of Democrats at risk. And. their b their their bet was even if they. didn't get Trump-like numbers with. Latinos, Latinos had moved towards. Republicans. They have snapped back. dramatically, particularly in Texas. We. saw this in a special election in Texas. uh a few months ago. It is like it's. very concerning for them. and a bunch of. districts that they thought would be. safe Republican districts, particularly. along the Rio Grand Valley um now are. very competitive for Democrats and. possible pickups for Democrats. Um so. yeah, they they miscalculated and this.

was they were Trump rented these voters. He didn't own them. >> Right. In terms of the Senate math right. now, how do you feel seven months out. from election day as far as look, I. think a few months ago, we would have. been looking at a state like North. Carolina as as a a reach state, you. know, for for Democrats. Now, of course, uh the map has shifted so much that. we're even looking at places like Iowa, Texas, Ohio, Alaska, and even in some. cases Nevada, um as as possible pickup. opportunities. But from your vantage,

how does that Senate math look? Yeah, I. think the Senate, you know, as you say, we have to to win the Senate, we have to. hold all of our seats, which I'll get to. in a second. We have to win in Maine, and North Carolina. Then we have to win. two of. Iowa, Alaska, Ohio, and Texas. All. states that Trump won by at least 11. points. >> Yeah. >> A year ago, that seemed impossible. Now, it seems plausible and very possible to. that we can get done. Now, we got some. work to do to get there because you. never would have guessed that we'd be um.

more we'd be more nervous about Michigan. than maybe Texas at this point. And you. know, we have there are some warning. signs in New Hampshire. But the path is. there. The political environment is. there. And we have very very good. candidates in these races who can win. And we are blessed by the idiocy of our. opponents who have nominated people like. Ken Paxton uh in Texas or even in Ohio. where it's John Houston who happens to. be like America's data center champion. at the exact time when there's a giant. bipartisan revolt against data centers.

So like I think you know you look at the. modeling from the Nate Silvers of the. world democrats have like a 56 57 58%. chance to win in the Senate. That is. like Nate used the term to me the other. day a weighted coin flip. um you know, so it's like you win more than half the. times, but you still lose a little bit. less than half the times. But we're very. well positioned um to at least have a. real shot to do this. >> So something that I've been thinking. about as it relates to the Senate is. having enough of a buffer obviously to. overcome JD Vance's tiebreaker, but at.

the same time, John Federman poses a. little bit of an interesting scenario. And I know that he's come out and said. that he wouldn't switch parties. Still. at the same time, I I watched the. discourse online. John Federman is so. unpopular. He's so cozy with. Republicans. He's such an institution on. Fox News that I I don't think it would. be smart to rule out the possibility. that John Federman could be flirting. with that that that idea. Republicans. are certainly um trying to draw him in. Um and they're they're engaged in this. charm offensive to do exactly that. Do.

you think that it is misguided for as. gross as John Federman's positions on. virtually everything are? Do you think. that it is misguided to bully him to the. extent that the left does knowing that. there is a world in which that could. mean that if Democrats did have a. majority in the Senate that could go. away? >> I understand why particularly. understand why the people of. Pennsylvania who put him in office are. mad at him. Yeah. But I think we have to.

play a little bit of the long game here, which is we need John Federman in the. Senate until he is up in 2028 and he. probably loses it almost certainly loses. a Democratic primary challenge. >> Yeah. >> And so like we should like he is he is. not the person who ran. He's not doing. the things he said he would do when he. ran. He there you know some of these. stories about how he's doing the job are. very disturbing. But right now, we would. rather have someone who caucuses with. Democrats, who votes with Democrats. almost all the time, particularly on.

judicial nominees, than have lose that. seat, and have him caucus with. Republicans and make it one seat harder. to actually get the majority. And look, this has happened in the past. In 2001, the Republicans in a tied Senate, Republicans bullied Vermont Senator Jim. Jeffs because he voted against Bush on. the tax cuts and he left the party, became an independent caucus with. Democrats and made the Democrats the. gave the Democrats the majority, you. know, less than a year after Bush was. elected. And so, we do not want to have.

the same thing happen to us. So, like. I'm not telling anyone who lives in. Pennsylvania not to be mad at John CH. absolutely should, but the people uh in. positions of power in this in our party. of influence on the platforms. just we we don't want them to switch. parties. We don't want them to do it. And look, channel your anger into like. we did with Kirsten Cinema. Channel your. anger into someone supporting someone. who wants the primary betterment, whether that's Connor Lamb or Summer Lee. or a whole bunch of other people in the. state of Pennsylvania who I know are. thinking about it. Let me let me ask you. a uh let me play devil's advocate on.

that point. You know, there are people. who say, you know, is is it not our job. to hold our elected officials to. account? And if he, as you said, promised ABC, B, CD, DD, and E on the. campaign trail and he's governing in a. way that's completely antithetical to. what he promised, why should we give him. a free pass if he is if he's not abiding. by what he promised us? Our way to hold. John Federman accountable as Democrats. is to is in the primary in 2028 and that.

is how we will do it. We're not like. there's not some constitutional. mechanism for holding people accountable. by tweeting at them. >> Yeah. >> Like if you want like like average. everyday people particularly. Pennsylvania constituents who want to be. mad at John F. They want to write them. angry letter send them angry emails that. is their right. They deserve that. And I. think the the leaders of the party and I. think Chuck Schumer has been pretty. savvy about this. other elected. officials, people you know with. platforms do need to think about, you. know, as mad as you are, we want him in. this party. You know, we had, you know,

Joe Mansion, we wanted him in our party. We wanted that, you know, we wouldn't. have the we wouldn't have passed bill. back better without Joe Mansion, right? >> And so, you know, it's not pleasant. It's not always joyful, but like this. this is the deal. And if like the way if. you're pissed at him and everyone has. their right to be pissed at him, the way. you express that is in a primary in two. years. >> So speaking of bullying, and we'll. finish off with this. Uh you uh your. team is the Washington Commanders, I. think, by by all pundit accounts ranked.

last in the NFC East. I've got my my. Giants who are coming off a a beautiful. win. I I I I don't often throw around. the word perfect, but I think the the. way that they played against the Dallas. Cowboys was for all intents and purposes. perfect. Um, how do you how do you how. are you feeling about the NFC East this. season? >> Well, I'm very conflicted here because I. have Jackson Dart and Malik Neighbors on. my fantasy team. So, I there's a part of. me that roots for the Giants in all the. two games of the year. Um, look,

Washington is uh it's been a cursed. season already. uh you sign your left. tackle for like $30 million a year, then. you lose them for the season like two. weeks later. >> Yeah. >> Um really a rough gaming even though. they almost beat the Eagles, which would. be quite joyous. Um it would have been. very fun, but not expecting big things. Um but it is like everyone's up for the. the division's up for grabs primarily, I. think, between the Cowboys, the Giants, and the Eagles, not so much Washington. But good luck to you guys, I guess. >> I I'll I'll take it. I'll take any luck.

we can have. Give me your definitive. ranking. I if if we're if we're making. this prediction now, your ranking for. the NFC East. >> This is hard. Um I would say. because I would normally do this based. on odds, which is then I would pick the. Giants because that's the highest. upside. >> Yeah. >> Um but I think if you were to ask me. what I think is most likely. or I'd say Eagles, Giants, Cowboys. >> All right, that's fair. I think the. Giants are going to get a you need.

Jackson Dar to stay healthy. So, he's. got to stay out of the blue tent and. stay on the field. Um, but the Giants I. think they're going to get a a sort of a. that that new coach bump uh that'll help. him this year. >> New coach bump. he's dealing with Lamar Jackson, who. holds the ball more than anybody. I. mean, he is the biggest ball hog in. football. So, you know, difficult from a. receiver standpoint to have anybody on. uh on the Ravens, but I would go I would. go, and this is my own bias creeping in, but I'll go Giants, Eagles, Cowboys, Commanders. previously successful at preventing. Donald Trump from having his name etched. on to the Kennedy Center, which I should. remind everybody is a living memorial to. a deceased president, but Donald Trump. somehow decided to co-opt it for. himself. That notwithstanding, can you. explain this latest move that he's. trying at the Kennedy Center in his. interminable effort to plaster his name. onto this building? >> His name will never be on the Kennedy. Center again. Brian, what he's trying to.

do now is. argue. that the Kennedy Center uh is in dire. straits and the only way to resuscitate. it is if we put his name on the building. cuz that's the only thing that will. motivate him not to close the Kennedy. Center. Now, here's everything that's. wrong with that logic. First of all, the. courts have established.

federal law does not allow Donald. Trump's name to be on the building. Secondly, whatever financial troubles. the Kennedy Center is facing is because. WHEN HE PUT HIS NAME on the building, artists and audiences alike fled in. droves. Third, he's sitting on $250. million that has been appropriated by. Congress to repair the Kennedy Center. Get on with it. You don't have to close.

the Kennedy Center to do that. The money. is there and you can work in phases. You. close uh a piece, you create a walkound, you leave the rest open. So, it it's. just silly. They've left the Kennedy. Center open uh previously to do repairs. They had a plan to do this phased repair. previously and that's what they should. go back to. But he's just interested in. getting his name on the building.

>> Norm, what is it that is driving him. right now? I mean, look, I I know it's. it's impossible to ask you to get inside. of his head, but this seems like an an. egregious action, even by his own. standards, that he would spend all of. this time, all of these resources, all. of this energy trying to get his name. etched into this building. What is it. about the Kennedy Center that is just. driving this guy to the ends of the. earth?

you know, um. it would take somebody with a degree in. abnormal. psychology and abnormal political. science to diagnose the twisted logic of. Donald Trump. It is a ruinous. venture. uh to attempt to do this because it just. highlights his corruption. He's not only.

attempting to steal vast sums from the. American people like this $1.776. million slush fund for his cronies and. insurrectionists. and those associated with him that we. stopped. We stopped that. Also, he's. trying to take an entire priceless. memorial. And the more he insists on. putting his name on it, the more the.

American people notice his corruption. You can see very close clearly in polls. that a super majority of the American. people, more than twothirds of the. American people, including his own. supporters who put him there to drain. the swamp, uh they didn't think it he he. it meant fill the swamp with cash for. himself and his cronies are sick of. this. The people are sick of his. corruption, but he just keeps doubling. down. It's a suicide mission. Would that.

suggest by Trump's own logic that when. he dies and he has, you know, his sick. offense erect some monument in his name. that uh that some other elected. official, some other president, some. other person could and should have their. names etched onto like would would you. be in favor of of the of the Norman. Eisen uh uh addendum to Trump's. gravestone when he when he. >> the Donald the the Donald Trump and.

Norman Eisen presidential election. I. mean, are you in? >> They can have a reading room, the. litigation reading room that has all of. our over 300 legal cases and matters. fighting his attacks on the rule of law, on elections, and on uh and and uh on. integrity. Um, no. Uh, Brian, if Congress passed. the law, as they did with the Kennedy. Center saying, um, this penitentiary.

shall be known as the Donald J. Trump. honorary. uh, federal prison. No, I would not. support an effort to put somebody else's. name on it. The law is clear. Now, I. might not be the one uh chosen to. litigate that matter. Even if they gave. to me, I'm not sure I'd agree. But that. is not. um that is not legal. Uh uh and uh and.

it's not legal here either. I mean, it's. so crazy. You have to the absurdity of. this administration. I'm sorry, but. every day I laugh and thank goodness for. Donald Trump's incompetence. I mean, he's just illustrating my point to. everybody. The guy is a dictator dunce. >> I want to switch over to a different. topic. Some good news here. We just got. a 7-2 ruling from the Supreme Court uh.

refusing to aced to Trump's demands. where he bans mailin ballots about 50. days before the election. Um, Democracy. Defenders Fund, your organization filed. a brief in support of of LUAC and the. other winning parties in this case. Can. I have your reaction first and foremost. um as this news has just broken to the. to the ruling? Um indeed uh we did um. file in this case uh on behalf of LUAC.

our client bipartisan brief I should. mention with uh campaign legal center. which was founded by the Republican FEC. commissioner former Trevor Potter. Um. and of course my board is roughly half. uh conservatives. Um, Brian, uh, the reaction is I went. out on a limb and I went all over. You. can find me on television and elsewhere. And my friends, I love them. The hosts.

of some of these shows were fighting it. fighting with me. How do you know you're. going to win in this case? And I told. him because this is a case that is so. clear. that even the Roberts court will not be. able to overturn it. We litigated other. cases in 2020 where similarly I was on. the other side of cases that went to the. Supreme Court. Those were also absurd. cases to attempt to throw the uh.

election overboard by Donald Trump or. his allies. And we got similar 72. judgments at the Supreme Court. There. are seven justices who are unprepared to. let Donald Trump eliminate effectively. eliminate mail and voting a few weeks. before the election. It's so absurd. Now, the uh case doesn't mean that we're done.

with the fight. He's going to throw the. spaghetti at the wall again and again. But if you look at the accumulation of. decisions, the Missouri redistricting. case where similarly. uh in that case with no recorded. objections, the Supreme Court twice. refused to reconsider an illegitimate. redistricting in Missouri. Uh the win. that we had on this is our second win on. a Trump effort to have an uh executive.

order overturning an election. There was. another one. We won that uh. redistricting. We had we and our. partners and this was a big coalition. case led by the states and other. partners we supported. We got our own. injunction earlier today, a separate. even broader injunction from a Trump. judge, Brian, against this mailin Trump. nonsense. Uh and uh redistricting we had by our.

count with the coalition save 14 seats. in Congress from being stolen. Uh we've. had those cases go up to the Supreme. Court. The one in California, five seats. there. That was upheld by the Supreme. Court without a single noted disscent. Even Alto and Thomas didn't indicate an. objection. So, I think it's very. reassuring. Voters, we got your back. Voting is.

going to be safe, free, and fair. Mail. and voting is going to be fine. Please, however you choose to vote, vote early. And by the way, I should add for folks. who are watching right now that I'm. going to put a link in the post. description of this video and right here. on the screen. You can check your voter. registration status. The Republicans. have been screwing with elections, screwing with voter roles across the. country. So, it'll take one minute of. your time. Click the link, make sure. that you are registered to vote, have a. plan to vote, and then, as Norm said, you'll be able to do so freely and. fairly given the fact that we now have.

this ruling. Now, because the Supreme. Court ruled this way, of course, Trump. is going to come out and say, you know. what, because the Supreme Court didn't. listen to me, now we can't have faith in. this election. Now, we can't have faith. in the results because these fraudulent. mail-in ballots are going to be used in. states across the country. And so it's. kind of a damned if you do, damned if. you don't. Heads I win, tails you lose. because either Trump gets the ability to. just upend the election by restricting. mail-in ballots 5 minutes before the. election and that of course throws the. election into chaos or he doesn't get to.

do that and then he points to the fact. that he lost in court as something uh. perpetuating this idea that that an. untrustworthy source of voting is going. to be used. And so either way he's going. to be complaining about this. Nobody. buys that colony anymore. He's the boy. who cried wolf. >> Yeah. >> And you know, the only one he's. discouraging. are his own voters. He's he's throwing.

them into chaos. They're afraid to utilize. They. shouldn't be. Voting is safe, free, and. fair. And we protect the rights of all. voters here at Democracy Defenders. Action. But, you know, it's it's so. foolish and incompetent. It's not quite. as bad as. um the Iran war where he managed to. achieve the ultimate Islamic hardliner.

objective of seizing control of the. straight of Hormuz. He's the greatest. ally of the Islamic revolution. Brian, he achieved what Kmeni could not. He. gave Iran control of the straight of war. moves. But it's the next stupidest. mistake because Democratic voter. intensity is at is at an all-time high. Vote early, friends. Vote confidently. That he's trying to stop you because.

he's afraid of your vote. the ultimate. act of defiance and resistance is to. cast that early ballot and let his. followers I hope they won't be I want to. have safe free and fair elections but. he's attacking the confidence of the the. dwindling number of Americans who still. believe in him most do not most. unpopular president at this stage in his. presidency except for Nixon right before. he left and Trump is heading for those.

lows. >> I should also note to to underscore your. point um with regard to Trump. undermining trust in elections, he did. the same thing during the Georgia Senate. runoff to the point where people were. afraid to cast their ballots and that. resulted in uh John Oaf and Raphael Waro. becoming US senators from the state of. Georgia at the same time. And so he has. plenty of experience in pushing his own. voters away from using a very uh uh. easy, safe, and secure method of voting.

But. >> I hope they'll do it. Mega, if any of you are watching, I know. there's some of you who hate watch. Brian. Your vote is safe also. But. unfortunately, we saw in Georgia the guy. is such a dol he ends up undermining his. own base. And unfortunately, that's what. he's doing now. I'm sure he'll be. trashing the Supreme Court within within. minutes. >> Yeah. Well, while we wait for that.
