OMG: Trump judicial nominees FREAK OUT when asked who won in 2020

In 2024, Donald Trump ran. against Kamala Harris, who won that. election? >> President Trump had more Electoral. College votes, and so the joint session. Congress certified him as the winner.

>> some doubt? >> Well, if you want to stump a Republican. in the year 2026, all you have to do is. ask one simple question: Who won the. 2020 election? It has now become the. litmus test to see which nominees are in. fact groveling sycophants more focused. on currying favor with the god king than. those who are willing to defer to. objective reality. And even though they. all know it, it's clear that they have. not yet found a way not to make. themselves look like absolute clowns. while they dance around telling the. truth for fear of upsetting dear leader. But still, Democrats ask it because I.

got to say there is something very. telling about this humiliation ritual. Although I got to say, it certainly was. an interesting technique by Judge Cook, knowing what the ultimate question was. going to be, to start answering every. election-based question by not saying. who won their respective races, but. rather who was certified. You see, it's. disqualifying for you to dare ever. acknowledge that Biden won that race in. 2020. So instead, you need to see that. say that Biden was certified the winner. because that preserves your plausible.

deniability. But that means that you. have to be consistent. So now Trump. judges know that they can't say any. candidate ever won an election. They can. only say that certain candidates were. certified. So now it's not just Joe. Biden, but also Obama, also Bush, also. Clinton. Hell, George Washington might. have been certified the winner, but. don't you dare say that he won his. election. And here's the thing that makes this so. much more than just an awkward hearing. moment, even though yes, it was an. awkward hearing moment. This isn't one.

nominee having a bad day. This is now. the official house style of every Trump. judicial nominee going back well over a. year. Senator Blumenthal has run this. exact exercise over and over, hearing. after hearing, and gotten the exact same. non-answer every single time. Nominees. for the Southern District of Texas, certified. Nominees for South Carolina, for Montana, the Virgin Islands, the. Court of International Trade, certified. Nominees answering written questions for. the record months later, with all the. time in the world to think about their.

answer, with lawyers reviewing every. word, still just certified. A Demand. Justice report that reviewed 27 separate. nominees found that not a single one, not one, would affirmatively say that. Joe Biden won the 2020 election. This. isn't nerves, it is a script. Somebody. somewhere handed these people the same. evasive little index card and they all. have, without exception, decided that. their careers are worth more than a. fourth-grade civics fact. Or just as. likely, they've seen the writing on the.

wall because, as was mentioned in this. hearing, they've all seen those other. nominees have to answer this question. and they've decided that they know what. to do. And it's not just this election. question, either. It's the exact same. dodge on January 6th. Ask them if the. Capitol was attacked that day and. suddenly these nominees, all of them. lawyers, all of them supposedly. committed to precision and fact-finding. as a profession, discovered that they've. never heard of the concept of an attack. One nominee told Blumenthal that it was. a matter of public controversy and.

debate that individuals entered the. Capitol. That's a quote. Not that they. stormed the Capitol, not that they. attacked the Capitol, but merely. entered. As though 140 police officers. were injured, some of them killed, because a tour group got a little lost. And look, Blumenthal put it best when he asked, quote, "Don't you feel kind of like. monkeys or puppets here?" Because that's. exactly what this is. These aren't. independent legal minds being asked to. to interpret the Constitution without. fear or favor. These are people who have. already demonstrated, under oath, in.

front of the entire country, that when. the objective, provable. truth conflicts with what the president. wants to hear, they will choose the. president every single time. And we're. supposed to trust these people to rule. fairly on election law, on January 6th. prosecutions, on any case where Donald. Trump's interests are on the line. These. nominees have already told us in advance. exactly whose side they're on. We should. probably believe them. >> [music].
