BREAKING: Republicans take LEGAL ACTION against Pam Bondi

In a major blow to Attorney General Pam. Bondi, the House Oversight Committee has. now formally issued a subpoena. compelling her to testify in a. closed-door deposition regarding the. Epstein files, or specifically the. mismanagement of the Epstein files. Now, notably, the subpoena required. Republican buy-in, considering they're. in the majority on the committee and. they're the only party that's currently. capable of compelling witnesses to come. and testify. According to a letter sent. by James Comer, a Republican, "The. Committee on Oversight and Government. Reform is reviewing the possible. mismanagement of the federal.

government's investigation of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Ms. Ghislaine. Maxwell, the circumstances and. subsequent investigations of Mr. Epstein's death, the operation of sex. trafficking rings, and ways for the. federal government to effectively combat. them, the ways in which Mr. Epstein and. Ms. Maxwell sought to curry favor and. exercise influence to protect their. illegal activities, and potential. violations of ethics rules related to. elected officials. On March 4th, 2026, the committee voted to approve a motion. directing the committee to authorize an. issue a subpoena to you for a. deposition." "Pursuant to this.

direction, please see the attached. subpoena for you to appear at a. deposition on April 14th, 2026." Now, the DOJ didn't take kindly to the. subpoena, writing, "This subpoena is. completely unnecessary. Lawmakers have. been invited to view the unredacted. files for themselves at the Department. of Justice, and the Attorney General has. always made herself available to speak. directly with members of Congress. She. continues to have calls and meetings. with members of Congress on the Epstein. Files Transparency Act, which is why the. department offered to brief the. committee tomorrow. As always, we look. forward to continuing to provide.

policymakers with the facts." Now, notably, that statement doesn't. acknowledge the fact that Pam Bondi and. the DOJ are already in full violation of. the law, the Epstein Files Transparency. Act. The law mandated the release of the. Epstein files on December 19th, 2025. That was 3 months ago. 3 months ago. And. yet, we have only half of the documents. that were released. The other half has. been suppressed by this White House and. its the. So, I understand that the DOJ thinks. that a subpoena is unnecessary and how.

dare they? But, when you start violating. laws flagrantly and for months, then. it's not just acceptable, but imperative. that a co-equal branch of government. exercises its duty to conduct oversight. and serves as a check to the rogue. executive branch that we're seeing right. now. Consider, too, Pam Bondi hasn't. exactly brought any goodwill onto. herself, either, considering she has. already lied to Congress once. Former. Prince Andrew. Donald Trump attended these parties with. Jeffrey Epstein. I want to know were there any underage.

girls at that party or at any party that. Trump attended with Jeffrey Epstein? This is so ridiculous and that they are. trying to. deflect. from all the great things Donald Trump. has done. There is no evidence that. Donald Trump has committed a crime. Everyone knows that. This has been the. most transparent presidency. He's the. one who lost those files.

videotape. You said there's no evidence. of crime. I'm showing you here is a. witness statement who called into the. FBI's Threat Operations Center. He drove Donald Trump around in a limo. He overheard Donald Trump said to. Jeffrey on his cell phone. He was so. angry he was going to stop the limo and. hurt Donald Trump. And he met a girl who said she was raped. by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. She later had her head blown off and. officers at the scene said that could. not have been suicide.

No one, no one. at the Department of Justice interviewed. this witness. You need to interview this witness. immediately. Epstein should rot in hell, so should. the men who patronize this operation. And as we sit here today, there over. 1,000 sex trafficking victims. and you have not held a single man. accountable. Shame on you. If you had. any decency, you would resign right. after this hearing concludes. >> the gentleman has expired.

>> Now, how much more fair of a question. could that be? Were there any underage. girls at the party that Donald Trump. attended with Jeffrey Epstein? Seems. perfectly reasonable to want to know if. the sitting president of the United. States was present at a party where. criminal activity was taking place, especially related to a minor. If a. Democrat was in office, I think. Republicans would agree that it's. perfectly reasonable to want to know if. that person was at a party where crimes. were being committed against minors. And. yet Pam Bondi's response to this was to.

scoff, call it ridiculous, and say that. asking a question about Epstein's. parties is somehow an effort to quote. deflect from all of the great things. Donald Trump has done. I'm sorry, but is. Pam Bondi Trump's campaign manager or. the Attorney General of the United. States, the top law enforcement official. in this country? It's her job to vomit. out all of Trump's purported. accomplishments, apparently, or is it to. uphold the law? Because at this point, you'd be hard-pressed to tell the. difference. Note too that as part of her. general deflection here, Bondi insists.

that there's no evidence that Trump. could have committed a crime, but that's. absolutely not true. Because as Ted Lieu. said, within the DOJ's possession is a. witness statement accusing Trump of. criminal activity. And guess what? That. person was of course not investigated or. contacted by Pam Bondi's DOJ, because. the whole point of Pam Bondi's DOJ is to. protect not the survivors of Epstein's. crimes, but the perpetrators and. co-conspirators of them. And that has. been a recurring theme since day one. From the fake phase one influencer.

binders last winter to Pam Bondi saying. that the files were ready to be released. on her desk and then never getting. released to Ghislaine Maxwell being. moved to a low security prison, to the. blow up with Marjorie Taylor Greene, to. Trump summoning Lauren Boebert to the. situation room to prevent her from. signing her name onto the discharge. petition, to all these DOJ officials. swearing up and down that Epstein. apparently trafficked a thousand girls. to no one, to refusing to release the. files by the deadline, to now redacting. the names of every single co-conspirator.

and yet only revealing them once they. got called out by people like Ro Khanna. and Thomas Massie. Literally every step. of the way, they have shown that they. will go to the wall to protect not the. victims, but the perpetrators. It is as. disgusting as it is obvious. We are. witnessing the biggest political. cover-up in US history. One that makes. Watergate look like nothing at all. And. the fact that they're still trying to. cover it up is all the evidence you need. that they've absolutely got something to. hide. I asked Ted Lieu about Pam Bondi. and Todd Blanche's lies regarding uh the.

Epstein files cover-up during our most. recent interview. Here's what he had to. say. How does Todd Blanche get off then. in saying that there's there's no reason. to to investigate any of the. co-conspirators because there aren't. even co-conspirators. This is just. Jeffrey Epstein orchestrating a sex. trafficking ring where he traffics a. thousand girls to himself when evidence. like this exists? Well, just think how ludicrous it is. just based on your recounting of it. The. Department of Justice has confirmed. there's over 1,000.

victims of Epstein's global pedophilia. sex trafficking ring and the Trump. Department of Justice has held zero men. accountable. Yeah. It's just a ludicrous. number And other countries are taking. this far more seriously. France, for. example, uh. they their main Paris prosecutor has uh. opened an investigation, a criminal. investigation. Um they have arrested a. uh person. And then you've got the UAE. that is also taking some serious action.

Britain has, right, taken Prince Andrew, stripped him of his title, and kicked. him out of his home. And now they're. looking at opening a criminal. investigation. So, everyone is taking it. seriously except Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Todd Blanche. Aren't these DOJ. officials like Pam Bondi and Todd. Blanche and Kash Patel basically. presenting themselves as accessories. after the fact? Isn't this evidence of. them committing the crime because they. were supposed to A, release these files. in accordance with the Epstein files. transparency act, and B, prosecute them. in accordance with their own oath to the.

US Constitution as law enforcement. officials at the DOJ? Pam Bondi and Kash Patel committed. perjury. That is a crime. And obviously, Pam Bondi is not going to prosecute. herself. Right. >> Uh but uh another uh. administration could. And then you have. just uh. unbelievable. screw-ups where uh they. put victims' names out unredacted, and.

they ruined a a number of lives. Um and. and so you're looking at this, and you. just wonder were they careless or were. they malicious? Uh it is um just very. disappointing, depressing to see. And I. don't know how Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Todd Blanche look at themselves in. the mirror. And look, if you've watched. my videos, you know that I have been. extraordinarily hard on Merrick Garland. for putting the optics of politicization. above actual justice when he was in. control of the DOJ. So, to Ted Lieu's. point, it is absolutely incumbent on the.

next Department of Justice to actually. seek justice, to actually seek some. deterrent effect for any government. officials who think that a majority in. government is somehow licensed to commit. crimes with impunity. That means that we. need to prosecute people who have broken. the law, and if Pam Bondi lied under. oath, that includes her. So, look, I can't believe that I need to. say this, but Pam Bondi's job is to. uphold the law, not to protect a. notorious pedophile ring and his. criminal associates. She is paid by. taxpayer funds to work for us, to defend.

the Constitution, to go after criminals, not to serve as Donald Trump's most. inarticulate and unhinged campaign. surrogate. The fact that she can't seem. to tell the difference goes to show that. all of the promises about transparency. and accountability were window dressing. to endear Trump to a bunch of voters who. believed his lies when it came to. Epstein. The obvious reality is that. this DOJ represent the represents the. interest of only one side of the Jeffrey. Epstein scandal, and you can be certain. that it isn't the one of the survivors.
