Gavin Newsom goes VIRAL at European forum with world leaders

and uh stop being complicit. It's time. to to stand tall and firm. Have a. backbone. I can't take this complicity. People rolling over. I should have. brought up a bunch of knee pads for all. the world leaders. And and I hope people. understand how pathetic they look on the. world stage. I mean, at least from an. American perspective, it's embarrassing. >> So, what should Europeans doing? They. usually decide, the Europeans should. decide for themselves what to do. But. one thing they can't do is what they've.

been doing and they've been playing. This guy is playing folks for fools. And it's embarrassing. >> Europeans think this is diplomacy and. this will answer. >> This is diplomacy with Donald Trump. He's a T-Rex. You mate with him or he. devours you. One or the other. >> Europeans need to stand. No. The. Europeans could be if they continue to. put them down this path and process. They need to stand tall, stand firm, stand united. Well, one look you this a. year ago we should have been having this.

conversation and they didn't. Okay. And. now you're paying the price of exactly. what anyone objective observer would. have anticipated we'd be where we are. This guy's a wrecking ball. I hope. people are waking up to what we're. dealing with. This is code red. I mean. you guys are still playing by all set of. rules. Everybody globe is with this guy. He's unmed. It's the law of the jungle. It's the rule of dawn. And I hope it's. dawning on world what we're up against.

these this everybody's talking behind. his back. They're laughing. And. meanwhile, they're sucking up to him. It's embarrassing. I mean, this is. you're modeling behavior for our kids, generations of folks. This is not. diplomacy. This is stupidity. >> Don't act does this end with military. solutions. >> I I don't know. I mean it just. who knows what happens in that respect. but uh with Donald Trump you saw what. happened in Maduro. You've seen what's. happening on American streets. You saw. what happened in the state of California. where he put 700 active duty. [clears throat] Marines. He didn't send. them overseas last year. He sent them to.

the American city. Second largest city. in the United States of America. He's. gotund 1,500 active folks members of the. military on call uh near Minneapolis. This guy is a police state. You got a. guy dressed up in SS. You're making him. dangerous. You seen this guy, Greg Vino? You seen what's happening with ICE and. secret police and mass men, people. disappearing. Wake up. Where the hell. has [laughter] everybody been? Stop with. this diplomacy of sort of. nicities and somehow we're all going to.

figure it out. Stop saying one thing. privately and another publicly. Have. some spine. Have some goddamn policy. >> You say you stand up, but you're not. being clear. I'm not being crystal. clear. That was Gavin Newsome addressing. world leaders at Davos where they're. joined together for the World Economic. Forum and he's touching on the single. most important point there is a point. that I've brought up relentlessly over. the past few days as this Greenland. situation has spilled out into the open. and that is that the normal ways of. doing business will not work with this. president. There has been a strategy of.

appeasement and sucking up to Trump. And. look, I get it. Sucking up to the guy is. an easy way to get on his good side. Hell, it is the only way to get on his. good side. But I need everybody to know. that it does not buy you anything. Trump. doesn't view people who are nice to him. as allies. He views them as weak. There. is a reason that Trump continues to go. after ABC News despite the fact that. they basically gifted him $16 million. It's because he knows they're weak. It's. because they showed him how easy it is. to own them. There's a reason that Trump.

continues to go after CBS despite the. fact that they paid him $16 million. It's because he knows they're weak. It's. because they showed him how easy it was. to own them. You don't buy goodwill with. Donald Trump. You don't gain his. loyalty. You just show him that there is. blood in the water and he will keep. attacking and attacking and attacking. until there's nothing left until you are. dead in the water and he moves on to his. next victim. By the way, if you don't. believe me that there is no loyalty with. Donald Trump, just ask Michael Cohen.

Just ask George Papadopoulos. Ask Gordon. Sland and Rex Tillerson, Mike Pence, Kaylee Mcanini, Ronda McDaniel, Lauren. Boowart, Marjgerie Taylor Green, his. former most vocal ally. He will discard. you the moment you lose your usefulness. And the only thing more pathetic than. thinking that you're Trump's ally is. thinking that somehow you're special and. that you're the one person he won't. throw under the bus next. In Trump's. mind, no one is special but him. You're. all dispensable as far as he's. concerned, and he proves as much on a. daily basis. And the same goes for all.

of these other countries around the. world. All of which should be a lesson. to these Europeans at Davos. You will. not defeat Trump with appeals to the. rule of law. You will not defeat Trump. by being nice to him. He doesn't care. about those things. He doesn't care. about the rule of law. He is lawless. You defeat him the way you defeat any. bully by punching back. The EU is our. biggest trading partner. Use the. financial tools that you have at your. disposal to impose leverage. The. American people are already very. sensitive to high prices and they.

register as much at the ballot box. They. did it once in 2024, just two years ago, which ushered in this aspiring autocrat. and his Republican sick of fans. the first time around. And if the. economic pain is high enough in 2026 and. 2028, they'll do it again. Is that going. to hurt Americans? Yeah. But not more. than destroying our entire alliance with. the Europe by emboldening China and. Russia to ascend to the top of the world. order and by alienating our own country. on the global stage. Trump only responds. to strength. So Europe needs to wake up.

recognize the urgency of this moment. Understand who their opponent is and how. to deal with him and fight him the only. way that actually has an impact. And by. the way, I say this as an American. looking out for America. If Trump. destroys NATO and empowers and empowers. Russia and China, that hurts the United. States. That hurts me and my country. So, we take Greenland, a country that we. already have full access to, by the way. Great. What does that mean that China. does next? They take over Taiwan, which.

is home to 60% of the world's. semiconductor industry. Now, China has a. monopoly on the technology of the. future, while we gain access to a. country we already have access to. So, who comes out on top in that scenario? Look, there is a reason that China and. Russia are giddy beyond belief right. now. It's because Trump is destroying. the very Western world that has served. as an impediment to Eastern ascendants. for decades. And they didn't even have. to fire a single bullet. Trump is right. now in the process of destroying our own. influence. If you think that somehow.

helps America, helps Americans, I've got. a Trump University education to sell. you. Also, one last point on Gavin. Newsome. I know that there are a lot of. folks who are watching who discount. everything he says because they saw his. interview with Ben Shapiro just a few. days ago and didn't like everything that. he said. And frankly, I didn't like. everything he said. Let me repeat. something that I've said numerous times. in the past. First, our politicians are. not going to be perfect. They are not. our spouses. They are not our spiritual. leaders. They are nothing more than. vehicles to get us closest to where we.

want to go. So, if Gavin Newsome says. something objectively correct, which. he's doing right here, then that's a. point worth promoting. Not everyone has. to be a flawless messenger to be able to. be effective. And second, the. presidential primary is years away. Who. cares what candidate says something that. we don't like right now? We've got way. bigger fish to fry. The military is. being deployed onto American streets. Trump is uh uh uh realigning the global. world order. He's launching wars for. oil. He's allowing secret police to.

shoot people in the face. When I say. that I am not interested in 2028 horse. race politics, I could not be more. serious. Anybody who's watched my videos. for the last few years knows how I feel. about purity tests. And there's never. been a worse time to impose them than at. this very moment in history. The point. is that we need all the allies we can. get. We need all the voices we can get. We need all the help we can get in this. particular moment because Trump is. unhinged, unmed, and unrestrained. And. it's going to take all of us fighting. back in concert to defeat him, which. must be our first, second, and third.

priority. We don't have the luxury of. thinking about 2028 because in order for. there to be a 2028, that requires that. we act now, today in January 2026. And. it starts with understanding who Trump. is, a bully, and how to beat him, which. is with strength, not appeasement. [music].
