BOMBSHELL: Trump's stunning CONFESSION imperils entire presidency

In a bombshell move, the Washington Post. is now reporting that the Pentagon is. seeking more than $200 billion in a. budget request for the Iran war. $200. billion. According to the post, quote, that. number would far surpass the cost of the. administration's massive airstrike. campaign to date and instead seek to. urgently increase production of critical. weaponry expended as US and Israeli. forces have struck thousands of targets. over the past 3 weeks, according to. three other people familiar with the. matter who confirmed that the Defense. Department is seeking packages of that. size. Trump himself was asked about the.

request today. Here's what he had to. say. >> Mr. President, the war is almost over. Why is the Pentagon going to ask. Congress for an additional $200 billion? >> Well, we're asking for a lot of reasons. beyond even. what we're talking about in Iran. When. This is a very. volatile world and the military. equipment, the of the some of this. weaponry is unthinkable. You don't even. want to know about it. Oh, you could end. these things in 2 seconds if you wanted.

to, but but uh we are we are being very. judicious. What we want to do Don't. forget, Biden gave away I rebuilt the. military in my first term. Biden gave away so stupidly to. Afghanistan a lot. He He didn't want to. move it. He was too lazy, too stupid to. move it. But it was a very small amount. It was a lot, but it was very small. relative to what I purchased and what I. built. Uh we want to have a good we want. to have a vast amounts of.

ammunition, which we have right now. We. have a lot of ammunition, but uh it was. taken down by giving so much to Ukraine. They gave. >> So, the long and short of it is that. actually $200 billion is very judicious. and also it's all Joe Biden's fault. because of course it is. Now, so as not. to bury the lead here, I want to be. clear about what's happening. Grocery. prices are higher, utility bills are. more expensive, education continues to. be underfunded, infrastructure continues. to crumble, all things that by the way. Trump was intimately familiar with those.

high costs because he admitted that. those issues were in large part why he. won the election. >> old-fashioned term that we use, groceries. I used it on the uh campaign. It's such an old-fashioned term, but a. beautiful term, groceries. It sort of. says a bag with different things in it. Groceries went through the roof. And I. campaigned on that. I talked about the. word groceries for a lot. >> In other words, he was well aware. And. yet since he's actually taken power, think about what he and his party have. actually done to solve those issues that. by the way they ran on. The Republicans.

have gutted Medicaid for 17 million. Americans. The Republicans have gutted. Affordable Care Act subsidies for 24. million Americans. The Republicans have. gutted food assistance for millions of. Americans. Republicans have enabled a. trade war that has spiked the cost of. everything for Americans. Republicans. have greenlit a war in the Middle East. that sent the cost of oil surging for. all Americans. And now, as if all of. that wasn't enough, they are facing down. the barrel of another 200 billion. dollars for a war that again Trump swore.

up and down he would never let happen. >> I'm not going to start a war. I'm going. to stop wars. No more wars, no more disruptions. We. will have prosperity and we will have. peace. Under Trump, we will have no more. wars, no more disruptions, and we will. have prosperity and peace for all. I am. the candidate of peace. I am peace. >> So, not only did he break that promise. with no rational even given, but he has. broken literally every promise that went. along with it. He swore he would be an.

America First president, and all that's. happened since he's taken over is that. Americans' lives have become more. expensive and that the programs that. Americans rely on have become more out. of reach. And yet all the while, that's. apparently a blank check to fund endless. bombs in the Middle East. And it doesn't. seem to be getting better, either. Senator Ruben Gallego tweeted, "At the. height of combat, the Iraq war cost. around 140 billion dollars year. If the. Pentagon is asking for $200 billion, they are asking for a long war. The. answer is a simple no. So, Trump campaigned against endless.

war, and now he's asking for money that. would eclipse even the Iraq war, which. in the end cost trillions of dollars and. cost thousands of American lives. I. mean, hell, even Caroline Leavitt. refused to rule out the return to the. draft. >> Mothers out there are worried that we're. going to have a draft, that they're. going to see their sons get in and and. daughters get involved in this. What do. you want to say about the president's. plans for troops on the ground? As we. know, it's been largely an air campaign. up until now.

>> Mhm. It has been, and it will continue. to be, and President Trump wisely does. not remove options off of the table. I. know a lot of politicians like to do. that quickly, uh but the president as. commander-in-chief wants to continue to. assess the success of this military. operation. Uh it's not part of the. current plan right now, but the. president, again, wisely keeps his. options on the table. >> So, my question for all those Trump. voters out there is when will you. realize that Trump never had any. intention of delivering on any of the.

promises he made? How many times does he. have to go back on his word before you. realize that his pandering was nothing. more than window dressing? And this is. nothing new. In his first term, he. promised an infrastructure law that. never materialized, a healthcare plan. that was cheaper and more comprehensive. that never materialized, a middle-class. tax cut that never materialized, a jobs. boom that never materialized, a. manufacturing renaissance that never. materialized. And then in this term, he. did the same thing, promising reduced. costs and cheaper groceries, lower rent, cheaper housing, free IVF, getting.

inflation under control, justice when it. comes to Epstein's victims, accountability for his criminal. associates, but he's not delivering on. any of those things. The only thing he's. actually done in both terms is give. himself a tax cut. He is building. himself a ballroom, doubling his own net. worth, setting his own family up with. military defense gigs. I don't know how. to make this any clearer. He does not. give a single solitary about you. He never did. He just says things that. people want to hear when he needs votes, but he never delivers. His entire.

presidency is a graveyard of broken. promises. He didn't end the. Russia-Ukraine war, didn't lower prices. on day one, didn't bring down inflation, didn't release the Epstein files, didn't. usher in a manufacturing renaissance, and guess what? He won't. Because those. are just things that he said to get your. votes. And now that he got them, he. doesn't need you anymore. Now it's about. him. Now it's about his legacy. Now it's. about giving himself a tax cut. Now it's. about getting fluffy headlines for. himself. And at least one person. realized it. >> Let's take a listen to one more more.
