BREAKING: BOMBSHELL UPDATE on Jeanine Pirro’s JOB
Some breaking news here. According to. reporting, Trump is now considering. removing Jeanine Pirro from her job as. US Attorney for Washington, D.C. According to CNN, the president is quote. "furious with Pirro", said one of the. sources, telling CNN that he fumed about. her all weekend. They added that based. on his criticism of her, they find it. quote "highly likely she's removed from. her job." The other source, a senior. administration official, said Trump was. quote "blindsided by Pirro's court. filing." Quote, "The president did not. know beforehand that she was going to do. that." Now, underscoring this reporting,
here's what Trump himself had to say. today on the matter. >> Because the judge was extremely. unfriendly to Jeanine, and frankly, I. think she choked because the judge was. really vicious. Instead of going after. the people that did it, the judge went. after her. and went after her department. And I. guess she choked. I don't know what the hell happened. >> her role for your administration? >> I don't know what You you don't You're. fake news. Don't don't ever talk again. You're fake news. One of the One of the. worst in the business. Fortunately,
nobody watches you. But, something happened. >> Not exactly a denial. Now, to be clear, Trump is mad that Jeanine Pirro did not. continue to prosecute someone who the. federal government knew was innocent. According to the filing, a National Park. Service engineer had flagged the liner. peeling weeks before Hearn was ever. arrested. The filing said that the. Interior Department withheld documents, video, and other evidence from. prosecutors until after the case had. already gone to a grand jury, and that. if DOJ had gotten that information up.
front, they never would have sought the. indictment in the first place. In other. words, the Department of the Interior. handed federal prosecutors a case built. on a lie, let them indict an innocent. 67-year-old man on a felony, and only. fessed up once the wall started closing. in. So, Pirro, seeing the writing on the. wall, dropped the charges because now. it's clear that there's no case, that. there's no way she could win. And yet, that was enough to send Donald Trump. into a rage because he wanted the. Department of Justice to prosecute an.
innocent man. I mean, think about that. for a moment. The president of the. United States wanted to destroy an. innocent man's life, a former US. Olympian, no less, because Trump wanted. to make a point. Like, forget being. devoid of any shred of empathy, this is. legitimately sociopathic behavior. And. perhaps now you understand how Trump. operates, how his brain works. He. doesn't care who he has to destroy so. long as his personal ego is protected. He did it with Kilmar Abrego Garcia. His. own government conceded that Abrego.
Garcia's deportation was a mistake, but. Trump didn't care because he wanted to. make an example out of him. And he's. doing the same thing with David Hern. He. wants to be right regardless of what the. facts say, and so he would rather. prosecute an innocent man than ever. admit fault, ever admit he was wrong. Psycho behavior. Now, I'd venture to guess that part of. the reason that Jeanine Pirro bailed on. this doomed exercise was solely. self-preservation. It's not only. possible that she'll be referred to bar. council for abusing her law license like.
this, but it's probable. Here's Mark. Elias making that point. >> When I saw the back and forth between. the filings and the Department of. Justice and then the clips you just. showed, it reminds me of Rudy Giuliani. Remember Rudy Giuliani on November 7th, 2020? He's in the parking lot of the. Four Seasons landscaping business and he. is saying how there's massive fraud in. Pennsylvania and they proved massive. fraud. And then the next thing you know, he shows up in a courtroom and the judge.
is like he's there for fraud and he's. like, "Um, no, your honor, we're not. saying there's any fraud." Right? Like, in the end, that didn't save Rudy. Giuliani. Like, in the end, like, the. damage that has been done here by. Jeanine Pirro, by anyone else who is. licensed to practice law, like, they're. trying to mitigate it. It is clear that. whether it was Pirro herself or some. underling in the office, someone on. Friday was like, um, we need to try to. clean this up so that this doesn't. become a huge bar problem, a huge ethics.
problem, a huge, frankly, civil. liability problem if if Herron decides. to sue. Um, but I'm not sure it's going to work. because the damage has been done and, you know, the the the these claims were. made, these outrageous extrajudicial. statements were made, which by the way, federal prosecutors are not supposed to. make uh, statements uh, outside of the. courtroom. They're not supposed to. prejudice uh, the jury or prejudice the. judicial system. So, I think this is. quite serious. I think Pirro is is not. going to be able to escape the.
consequences of this if in fact, you. know, she made these statements without. having that evidence as it appears she. did. If in fact, they had contrary. evidence, which it now appears they did. Um, now she's going to say they didn't. have the contrary evidence till later, but still, the question is how the hell. did this case get indicted as uh, with. without having the full uh, file from. the Department of Interior if that's. what their argument is. How did she make. these extrajudicial statements? Like I. said, prosecutors are not supposed to.
make these extrajudicial statements. anyway. And one of the reasons is. because you smear people who are. presumed innocent. Right? Every Every. criminal defendant is presumed innocent. And here, you have a situation where not. only was the guy pre- presumed innocent, turns out he was actually innocent. >> And by the way, to see more coverage. like that, which is only available on. this channel, please make sure to. subscribe. I'm going to put the link. right here on the screen and also in the. post description. In a sane world, this would be a warning. sign to every other Trump acolyte out.
there that you can debase yourself for. him to the ends of the earth and God. knows Jeanine Pirro has, but in the end, it buys you nothing. Why? Because Trump. demands total loyalty. He doesn't care. if it destroys your career, your life, your financial prospects. You are his. tool to wield. And if you dare think. about yourself for even a single second, then you will be summarily discarded, thrown right under the bus. Again, Pirro. literally had no choice here. The. Department of the Interior already let.
the cat out of the bag. If Jeanine Pirro. didn't drop the charges, she would be. knowingly, willfully prosecuting someone. who she knew was innocent by her. administration's own admission. But of. course, Trump's reaction wasn't relief. that an innocent man wasn't going to go. to prison, it was fury that he. personally got contradicted. And I think. that tells you everything you need to. know about this White House and how it. operates. It's not about what's true, it's about which version of events is. convenient. The Interior Department. needed a scapegoat so that nobody would.
ask hard questions about a botched $14. million contract in the reflecting pool. The DOJ needed a headline about cracking. down on vandalism at a national. landmark. And when the actual facts got. in the way of both of those goals, the truth wasn't the thing that. mattered, loyalty to Trump's narrative. was. Even Jeanine Pirro, again, who is. so far up Trump's ass she could touch. the back of his teeth, was apparently. worthy of attacking here. But going back to Trump, this is a man. who spent an entire campaign railing.
against a two-tiered justice system, against prosecutors chasing narratives. instead of facts, against the purported. weaponization of the DOJ. But the second. his own hand-picked prosecutor admits. that his administration weaponized the. DOJ against an innocent man to cover up. their own botched job, Trump doesn't. apologize, doesn't thank her for. correcting the record, he attacks her, and will likely fire her from her role. as the result of her being honest for. one single second in her job at this. post. That's not somebody who cares.
about justice, it is somebody who only. cares about protecting his own ego, no. matter whose life has to be destroyed in. the process. >> [music]. >> Before you go, one quick request. It's. become clear to me that this White House. is dead set on preventing me from. reaching any audience. Trump's decision. to put me as the first name on his. enemies list is a testament to that. But, it didn't quiet down then, and I. won't do it now. So, please do me a. favor and subscribe to this channel. Hit. the notification bell to be alerted when. I post new content, and tune in when I.
