thought to a straightup panic attack. When I tell you I haven't had a panic. attack like this since I was 13 years. old. I mean it. I started shaking. Like. my hands are shaking. My legs are. uncontrollably shaking. I'm I literally. think I'm going to die. Like I fully. convinced myself I'm going to die. Okay. And. >> Wait, you think your babep's going to. die? >> Yes. And um and I literally wake. her up out of her sleep and I go I I tap. her on this. I'm I'm panicking so hard. I'm like I'm either going to have to get. the airplane staff. They're going to. have to land the plane. I'm going to. have a heart attack.

She goes, >> "What's up?". >> And I was like I was like, "You're a. nurse, right?" I was like, "I'm having a. really really bad panic attack." And she. was like, "Okay." Um, why don't you take a couple breaths. through like your nose and then your. mouth? And I was like, "Okay.". And I'm like breathing and stuff and and.

I'm just I'm full on panicking to a. point where she's like, "Should I get. the airplane staff? Should we tell them. upon arrival that you want to go see the. medics?". >> Oh, hell no. >> And I'm like, "No, no, no, no." I'm. like, "No, no, no. I I try to like calm myself down and all. of a sudden one of the airplane. attendants comes over and says, "You. just won a $200 gift card from United to. the lady who just helped me and the. other person on the plane.".

And. so, when I was like 14 years old, I was. like, "Oh, I have a headache." It was. like midnight. And so, I go into the. kitchen. I go up the stairs, go into the.

kitchen, and I open up the cabinet and I. see what I thought was ibuprofen, what. in reality is Vicodin. And I open it up. and I take three of them cuz I thought. it was ibuprofen. I took three 1,00. mgram Vicodins and I go downstairs and. I'm I'm I'm laying down and all of a. sudden I can't breathe. My throat's. closing up. I turns out turns out I was. like actually overdosing and I like just. passed out and then woke up and I was. fine. like fully could have died. But I. took 3,000 milligs of Vicodin at 15.

years old cuz I thought it was. ibuprofen. The next morning I'm like, "Mom, I felt really weird after that.". And she was like, "Girl, those are from. my back.". So, >> did you feel numb, dude? I literally. like I remember like feeling nothing. except like my throat getting tighter. And so, I FaceTime my boyfriend at the. time and I'm like, I can't swallow. Like, I cannot swallow. Okay? 3 days later, I get a call. from my best friend freaking the [ __ ]. out. This dude, so I need you to look. this up so people know what this is. You. know, the windows and they have like. that slot down it, like a storm drain, almost a window, and then it's like a.

drain where it's like underground. And. so one night they get a ring on the Ring. doorbell and they're like, "Hello, what's up?" And it's him. And he's like, "Hey, I want to see the house." Or like, "It's 9:00 p.m. We're not going to show. you the house." He's like, "No, I have. my landlord with me. Like I want to get. in the house." He's outside the house. for 30 minutes begging to get into the. house. Does like three circles around. it. They have to [ __ ] like he's a. sheriff. Like what the [ __ ] are you.
