“Jeanine, ARE YOU LISTENING!?” White House goes NUCLEAR on Jeanine Pirro
When I'm on camera. and you don't want to talk about. something like Jeanine Pirro, never. mention her freaking name to me because. that woman still refuses refuses to fire. Judge Pirro, the prosecutor who was. involved in putting you and me behind. bars, okay? So, don't you dare. Oh, tell the judge Jeanine. >> I can't deal with I can't deal with I. can't deal with your. >> like I'm.
>> Okay. >> That guy How is that guy still working. here who pointed me in a courtroom and. said I was above the law? Those. You get my drift. >> I get your drift. Uh. >> Okay, I'm getting stoked up. >> They They They accuse the president. having all these personal vendettas. The. media never really met Peter Navarro. No, that's totally unacceptable. Well, my point is is that. >> That That guy is on the inside, Steve, of our Justice Department. That guy was.
responsible for so much I mean the. people went after James Comey, they went. after. went after me. He should be gone. Jeanine, are you listening? >> I know I want Judge Pirro to know I had. nothing to do with this outburst. This. is Navarro. In fact, I've never brought. it up to her ever. >> but it was unwittingly, Steve. It. sometimes it happens with you, but not. very often. >> That was Peter Navarro, long-time Trump. aide who now holds the title of senior. counselor to the president for trade and. manufacturing, which sure does have.
cachet at this particular moment when a. trade war has sent the cost of. everything surging and when. manufacturing jobs are down 75,000 and. counting since Trump took office for his. second term. But all of that. notwithstanding, here he is attacking. Jeanine Pirro, and I think it's worth. noting why. Because no hill is too small. to die on for dear leader. Pirro has. become persona non grata in the GOP. despite years of the most obsequious, groveling behavior, all because she. dared drop a case against former.
Olympian David Hearn, who the White. House claimed had vandalized Donald. Trump's precious reflecting pool. Only. minor problem with that narrative, the. Department of the Interior admitted that. he didn't. According to a filing, a. National Park Service engineer had. flagged the liner peeling weeks before. Hearn was even arrested. The filing said. that the Interior Department withheld. documents, video, and other evidence. from prosecutors until after the case. had already gone to a grand jury, and. that if the DOJ had gotten that. information up front, they never would.
have sought the indictment in the first. place. In other words, the Department of. the Interior handed federal prosecutors, including Jeanine Pirro, a case built on. a lie, let them indict an innocent. 67-year-old man on a felony, and only. fessed up once the walls started closing. in. So, Pirro, seeing the writing on the. wall, dropped the charges, because now it was. clear that there was no case. And yet, that was still enough to send Donald. Trump into an absolute rage, because he. wanted the DOJ to prosecute an innocent.
man. Quick side note here, as you know, I've been making videos like this for a. decade now. I have never paywalled any. of my content, I never will. But, this. is the one time that I'll ask for some. support. I'd like to try and hit the New. York Times bestseller list this week for. my new book, The Day After. If you. haven't yet grabbed a copy, please click. the link on the screen in the post. description, in the comments, or go to. briantylercohen.com/book. I really appreciate it. But, Trump. didn't care about the facts, because his. sole goal here was to make an example. out of David Hearn. That's why he said.
this. >> The judge was extremely unfriendly to. Jeanine, and frankly, I think she. choked. Because the judge was really. vicious. Instead of going after the. people that did it, the judge went after. her, and went after her department. And I. guess she choked. I don't know what the hell happened. >> her role here at. >> I don't what You don't You're fake news. Don't Don't ever talk again. You're fake. news. One of the One of the worst in the. business. Fortunately, nobody watches you.
>> Followed by reporting that he was. actually considering removing Pirro from. her post. Here's some reporting from. CNN, quote, "The president is furious. with Pirro." One of the sources said, telling CNN that he fumed about her all. weekend. They added that based on his. criticism of her, they find it highly. likely she's removed from her job. The. other source, a senior administration. official, said Trump was, quote, "Blindsided by Pirro's court filing.". Quote, "The president did not know. beforehand that she was going to do. that." I mean, think about that for a. moment. The president of the United. States wanted to destroy an innocent.
man's life, a former US Olympian, no. less, because he wanted to make a point. And perhaps now you understand how Trump. operates. He doesn't care who he has to. destroy so long as his personal ego is. protected. He did the same thing with. Kilmar Bracho Garcia. His own government. conceded, in court, that Bracho Garcia's. deportation was a mistake, but Trump. didn't care because he needed to make an. example out of him. And now he's doing. the same thing with David Hern. He wants. to be right, so he would rather.
prosecute an innocent man, take away his. freedom, than ever admit he was wrong. Psycho behavior. Now, I'd venture to guess that part of. the reason that Jeanine Pirro bailed on. this doomed exercise was solely out of. self-preservation. So, it's not like she. didn't want to do this. It's not only. possible that she'll be referred to bar. council for abusing her law license like. this, but it's actually probable. Here's. Mark Elias making that point. >> You know, Brian, when I saw the back and. forth between. the filings and the Department of.
Justice, and then the clips you just. showed, it reminds me of Rudy Giuliani. Remember Rudy Giuliani on November 7th, 2020? He's in the parking lot of the. Four Seasons landscaping business, and. he is saying how there's massive fraud. in Pennsylvania, and they proved massive. fraud. And then the next thing you know, he shows up in a courtroom and the judge. is like, is there fraud? He's like, um. no your honor, we're not saying there's. any fraud. Right? Like in the end that. didn't save Rudy Giuliani. Like in the. end like the damage that has been done.
here by Jeanine Pirro, by anyone else. who is licensed to practice law, like. they're trying to mitigate it. It is. clear that whether it was Pirro herself. or some underling in the office, someone. on Friday was like, um we need to try to. clean this up so that this doesn't. become a huge bar problem, a huge ethics. problem, a huge frankly civil liability. problem if if Hearn decides to sue. Um but I'm not sure it's going to work. because the damage has been done and you.
know, the the the these claims were. made, these outrageous extrajudicial. statements were made which by the way. federal prosecutors are not supposed to. make uh statements uh outside of the. courtroom. They're not supposed to. prejudice uh the jury or prejudice the. judicial system. So I think this is. quite serious. I think Pirro is is not. going to be able to escape the. consequences of this. If in fact, you. know, she made these statements without. having that evidence as it appears she. did. If in fact they had contrary.
evidence which it now appears they did. Um now she's going to say they didn't. have the contrary evidence till later. but still the question is how the hell. did this case get indicted as with. without having the full uh file from the. Department of Interior if that's what. their argument is. How did she make. these extrajudicial statements? Like I. said, prosecutors are not supposed to. make these extrajudicial statements. anyway. And one of the reasons is. because you smear people who are. presumed innocent. Right? Every every.
criminal defendant is presumed innocent. And here you have a situation where not. only was the guy presumed innocent, turns out he was actually innocent. >> And by the way, to see more coverage. like this which is only available on. this channel, please make sure to. subscribe. But, in a sane world, this. would be a warning sign to every other. Trump acolyte out there that you can. debase yourself for Donald Trump to the. ends of the earth, and God knows that. Jeanine Pirro has, and in the end it. buys you nothing because Donald Trump. demands total loyalty. He doesn't care.
if it destroys your career. You are his. tool to wield, and if you dare think. about yourself for even a single second, then you will be summarily discarded, thrown right under the bus as he's done. with so many other people. Again, Pirro. literally had no choice. The Department. of the Interior already let the cat out. of the bag. If Pirro didn't drop the. charges, she would be prosecuting. someone who she knew was innocent by her. admission administration's own. admission. But, of course, Trump's. reaction wasn't relief that, thank God, he is not going to prosecute an innocent.
man and send him to prison. It was fury. that he personally was contradicted. And. I think that tells you everything you. need to know about this White House. It's not about what's true, it is about. which version of events is convenient. for Trump. The Department of the. Interior needed a scapegoat so that. nobody would ask hard questions about a. botched $14 million no-bid contract. Meanwhile, the DOJ needed a headline. about cracking down on some vandals at a. national landmark. But, when the facts. got in the way of both of those. narratives, the truth wasn't the thing.
that mattered. Loyalty to Donald Trump. and his narrative was. Even Jeanine. Pirro, who for years and years and years. has been so far up Trump's ass she could. touch the back of his teeth, was. apparently worthy of attacking here. But, going back to Trump, this is. someone who spent an entire campaign. rallying against a two-tiered system of. justice, against prosecutors chasing. narratives instead of facts, and against. the purported weaponization of. government. And the second his own. hand-picked prosecutor admits that his.
administration engaged in that same. weaponization against an innocent man to. cover up their own botched job, Trump. doesn't apologize, doesn't thank Jeanine. Pirro for correcting the record, he. attacks and will possibly fire her from. her role. That's not somebody who cares. about justice, it is someone who only. cares about protecting his own fragile. ego, no matter whose life has to be. destroyed in the process. And his. minions, like Peter Navarro, are. perfectly content to do his bidding. alongside him, unaware that at some. point Trump will come for them, too.
Before you go, one quick request. It's. become clear to me that this White House. is dead set on preventing me from. reaching any audience. Trump's decision. to put me as the first name on his. enemies list is a testament to that. But. it didn't quiet down then, and I won't. do it now. So please do me a favor and. subscribe to this channel, hit the. notification bell to be alerted when I. post new content, and tune in when I. publish videos so that they get picked. up in the algorithm. The link to. subscribe is right here on the screen. And together, let's make sure that we. send a message to this administration.
that all they're doing by attacking me. and independent media is making our. platforms all the more powerful. Thanks.
