MY EXPERIENCE MEETING D4VD… | Ep #54 | Bangin’ Out w/ Kayla Malecc & Jacob Sartorius
That's my theory. You're saying your. cameras didn't work. The people there. were being shady and if that's the case, I'm ready to not only press the felony. charges but to sue the company that that. is under cuz I'm pretty sure I could. But right now, they're writing up felony. warrants for these because it's a felony. cuz they the purse alone is a grand. And. um so what's funny is I I have I'm going. to be subpoenaed to court again in. Tennessee. And so I've like And they did. it in. >> Kayla can't catch a break, y'all. >> Banging out! >> Welcome back to the Banging Out podcast.
>> I'm your host with the most, just giving. a toast. >> Ew, that was so disgusting. >> What's your name? >> Uh type of gay. >> Oh. >> [laughter]. >> Well, welcome back everybody. How you. feeling? >> Um not good. >> didn't bring your purse today. Too soon? >> That was good. I mean I I think that's a. great way to get it. >> Yeah. >> Uh I was robbed. >> Kayla got robbed, everybody. [ __ ]. >> Bro, bro, last time I sat on this couch, I heard a dog getting eaten alive on a. day and now I got my purse stolen.
>> It seems like you just can't catch a. break, twin. >> I literally can't. Shall I Shall I. explain what happened? So basically, I went to I'm going to. give this person a nickname. I'm going. to call them. Joshua. I No, okay, wait. I don't know. how to say Okay, I went Okay, I went to. urgent care with somebody cuz they. weren't feeling good. I was in Nashville. this past week again to hang out with. all my friends and went to urgent care, was there for 30 [ __ ] minutes. I left. my purse in the waiting room. I get back.
to the place I was staying at at 5:00. p.m., fell asleep. From 5:00 p.m. to. 9:00 p.m., um. somebody. at that urgent care stole my purse and. went straight to the smoke shop at 5:30. p.m., an hour after I left it there, and went and spent $400 on What is it. called? >> Kratom. >> Kratom. >> [laughter]. >> This Hold on, I'm about to get pissed. off. >> Like bro, of all things. >> This meth head looking ass fat ass. stupid ass [ __ ] I'm going to be.
sobered. I have pictures of them. >> Can we pull it up or no for legal. reasons? >> UH NO. UNTIL it's confirmed. >> [screaming]. >> Oh, it's not confirmed that it's them? >> Well, we need warrants and everything. So. >> Okay. Okay. >> Anyways. >> Based off the pictures you showed, they. don't look like great people. >> No. So, they first. >> But you can never judge a book by its. cover. But. But if you steal purse. >> That's a big ass book fat Can I even say. that? Can I? >> Well, I mean. >> [laughter]. >> I'm allowed to body shame somebody that.
robbed me, I feel. >> I think that. >> If I rob somebody, have a free for all. >> Yeah, like you don't do that generally. speaking. >> I don't, but. >> So, but someone if someone like, you. know. kicks a dog. >> You it's a free for all. >> you know, I think it's fine to, you. know, throw some jabs. >> Thank you, because. >> Throw some insults. >> They really I'll get it So, that's mind. you an hour after I leave it. They they. spent $400 on kratom, okay? Which is. like I. >> That's a lot of [ __ ] kratom. >> And you know what's funny? You know.
what's funny? >> That's like gas station heroin, by the. way. What? >> Like what the. They spent The first thing they did they. spent $131 on kratom, and then a minute. later spent $217. on kratom. So, like they were just. making sure. Woo! They were just making sure that my. um. Is that kra. >> That is it. >> Yeah. >> It's like pills. It's a tropical thing, and but they sell. it like gas station. I think some people. call it like gas station heroin. >> Yeah. So, they're druggies. They [ __ ].
look like it. So, then they leave the. little they leave the smoke shop, and. they had their fat asses over I didn't. stop, sorry. They. >> I mean, >> [laughter]. >> might as well just stick to it now. >> Okay, I'm standing on business. I'm so. pissed. And so, they had right on over. to. um Walgreens, and they spent $300 on. coffee creamer and Starbucks and Ulta. gift card to fix their ugly ass faces. because they need makeup. This bitch's. eyebrows are so [ __ ] ugly. I hate I.
hate them. They literally need a [ __ ]. pound on their goddamn [ __ ] face. Um. and then they get just like um have you. got a happy birthday card? A happy. birthday card. >> Aw, they were thinking of others. >> Aw, like get a [ __ ] job maybe. And. then. um. they then leave Walgreens and go to. Target. And this is where the CCT. footage was shown to me of this dumb. [ __ ]. wearing my Diesel bag like it was hers, smile on her face thinking she was the.
[ __ ] [ __ ] GO BUY YOUR OWN. GO BUY. YOUR OWN [ __ ] THAT IS NOT YOUR [ __ ]. PURSE. And she's walking around like. it's hers. She's like looking all smug. You are the world's dumbest criminal. You're going to go into these places. with cameras holding a stolen purse. She. goes into Target, tries to spend $500. That's when my card is like, "Ooh, fraud." Doesn't go through. Also, mind. you, I'm asleep during all of this. I. don't even know what's going on. Then. they go back to Walgreens, attempt $770. I'm like getting my makeup on the mic. I'm getting so mad. Um. $770.
at Walgreens. What are you getting? What. are you getting? Plan B's? What did she get with her $770? >> expensive, huh? >> Well, she doesn't look like she's. getting any dick. >> right? >> Yeah. >> $50. >> 50? >> 50. >> But yeah, holy [ __ ]. >> Well, money. >> I don't think she's getting any dick. It. doesn't necessarily look like. >> Mhm. >> that's something that would be easy for. her to achieve. So, anyways, after that they go to the gas station, fill up their [ __ ] minivan full of. gas or whatever the [ __ ] they drive. And.
um. yeah, so then I wake up at 9:00 p.m. And. I I check my phone and there's like 50. notifications and I'm seeing all of. these fraud charges. So, I'm freaking. out. I'm crying. I'm like, "What the. fuck?" And then it hits me. I'm in. Tennessee and my IDs are in that purse. I now cannot fly back to California to. film the podcast, which is like today. And then I get to thinking even more, in. that purse was a lot of sentimental. [ __ ] At the end of the day, I'm not even that upset about the purse. You know what, whatever, the cards, whatever, money will get returned. I.
don't care. There was sentimental ass. [ __ ] in that purse. This is why I really. hate them. There was a note in my purse. that was like I think anybody with a. heart, if they read that note in that I. kept in my purse with me, they would. have been like, "Aw, that's I kind of. feel bad." They'd have some remorse. These [ __ ] went through my purse, probably saw that note, laughed, and. then took their. squiggly, loose, [ __ ] dumb. crackhead-looking-ass, wrinkly-ass, fat-ass, and asses TO TARGET FLEXING MY. [ __ ].
YOU'RE UGLY. YOU'RE WEIRD. This is why. you're ugly, CUZ YOU ACT LIKE THIS. GET. OFF THE CREATINE. CREATINE. CREATINE. >> [laughter]. >> Get off the creatine. >> Maybe get on some creatine. Lose the. flab. I don't know. I'm just. >> to creatine. That would be a good. move for them. >> Yes. So then. >> Yeah. >> So then the next mor- So I I I'm just. really upset, cuz anyway, so then I go. to Topgolf and I get drunk. Let's just. forget about it. >> How'd that work out? >> The lady there ended up I'm pretty sure. knowing me, and I was like, "I've had a. really rough day. Like I don't have an. ID on me. I got robbed like 4 hours.
ago." She was like, "I got you." She. brought me out. >> got drinks. >> I was I was drinking. And then I wake up. the next morning, I go to the police. station. And thankfully, the police. officer that I got is like she's like a. down woman. Like she's like pissed. Like. I'm explaining to her the situation, and. she's not one of those cops that's like, "Oh yeah, we'll see." She's like. >> Yeah, let's see. I'll get back to you in. a little bit. >> Which is what I thought. I was like, "Oh, I'm about to get [ __ ] Like I'm. never going to She's like, "I hate. thieves. There's nothing more I hate.
than thieves." I was like, "Perfect." I. was like, "Amazing." And she goes, "How. much was the purse?" And I go, "It was a. thousand dollars." I saw. She was like, "Felony.". That's a felony. And so I start going. through all the charges, we're getting. timestamps. 2 hours later or well hold. on, I'll get there. So, then I tell her. all the timestamps, I tell her where it. gets stole. And this is where I have a. weird theory, okay? So, she's like, "All. right, I'm going to go to all of these. places and get camera footage today." I. said, "I love you, you're the [ __ ]. best." Like, love her so much. Um my. woman. And so, then after this, we're.
very close to the um. >> [laughter]. >> the urgent care where my purse got. stolen. And I was like, "Let's go in and. just talk to them to see maybe if my. purse is still there and they just took. the cards out whoever stole it." Cuz it. is also weird. We left urgent care at. 4:30 and by 5:30, a charge was already. on my card for a smoke shop. Meaning. that my purse had to have been stolen 15. minutes after leaving. There was nobody. in the waiting room when we left. We. walk into the urgent care and we go up. to the nurse at the front desk. And I'm. not pointing any fingers, just a theory. And um I'm explaining to this really.
nice younger woman and I'm like, "Hey, my purse got stolen here. I was just. wondering if like maybe the purse was. still here." She's like, "Oh, no, that's. so awful." You know, a normal human. response. When all of a sudden this. woman from the back comes out and goes, "We're getting the calls. Our manager's. not in and we don't have a purse." And. gives me a card for her manager and says. nothing else and like has us leave. 2. hours later, the police officer calls. me. She's like, "We have CCTV footage of. the women. I went to all the places. Like, we have the tags on their cars.". Like, yada yada. And she was like, "I'm. not going to lie, the urgent care is. being a little fishy because they told.
me that their cameras were out. yesterday.". >> Ooh, the classic. The cameras were out. >> So, my theory is that somebody who works at. this urgent care saw I left my purse and. stole it and went on a [ __ ] shopping. spree because. >> And bought kratom as the first thing is. crazy. You're working at an urgent care. and you're buying There's probably. people coming in like sick from kratom. And they're like, "You know what we need. right now? We just stole this purse, kratom.". >> But that's like. >> Well, think about what else she's.
stealing from an urgent care. Do she's. probably stealing pills, stealing. medication. Like that And that's who I. think is probably selling it and then it. was probably like, oh, purse with a. bunch of money, cool, let me buy some. more drugs and sell that. That's the. clients. >> So, you think she works at the urgent. care flipping the drugs? >> Listen, I'm just saying. >> Ooh. >> there was a 15-minute time window for. this to all logistically make sense, and. when we left, there was nobody in that. office besides the people that worked. there. If somebody were to get checked. in, waiting alone takes 10-15 minutes.
You're not waiting, getting checked out, getting your bill paid, paying for it in. the time frame of me leaving and going. to bed. The first charge was at 5:30. >> that's leaving. It had to be somebody. that wasn't there already. It had to be. somebody that wasn't that wasn't like in. the lobby or something. >> It had to be somebody that was there. because we left at 4:30. There was not a. single person besides people that worked. there for you to steal the purse, buy. all the drugs, and check out, and go to. the smoke shop, and be done by 5:30. You. would have seen my purse the second I.
walked That's my theory, and you're. saying your cameras didn't work. The. people there were being shady, and if. that's the case, I'm ready. to not only press the felony charges, but to sue the company that that is. under somebody strike code. But, right. now, they are writing up felony warrants. for these [ __ ] because it's a [ __ ]. felony cuz they the purse alone is a. grand. And um so, what's funny is I I. have I'm going to be subpoenaed to court. again in Tennessee. And so, I have like. And they did it in two. >> Kayla can't catch a break, y'all. >> They did it in two different counties,
so I have like two different I have to. go to two different courts and like. appear there. And like watch these dumb. [ __ ] get felonies. World's worst. criminals, though. Like, you steal a. purse, you're walking around and. >> They're seen on the cameras like, "Yay!". >> show you, Richie? YEAH, SHE HAS MY PURSE IN HER HAND, and. she looks like she's so proud of. herself. Like. >> "Girl, let's go spend. >> [laughter]. >> Let's buy some kratom, and then let's go. to Walgreens and get a TV.". >> And you know what? I honestly would like.
not even be this mad if like they bought. like necessities like groceries or maybe. baby food and diapers. They bought drugs and Starbucks. >> [laughter]. >> [ __ ] GO GET AN EQUINOX MEMBERSHIP. GO. [ __ ] LIKE. OH MY GOD, you're weird. Like I [ __ ]. hate them. They're awful people and who. steals from an urgent care? Like I'm. grateful that like it was me and not. like like I could not imagine my mom or. somebody with like serious health issues. going to urgent care and then they get. home and they realize that their purse.
is stolen and thousands of dollars is. missing. Like you're a piece Who steals. from urgent care? >> No, that's a bad place to steal from. That's like almost like stealing from. like an elderly home or something. >> Mhm. Like you're going to hell. Yeah, and I guess she had a little. sidekick. >> bring the purse with you. >> You can't bring my [ __ ] Diesel bag. with you. >> Yeah, sorry. >> Can't bring the Diesel bag. But yeah, I. genuinely. um. I cannot wait to see them in court with. my new Diesel bag that I will have on. the stand facing them and then I will.
just be money spreading. in front of them. And then I'll have a bunch of drugs in. front of them and I'll. like taunt them and be like woohoo. And. >> [laughter]. >> But. yeah, no, you guys are pieces of [ __ ]. and also the blonde [ __ ] your shoes. are really ugly. I wish that you went to. Target and bought new shoes. They didn't. buy shoes. But her sandals were atrocious. Those. dogs are barking. Y'all should have went. to get a mani-pedi. Maybe get your hair. done. The Ulta was the only good because.
those eyebrows are cooked. They go like. this like like Grinch. >> Didn't you find a picture of someone. that works at the urgent care? >> Okay, I don't know if I get Okay, I will. say I did my own detective work and. there was somebody that works at the. urgent care that does have similar. >> to the person on the cameras. >> But I'm not the police. I'm not the. police, so I don't know. >> I'm detective Jacob and that's my. co-detective. >> Private Richie. >> Private Richie. We can help. >> And if anybody says this is bullying, genuinely get your [ __ ] robbed,
thousands of dollars stolen, and then. sentimental [ __ ] on top of that, and. then be like, oh [ __ ] Oh, and on top of. that, I was supposed to see my family. this weekend. I haven't seen them in 4. months. My dad called off work, which he. never does, and I can't go home now to. see my family because they stole my. purse and I cannot fly again without an. ID. So, have all that happen and then. tell me to be nice to them because they. deserve no kindness, they deserve. felonies. And. >> And jail time. >> And jail time. >> You think they could bring the purse. with them in jail? >> You know what? I will tell them.
I will tell them they can have it. They. could split it in half. >> They could cut it in half. >> One [ __ ] gets one, yeah. Yeah. >> Everything they put in just falls right. out. >> what made me mad about it is I thought. it was going to be like like young kids, like kind of like my age, and I thought. that they might have looked up my ID, saw who I was. Grown ass twice my age looking triple. time my age. Like you are [ __ ] you. are my mother's age. Like you are weird. Like you're grown as hell stealing a. diesel bag, and then you see my ID, you. see I'm 21 years old. Isn't that.
embarrassing that you had to steal from. somebody half your. >> also the fact that they might work at a. urgent care. Like think about that. Like. [laughter] those are the people that are. like checking your temperature when. you're sick or or you know, drawing. blood. It's like, >> [laughter]. >> wow, you're going to steal my [ __ ] if I. leave the room, huh? >> If a [ __ ] nurse just robbed me, I'm. actually going to be so. >> [laughter]. >> upset, dude. >> Like are you really looking out for me? >> You know, um the person I went to urgent. care with has to go back today for like. like extra stuff, and I was I was like, you need to be on like detective mode. If you see her in there after we film,
I'll be on the first flight out. and things will be getting taken care. of. >> See, that's what I'm kind of glad you. went to sleep after this happened. because. >> Target charge, bro, >> have been bad. I think then you could. have got a charge, too. >> Kayla would have bombed the urgent care. >> [laughter]. >> Dude, I'm thinking something suspicious is. going on, and I think that maybe. I don't know, but I I literally people. keep [ __ ] with me and then it's like, "Oh, Verbal Lady gets mad cuz she [ __ ].
me over and then I air out. Stop [ __ ]. me over." Um you robbed me and now. you're going to be mad when I literally. post your face when uh we get it. confirmed. You literally stole from me. >> confirmed, we should make t-shirts with. their faces on it. >> I would love it like what and also. >> Kind of genius. >> I don't even live in Tennessee and this. is like going to be I'm going to have. three court cases in the past year. there. Like what the hell? >> Twin like maybe Nashville's just cursed. >> It is cursed. >> Honestly, I think like. I don't know. >> I'm getting all my friends move to. California so.
>> Yeah, that's a. >> have to go there as much anymore, but. >> It's probably smart. >> Kayla, think about it like this though. You're like taking out criminals. You're. like busting them. >> Yeah, [ __ ] Verbose. >> Mhm. >> god, you're busting the urgent care, the. hospital worker that's a thief. >> I busted the beaters. I I got them. locked. Come on. >> Like you're Wait, you're a superhero. Kayla's saving the day. >> Kind of superhero. >> I'm kind of like that [ __ ] I'm not. going to lie when it comes to the the um. the bad guys. >> I might just be like getting I'm I'm the.
bad people. >> Camila's got to call you if she's going. to do Becoming Her. Get it? Cuz she has. Becoming Her. Becoming she's becoming. her. You're her. >> [laughter]. >> Camila. >> people are going to get mad that I said. a lot of mean things about them? I kind. of went hard. >> Uh you know, they also stole your. thousand dollar purse and they also. stole a bunch of like sentimental things. to you. >> I mean and they didn't steal money. >> it's okay to be upset and when people. get upset they say things sometimes, you. know, that later on they might look back.
on and be like, "Oh, that wasn't the. best, but you [ __ ] stole my purse.". Also, these are words. Freedom of. speech. >> Yeah, like. like that's not illegal. >> You don't have freedom of robbery. You. don't have This is not You don't get to. do that. >> breaking the law. They are. >> You broke the law and you broke my heart. and you broke my dad's heart. He's. really upset I can't see him this. weekend. You broke his heart. You broke. my dad's heart. >> See that, guys? You think they're. watching this? What do you have to say to them? One. last message. >> Let me look at their face again. Hold. on.
>> Okay, I'm not trying. >> Like like I'm not going to say anything. about their body, YOU STUPID FAT DUMB. [ __ ]. >> [laughter]. >> I'M NOT GOING TO TALK ABOUT them at all. [ __ ] that stupid. I can tell they peaked in high school. >> [laughter]. >> Um. Okay, to the blonde one. That orange tank top is not your color. The you need Oh my god. >> [laughter]. >> The sandals, it's an awful fit. It's an. awful fit. And to the one holding my. purse, it does not fit your frame. So.
>> [laughter]. >> Yeah, get them, Kayla. >> And if I steal anything from anybody, feel free to body shame me. Feel You. guys already come for my uniboob, and I. didn't do anything illegal. So. >> Damn. Real [ __ ] y'all. >> Real [ __ ] though. >> Uh I think. >> Thank you. I got that out, and I feel. good now. >> You feel better? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Like a weight has been lifted. >> Yeah, every time I think about it, I. like get really angry. >> Mhm. >> So, I'm going to I'm ready to. >> You should take like a like a boxing. class or like learn karate.
>> I tried to box the thing in the. downstairs gym, and it hurts my hands so. bad. Like you know those boxing. >> I know which one you're talking about. >> do it. >> You should try like. >> Ooh. >> Yeah, you should get some gloves. You. get some wraps. Mr. Miyagi What's his name? Mr. >> Mr. Miyagi Kayla. Mrs. Miyagi. >> Do you know what movie that's from? >> Karate Kid? >> Yes. Okay, good. >> I I Bro was trying to catch me. >> that last week, and I thought that it. whooshed you guys, and I was like, I. wonder if they know Karate Kid. >> The flies on my [ __ ] Red Bull, you.
little [ __ ]. Oh my god. >> Oh, that was good. You actually got it. Wow. That was impressive. Wow. Wow. killer. >> [laughter]. >> Wow. That's actually really impressive. >> guys see that though? >> That was really impressive. I saw that. like front row. >> it up, got it. >> Yeah. >> I've been thinking about it since. honestly, so I'm glad I had to. >> Okay, did that did that make you feel. better? >> relieved a lot off my mind. I had to. ask. >> Yeah, tight [ __ ] tight [ __ ] Um yo,
speaking of. Well, there's actually this episode is. going to be packed with a lot of people. breaking the law. >> This is a law-breaking episode. >> It really is and. >> A lot of illegal things happened. >> It's going to get serious I think. towards the end, but we're going to try. to keep it a little bit light for now. >> Criminals are writing songs these days. >> That's what I was That's what I was. about to say. Um. >> Banging out. >> Guys, we're upping We are upping our. nicotine usage. Oh my gosh, let me tell. you we are going crazy, are we? >> We are. >> Mhm. >> My favorite are the Lucy pouches, the.
mint flavor. >> Yes. >> Oh, and what I like about them the most. is that they're like premium. Like. they're they're the good stuff. They're. 100% tobacco-free nicotine pouches and. they're made for true pouch people. connoisseurs like me. >> Yeah, I think that's cool. Like that. matches with your personality, you know? And I'm more of like the Breakers type. of guy. Like. >> So, that's a good question. They are. like Lucy's version of of a pouch, but. inside there's like a little ball that. you pop. And when you pop it, the flavor.
explodes. >> Why do I actually want that so bad? >> the espresso ones. I did it and it's. crazy. Like the amount of flavor is next. level. >> It seems like every other pouch is the. same, but Lucy Breakers are the only. ones doing it differently to give you. the best longest-lasting flavor. >> Lucy is also in stores everywhere, so. you could find a retailer near you and. you can even find them and get them. delivered to you on apps like DoorDash,

>> Our buddy old pal, your favorite. >> not believe this is real. Jacob showed. this to me in the car and I. >> [laughter]. >> actually can't. >> James Charles is back with his music. Cute, right? >> Just a lovely chorus. It was one word. 911. >> No, this is This is like. This is like. >> Three numbers. Such a lovely chorus. >> [laughter]. >> It's like Claude making a song being. like, "Overdose.". Can Is that bad? Can I just say that? >> [laughter]. >> Is that bad?
>> I didn't expect that one. >> I THOUGHT CLAUDE. >> I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO TALK ABOUT. TURNING SOMEONE ON. >> WAIT, WHY ARE WE DOING OH, NO, NO, NO. OKAY, CUT THAT. >> [laughter]. >> NO, I THINK THAT'S GOOD. I THINK. >> OKAY, NO, I'M OKAY. >> I think just But that just revise on. camera. Everyone. >> Claude going. >> I ran over you. Okay. >> Cybertruck. >> Cybertruck. >> [ __ ] dude. >> Alligator. Alligator. >> Oh my god, thank you. I forgot I DID. >> OH MY GOD, you ordered Oh.
>> Dude, THEY MIGHT HAVE ROBBED ME, BUT I. STILL HAVE APPLE PAY, BRO. >> Still got Apple Pay. >> Wait, go to James's go to James's. TikTok. He also teased a different part. of the song. >> Can we actually talk about this? Sorry. >> Come get me before it gets too late. >> you know it? >> 911, I need please. It's what? >> He's singing from the POV of the. >> he's saying. >> Children? >> 911. Yeah. >> Pretty much. He's speaking from the POV. of his. >> But I just don't get it. Like James, why. why is your love illegal?
>> [laughter]. >> Like why does your love have to Why do. you have to Why do you have to call the. police? >> [laughter]. >> Like and then there's a part of the song. he's like, "Operator, come get me.". >> Oh my god, he goes, "Operator, come get. me. I'm falling in love again." Again, you need to call 911. How again? So, operator, you need to get me again. So, you've called 911 before. Again, 911 is. your number. This is what people are. calling on you. >> Someone said department store music. >> Departmental, literally. I just Who. approved this? >> It's giving Disney and One Direction. Yeah, if they were talking about calling.
the police for someone they love. >> [laughter]. >> Like what? They They have to talk to the. operator? Like, "Operator, sorry, I'm. falling in love again." What? >> Yeah, this would have been a good song. if like. >> Like I get it, but it's like. metaphorical. >> this one to Alex Warren or something. Like I don't know if this is the right. song for you at all. >> anyone else could sing this one, you. know? >> [laughter]. >> Literally, give this one to JoJo. >> JoJo's got way better taste. She's not. singing this [ __ ] We love JoJo. >> Yeah, but like I could No, but I could.
hear anyone else doing this and it would. be a vibe like it would be like, "Oh, okay. It's about like toxic love." Like, you know? But James Charles talking. about calling 911 for love or like. >> [laughter]. >> It's too close to home for him. >> I We were talking about this earlier. I. think the biggest thing People write. what they know. That's the number one. tip in writing. >> But I don't even think he wrote it. I. think there's the other two people. behind him probably wrote it and they. probably pitched him the idea and he was. probably like, "Oh my god, this is. genius." And then it's like, "Wait a. second.".
Uh did he not think that people might. like be like, "Oh, wait. That's kind of. fitting that James Charles is writing a. song talking about calling 911" or no? >> I. You know what? Yeah, cuz I don't. >> I'm like [laughter] I'm like actually. flabbergasted. Like all the songs you. could write about, you really are. writing about calling 911. "Operator, I'm falling in love again." What? >> That like why is your love of cool? >> What? Like, wait a second. That's not. normal.
>> [laughter]. >> And it's just that he's singing that, it. just makes it like, uh. >> I don't know who approved this, actually. I genuinely like, how could. you I. Would Trisha say, "James, you are the. emergency"? [laughter]. >> Yeah, wait. Can we. >> That's funny. >> Can we react to. >> Yeah, I got her clip here. >> Like, what? >> Is it his song? >> Yeah. >> It's his song? >> He has a a single out or coming out, I. don't know. 911 It's like a It's like a. 911 emergency emergency, like a summer. >> the emergency. >> [laughter]. >> Don't tell people call 911. Now they know how to.
>> She couldn't even finish her sentence. >> song for him. Okay, well. >> [laughter]. >> Well, you know what? It's a good way that people who. they know how to get a hold of him. >> That's his new number. It's new. Oh, is this the Is this the thing? >> This is all we've got from lyrics so. far. >> Operator, come get me. 5150, it's an. emergency. I might say something stupid. >> Is this him speaking or the victim? Oh. What's a 5150?
>> I mean, it's like you It's like a mental. health like crisis, yeah. Like where. they. They get. >> 5150. >> The person must be a danger to self, a. danger to others, or gravely disabled. >> He's one of those things. >> [laughter]. >> Oh my [laughter] god. It's just. >> I might say something stupid. I might. say something dumb. Might as well get my. heart. Might as well get my heart broken while. I'm still young. >> Buddy, you're 27 and you're talking to.
>> He's pushing 30. >> Yeah, [laughter] like buddy's He's unk. >> Wait, wait, wait. Might get I think. might as well get my heart broken while. I'm still young. That's That is actually a crazy line to. put into a. song. Talking about the. >> Well, what about this [laughter] one? What about this? What about this one? I. know I'm out of my mind. It's the same. damn thing every time. >> Now, what's been the pattern since. >> And then it just says operator COME GET. ME. >> [laughter].
>> AND THEN IT JUST SAYS 911 911 911 911. >> What the hell? There's no way. >> But like. What is happening? This It almost feels. like this could be like a SNL skit or. something, you know? Like. >> Did he make a song about baby oil? That's not okay. You don't do that. You. don't do that. So why is this happening? >> Yeah, that's crazy. >> What the [ __ ] I genuinely a part of me. is like he has to know. >> You think he's thought this through? >> Maybe it's been too long since a little.
drama controversy and he's trying to get. some I know this is crazy This is. actually crazy. >> And you know, not to make. >> He's been accused of talking to a minor. four. times. And 911 four times. Subliminal as hell. >> And then also, not to make this We might. have to cut this, but didn't he call the. jail to talk to Evan? >> Allegedly. >> [laughter]. >> So he's been on the phone with the. operators.
>> [gasps]. >> Allegedly. >> Allegedly. Allegedly he has been on the. phone with Sumner County operators. >> Nah, like dude. >> god, wait wait wait wait. Oh my god. Uh. Never mind. >> What? >> Say it. >> We could cut it. >> Okay. Allegedly. This is I I was I saw. this. Um when when Evan gets out of. jail, I guess he said that something's. coming with the music symbol. >> Oh yeah. >> So I I don't know if that means he's. making music. So there might be a collab. on. >> Bro, if they do a collab.
>> Can I pitch. a guess? I'm going to take a guess and. we're going to see what happens. >> Okay. >> Okay. But what is the shot that this. song. is about him? >> Ah. >> Wait Wait. >> [laughter]. >> Sorry. >> just said he's calling the jail about. Evan. So, what if this is about him? >> 911 operator. >> 911 operator, that's what he's talking. about. He's on the phone with 911.
saying, "Don't make [laughter] this. mistake again." But he's already made. this mistake. >> Wait, this obsession ain't healthy, but. I don't want NO OTHER MAN. 911, I need you, please. >> Yeah. No, like literally. >> AND THEN EVAN POSTED. >> LIKE HE'S RIGHT. >> HOLD ON, hold on. What day was it? What. day was it? What day was it? What day. was the song released? Like released? >> this is that? >> I think he started teasing it like two a. week ago, two weeks ago. >> this might be about him. I don't. >> He comes out he this Evan unfortunately. posted 10 hours ago, "60 days {dot}. {dot} {dot} I'm truly grateful for the.
ones who stuck around. Big projects. coming soon with the music emoji. Stay. tuned.". >> Oh, wait. So, I [laughter] have. >> Wait, what the [ __ ] is he having on? >> thinking, "What [clears throat] if this. is a love letter to Evan?". >> [laughter]. >> I hate my life. I hate my life. I hate. my. [ __ ] life. I hate my life. Dude, I hate my life. What the [ __ ]. >> [laughter]. >> I. Yo, dude. >> Oh my god, wait. Oh my god, somebody help me. I think. I've fallen again. This obsession ain't.
healthy, but I don't want no other man. >> Let's talk about it. >> 911, I need you, please. That's what it. says. >> Or maybe he's Wow, that is This is. weird. >> A love letter. to EJ? >> [laughter]. >> Rich crazy theory right there, dude. >> But I Yeah, the. it's. >> I don't know. I. I just think it's. >> this summer's going to be really scary.
It's going to be a scary summer. >> [laughter]. >> I think this summer we're getting. Kayla's a bodyguard. We're going to up. the budget of banging out. And by that I. mean me and Jacob are We're going to. start training. >> [laughter]. >> Wearing t-shirts that say security. >> Yeah. >> Security seal. >> We're going to look more intimidating. We're going to stand up. We're going to. smile less. >> Mog a lot. >> Yeah, mog [laughter] more. Yep, bone. break. >> Going to hit up Yeah, hit up clavicle. killer. We're going to start bone. >> Bone smash. >> We're going to get scary. >> We might start doing meth. >> We might have to. >> Yeah. >> Kratom kratom kratom.
>> Kratom's cheap. >> You probably get. >> Oh, I know somebody. >> Yeah, I I know somebody. >> Oh, yeah, wait. >> with a card that says. >> Maybe we could borrow some. >> [laughter]. >> Wait, I brought She has a diesel bag and. an AMAX card. >> Maybe we could borrow some from her. >> She has $400 worth of it. I sponsored, so. >> All we have to do is just go to the. urgent care. >> Woah woah woah woah woah. If I wasn't 21. and she stole my card to buy things that. you can only buy when you're 21, how. does that What would that be like a. charge? Another one? Would I get. >> Could you use a different ID from the. card to buy something? >> Yeah, I think so. I'm pretty sure it's.
it would be fine. >> So, she probably used her ID with your. card. What a freak. >> I hope she got a good high because it's. the last high she'll feel for a while. >> Oof. She'll get the high of the cement cells. The smell of metal. >> I don't even think I'd press charges if. she actually bought something like that. she needed. >> Like what if it was like diapers and. baby formula?
>> press charges. I would literally not. press charges and. >> Diapers and bread. >> I would literally. >> Yeah, and bread and ramen noodles. >> If she went over to Target and just went. grocery shopping and like got baby stuff. and like actual stuff like. >> You still want your bag back. >> I wouldn't press charges though. I would. not press felony charges. >> So, when you press charges, does it mean. that you would. like. what? You go to court and you try to. like get them in jail. >> Yeah, I mean, but she's already found. guilty. But like if it was if it was. [ __ ] like that. >> it's her for sure from the pictures. >> Once they get tags and every like the.
warrants. >> Have they found her name? >> I I'll know on Friday cuz the officer. who's like working with me is off till. Friday, but um she's really devoted to. this case. And so then warrants will be. out. >> Hell yeah. >> But anyways, I I cannot believe this is. an actual thing that's happening right. now. >> [snorts]. >> Yeah, there's a lot of. >> When does When's the release date? >> I don't know. I think we're still. waiting, but he'll drop the pre-save. link soon, so. >> [snorts]. >> stay tuned, y'all. I don't think there's a release date.
>> Yeah. >> He's working on his debut EP right now. >> Imagine it comes I don't know when EJ's. birthday is, but like imagine if it came. out on his birthday. >> Oof. >> I actually don't know what I was trying. to Google. I have no idea what his. birthday is. >> It's good you don't know. >> I don't know. Imagine it came out on the. birthday. Aw. >> Richie's theory is crazy. >> That's a really good theory. >> And chilly. Like I mean it actually like. you'd have to call the operator to speak. to him. So it's like it could be.
What do you think he told the. songwriters in the room? Like, I want to. write about this. >> Made this experience in my life where I. was in love with a woman beater. and who was also freshly 20 years old. and I want to write about it and can you. please help me write about it and also. try to integrate the fact that I do have. alleged rumors of me doing things with. minors. Try to correlate that a little. bit and then make it a song and we'll. add a choir. And then that's good. I think that's. what he.
And also. you can't say we're dragging it because. that's actually just This is insane. I. mean, this is. >> Richie, what the [ __ ] are you looking. at? >> [laughter]. >> Most [ __ ] up songs ever written? Like. >> I was going to transition. >> What are you. doing? >> It was going to [laughter] be a great. transition, Jacob. >> I'm sorry. It's all right. All right. >> cooking up a transition in my head. I. was like, oh, what if I start going like. [ __ ] up songs and then it's like. David's song pops up and then I'm like, oh, we can roll into that. I was about. to. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Sorry for.
[ __ ] [laughter] on you, bro. Sorry. I spoke too soon, but but when you. looked up like most [ __ ] up songs ever. written, I was like, "What are you. doing?". >> Well, I was thinking of like like I. didn't know how to word that, but it's. like songs that like like people write. about their own true like James being a. little true about his [ __ ] up crime in. a song. >> perfectly fitting. Perfectly fitting. >> I was just wondering how many other. people have done this. >> Yeah. >> And I wasn't. >> The I These This gives me like weird I. don't know. No. I don't know. I This. This gives me like and also the cover. art like the top right. >> This alien.
>> I don't know why. LIKE THAT. >> [laughter]. >> JACOB. >> THAT'S SCARING YOU? >> YEAH. I DON'T KNOW WHY. [laughter]. WHAT? Is that not scary to you guys? >> It's a It's a smirking alien, bro. >> like Paul from the alien Paul from the. movie. >> Bro. >> [laughter]. >> Different things can be scary for. different people. >> you're scared of that, it's Paul, bro. >> That's terrifying. Some people are scared of. >> bro? Like what the.
>> [ __ ] How is that. >> No, but I sleep with the kitchen lights. on and keep my door open. So, I sleep in. like. >> Jacob. Me, too. >> [laughter]. >> Actually? >> Yeah, I live alone. >> Yeah. So, you also don't like You don't like. just turn off all the lights? >> No, no. I'm leaving something on in the. background. >> like the bathroom light? >> Yeah, bathroom lights are usually what. it is. It's like something completely. >> off all the lights? >> Well, I have I have a lot of LED lights, so I guess I do sleep with lights on. >> I'm like I'm kind of like a scaredy-cat. >> Yeah, I'm alone. What am I going to do? >> Yeah, I have a nightlight, too. >> Did you get a couch [laughter] yet?
>> No. I have no furniture. >> Can I just say real quick I got hit by a. golf ball the other day? >> Holy [laughter] [ __ ] WHAT? >> YEAH, YOU know I You know I'm getting. into golfing? So, uh. >> You what? >> Fourth time's the charm, they say. I'm. I'm literally So, okay. I'm new to. golfing, right? So, I'm just like. chilling and we're like, you know, just. doing our putts. We're pretty close. We're on the green. For those that don't. know like we're very close to finishing. a hole, right? That sounds crazy. >> Mhm. >> But there's another like.
like long like the first hole. is like a long one, right? So people are. using their drivers to just whack these. balls, right? All of a sudden I hear. everyone yell "Fore!" And I'm like, "The. [ __ ] does that mean?". >> [laughter]. >> "Fore?" Like my buddy Lofton like runs. and hides behind a tree. And I just. stand there. I'm like, [laughter] "What. are you doing?" Before you know it, dude, I get [clears throat] [ __ ]. pelted. >> [laughter]. >> Dude, that could have hit your face.
>> Oh, [ __ ]. >> Dude. >> I get [ __ ] hit like like pretty bad. And but luckily I like turned away. If I. had ducked or anything, it would have. hit my face. So I get hit. And honestly, you know like in the moment where you. just don't even really process it and. you're kind of just like, "Ow.". >> [laughter]. >> Yeah. >> Like I I don't I don't I looked at. Lofton and he's like, "Bro, did that. [ __ ] hit you?" It was like from like. 200 yards away. And it's like and. everyone's like, "Oh, shit." like in the. distance. And I'm like, "Ah." And then I. looked at him. I'm like, "That didn't.
feel good.". And then I like walk away. And then all. of a sudden the guys they're like. grown-up men. And they're they drive the. cart over to me and they're like, "Did we hit you?" And I was like, "Yeah. Yeah, you did." And then they were like, "Oh my god, bro. Where did we get you?". And I'm like, "Right here." And I was. like, "But it's fine, dude. Like don't. even worry about it." And then they were. like, "You didn't hear us yell 'Fore'?". And I'm like, "No. Well, I heard you. yell. I didn't know 'Fore'. Why do they. say 'Fore'?".
>> Why do they say 'Fore'? That's a good. question. >> look that up? Because it makes no sense. Why not yell, "Ball coming at you?". >> Duck. Run. >> Golf ball. >> Yeah. Ball. Incoming. >> Fore. But why? >> Well, I guess if you're a pro golfer now. you should know that. >> Now I know. >> Yeah. >> Well, I learned. But everyone that golfs. told me tell told me like they were like. that's never happened. I've never seen. anyone get hit by a ball. >> That was very rare. >> Super rare. And so yeah, I've just been.
but I've been I've been back. I'm. getting my flow. and now when I now it's kind of paranoid. like when I'm when I'm [snorts] out. there I'm kind of you know. >> That would sketch me out though. >> bit on edge you know but yeah, I got hit. by a golf ball fourth time ever golfing. Um. >> four. >> four [clears throat]. fourth time. >> in your teeth there you saw a video of a. guy get hit by a golf ball right here. and they knocked all his yeah. You guys think he lost a tooth? >> uh from getting punched? >> or from anything? >> uh. >> What? >> I don't know why I assumed that.
>> you just. >> I I I have chipped a tooth with a. microphone on tour. I like bumped my [ __ ] mouth and then. part of my tooth was chipped. >> That's fun. >> I've also just part of my tooth fell out. in Australia and I had to go get an. emergency dentist visit. >> casual. >> I was trying to open a beer bottle like. two or three months ago and it just. broke all the teeth back here and I was. like ow. >> Did you get all the. >> No, I like I like really chipped back. here like it broke them. >> You still have it? >> Mhm. I have a cap.
>> Yo, I feel like that could like be bad. if like. it could like lead to bad things. >> 100% for sure. >> It's just a sensitive like yeah I got it. checked and it's just like your nerves. in the tooth. >> It feels like a giant like like I don't. know it feels like really rough back. there like it feels like a mountain. >> I have a lot of fake teeth. Did you know. that? >> How? Not in the front? Veneer? >> like Do you see the one that's way. wider? >> Yeah. Yeah, it's fake. >> fake ass tooth. >> I want fake teeth. >> But it that's because I had to get a. root canal because. the nerves were all [ __ ] up and no one.
wants to hear about. >> No, no, no, I'm interested. I'm all in. >> Oh, thanks guys. [laughter] Wait a. second. Wait, you guys. >> We just checked the like analytics and. everybody clicked off right here. [laughter]. >> Yeah, yo, we see like on the YouTube analytics. like a drop off. >> Yeah, as soon as [laughter] he go I got. a root canal. >> 50% of viewers stopped watching at that. point. But yeah, no, I had some dental. work done. Um. >> Aw. >> Yeah. >> That's good. >> why I'm talking about that. Okay, let's. get back to the good stuff. Uh. >> I liked your golf ball story.
>> Thanks. Oh, yeah, that's cool. Like. Wait, is it still bad? >> $200 million? >> Is it bad? >> What should they start yelling instead. of four? >> It's okay. >> They should start yelling, "Golf ball. coming for your head.". Like why are you. >> Yo, it's going to hit you. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out would be a perfect one. >> Heads up. $200 million. Okay, listen. $200 million, but when you accept the money every. single day, there one at any time during. the day a golf ball is coming at you and. you have to duck it. Or you're the only. person in the world who can fly and.
there's a 50% chance you could. experiment it on. >> Stop doing that. Like the experiment. >> to fly. >> What? >> answer this last time. So, I want to hop. in there. I want TO FLY. >> THANK YOU SO MUCH, CALEB. >> Thank you. I'm the only person in the. world who can fly. >> Thank you. INVINCIBLE TYPE. >> [ __ ]. >> BUT. OKAY, how many times a day does the golf. ball come at you? >> Once a day. Every single day. >> can dodge it. >> Yeah, but you don't know it's You could. be asleep and it just comes. >> is it coming from? Like how much time do. you have to move out of the. >> different every day. >> Oh, no. Honestly, but then you.
I'm going to fly. >> And that is how I get the general public. to switch their opinion. All it took was. a golf ball. >> But 50% chance you get experiment. >> don't know what the experiments are. Like I cannot emphasize this enough. >> let's just check like or just draw. blood. >> Yeah. And that's what I've been trying. to say this whole time. >> be like we're going to dissect. >> you could fight back. Like do you. understand? >> to fly, but what if you're just like. hitting your face with a golf. >> chance any of this happens. >> Yeah, all right. I'm down. And then also. think about it if they trap you into a.
room. and you're just like hitting your head. on the ceiling trying to fly out. >> But there's a 50% chance that you're. even experimented on and a smaller. percent chance that that's what the. experiment is. >> That's true. And then it there's odds. that it could be any type of experiment. >> And there's odds that you won't get It's. like when you go gambling, red or black. You do it all the time in Vegas. >> But is it just one coin flip to know? Or. is it Does. >> No, it's That's a good No, it's just as. soon as you get the powers, that's the. coin flip. >> It's just one time. They just flip it,
50%. >> chance whether you're experimented on. >> thing. >> You're not just going to wake up one day. and all of a sudden you're experimented. on. It's like you would know. immediately. >> Oh. >> I've been trying to say this and it's. like that's why I chose flying. Like you. go to Vegas all the time. >> Yeah, and I gamble money. >> And you gamble 50/50. >> with being experimented on. in a laboratory. But. >> But. >> I see what you're saying. Life's a. gamble. Would you rather eat a man-sized. bean or a bean-sized man? >> Bean-sized man. >> Kayla.
>> like beans. >> That's a man. >> I don't like beans. >> That's a human being. >> I don't like beans. >> [laughter]. >> Like a man-sized bean, a man-sized bean, which is still food, or a bean-sized. man? >> I don't like beans. >> That's just a little guy you're eating. >> like beans. I'd put him in my eggs or. something. >> [laughter]. >> You don't like beans? Like even at. Chipotle? >> I'd eat the man. >> beans. Do you like brown beans? >> I'm a black beans guy. >> Really? >> Hell yeah. Hell yeah. >> [laughter].
>> Wait. So a bean-sized. >> $200 million. or become a cannibal? >> [laughter]. >> What? $200 million? $200 million? Or. >> $200 million or like how long? >> Or become. >> How much do I have to be a cannibal for? Like how long? >> What? Why would you pick anything other. than that? It's $200 million or become a cannibal. [laughter]. What the [ __ ] Why would you even think. about that? >> Could be weird. I mean. >> $200 million. >> [laughter]. >> It was. $200 million or become a cannibal. Why.
would you even think about it? [laughter] $200 million. >> No, but it's not like you become a. cannibal with the two one. It's just. $200 million. You just get. >> Oh, wait. Wait, wait. Sorry. Wait, what? >> [laughter]. >> I'm so. I'm like, wait. We got to think about. OUR OPTIONS, TOO. OH MY GOD, THAT WAS SO FUNNY. >> YOU GET $200 million. >> [laughter]. >> or you just become a cannibal. And. Richie goes, become a cannibal, duh. >> [laughter]. >> No, I was like, wait. We got to ask. questions about this. I'm confused.
>> That was the funniest thing I've ever. witnessed. >> I was like, I'll take the $200 million. >> [laughter]. >> I was like, become a cannibal. >> Richie's like, you can't take me away. from being a cannibal. I've always. wanted to be one. >> money from? >> He's [laughter] like, this is my dream. question. >> Well, I've been waiting to answer this. Cannibal. So, what we are about to react to is Ice. Spice got jumped at a McDonald's. >> That is so sad. >> I don't know what for, but in the video. you see a fan come up and or probably. not a fan, but someone comes up and.
she's eating food and she's kind of just. minding her own business. And then it. looks like things got very aggressive, very. >> I love how she's just at McDonald's. Oh, okay. >> You think she's going to end up getting. a McDonald's meal now? She's actually sponsored by Arby's. Or. Wendy's. And in her And then she tweeted. after all this. She was like, I like. Wendy's better anyway. >> That's so good. >> Kind of fire. >> I wonder what she's saying to her.
>> No, I think they it was like I don't. know. She was just trying to No, there. there is audio. There's audio. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah, and she goes she goes like. I my like, you're good. Get away. Oh, they were fighting about shaking. ass.
I found you. >> What the [ __ ]. Oh, Ice Spice was down with it. No, no, then they go outside. Oh, it gets bad. It gets bad.
What? Wait, why doesn't she have security with. her? >> That's a great question. Then look at. this. Wait, then.
Then like I think the guy tries to fight. her. What the.
>> Oh my god, wait, I love Ice Spice. She's. down.
>> And she low-key was standing on his. against like against like five people. And then it gets kind of bad. They go. into the street. Look at this. It's bad.
>> Hey, don't jump her. >> [laughter]. >> Hey, DON'T PUSH HIM THOUGH. DON'T PUSH. HIM THOUGH. DON'T push him cuz he can't. hit you the [ __ ] back. Don't push him. WHY ARE THEY BEING SO MEAN TO ICE SPICE? >> I don't know. >> they literally they just walked up to. her. >> She's just eating McDonald's with her.
friend. And then Wait, can we go back to. the beginning the first words exchange? >> going to say how dumb do you have to be. to swing first on Ice Spice? Someone. that's like. >> going to sue you. >> to sue the [ __ ] out of you for crazy. amount of money. I'm like are you dumb? >> Yeah. >> Like how. >> [laughter]. >> what? >> sad. She just at McDonald's minding her. business. >> She's trying to eat her Travis Scott. meal. >> Yeah, literally. >> Dude, what? Literally this like. >> up to someone and then hit them first. What like and also.
yeah, it's just like and then I think on. Twitter they tried to claim like I was a. fan. No, you're not. If you would never. swing on your favorite rapper anybody. celebrity if you obviously had the. intention of wanting to like start some. [ __ ]. >> She goes up tries to like shake ass in a. weird way and then like Ice Spice is. just like go shake ass out. >> Yeah, go shake ass outside then like. we're eating our food. >> She's literally minding her business. That makes me so mad and then the guy. tries to fight her. >> No, the guy like does put hands on her.
like a little bit and then she's like. you really want to fight me like I'm. trying to fight that girl. >> It was just Ice Spice and her friend and. it's like literally seven other like bro. and they're just mean to her that's. actually pisses me off. I'm she's so. real. >> going to sue them for millions of. dollars and they're going to get charged. with the you know. >> Thank god. That's so mean. >> and then also I mean can we go to Ice. Spice's Twitter? I mean she had good uh. like she's sponsored by Wendy's. I think. her bio even is something about what at.
Wendy's princess. Wendy's like go to her. bio just scroll up. It literally says at. Wendy's princess. She's like the face I. think and then go down and then she. literally goes this wouldn't happen at. Wendy's. So at least like I'm sure she's. obviously heated in the moment but. you know what? Respect to her do the [ __ ] out of them. Do your big one Ice Spice. >> so badass for that like literally going. outside be like okay I want to fight. her. >> She wasn't like scared. >> She's a multi-millionaire like famous as.
[ __ ] and she's still like. >> much more to lose. >> And she was still like no like. >> Yeah. >> I I gained a lot of respect for Ice. Spice. >> Shout out to Ice Spice man. >> I love Ice Spice. I'm actually big fan. right now. >> Well okay there's no real there's no. right way to get into the next topic is. very serious compared to the other part. of this episode. Um. we have talked about it before on the. podcast the whole David situation the. singer who at the time. was kind of a part of this.
criminal case I guess or like he wasn't. even part of it for a long time seven. months has gone on right that since the. first time we talked about it. I think just like I don't know how many. days ago was that Richie? Like 2 days. ago he was arrested for the murder of. Celeste. and brought to jail on like five. different. felony charges and now there's even a.
coroner's report about how she died. Um. more details are coming out. They say. they have like. thousands of pieces of information. against him. They seized all the. computers from his house and I think. over the next couple days there's going. to be court cases where. all this evidence will be shown. But, from even just the last couple days. there's been a lot of new updates. Also, I think it's important to say that this.
is still ongoing and of course over the. next couple days he's going to go and I. think talk in front of a jury or some or. what what is he going to do? I I don't. know. But, I think so and um. and so this is a part one and there's. probably going to be a lot of updates. and also if there's any other pieces to. this story because we're not all super. in the know about it. We're going to. dive into it. But, if there's any other. pieces to this story, comment down below.
and if there's anything that we're not. aware of, please let us know and in the. next parts we will cover that as well. Mhm. Um how do we even how do you even like. so. he was arrested. That's that was like. the first thing I saw on social media. He gets arrested, taken out of his place. in handcuffs. >> Holy [ __ ]. >> Brought from his LA mansion. Um there's. videos of it. There's even a video of. them like opening the gate and he's. like, "Okay, can I open the gate?" And. they were like, "Yes, but like if you.
move, you will be um attacked." Like, they basically said that and he was. like, "Okay, I'm going to open the. gate." And then there's pictures of him. being carried down to the cop car and I. think the mug shots come out. There's a. lot of new information. Have you seen. any of this? >> I've seen like some of the I saw some of. the court stuff and them announcing like. some of his charges. >> Yeah, there's a lot of them. Um, in January 2024, do you want to say. this one? >> No, I was just letting you know I'm. pulling up a timeline a little bit so. I'm kind of going to start at the top of.
first meeting and I'm just going to go. down for you guys. >> All right. So, okay, here's like kind of. Well, I mean, they heard that. All. right, so let's do that. In January. 2024, Revez appears side by side with. the singer in a live stream video on. social media platform Twitch. In it, the. pair joke and banter until about 3:00. a.m. before David laughingly proclaims. delete everything. >> Wait, that's with the victim? What? >> Sometime between January and March 2024, David is photographed getting out of a.
black Tesla a few blocks from Revez's. home. A local teen in Lake Elsinore. later posts the photos on TikTok. CNN geolocated and chronolocated. the photos to verify when and where they. were taken. Then in early 2024, Revez is reported. missing. So, she's reported missing. three times in early 2024 as loved ones. and friends worry over the seventh. grader's well-being and whereabouts. >> [ __ ] every time I read that it's so.
sad. Seventh grade. >> Yeah. Revez is 13 years old when she's first. reported missing in mid-February 2024, according to 911 call logs and missing. posters. A poster from this time says. she was last seen around February 14th. >> Valentine's Day. That's. crazy. >> Around this time, a person concerned. about her well-being sends an email to.
an address bearing David's name on his. record company's domain. The writer references Revas's. disappearance and says there's been talk. that David possibly had something to do. with it. If there was any truth to that, the person writes, "Please do the right. thing and take her home. Her parents are. very worried.". Um CNN confirmed the authenticity of the. email with the person who sent it, but. that person asked not to be identified. due to safety concerns.
Revas returns home within days of that. email being sent. An acquaintance of the family confirmed. to CNN. Revas is reported missing a second time. around March 19th, according to 911 logs. and missing posters. And for a third and final time, she's. reported missing on April 5th, according. to Riverside County Sheriff's Office. >> What the. >> So, three different times. >> God, I feel so [ __ ] bad for the.
family. Like, could you imagine? That. That was February 14th, like last year. Last Valentine's Day. Like, think about. going a whole year of not getting any. answers or any Like, this was all He. just got arrested. Like, that's a year. of waiting. >> that 2 years? I do want to mention this because I. don't know the validity of this, but I. know there are some people who are a. little bit against the family and as to. why. a lot of this issues weren't brought up. because there's things that are popping. up. Although I don't know if it's 100%. true, so comments correct me if I'm.
wrong, but. there's evidence that they knew she was. with David. They knew that she was with. him and they didn't do anything about it. and it's. questioning their concern, especially. now that they recently came out with. um their first statement after how many. months has this been going on? >> Like, [snorts] 7 months. >> seemed Yeah, the statement seemed a. little. I don't know, just official and kind of. like someone else wrote it instead of. the family being out of concern. Like,
honestly, I don't know the validity. behind this, but I know the internet is. concerned about the family and whether. they had any involvement in this as. well. So something I do want to disclose. with you guys before you guys you know. are all for the family and feel bad for. them. I'm going to. >> I'm going to hear that. We're going to. see what the comments say, but I'm still. going to take family defense. I'm like. [ __ ] That's such a brutal thing. I. don't know what's going on with the. family and it seems like what we're. reading here they reported it three. times and then had to wait a whole year. for any answers. So I feel horrible for. them, but I guess yeah, comments let us.
know. >> In mid-2024, early 2025, photos capture. Revesz alive. It is unclear when Revesz. is killed, but photos indicate she is. still alive almost a year after she was. first reported missing. Authorities said in court documents that. she was 14 when she died according to. the Associated Press. >> Sorry, I got to jump back really quick. cuz I had my facts wrong. I was saying. February. like last year and that was February 2. years ago. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah, I think they had been like. >> So they had been. together and she was. a lot for about a year. >> Yeah, but I think they had known each. other through like Discord which is how. they met when she was like 11. And I think people in the Discord had. even talked about like. where's the song about the missing girl. and said things like that. Um and he.
even made a song called Celeste. >> That's weird. >> and she started as a fan. I'm she was in. the fan Discord and then they started. communicating outside of that, I. believe. >> What the hell? >> Yeah. In June 2024, Revesz is photographed. backstage during a sold-out show David. performed at the Fonda Theatre in Los. Angeles. Another hint linking David to. Reves is found in the singer's rented.
home after Reves' body is identified in. September 2025. Steve Fischer, a private. investigator hired by the owner of the. property, said he uncovered a digital. camera inside the house that contained. photos of both Reves and David taken in. later December 2024 and early January. 2025. During that time, the entertainer. posts other photos from the camera's. memory card to his X account caption. "Took these pics." Along with a selfie. of him wearing a camera of the same.
model. Um September 8th, 2025, Reves' body is. found. Is this when. it first came out in the Tesla? >> Yes. >> So, this is when we first covered it, I. think, on the show. Um a day after she would have turned 15, Reves' dismembered and decomposing body. is found in the trunk of a Tesla at a. police impound yard. >> [snorts]. >> Um the car, which was registered to.
David, had been apparently abandoned on. a street not far from where David was. living in Hollywood Hills. The vehicle. was eventually transferred to the tow. yard, where an employee called the. police after noticing a foul smell. coming from the vehicle. >> I just. Do we want to go back and see what our. reactions were in the moment? Should we. watch our episode? >> Yeah. >> Let's respond to what we said a year. ago. >> Bro, this is crazy just reading this out. loud. It's crazy.
>> What the [ __ ]. >> Like, that's so [ __ ]. I feel like even we had Baby No Money on. the show. >> Yeah, that's right. >> And [snorts]. we all were kind of like, "Oh, he. probably wouldn't do something like. that." And I think even Baby No Money. was like, "Oh, no. Like, I'm hoping that. that's not true.". >> Yeah. >> it was. Yeah, it's [ __ ]. >> Did you hear. >> No, yeah. I woke up I woke up to one of. my persons on my team sending this to me.
at 6:00 in the morning and I was like, "Bro.". >> So, we've got DaVyd, um, spelled D4 VD, the artist. There was a. body found in a car that was registered. to his name. And it's all over the news. right now. What's your opinions on it? >> I mean, he obviously didn't do it. He was on. tour. >> Right. >> So, >> Yeah. >> And he played the show in Minneapolis. after this came out. >> Yeah, I I literally just saw that, too. Yeah. >> That's even more [ __ ] up, bro. He kept. the tour going while this He played like.
two shows after this came out. That's. why I was like, "Oh, there's no way.". Because. why would he play a show? He was playing. shows while he knew that it had been. found. >> Wait, so was that clip of him at the. show being like, "I killed her." Like he. actually was admitting to it on stage. Do you remember that went viral? >> that. >> like, "I killed her." Do you remember. that went viral? >> Yes. >> I think he's. had like. >> Oh, man, dude. >> I Oh my god, that's actually like.
What? >> Just to see how like we were like, "Oh, he wouldn't do it because he's playing a. show right after.". Makes it so much more [ __ ] up because. he. played a show. or I think maybe one or two shows before. canceling the tour while this came out. >> he genuinely like. >> Literally is. >> [sighs]. >> Should we see what else we said? Like. what were you going to say? He's. literally like what? >> mental illness is that? Like like.
were you literally like he likes that he. did that and it's almost like like what? Like romanticizing murder. >> I mean, he has a song called. >> Romantic. >> Romantic Homicide. >> What the [ __ ]. >> Yeah, let's talk about real quick what. has been. what I don't know, like the clips of him. in. court. So, he cancels the world tour, February there's an investigation. and April 16th, David is arrested.
Um on suspicion of killing Rebeca. Yeah, is there a is there clip of that? That's him being walked out. Um. >> April 20th. >> April 20th, the DA expected to provide. an update. Um so, that's 2 days ago. At the time we're filming this. And then. didn't like now there's like a ongoing. thing.
Yeah, uh today the wasn't there like is it. called a coroner's report? They found. that she died from multiple penetrating. injuries. >> That is. >> Um. Multiple penetrating injuries caused by. objects. >> [snorts]. >> Um. The singer who's was charged Monday with. first-degree murder, continuous sexual.
abuse, and mutilation of human remains. >> That's actually. >> And he pleaded not guilty and is being. held without bail. His attorneys have. said they will vigorously defend his. innocence. >> Do you think like attorneys who have to. like defend people like that like sleep. good at night? >> Oh, I don't know. >> Like how the [ __ ] do you defend that? Like that's such a.
>> Especially. over the next couple days which we. haven't seen yet. I think they're going. to show a ton of evidence that they've. collected over the last seven. >> Wasn't yeah, but 40 terabytes? >> Yeah. So, I mean. I don't know. >> How do you even like 40 terabytes? >> Any like text exchanges, any photos, pictures, live streams, anything related. to it, they have.
>> I almost wonder if he wanted to get. caught. Like he's putting it so out there that. what you showed me the tour merch, that's what's so disturbing. >> tour merch as well. >> That's what's insane to me. >> Yeah. >> Like what the [ __ ]. >> Like blood splattered t-shirts. And Richie said something like. pretty real earlier. I mean, at the time. that people probably saw these photos, you know, a while ago, people probably.
thought that. like this was cool. Like cool merch. Like how did you think. of that? And then now it just has a. whole different meaning. And it's almost. like his whole brand, his biggest songs, everything was tied around even the. TikTok. Remember we reacted to where it. was like with baby no money. Can we go. back to our episode? Remember we reacted. to a TikTok that he made? >> I think it's the Bay Harbor Butcher. >> Oh, insane.
>> Well, we This was at the time. >> Yeah, I. >> Killer, this was 7 months ago. >> in Texas. >> I hate when things age horribly. >> But like how were How was any anyone. supposed to know? >> No, yeah. I don't know him, but he every. interaction I have had with him, he's an. incredibly nice person. So, I don't. know, and his music doesn't really give. me a like decomposing body in back of. Tesla vibes. >> People were saying his song Romantic. Homicide. In the back of my mind, you. see it's crazy how that felt like a.
conspiracy theory at the time. >> is crazy to think about. So did. Pizzagate. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's crazy. >> So he did all this [ __ ] So he did F. season's island. So he did everything. Felt like a conspiracy, but now. everything's real. So let's just watch. our backs, guys. I'm scared. >> Like burned in it, too. Yeah, no, the. other one burned? Really? >> Oh, no, the remember there was like. possibly a second body? >> Well, speaking of, John mentioned this. to me before we started the episode, but. um he's got like a burner or something. in his house. Yeah, we were talking.
about that. He owned a burn cage. >> Oh, literally what? >> At his home in Hollywood Hills. So are you the stupidest criminal in the. world? Why didn't. >> He had been renting at the time the body. of the teen was found in the trunk of. the car. I want to know like what like I. genuinely know I feels like he wanted to. get caught cuz he got away with it. He. owned something that can incinerate and. he kept the body in his trunk. It's it's. all a little weird. I'm like you're a. dumb criminal.
And then left the car on the side of the. road to get impounded. Wheels. weird there. Like he wanted to get caught. On the one video I saw of him in court, he didn't even seem phased. Like he was. just like standing there. Like I don't. know. >> I know which one you're talking about. >> You know what's crazy? I don't even know. if we could say this, but like. by the. time like we had seen him at a party, like he had literally already killed.
her. >> Yeah. You saw him at a party? >> Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Why have we never talked about this? Where has this conversation been the. whole day, guys? You've met him? >> At what? >> [laughter]. >> Where was this piece of information? >> I met him at Kenzie Ziegler's birthday. party. >> [laughter]. >> I don't mean to laugh here. I'm just. like where did that come? You guys have been sitting on the gold. of this story the whole time. You know. this person. You've met them. Tell us. that story, please. Oh my god, you have. an in real life experience. >> I just Mine was at a [ __ ] like party.
and then I went up to him and I was. like, "I love your music so much." And. it was just like a maybe 5-second. conversation. I gave him a hug. Yours is. actually like. >> was like, "Yo, David, like, what's up, bro?" And I was with all my boys, and we. were all like, "Oh my god, that's. [ __ ] David." And yeah, we like kicked. it. We were We were like hanging out. We. even took photos. Like. We all were so excited to meet him. And at the time that we.
that that took place, I don't know when. When did you see him? Cuz I think. >> I need to find exact I think he was. >> Cuz I know for sure at the time that we. saw him, I think [clears throat]. he must have already done it. >> Yeah. >> And I just remember being like. like me and my boys were like, "No way, bro. Like, he [ __ ] with us. Like, that's so lit." And. yeah, it's just [ __ ] crazy, bro, because. yeah, you you just never know what.
people are doing. >> True definition of that, yeah. >> People can seem like the nicest people. and just like it's really [ __ ] yeah. For sure, but yeah. That's uh. I think that's the most [ __ ] up part. of it is like. he was just out at parties. >> And on tour. And selling merch with. blood on it.
36 murders in their lifetime. >> So, that's kind of what I'm saying is. like you never know who you're around. No, he was like around the LA scene. Like, he was around, and a lot of people. [ __ ] with him. Like, all the FaZe guys. would do streams with him. Um. I don't know. He was friends with a lot. of people. That's the thing is that. yeah, I I mean, you you you like don't. know what anyone's doing behind. Bless. you. Bless you.
Bless you. Yeah, that's [ __ ]. And everyone that like had encounters. with him remembered him like being like. super nice. >> Yeah. >> Like, oh, what a nice guy. What a nice. talented artist. Like, SZA, Benny. Blanco. He worked with the biggest. people in the world. And then. this is what is happening is really. crazy. So, um. >> [snorts]. >> yeah. I think we got to just We think we might. have to just wrap this up, but um.
yeah. No, this is just part one. Over. the next couple days they are supposed. to I think on the 23rd they said there's. going to be a. um. what is it? A hearing? Trial? >> Yeah. >> So, [snorts] we'll keep you updated on. this. If there's anything we don't know. about the story, comment down below. Um. and we'll keep you updated with what we. know. But, as of the time filming this, this is. we're pretty much exactly up to date.
Um. yeah. This episode definitely took a turn to a. very serious place, but. >> Yep. >> That's. >> But, it's good. I love that you guys can. do it. You know, I love that it shows. the variety of the show. We're here. >> from making like stupid jokes to like. talking about. psycho murderers. So, yeah. >> Well, >> Well, >> what do you got to say to the viewers? >> I love you guys. And. >> Wait. Wait. Wait. Can I ask?
Oh, so your encounter with him was just. like asking for a picture? >> Yeah, and saying hi and that I liked his. music. >> Did you Do you have the picture? >> I don't, but my old friend has a picture. with him at that party. >> Whose party was it? >> Uh it was like a Halloween party, if I. remember right. Maybe not though, cuz I. >> Was he nice? >> Yeah. >> That's the [ __ ] up thing is everyone. says he is like super nice. Like the last person you would probably. ever think. is on some like.
>> Well, but also like the first person you. think too. >> Yeah, thinking back to it, I'm like. maybe he Well, you have to be like a. actual um. psychopath to like be out at parties. acting normal while this had already. happened. >> Yeah, like yours is wild cuz you say. it's already happened. Like that's what. I'm saying. >> like this I think this was like 2 months. after. >> So, and so like what was it like what did he. act like? Like I'm just really curious. to know attitude. >> Just.
chilling, drinking. >> But just chilling and like. >> Just nice, happy. >> Like okay, like let's say I'm David. right now. Let's act it out. Like, "Hey. Jacob, nice to meet you.". >> Literally No, yeah, literally. >> Really? >> Yeah, and then it's he was with like a. couple of his friends and my friends. were there. >> to drink, DUDE. OH, THAT'S AWESOME, MAN. >> REALLY? >> LITERALLY. Just exactly like that. >> Eerie. >> What's a psychopath? >> That's scary. >> And we were like. hanging out and then he kind of just got. lost in the party, but but then I. remember after he walked away, everyone. that I was with was like, "Bro, David.
[ __ ] with us. Like, we're so cool.". And then. bro is a psychopath murderer. File murderer. >> Mhm. >> That was that's [ __ ] bro. I remember. when this first came out, I was like, "No [ __ ] way.". But we will uh we will see. It's It's. awful and um. my prayers go out to Celeste's family. >> Mhm. >> And.
her loved ones. And. we will keep you guys updated as we. learn more, but. yeah. Thank you guys for watching. Subscribe. Leave a like. And we'll see you next week. >> Yep. >> Chop.
