“NO! NO!” Jeanine Pirro FREAKS OUT at DISASTER press conference
Now, President Trump made this a. priority in March of 2026 when he signed. an executive order making it clear that. he wanted to combat cyber crime and. fraud and predatory schemes against. American citizens. And he has given us. the ability and the resources that we. need to fight this particular kind of. blight. If you know someone. that thinks they've got an opportunity. that's too good to be true, that they've been contacted by someone.
who's got the in on cryptocurrency. because none of us really understand. cryptocurrency. as much as we'd like to. And that. includes I'll bet everyone in this room. You got to tell them to stop. Whether it. started on a mistaken phone call or. WhatsApp or any of the other social. media websites, a text, a wrong number. Do not send a dollar. Do not send a.
penny. File a report at ic3.gov. Tell your bank and tell us. Questions, not you. Yes. revisit the flexible case. >> Why did I know that was coming? That's. why I didn't call on you first. >> Are you going to. >> Well, first of all, I'm here to talk. about one of the biggest problems that. American people have right now. And I'm.
not going to talk about any other issue. I know you'd love to, but I'm not going. there. President Trump made clear this. is very important. >> and you know the president has the right. to decide what he wants to do and what. is important and what he's shown us. already is that through the executive. order that this cryptocurrency fraud on. Americans is a priority. There is an. executive order and there is a focus. with resources for us to do it next. Not.
on the pool. >> No, I'm not going there. Don't even go. there. That's why I didn't call you. You. and I have this relationship and I'm not. going there. Anyone else? >> Yes, sir. >> Ask you about the. >> No. >> No. And no. Who wants to know about. this? >> How many times do I have to say no? >> I am not talking about that. Anyone want. to talk about this case?
Oh, of course, the president is very. much aware of the scams and. cryptocurrency fraud that is being. literally uh uh imposed upon Americans. and he is well aware of the dangers to. Americans and you might want to speak to. him about that. Thank you. No. So Janine Piro, the US attorney for. Washington DC, called a press conference. to announce a guilty plea in a $245. million cryptocurrency racketeering. case. Perfectly fine, normal thing for a.
US attorney to hold a press conference. about. Only small problem, everybody in. that room knew there was a bigger story. hanging over Janine Piro's head, and. that is the reflecting pool case. Piro's. office had charged the 67-year-old. former Olympic canoist, David Hearn, back in June. She accused him of. violently vandalizing the Lincoln. Memorial reflecting pool. Then in July, her office dropped the case entirely. after investigators concluded that the. damage was actually caused by shoddy. contractor work, not vandalism. And.
Trump was furious about it. He publicly. said he was quote really disappointed in. Piro said she folded like an umbrella. and even refused to say whether he would. keep her in the job, telling reporters, I haven't made a determination. So. heading into this presser, everybody. knew this question was coming. And Piro. knew it too. So much so that when she. opened the floor for questions, before a. single word was even asked, she looked. at one specific reporter and said, "Not. you." Because it was clear what the.
reporter was going to ask her about. She. just skipped over that person entirely. And when that same reporter eventually. got the chance to ask a question and. asked about Hearn and the reflecting. pool, Piro said, "Why did I know that. was coming? That's why I didn't call on. you first. And look, I get that Janine. Piro doesn't want to talk about it. But. when you've got a US attorney who. indicted an innocent man because she was. doing the president's bidding, his. vindictive prosecution only up to the.
point where it was clear that she was. engaged in a vindictive prosecution and. and it would have come back to bite her. I think that's fair game for. questioning. She might not want to talk. about it, but when you target innocent. Americans, when you abuse your position. to lock people up and take away their. freedom, you own the consequences. The. least you can do is answer a question. about it. And by the way, she will. considering a complaint was already. lodged with the DC bar and her law. license may very well be at risk. In.
fact, here's Glenn Kersner discussing. that point. >> Brian, at the end of the day, I have. said this many times, I'm not a betting. man, not a high roller. $1 is my betting. limit. I'm putting the full buck the. full buck on her being disciplined. probably with the most severe sanction. available, which is disbarment by both. New York and DC. And that would. replicate almost exactly what happened. to Rudy Giuliani for doing Donald. Trump's dirty work during his first.
term. Rudy Giuliani was referred to the. New York Bar, referred to the DC bar, and disbarred by both. I think that's. what Janine Piro has in store for her. But almost worse than the deflection. away from the reflecting pool is the. fact that what she deflects too is. crypto. As if anybody in Donald Trump's. administration has a leg to stand on. when it comes to crypto schemes. Piro. literally praises this White House's. crypto enforcement efforts as evidence.
of how seriously they take financial. fraud. Donald Trump is arguably the. biggest cryptogrifter in the country. This is a guy who launched his own. memecoin days before his inauguration, which promptly made a small circle of. insiders enormous amounts of money while. regular buyers got absolutely hosed. This is a guy whose family's crypto. ventures have been used, according to. mult reports, as a vehicle for foreign. governments and business interests to. funnel money directly to him while he's. sitting in the Oval Office, completely.
sidestepping the normal channels that. would at least generate some paper trail. or a modicum of oversight. So, when Piro. stands at a podium and tries to burnish. Trump's credentials as a crypto fraud. fighting hero, that displays a lack of. self-awareness so incredible. I am. surprised these people can see the. reflections in a mirror. So, here's. where this leaves us. A Trumpappointed. US attorney drops a case because the. evidence didn't hold up. She gets. publicly humiliated by her own boss for. it. She's now facing pressure from said.
boss to revive a case against a. 67-year-old Olympian with no evidentiary. basis just to appease Trump's ego. and. when confronted about all of it on. camera, chose to pivot to praising. Trump's crypto enforcement record. As if. the guy running actual memecoin schemes. out of the White House is the last. person on earth who should be held up as. the face of protecting Americans from. financial fraud. If this is what not. talking about it looks like, I would. hate to see what happens the day she.
actually has to answer for it. Before you go, one quick request. It's. become clear to me that this White House. is dead set on preventing me from. reaching any audience. Trump's decision. to put me as the first name on his. enemy's list is a testament to that. But. it didn't quiet down then, and I won't. do it now. So, please do me a favor and. subscribe to this channel. And together, let's make sure that we. send a message to this administration. that all they're doing by attacking me. and independent media is making our. platforms all the more powerful.
